Zee was in her room, working on a spell from one of Dr Fates spell books called the Magdalene Grimoire (A/n MineKurtMininer: long story short the Magdalene Grimoire is basically the DC version of the Darkhold.)
"July 9th, 11:56 PM." Zee said as she wrote in her diary "It has officially been 1 month since we faced the shredder in the Lazarus Pit, I finally was able to claim a vial of the Pit's waters, I now have all I need now to finally begin making this Elixir of Duality. Alas, I have started this alone and I must finish it alone. Despite the fact there may be no going back now, there is no longer a choice. I know I must use myself as the subject of this ritual. Note to self; if you do survive this, remember to hypnotize Barry to help bring the Grimoire to Dr Fate's Tower the moment it was stolen before he realizes it's missing" As Zee finished writing, she begun to make the elixir
She finished the Elixir and consumed it, as she felt nothing changing in her system, she went back to her diary to write how much a failure the ritual was…a girl…. suddenly something didn't feel right in her gullet
"OH DEAR GOD….. WHAT'S…. WHAT'S HAPPENING?!?!?!" Zee exclaimed as she was feeling unendurable, agonizing, deadly pain, the torture on herself was too intense she immediately fainted
Present Day:
Zee woke up, floating in a dark black space "W-where am I?" She asked
"About time you woke up, I was starting to feel a little lonely talking to myself" a disembodied voice said
"I swear if Dinah is making me go insane I'm gonna Kill her" Zee said in annoyance
"I wish, but it's not Dinah" the Disembodied voice replied, as it revealed red eyes
"Wh-who are you?" Zee asked in worry
"My name is Primak, Zolina Primak, and I'm You…..but better" Primak answered
"What have you done to me?" Zee exclaimed, demanding an answer
"You really think the Elixir of Duality is supposed to make a doppelganger of you? That potion actually, creates dual personality, and it worked, lemme show you what I mean" Primak responded, bringing Zee up to speed with some Imagery of what's been happening, and what
Zee saw shocked her in fear completely including making it seem Oliver cheated on Dinah, this revelation made her down on her knees
"I did all those things?" Zee muttered with tears watering her eyes
"In a way, but I mostly did it for you" Primak replied as she chuckled sinisterly "But I assure you, I've been keeping excellent care of your body"
Later,
There was an explosion as Zatanna(Really Primak) was fighting a golden robot it shot lasers as Zatanna dodged
She shot magic as the robot teleports and blasted her from behind
"Where is Garth" it asked
"Not sure, not my problem, what's wrong with me?" Zatanna asked as some part of her was acting weird "oh nuts"
Wonder Woman leaped and rushed for it but the robot teleports behind her as Super Girl flew up and rushed for it but it teleported
"It's gone" Wonder Woman says as Zee's body collapsed
Meanwhile in Zee's mind,
Zee was cradling herself, crying as she was curled up in a ball, feeling nothing but guilt and regret and anguish, drowning herself in a sea of her own misery "What have I done…..My friends……My love….. they're all being used, and it's all my fault. WHY DID I DO THIS TO MYSELF!!!! Why did I make that stupid Elixir if this was gonna happen to me?" Zee asked herself
She heard someone else speak in her head. "Oh, but I am ever grateful for that…"
"WHY ARE YOU RUINING MY LIFE!!!" Zee exclaimed, assuming it was Primak.
"How DARE you TAKE MY PLACE FOR AN ENTIRE 2 MONTHS!!!"
Zee growled. "You no good jerk! Jokes on you! Augury is dead, and Owl king took over your dumb court."
"I'm in your head. I already know. Augury, good riddance. And the court? There is no court left for Owl King to have."
"Looks like I know what to do. I won't let you hurt Barbara again." Zee says and blasted lighting, but no one was there. Grandmaster laughed in the shadows.
"HOW DID YOU DO THAT!!!!"
"I had more time than you to read the entire Grimoire" Grandmaster replied
Zee looked around "Get out!"
Grandmaster's mind laughed. "I've grown Quite fond of this mind. Such knowledge on sorcery, even knowledge of where to find more knowledge of this magic."
"How bout a stalemate then, we each control 49.881% of the brain, whoever wins the stalemate claims the .238% of-"
Grandmaster growled. "The last time I shared power, Augury took the court from me. And so, I shall take full and total control."
Meanwhile…
"We should run a few tests." Barbara said, standing by her.
"I hope she doesn't die…" Karen included, feeling worried.
Meanwhile…
Black Mantis tossed the Golden Robot, preparing to track Garth himself.
With Zee, she was trying to wake up "Come on Zee you can take your body back"
She groaned "Sounds very cowardly to not take up this stalemate so let's make it interesting Grandmaster. I challenge you to a one on one duel. If I win, you leave forever. And if you win…. You can take control of my body… and I'm your slave."
The grandmaster emerged from the shadows, his mask gleaming gold beneath his hood. "This will be over quickly, I accept your challenge."
"Good now say goodbye to my head ya parasite" She says
Meanwhile
Garth was relaxing when golden chains wrapped around him
The golden shooter dragged him into the portal and accepted his payment; he noticed that there was a bounty on Luke's head and looked at Garth; he'd make an excellent hostage.
He flew off
"Help please someone help" he says
Meanwhile…
Zee and Primak had a staredown.
"I remember it all. you made Barbara paranoid, made us split up multiple times, nearly drove a wedge, and you actually got Owl king to almost merge Royal woods and Metropolis. and to think owls are still evil! you are going to regret this" Zee says
Grandmaster snarled. "That was the Augury."(after this line.)
Zee had tears in her eyes. "You broke Luke's heart!"
Grandmaster laughed. "That pathetic, whining, little brat?! He is a cancer to everyone and everything around him, believing himself more than a whining babe! He is not worthy of any recognition, of any of us, or any breath in his lungs! Look at you, groveling to him and his inflated ego! If your team broke apart, it was because you clung to a cancer like him!!!!"
"He's not perfect but I want to fix him besides-"
"Can it, you pathetic leech!" Primak spat. He spent enough time in her mind hearing about him.
Zee rushed and punched Grandmaster. " I'll show you pathetic!" Zee hits him with a flurry of punches before teleporting behind him and kicking him in the back. She teleports and punches him in the face, sending him flying.
"You forgot… you may be powerful, but I can control my own head." Zee says with a smirk.
Primak leaped, kicked her, and slammed her down. Her body morphs with shadows and snarls.
"Why don't I tell you all about Luke's history?" Zee says
"What history? That he is Autistic, 'can't stand losing friend's, is unable to bear being all alone?' Been there, heard that before. I am in your head!" Grandmaster howled after mimicking a weakling voice.
His body surrounded Zee in shadows, darkness taking her further down. "You and your sad devotion to him is what tore your friends apart. And deep down… you know it…"
Zee held her head. "Stop. Get out of my head!"
"I am the master here… what I will, you obey!!!" Grandmaster replied as his eyes glowed with deep dark power, his power of will overtaking her. His first command was clear…
Meanwhile
"Where's Garth?" hal asked
Barry ran around and came back and shrugged
"We gotta find him" Luke says as there was a note
"If you want Garth back surrender Luke" the Golden Shooter wrote
Luke turned into the Elemental Equalizer
"I got this" he says
"Wait we need a plan" Atticus says
"I got this I'll do my usual thing" He says and flew off to the location
Just then Oliver showed up "HAS ANYONE SEEN DINAH!!!!! AND WHERE'S LUKE!!!!!" he exclaimed. "It's Zee. She's in trouble, also I need to apologize to Dinah"
Meanwhile
Zee was tearing up as she closed her eyes. She remembered meeting Barbara for the first time. Barbara was a goof and started the food fight, but she did make them friends, the greatest time of her life.
"ENOUGH!" Zee screamed, unleashing a light spell and flew up "You're right! I am devoted to him, but he is as much devoted to ME than anyone else I've ever been with. He is the reason I
keep fighting, and he's why I never give up until I get the job done, which is to save the earth. And if I can save the earth maybe I can stand up to puppeteers like you, and if i can save the earth I can beat you! This is my body and I'm ready to fight fight for my friends!" She says as her hands lights up with flames. she leaped and punched him
then she punched him again and used a magic boombox to unleash a soundwave
"NO!!! I WILL NOT BE DENIED AGAIN!" he says.
"You will be this ends now"
The grandmaster dug deeper, rooting himself. "I will not leave, not until I have strangled Luke with your own hands, and then strangled yourself."
He burrowed deep into her head, bringing up her worst memories and everything that told of Luke's nature.
"STOP STOP STOP!!! NO MORE STOP!" Zee screamed seeing puppet versions of her friends
Grandmaster howled. "Your resistance only makes me fight harder. I lost everything because of you and your friends. Now, I'll take it all back…"
Meanwhile
After a few tests, Karen found a result that truly horrified her.
"According to these readings, some of the Lazarus pit is in her! Brain activity is spiking!" Karen sighed as the girls gasped.
"we gotta get it outta her!" Barbara screamed.
"It's impossible. she must conquer this challenge by herself." Diana declared.
"Or we call John and think of a spell?" Barbara said
Meanwhile…
Elemental Equalizer arrived, cracking the ground beneath him.
"Put your hands up!" Buke says.
"What he said," Black Manta backed up, his laser eyes ready..
"No way, Dad…" Elemental Equalizer says, with a glare.
"Wait what?" the golden shooter shouted, confused.
"You crossed several lines. you wanted to destroy this universe and make one centered around me." he says.
"Surrender or Water boy gets it." Golden shooter said.
Meanwhile
Zee screamed and used a spell to try and lift Grandmaster out of her. But The grandmaster was concealed in the shadows he made. "I've had it!" she shouted out.
Grandmaster howled. "So have I! I won! Now surrender before I BREAK YOU APART!"
"You win? Ha! it ain't over till it's over. It's my head." Zee says and used a light spell on the shadows. "I pity you, Grandmaster. Despite what you've done, it's all our of fear, misery and pain you dealt with."
The Grandmaster sighed. "Trust me. I've seen your memories with Luke. Are you even your own person anymore? Or just a lapdog?"
Zee looked down "you know, since you controlled my body, I never got to ask that until now. But I'll say this, I am what I am and that's all that I am…Bitch. I have no regret with the choice that I alone made. I have no fear of what Luke will think of me when he sees the real me. I am pleased to say that I am PROUD OF WHO I AM!"
Grandmaster chuckled. "But will he? Will he even care? All he ever cares about is himself, to feel validated. I mean, how many parties has he had in a single year?"
"I don't know," Zee said, Realizing her arm was filled with cracks.
"Shoot!' She says as she needed to think fast
Meanwhile
Luke heard his Phone ring.
"Go for Luke," he said, answering his phone.
"LUKE IT'S OLLIE, YOU GOTTA COME QUICK ZEE NEEDS YOU!!!" Oliver exclaimed.
"I can kill him." Buke says holding Garth but Luke was gone.
Buke tossed Garth in a cell. That was… something…
Luke arrived to see Zee, convulsing on the table.
"What's happening?" Luke Asked.
"Basically, she drank the Lazarus Pit water and is now about to lose her mind " Karen says.
"And she needs a true love's Kiss." Barbara says as everyone looked at her giving her a 'seriously?' look.
"Okay I made that part up. It was funny."
"Okay what do we do?"
Karen pulled out a device, looking like a helmet. "This should allow you to go into her head. But I warn you, It'll be dangerous."
Luke didn't hesitate and slammed it on. He Immediately entered Zee's mind and saw Zee fighting The Grandmaster.
The Grandmaster murmured. "Who's there?"
"Your worst nightmare…" Luke took a pose.
"Luke…..You came for me?" Zee says
Luke hissed as he leapt and punched the grandmaster, who vanished into shadows and reappeared.
Grandmaster laughed. "Her mind told me all about you… spoiled brat. Attention seeker. He who ruins everyone who meets him. And now I know why…"
Luke gritted his teeth. "Leave."
"For what? You? Ha! No, this body is mine, and I will take back all that was stolen from me."
"Not on my life…" Luke says shooting lighting.
Meanwhile…
Constantine came, downing a bottle. "Word from the wise love, don't take books from an enchanted library without an enchanted library card." he said as he got out a spell book
"you're late/" Harley said.
"You're welcome. I came as soon as I got word from Ollie. An Elixir of Duality, eh Zatanna?"
Her body shook violently.
"Just help her! use some mind spell!" Karen said, worried.
"Hey, hold on love. you can't just immediately reverse the effects of a spell this complex. You need to find the counter spell, and fortunately I know a guy who does." Constantine replied as Dr. Fate showed up in a glowing ankh.
"Ladies and Gents, The Doctor is in!" Constantine finished as he then chuckled either from being drunk or at the fact that Dr Fate was doing Sorcerer-like Surgery.
Dr Fate rolled his eyes underneath his helmet as he opened the Book of Thoth.

Dr Fate's spell was said backwards but was translated to "By the Power of Thoth Open the portal to this young woman's Mind"
Meanwhile……
Luke shot flames at Grandmaster, who launched darts of feathers. Luke's flames burns the feathers.
"Get out of my girl's head" Luke says
"Luke, you shouldn't be here!" Zee says
"Why?" Luke asked as an image of himself being cheered while the Cosmic Buddies and Super Hero Girls sat in the mud appeared.
Grandmaster cackled. "Look at you. A star. A golden child. The only thing that matters in your little world. And for what? The people you call friends? They suffer because of you. The girls broke apart because of your vanity and Zee clinging like a little leech. Between us, you're the real problem."
Luke looked at himself having this feeling of dread.
He screamed, unleashing a snow storm and accidentally hitting Zee too.
Grandmaster laughed. "Poor little Luke…"
Zee asked climbing out of the snow, wincing and gasping.
Luke looked miserable, something cold clawing through his throat. "IT'S TRUE, I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THIS WAY, AND I BEEN THIS WAY BECAUSE I NEED LOVE AND NEED IT BECAUSE……BECAUSE I HATE MYSELF!!!! I've always wanted attention because I felt the need for acceptance. Who would accept someone like me? I FEEL LIKE A JOKE!!!!!"
Grandmaster cawed. "THEN YOU EARN IT, NOT DEMAND IT! I CLAWED MY WAY TO THE TITLE GRANDMASTER! I NEVER DEMANDED MY PLACE!"
"Leave him alone!!!" Zee says with a magic aura going all out. she blasted him with all she had, making the shadow crawl back and screech.
"No… I will not leave…. Not without a proper body." The Grandmaster poured his power into a final effort.
Zee in the real world vanished, teleporting far off.
"Zee!!' They cried out.
Karen went to her computer. With a few calculations, magic traces, and old records, she finds an approximate location. "She's going to Arkham slums."
Beneath Arkham slums…
Zee/Grandmaster walked through dingy tunnels, owls carved into the sides.
"Fortunate that I kept this vault to myself…"
A door hissed open, revealing a cold vault of frozen Talons, awaiting their time. No one was there, as he had kept this one close to chest, in the event he was turned on.
He went over to a table and drew some blood and took it to a special talon he had stored.
Grandmaster chuckled. "To ensure I retain your magic… Your deaths will come once I'm free."
Zee lurched forward as she vomited shadows and feathers, which crawled into the Talon.
The talon crawled from the cryo-coffin, a gold mask adorned. Zee collapsed to the floor, gasping.
"You got your body and … my powers, some of it."
Grandmaster stabbed her as Zee gasped in pain. His clawed hands glowed green, sapping her strength.
"If I stop you I'll rejoice knowing you breathed your last, and finally ending this demon dream"
"This is No dream Zatanna and it's far from over THIS IS THE NIGHTMARE THAT GOES ON, PRIMAK 'S HERE TO STAY NOW AND FOREVER, AND SHE'LL FLOURISH WHEN YOU'RE GONE
"If I die you die too"
"NO YOU DIE IN ME I'LL BE YOU!!!!"
"Go away, leave me be!!!"
"CAN'T YOU SEE YOU ARE ME!!!" (should I start deleting this up to the grandmaster;s arrival? Well, anything involving the Grandmaster is out. Other than that, you and A9G are the boss.)
"NO leave my mind"
"I AM YOU, YOU ARE I!!!!!!"
"No….Never!!!"
"YES FOREVER!!!!!"
"GOD DAMN YOU PRIMAK YOU TAKE ALL YOUR EVIL DEEDS AND ROT IN HELL!!!!!!"
