Chapter 3: Academy City

Fairy Tail and their allies arrived in the park.

Komoe and her friends exited their vehicles with Fairy Tail and their allies. "Do you mind telling us why you took to this park?" Natsu asked suspiciously.

Gray had to agree for once. "Yeah, those...guys in those vehicles were coming at us and then you little girl just popped out of nowhere."

Komoe began to sniffle like she was slightly hurt about her appearance. "Sniffle...sniffle..." Gray and Natsu felt utterly guilty the moment they saw the hurtful expression the little girl was making at them.

Lucy and Erza's karate chopped the two wizards on their heads. "Idiot!"

"Don't be rude about a girl's height you fools!"

Primo smirked at the misfortune of the two Fairy Tail wizards.

Elfman approached Ms. Komoe and looked down at her. "But, I have to admit, you're quite small." A hand suddenly pushed his head which was Lisanna's doing. "Brother, don't be rude!"

Mirajane just giggled.

Aiho cleared her throat getting everyone's attention. "Ahem...back to business. Forgive us if we came out of the blue to help you guys. But, let's say we got a tip that something crashed outside of Academy City." She was referring to them of course.

Mest groaned almost going to facepalm. "Damn, I figured we would draw attention soon, but, I didn't think we could get discovered so soon."

Kikyou had her piece to say. "You don't have to worry, we're not with the police. As you can see my friend Aiho is a member of a special force called Anti-Skill. Together we help protect the citizens of Academy City from any danger that happens upon the city."

"You are...?" Kovu asked tilting his head.

Kikyou felt utterly embarrassed. "Oh, forgive my manners, I'm Yoshikawa Kikyou. I'm a good friend of Yomikawa Aiho." She said with a friendly smile. "I'm a former researcher as well."

Lahara looked at the little pink-haired girl. "What about you little miss?" Komoe regained her composure and looked at the magic council captain. "I'm Tsukuyomi Komoe, you can see my height is 135 cm."

"What, she's that small?" Most of Fairy Tail thought in awe.

Gajeel was finding this hard to believe. "She looks like a 12-year-old squirt and just as small as Makarov."

"Does that mean you're an adult?" Natsu asked bluntly.

Komoe put her hands on her hips looking more serious. "Young man. For the record, I'm a teacher of the A Certain High School!"

"You're a teacher?!" Natsu, Elfman, Lucy, Yukino, Wendy, Kovu, and Gajeel exclaimed with gaping mouths.

"So noisy..." Aiho thought with a sweatdrop.

Rufus tilt his head. "This is quite unexpected."

Tessou could tell the new people were quite odd but funny.

Joan saw a lot of things but seeing such a small girl that is an adult wasn't something she saw every day.

"Anyway, we're getting off-topic, I take it that you guys aren't from around here, am I right?" Ms. Komoe asked.

The wizards were silent not sure how to answer it. Though, their silence, that confirmed the homeroom teacher's question. "I see...that could be a problem, if word gets out that young kids are out past curfew, it'll cause more unwanted attention."

Aiho had to agree. "That's right, so, unless you guys want to deal with the Academy City's strong security then I suggest I scan your identities." She began to scan the wizards and the results came out after a few minutes. "I see...Wendy will go to Tokiwadi Middle School."

"School..." Wendy muttered as she looked at Carla. "Excuse me, what about Carla, she's my...pet." Hearing that caused an anime vein on Carla's head to appear.

Aiho sighed. "I think we can work out something, but, I'll have to inform the head supervisor of the Middle School about...your pet..." Carla was about to lose her cool until Happy pulled her aside. Aiho looked at Natsu and his team. "Natsu, Erza, Gray, Lucy, Juvia, Elfman, Lisanna, Rufus, Yukino, Elfman, Aquapad, Mirajane, and Cana will attend A Certain High School and in my class too."

Aiho then looked at Primo, Kovu, Joan, Levy, Gajeel, Usagi, Mest, and Lahara. "As for the eight of you, you guys will join Anti-Skill to train young recruits for Anti-Skills. Also, I might have you do other tasks, but, I'll discuss that with you tomorrow." And she looked at Anna. "Anna Heartfilla, you shall be an assistant teacher in Ms. Komoe's classroom." Lucy's ancestor nodded with a smile.

Gajeel picked up Lily. "Hold it lady, my cat comes with me too." Aiho was a little confused but didn't ask any questions to the nail faced man. "Very well."

Ms. Komoe had another idea. "I also know two apartments that you guys can stay at for the time being." Aiho knew what she was thinking. "In that case, those that'll be working with me at Anti-Skills will come with me." She then looked at Ms. Komoe and Tessou. "You two will take the other group to their apartment that they'll staying at. I'll take the first group to my place, there I can set you guys in a few rooms that'll be close to mine."

Kikyou approached Wendy. "Listen, I'll be taking you and your cat to Tokiwadi Middle School."

After that was settling, the three women took Fairy Tail and their allies to their locations.

In a small hotel room.

"My, quite the turn around. To think more craziness is going still even after World War 3."

Vento of the Front

Vento was watching the news while sitting on a chair. She stuck her tongue out. "Looks like things are about to get interesting." Next to her was a small table of her little late brother. "Little brother..."

There was a knock at the door. "Come in." The door to her room opened revealing a sultry seductress teenager. "My, staying with a lady like you isn't such a breeze," Vento growled with annoyance. "Hey, you practically begged me because you were badly injured!"

Lessar

Lessar sat down on a stool with puffed cheeks. "Well, anyway, I heard Touma is alive and being brought back to Academy City. For what reasons, not sure, but it must have something to do with the things that were going on now."

"If you're talking about the crash site and that family saying stuff about a fish monster, then don't be silly." Vento scoffed.

Lessar just giggled. "Well, for your information, I got some dirt, not much but a little." Hearing that piqued Vento's interest. "Is that so?"

"You Lessar mustn't taking a liking into that boy." A short brown haired girl with a headband accentuating her forehead was seen sitting on a couch. She wore a lacrosse uniform-like set of a shirt with a miniskirt, and spats. She was about shorter than Misaka Mikoto.

Lancis

Magic: Norse Mythology-based magic

"I wonder if Touma has interests in girls in bikinis." She giggled flirtly. Lessar growled a little. "Don't think about making moves on that boy." Lancis didn't flinch and just kept her smile. "I will if you're not around to stop me." The two girls looked at each other intensely as lightining sparked from their eyes.

Vento groaned almost about to face palm at the two girl's antics.

A short time later

Wendy was holding Carla riding in Kikyou vehicle. "Child, don't be nervous, but, you might have guessed that I can't be with you the whole day, so, we'll be undercover to find any information about the City's rules and where Jimbei's friends and the two missing Spriggan Twelve. In the meantime, be careful not to say anything to draw suspicion." Wendy nodded with her head. "I hope the others will have better luck."

In a secret underground fortress that was deep in the ocean.

In five giant containers were Hordy Jones and his crew, their bodies in liquid that treated their elderly bodies. Likely, the effects of the Energy Droids restoring their youth.

"So, these Fishmen had a run-in with Fairy Tail." A hooded figure was watching the sleeping Fishmen. "Zeref's brother and his friends must've made the ones to have encountered these guys."

Just then the demon that took Hordy Jones and his crew out of their cell approached. "Lady Maria, the blood sample you took from that deceased human is ready for production."

"Excellent, I collected a blood sample of the most powerful woman in the Alvarez Empire." The figure pulled back her hood revealing her face. She had a black ponytail with dark tanned skin and she had the look of a teenager. "How are our other two guests?"

"They're still out for a while." The person who kidnapped Brandish approached as Maria glanced at the young man.

Kouta

"She almost had me, but, she wasn't able to sense me in time." The figure pulled back their hood revealing to a be a young man with short black hair and white skin. Maria had an evil smile. "I see, make sure you perform the spells well, if they get loose then our plan will have a major hole."

"I can deal with that." A short person approached pulling back their hood and revealing a young demon girl with white hair and red horns on both sides of her head. However, despite her demon features her skin and eyes were almost that of a human.

"Nika...you did quite a number on that Dimaria chick." The other demon said with a snicker.

"Deliora...I see that you're still going strong." The demon that captured Hordy Jones and his crew approached the short white haired demon.

Deliroa Reborn(As a female).

"After for as long, we'll finally get revenge on those pathetic Academy City trash scums." The newly reborn Deliora said looking extremely intense.

"Enough chit-chat, Kouta go to our guests and perform the spells." Kouta nodded and walked away.

"What about our other specimens?" Nika asked as someone else walked past Kouta, who was just leaving the room.

The woman was wearing a scientist outfit. "The two are asleep." She resembled Zeref, though, her hair color was black but it was long enough to reach her lower back.

"One does intrigue me. I heard of dragons but, her species was supposed to be extinct 800 years ago."

"Why is that surprising, dragons were killed by Acnologia," Nika said a little puzzled.

"True, but, the dragon species that was in one of the pods was a special one," Zira said with a blank expression. "To be clear, her species is an ancient dragon species."

In an unknown lab room.

A small pod containing a small blue-haired teenage girl was asleep next to a big pod.

"Help...help...me..." The girl's voice cried in a telepathic.

Somewhere in the ocean.

Touma was picked up by helicopter a little. "Damn, the boat only lasted for two hours." He yawned. "Not to mention I didn't get a chance to sleep for a little longer." He felt so drowsy. "Hey pilot, I'll take a nap, wake me when we get closer to Academy City."

"Suit yourself." The pilot said not looking at the teenage boy.

With that Touma was asleep in a matter of minutes and began to dream something strange.

Touma found himself in a dark area with no trees or buildings, just darkness. "Where the heck am I?" Just then he saw a shadowy figure appear. "Who is that?" The shadow figure took the shape of a teenage girl who sprouted dragon wings and a tail. She was seemingly reaching her arm out to the boy. "Help...help...me...please...save...me..." Touma was a little freaked out at the girl's cries for help. "What do you need my help for?"

"Please...help...me...save me...Touma..." The girl pleaded once more as her shadowy shape started to fade away. "Wait, how do you know my name? Answer me!" He called out in a less demanding tone as his voice echoed throughout the darkness.

"Aah!" He screamed abruptly waking up and startling the pilot. "Hey kid, what's the idea?" Touma didn't answer instead he was panting still a shook up.

Soon the helicopter began to malfunction and its readings were going haywire. "Hey, what the hell is this?" The pilot cursed as the helicopter began to lose control. "I don't have control of this...something intervened with them!" The helicopter began to spin out of control.

Below was the Fish Tiger Pirate's flagship.

On the deck was a cloaked crew member. "Is that a helicopter?" The figure pulled back their hoody revealing a female Fighting Fish Fishman with horns on both sides of her head. She looked to be a teenager. She had long dark red hair, two strands of hair hanging as frontal locks, and the back pigtails that were bare. She wore a blue skirt that had a belt strap attached to it that went over her front to her back holding a pistol and a katana sword. She wore pirate brown sandals. White shirt and a sweatshirt with a hoodie.

She looked up to the nest. "Hey Sanosuke, up in the sky!"

A Fishman was sitting on the crow nest waking up from a nap and stood up looking at the sky where the helicopter was. "Looks like someone is going to crash." He wore an unbuttoned dress shirt and pants. A belt that was strapped on his back went over his left shoulder over his chest and under his right armpit which was holding two swords. He had a pretty boy feminine with black hair and bangs that hung down from both sides of his head. Both his elbows had anal fins on the end.

He rang the ship's bell alerting the other pirate crews.

Fisher Lily was the first to be on the deck. "What is the racket about?" She asked.

"Looks like a flying machine having problems." Yuna pointed out.

A female Fishman and Mermaid Octopus arrived on the deck.

"Yes, no doubt that has humans on it," The mermaid octopus was a female, and her upper body resembled a humanoid. She had long black hair with pink skin wearing a white kimono. Her mermaid was that of an octopus. She had a serious demeanor on her face.

"Yes, you look like you're rearing to go, unlike your brother who likes to drink."

"Don't compare to my idiot drunk of a brother. My sword technique is far superior to his, Holly Jones."

The other Fishman was a female. She wore a sail blazer with a bikini top that showed her cleavage. She wore blue trousers and a pink newsboy cap was worn on her head with sandals for footwear.

"Either way, what should we do captain?" Holly asked her captain.

Fisher Lily didn't want to catch unwanted attention from humans, but still, she felt she had to help. "Attention crew, follow that helicopter, once it crashes in the water, we'll rescue any humans aboard it! Holly, Yuna, and Morgan...rescue any survivors!"

"Yes, captain!" The three female fishermen jumped off the ship and dived into the water as the helicopter landed in the ocean with a big splash.

Touma and the pilot began to panic. The two attempted to open the doors, but, they wouldn't budge. "Damn it, the doors won't open!"

"Oh no, they must be jammed somehow!"

Touma and the pilot slammed their shoulders against the door trying to break them down but to no avail. They were losing time as the helicopter slowly began to sink. It got worse when all of the windows started cracking leaking water inside. "Damn, water is leaking inside!"

"Damn it, I can't die here, I have a family!" The pilot wailed.

The inside of the helicopter was soon filled with water as Touma and the pilot held their breath as much as they could. "Damn...I'm just on my way home...and...my death is going to be...here...on the ocean..." He thought holding his breath but he was almost on the verge of drowning. "Rotten luck!"

The pilot was losing consciousness. Touma noticed this and carried him away. "I'll have to get us out of here!" He attempted to swim through the broken window, though the current of the water was strong and was slowly Touma down. "Damn...water's force is strong...but, I can't stop...I need to get the pilot and myself out of here. But, even if I get to the surface, there isn't any boat." The exhaustion was starting to take a toll on the teenage boy's body as he began to lose consciousness too. The pilot was already out cold and barely alive. Touma pushed through while carrying the pilot. "Crap..." Just as his vision started to get blurry he saw three shadowy figures swimming at him. "Who...are...they?" He instantly fainted due to exhaustion.

Morgan carried the pilot up while Holly Jones and Yuna carried Touma by his arms until they went all the way to the ocean's surface. "Captain, we got only two survivors!" Morgan waved her arm.

A rope ladder was thrown by another Fishman pirate member wearing a dark short-sleeved shirt with many dark yellow T-like motifs on it. Under her shirt was a vest under waist tops and long white pinkish hair. Her pants were simple light pants and sandals. Her face was that of a hammerhead shark's, the only difference was that her face human-like shape, and her nose was a resemblance of a Hammer Shark's face. "Climb on you guys..." She also had fish gills on both sides at the lower parts of her neck.

The three Fishmen pirates climbed the rope ladder while carrying the two humans. "Take them to the sick bay at once." Yuna carried away Touma's bridal style while Holly Jones carried the human pilot.

Morgan saw a wallet on the floor. "What is this?" She picked it up and opened the wallet. Noticing Touma's School I.D. "Touma...Kamijou..." She looked at the photo and name. "Kamijou...wait...is...he..."

Fisher Lily approached the Octopus Mermaid. "Morgan, what's wrong?" This snapped her crewmate out of her thoughts. "Captain Lily...I think I have a guess who that teenage boy is." She showed the wallet as her captain read the name and looked at the photo. "No way...could he...be..."

Fairy Tail and their allies have been registered as citizens somehow, however, it permits them to live in the city for a time. Lahara and her team along with Gajeel, Levy, and Lily will be working with the Anti-Skill. Natsu and the older fairy tail wizards will start their first day at A Certain High School as students and Wendy will attend the middle school with Carla. Anna will be an assistant teacher at A Certain High School.

The enemies that have Hordy Jones and his crew and have them in tanks that'll give their youth back. A clone of Zeref's blood appears. Who is the other clone and the ancient dragon girl. The ancient dragon girl uses telepathy to call out to Touma in his dream which causes the helicopter to malfunction and crash in the ocean? The Fish Tiger Pirates rescue Touma and the human pilot. More importantly, do the Fish Tiger Pirates have a connection with Touma, if so, how do they? Find out next time.
