I'm glad to see that my new story is getting some positive feedback. Some of you are probably wondering why I have Melvin Sneedly as one of the character tags. I figured that he'd be a snotty rival of Lisa and is not happy that there is somebody younger than him who has brains that rivals his. Not only that, he'll oppose Lynn Jr.'s belief in those superstitions. And of course, he probably would tattle on Luan for her pranks, making her time at the school difficult. So Luan will learn that the rules at Jerome Hortwiz Elementary are not like at home. But anyway, enjoy the next chapter where things start to kick off.

Chapter 3: The Student Exchange Program

At Jerome Hortwiz Elementary, all the teachers were having a private teacher meeting. Besides Mr. Krupp, the other teachers attending were Mr. Meaner; the Gym Teacher, Ms. Ribble, Ms. Anthrope; the secretary, Edith the Lunch Lady, Ms. Fitt, Mr. Rected, Mr. Rustworthy, Ms. Guided, Ms. Dayken and Mr. Fyde; the science teacher. "This is a complete and total disaster. That last prank that George and Harold pulled ruined the whole week," said Mr. Meaner.

"You just had to forget turning off the computer before leaving for lunch. If you hadn't done that, those boys wouldn't have edited the Friday Memo to their liking," said Mr. Krupp.

"I said I was sorry!" said Ms. Anthrope.

"I know we wanted to be recognized by people nationwide, but not like this," said Mr. Rustworthy.

"Since that prank was broadcasted on TV, we've became a nationwide laughing stock," grumbled Ms. Ribble.

"What are we gonna do about those two boys?!" asked Ms. Dayken.

"Can't you just outright expel them?!" asked Ms. Fitt.

"It seems no matter what I do to get them to stop pranking, they're always one step ahead of me," said Mr. Krupp, rubbing his temples. Just then, Edith saw a piece of paper and got an idea.

"Wait a minute. What about the upcoming student exchange program?" asked Edith.

"Student exchange?" asked Ms. Fyde.

"Yes. This year, we're going to exchange two students with another school. We could send George and Harold to their so we can have a break from their antics for at least two months," said Edith.

"Oh sure, let some other poor saps of teachers get driven up the wall by their antics," said Ms. Guided.

"That's brilliant! This is perfect opportunity we need to get a break from them! Edith, you are a miracle worker!" said Mr. Krupp excitedly. On impulse, he wrapped his arms around Edith and gave her a big kiss on the lips. The other teachers' eyes widened in surprise at the sight of this. After the kiss, Edith sighed.

"If you two wanted alone time, you should've just said so," teased Mr. Meaner. Mr. Krupp and Edith just blushed in embarrassment.

"By the way, what is the school we're doing the student exchange program this year?" asked Mr. Fyde.

That other school happened to be Royal Woods Elementary School. The Loud family got word about it, from Lisa. "Student exchange program?" asked Rita.

"Yes. Two students at my school are swapping places with two others from Jerome Hortwiz Elementary," said Lisa.

"Is that the same school that George and Harold from Prankster's Pick go to?" asked Leni.

"Yes," said Lisa.

"Has anybody been chosen or volunteered?" asked Lola.

"I volunteered. But unfortunately, the principal doesn't want me to go. He says I'm important in keeping the school and other people together with my smarts," said Lisa.

"But if you know things will fall apart without you, why do you want to go?" asked Lori.

"Well, I've heard about how some of the kids who go to Jerome Hortwiz complain about how the teachers oppress them. So I figured if I go there, I can see if my brains can help the school get better," said Lisa. As Lisa was explaining about the student exchange program, Luan sneered an unpleasant smile unseen by her family.

That's it. That's how I can prove I'm funnier than George and Harold. If I can get Lisa and I to be the exchange students, I can show everybody that my pranks are superior. It may involve a lot of blackmail, but it'll be worth it in the end, thought Luan. "I think Lisa should go," said Luan.

"What? You want Lisa to go?" asked Lana.

"Yes. And I have an idea for the second student," said Luan.

"Who?" asked Luna.

"You're looking at her right now," said Luan. Everybody's eyes widened when they realized she was talking about her.

Looks like the teachers of Jerome Hortwiz have decided to send George and Harold on the student exchange program. I couldn't resist the part where Mr. Krupp kisses Edith in his excitement. Unfortunately, Luan is now plotting to have her be one of the swap students. But since she's a high school student and now an elementary school student, you'll see what she plans on doing next chapter . . .
