Dis Lexics vault of Secrets

Ideas, plot bunnys that won't let go, possible future stories. feel free to pick up the stories if you like them.

Right, this idea isnt Harry Potter based, instead its a crossover of Akame Ga Kill and Skyrim with my Dragonborn as the main character. Obviously since this is set on the same planet as TES, there's two moon's but I don't really think that makes to much of an impact on the story. I don't think there's anything else I Can say, so lets dive straight in.

Dovahkiin ga Kill

Masser and Secunda shone brightly in the cloudless sky, gazing down upon the world below and dying the world in a ruddy light, as if the sins and bloodshed going on on the planet had dyed the moon's with blood. The light fell on a nervous looking man who knelt in a circle of candles, repeatedly stabbing the effigy in the middle with a dagger and mumbling under his breath. A breath of wind blew through the area, snuffing out the candles, forcing the man to stop the ritual and relight them. However, when the light of the candles returned, they revealed a black cloaked figure stood under a tree just outside of the circle.

"Holy..!" yelped the man, staggering back in surprise at the figures sudden appearance.

"The Dark Brotherhood has come," whispered the figure.

"T-the Dark Brotherhood?" asked the man, clearly unnerved, "I didn't think you really existed!"

The shadow tilted its hooded head slightly.

"That may be true, but you would not have attempted to summon us if you did not wish someone dead," it said, "Now, who do you wish for us to send to the Void?"

The man took a deep breath before answering.

"My employers," he said, "All of them. I discovered that they kidnap travelers from the country and torture them to death for fun! The other guards may be willing to ignore it, but I cannot, will not allow them to continue. I don't care what the cost is, I will pay it. Even if I must give my life, I will do so gladly to remove those monsters from the world."

The shadow was silent for a moment, before a high, cold laugh emerged from the depths of the hood.

"Well, who know that decent people actually existed in this wretched city!" it whispered as its laughter faded, "Well, no matter. Have no fear, Richard Matheld, your targets will soon be serving Sithis in the Void! Return here when the job is done to make the payment."

The shadow swirled its cloak, causing another gust of wind to snuff out the candles and vanished.

"Oh Talos, what a predicament," groaned a young man as he made his way through the streets of the capital, shaking an empty purse that, up until a few moments ago, had contained what was left of his funds, "I knew I shouldn't have agreed to that offer, but noooo, I just had to trust that sleezeball!"

He let out another groan as he rounded the corner into an alleyway, walking past a pair of armed thugs. The teen was suddenly stopped by a heavy hand landing on his shoulder, interrupting his monologue.

"Well well, what do we have here?" sneered one of the thugs, "A country bumpkin with a nice cloak and sword! Hand em over!"

The teen just looked at the thugs through a pair of bright orange eyes, before a dark smirk crossed his lips. A few moments later, the orange eyed young man left the alley, wiping his lips on his sleeve and leaving a pair of dried up corpses in the alley.

"Right, now I'm full, lets find somewhere to sleep," said the young man, before remembering that he was broke, "Aw well, at least its not snowing."

He made his way over to the side of the road and sat down, wrapping his tattered cloak around himself, hunkering down for the night. As he did so, a carriage came down the road and stopped nearby, allowing a young girl with blond hair to hop out. The young man opened his eyes as the girl approached him, eyeing her cureously.

"Excuse me, but would I be correct in assuming that you came from the country?" she asked.

"Kind of," replied the young man, "Why?"

"Well, if you don't have a place to stay, your welcome to come with me!"

The young man raised a single, blond eyebrow.

"You'd allow a complete stranger to stay with you?" he asked, a little skeptical.

"Lady Aria can't leave people in need alone," said one of the girls guards, "you should accept her goodwill."

The young man looked back at the girl to see her smiling sweetly at him, before letting out a sigh.

"OK, fine," he said, "Better than sleeping on the streets."

He got to his feet and pulled his hood down, revealing a handsome face with pale skin, suggesting that he hailed from the north, long, blond hair that was kept out of his eyes by a headband that also covered the tips of his ears, orange eyes and a trio of old scars on his cheek.

"Thank you for the hospitality," he said, bowing to the girl, "My name is Omarus Nightsky."

The girl giggled.

"My what a gentleman," she said, smiling, "My name is Aria, its nice to meet you Omarus."

The blond followed the girl back to her carriage and, unseen to the girl and her guards, he was sporting a slight smirk and a certain gleam in his eye that any assassin would recognize.

"Target sighted."

It didn't take long to reach Aria's home, a huge manor on the edge of the city. Their Omarus was introduced to Aria's parents, as well as a teen by the name of Tatsumi who Aria had picked up the previous day. The two guests were invited to join the family for dinner where Omarus was asked what had brought him to the city.

"Same as everyone else I guess," he said, "I'm here to find work and start a new life. I'm hoping to find work as a blacksmith since I have a lot of experience in the art."

"I wouldn't have taken you for a blacksmith," said Arias father, glancing at the blonds slight build.

"Yeah, I know I don't look the type, but I'm a lot stronger than I look," said Omarus with a chuckle.

Conversation soon turned to other topics and before long the group excused themselves for bed.

Later that night, Arias mother was walking through the darkened hallways of the mansion, reading from a diary with a smile, before a dull thump drew her attention.

"Hello?" she called, peering into the darkness.

Instead of an answer, she saw a pair of glowing orange pinpricks, before a shadow shot from the darkness, shooting past her at incredible speed. The woman coughed, before the top half of her body slid from the bottom.

"Another soul for the Dreadfather," murmured the assassin, before a gasp drew his attention.

Stood at the end of the hall was a slender woman with long purple hair and purple eyes, wearing a revealing sleeveless lilac cheongsam with detached lilac arm sleeves, white boots and glasses. She was armed with what looked like a giant pair of scissors and was looking at the corpse at the cloaked shadows feet in shock.

"Oh, sorry, was this one yours?" asked the shadow, "It seems that I've stepped on another Assassins toes here. Well, no matter. So long as the targets are sent to the Void, it doesn't matter who does the deed."

He turned to the windows and looked out at the clearly panicking guards as they tried to stop the incoming group of assassins.

"Well, that won't do," he muttered, "Lets give them a hand."

He sheathed his sword inside his cloak, before pulling out a gold recurve bow and an equally gold arrow. He sighted and fired, sending the arrow straight through the window to impact one of the guards in an explosion of light that blinded and through the other guards to the ground, making them easy prey for the assassins. The cloaked man replaced his bow in his cloak and inclined his head to the other assassin, before stepping into the shadows and vanishing.

Tatsumi panted as he faced off against the katana wielding girl that was attempting to kill Aria. He knew he didn't really stand a chance against the assassin, but he was determined to at least try to protect the girl who had taken him in. He had been extremely lucky a moment ago when the girl had tried to stab him and hit the idol the Village chief had given him and that such luck wasn't likely to come again. At that moment, the assassin launched herself towards him, her sword held at the ready.

"Hey, wait!" yelled Tatsumi, attempting to talk to the girl, "You guys are just out for the money or something, right? Please, just let this girl go!"

However the girl kept coming, ignoring Tatsumis pleas.

"We're not even on the battlefield and you're trying to kill an innocent girl?" asked Tatsumi, trying again to get through to the assassin, only to be ignored.

Before her blow could land however, she was grabbed by the collar by another woman, this one blond with golden eyes. She wears a revealing outfit with a black tube top, pants, boots and a scarf around her neck and had lion ears, tail and clawed hands.

"What are you doing?" asked the katana wielding girl.

"We got some time, right?" asked the lion girl, "I owe the kid a favor."

Tatsumi blinked in confusion, before he recognized the girl as the one who had scammed him out of his money.

"Hey, your the boob lady!" he yelled, pointing an accusing finger at her.

"Yep, thats me!" chirped the woman with a grin.

The blond let go of her comrades collar and moved over to the door of the shed the guards had been trying to get Aria too.

"You said not to kill an innocent girl, right?" she asked, before kicking the door in, "Can you still say that after seeing this?"

Tatsumi looked and froze at the sight of the huge number of mangled bodies and bloody torture implements inside.

"W-what is this?" demanded Tatsumi, horrified.

"This is what the family did behind closed doors," said the lion girl, "They'd lure in travelers with sweet words, drug them and then torture them to death."

Tatsumi's eyes widened as he caught sight of a familiar head of hair among the hanging bodys.

"Sayo?" he whispered, falling to his knees.

"So, you know her?" asked the lion girl.

As this was going on, Aria attempted to sneak away, only to find a sword blade pressed against her throat.

"Wow, its much worse than I thought," said a voice, drawing Tatsumis attention away from the horrific sight and towards a cloaked figure who held Aria at swordpoint, "I knew it was bad when Mother insisted I come myself, but this just takes the cake. I don't think the Thalmor were this bad."

"W-wait, its a lie!" cried the girl, "I didn't know this was here! Who are you going to believe Tatsumi, these Assassins or the one who saved you?"

Tatsumi looked torn, before a weak voice called out to him from one of the cages.

"Ta...tsu...mi…"

He looked and was horrified to see the blooded form of his other friend, Ieyasu.

"Ieyasu?" whispered Tatsumi, hurrying over to the cage.

"Tatsumi, it was that girl," said the blooded man weakly, "She invited Sayo and I to stay with her. We ate and lost consciousness and then woke up here. That girl tortured Sayo to death!"

"Whats wrong with that?" whispered Aria, before suddenly elbowing the cloaked assassin in the gut, forcing him to let her go, "Shes just some worthless hick from the country, right? No different from cattle! I can do with her what I like!"

She probably would have continued, but the cloaked assassin clamped a hand on her shoulder and she was struck by a surge of electricity. She screamed and dropped to the floor, smoke rising from her body as she gasped for breath.

"Damn sadists," snarled the cloaked assassin whose hood had fallen down to reveal Omarus, "I've met some seriously sick bastards in my time, but you take the cake! At least the Thalmor had a reason for what they did, flimsy as it was, this is just meaningless death! I hope you suffer at Sithis Hand!"

He raised his sword which was still wet with blood and moved to kill Aria, only to be stopped by Tatsumis voice.

"Wait!"

"Don't tell me your still trying to save her?" asked the lion girl.

"No," said Tatsumi, drawing his sword, "I'll kill her myself!"

He drove his sword straight through the still twitching body of Aria, killing her in a spurt of blood. Omarus blinked and sighed.

"Oh great, that means I get payed less," he grumbled, "Still, the job got done, so I don't think the clients going to care that much."

"Your an assassin?" asked the lion girl.

"Yep, Omarus Nightsky, former Listener of the Dark Brotherhood of Tamriel at your service," he said with a bow.

"You're a foreigner?" asked the lion girl.

"Yep," replied the other Assassin, "Been traveling for a long time and rolled into the city, just in time to get a job."

"Would you be interested in joining us?" asked the lion girl, "We could use more skilled assassins."

"That depends, do I get payed?" asked Omarus.

"Of course," said the lion girl with a snicker.

"In that case, point me at the neck you want slit!"

"Excellent, you and the kid'll make excellent additions to Night Raid!" said the Lion Girl, "My names Leone by the way."

"Lets go," said the swords woman, turning away from the still crying Tatsumi who was cradling the dead body of his friend.

"Alright, lets bring these two back with us," said Leone, "We're always short handed and two new swords will be welcome."

She grabbed Tatsumi by the collar and started dragging him away.

"WAIT, I NEED TO BURY THEM!" protested the boy.

"I'll bring them," said Omarus, hoisting Ieyasu's corpse over his shoulder and cutting down Sayo with a well placed throwing knife, before following the other assassins up to the roof of the mansion where the rest of their group was waiting.

"So, their finally back," said a tall man in full armor.

"We're running out of time," said another, a teen with green hair.

"Wait, who are those two?" asked a pink haired girl, indicating to Omarus and the still struggling Tatsumi.

"New recruits," said Leone.

"Wait, what?" demanded Tatsumi.

"Oh, didn't I tell you?" asked the lion girl, "Starting today you're one of us! Congratulations on joining Night Raid!"

Tatsumi stared at her for a moment, before he erupted.

"WHAT?!"

"Don't bother protesting," said the swordswoman, "Once she makes her mind up about something she won't give up."

"Ah, you know me so well Akame!" said Leone, patting the shorter girl on the head, "Bulat, I'll leave this guy to you."

The armoured man stepped forwards and grabbed Tatsumi around the waist.

"Hey wait, I don't wanna be an assassin!" protested Tatsumi, struggling in the bigger mans grip.

"Don't worry, it'll get better soon," said the armoured man as sparkles surrounded him.

"Mission complete, lets return," said Akame.

The Assassins leaped from the roof and began to make their way back to base with two new recruits in tow.

"Well, this is certainly going to be interesting," thought Omarus as he followed his new brothers and sisters in arms across the rooftops, "Who would have thought I'd end up helping another group of assassins deal with a corrupt government? Oh, this is going to be so much fun!"

And thats the end of this entry! Omarus is the same Dragonborn I've used in my past Elder Scrolls ideas, so hes a vampire sneaky character. However, instead of limiting him to the weapons I normally use, this time hes armed with practically every single special weapon and armour from the game, courtesy of his Teigu, Endless Armoury: Night Cape which is basically a bottomless bag that can carry practically anything, while providing decent protection from non Teigu weapons.

It doesn't have any defensive abilities, so he needs to use a weapon or his powers in combat, not that that limits him in any way. The Trump Card allows the user to use every single object inside the cloak as a weapon vire telekinesis, although the amount of focus and power required would kill any normal human. Fortunately, Omarus is the Dragonborn, as well as being a powerful Vampire and mage so hes got plenty to spare, not that hes going to be tossing around his Trump Card like candy. Not when he has so many other options at his disposal.

Anyway, let me know what you think since I may well continue this one at some point.
