Damian Wayne
Backstory:
Sometime after Batman became a public hero, he fought Ra's al Ghul and the League of Assassins. During his adventure, he met Ra's' daughter Talia al Ghul. The two young adults fell for each other and, after a brief fling, they conceived a child.
Bruce was unaware of the child's conception and returned to crime fighting for years. Talia on the other hand, taking advantage of the hero's impressive genes, believed their child to be a perfect heir. The child was born and given the name Damian. Talia then used the League's extensive scientific resources to inorganically speed up the child's aging - giving him the physiology of a ten year old in less than five years.
During this time, Damian was raised by Talia and trained by the League of Assassins; Damian became a skilled assassin by an early age. Coupled by his innate talent for the art and his lineage, Damian became a respected member of the League.
Eventually, when Talia deemed that Damian was ready, she allowed him to go to Gotham and meet his father - the Batman. Batman was surprised to learn he had a secret son with a supervillain but sought to learn more about the boy anyway. Despite his intense training to become a remorseless assassin, Damian was sympathetic to his father's vigilantism in Gotham and volunteered to become his next sidekick. Batman agreed and granted Damian the mantle of Robin, his fourth ward to use the name.

Mindy Macready is a young girl whose father, a famous NYPD officer, whom was framed for drug dealing by mob crime lord Frank D'Amico after rejecting the gangster's offer to work for him, and was imprisoned for five years before she was born. Her grief-stricken mother, pregnant with Mindy at the time, committed suicide, but before she died, doctors managed to save Mindy. She was adopted by sergeant Marcus Williams, her father's former partner.
After Damon's release from prison, he was given custody of Mindy. As the deadly father-daughter crime-fighting duo Big Daddy and Hit-Girl, they set out to avenge Mindy's mother and Damon's imprisonment by tracking down and killing Frank D'Amico's henchmen and drug dealers one by one until reaching D'Amico himself.

In an abandoned warehouse, the sounds of chaos and violence filled the air. Yells and gunshots echoed through the building as someone was systematically bringing down the participants in the illegal drug trade, one by one. The young 12 year old vigilante known as Hit-Girl stood tall amidst the carnage, her surroundings strewn with the lifeless bodies of the defeated criminals. Splattered with blood, she surveyed the aftermath of her actions. A grim reminder of the consequences of her role as a heroine.
"Well, that was fun."
She remarked, a hint of dark satisfaction in her voice. With a wide grin, Hit-Girl walked towards the body of a fallen mook, retrieving her detachable glaive. She flicked the blade, sending the blood droplets flying, not sparing a moment to dwell on the gruesome act. The sound of a voice broke the silence, and Hit-Girl looked up to see Damian Wayne, the Son of Batman, peering down from the rafters. He gracefully leaped down, his cape billowing as he glided to the ground.
"Hey! What are you doing here?"
He questioned, a mix of curiosity and authority in his tone. Hit-Girl's eyes widened in excitement, and she squealed in awe.
"Whoa! I can't believe it's you! It's Red Bird! Or Robin, or Damian! It doesn't matter! I'm just so excited!"
Damian's eyes widened in genuine surprise at the girl's knowledge of his identity. Genuinely puzzled, he spoke, a hint of skepticism in his voice.
"Wait, how do you know who I am?"
Mindy rolled her eyes, unable to contain her amusement at Damian's surprised expression. She continued, listing out her knowledge about him.
"I know that you were raised in the League of Assassins. I know that you're the fifth Robin, and I also know you're Bruce Wayne's son. I've read all about you from my friend's comics, obviously."
Damian's surprise grew even more as he realized the extent of knowledge this girl had about him and his father. With a grave expression, he pulled out his extendable staff, determination etched on his face.
"I was originally going to bring you in for killing these criminals, and I don't know what you mean by comics, but now that I know you have knowledge about my identity and more, I have no choice but to capture you. You know far too much."
Despite the seriousness of the situation, Hit-Girl couldn't help but let out a giggle. She twirled her glaive with a mischievous smile. She then spoke elatedly, a mix of excitement and determination in her voice.
"A chance to fight, and find out if I'm better than the fifth Robin? Today is definitely my lucky day!"
Damian leaped back, unleashing a barrage of batarangs at Hit-Girl. She spun her glaive deftly, deflecting the projectiles, then quickly took cover behind a crate. With a swift maneuver, she stowed her glaive on her back and retrieved two pistols. Rising from the crate, Mindy unleashed a volley of shots at Robin.
Damian winced as he got hit, but his bullet-proof clothing minimized the damage to mere bruises. He retreated into the shadows, lobbing a batarang in Mindy's direction, aiming it at the same spot she had taken cover. The batarang exploded in a burst of light and noise, forcing Mindy to scramble away just in time.
Hit-Girl swiftly closed the gap between herself and Damian, engaging in a flurry of punches and kicks as they traded blows in a display of their martial arts skills. However, Damian gained the upper hand, landing a powerful kick that sent Mindy flying. Seizing the opportunity, Damian threw more batarangs, aiming at the lights and plunging the warehouse into complete darkness.
Damian smiled slyly, confident in his tactic to plunge the warehouse into darkness. However, he was surprised when Hit-Girl spoke, her words laced with amusement.
"Smart thinking, Bird Boy, but nice try."
She said, followed by a chuckle. She activated the night vision mode on her domino mask, the world transforming into a green-hued landscape before her. She observed Robin charging towards her and prepared herself, bracing for the onslaught. The two engaged in another round of hand-to-hand combat, their skills seeming evenly matched. Damian managed to land a punch to her stomach, but Hit-Girl responded quickly, swiftly pivoting to deliver a kick to his head.
The battle intensified as the two adjusted their strategies, transitioning from hand-to-hand combat to staff and glaive clashes. Hit-Girl managed to sever Damian's staff, but Robin evaded a follow-up slash, executing a back flip to create some space between them. Damian discarded the remnants of the cut staff, pulling out two batarangs and holding them like dual-bladed knives. He observed as Mindy fished out two butterfly knives, spinning them around with flamboyant flourishes until she adopted a matching stance, her smirk exuding confidence.
The clash between their blades continued, sparks flying with each contact in the darkened warehouse. Damian fought with a ruthless intensity, but Hit-Girl's demeanor remained lighthearted, a playful smile on her face, as if relishing the encounter and treating it more like a game. She managed to make a few shallow cuts into Damian's Robin uniform, but failed at drawing blood.
Damian managed to land a cut across her cheek, causing Mindy to wince momentarily. However, her cheerful demeanor instantly returned as she nimbly ducked another blow. Taking advantage of his exposed leg, she swiftly stabbed him with her knife, eliciting a cry of pain from Damian. In response, she exclaimed victoriously,
"Yeah! I got you!"
Despite the pain from the wound, Damian grit his teeth and seized her head, ramming it against her forehead. Hit-Girl staggered back, momentarily disoriented by the attack. She seemed to pause and listen intently, whispering to herself,
"Yes, Big Daddy. That sounds good..."
With newfound determination, she retrieved a pair of wakizashi blades, readying herself for the continuing battle. Damian quickly shrugged off the strangeness of Hit-Girl's self-conversation, more importantly focused on extracting the knife stuck to his leg. Once freed, he quickly switched his stance and pulled out his own katana, preparing to defend against a dual-bladed onslaught from Hit-Girl.
Despite the numerical disadvantage of weaponry, Damian managed to hold his own against Mindy's attacks, parrying her relentless barrage of cuts and strikes. However, seeing an opportunity, Damian launched a low sweep kick, knocking Hit-Girl off balance and sending her sprawling to the ground.
Robin latched onto Hit-Girl's leather suit, forcefully hurling her away with a martial arts maneuver. In a whirlwind of motion, the girl yelled as she flew head-first into a large bag of illicit drugs that was part of the interrupted drug trade, plunging her face into a case of cocaine powder.
Damian seized her black hair, yanking her head back and firmly pressing the katana against her throat. With a serious tone, he warned,
"You better cease this fight, or I'll have no choice but to seriously injure you."
Hit-Girl, however, didn't reply. Instead, she took a deep breath, unintentionally inhaling substantial amounts of the dispersed cocaine. Almost immediately, her heart rate and adrenaline spiked, causing her eyes to dilate as a flood of dopamine and other chemicals surged through her body. With a frenzied laugh, Hit-Girl exclaimed,
"Oh fuck yeah! Now it's a party!"
She then suddenly launched a violent strike with the back of her head into Robin's nose, causing it to bleed as he involuntarily stepped back, wincing in pain. Under the influence of the drugs, Mindy's movements were more frantic and unrestrained, more focused on velocity and nimbleness than technique. Despite this, Robin easily parried away her relentless strikes, showing his own agility and dexterity. He eventually managed to disarm Hit-Girl of her swords, leaving her vulnerable.
Robin threw punches and kicks at Hit-Girl, landing a few blows that broke her nose, cracked a rib, and inflicted a nasty black eye. Despite the damage, Mindy appeared unfazed, displaying an almost superhuman resistance as she continued her relentless assault, landing twice as many hits against him than he could to her.
Back against the wall, Robin realized he had no means of escape as he observed Mindy recklessly charging towards him, laughing hysterically like a wild hyena. In a split-second reflex, he raised his sword, and horrifyingly, Hit-Girl inadvertently impaled herself onto the blade while lashing out with a punch. Robin swiftly ducked to avoid being hit on the head by the punch, only to witness the girl breaking her hand against the concrete wall.
Hit-Girl went momentarily silent, her focus drawn to her broken hand and the sword piercing through her abdomen. Remarkably, the injury did not diminish her unhinged demeanor, as she continued giggling uncontrollably. With a deranged grin, she managed to utter,
"Are you attempting to end my life? How very naughty, Bird Boy. Such behavior doesn't befit a hero like you."
She grabbed hold of his neck, exerting immense pressure as she forced him down to the floor. With a deranged laugh, she aimed to strangle him. Despite Robin's desperate struggles to dislodge her, his efforts seemed futile. The cocaine-fueled Mindy displayed a heightened pain threshold, rendering her seemingly impervious to any injuries, not even acknowledging the damage she continued to sustain.
Damian resorted to one final trick, pushing his finger into Hit-Girl's forehead. Just as he suspected, her crazed laughter abruptly stopped, and her dilated eyes rolled back behind her closed lids. With a sudden collapse, she slumped onto her side, her breathing ragged and slowing. Robin breathed deeply, exhausted from the arduous encounter. Robin took a moment to compose himself before keying his communicator to reach out to his colleagues.
"This is Robin. I just went through a wild fight with a girl who was on a drug-fueled rampage. Request backup and medical assistance. My sword is currently embedded in her stomach."
He reported, the exhaustion evident in his voice.
Strength: Both should be relatively equal in brute strength. Both are capable of fighting numerous men without losing out, and due to their smaller, younger bodies, any instances of strength beyond their norm are likely outliers that wouldn't ultimately count overall.
Speed: Both tweens are capable of dodging bullets at their best. However, Hit-Girl is more prone to getting hit compared to Damian, who is comparable to faster foes like Batman, Cassandra Cain, Catwoman and Deathstroke, most of whom have reactionary times of 16 times the speed of sound.
Skill: Robin is the much superior skilled. For the martial prowess that Mindy has at her disposal, she was trained by an ex-cop, if that, in police combat skills. Sure, her skills are assassin quality, but she did not have a good teacher. Unlike Damian, who was raised by real assassins, trained by Talia al Ghul, and regularly spars with Batman.
Experience: Damian has experienced much more than Mindy ever has, having fought with and against peak humans, superhumans and metahumans whereas Hit-Girl mostly fights gunmen and powerless villains.
Powers: Mindy may have more deadlier weaponry, but Damian had the more versatile equipment that can let him contend with Hit-Girl's and keep her on the back foot in this category.
The winner is Damian Wayne.
