Endeavor

Backstory:

At one point in his childhood, Enji Todoroki witnessed an accident wherein his father tried to rescue a little girl from a Villain, only to end up dying alongside her. This event inspired him to become a Pro Hero, and by the time he entered U.A. High School, he chose the hero name Endeavor.

At the age of 20, he had already climbed to the #2 position on the Hero Billboard Chart JP. However, despite all of his efforts, he could not surpass All Might. Enji realized the gap was way too big and began to hold a sense of fear and begrudging respect towards the latter. Because of this, he decided to change his strategy and conceive a child powerful enough to fulfill his goal in his place, for that reason, Enji married Rei Himura after negotiating with her family to a Quirk Marriage in order to get his hands on her ice Quirk. Enji attempted to conceive and raise a child strong enough to usurp All Might.

Despite being an arranged marriage, Enji really did have feelings for Rei, and so the first few years went well. When he was twenty-two years old, their first son Toya was born with a fire Quirk that was even more powerful than Enji's Hellflame Quirk. Despite not inheriting his mother's ice Quirk to overcome the downside of overheating, he still planned on raising him to be a hero.

He still sought a child who would inherit the Quirks of fire and ice, and Rei wanted more children, believing they could encourage each other, which ultimately led to Fuyumi's birth. Sadly, she only inherited Rei's ice Quirk, but he was still happy either way, because he felt that since Toya had more potential, he could place all his ambitions on him.

However, his plans were cut short when he discovered that Toya had inherited his mother's resistance to cold temperatures rather than his durability to heat, which therefore gave his body improper resistance to his own flames and would cause his Quirk to easily burn him should he abuse it. Enji stopped Toya's training in concern for his wellbeing, but Toya himself refused to quit, becoming just as stubborn as his father to become the next top Hero.

With nothing he said deterring him, Enji decided to have more children, wanting to try again for a child who would inherit the ideal Quirk of fire and ice, and hoping that this would finally make Toya give up on his ambition to become a Hero. This ultimately led to the birth of his third child, Natsuo, and eventually Shoto.

Powers and Abilities:

Superhuman Physical Characteristics,

Supernatural Willpower (Continued to battle Hood even after being cut in the face and stomach. Was able to strike Gigantomachia while having one of his lungs punctured),

Rage Power (Became stronger against All For One after being fueled with rage),

Expert Hand-to-hand Combatant (Can keep up with Shigaraki's sharp motion despite being slower than him),

Fire Manipulation,

Acrobatics (Can perform complex acrobatics with the use of his fire, and is able to travel through urban areas far better than 10% Deku, Dynamight, and Shoto),

Weapon Creation (Capable of creating weapons such as an arrow or a spear from his fire),

Flight (Can propel himself through the air with fire),

Danmaku (Can create several flame spears to overwhelm his enemies and cut objects into small pieces),

Resistance to: Heat (Stated to be resistant to other types of flames, and can endure even the immense heat of his Flashfire) and Fear Inducement (Is not affected in the slightest by All For One's overwhelming pressure, which can cause fear and visions of death)

Weaknesses: The continued use of Flashfire Fist raises his body temperature, causing him to weaken, so he refrains from overusing to use his most powerful attacks recklessly. This weakness seems to have been mitigated at the time of the All-Out War Arc, as he was able to continuously use his strongest attacks without getting weaker. Using Prominence Burn instantly raises his body temperature to its maximum, making it a technique he cannot use carelessly.

Vinsmoke Judge

Backstory:

Vinsmoke Judge was born 56 years ago in the North Blue within the Germa Kingdom. Sometime in the past, Judge worked alongside Vegapunk, as part of the rogue research group MADS, which discovered the Lineage Factor. When the World Government caught wind of this research, they deemed it a threat and Vegapunk was arrested. Judge managed to escape the Government's grasp and continued the research in the Germa Kingdom. At some point he became the current patriarch of the Vinsmoke Family and the King of Germa.

At another point in the past, Judge led Germa 66 in an event known as the Conquest of Four Nations, in which he vanquished four kings in the North Blue.

Before the birth of his children, Judge married Sora, thereby crowning her queen consort of the Germa Kingdom. Twenty four years ago, she later gave birth to their first child and only daughter, Reiju, before conceiving fraternal quadruplet sons. Before their sons were born, Judge argued with his wife about giving them modifications. Judge was only concerned about giving his sons power, even if it meant making them emotionless, and forced his wife to undergo surgery against her wishes. After his sons' birth, Judge was pleased when Ichiji, Niji, and Yonji displayed their enhancements but was puzzled by Sanji's "peculiar" behavior.

When his five children were very young, Judge revealed his ambition for them to lead Germa 66 into battle and began training them. While Sanji's siblings excelled at their exercises and their bodies evolved, Sanji continually lagged behind due to his body remaining human, which greatly disappointed Judge. One day, Judge caught Sanji cooking and warned Sanji that he would need to cease his habits and train even harder if he wanted to catch up with his siblings. He then threw the food out of the palace window as he told Sanji to never make another meal again, causing Sanji to cry.

Eventually, Judge determined that Sanji would never develop the enhanced abilities of his siblings, and decided to erase his existence by putting an iron mask on him and locking him in a dungeon. He then staged a state wake to "mourn" Sanji's passing, informing the kingdom that Sanji had died in an accident.

Despite his scorn for Sanji, Judge allowed him to be fed. As his four other children made great progress with their training, Judge expressed how proud he was and gave them a hug. Eventually, he decided to wage some wars in the East Blue. After the Germa Kingdom crossed the Red Line into the East Blue, Judge ran into Sanji after he escaped his cell. Sanji declared that he wanted to leave the kingdom, something that Judge was actually pleased to hear. He allowed Sanji to go on the condition that he never tell anyone about their relationship.

When he wanted to form an alliance with the Emperor, Big Mom, Judge did not want to marry off any of his precious children into her family. He then remembered about Sanji and decided to bring him back. After Sanji gained his first bounty, Judge sent Marines and bounty hunters after his son. However, due to the poor depiction of Sanji in his wanted poster, the hunters ended up going after Duval instead.

Song: Sins of the Father

On the urban landscape of Musutafu City, Japan, the once-thriving and peaceful city was now under attack by the Germa 66, led by the Vinsmoke family, with Judge serving as their imposing leader. A sinister laugh escaped Judge's lips as he addressed his soldiers and children,

"Yes, my loyal underlings! Unveil the power of our family to this city, as we claim it in the name of the mighty Germa Kingdom!"

Despite the loss of his royal privileges and his right to rule over the North Blue, Judge was determined to rebound from this staggering blow. He was resolute in regrouping and recapturing power through his own strength and perseverance. Vinsmoke Judge turned to see Endeavor, the current Number 1 Hero in Japan after All Might, appearing in a dramatic and fiery entrance. Endeavor landed with a classic superhero pose, his fire so intense it melted the concrete beneath him, before rising tall and crossing his arms.

"Don't even think about it, villainous scum!"

Endeavor declared with unwavering conviction. Judge let out a sinister chuckle, taking his spear off his back and twirling it dexterously in his hand. He then inquired, a smirk on his face,

"And pray tell, who might you be, my fiery challenger?"

Endeaver took a moment to size up the taller Judge and his spear, before replying with a confident tone,

"I'm Endeavor, the Number 1 Hero. I won't allow you to harm this city or its people."

Judge's expression darkened at Endeavor's response, and he sneered in disdain,

"Hero, eh? That means you stand for notions such as justice, morality, and sympathy for the weak, correct? Foolish sentiments, every one. True men demonstrate their strength through power! So, if you are indeed the Number 1 Hero, I cannot think of a more gratifying task than to crush your head under my foot, staining your face in the dirt!"

Endeavor responded with cool determination, his body readying for combat.

"You can certainly make the attempt. However, I'll incinerate your foot before it even touches my face."

Vinsmoke Judge lunged forward, propelling himself towards Endeavor with a powerful charge, aiming to bring his spear down on his target. However, Endeavor gracefully evaded the attack, causing the spear to land where he had been standing. Judge continued with a relentless series of thrusts, but Endeavor skillfully dodged each strike, displaying his agility and evasive skills.

Endeavor aimed a fire-clad punch, intending to inflict damage. Yet, Judge blocked the strike with his arm, his expression adorned with a confident smile.

"Fool. My Raid Suit is fire-proof! No amount of your fire will scorch through the impervious material it's crafted from!"

Endeavor merely shook his head dismissively, firing back,

"Everything has a threshold for heat endurance. I'll continue intensifying the temperature until your Raid Suit succumbs to the flames, enveloping you in its inferno."

Endeavor leaped into the air and fired fire from his dominant fist, propelling himself towards Judge with the scorching force of his Jet Burn move. However, Judge bravely raised his spear to obstruct the attack, using its handle to divert the onslaught. Despite managing to block the hit, the spear bent from the sheer force, and Judge's stance buckled, forcing him to buckle to one knee with a pained grunt.

Judge created some distance by sweeping Endeavor aside, giving himself a brief reprieve. Then, with renewed determination, he pressed the attack, making a sweeping motion with his spear in an attempt to cut into the Pro-Hero's side. Yet, Endeavor reacted swiftly, coating his dominant fist in fire that served as a protective shield against the metallic edge. The resulting collision between the flaming fist and the spear blade failed to make contact, with the pressurized fire and intense heat providing a formidable barrier.

With his free hand, Endeavor delivered a powerful punch, sending the Germa leader flying backward from the force. However, Judge was unfazed, activating the thrusters on the heels of his feet as he donned his Raid Suit. He executed a graceful loop in the air, readying his spear for an incoming strike. In response, Endeavor propelled himself upward with fiery jets, executing another use of his signature Jet Burn move. Yet again, Endeavor blocked the spear with his fire-shielded fist, their clash creating a dazzling display of fire and power.

Judge continued sporting his smirk, using his rocket-propelled foot to deliver a powerful, electrically charged kick. With a cry, he declared,

"Electromagnetic Crack!"

The impact sent Endeavor hurtling backward, skidding across the terrain until he slammed forcefully into a nearby building, causing the structure to crackle from the impact. Endeavor staggered to his feet, clutching his head as he attempted to shake off the effects of the electrified kick. It was clear that the Germa leader's strength was greater than he had anticipated. With determination in his eyes, Endeavor knew that he had to put an end to the battle swiftly. As Vinsmoke Judge lunged towards him with a charging strike, his spear aimed at his heart, Endeavor focused all of his might and increased the temperature of his fire to its maximum intensity, unleashing his most powerful attack, as he yelled,

"Flashfire Fist!"

Vinsmoke Judge stood no chance against the overwhelming force of Endeavor's Flashfire Fist, a barrage of white-hot flames that forcefully pushed him backward. Despite his best efforts to defy the scorching torrents, the sheer power was unyielding, and he was forcefully propelled back, eventually crashing into a truck filled with disinfection products. Despite his resilience, the impact left him momentarily dazed and weakened.

Vinsmoke Judge pulled himself out of the wrecked truck, his form covered in hand wipes and clear liquid. He looked down at his Raid Suit and was alarmed to see scorch marks marring its surface. The Flame Hero's words echoed in his mind; his fireproof armor did indeed have a limit to how much heat it could withstand, and that last attack had come uncomfortably close to breaching that threshold. He made up his mind to avoid any further hits of equal intensity going forward. Endeavor unleashed a barrage of fire-fashioned arrows, yelling out,

"Ignited Arrow!"

One arrow after another flew at Vinsmoke Judge, who either nimbly dodged or expertly deflected them with his spear. Judge then took to the air with the aid of his heel thrusters, maintaining his distance from the Flame Hero. Endeavor swiftly launched himself after Vinsmoke Judge, his fiery propulsion propelling him through the air. With his fingertips glowing, Endeavor called out,

"Flashfire Hell Spider!"

In response, he unleashed a barrage of fiery whips that intertwined, creating a web-like attack. Although Judge managed to evade the onslaught, a nearby destroyed building unwittingly became entrapped in the cross-fire, succumbing to the devastating slices caused by the intertwined flames.

Endeavor gasped for breath, his body already starting to overheat and sweat, steam rising off his skin as his perspiration rapidly evaporated. With no one around to provide relief, he located a nearby fire hydrant and forcefully kicked it away, causing a gushing stream of water to spout out. He then subjected himself to the cooling spray, creating a veil of soothing steam that enveloped his body, effectively lowering his body temperature and providing much-needed respite.

Vinsmoke Judge observed Endeavor's actions, a malevolent smile creeping across his face as he considered the implications.

"So this scorching hero needs to cool off at regular intervals, does he? That's a very handy vulnerability to capitalize on."

He mused silently. Judge ascended higher into the air, shaking his rear and making mocking faces at Endeavor while speaking in a derogatory tone,

"Haha, seriously, is that all you've got, firecracker? I've eaten bland peppers that were spicier than you!"

He continued his taunting, clearly aiming to provoke a reaction. Endeavor's patience, already at its limit, reached a boiling point as his temper flared in response to Vinsmoke Judge's taunting. Endeavor's low tolerance for such tomfoolery was further strained by the villain's audacity to mock and belittle his powers. The Flame Hero's pride was wounded, and he reacted angrily, enveloping himself in a blaze of fire as he soared towards the insolent foe. Endeavor's anger reached its peak as he declared,

"I've had enough of your insolence! You're now begging to be turned into ash! Prominence Burn!"

He unleashed an intense blast of fire that resembled a tremendous explosion more than a stream, but Judge managed to evade the attack, albeit with the outer edges of his suit becoming singed from the intense heat of the blast's periphery. Endeavor pursued Vinsmoke Judge, launching Jet Burn attack after Jet Burn blow, lashing out with fiery punches, but each long-range flame-laded blow missed its mark. The villainous Germa leader adeptly evaded every strike, his Raid Suit granting him remarkable aerial mobility and agility to effortlessly dodge each assault.

Endeavor could sense his body overheating once more, his energy waning, and desperately sought to cool himself with a fire hydrant. However, Vinsmoke Judge intervened, charging his spear with electricity and hurling it with remarkable accuracy.

"E.M Shaft!"

The spear found its mark, tearing through the gushing water and electrifying the hydrant. Unable to approach the dangerous fusion of electricity and water, Endeavor was forced to back away, his cool-down plan disrupted by his wily opponent. Endeavor attempted to reach another fire hydrant for relief, yet Vinsmoke Judge swiftly kicked the hydrant from its position and hurled it forcefully into Endeavor's face, resulting in a hard blow that cut and drew blood. It became increasingly clear to the Flame Hero that his opponent had discovered his disadvantage and was strategically cutting off his access to water to ease his overheated state.

Despite reeling from the powerful impact inflicted by the flying fire hydrant, Endeavor dug his feet into the ground, determined to halt his backward trajectory. With a determined look in his eyes, he bared his teeth and declared,

"Very well, then. If you want me to overheat, I'll show you what happens when something reaches critical heat. I'll burn you to nothing but ash!"

With a chuckle, Vinsmoke Judge taunted, "You'll have to catch me first!" He swiftly retrieved his spear and lunged forward, driving the electrified weapon into Endeavor's chest, creating a bloody wound and infusing the Pro-Hero's body with a powerful electric charge. The Germa leader prepared to retreat using a hit-and-run strategy, but Endeavor, fueled by the pain, held on tightly, refusing to let his enemy escape his grasp. Endeavor's voice was filled with determination as he exclaimed,

"You won't escape that easily. Vanishing Jet Burn!"

Unleashing a colossal flaming punch, he sent Vinsmoke Judge hurtling away from the powerful force he had endured. The Germa leader slammed into a building that crumbled under the impact, being buried in the wreckage. After the dust settled, Judge pulled himself out of the rubble, bearing a bloody mouth and a scorch-marked hole in his Raid Suit. It was evident that one more potent hit would undoubtedly spell his end. Endeavor roared with determination,

"Hell Minefield!"

With a mighty punch, he plunged his fiery fist into the ground, triggering a series of scorching explosions that erupted from the earth's surface. The attacks targeted the Germa leader, but he nimbly evaded them using his rocket-powered heel thrusters to swiftly move away, minimizing the damage he sustained. Vinsmoke Judge attempted to outmaneuver Endeavor by flying in quick and unpredictable circles around him, seeking to disorient the Pro-Hero. However, Endeavor outwitted his adversary by ascending high into the air and executing a spinning motion, generating a fiery tornado that enveloped their surroundings. He bellowed,

"Hellfire Storm!"

Feeling himself being further scorched as they fought on, Vinsmoke Judge was at a loss as to how to end the battle without suffering significant damage himself. Then, a nefarious idea struck him when he noticed an innocent civilian observing the clash from afar. Quickly breaking away from Endeavor, he flew off, prompting the Flame Hero to give chase. Endeavor drew his fists back, channeling all his flames to converge to a single point. With a powerful thrust, he unleashed

"Hell's Curtain!"

Intending to engulf his adversary in an inferno of fire. However, his assault was abruptly halted when he witnessed Vinsmoke Judge effortlessly seize and use an innocent civilian as a frightened human shield. Realizing the precarious situation, Endeavor immediately halted his attack. Judge sneered with malevolent amusement, electrifying his foot with Haki and striking Endeavor in the face with a powerful kick. The Flame Hero was sent crashing into a nearby car, which crumpled under the impact.

"Hehe! I knew it! You would have emerged victorious in that moment had you not been preoccupied with something as inconsequential as potential casualties!"

Judge taunted, reveling in his temporary upper hand. Judge approached the prone Flame Hero, forcefully hauled him down to the ground, and proceeded to mercilessly kick him repeatedly while his hostage wept in distress.

"This is your punishment for being a hero, for prioritizing selflessness over personal might. Real men place power and strength above all else. Soft emotions are a sign of weakness, to be trampled under the feet of the strong and dominant!"

Judge, convinced that he had sufficiently humiliated and battered the hero, he threw the crying civilian away, and placed his booted foot upon Endeavor's chest, causing the Flame Hero to breathe with labored gasps. With an air of arrogant superiority, he declared,

"Now that I have thoroughly vanquished you and demonstrated your rightful place beneath me, I shall seize the very hope that pervades this city and crush it completely under my heel. And the blame shall rest solely on your noble shoulders, hero."

As Judge prepared to withdraw and continue his rampage, he was taken aback when Endeavor, showing remarkable resilience, seized the foot resting upon his chest, his gaze filled with indomitable resolve.

"You won't be able to do that, you villain bastard!" Endeavor declared, his unwavering spirit refusing to yield. With a burst of fire propulsion, Endeavor closed the distance and ensnared Judge in a tight bear hug. He subsequently took off into the sky, ascending above the city skyline. Fear overtook the Germa leader, and he shouted desperately, hoping for assistance.

"Help! Someone, rescue me!"

Endeavor, his determination unyielding, fixated his unwavering gaze upon the heavens above. His voice carried an unwavering resolve as he declared,

"No one can save you now. You have brought this upon yourself. By pushing me beyond my limits, you shall suffer the consequences. Plus Ultra Prominence Fire!"

Pushing beyond his bounds, Endeavor unleashed a Prominence Burn that far surpassed the initial assault, producing an inferno of blinding brightness and fearsome intensity. Vinsmoke Judge's cries of desperation filled the air as he succumbed to an onslaught of fire power he could not withstand, ultimately disintegrating, leaving not even ashes in his wake. A few moments later, Endeavor crashed to the ground, his breathing labored as he fought to regain his senses. With a determined air, the Flame Hero managed to rise to his feet, and triumphantly raised his clenched fist into the air.

Strength: Both abusive fathers had the power to destroy islands, but one of them was way stronger. At the point of Whole Cake Island, Vinsmoke Judge was weaker, but still comparable to Sanji, who could output power up to 12 GT of TNT. However, Endeavor was able to scale to All Might eventually. All Might was able to create a storm with one of his punches. With Death Battle's calculations that the feat was 24 GT, that makes Endeavor twice as strong as the Germa 66 ruler. And that's being generously conservative.

Speed: While Endeavor might scale to the fastest characters in his world who can vaguely dodge laser beams, Vinsmoke was originally faster than Sanji, who could use Observation Haki to anticipate attacks at over 13X light speed.

Skill: Despite Vinsmoke judge being about ten years older, Endeavor was the more skilled combatant, as he dedicated most of his life to upholding the standings of being a hero, and dedicating that time to hard work and tenacity so he could earn the number 1 spot. Vinsmoke only engaged in combat only when he believed he had the distinct advantage, and would use dirty tactics if things went against him. If his plans start falling apart, so does he, while Endeavor only fought harder.

Experience: I'd say that both are relatively experienced. Judge may be a decade older, but it's unlikely he's encountered things that Endeavor wouldn't be able to plan around, or vice versa.

Powers: While Haki and electricity powers helped, they couldn't stack up to the mastery of fire manipulation that Endeavor possessed.

The winner is Endeavor.
