Dis Lexics vault of Secrets

Ideas, plot bunnys that won't let go, possible future stories. feel free to pick up the stories if you like them.

Hi everyone and welcome back to the Vault! This time the idea is from DZ2's Fallen Hero Challenge, Rules below:

Plot: Once I had power; once I had a family and once I had those who believed in me, but then one mistake cost me everything: now, I must make amends, but I do them on my own terms...with one exception: the world knows me as Harry Potter, but I am so much more!

Rules: Grey, Dark or Evil Powerful Harry

Harry can be the human form of ANY God, Goddess or deity from ANY mythological pantheon

Why he was cast out of his pantheon and given human form is up to you

Harry can only regain the memories/powers of his true form on one of the following dates: his birthday, one of the solstices/equinoxes or Halloween

Even though he remembers being a God/deity, Harry MUST still choose to alter his human life for the better

At some point, another force from the same pantheon must interact with Harry

Harry can be in a pairing with anyone, but no Harems: alternatively, he doesn't HAVE to be in a pairing at all (Gen)

Guidelines: Immortal Harry

Harry's pantheon is an OC one

Fem-Harry

Male-Harry, but the human form of a Goddess

Religious-deity-Harry (e.g. Michael, Lucifer)

Harry is the leader of said pantheon

If Dark, Harry continues his path of dominance on the 'mortal' realm

Crossovers

Slash

Somehow, Lily and/or James are alive

Sirius is free

Other HP members are deities/vessels of deities

Forbidden: Harry siding with Dumbledore or Voldemort

Good-boy Harry (remember he was cast out/fell for a reason)

Weak Harry

Harry allowing his divine side to control his human life

Harems

Other than that, it's up to you

This idea will have a number of Pantheons in it and may be crossed with PJ to an extent, as well as Thor. That should give you a hint as to who Harry is, but its probably not who your mind immediately jumps to. The title is also a dead giveaway. Enjoy!

Hammer Time

The Great hall was utterly silent.

"Harry Potter!" called out Dumbledore again, looking over at where the boy was sat, "Come on up Harry!"

Said boy was sat in his seat, his head down, fists clenched and teeth gritted as his fury surged. He knew it. As soon as he was told that the Name Drawing would be taking place on Halloween, he knew that his name would be coming out of that cup. Well he wasn't going to stand for it. He got to his feet.

"No," he said, glaring up at the Headmaster, "No, I will not come up. I did not put my name in that Goblet and I will not compete. I don't care if that thing tears my magic from me, I will not compete in the Triwizard Tournament!"

He turned and stormed out of the Hall, ignoring the looks he was receiving and Dumbledores calls to come back.

Harrys original intention was to head up to the Gryffindor Common Room, but as soon as he left the Hall, he decided against it, instead choosing to head outside onto the Dark grounds. Once outside, he headed away from the castle and towards the lake, specifically an oak tree that sat at the waters edge that he often used when he wanted to be alone. He sat down against the tree and looked up, taking in the beautiful sight of the Milky Way stretching across the heavens. Looking at the stars had often made him feel better, bringing him comfort and a sense of belonging, but also a sense of loss, as if he held some connection to those stars that he couldn't remember. Harry had often wondered about the sensation, but tonight, on All Hallows Eve, he would find out exactly why the stars brought about such opposing feelings.

"This is a bad idea Brother!"

Harry blinked as he suddenly found himself walking through beautiful hallways with a determined stride.

"They cannot be allowed to get away with it," he replied with a voice far deeper than his own and yet was still clearly his, "They broke in, took the lives of our brothers and attempted to steal from us."

Harry stopped before a pair of beautiful doors and looked back at his companion, a tall man with pale skin, slicked back, black hair, green eyes and a malfoy esque sneer.

"We shall punish them."

"But Father has forbidden us from pursuing them!" protested the green eyed man.

Harry ignored his companions protests and pushed the doors open, revealing a beautiful dining room that looked like something out of a Nordic history book. Inside the room was three men and a woman, all clad in Nordic armour and carrying weapons ranging from a thin sword to a massive, two handed axe.

"My friends, I must speak with you," said Harry as he entered.

"Ah there you are, come, sit!" roared the largest man, who had a full, red beard that was braided and matched his hair, as well as being full of food and dripping with mead.

"Not now Volstagg, we have work to do," said Harry, but took a seat at the head of the table.

"Work? What kind of work?" asked the smallest man, who was tearing into a leg of mutton.

He reminded Harry of Lockhart with his finely groomed, blond hair and perfect smile, but, unlike the fraud, this man held the bearing of a Warrior.

"Revenge, Fandral, revenge," said Harry with a dark grin.

The final man in the room, a dark, serious looking man with a mace held loosely in his grip.

"Vengeance my Lord?" asked the only woman in the room respectfully.

She was beautiful woman with a body that put even Fleur Delacour to shame, visible under the armour that she wore that conformed to her figure. She had long, golden hair that was pulled into a tight bun and a sword and shield attached to her back.

"Aye Sif, vengeance against the beasts that dared to desecrate our home," said Harry, before he sobered, "I am not a fool my friends, I know that I am asking you all to commit Treason by disobeying my Father, but if I am to be King of Asgard, I must be willing to protect her."

"And you think that charging off to war will protect Asgard?" asked The man behind Harry sarcastically.

"Of course Loki," said Harry, "I will show that we are still the strongest and not be be crossed!"

Loki sighed and shook his head, muttering something under his breath.

"I will not force you to come with me," said Harry, turning back to the Warriors Three and Sif, "But I am asking you, as a friend."

Their was a moments silence, before Volstagg let out a booming laugh.

"Whats the point in life without a bit of danger?" he rumbled, getting to his feet, "Come friends, let us be off."

The other two Warriors nodded.

"Oh, very well," grumbled Sif, "I can't let you boys have all the fun."

Harry smiled at his friends, before turning to his brother.

"And what of you Loki?"

The God of Mischief stared at his brother for a moment, before he sighed.

"Someone has to keep you out of trouble," he said.

Harry grinned and clasped his brothers arm.

Time seemed to speed up, moving from the Palace of Asgard, across the Bifrost and to the frozen land of Jotunheim, where Harry got to experience the battle first hand and sped up, but it felt like he knew every move, felt every impact, right up until they were saved by the timely arrival of a man astride a six legged horse and taken back to Asgard, where up time sped back down.

"How can you expect to protect the Kingdom if you act like a child?" snarled Odin as he deactivated the Bifrost and tossed Heimdall back his sword, "Take them to the healing room!"

Odins guards took Harrys injured friends and carried them from the chamber, leaving Harry alone with his Father and Brother.

"Their won't be a Kingdom to protect if we are afraid to act!" protested Harry, glaring up at his Father, "The Jotuns must learn to fear me, just as they did you!"

"Thats pride and vanity talking, not leadership," said Odin, "You've forgotten everything I've taught you about a warrior's patients…"

"While you wait and be patient, the Nine Realms laugh at us!" snapped Harry, cutting Odin off, "The old days are gone! You'd stand around giving speeches while Asgard falls!"

"You are a vain, greedy, cruel boy!" roared Odin.

"You are an old man and a fool!" roared Harry right back.

The two Gods glared at one another for a moment, before Odin let out a sigh and seemed to age about a thousand years right in front of Harrys eyes.

"Yes, I was a fool," he said, "To think you were ready…"

"Father..." said Loki worriedly as he stepped forwards.

Before he could finish his thought though, Odin held up a hand.

"Don't Loki, I will need to speak with you later."

Loki looked confused, but nodded and backed off.

"Thor Odinson," said Odin formally, his voice heavy, "You have betrayed the express command of your king. Through your arrogance and stupidity, you have opened these lands and innocent people to the horror and desolation of war."

The King of Asgard grabbed his spear and slammed it into the pedestal in front of him, opening the Rainbow Bridge with a brilliant flash of lightning, before advancing on Harry.

"You are unworthy of these realms, you are unworthy of your title!"

The King tore off Harrys armour and cloak before he could react, but he found that he could not argue or fight. How could he? Odin was right after all.

"You are unworthy," said Odin heavily, "Of the loved ones you have betrayed. I take from you your power, the power of my Father and his Father before."

As Odin spoke, the hammer at Harrys side flew into his hand and the armour on his arms began to disintegrate.

"And, by my power, I cast you out!"

He thrust the hammer forwards and Harry was blasted back through the Rainbow Bridge. His last view before darkness claimed him was his Fathers grief filled face as he cast a spell over Mjölnir.

Harry jerked awake, sitting bolt upright as the dream faded.

"What was that?" he gasped.

"A memory."

Harry jumped again, his head snapping around to the newcomer.

"Hello brother," said the newcomer with a smile.

It was the black haired man from his dream, the one who reminded Harry of Malfoy. What was his name?

"Loki?" asked Harry hesitantly.

"You remember," said Loki, his smile widening, "Father said that you would remember soon enough."

"So that dream..?"

"A memory. The memory of the day you made the greatest mistake of your life."

"Jotunheim," said Harry sadly.

"Exactly," agreed Loki, "Its been a very long time."

"How long?"

Loki smiled thinly.

"1700 years, give or take," said the God of Mischief, "Heimdall has been watching for your birth, keeping an eye on you until it was time for your return."

"My return?" asked Harry, "I thought I was banished?"

"Brother, you are the Prince of Asgard, you really think that Father would banish you permanently?" snickered Loki, "You must be joking. He simply wanted you to learn."

"So what now?" asked Harry.

"We go home," said Loki with a smile as he got to his feet.

Harry stared up at his brother for a minute, before he smiled and accepted his offered hand, allowing the God of Mischief to pull him to his feet.

"Heimdall, open the Bifrost!" called Loki, "We're coming home."

Their was a flash of rainbow light and the two Nordic Gods vanished, leaving an intricately carved knotwork circle burnt into the grass and a room full of exploded devices as every single device Dumbledore had to track Harrys whereabouts exploded.

And thats enough for now. If you want to know what Thor/Harry did in full detail, see Thor (the movie that is). Lokis not going to be a villain in this, Odins going to be a decent dad and Thor will be back to Earth after reclaiming Mjölnir.

Nothing more to say here, leave a review!
