Hello, minna-san! Shunya Toshiki here brings you part 1 of the Wizard movie arc. Also, this chapter may contain some minor spoilers from my Decade story, but hey, it will still take a while for me to complete so…let's not worry about that.

Spell 29: Wizard in Magic Land
It was a beautiful day in Tengu City. In the shopping district, Tohka, Rinne, Koyomi, Kaguya, Yuzuru, Yoshino, Kotori, Mikie and Miku were in a clothing store to pick out some new outfits.
Rinne picks up two shirts as she looks at them.
"Hmmmm…which one?" Rinne said.
"Hey, Rinne! How does this one look?" Tohka calls out as she shows Rinne a dress that she likes.
Rinne looked at it and it was a pretty dress but saw the price tag and saw it was expensive, Rinne flinched to see its price.
"Ummm…It looks nice, Tohka. But I think it's a little too much." Rinne told her and Tohka was a bit saddened to hear before she looked at the dress.
"Really?" Tohka said before Rinne grabbed onto her hands.
"Let's put this one back. I'm sure we'll find another dress that would look nice on you." Rinne assures her and Tohka smiles.
"You really think so?" Tohka asked, and Rinne nodded. "Then let's go!"
Tohka drags Rinne to another spot to look at some clothes.
"Hey, Tohka! Not so fast." Rinne told her.
Mikie, Yoshino and Yoshinon were looking at some hair accessories.
Yoshino picked two of them, one was a blue snowflake, the other was a pretty teardrop.
"Hmmm…What do you think I should choose, Yoshinon?" Yoshino asked her puppet friend.
"Hmmm…" Yoshinon hummed before she pointed at the snowflake. "Do that Yoshino! I think that would be perfect for you."
"Okay." Yoshino nodded before she put the teardrop back and Mikie chuckled to see that.
'Honestly. I still wonder how she does it.' She thought to herself.
Kaguya was in the changing room before she opened the curtain to show off a punk-rock outfit consisting of black clothing along with two belts and wristbands.
She was showing the outfit off to Yuzuru as she strikes a few poses with it.
"Hahaha! What do you think, Yuzuru? Does the allure of these dark garments leave you speechless?" Kaguya questions her twin.
Yuzuru sighed and shook her head.
"Concern. I worry about your sense of fashion." Yuzuru said.
"Huh? What does that mean? Are you saying these aren't good?" Kaguya questions her.
"Reply. Perhaps." Yuzuru said.
Kaguya pouted before she and Yuzuru began to chuckle.
Kotori and Koyomi were watching them with smiles on their faces.
"Honestly. I don't know why I have to come too. They seem to be having fun by themselves." Kotori said.
"It's fine. I think something like this is nice to watch." Koyomi told her.
That's when Miku suddenly went up to Kotori to hug.
"Hey, Kotori-san! Why don't you spend time with me?" Miku asked.
"Miku! Are you doing?" Kotori said in annoyance as she tried to push her off of her.
"What? I thought I could spend some time with my future sister-in-law." Miku said.
"Huh?! Who said I was your sister-in-law?" Kotori asks but Miku continues to hug and refuses to let go.
Seeing her friends acting like this, Koyomi smiles and chuckles, she wished that something like this would last forever. But then…
[EXPLOSION, NOW]
Then an explosion appeared in front of the store which sent everyone inside flying and created a large smoke cloud.
Tohka and the others were on the ground, thankfully they didn't receive any serious injuries.
"Itai…" Tohka mutters as she sits up and rubs the back of her head.
Kotori then sat up as well.
"Is everyone alright?" Kotori asked.
"I think so…" Rinne said.
"I'm fine." Yoshino said.
"Response. Yuzuru and Kaguya are alright as well." Yuzuru said.
That's when Mikie notices that someone was missing.
"Wait…Where's Koyomi-san?" Mikie said.
That's when Tohka saw that Koyomi was now unconscious on the ground.
"There!" Tohka pointed, but then the magic Rider scans a Chain Ring on his Driver.
[CHAIN, NOW]
Then a magic chain appeared as it headed towards Koyomi as it grabbed onto her and pulled her to the user of that chain who was behind the smoke cloud.
"Oh no, Koyomi!" Rinne said.
"Just who…?" Kotori said as she wonders who just cast that spell.
Then the smoke cleared and that's when everyone saw that Koyomi was now in the arms of a Rider, and it wasn't just any old Rider, it was Kamen Rider Sorcerer. Tohka, Rinne, Mikie, Yoshino and Kotori were shocked to see that Sorcerer had returned.
"Sorcerer?!" Rinne said.
"No way…" Tohka mutters.
"But…I thought Shido defeated him with Alex." Kotori said.
Sorcerer chuckles at them before he scans his Teleport Ring with his Driver.
[TELEPORT, NOW]
Sorcerer leaves by teleporting, taking Koyomi with him, leaving the others worried for their friend.
"Oh no…" Tohka mutters.
(Meanwhile)
While Tohka and the other girls were out shopping, Shido was in Omokagedo and was seated on a chair as he was waiting for Wajima to make a Ring from the magic stone they made with the Infinity Ring and right now, it was nearing completion.
As he was waiting, Shido was looking at his Infinity Ring as he couldn't help but wonder what other secrets that it holds. Then Wajima walked out of his workshop with a new Ring in his hand.
"Shido, it's finished!" Wajima calls out as Shido pocketed his Ring and stood up.
"Really?" Shido said and Wajima nodded as he walked to him.
"See for yourself." Wajima said before he showed the new Ring to Shido.
The Ring was purely colored gold leaving out some spots for the colored gems. It had a carving of WizarDragon with a red jewel forehead and eyes, it had four gems in different colors forming the wings, the right wing is colored ruby red and sapphire blue while the left is colored green emerald and yellow topaz. The dragon carving was holding a large round diamond with the four jewels ruby, sapphire, emerald and topaz beside it.
This is the Finish Strike Ring.
Shido looks at the Ring in amazement before he picks it up and looks at it closely.
"This is incredible." Shido said and Wajima made a proud smile with his hands on his hips.
"I told you I'll make my greatest ring with that magic stone. But like the others before it, it's up to you to learn how it works and when to use it." Wajima told him.
Shido smiles before he throws the Ring up and catches it.
"Well either way, thanks again, Wajima-ojisan. You outdid yourself yet again." Shido said and Wajima chuckled as he rubbed the back of his head.
Shido then heard his phone ringing, he brought it out and saw that Kotori was calling him.
"Kotori?" Shido said before he answered the call and placed his phone on his ear. "Hello?"
"Shido! There's trouble! Koyomi's been kidnapped!" Kotori told him and Shido was shocked to hear that.
"What?! How?" Shido asked.
"It was Sorcerer. He's back." Kotori told him and Shido was shocked to hear that.
(Later)
Night had arrived in Tengu City. Flying above the streets of Tengu City was colorful magic energy as they moved to center points in the city as everyone looked at them as they wondered what was going on.
Standing on the roof of a tall building was Sorcerer and the unconscious Koyomi.
"The time has come." Sorcerer said as he looked at the moving magic energy while Koyomi was resting on a pedestal behind him. "The end of this drab world is nigh."
Running on the stairs outside of the building was Shido wearing his Flame Ring and Diver in the attempt to save Koyomi and stop whatever Sorcerer had planned for her.
"It's time for my world to begin." Sorcerer said before he spuns to Koyomi and approached her. "And the one to raise the curtain…will be you."
Whatever he has plans, it is clearly certain that Koyomi is a key piece to it as a bright light can be seen on her chest. Sorcerer was about to touch her head but stopped as Shido had arrived as he shouted.
"Koyomi!"
Sorcerer then moves in to face Shido.
"So, you finally arrived. Though I guess it would be expected given your reputation." Sorcerer said with Shido glaring at him.
"Just how are you back, Sorcerer? You were defeated along with Dark Decade." Shido said but Sorcerer was confused.
"Hmmm? What are you talking about?" Sorcerer asked, and Shido blinked to hear that but had this conclusion.
'Wait…Could he be a different Sorcerer than the one I know.' Shido thought before he looked at the unconscious Koyomi. 'But either way, I need to stop whatever he has planned and save Koyomi.'
Shido flips the switches on his Driver and soon readies his Ring.
[SHABADOOBI TOUCH HENSHIN]
"Henshin." Shido flips the visor down and scans the Ring on his Driver.
[FLAME, PLEASE: HI HI HI HI HI]
Shido creates a magic circle in front of him and runs through as he transforms into Wizard and charges at Sorcerer to battle him.
Wizard throws a kick at him; Sorcerer blocks it and counters by landing two kicks on Wizard and he stumbles back.
Just as Wizard faced Sorcerer, he soon scanned a Ring on his Driver.
[BLAST, NOW]
Sorcerer creates a shockwave in front of Wizard which sends him rolling on the ground. Just as Wizard stood back up, he created a magic circle behind him as he spun around to pull out his sword and Sorcerer scans his Connect Ring on his Driver.
[CONNECT, NOW]
Sorcerer created his own magic circle to pull out his personal weapon, the Dis Halberd, his ax resembling a sorcerer's staff.
Just as Wizard and Sorcerer were about to fight with their weapons, Wizard soon heard a familiar voice.
"Hold it right there!" Said Tohka as she flew in and landed on the roof wearing her limited Astral Dress and armed with her own sword.
"Tohka!" Wizard said and Tohka smiled at him.
"I'm not late, am I?" Tohka asked and Wizard smiled as they both faced Sorcerer ready to fight him together.
"No. You're just in time." Wizard said while Sorcerer just chuckled at him.
"It doesn't matter to me how many you are. You won't stop what is to come." Sorcerer proclaimed.
"We'll see about that!" Wizard said before he and Tohka charged at Sorcerer as he did the same.
Wizard and Tohka engage in a bladed fight against Sorcerer but despite being outnumbered, he was able to fight them with ease.
Tohka throws two slashes at him, Sorcerer parries her attacks with his Halberd and kicks her as Tohka blocks it with her sword but is still forced to stumble back.
Then Wizard and Sorcerer clashed their weapons together before they were in a lock, but Sorcerer pushed him back and swung his weapon at his head and Wizard avoided it by moving under it.
Wizard and Tohka attacks Sorcerer as he continues to parry and avoids their attacks while they did the same. But then Sorcerer gains the upper hand as he kicks Tohka back and lands two slashes on Wizard's chest before he stumbles back.
Sorcerer doesn't stop as he scans his Explosion Ring on his Driver.
[EXPLOSION, NOW]
Sorcerer created an explosion in front of Wizard which knocked him off of the building.
"Shido!" Tohka said in worry.
Acting quickly, Wizard resets his Driver and scans his Bind Ring on his Driver.
[BIND, PLEASE]
Wizard created four magic chains as they grab onto his wrists and ankles before he uses the chains to pull himself back to the roof of the building.
Wizard rolled on the roof before he stood up in front of Sorcerer as he attacked him with his Halberd, Wizard dodges the first one while he avoids the second attack by flipping.
Wizard then avoids an incoming thrust from Sorcerer before he moves beside the evil Kamen Rider as he flips and lands on his knee and foot.
Wizard then blocks an incoming slash from Sorcerer's Halberd by using his arms. But Sorcerer grabs onto to pick him up and attacks him starting his knee and then his Halberd.
Tohka was ready to help him but stops as the magic power that Sorcerer has been gathering throughout the city begins to take shape.
"W-What is this?" Tohka said.
The magic power had formed a rainbow colored and massive size version of Sorcerer's magic circle as it reached and covered the entire city and the building, they were standing on was in the center of it.
Sorcerer then slashes on Wizard's chest twice which sends him rolling on the ground, that's when Wizard saw the massive magic circle as he sat up.
"Sorcerer, just what are you trying to do?!" Wizard said as he stood up and Tohka moved to his side.
After dismissing his weapon, Sorcerer approached the unconscious Koyomi and told Wizard and Tohka what he was planning.
"I will recreate the world! To the world I've always wished for!" Sorcerer soon changed to a Ring that had an image of the Earth with a rainbow-colored tornado above it.
Sorcerer then resets his Driver to scan the Ring on it.
[CREATE, NOW]
Sorcerer brought the Ring to Koyomi to channel his mana into her body as it lit up in a golden light and Sorcerer's magic circle appeared below them. Sorcerer then turns to Wizard and Tohka to give them some parting words.
"Now…The real fun has yet to begin!"
Then the magic circle transforms into a rainbow-colored tornado which almost blows Wizard and Tohka away.
Then the massive version of his magic circle transforms as well as it merges with the first tornado as it begins to consume everything, buildings, plants, animals, people, even the very ground and sky were being consumed by the tornado leaving only darkness.
Watching this event in another building was Kurumi as she was deeply fascinated by what is now happening.
"Now this is truly interesting." Kurumi said before she chuckles.
Both Wizard and Tohka were shocked to see this.
"Shido! What's going on?" Tohka asked.
"I don't know!" Wizard said before they looked and saw that both Sorcerer and Koyomi were caught in the tornado as they flew up within.
"Oh no, Koyomi!" Tohka said.
"Tohka!" Wizard said as he grabbed onto Tohka. "Hang on tight!"
Tohka nodded before Wizard turned to Koyomi and jumped towards her with Tohka holding him tightly.
"Koyomi!" Wizard then reaches out to Koyomi as they spin in the tornado together.
As everything continues to disappear around them, Wizard continues to reach out to Koyomi while holding Tohka, Wizard was able to reach Koyomi's fingers before they drifted apart.
But Wizard refuses to give up as moves in and reaches out to Koyomi.
"Koyomi!" Wizard shouted as he reached out and grabbed her hand as the tornado fully consumed all three of them leaving only darkness…
Shido soon snapped his eyes open and saw that he was now back on the roof where he and Tohka fought Sorcerer before he saw that everything was now back to normal as he could see the morning sky.
Shido took a moment to study his surroundings and saw that Tohka was lying right beside and was unconscious.
"Tohka! Are you alright?" Shido said as he shook her.
"Hm?" Tohka mutters before she wakes up and yawns. "Good morning…Shido…Where's breakfast?"
Tohka then notices the position she was in right now as her face fully turns red before she sat up and explained herself.
"Shido?! What are you doing on my bed…?" Tohka said before she noticed that she wasn't on her bed nor was she in her room right now. "Wait…Isn't this my room…Shido, what just happened?"
"I don't know…The last thing I remember…" Shido said as he sat up and noticed he was holding Koyomi's hand and saw she was still unconscious. "Koyomi!"
Shido then shook Koyomi's shoulders.
"Koyomi!"
Koyomi then slowly began to wake up and saw Shido and Tohka.
"Shido? Tohka?" Koyomi said before Shido helped her sit up. "I was…"
"What was that spell about?" Shido said before Tohka noticed something from afar that was familiar yet different at the same time.
"Ummm…Shido, Koyomi." Tohka calls out to them as they turn to her, and she points at Tengu Tower. "Has that always been there before?"
Shido and Koyomi looked at Tengu Tower and they were surprised to see what was above the landmark of their city.
Tengu Tower was heavily modified and was even taller than it was before, not only that it had magic power around it along with large magic circles around it and had what appears to be a palace standing above it.
"What is that?" Shido said.

In Magic Land
In the new Tengu City, instead of using cars or bicycles, the people were using magic brooms and carpets to fly above the buildings and roads to travel around while those walking on the ground were using magic circles in their hands similar to smartphones while some on the carpets were carrying packages like a delivery truck.
Not only that but everyone in the city is now a mage as they were wearing a hand belt buckle like Shido as they used a ring to use their magic, in fact most things that were made by technology also had a Hand Author.
There were even road signs for no parking that said.
'No Carpet parking (Brooms OK) Exceptions on Saturday and Holidays'
For the broom parking, the users placed their brooms on a rack almost like how people lock their bikes on racks, except they use magic to secure them as they scanned their rings on the racks' Hand Author.
Inside a station, people can be seen scanning their Rings on the fare gate to open and close as they also had a Hand Author on them.
There was a flying magic steam train moving in the air.
*CHOO*
The people had PlaMonsters like Shido but in different colors.
A father and son had a yellow Garuda, a pink Kraken and a gold Unicorn as they walked with them.
They also magic for everyday means as one of them scanned their Common Ring on their belt.
[TELEPHONE]
She uses a magic circle to call someone like it was a phone.
"Hello? Sara?" She said through the circle.
In a park, a family is seen having a picnic as the father scans his Ring on his belt.
[GRILL]
He uses his magic circle to create a fire to cook his meat skewer as his family was looking forward to it.
Then a little boy scanned his Ring to cast his magic on someone.
[SPLASH]
The boy fired a splash of water on someone's face and that someone was Shido.
[CONNECT, NOW]
Appearing from a magic circle was the boy's mother as she grabs onto his jacket before she walks out of the circle to apologize for her son's behavior.
"We are so sorry! Why, you!" She scolded her son as they left the teens.
"There are so many mages." Koyomi said.
"Yeah." Tohka nodded.
"What is going on?" Shido questions this whole thing before Koyomi hands him a handkerchief to clean his face. "Thanks. Has the world truly been recreated?"
"I don't know. Anyway, Shido, did anyone message you back to you?" Tohka asked.
Shido brought out his phone, only to see he still couldn't get a signal here and hadn't gotten any messages from the rest of their friends.
"No, nothing. I can't even contact the Fraxinus." Shido said as he looked at his earpiece that was between his fingers. He once tried to contact the Fraxinus, but just like his phone, it was pretty much useless.
After failing to make contact with Kotori, their friends and the Fraxinus, the trio head to the Itsuka house and the Spirit house to see if they were there, but when they had arrived both houses were missing like they never existed in the first place.
"You don't think something will happen to them? Do you?" Tohka asked in worry.
"I don't know." Shido said.
Koyomi then spotted someone who was familiar to her and her friends before she pointed to them.
"Shido, Tohka, look!" Koyomi told them.
Shido and Tohka and saw their homeroom teacher Tamae walking in the park minding her own business.
"It's Tama-chan-sensei!" Tohka said before she ran to her and Shido and Koyomi followed her.
"Sensei!" Shido calls out.
Tamae stops as she looks at the teens before they stop.
"Yes? Can I help you?" Tamae asked.
"We're glad that you're safe!" Tohka said but Tamae only blinks in confusion.
"I'm sorry, do I know you three?" Tamae asked which confused Shido, Tohka and Koyomi.
"What are you talking about? It's us. Shido, Tohka and Koyomi." Shido told her.
"You're our homeroom teacher?" Tohka asked.
"I'm sorry. But I don't recall you three being in my class." Tamae said and this time it was the trio's turn to be confused.
"Eh?"
"Anyway, I need to go. I have to find a student of mine. Later." Tamae said before she left.
As they watch her leave, Shido, Tohka and Koyomi were still deeply confused that Tamae didn't know who they were.
"She doesn't really know us?" Tohka said in some sadness.
"I think so…" Koyomi said.
That's when Shido heard a familiar voice approaching them.
"Oh, hey now, you know I love you too. Hehehe."
Shido looks and sees Tonomachi approaching while looking at a magic circle on his hand.
"Tonomachi!" Shido calls out which gets Tonomachi's attention as he stops and looks at him. "You're here."
"Yeah…but do I know you?" Tonomachi asked, and Shido was once again surprised by this.
"Wait…You don't know me either?" Shido asked.
"Should I?" Tonomachi asked before he notices Tohka and Koyomi standing close to Shido.
"I could see you have pretty girls with you. But they're no match against my sweetheart over here." Tonomachi said as he showed a virtual girlfriend with a magic circle.
Shido, Tohka and Koyomi nervously chuckled to see that.
'I guess some things will never change. Even in a new world.' Shido thought to himself.
"There you are, Tonomachi!" Said Tamae as she approaches Tonomachi who flinches to see her.
"Oh no, it's Tama-chan!" Tonomachi said.
He was about to run away before Tamae stops him by grabbing onto his ear.
"I don't think so. Come on." Tamae said as she began to drag him away. "You shouldn't try to skip out on your make-up exams."
"Come on, Tama-chan! Show me mercy!" Tonomachi said as Shido, Tohka and Koyomi watched them leave.
"This day just keeps on getting weirder." Shido said and the girls nodded in agreement before he saw two boys riding on broomsticks heading towards them. "Watch out!"
Shido grabs onto Tohka and Koyomi as they bend down to avoid the boys.
They then watch the boys flying around a tree before they bumped into each other with one of them falling towards the ground.
Shido rushed in to save him, but someone beat him to it as she rushed to the boy and scanned her Giant Ring on her belt.
[GIANT, NOW]
The one casting that spell was this world's version of Rinne as she uses her giant hands to catch the falling boy.
"I caught you." Rinne said with a smile on her face while Shido stops while stunned to see this.
"Huh?!"
Rinne then gently brought the boy back to the ground before her hands went back to their normal size. She then approached the boy.
"Are you okay?" Rinne asked before she walked to the boy and helped him stand back up. "You need to be more careful than that."
The boy nodded before he picked up his broom.
"Okay. Thanks, onee-chan." The boy said before he left while waving Rinne goodbye and she did the same.
Shido, Tohka and Koyomi walk to Rinne before he calls out to her.
"Rinne. You can use magic too?" Shido asked.
"Eh? Do I know you? How do you know my name?" Rinne asked back and Shido was left deeply saddened by this.
"You too huh." Shido said.
"It seems like we're the only ones who arrived in this world." Koyomi concluded.
"Yeah." Shido said before he coughed in his hand and spoke to Rinne. "Well…It's kind of a long story."
After meeting with Rinne, she along with Shido, Tohka and Koyomi were standing on a roof that was close to the park. From there, they told Rinne about their story.
"So, you three are from a different world?" Rinne asked.
"Yeah. Well…that's how it looks." Shido said. "Look I know it's a bit crazy…But…"
"No, I believe you." Rinne said and Shido was surprised by that.
"You do?" Shido asked and Rinne nodded.
"Hai. It may sound unbelievable, but you don't appear to be lying. Also, I don't know why, but I think I can trust what you're saying." Rinne said and Shido smiled to hear that.
"I'm glad to see some things didn't change." Shido said.
"It appears this world is more focused on magic than technology." Koyomi said.
"Hai. With a ring and belt, anyone can use magic." Rinne told them.
"So, it's a world of mages?" Shido said but he still feels concerned about this world since it was created by Sorcerer, an evil Kamen Rider.
"This world does sound a lot of fun. But I wonder if we'll ever go back to our own world." Tohka said.
"That's a good question." Shido said before he heard another familiar voice.
"Hello everyone! This is Donuts Hungry!"
Everyone looks and sees a magic version of the Donuts Hungry food truck flying in the via magic.
"That's amazing!" Shido said with a smile.
"Their donuts are delicious." Rinne told them.
"I know." Shido said before he and the others followed the flying donut shop.
[CONNECT, NOW]
After landing, this world's version of Kamimura Yu and Ryo were setting things up for their customers while the Manager placed one of their signs on the ground while Ryo brought out the banner from a magic circle.
That's when Shido and his friends had arrived to get some donuts.
"The usual…not that you'd know. Plain sugar." Shido requested.
"Oh, sure thing." The Manager said before she moves in to get his order while Shido placed his money on the table.
The Manager then scanned her Ring on her belt.
[CONNECT, NOW]
After creating the magic circle, the Manager brought her hands into it and with a plate and tongs in both hands, she picked up a plain sugar donut and put it on the plate and pulled it out to give to Shido.
"One plain sugar." She said and Shido smiled in gratitude.
"Thank you." Shido said as he accepted the donut and was about to walk and eat but the Manager called out to him.
"Hey! Are you planning on a dine and dash?" She asked.
"Eh? But I paid." Shido told her as he pointed to his money.
The Manager turns to it before she turns back to him.
"You didn't!" She stated as she was about to walk up to him but Rinne moved in front of the Manager to handle the situation.
"Sorry! I'll pay for it. Okay?" Rinne said.
"But I really did pay." Shido told her.
"No. In this world, you have to pay with magical energy." Rinne said before she moved to the Hand Author attached to the donut shop. "Like this."
She showed how one pays in this world by scanning her Ring on the Hand Author.
"Thank you very much." The Manager said before she leaves to set things up.
"See? This is called the Magical Energy Distribution System." Rinne explained to the other worlders.
"Magical Energy…Hmmm?" Tohka said in confusion.
"Eh? So, you use magical energy instead of money?" Shido said in understanding. He was about to bite onto his donut but stopped as they all heard screaming.
They looked and saw several people running away as Ghouls were chasing them.
"Ghouls?!" Tohka said in shock.
The Ghouls were led by a Phantom that resembles a scarab bug. This is the Phantom known as Khepri.
"Go, Ghouls! Drive whomever you find to despair! Today for sure we'll create more Phantoms!" Khepri ordered them.
"Looks like the Phantoms are unchanged." Shido said as he moves in to face them while everyone else runs away and hands Koyomi her plate with Tohka drooling over it as she was hungry right now.
Shido then scans his Driver On Ring on his belt to bring out his Driver before he puts on his Flame Ring.
[DRIVER ON, PLEASE]
"Henshin!" Shido said as he was about to transform but heard a siren alarm behind him and two people riding on military style broomsticks flew past them as they spun around.
The riders then stood on the ground and threw their broomsticks away. The riders were this world's version of Origami and Mikie as they turned to Shido and the others.
"We're from the Anti-Phantom Team. It's dangerous here. You should run." Origami told them.
"Origami?" Shido and Tohka said.
"Mikie-chan?" Koyomi said.
Origami then turns back to Khepri and his legion of Ghouls.
"Let's go, Mikie." Origami said.
"Hai, Origami-san." Mikie said.
They then put on their own Driver On Rings and scanned them on their belts.
[DRIVER ON, NOW]
Both girls brought out their own Drivers like Shido and Sorcerer.
"Eh?" Shido, Tohka and Koyomi said.
They then flipped their Drivers' switches as it began to sing.
[SHABADOOBI TOUCH HENSHIN]
They soon put on a Ring on their left hand that resembles Shido's own Style Rings.
It was colored silver and orange but lacks a visor for the flipping part, and even more surprising they said the one word that Shido and other Riders like him will alway say in these moments.
"Henshin."
"Henshin."
"Eh?" The other worlders said before Origami and Mikie scanned their Rings and brought out an orange magic circle as they began to transform like Shido.
"Eeeehhh?!" The trio said in even more shock.
Both Origami and Mikie had transformed into Kamen Riders.
They were wearing brown-gray bodysuits with a black chestplate and a collar around their neck with an orange stone on their chests. Their helmets were colored silver with an orange magic stone for the faceplate. They also have black bone-like armor on their shoulders and legs with matching kneepads and have the orange spikes on their shoulders and have a tail behind their waist. They also have a large claw weapon on their left hand with orange claws and their Rings were attached on top of them.
These are Kamen Rider Mages.
"Here we come!" Mikie said before she and Origami charged at the Phantom and Ghouls.
The Ghouls attack the Mages, but they avoid their attacks and attack them in turn.
That's when Rinne steps in to help them along with the Manager and Ryo.
"Soldiers! We'll help too!" Rinne said.
The trio looks at this world's version of their friends as they put on and scanned their own Driver On Rings to bring out and activate their Drivers.
[SHABADOOBI TOUCH HENSHIN]
Rinne raised her left arm to show her Ring with her hand below the elbow while the Manager and Ryo did their own unique poses.
"Henshin." Rinne said, followed by the Manager and Ryo.
"Henshin."
"Henshin."
Rinne did some are movements while the Manager said a heart with her hands and Ryo did a muscle pose before they scan their Rings on their respective Drivers.
[CHANGE, NOW]
They then strike a different pose; they transform into Kamen Rider Mages and charge at the Ghouls to help Origami and Mikie to fight them while leaving the other worlders stunned to see this.
"No way!" The trio said before they saw Tonomachi and Tamae had arrived to help.
"Henshin!" Tamae and Tonomachi said as they transformed as well before charging at the Ghouls.
That's when they saw Ai, Mai and Mii had arrived also wearing Drivers before they put down their shopping bags and were a bit annoyed.
"Really? And just after we went out shopping." Ai said.
"But what can you do? It's just another day in this town." Mai said.
"Maji hiku wa." Mii said.
"Henshin." The trio said before they scanned their Rings on their Drivers to transform to help fight the Ghouls as well.
"Ai, Mai and Mii too?" Tohka said.
"Somehow I'm not surprised by that anymore." Shido said as he, Tohka and Koyomi watch this world's version of their friends and classmates fighting against the Ghouls.
"Everyone can transform!" Koyomi said.
"So, with a belt and ring, anyone can defeat a Phantom? Anyway, I should join in. Henshin." Shido said as he flipped the visor down to scan his Ring on his Driver.
[FLAME, PLEASE]
After transforming into Wizard, he kicks at one of the Ghouls before one of the Mage Origami throws it to the ground which makes Wizard miss as he stumbles a bit.
"Hey, you're in the way." Origami said as she grabbed onto his shoulder to push Wizard aside.
Wizard bumps onto Mage Yu as he grabs onto her with his hands on her chest.
"Hey, hey, hey! What are you doing?!" The Manager said as she removed Wizard's arms to slap him on both cheeks as he stumbled to Mage Ai and accidentally placed his hand on her butt.
"Hey! Where do you think you're touching?!" Ai said before she removed his hand and stomped on Wizard's foot.
"Itai!" Wizard grabs onto his foot while hopping on his other before Mage Ai slaps him on the cheeks as he stumbles to Koyomi and Tohka as they watch the Mages fight against the Ghouls.
The Mages brought their battle to another spot. Tonomachi falls to the ground before he avoids one Ghoul's attack and kicks on its face.
Tamae is seen avoiding some Ghouls attacks as she lands some kicks on them and attacks them with her large claw.
Then the Ai, Mai and Mii trio attack some Ghouls with their WizarSwordGuns as they fire their silver bullets at them.
Origami lands some spin kicks on one Ghoul's head while Mikie attacks two with her claws.
Ryo was carrying the Manager on his arms as he spun around while the Manager's leg hit the Ghouls around them. After he brought her to her feet, the Manager and Ryo kicked two Ghouls who were charging at them.
They then reset their Drivers to scan their Common Rings on them.
[DONUTS, NOW]
Both the Manager and Ryo created a magic circle above the two Ghouls.
"One, two!"
Both Mages brought down two giant size donuts to the Ghouls to entrap their bodies.
Ryo once rescan his Ring on his Driver.
[HAMMER, NOW]
Mage Ryo brings out a giant-sized hammer.
"Do it!" The Manager told his employee as he swung his hammer at the Ghouls three times breaking their bodies into three pieces thanks to their donuts. "Like that! Good! More, more!"
Mage Origami was fighting against the Phantom Khepri as she blocked a kick from him.
Origami by throwing in two kicks, Khepri blocks the first kick while the second kick lands on his head as he rolls on the ground.
Mage Rinne scans her Chain Ring on her Driver.
[CHAIN, NOW]
Rinne placed her hand on the ground to create a magic chain to entrap Khepri's body.
The other Mages joined as they surrounded the Phantom and scanned their Chain Rings on their Drivers.
[CHAIN, NOW] (x8)
"Soldier-san, now!" Rinne told her as Mage Origami moved in front of Khepri.
"Leave it to me." Origami said before she reset her Driver to scan her Kick Strike Ring on it.
[YES, KICK STRIKE: UNDERSTAND?!]
"Prepare yourself!" Origami said before she jumps into the air and throws a kick at the Phantom.
After landing her first kick, Origami lands on her feet to jump and land a reverse spin kick at Khepri's face, destroying the Phantom as he explodes while Origami showed him her back and the other Mages stood up.
The Mages cheered for their victory.
"I didn't do a thing…" Wizard said as it felt weird being on the sidelines for once.
The Mages then change back to their civilian forms before Origami and Mikie turn to the people who help them fight.
"Everyone, we appreciate your cooperation." Mikie told them.
"You're very welcome." The Manager said before she and the others left while Rinne stayed behind with Shido, Tohka and Koyomi approaching with the Manager taking the plain sugar.
"You also did nice work, Origami, Mikie-chan." Shido told this world's version of their friends.
Origami and Mikie turned to them with Origami looking at Shido in suspicion, concerned by that, Tohka grabbed onto Shido's arm.
"Who are you?" Origami questions them.
"Huh?" Shido said before she moved in front of him.
"You keep saying my name. How do you know it? And you transformed into something I've never seen before." Origami said.
"Ooh…Well…We're from a different world, similar to this one." Shido said but this only made Origami even more suspicious towards him and his friends.
"How suspicious." Origami said with Mikie nodded in agreement.
Both soldiers move in front of Shido, Tohka and Koyomi to handcuff them before they raise their arms to look at them as they turn around to flick their chains.
"Why?!" The other worlders said at the same time.
"That's obviously a lie. Did you think I'd believe that?" Origami questions them.
"But it's true, Origami-san." Shido said as he placed his arm on her shoulder before he turned to Mikie. "Back me up here, Mikie-chan."
"I'm sorry but we can't." Mikie said before Origami removed his arm.
"Don't address me like you know me." Origami said.
"We were caught in a mysterious tornado." Koyomi said.
"Yeah! It went like boom! And then everything went dark, before we knew it we ended up here." Tohka said and the tornado part really got their attention.
"A tornado?" Origami said.
"You don't think it's related to that?" Mikie said.
"It's possible." Origami nodded before she turned to the other worlders. "Alright. For now, I'm taking you three to Emperor Maya."
"Emperor Maya?" Shido said.
After reporting to their superiors, Origami and Mikie had brought Shido, Tohka and Koyomi to the palace that was above Tengu Tower. They were soon brought to the throne room.
Inside the throne room, they walk on a red carpet that leads to the Emperor with his Imperial Guard standing beside them.
The Guard members were wearing gray uniforms along with a dark blue cape and hood on their shoulders and head.
When he was close enough, Shido could see the Emperor seated on his throne but couldn't see his face clearly due to the large veil in front of him.
"Is that…" Shido said before Origami and Mikie kneeled before the Emperor.
"Emperor Maya. These are the visitors from another world that we mentioned in our report." Origami told him before the other worlders kneeled before him as well.
The Captain of the Guard, a young man with black hair spoke to them.
"He has already heard. Your sudden journey must have been very harsh for you. Emperor Maya is sympathetic."
That's when Shido spoke to the Emperor.
"Umm…I want to know something."
The Guard Captain turns to Maya who silently messages him before he speaks for the Emperor.
"You may speak."
Shido then stood up to speak to the Emperor.
"Emperor Maya, I have heard that you are a powerful mage. Just how strong are your spells?" Shido asks as he steps forward and Mikie grabs onto his jacket.
"Hey! Mikie said as she was deeply concerned about how he was speaking to the Emperor.
But Shido confidently smiles at him showing no fear or hesitation for his next words.
"Perhaps…on a level powerful enough to recreate the world?" Shido questions him and the Captain glares at him for his impudence towards the Emperor.
"You cur! Insolence!" The Captain said as he was about to charge at Shido to attack.
But the Emperor decides to indulge Shido's questions by scanning his Ring on his belt.
[LIGHTNING, NOW]
Maya created a bolt of lightning as it headed towards Shido, acting quickly, Shido put on his Defend Ring and scanned it on his own belt.
[DEFEND, PLEASE]
Shido created a magic shield to block Maya's lightning but it eventually overpowered Shido's shield which sent him flying and rolled on the floor as it reached the door.
"Shido!" Tohka and Koyomi said in worry.
Emperor Maya then looks at his Ring while speaking to Shido.
"As powerful as my spells are, they can be blocked by you. Do you understand now?" Emperor Maya asked as he tapped his hand on his throne's armrest.
"Yeah…My whole body does!" Shido groaned as he sat up.
The Captain scoffs at Shido as he walks close to his friends.
"You're surprisingly strong." The Captain admitted before he turned to Tohka and Koyomi. "Are you two also that powerful?"
Koyomi lowered her head and shook it.
"No." Koyomi told them. "I can't use magic."
"Same for me." Tohka said.
Emperor Maya was clearly stunned by this as he stopped tapping on his armrest and the others in the room were stunned as well.
"Nani?!" The Captain said.
"You're not a mage?!" Origami said.
"No way…" Mikie said.
Tohka and Koyomi nodded as they along with Shido were worried if that was going to be a problem for them.
"Your names are Tohka and Koyomi, correct?" Emperor Maya said getting everyone's attention before he stood up. "This may be a harsh world for you to live in…But please enjoy it."
"Hai." Koyomi said.
"Thank you." Tohka said.
Unknown to everyone, someone was watching them from inside of a shadow as she chuckled.
"He's just as daring as ever." She commented on Shido's boldness.
Thankfully, Emperor Maya had followed Shido and his friends to leave where they met up with Rinne and informed what they had experienced.
They were seated/standing on stone stairs with Mikie holding a Hungry Donut bag.
"Just as you'd expect from Emperor Maya. He's so magnanimous!" Mikie said before she gave Shido the bag.
"This is no time to be impressed! Why are you trying to pick a fight?!" Rinne said before she took the bag and pulled on Shido's ear. "How can you be so reckless?!"
"Itai! No! Not the ear!" Shido said before she let go of his ear.
"Shido was testing him. He might have been the mage we were looking for." Koyomi said.
"Was he?" Origami questions him.
"Well…For now, it's uncertain. But without him…I don't think we can return to our world." Shido said before he walked down the steps and turned to this world's versions of his friends. "Do you have any ideas? Anyone out of the ordinary? He's a suspicious golden mage."
Strangely, that does sound familiar to them as they try to figure out why.
"A suspicious golden mage…" Mikie said.
"Out of the ordinary…" Rinne and Origami said before all three of them figured it out.
"Oh!" Mikie said.
"We do know one." Origami said.
"He's pretty famous." Rinne said.
They soon brought the three other worlders to a large tent that was placed in the outskirts of the city as the owner greeted them in his Kamen Rider form and it was someone, they were quite familiar with.
"Hello! I'm the golden-looking mage!" Said Kamen Rider Beast, Nitou Kousuke.
"Yup. He's not the one." The trio shook their heads before they stood up and were about to leave, but Nitou stopped them as he changed out of his armor.
"Wait, wait, wait, wait!" Nitou said as he moved in front of them. "I heard you guys were from another world. That's awesome. Let's talk more."
Shido, Tohka and Koyomi sat back down on their chairs. Mikie, Rinne and Origami were seated on a sofa before Rinne stood up to introduce this world's version of Nitou.
"This is Professor Nitou Kousuke." Shido and his friends were surprised by this.
"Professor?!" They said before he raised his hands.
"Say no more! Despite my appearance, I research ancient magic." Nitou said before he walked to the sofa and brought out what appears to be an ancient book as he sat down and showed it to them.
"He doesn't use the Magical Energy Distribution System. He's an eccentric who lives in this self-sufficient unit." Mikie explained.
"Why's that? The system is so handy." Shido said and Nitou thought about it.
"Why, you ask? Well…" Nitou darkly said and everyone in the tent were on edge on what he'll say next… "It's because this way is more interesting."
Everyone in the tent nearly facefulted to hear that while Nitou opens the book in his hands.
"This guy even made his own belt and rings. I thought he was pretty suspicious." Origami said.
"Eh? That's handmade?" Shido asked.
"I based it off an ancient belt." Nitou said as he showed images of his Beast Driver before he pointed at the image and belt.
"Does that mean you don't need to devour Phantoms?" Shido asked, gaining Nitou's attention.
"Devour Phantoms? What's that?!" Nitou chuckles before he notices that Rinne was holding a Hungry Donut bag, so he quickly stood up and grabbed it. "Hungry Donuts! Hey you, bring the mayonnaise."
"Mayonnaise?!" Mikie said.
As they were talking, Shido, Tohka and Koyomi were in deep thought about this world they were in.
After saying their goodbyes to Nitou and the others, Shido, Tohka and Koyomi decided to walk around the town.
Tohka smiles to see so many people using magic.
"You know, this world might not be so bad afterall." Tohka said.
"Yeah. There are so many people who can defeat Phantoms besides me." Shido said with Koyomi nodding in agreement. "Maybe we should just leave it. We don't need to restore the world."
"Shido." Koyomi said.
"Are you sure?" Tohka asked before they stopped walking.
"Since I won't need to fight Phantoms…you can have all my mana, Koyomi." Shido told her and Koyomi smiles in gratitude.
"I can't take it all. You can't buy donuts without it." Koyomi reminded him.
"Yeah! And don't forget about my kinako bread!" Tohka said and Shido chuckled.
"Of course I won't." Shido said.
They were about to move but stopped as they spotted a familiar shop.
"Oh!"
It was this world's version of Omokagedo but instead of an antique shop, it was a Magic Ring shop.
Curious about this, Shido and his friends enter the shop and see it was packed with customers checking out the Magic Rings that were on display while wondering what to get.
"How lively." Shido said.
"There's so many people." Tohka said as this was new to her and the others.
"I don't think I've ever seen the store so full." Koyomi said.
That's when they saw a boy tending to some customers for their ring purchase.
"Liquid and Sleep, right? Please use the Magical Energy Pad." The boy told them.
He appears to be 10 years old with black hair and eyes.
The customer scanned their Ring on the Pad to pay for the Rings.
"Thank you." The boy said before he gave them the bag.
"Thank you." They said.
"I see. So this is a magic ring store in this world." Shido said as he looked at the Rings that were inside of a glass case.
"I think it's perfect. Since Wajima's Rings always help you." Tohka said.
"I guess." Shido said.
Then one of the customers holding one of the store's rings calls out to the boy.
"Hey, what kind of spell is Flexible?" He asked.
"That's-" The boy said as he was about to move in to show him but someone already beat him to it.
"Let me show you." Said Magic Land Wajima as he walks to the center of the room while scanning his Ring on his belt.
[DRIVER ON, NOW]
After bringing out his Driver, Wajima flips the switches and strikes an old fashioned pose with his Mage Ring.
[SHABADOOBI TOUCH HENSHIN]
"Henshin." Wajima said before he swung his arms and pointed his left arm to the side as he transformed.
"Hmmm." Shido said.
Wajima then puts on the Flexible Ring and scans it on his Driver.
[FLEXIBLE, NOW]
Wajima then showed off the Ring's power as his arms stretched out.
"This is what the spell does. Would you like it?" Wajima asked but unfortunately the customers weren't impressed.
"Nope!" One of them said before they left the store.
"Huh? Mister? Huh? Mister?" Wajima calls out to his leaving customers before he retracts his arms. "That's weird?"
"And they're gone." Shido commented as he and his friends watched them leave before they turned back to Wajima.
"So old man Wajima can also transform?" Shido said.
Despite the loss of his customers, Wajima chuckles as he changes out of his armor to greet Shido, Tohka and Koyomi.
"Oh, welcome. Can I help you with something?" Wajima asked.
"Oh, no. We just came in out of curiosity." Shido said.
"Hmmm…" Wajima hummed. "I haven't seen you three around. How long will you be in the area?"
Shido hummed in thought.
"Dunno. We're really not sure." Shido said. Wajima sort of figured they don't have anywhere to go.
"If you have no place to go, you can stay here." Wajima offered them.
"Eh?" The other worlders said.
"People who have no place to belong all have the same look in their eyes." Wajima said before he turned to the boy who works in his shop as he was preparing some gift boxes. "My pupil, Shiina. He's been staying with me since his mother died. I like it better when this place is lively anyway."
Shido, Tohka and Koyomi smile in gratitude for Wajima's kindness while Shiina looks at them.
(Later at night)
It was now nighttime, and the Omokagedo Ring Shop is now closed. Tohka and Koyomi shared a room together while Shido was brought to Shiina's room.
"Oh? So you use this room?" Shido asked before Shiina turned on the lights using the magic pad. "Oh."
Shido and Shiina enter the room before Shido sits down on the bed as Shiina moves some of the furniture to make some room for Shido's futon.
"Sorry about making this place more cramped, Shiina." Shido said.
"I don't mind." Shiina said before he stopped for a moment to ask Shido a question. "Hey."
"Hm?"
"You said you came from another world, right?"
"Yeah." Shido answered.
"And I heard you were caught in a rainbow tornado."
"Yeah."
"In your world…" Shiina said before he stopped. "Never mind."
He was about to bring out the spare futon but Shido chuckles.
"What is it? Just say it." Shido told him.
"I said never mind." Shiina said.
"Just say it. You're curious, right?" Shido asked as he stood up.
"Oh shut up!" Shiina said before he scans his Ring on his belt.
[FUTON, NOW]
Shiina created a futon to entrap Shido's body before the boy ran out of the room.
"Hey, Shiina! Wait, Shiina! Shiina!" Shido calls out as he stumbles on his feet and eventually falls to the floor.
Shiina then sneaks out of the shop before he closes the door, he then sets out to look for someone.
A bit after Shiina had left, Shido, Tohka and Koyomi were in Wajima's personal workshop as he told the other worlders about Shiina's past.
"Shiina's mother…was caught in a rainbow tornado." Wajima told them and they were surprised by this. "It happened the night he gave his mother his first homemade ring. People caught in the rainbow tornado are never seen again. So, no one found her."
In his search, Shiina had stopped at a waterfront as he looked at the calm river.
"But he didn't give up. So, he made a direct appeal at the castle."
Shiina then remembers how he met with Emperor Maya to request his help.
(Flashback)
Shiina was kneeling in front of the Emperor to plead for his help to find his mother.
"Please! Please find my mom. Maya-sama, a great mage like you can surely do it!" Shiina pleaded.
"I understand. I will do my best." Maya promised him.
"Thank you very much!" Shiina bowed his head in gratitude. "When I grow up, I'll present you with the ultimate ring!"
"Why don't you make something better for your mother instead?" Emperor Maya questions him.
"Eh?" Shiina was confused by what he said.
After he left the castle, Shiina had returned to Omokagedo and spoke to his mentor Wajima.
"It was really suspicious! I didn't tell anyone I had given my mother a ring! He said, 'something better.'." Shiina told him.
"Maybe he just meant you should work harder?" Wajima told him but Shiina still wasn't convinced.
"The emperor knows something and is hiding it!" Shiina stated.
"Of course not! How can you talk about His Majesty like that?" Wajima questions his pupil and Shiina was left saddened that he didn't believe him.
"Why?! Why won't everyone believe me?!" Shiina said as he tightly clenched his hands.
(End of flashback)
"Ever since then, Shiina wanders the town when he has free time. All to catch his imaginary culprit."
After he was done dwelling on the past, Shiina soon moves on to find whoever took his mother.
(Meanwhile)
After hearing about Shiina's past, Shido, Tohka and Koyomi were now concerned about him as they left the shop to look for the boy.
"Where did Shiina-kun go?" Koyomi said.
"You don't think something happened to him, do you?" Tohka said in worry.
"We should split up. I'll go that way." Shido told them, Tohka and Koyomi nodded.
"Then we'll go this way." Koyomi said.
"Okay. Be careful, both of you." Shido told them.
They then split and head in different directions to search for Shiina.
In front of a closed building, a group of dancers are seen practicing their moves in front of the glass doors while playing music with their magic.
Unknown to them is that a certain golden Kamen Rider was walking towards before he resets his Driver.
[LUPACHI MAGIC TOUCH GO]
Hearing that got the dancers' attention as they turned to the Kamen Rider.
"Who's there?" One of them asked.
Revealing himself to them was Kamen Rider Sorcerer and he was here to capture them. Sorcerer then scans his Ring on his Driver.
[TORNADO, NOW]
Sorcerer created his magic circle below the dancers before it created a rainbow tornado to entrap them before it eventually consumed them as they screamed as they disappeared within the tornado.
"Hmph!" Sorcerer scoffed before he left.
Unknown to him is that Shiina had just witnessed what he did.
"Found him! It's got to be him…It has to be!" Shiina said before he follows the evil Kamen Rider.
Unknown to Shiina is that someone was spying on him who had also witnessed what Sorcerer had done before she chuckled.
"My…What a brave little boy he is. And then there's Sorcerer…" She hummed in thought. "Perhaps I should let Shido-san know about this."
Shido continues his search for Shiina before he stops for a moment.
"I swear…Where did that kid go?" Shido said before he heard a familiar laughter, and it was something that will forever give him goosebumps. "That voice…"
Shido looks around for the source of that laughter before it stops and he hears footsteps approaching him, he looks and sees a familiar figure walking out of the shadows.
"My you seem to be in trouble again. Shido-san." Said Kurumi as she appeared to greet him.
"Kurumi?" Shido was surprised to see her.
"But then again, you always have been a magnet for trouble." Kurumi commented before she chuckled.
Shido then saw she wasn't wearing a belt like the inhabitants of this world and saw a dark and wrapping shadow under her feet.
"Then…You're still the same Kurumi from the old world?" Shido asked and Kurumi nodded.
"Yes. Indeed I am." Kurumi said.
"Then you should know I don't have time for your games. I need to…" Shido said.
"Find Shiina-kun, correct?" Kurumi said and that caught Shido's attention as he narrowed his eyes.
"How do you know? You didn't do anything to him, did you?" Shido questions her and Kurumi brings her hand to her mouth in sadness.
"How could you say that? I would never harm an adorable little boy like him." Kurumi said before she slyly smiled at him. "But I wouldn't say the same about Sorcerer though?"
"Wait…You saw him too?" Shido asked and Kurumi nodded.
"Indeed. And truth be told, I was surprised to see him as well. To think that our world has our own Sorcerer this whole time. It's truly a mystery, don't you think?" Kurumi said.
"So, he is a different Sorcerer." Shido said before he remembers Decade and Dark Decade's words in their final battle.
How Dark Riders will always exist so long as Kamen Riders exist and how the latter will always fight to stop them.
"Yes, also, I've been investigating this world since I've arrived. And it appears that Sorcerer is behind these disappearances by using that tornado. In fact, I just saw him abducting a group of people with Shiina-kun." Kurumi said and that caught Shido's attention.
"So, he created a world of mages, only to abduct them later on. But why?" Shido said.
"I'm afraid I don't know. But knowing him, it can't be something good." Kurumi said and Shido stares at her.
"But you know where I can get those answers, don't you?" Shido questions her, and Kurumi hummed.
"Hmmm…It's mostly a guess. But…" Kurumi said before she pointed at Tengu Tower.
Shido looks at it along with the castle that was standing above it.
"The castle?" Shido said before he thought back to when he first arrived in that place and how he met Maya.
Shido then turns back to Kurumi only to see that she had disappeared which wasn't that surprising for him.
"Classic Kurumi." Shido said before he looked at the castle once again.
He does have his suspicions about that place along with Emperor Maya and with Kurumi's aid, he was even more drawn by this. But he'll have to investigate the castle later, right now he needs to find Shiina before he moves to find him.
(Meanwhile with Tohka and Koyomi)
Tohka and Koyomi continued their search for Shiina as they had arrived on a bridge with Tohka calling to him.
"Shiina! Shiina, where are you?!"
"I don't think he'll answer back. Especially after what Wajima-san told us." Koyomi said.
"I guess you're right." Tohka said.
Because right now, Shiina is on a mission, and no one may not be able to stop him.
As Tohka and Koyomi continued to walk forward, they stopped as a man wearing black clothing appeared in front of them.
He appears to be a man in his mid-to-late 20s. He has short black hair with a white streak on the side and has black eyes.
"I heard that you two cannot use magic." He spoke to them.
"Who are you?" Koyomi asked, and Tohka notices that his voice sounds a bit familiar.
"Wait…You sound familiar?" Tohka said.
"Oh…I work at the palace. You probably notice me talking to someone. I'm sorry for surprising you." He said before he approached the girls.
Both Tohka and Koyomi were about to leave, but the man called out to them.
"Is it okay if we talk for a bit?" He requested which made both girls stop and turned back to the stranger.
Accepting the man's request, both Tohka and Koyomi were seated on a bench with the man seated on another bench behind them.
"What do you think of this world?" He asked.
"I admit I feel a bit out of place. There's not much I can do by myself since I can't use magic." Koyomi said and Tohka placed a hand on her shoulder.
"Koyomi, you know that's not true." Tohka told her.
"It's lonely being different. You feel isolated and oppressed. It's enough to make you want everything to just disappear." He said.
"I guess that's true." Tohka said before she remembers how the world had rejected but then she remembers how she first met Shido and chose to accept her. "I was like that myself, but I had someone who accepted me. Isn't that right, Koyomi?"
"That's right." Koyomi nodded.
"Itsuka Shido, right?" He asked and both girls nodded.
"As long as Shido is with me and Koyomi…Then we'll be alright." Tohka said and Koyomi nodded in agreement.
The stranger then smiles with a bit longing in his eyes.
"I see. I envy you two." He said getting their attention.
"Eh?" Koyomi said.
"What do you mean by that?" Tohka asked.
"It's nothing. Forget I said it." He said before he stood up. "Well, I have to get going."
The stranger then left with Tohka and Koyomi watching as they wondered who he was.
Shiina had followed Sorcerer to a vacant factory before he stopped and saw that the golden Rider was nowhere to be seen.
"Where did that bastard go?" Shiina said as he looked for any sign of Sorcerer before he saw someone seated on top of a tall stone wall.
"A brat wandering around alone at this hour?" Said Magic Land Phoenix as he smiles at the boy. "You might as well have…'Drive me to despair' written all over you!" A shadowy image of his true form appeared on his face.
"Ph-Phantom!" Shiina said as he stepped back.
That's when Magic Land Gremlin appears as he jumps behind the young Shiina and grabs onto his shoulders.
"Woah! We just met! Don't run…Let's play!" Gremlin said as an image of his true form appeared on his face.
Phoenix then jumps down, Shiina manages to slip through Gremlin's hands and runs away but stops as Magic Land Medusa appears in front of him.
"Welcome. We'll take good care of you." Medusa said as an image of her true form appeared.
Then the three Phantoms transform, ready to drive Shiina to despair. After seeing he can't escape, Shiina bravely decides to fight them as he scans his Ring on his belt.
[DRIVER ON, NOW]
Shiina then flips the switches and puts on his Mage Ring.
[SHABADOOBI TOUCH HENSHIN]
"Henshin." Shiina scans the Ring on his Driver.
[CHANGE, NOW]
After transforming into Mage, Shiina charges at the three Phantoms to fight them.
(Back with Shido)
In his search for Shiina, Shido had arrived at a park with a pond before he stopped and saw Nitou fishing from that very pond.
"Huh?" Shido said. Curious about this, he soon approaches the Magic Land Nitou. "Nitou!"
"Oh! You from this afternoon!" Nitou said before he stopped close to him.
"What are you doing here?" Shido asked.
"Can't you tell by looking? Mayonnaise fishing." Nitou told him but Shido was confused by that.
"Huh?"
Nitou then pointed at his buckets of water, Shido looked inside and saw that he was indeed fishing for mayonnaise bottles as they were twitching inside almost like they were live fish and the words 'Natural, Fresh' written on their labels.
"You've got to be kidding me. Bottles of mayonnaise can swim?!" Shido said in shock as this world had once again surprised him.
"Of course they do! Do they grow on trees in your world?" Nitou asked and Shido actually saw an image of that appearing in his head before he shook it.
"No." He answered before he stood up. "By the way, have you seen a boy? He's uh…about 10 years old."
"A boy? Did something happen?" Nitou asked.
Before Shido could answer, both Riders heard explosions nearby along with Shiina screaming. Shido and Nitou turned to the source as the latter stood up.
"Something happened." Shido said as he rushed to the scene.
"W-W-W-Wait!" Nitou said as he was about to follow him but ended up knocking his bucket and his fresh mayo bottles fell to the ground and bounced on it. "Aaahhh! Sorry, sorry!"
Gremlin and Shiina were standing on a large pile of dirt as the Phantom slash on his chest with his sword and Shiina rolls down and falls to the ground where Phoenix was waiting for him while laughing.
Phoenix then grabs Shiina by the neck to pick him up and throws him away before he rolls on the ground.
When Shiina stood up, Phoenix fired several firebirds at him creating explosions around him as he screamed.
Shiina once again on the ground as he groans, that's when Medusa grabs onto him with her snake hair as she picks him up and smashes him on the pile of dirt and a steel wall before she stops and looks at the young Rider.
"What a short life you had!" Gremlin said as he stood side-by-side with Phoenix and Medusa.
"Now, give in to despair and create a new Phantom." Medusa chuckles as he strikes Shiina with her snakes several times creating sparks around his armor.
"Kaa-chan…" Shiina mutters before he changes out of his armor. "I'm sorry…"
Medusa then lets Shiina fall to the ground as purple cracks appear on his body and three Phantoms laugh as they watch.
"Shiina!" Said Shido as he and Nitou had arrived and saw what was going on and the Phantoms turned to them.
"This is bad!" Nitou said.
They look at Shiina as the cracks continue to spread with Phoenix moving in front of them to block their path.
"More humans? Too bad. You're too late to save him." Phoenix said.
"I will save him!" Shido swore as he raised his right hand and scanned his Ring on the belt.
[DRIVER ON, PLEASE]
After bringing out his Driver, Shido flips its switches.
[SHABADOOBI TOUCH HENSHIN]
Nitou also brought out his Driver before he raised his Beast Ring and swung his arms around.
"Hennnnnnn~shin!" Nitou said as he strikes his pose.
"Henshin." Shido said as he flipped the Flame Ring's visor.
Then both Riders scanned and inserted their respective Rings on their Drivers.
[FLAME, PLEASE: HI HI HI HI HI/SET, O~PEN! L-I-O-N: LION]
After both Shido and Nitou had transformed into their Kamen Rider forms, Phoenix fired firebirds at them, both Riders charging at the Phantoms as they deflected Phoenix's attacks with their swords as they exploded behind them.
Phoenix, Medusa and Gremlin then charge at Wizard and Beast and both groups fight against each other as they clash weapons.
Wizard clashed weapons with Phoenix and Medusa while Beast was fighting against Gremlin.
Wizard then kicks Medusa behind him before he avoids incoming slashes from Gremlin before he parries a slash from Phoenix and avoids his next attack by jumping over his sword before he landed and deflected two attacks from both Gremlin and Phoenix.
Beast is seen clashing blades with Medusa before he kicks at him, Medusa dodges it and fires energy spheres at Beast and the golden Rider avoids her attacks before jumping at her and clashes his sword against Medusa's scepter.
Wizard soon puts on his Flame Dragon Ring before he resets his Driver to scan the Ring on it.
[FLAME, DRAGON: Bou Bou Bou Bou Bou]
Just as Phoenix and Gremlin were about to attack, a magic circle appeared in front of them to push both Phantoms back and Wizard soon changed into his Flame Dragon Style.
Wizard then brings out his Drago Timer and sets it up.
[DRAGO TIME SET UP…START]
After that, Wizard's elemental clones appeared one at a time.
[WATER DRAGON]
[HURRICANE DRAGON]
[LAND DRAGON]
Then the four Wizards charge at Phoenix and Gremlin as they clash blades with the Phantoms.
After landing a kick on Medusa, Beast saw Wizard's trick and was amazed by this.
"You're amazing! I'll up the ante with this one I've been saving!" Beast said as he puts and inserts his Hyper Ring on his Driver.
[HYPER, GO: HY-HY-HY-HYPER]
Beast transforms into his Hyper Form and is now armed with his Mirage Magnum.
Just as Medusa charges at him, Beast fires his Magnum at him forcing her to stop and lands a kick. Medusa counters by swinging her scepter at him and Beast dodges and once again fires at her.
Wizard and Hurricane Dragon land two slashes at Phoenix.
Land Dragon armed with his Drago Claws emerges from the ground and attacks Gremlin with them twice before Water Dragon swung his Drago Tail at his legs dealing Gremlin more damage.
Wizard fires his Drago Skull at Phoenix while Hurricane Dragon flies in and attacks him with his Drago Wings.
Beast then inserted his Hyper Ring on his Mirage Magnum.
[HYPER MAGNUM STRIKE]
Beast soon aimed his Magnum and fired his finishing attack at Medusa and with that all three Phantoms exploded while Wizard's clones disappeared.
"We did it!" Beast bumps his fist in their victory.
Wizard didn't join his celebration as Shiina was still in despair.
"Shiina!" Wizard said as he and Beast approached the boy.
"Hey."
Wizard then grabs onto Shiina and rests his back on his hand.
"Don't give up hope! I'm going to save you now." Wizard promised him.
"And I'm here too." Beast said.
Then both Riders brought out their respective Engage Rings and put them on Shiina's left and right hand respectively. They then used the Engage Rings on their Driver.
[ENGAGE, PLEASE/GO]
Then both Wizard and Beast's magic circles appear on top of each other before both Rider uses them to enter Shiina's Underworld.
After traveling in a tunnel, a memory in Shiina's Underworld had appeared where he still lived with his mother before she disappeared.
"Kaa-chan, stick out your hand." Shiina said before both Riders had appeared and saw Shiina's mother approaching her son.
"Hmm?"
"So this is Shiina's Underworld?" Wizard said.
Shiina then brings out and puts his homemade Ring on his mother's finger. It had an image of a flower in front of it.
"You made this yourself? That's amazing!" His mother said as she pets her son's head, she then tested the Ring out.
[FLOWER]
Shiina's mother then created her favorite flower with the Ring.
"It's so pretty!" She said before she petted her son's head.
Then a large purple crack appeared in front of Wizard and Beast, meaning that Shiina's Inner Phantom was about to emerge.
"Hey, here it comes!" Beast said.
Then the cracks shatter and they soon see the Phantom's face before it flies out of the crack and heads outside along with Wizard and Beast before both Riders get a good look of the Phantom's appearance.
The Inner Phantom appears to be a serpent dragon with one half of its body colored gold along with its head while the other half was colored with silver along with its tail.
This is the Ouroboros Phantom.
Ouroboros roars as it moves above the street. Wizard quickly stood up and put on his Dragorise Ring.
"Dragon, lend me your power!" Wizard said before he resets his Driver to scan the Ring on it.
[DRAGORISE, PLEASE]
Beast did the same as he put on his Chimarise Ring.
"Let's go, Chimera!" Beast said before he inserted the Ring into his Driver.
[CHIMARISE, GO]
Then both Riders summon their Inner Phantoms as they change back into their base forms.
Both Dragon and Chimera chase after Ouroboros. Wizard on his Machine Winger drives to Dragon's side before he jumps and attaches his bike onto Dragon's back to form the large wings and control him.
Beast on Chimera flies beside him and Dragon as they head towards Ouroboros to attack the Inner Phantom.
Wizard flies to its head as he made Dragon shoot out fireballs at Ouroboros, Beast then had Chimera attacks its serpent body but ends up slipping before he attacks him with its tail but it opens up to reveal a second head on its body as it roars at Beast and Chimera.
Beast was surprised by this before the silver Ouroboros head spewed blue flames at him which exploded and Beast and Chimera were sent flying.
The gold Ouroboros head lands a fireball at Wizard sending him and Dragon falling on a bridge as he bounces on it a few times.
After Wizard stops, the gold Ouroboros head shoots out a breath of fire at him which lands and sends Wizard flying on the side.
Wizard managed to recover and stop and saw the gold Ouroboros head heading towards him, Wizard then looked at the bridge and that gave him an idea.
"In that case…" Wizard said before he made Dragon move under the bridge with the gold Ouroboros following behind him.
Beast saw this and understand Wizard's plan.
"I see!" Beast clapped his hands together before he moved under the bridge with the silver Ouroboros head following him. "Come on, this way!"
Both Wizard and Beast then made both Ouroboros' heads doing loops over each other and after one final lope, Ouroboros' body was now tied in a knot and was now trapped on the bridge.
Wizard chuckles as he puts on his Kick Strike Ring and stands up.
"Finale daa!" Wizard scans the Ring on his Driver.
[CHOINE, KICK STRIKE: SAIKO]
Wizard then jumps into the air.
"Let's finish this!" Beast said before he inserted his Ring into his Driver.
[KICK STRIKE, GO]
Beast jumps into the air as well.
Then both Dragon and Chimera change into their own Strike Phase. Chimera was in a golden color and resembled a bird's foot with its final heads and each tip on its toe with its lion head on the center.
Then both Wizard and Beast kicked on their respective Inner Phantoms as giant versions of themselves had appeared as they head to the Ouroboros Phantom and landed their kicks on both of its heads destroying it as Ouroboros exploded.
As Ouroboros exploded, Wizard and Beast landed on the ground with the Phantoms flying behind them.
"Alright!" Beast dusted his hands.
"Whew." Wizard said.
(Later)
After saving Shiina, Shido had brought him back to Omokagedo where he was now resting on his bed before he began to wake up and Shido, Tohka, Koyomi, Nitou and Wajima were watching over him.
"Thank goodness. You're awake." Wajima said in relief and Shiina quickly sat up.
"Hey, what about the golden mage?" Shiina asked and that caught Shido's attention.
'So Kurumi was telling the truth.' Shido thought.
"I saw him! He used a rainbow tornado to kidnap people. He fled towards the castle. I knew the emperor was behind this!" Shiina told them.
"The emperor? I can't believe it…" Wajima said.
"I understand." Shido said before he knelt down to Shiina to make this promise to him. "I'll go investigate the castle."
"Eh? You…believe me?" Shiina asked as he was surprised by this.
"Yeah." Shido said before he placed his hand on top of Shiina's head. "So don't overdo it."
Shiina then smiles in gratitude.
"Okay." He nodded.
Shido then stood up and opened the window to get a good look of the castle. Because right now, he needs to find answers, not only for himself but for Shiina and his mother as well.
