Spell 28: What Money Can't Buy
A day has passed after Shido and Nitou had defeated Gremlin along with Nitou saying his goodbyes to his best friend Tsuchiya.
The Riders and their friends were in Omokagedo where Nitou was seated on the couch and was looking at the guitar pick/necklace that Tsuchiya gave him.
"So even Tsuchiya-san has a cute side. That must have been important to him, since he loves guitars." Rinne said, and Nitou nodded.
"Yeah." He said before he remembers saying his goodbyes to Tsuchiya.
"I caused you a lot of trouble by letting money blind me."
"This is a sign of our friendship."
"It's so small, yet it's a big deal for me!" Nitou said as he continued to look at the guitar pick.
"And the other Gates were saved too. Thank goodness." Koyomi said.
"And don't have to worry about that Bogy guy again." Tohka said.
"Yeah. He really sounded so scary. I'm glad he didn't come after me when I was still a Spirit." Miku said.
"I guess it was a good thing I didn't take that job." Mikie said. "I'm not really good with ghosts, so I would've been scared along with them."
"Well, we won't have to worry about the other Gates. All six of them left Tengu." Kotori told them.
"Then…that's another case solved right, Shido-san?" Yoshino said as she and the others turned to Shido who was standing in the corner while thinking about something before he noticed his friends looking at him.
"Hmm? Yeah. And we learned a lesson about money. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is." Shido said, and Nitou smiled in agreement.
"Yeah."
But Wajima had a saddened look on his face as he was seated next to his workshop while looking at the wrinkled flier of the one-million-yen job.
"Probably. But…" Wajima said before his young friends turned to him.
"Wajima-san!/Oji-san!"
"Oh…Sorry, sorry! I know, I know! I was just musing…What's this even doing here?! This is what I'm going to do! to it" Wajima said before he crashed the flier in a ball and stood up.
Rinne picks up a trash pin ready for him to throw it away, but Wajima was about to enter his workshop while still holding the crashed flier in his hand.
"Wajima-san!/Oji-san!" Everyone calls out to him once again and Wajima instantly turns around.
"Sorry, sorry, sorry." Wajima said before he throws the flier into the trash pin and Rinne uses it to catch the flier.
Her friends cheered for her good catch.
"Nice catch!" Kaguya said.
"Just as you'd expect from a lacrosse player!" Nitou applauded.
Shido was now in deep thought about what Gremlin said after he had defeated Bogy. Yuzuru turns to him and notices the look on his face.
"Concern. Is something wrong, Shido?" Yuzuru asked.
"Oh…It's…It's nothing, just thinking to myself." Shido said.
(Meanwhile)
The Phantoms Gremlin and Medusa were standing on the balcony of the mansion Bogy uses to drive the six targeted Gates into despair.
"Looks like your plan failed." Medusa said with a smile.
"Awww…I wonder how the mages found out." Gremlin said in wonder, and Medusa chuckles.
"Who knows?" Medusa said before she remembers her secret meeting with Shido and Nitou.
"So you were hiding in the next room, searching for Gates?"
"That's right."
They may not have finished Gremlin like she had hoped, but at least they managed to put a stop to Gremlin's plan, so that was a start at least.
"I certainly hope there's no Phantom who betrayed Wiseman by telling the mages about the plan. Right?" Gremlin said in wonder and Medusa turned away from him but Gremlin turned and walked towards Medusa to place a hand on her shoulder. "And you might not know this, Misa-chan…Once a person is blinded by money, he won't change that easily. That's why I asked Kasahara-san for a favor."
"Kasahara? But Bogy's dead." Medusa reminded him and Gremlin snickers.
"He's dead…quite dead…just as planned!" Gremlin proclaimed while chuckling.

(Instrumental) (As the song begins both of Wizard's Style and Dragon Rings floating in a dark space, and images of Shido and his friends appeared in each of them before the Infinity Ring appeared between all of them.)
(Zutto hikari no naka kinō made wa nakatta ashiato o tadotte kita hodo) (The scene changes to Shido wearing his Flame Ring smiling and appearing close to him were Tohka, Koyomi, and Yoshino, then it changes to Nitou carrying his bag and wearing his Beast Ring and appearing close to him were Kotori, Rinne, Mikie, the Yamai Twins, Miku, Origami, and Kurumi before flashes of Shido, Nitou, and the Spirits changing form and ready for battle.)
(Gōru no mienai meiro ame ni utareta chizu kōkai mo nani mo nai kedo) (Then it changes to silhouettes of Wizard's Style Forms and Beast wearing his Mantles appeared one at a time before it changes to the PlaMonsters heading towards Wizard who was standing on his favorite park looking at Tengu City before he turns to the screen.)
(Sakenda koe wa) (The scene changes of Shido standing in an area of Tengu city as images of his life appeared, and then to Tohka in a different area as images of her life appeared as well.)
(The screen changes showing Tengu City and its famous landmarks.)
(Kitto todoku kara) (Next Yoshino and Koyomi appeared as images of their lives appeared, then Origami and Mikie appeared with images, then to Rinne and Koyomi, then to Kurumi and Miku, and finally Nitou)
(Then changes to Shido and his friends were about to take a group photo before Nitou suddenly wraps his arm around Shido's neck surprising both him and the others as the camera took the photo.)
(Kono monogatari no hajimaru kane no ne ga tsunagu tabi no tochū de) (The changes to Wiseman and standing next to him were Medusa and Gremlin, while Gremlin had a sinister smile on his face as he hid it. Then we see Shido and Nitou turning to them as an army of Ghouls were approaching them and they soon transformed into their Kamen Rider forms armed with their weapons and appeared next to them were the Spirits wearing their Spirit Armor armed with their Angels before they charged at the Ghouls.)
(Kimi ga egaita mirai no sekai wa itsuka no sora ni michibikarete) (Wizard was seen clashing swords against Gremlin before the two entered a bladed lock, then it changes to Beast fighting against Medusa before it changes to the Spirits each throwing an attack at the Ghouls.)
(Futatsu no omoi o hitotsu zutsu katachi ni shite kiseki o motto koete) (Then it suddenly changes to Koyomi falling into a dark abyss and saw Wizard had entered the abyss as he reach out to her and she does the same, and when the two hold hands a flash of light had appeared between them. Then it changes to Wizard and his friends standing in front of a large door as it opens revealing a bright light, his friends are giving him smiles of encouragement as Wizard smiles back at them as he enters the light.)
(Kimi ga egaita mirai no sekai wa ima mo dokoka de ikitsudzukete) (Then scenes of Shido meeting the Spirits and helping them appeared and each of them ended with them kissing them before it changes showing a dark sky with an eclipse appearing and a giant magic circle appeared in Tengu City)
(Don'na yume kasanete itsuwaru koto no nai ano hikari o) (Then the screen showed flashes of Wizard's battle thus far with flashes of his friends smiling appearing as well, before it changes to Shido shedding a tear as it falls and when the tear lands on his hand it transforms into a new Ring.)
(Ahh…on give for my way) (Then it changes to Shido standing side-by-side with his friends as the sun rises behind them. Then changes to the Axcalibur stabbed on the ground with the sun shining above it.)
After driving for a while, Tsuchiya had stopped at a gas station to refuel his truck. After inserting his money into the gasoline pump, he pulled out the nozzle and was about to put it into the truck's filler but stopped as he saw a gas coupon right in front of his feet.
Tsuchiya cries in joy before he picks it up and looks at the coupon.
"Coupon for free gas! How luck-" Tsuchiya said before he stopped as he saw that the coupon can only be used in Tengu City. "Oh, I can only use it in Tengu City…"
Tsuchiya thought about it, if he returns to Tengu City he'll be a target for the Phantoms once again, but Tsuchiya smiles as the sound of money can be heard in his mind.
"No, I shouldn't waste it."
After Tsuchiya puts the coupon away and refills his truck's fuel tank, Tsuchiya drives on the street for a quick return towards Tengu City. But unknown to Tsuchiya, a familiar Phantom who was thought to be dead was laughing to see this.
(Meanwhile)
One of Bogy's other targets, the high school boy, also had returned to Tengu City as he took pictures of Tengu Tower with his camera as he moved closer to it.
"It's so awesome!" He said as he continued to take several pictures.
When he arrived at the gate, a group of people appeared in front of him and one of them was holding a billboard sign to congratulate him.
"Congratulations! You're the 100,000th visitor!"
"Congratulations!" Said two pretty women as they gave him a bouquet of flowers.
"The prize is 100,000 yen!"
He smiles to receive such a prize as he thanks them but mostly thanks his good luck as the sound of money rings in his head.
In the Itsuka house, Shido along with Tohka, Yoshino, and Kotori were watching TV together. Kotori was using the remote to channel surf before she stops at a certain news channel.
"100,000 people?" Kotori said before they looked at the channel together.
"Before returning home to Aomori…I decided to see Tengu Tower just one more time. I love it!" Said the high school student and Shido recognizes him as one of Bogy's targets.
"It's the Gate from before!" Shido said in shock.
"Really?" Tohka said as they looked at him.
"Why is he back in Tengu?" Yoshino said in worry.
"Won't the Phantoms come after him again?" Yoshinon said.
That's when Shido remembers Gremlin's words after defeating Bogy.
"This is where the real show begins."
Shido then realizes that defeating Bogy was all part of his plan. He soon stood up and picked up his jacket to leave.
"I'm going." Shido said.
"Hey! Wait for me!" Tohka said as she and Yoshino stood up and followed him.
"I'm going too!" Yoshino said.
Kotori sighed in annoyance before she stood up and turned off the TV.
"Guess duty calls once again." Kotori said.
(Meanwhile)
Nitou was running throughout the city looking for Phantoms to devour.
"Phantom! Is there a Phantom around?!" Nitou calls out but still couldn't find any. "I wouldn't find one that easily…"
Nitou was about to cross the street but stopped when he saw his friend, Tsuchiya, in his truck right beside him.
"Tsucchi!" Nitou was surprised to see him again. "Eh? Eh? Why?"
Tsuchiya brought his head out through the window to wave at Nitou.
After finding a spot to park his truck, Nitou soon has a conversation with his friend.
"What are you doing coming back?! What a waste of our heartfelt goodbye!" Nitou told him and Tsuchiya nervously smiled.
"No…Some stuff happened…and I found myself back…" Tsuchiya responded.
"That's not good enough! Do you get that you're a Gate?! Your life is at risk as long as you're in Tengu!" Nitou reminded him.
"Sorry…" Tsuchiya said.
Then something fell from the sky and fell on top of Tsuchiya's head as it was now stuck in his hair. Tsuchiya blinks as he notices the thing that had fallen on his head before he pulled it out of his hair and saw it was a lottery ticket, after seeing it the sound of money rings in his head.
He soon straightens up and speaks to Nitou.
"I get it…" Tsuchiya said.
"Good." Nitou nodded.
"I get it…but can I use this before going?" Tsuchiya said before he leaned close to Nitou.
"Come on…"
"I'm really lucky. Okay? Okay?" Tsuchiya shook his shoulder before Nitou removed his hand.
"Fine!" Nitou said and Tsuchiya smiled to hear that.
"Let's go."
Both Nitou and Tsuchiya had arrived at a nearby lottery stand to turn in the ticket that had fallen on the latter's head. Tsuchiya was now spinning the lottery wheel for a while and a golden ball had fallen on the tray, and they saw that the reward for that was one million yen.
"One million?!" Both friends said at the same time before they turned to each other and cheered along with the stand's owner congratulating them while the other people who were waiting in line were saddened by this.
After leaving, Tsuchiya was looking at his prize money in his hand with a smile before he rubbed it on his face as Nitou spoke to him.
"Are you satisfied? Then hurry back to Fukui…"
"No. I feel like Lucky-chan is still with me!" Tsuchiya said, which left Nitou disappointed before Tsuchiya did his air guitar. "One! Take advantage of your luck while you have it!"
"Listen, there's no telling when a Phantom will attack." Nitou reminded him, but Tsuchiya didn't care about that.
"I'll be fine because I have you. I'm counting on you, Kousuke!" Tsuchiya said.
"Come on, man…" Nitou said before he rubs his hand on his head.
While he wasn't looking, Tsuchiya bumps into someone as they both fall to the ground.
"What the hell are you doing?"
"See?" Nitou said as he attempted to help him up.
But Tsuchiya cried and pointed at a wanted poster which showed that the person he had just bump into was a wanted man and the bounty on his head was worth three million yen.
When the wanted man notices that, he attempts to stand up and run away but Tsuchiya stops him as he grabs onto the wanted man refusing to let him but mostly the reward go.
"I'm not letting you go, three million yen! Kousuke, help out!" Tsuchiya said and Nitou moved in to help him.
"Let go, asshole!"
"Police! Three million yen!"
With some help from Kotori, Shido, Tohka, and Yoshino had found the Gate high school student.
"There he is." Shido said as the high school student was standing in front of an accessory shop and was looking at some expensive watches.
"Thank goodness we found him." Tohka said.
"Alright. I'll buy it!" He said as he was about to enter the store but stopped as he saw an antique pocket watch on the ground and picked it up.
That's when an elderly woman approached him after she saw the watch in his hand.
"Did you find that watch?" She asks before she looks at it closely. "This is a memento of my dear late husband."
The high school student smiles to hear that before he returns the memento to the elderly woman. Tohka and Yoshino smile when they hear that.
"Oh wow! I'm glad he found it!" Tohka said.
"It's so heartwarming." Yoshino said as she wiped away some tears on her eyes.
"Oh, let me reward you." She told him and the high school student was confused by this.
Shido and his friends had followed the Gate and the elderly woman to the bank where she gave him five million yen much to their shock.
"It's not much here, but here." She said as she handed him the money.
"F-Five million yen?!" He said in shock.
In their shock, Shido and Yoshinon held each other with one arm and lightly slapped each other on the cheek.
"She said that's not much…" Yoshinon said.
"How lucky…" Shido mutters.
"Yeah…" Tohka nodded.
(Back with Nitou)
After turning in the wanted criminal to the police and gotten the reward for his bounty, Tsuchiya had bought himself an expensive red suit but feeling even more lucky, Tsuchiya had arrived at a lottery booth and immediately bought a lottery card as he begins to scratch on it with a coin with Nitou talking to him.
"Hey, Tsucchi, why'd you buy that?" Nitou said and Tsuchiya pushed him back as he continued to scratch on the card.
"This is the last one. Just one more." Tsuchiya promised him.
"No matter how lucky you are, there's no way you can win!" Nitou stated.
But in that moment, Tsuchiya scratches out the last spot and he soon cries out in joy as he holds the card in his hand. Curious about this, Nitou moves in front of Tsuchiya to look at the card to see what he got.
"What is it?" He asked.
"I won!" Tsuchiya answered.
"You won?"
"First prize…"
"Eh? First prize…" Nitou looked at the posters and saw that first prize was…
"A billion yen."
The ring of money was heard in their heads several times.
"A billion yen!" Both best friends shouted before Tsuchiya fell to the ground in joy.
Shido, Tohka, and Yoshino had brought the high school student to a nearby park where they were seated on some stairs as he apologized to them.
"I'm sorry. I'm sorry."
"Don't tell me you forgot how scary the Phantom was…did you?" Shido asked and he nodded before Shido stood up and approached the GAte. "Do you want to get attacked again?! Then…don't risk your life. You better quickly-"
"Of course, I completely intended to return to my parents' home in Aomori…But…good stuff keeps happening, like the one just now." He said before he stood up and walked down the stairs, and that's when Tohka stood up and walked to Shido's side. "I just couldn't leave Tengu."
He soon turns to Shido and Tohka who gave him judgemental faces.
"I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I'm sorry!" The high school student repeatedly bowed his head.
After receiving his prize money, Tsuchiya had bought himself another expensive suit then with two briefcases filled with his money, he was now in a guitar shop with Nitou.
Tsuchiya puts his briefcases down as he and Nitou look at the guitars in the shop, while Nitou tries to count the total amount of each guitar Tsuchiya only says this.
"Oh, I can't decide! I'll just buy everything here." Nitou was shocked by this while the shop's manager was happy.
"Eh?!"
"Thank you very much!" The manager said before she laughed.
"Why don't you rein that in? Didn't you just learn your lesson? Nothing good comes from being blinded by money! Are you planning to make the same mistake?" Nitou questions him before he smacks him on the shoulder, but Tsuchiya only laughs.
"It's fine this time! You're such a worrywart! Shall we go?" Tsuchiya said as he and the manager laughed together.
Shido and his friends were walking with the high school student as they headed to the station together as the Gate continued to apologize to them.
"I'm sorry. I'm sorry."
"It's fine! Let's just leave Tengu." Shido told him.
"Hai. I'm sorry."
"You don't need to apologize that much!" Shido said in some annoyance.
But then the high school student stops and notices something.
"Huh?!" He said before he knelt down and saw that his shoelace was now broken. "It's brand new too!"
*BUZZ*
"Aww, how unlucky."
"That's unfortunate if that's new." Shido said.
"But you shouldn't let it get you down." Tohka said.
"T-Tohka-san is right." Yoshino nodded. "You still have a lot of money, so you can buy a new shoe."
But that's when a masked thief rushed in and took the high school student's backpack which contained his money before he quickly ran away.
"My money! Give it back!"
"No way!" Tohka said.
"Stop!" Shido calls out as they chase the thief.
They followed the thief to a pathway with two buildings beside it, one that was under construction, but they saw that the thief was now gone along with the high school student's money.
"No way! Why the sudden change?! I was so lucky just now." He cries out as he walks forward.
"I'm sorry! This is all my fault!" Yoshino said before she bowed her head and Yoshinon rubbed her on the head.
"Hey! Don't feel bad, Yoshino." Yoshinon told her.
Shido found that his sudden change in luck was suspicious.
'That's odd. Why did his luck suddenly change?' Shido thought.
Shido then heard a loud rumbling sound above him and the others, he looked up and saw black thunderclouds had appeared in the sky before a bolt of lightning struck down on the building that was under construction which sent pieces of scaffolding down at the Gate.
"Watch out!" Shido said as he rushes in and manages to push him out of the way as they fall to the ground with the scaffolding missing them.
*BUZZ*
Tohka and Yoshino were shocked by this.
"What the heck?!" Yoshinon said in shock.
"Shido, are you alright?" Tohka said as she and Yoshino moved towards him and the Gate.
While the high school student was bewildered by what just happened, when Shido had his hands on him, he could feel another presence clinging onto his body.
"Something's attached to you." Shido said before he stood up.
He soon puts on his Light Ring and scans it on his belt.
[LIGHT, PLEASE]
Shido soon creates a bright light which exposes the Phantom Bogy who was still alive as he clings onto the Gate's body before the light fades which makes Bogy invisible once again.
Shido, Tohka, and Yoshino were surprised to see that.
"That was a Phantom!" Tohka said.
"But I defeated him!" Shido said before he remembers destroying Bogy.
But Shido didn't have time to figure this out as he needed to deal with the Phantom first, he starts by landing a kick on the invisible Bogy which knocks him off of the Gate and rolling on the ground as he becomes visible once again.
Then Shido, now wearing his Driver, soon puts on and ready his Land Ring.
"Henshin." Shido scans the Ring on his Driver.
[LAND, PLEASE: DODODO DODODON, DON DODODON]
As Shido transforms into Wizard Land Style, Bogy stands up and leaves now that his cover is blown.
"It was going so well too…" Bogy said.
With his transformation now complete, Wizard chased after the Phantom with Tohka and Yoshino following him.
Bogy laughs as he moves in a tunnel with a bridge under it, and Wizard follows him inside and is armed with his sword along with his friends.
"Stop!" Wizard said as he was about to attack Bogy, but he ended up slipping on a banana peel and ended up falling on the ground.
*BUZZ*
"Shido!" Tohka said in worry as Wizard stood back up along with Bogy turning to him.
"What are you doing…?" Bogy questions before he closes his hand at him.
*BUZZ*
Wizard soon charges at him to attack but ends up stepping on a rolling cart and falls on the floor once again.
*BUZZ*
Yoshinon couldn't but wince to see that.
"What's wrong…?" Bogy asked in a mocking tone as Wizard groaned on the ground.
Wizard then stood up once again to charge at Bogy to attack him, but the Phantom closed his hand in front of him.
*BUZZ*
"Take this…"
Then metal pipes had appeared and fallen in front of Wizard's feet as he stumbled between the pipes, and in that moment a shopping cart had rolled behind the Rider as it picked him up and rolled forward.
Wizard screams as the shopping cart moves past beside the Phantom as he watches.
"Where are you going…?"
The shopping cart then stops in front of a sidewalk which sends Wizard flying with Bogy turning to him.
"Time to finish this…" Bogy said as he turned to Wizard who had now fallen head first in a trash can as he struggled to stand back up.
Just as Bogy was about to move towards Wizard, Tohka calls out to the Phantom as she changes into her limited Astral Dress and brings out Sandalphon.
"Hey!" Bogy turns to the Spirit. "If you hurt Shido, then you'll have to answer to me!"
Bogy chuckles before he closes his hand in front of her.
"I'm coming, Shido!" Tohka said before she charges at Bogy to attack him, but she ends up stepping on a banana peel and falls to the ground. "Itai!"
*BUZZ*
Bogy turns to her as he laughs at the Spirit, which causes Tohka to stand back up and glare at him.
"I'm not done yet!" Tohka said as she was about to charge at Bogy.
But Tohka stops as she hears a cat's cry above her, she looks up and sees a cat falling towards her, Tohka cries out in shock before the cat lands on her face and scratches on her.
"Itai! Hey, kitty! Stop that! Itai!" Tohka criest out as she struggles to remove the cat on her face but it refuses to let go and continues to scratch on her.
*BUZZ*
Tohka then removes the cat on her face as it lands on the ground and runs away while Tohka has some scratch marks on her face but is now panting.
"I-I can still…" Tohka mutters before a strong gust of wind appears in front of her and behind Bogy.
Bogy chuckles before he steps to the side as three trash cans fly past him and heads towards Tohka, she cries out in shock before each trash can hits her face one at time.
For some strange reason, Tohka felt a sense of deja vu as her eyes became swirls but saw that stars and Yoshinon was flying around her head before she fell to the ground and her clothes turned back to normal and Sandalphon disappeared.
"Tohka-san!" Yoshino said in worry before she rushed to her side and knelt down to her.
"Are you alright?" Yoshinon asked in worry as Tohka was still knocked out.
Wizard manages to stand up on his feet with the trash can still over his head.
"Why is this happening?!" Wizard said in annoyance before he scans his Bind Ring on his Driver.
[BIND, PLEASE]
Before Bogy could do something, magic circles appeared around the Phantom and stone chains appeared to grab hold and bind his body.
As Bogy struggles to break free, Wizard quickly removes and throws the trash can away along with kicking the shopping cart away as he steps forward.
Wizard then opens his sword's Hand Author and scans his Land Ring on it.
[LAND SLASH STRIKE]
Wizard assumes his stance as yellow energy along with dirt and rocks appeared around his sword and sends an energy slash at Bogy destroying him once again as he explodes.
When the explosion had died down, Shido was now back in his civilian form before he took a moment to breathe and popped out his neck but ended up hurting his back.
"Ow, that hurt! Who threw away the banana peel?!" Shido said as he massaged his back.
"Surprised…?"
Shido and Yoshino looked and saw Gremlin standing beside the Ringed Mage.
"To see a dead Phantom appearing again?" Gremlin asked.
"Gremlin!" Shido was on guard against him before he moved in front of Yoshino and the unconscious Tohka.
"I told you. The real show starts after he dies." Gremlin said.
(Flashback)
Wizard swung his massive axe down at Bogy, but that's when Bogy's spirit emerged as six copies of himself before the six spirits went into each of the contestants.
They soon appeared as ghosts as they attached themselves to the Gates' bodies to cling onto them.
(End of flashback)
"He's quite vindictive. Once he targets someone, he haunts them like a ghost. And…he manipulates their luck to drive them to despair! Once someone is blinded by money, it's easy to drive them to despair!" Gremlin said with a grin on his face.
"That sounds scary…" Yoshino said.
"After he dies he can manipulate people's luck? No way!" Shido said.
Just as Shido was about to move, Gremlin restrained him with an invisible hold.
"Shido-kun!" Yoshinon said in worry as Gremlin chuckles before he leaves by skipping.
"Good luck, Yubiwa no Mahōtsukai. It really is fun playing with you!" Gremlin said.
After he was now gone, Shido was now free of his hold and that's when the high school student/Gate had appeared.
"Are you alright?" He asked.
With no time to waste, Shido contacts Kotori with his earpiece and scans the PlaMonster Rings.
"Kotori, did you get all of that?" Shido asks as he scans each of the Rings.
[GARUDA]
[UNICORN]
[KRAKEN, PLEASE]
"More or less. We help locate the Gates along with Garuda and the others." Kotori said as each of Shido's familiar appeared and soon moved to find the four other Gates.
"I'm counting on you." Shido told them. "Which reminds me."
Shido then brings out his phone to contact Nitou.
To celebrate with his newly earned reward money, Tsuchiya and Nitou were now eating in a five-star Chinese restaurant. As they were eating, Nitou received a call from Shido and was told about the situation.
"Eh?! That Phantom from before?" Nitou said in shock.
"Yeah. He makes them lucky, then suddenly flips it to drive Gates to despair. I'll handle the other four. You take care of Tsuchiya-san." Shido told him.
"Got it." Nitou said before he ended the call while Tsuchiya was eating a plate of their food.
"What's up, Kousuke?" Tsuchiya asked before he went back to eating.
After putting his phone down, Nitou told his friend the truth about his luck.
"Tsucchi, listen carefully. You're not lucky, it's all a sham." Tsuchiya stops eating and looks at his friend in confusion.
"Huh?!"
"Shido-san, how will you find take care of four Gates at once?" Yoshino asked before Shido patted on his Driver.
"I'll be fine. Leave it to me." Shido said before he put on his Flame Dragon Ring. "Henshin."
Shido scans the Ring on his Driver.
[FLAME, DRAGON: Bou Bou Bou Bou Bou]
Shido transforms into Wizard Flame Dragon, shortly after that, he soon scans his Connect Ring on his Driver.
[CONNECT, PLEASE]
Wizard soon pulls out his Drago Timer and sets it up and activates it.
[DRAGO TIME SET UP…START]
As the Timer begins to count down, Yoshinon claps her hands together.
"I see! That's it!" Yoshinon said.
Then three of Wizard's Dragon clones appeared one at a time.
[WATER DRAGON]
[HURRICANE DRAGON]
[LAND DRAGON]
"Saa, showtime!" Wizard declared before he and his clones set out to find the four other Gates.
Nitou soon told Tsuchiya the truth about his good luck lately.
"The ghost of that Phantom is haunting me?" Tsuchiya asked.
"That's right." Nitou nodded.
"And I won the lottery thanks to him?" Nitou then stood up and moved to his friend to deal with the Bogy ghost.
"Yeah! Don't worry, I'll quickly remove him…" Nitou said as he was about to remove the ghost, but Tsuchiya refused his help as he stood up and pushed Nitou to the floor. Nitou quickly stood up and grabbed his friend's shirt. "Hey, what are you doing?!"
"Who would let go of this luck?!" Tsuchiya exclaimed.
Thanks to Kotori and his familiars, the four Wizards had found the Gates.
First Water Dragon Wizard moves in to the muscle man Gate, who was out walking his dog, as the Bogy ghost grabs hold of him.
"Let go!"
Water Dragon then pushes the Bogy ghost off of the Gate as he falls and rolls on the ground.
Water Dragon charges in to attack the Phantom ghost, but stops and sees that he steps on dog dodo.
"I stepped on it!" Water Dragon said in dismay as he looked at his foot before he turned to the Gate. "You should always clean up after your dog!"
Water Dragon turns to the Bogy ghost and charges at him once again, but stops as he steps on another piece of dog dodo with his other foot.
"Seriously?" Water Dragon said and the Bogy ghost laughed at him.
"What are you doing…?"
Tsuchiya turns away to leave but Nitou stops him as he grabs onto him.
"Hey!"
But Tsuchiya in turn grabs onto Nitou's shirt and shouted at him.
"I'm supposed to believe I'm gonna get unlucky?!" Tsuchiya pushed him back and made a false accusation. "I see! You're jealous of my money! You want to take the Phantom for yourself!"
"Of course not!" Nitou shouted as he pushed him back but Tsuchiya moved in front of him.
"Leave me alone!" Tsuchiya said before he picked up a large sum of his money and placed it on the table. "If you want money, then take it!"
"I don't want it!" Nitou rejects it and grabs onto Tsuchiya's shoulder. "Hey, wait!"
Tsuchiya then pushes Nitou to the floor once again and the two friends stare at each other before Tsuchiya coldly tells him this.
"Get lost. The luck is mine. And mine alone."
Tsuchiya then leaves the room with Nitou watching him.
"Tsucchi…" Nitou mutters in sadness before he stands up and follows him to make him see reason.
Wizard Hurricane Dragon soon finds the comedian Gate as he lands on the ground and scans his Smell Ring on his Driver while having his cloak on his nose.
[SMELL, PLEASE]
Hurricane Dragon unleashed a foul odor at the comedian who was performing on the street show but couldn't get an audience. The comedian was forced to pinch his nose and cover his mouth to protect himself from the order, but it also helped expose the Bogy ghost who was haunting him as he moved away from the Gate and became visible.
"What is this stench?!" The comedian turns to the Bogy ghost as he does his 'Get you' before he screams in fear and falls to the ground.
Hurricane Dragon soon removed his cloak off of his nose and was about to charge at the Phantom to attack but then a board sign suddenly flew and smacked on his face due to Bogy manipulating his luck.
*BUZZ*
"It stinks…" Bogy laughs at Wizard while pointing his finger.
Hurricane Dragon removes the sign and moves towards Bogy, but then three more signs smack onto his face one at time.
*BUZZ*

*BUZZ*
Hurricane Dragon was dizzy for a moment before he saw a human sized sign heading towards him as it fell right on top of him and it was now stuck around his neck with his head sticking out of the sign.
"Looks like he really can manipulate luck." Hurricane Dragon remarked as he stumbled a bit.
Nitou had followed Tsuchiya out of the restaurant and was now outside looking for his friend.
"Tsucchi!" Nitou calls out before he sees Tsuchiya in an alleyway as he pays three men a large sum of his money.
"Save me! I'll give you money! Please!" Tsuchiya told them before he saw Nitou and pointed at him. "That's him! Go! Do it!"
Tsuchiya's hired goons laugh as they move towards Nitou.
"Who're you guys?!" Nitou said as they showed off the money that Tsuchiya gave them. "Hey, Tsucchi, what is this?!"
Wizard Land Dragon had found the mama's boy Gate who was with his mother as he hugs her in fear after the Bogy ghost had appeared.
"Mama!" He cries out as his mother tries to calm him down.
Land Dragon steps forward as the Bogy ghost is standing in the middle of metal pillars, Land Dragon soon scans his Extend Ring on his Driver.
[EXTEND, PLEASE]
Land Dragon then stretches out his left arm to attack the Bogy ghost, but it avoids his attacks by disappearing and reappearing in a spot between the metal pillars.
Land Dragon continues to stretch out his arm to attack the Bogy ghost as it continues to avoid his attacks by teleporting to a different spot, then Land Dragon's arm had reached his stretching limit and his arm now was stuck between the metal pillars.
*BUZZ*
"Oh crap, I'm stuck!" Land Dragon said as he struggled to pull his arm free.
That's when Bogy moves towards his hand as he laughs.
"Nice work…" Bogy said as he gave Land Dragon a high five.
(Meanwhile)
In the Fraxinus, Kotori and her crew were watching the Wizard Dragon clones' battle against the three Bogy ghosts.
"C-Come on…S-Shido…Get your act together…Pfft!" Kotori puffs before she uses her hand to hold back her laughter.
It wasn't just her as most of Kotori's crew were also having trouble holding back their own laughter as the clones' battles were funny to watch.
"B-But commander…You have to admit…this is pretty funny…" Kawagoe quietly chuckles.
"I-I think the part where he stepped dog poop is my favorite." Nakatsugawa chuckles.
"I think the part where he had those signs smacking on his face was better though…" Minowa mutters before she chuckles.
After Tsuchiya's hired help had beaten Nitou up, he was now on the ground as they laughed at him.
"Weak!"
"You think yer so tough!"
"Nice work, Aniki!"
"Good work!" Tsuchiya told them.
They soon move towards their boss before Tsuchiya walks to Nitou and knelt down to his old friend. When Nitou turns to him, Tsuchiya lifts up his sunglasses.
"Hey, Kousuke. We're not best friends or anything anymore. Later." Tsuchiya coldly told him before he stood up and left with his new friends. "Let's go all-out!"
"Yay!"
Nitou was left devastated by this.
"No way…Why do you have to be like that? Isn't there anything I can do?" Nitou said before he punches on the ground in frustration. He then looks at the necklace/guitar pick that Tsuchiya gave him before he remembers Tsuchiya's words when he gave it to him.
"This is the proof of our friendship."
Nitou then looks at his best friend as he leaves with his goons, and after finding new found resolve, Nitou soon stands back up.
Wizard Flame Dragon/Main Wizard had found the ventriloquist Gate and after exposing the Bogy ghost, he scans his Big Ring on his Driver.
[BIG, PLEASE]
Wizard enlarges his left hand into a giant size and uses it to grab onto Bogy using his thumb and finger before he picks the Phantom up much to the ventriloquist's amazement.
"Whoa! Mii-chan! Mii-chan!"
Wizard then reached to his Kick Strike Ring to finish the Phantom, but he couldn't reach it due to using his right arm along with his Ring Holder being attached to the left side of his Driver.
"Huh?" Wizard said as he now struggled to reach for the Ring.
*BUZZ*
"I can't reach it. Panda-kun, get that for me." Wizard said.
*BUZZ*
Using his money, Tsuchiya had bought an expensive race car, then he along with his hired help were riding in it with Tsuchiya driving the card.
"This is nice. I've always wanted to ride one of these." One of his goons said.
"Yer the best, Tsuchiya-san!"
"Yeah, man!" They laughed.
Tsuchiya couldn't help but feel gloated about his good luck even if it's from a Phantom. Thanks to that, he got a lot of money that he could use to buy all of the guitars he wanted along with the best clothes and jewelry including this car.
'Where's the bad luck?! I don't see it!' Tsuchiya thought to himself before he saw a mother crossing the street along with pushing her baby's stroller.
Tsuchiya cries out in shock as he quickly turns out of the way and manages to avoid hitting the mother and her child but…
*CRASH*
The car crashed as it was now upside down.
*BUZZ*
Thankfully, Tsuchiya along with his goons had survived and were unharmed, the goons managed to pull themselves out of the car wreck except for Tsuchiya who was stuck on his car seat.
"Hey! Let me out!"
"Huh? Tsuchiya-san!" One of his goons said as they stood up.
"Hurry up!" Tsuchiya told them.
The goons move in to help Tsuchiya as they begin to pry the door open.
But then they soon saw that the car was now leaking gas and sparks between the broken wires.
"Oh! The gasoline!" Tsuchiya's goons said in fear as they quickly moved away from the car.
Tsuchiya soon noticed the gas leak and the sparks too, and there wasn't much time left until the gas would ignite and the car would explode with him still inside.
"Hey! Save me quickly! I'll give you all the money you want!" Tsuchiya told them but his offer wasn't enough to win them over this time.
"You've got to be joking!"
"Like I'd risk my life for you!" They said as they ran away and abandoned Tsuchiya before the car could explode.
"Wait! Wait!" Tsuchiya calls out but they continue to run away.
"Tsucchi!" Nitou shouted as he rushed in and knelt down to his friend. "Tsucchi! I'll get you out of there now!"
Nitou then begins to pry the door open while Tsuchiya could only look at him in confusion.
"Why you? Are you an idiot?! Don't you remember what I did to you?!" Tsuchiya shouted.
"I forgot. I'm an idiot, after all. But I'm not such an idiot to abandon a friend who's in a pinch!" Nitou told him as he continued to force the door to open.
"Kousuke…" Tsuchiya said as he looked at his friend.
Nitou continues to pry the door open before he growls in frustration and punches on the door, then the sparks grew larger and ignited some of the gas.
But Nitou refused to give up before showing the necklace that Tsuchiya had given him which is still proof of their friendship.
"Anyway, our friendship isn't broken that easily!" Nitou told him and Tsuchiya wasn't sure what to say about that.
Quickly but surely, Nitou was able to force the door open before the gas ignited into flames but not before Nitou managed to pull Tsuchiya out of the car as it exploded behind them and they soon fell to the ground and turned to the destroyed car.
Nitou smiles before he turns to his best friend.
"That was close, wasn't it?" Nitou said.
Tsuchiya, filled with guilt and gratitude, soon got on his hands and knees as he turned to Nitou.
"Kousuke, I'm the idiot! I don't need money anymore." Tsuchiya said before he stood up and turned his back towards Nitou so he could deal with the Phantom who was still haunting him. "Please take away the Phantom."
Nitou smiled before he stood up.
"Tsucchi…Alright!" Nitou said as he took a few steps and kicked the invisible Bogy off of his friends as the Phantom fell to the ground and became visible.
The Bogy ghost rolls on the ground before it stops and glares at Nitou. Nitou, now wearing his Driver, steps forward to face the Phantom.
"How dare you do that to my best friend! That's unforgivable. I really mean it this time." Nitou said before he put on his Beast Ring and raised it to swing his arms.
"Hennnnnnn~shin!" Nitou said as he struck his pose and inserted his Ring into his Driver.
[SET, O~PEN! L-I-O-N: LION]
Nitou soon transforms into Beast and pulls out his Dice Saber and charges at the Bogy ghost.
Then as Bogy stood up, he avoided some of Beast's sword attacks before he countered by punching Beast on the face. Beast takes a step back and soon slashes at Bogy several times but the Phantom avoids hsi attack by moving around the Rider.
Bogy then blocks another slash with his arm before he pushes Beast's Saber down and smacks him to the ground.
Beast rolled before he stopped and stood on his knee and foot.
"Punk!"
As he stands up, Beast changes to his Falco Ring and inserts it into his Driver.
[FALCO, GO: FA-FA-FA FALCO]
Beast soon equips himself with the Falco Mantle, and then using the Mantle's flying abilities Beast jumps and slashes on the Bogy ghost as he moves past him.
Beast then lands on the ground and turns to Bogy before throwing his Dice Saber to his left hand to spin the dice. Beast then inserts his Falco Ring into the Saber's Ring Slot and it lands on a…
[ONE: FALCO SABER STRIKE]
Beast groans that it landed on his weakest attack.
"Why now?!" Beast said in frustration.
"Kousuke!" Tsuchiya calls out and Beast turns to him.
"No. Our friendship can't be measured with numbers! Go!" Beast shouted as he swung his Saber to send a single but small energy falcon at Bogy as it roared.
Bogy thought that a small attack wouldn't be any trouble for him, but Beast proves him wrong as he roars and the energy falcon instantly grows into a giant size, and the now large energy falcon hands a strong hit on the Bogy ghost sending him to the ground.
Beast cheers as he pumps his fist.
(Back with Wizard and his clones)
Wizard continued to reach for his Kick Strike, but he was barely able to touch it.
*BUZZ*
"Panda-kun!"
*BUZZ*
Water Dragon was having the same trouble as he struggled to pull his Kick Strike Ring out of his Ring Holder but it was stuck on it.
"Huh?! It's stuck! Wait a moment!" Water Dragon said as he struggled to pull the Ring out while the Bogy ghost laughed at him.
"What's wrong…? Take it out…?"
*BUZZ*
Land Dragon was also having trouble as he tried to reach for his Kick Strike Ring with his right hand.
"My hand can't reach it today!" Land Dragon said in frustration.
*BUZZ*
Hurricane Dragon has the same problem as he struggles to reach for his Kick Strike Ring as his arms were now trapped as the board sign was stuck in the middle of his body along with his arms.
"I'm not going to lose to luck!" Wizard shouted as he along with his clones grabbed onto their respective Ring Holders.
The four Wizards then tore the Ring Holders off of their belts and scanned the Kick Strike Ring on their Drivers, with Hurricane Dragon throwing the sign off of his body.
[CHOINE, KICK STRIKE: SAIKO]
Wizard then pulls back his arm as it returns to its normal size and throws his Ring Holder away as the Bogy ghost falls to the ground.
Wizard soon flicks his cloak and assumes his stance before he charges at the Bogy ghost and his Dragon clones do the same.
"You might be my hardest opponent yet!"
Then with their foot coated with their respective elements, all four Wizards flip forward as they jump into the air and kick at all four Bogy ghosts, destroying them as they explode.
Wizard lands on the ground.
"Whew."
(Back with Beast)
Beast jumps into the air and lands a kick on the last remaining Bogy ghost's chest which forces him to stumble back.
Beast then lands on the ground before he changes to his Hyper Ring and inserts it into his Driver.
[HYPER! GO: HY-HY-HY-HYPER]
Beast soon transforms into his Hyper Form armed with his Mirage Magnum. He then uses his Magnum to fire at Bogy but the Phantom avoids it by disappearing and reappearing to another spot, Beast continues to shoot at but Bogy continues to avoid his gunfire with his disappearing act.
Bogy then laughs at him before Beast lowered his Magnum.
"Act like a ghost and pass on by letting me eat you, main dish!" Beast said before he opens the mouth of his Hyper Ring and inserts it into his Mirage Magnum.
[HYPER MAGNUM STRIKE]
Energy Chimera then appears before it went into Beast's body as he aimed his gun at Bogy and fired his finishing shot at the Phantom. The Bogy ghost turned around and attempted to run away, but it was too late as Beast's attack made contact and destroyed the Phantom as it exploded.
Then Beast's magic circle appeared as it absorbed a green mist which was Bogy's magical power before Beast devoured it.
"Itadakimashita." Beast said before he claps his hands. "Thanks for the meal!"
After the battle, Nitou and Tsuchiya were now in a park as they were sitting on a bench to talk things out.
"Sorry." Tsuchiya spoke first.
"Sure." Nitou said.
"Thanks."
"Sure."
Tsuchiya then took a deep breath as he stood up and walked forward to shout this out from the top of his lungs
"ONE! WHAT MONEY CAN'T BUY IS FRIENDSHIP!"
Nitou then stood up and walked to his side to shout with him.
"TWO! DO YOU REALLY GET IT THIS TIME?!"
"THREE! AS PROOF…I'LL GIVE YOU ALL MY GUITARS!"
Nitou chuckled before he shouted again.
"FOUR! I don't want them!" Nitou said as he punched Tsuchiya's arm.
Shido along with his friends were watching them with a smile on their faces.
Miku sighed as she shook her head.
"Men…They're all one track minds." Miku said before she lovingly hugs onto Shido's arm. "Of course, you're the exception, Darling!"
"If you think that's bad, you should've seen how Tohka and Yoshino acted towards each other when they first met." Kotori commented.
Tohka and Yoshino turned to each other and remembered when they first met and had a bit of a rough start before they became good friends, Tohka and Yoshino nervously chuckled.
"Well at least it wasn't so bad when we met Kaguya and Yuzuru." Shido said.
"Yeah. That's exactly…Hey!" Kaguya said.
"Exclamation. What do you mean by that buster?" Yuzuru asked.
"Well at least things will be fine now." Mikie said.
"Yeah. Looks like Tsuchiya-san will be okay, this time." Rinne said.
"That's right." Shido nodded. "Since he knows there are things money can't buy."
"Kousuke." Tsuchiya said.
"Yeah?"
"Please continue to be my best friend." Tsuchiya requested.
"Of course. Come on!" Nitou said before he lightly punched Tsuchiya's arm once again.

(You need a time machine?) (As the songs start, Shido was seen riding on his Machine Winger on the road before he sped up.)
(Suki darake no kao narabete itsumo to onaji hanashi shite) (Then the scene changes to Tohka sleeping as her memories with Shido appear in the background. Then changes to a sleeping Yoshino as her memories with Shido appear.)
(Terebi no naka hīrō ga mirai no tame ni isogashisō) (Then changes to sleeping Kotori as her memories with Shido appear in the background. Then to a sleeping Kurumi as her memories with Shido appear.)
(Hoka ni wa nai igokochi ga aru yo) (Then changes to a sleeping Kaguya and Yuzuru as their memories with Shido appear. Then it changes to a sleeping Miku as her memories with Shido appear.)
(Mai aru nā hitori ga suki datta noni mō modorenai) (Shido was seen sleeping on a grassy field before he wakes up and saw his friends were standing in front of them before Tohka offered her hand to him and Shido smiles as he grabs her hand as he stood up, before they run on the field together before WizarDragon appeared in the sky as it flew above them.)
(Taai no nai jikan o wakeai! Ureshī yo toka sabishī yo toka…Nitamono dōshi dakara iwanai) (Then it changes to Shido and his friends going shopping together for food, stylish clothes, and looking at certain items in front of the store window.)
(Bōken eiga to wa tōi mainichi ni! Akireru yōna afureru yōna! Omoidashi warai ga tsudzukimasu yōni…) (Then it changes to Shido and his friends in a water park with some playing in the pool splashing water at each other, while some riding on the water slides, and some were just sunbathing.)
({Instrumental} You need a time machine?) (Then changes to Shido riding on his motorcycle once again before he speeds up and the screen changes to his back as he drives to parts unknown.)
(Later at night)
After receiving a call from Wajima, Shido arrived and entered the antique shop. Wajima was in his workshop as he walked out to greet him.
"Oh, Shido, you've arrived just in time." Wajima said before he walked to him.
"What's with the call, Wajima-san? Did something happen?" Shido asked.
"It's best that I show you." Wajima said before he showed an orange stone which was used to make Shido's Magic Rings, except there was a faint golden light within it.
Shido closely looks at the giant light within the stone.
"Oji-san, what is this?" Shido asked.
"I'm not sure myself. It was giving off this light for a while, but I might have a theory. Do you have that new Ring with you?" Wajima asked.
"Yeah, of course I do." Shido said before he brought out the Infinity Ring.
But the moment he brought it out, the Infinity Ring began to emit a blinking light around it almost like it was responding to the stone in Wajima's hands.
Both Shido and Wajima were surprised by this before they turned to each other and had the same conclusion.
"You don't think…" Shido said.
"Only one way to find out." Wajima said before they nodded to each other.
They then brought the Ring and Stone close to each other, and the light around the Ring and the light within the stone glow brighter which forced Shido and Wajima to shield their eyes before the Infinity shot out a beam of light into the stone and it soon changed color.
When the light died down, Shido and Wajima looked at the stone in the latter's hand and to their shock the stone had changed into a new magic stone.
It was now colored purely gold with small traces of ruby, sapphire, emerald, and topaz around it.
"A new magic stone?" Shido said in shock before he looked at the Infinity Ring.
"Well…This is certainly a surprise." Wajima said as he looked at the gold magic stone in his hands.
"You can say that again. I didn't know this was possible." Shido said before he looked at the magic stone. "What do you think it means?"
"I can only guess, but this might be the Ring and the stone's way of showing a new power for you." Wajima told him.
"A new power…" Shido said.
"Anyway, I'm going to work on this immediately. Because if I'm right, I might make my greatest Ring out of this." Wajima said.
(Meanwhile)
As the lights of the city have illuminated the night sky, an armored figure walks on the edge of a skyscraper and the figure was...a Kamen Rider.
His armor and bodysuit were colored gold with black gloves and boots with silver leg guards on his shins, he also wears black robes around his waist and has a cape on his shoulders to his back, he also has black gems on top of his shoulder guards, and on his face with the top of his helmet shaped like a magician's hat. On his waist was a black version of Shido's WizarDriver and was identical to the White Mage's Driver. Lastly on his left finger was a Transformation Ring, that was colored gold with a black stone in the middle with a magician's hat on the top of it.
This is the evil Kamen Rider known as Sorcerer.
Sorcerer then took a moment to study the city to admire the sight of it. This city is the pinnacle of human science and engineering.
It was thanks to that that humanity was able to create this modern city, to channel the forces of heat and electricity for everyday means, and to journey into the stars above the sky and even set foot on the moon.
Even Sorcerer have to admit this city is indeed impressive as he admires the sight of it.
"Such a beautiful city. It almost makes me feel sad to recreate it." Sorcerer said before he looked at a Magic Ring on his right finger.
The Ring was colored gold with a black stone, it had an image of the Earth with a rainbow-colored tornado above it.
"Well…almost. But first things first. The Philosopher's stone." Sorcerer said as he needs one more thing to make his plan a success.
Koyomi was in her room cleaning her crystal ball, she was about to pick up her cup of tea to drink it but stopped as a crack suddenly appeared.
"Huh?" Koyomi blinks to see that crack.
