Short 14: Family Medical Team

In Blitz's bedroom, the imp in question is lying down in bed with a cloth on his forehead and letting out sneezing and coughing, and his face is a little more red. Blitz also has a thermometer in his mouth. Loona, Aurora, Keenan, and Tilla watch in worry as Charlie checks Blitz's temperature. Soon, the thermometer starts beeping.

Charlie takes the thermometer and looks at the temperature, "Just as I thought. 102 degrees fahrenheit. I think you have a bad case of the flu."

"I was afraid of this," Blitz says and begins coughing.

"It's official, dad. You're staying in bed," Loona says.

"I figured as much," Blitz says, and lets out a bad cough.

Soon, Tilla walks over with a smile, "Dada. Dada, play."

"Sorry sweetie, but daddy isn't feeling well today," Blitz says and soon lets out another cough.

Loona then picks up Tilla, "Well, it's best you get some rest. I'll be sure to bring you something to help with the fever."

"Okay," Blitz says.

"I'll be back and bring you some medicine," Charlie says.

Then she and the others leave the room. As they leave, Tilla looks at sadness to see her daddy lying down in bed and she's being taken away from him. Soon, Loona closes the door.

"Dada," Tilla says, sadly.

Loona looks down towards Tilla, "I know Tilla, but daddy is sick today and needs plenty of rest. Plus, we don't want you getting sick. Sadly, you're unable to play with daddy today," and places Tilla down.

Tilla sadness to hear it. Not long after, Tilla then places her body in front of the door as she places her hands and arms over her head, touching the door.

"Dada…" Tilla says, sadly.

Aurora sadly says, "Not again."

"What's wrong with Tilla?" Charlie asks, concerned.

"Well, Tilla is kind of like daddy's girl. She's really attached to him more than the rest of us. Whenever dad is sick and we have to keep Tilla away from him, she gets like this," Aurora says.

"Poor Tilla," Charlie says.

Vaggie soon walks over and asks, "Hey, what's going on?"

"Blitz is sick and Tilla well, she doesn't want to be away from her daddy," Charlie says and looks down towards Tilla.

"Dada," Tilla sadly says.

"I see what you mean," Vaggie says.

Loona then picks up Tilla, "Don't worry, we know how to take care of a sad Tilla." then says to Tilla, "Hey Tilly, how about we make some things to help daddy. Sounds good."

Tilla, still sad, nods her head in response.

Soon enough, Loona and the kids and baby are in the kitchen. Loona is making some soup while Aurora is setting everything up to make tea. Keenan's job is to keep Tilla entertained in the kitchen. Of course, Sophie, Fat Nuggets, and Kee Kee are there to play.

Tilla soon walks to Loona and asks, "Dada… soup…"

Loona looks down towards Tilla.

The hellhound giggles, "Not yet, Tilla."

Tilla nods and continues playing with her brother and the pets, and they are all having a good time.

Sometime later…

Blitz is still lying down in bed and coughs a bit as he takes a nap. Soon, he hears the sound of the door knocking. He turns his head to see the door opening, revealing Loona walking in with a bowl of soup. Aurora has a tray that has a cup of tea and a small jar of honey. Keenan has Tilla in his arms. Of course, all four of them have face masks on.

"Hey dad, how are you feeling?" Loona asks.

"A little okay. Charlie gave me some medicine," Blitz says.

"We got you some food and drinks," Keenan says.

Aurora then presents the cup, "We got you some tea and soup."

"Thank you," Blitz says and takes the cup of tea.

Aurora helps him with the honey and mixes it together with the tea. Then Blitz takes a few sips before setting it down.

Tilla soon climbs on the bed and sits next to Blitz in sadness, "Dada."

"It's okay, Tilla. Daddy is still feeling a little under the weather," Blitz says.

"Here dad, we brought you some soup," Loona says, presenting the bowl.

"Thanks Loona," Blitz says and takes the bowl.

Blitz begins eating the soup and says, "The soup is really good."

"Glad you like it," Loona says.

Then Blitz says, "I hope Tilla was able to have fun."

"She was no trouble dad, but she still wanted to be with you, even though you were sick," Keenan says.

Soon, Tilla begins to let out a yawn and begins to feel sleepy.

"Aww, Tilla is tired," Aurora says.

"That's because it's time for Tilla's nap," Aurora says and picks up Tilla.

Tilla begins lying on Aurora's shoulder and feels more sleepy.

"Well, we'll leave you to finish eating and then get some rest," Aurora says.

"Of course," Blitz says.

"See you later, dad," Keenan says.

"Bye. You all have a good day," Blitz says.

Soon, Loona and the kids leave the room, and Tilla falls asleep for her nap.
