Magic Knight Harry

The Magical World is infamous for being unable to adequately deal with any of their issues, especially when those issues cause problems for Muggles. Dark Lords, discrimination of Muggle Borns and bias laws all play a part in ensuring that, despite their beliefs, the Magical World is still firmly stuck in the Dark Ages. Fortunately, there is a solution. Avalon, the City of Flowers, home of the Magic Knights.

So, a response to my own challenge. Should be interesting. Rules below, as always:

As it turns out, having large numbers of uneducated young people as a result of the Magical World inviting them in and then tossing them aside due to their 'impure' bloodline is something that most governments cannot ignore. Alas, the fools in charge of the Magical World are unlikely to listen to those that they deem as 'lesser' and have little interest in changing traditions that are causing untold poverty and suffering to the Muggle Borns of the world. To that end, the Muggle Governments decided to pool their resources in an attempt to both remove the issues of uneducated young people, as well as attempt to integrate technology and Magic in an attempt to lift the Human race up to new heights and pave the way to a brighter future while giving them an actually effective way of dealing with the Dark Lords the Magicals refuse to deal with efficiently. The result is Avalon, a floating island that is part school, part research centre, part independent country, a haven for those deemed unworthy by the Magical Elite. And this is where Harry James Potter finds himself being sent. This should shake things up.

RULES!

NO decent Magical community. In other words, they must all be insular and neglectful towards their Muggleborn populations, although the level can vary.

The Magical World must be unaware of Avalons existence, except in the most peripheral way.

The Magic used by the students of Avalon MUST be different from the Wanded Magic used by Wizards and be combined with technology in some way.

SUGGESTIONS!

The existence of Magic is pretty much an open secret.

Instead of Vernon, Pertunia married someone who works at Avalon, which is how Harry ends up there. Alternatively, use a Nice version of the Dursley's

Crossovers (somehow)

Avalon has houses and runs epic tornements that are televised.

Somehow, Avalon gets invited to the Triwizard Tornement.

Some Pureblood lines who are less dismissive of Muggles attend Avalon.

The Magical Governments try to stick their noses into Avalon and nearly getting them cut off.

FORBIDDEN!

Harry going to Hogwarts.

The Magical Government of any country being smart and accepting.

The students of Avalon being anything less than Magical Badasses...compared to normal Magicals at least.

The idea was somewhat based on Asterisk Wars since thats what I was watching when I came up with it and thus, this answer will likely smack a little of the Anime. Its not the same though. Enjoy!

Chapter 1

Magic has a tendency of amplifying and causing as many problems as it solves. Ever since it was first discovered, its wielders have known and understood that its use was a privilege, not a right and thus, thrived, offering their power to aid those who needed it, or else falling to the oh so Human sins of greed and pride. The latter, while powerful and dangerous, were fortunately relatively uncommon and tended to be put down in short order.

As time passed, the inevitable fact of Humans fearing what they don't understand led many Magical peoples to be persecuted, usually at the behest of one religion or another, eventually forcing the Magicals into hiding. For many hundreds of years, the Magical Community existed alongside their mundane counterparts, separate yet still a part, with only those in power being aware of Magics existence.

Unfortunately, while necessary, the separation of Magic and Mundane had an unforeseen side effect. Over time, Magicals began to forget that they were as Human as the rest of us and many of the old families began to look down on the newcomers. Schools that once treated all their students equally began to cater more and more to the students that came from Magical families and those from Mundane bloodlines found themselves pushed more and more to the side. Inbreeding became common, leading to weakening Magic and no small amount of mental instability and more and more Dark Lords began to appear, not helped by the rampant corruption.

By the time the 20th century rolled around, the Magical and Mundane worlds were linked only by the tenuous link of new Muggleborns as many Magicals viewed their Mundane counterparts as little more than intelligent animals whos only purpose was to entertain them and occasionally provide new blood. New Muggleborns, offered so much at age eleven when they entered the Magical World found themselves forced to either take low paying scutwork or, if they were 'lucky', find a family willing to allow them to marry into it as little more than breeding material. This led many Muggleborns to have no choice but to return to the Mundane world with nothing to show for their time away, leading to hundreds of uneducated, desperate people with supernatural powers flooding the system.

Needless to say, the Mundane Governments were NOT pleased.

Not helping that lack of amusement was the sheer corruption many Magical justice systems groaned under, leading many countries to view Magical on Mundain crime as little more than a misdemeanor, whether that be stealing or minor annoyence, right up to murder and rape. Since most of the people who were responsible for said crimes were Pure Bloods, any attempts to demand justice were ignored. To make matters worse, 9 times out of 10, when a Dark Lord rose up, they inevitably started targeting Muggleborns, which lead to their families getting caught in the crossfire and the Magical World did nothing until said Dark Lord started targeting people they actually cared about, which was always far too late.

DEFINITELY not pleased.

Then, the Magical World went too far. The latest Dark Lord at the turn of the 20th century, Gellert Grindlewald, went passed simply targeting people and pretty much outright declared war on the Mundane world using the Third Reich as a smokescreen until he was ready. Once again, the Magical World did nothing until it was almost too late and by then, the Mundanes had had enough.

In a secret meeting hall in Vienna, the World Leaders met in secret, along with a group of Magical representatives who were as sick of their fellows actions as the Mundanes, a plan was hatched. For all their advancements, Mundanes still weren't really capable of facing off against the Magical World. Oh sure, in a fight between a Mundane with a gun and your average witch or Wizard, the Mundane would likely win and it was doubtful that the Magical World could actually withstand the nations armed forces being pointed at them, but that wasn't really that helpful. Genoicide was the very last thing on anyone's mind, not after the horrific actions of the Third Reich. Instead, they needed a way to try and bring the two worlds back together and drag the Magical World out of the Dark Ages, kicking and screaming if they had to.

To that end, the nations decided to pool their resources and, with the assistance of the six Founding Families, build a place where those Magicals who had been discarded could put their abilities to use and, with time and effort, stick it to the fools who had deemed them worthless because their parents were non-Magical.

The result was Yggdrasil, an artificial island located in the Atlantic Ocean and home to Avalon Academy, a school that would become the envy and pride of every nation on the planet. In time, the island and project grew until Yggdrasil became a nation in its own right, a hub of science, technology and Magic. And, of course, as is inevitable with Humans, the darker side of things as well. Drugs, prostitution and crime were just as much a part of Yggdrasil as any other part of the world, even moreso as the island was techincally under its own rule or, to be more spesific, the rule of the Founding Families.

Lecroux, Eidelfelt, Einzbern, Kannagi, Huang and Greengrass, six powerful families with vast wealth, power and prestige in both the Magical and Mundane worlds, upper world and underworld alike. That wealth and power was just what was needed to get the plan off the ground, by the time our story starts some 50 years later, the reputation and prestige of Avalon and its many associated schools was well established in the Mundane World.

For all that time, Avalon's existence had slipped under the Magical Worlds radar, simply due to their own arrogance dismissing any organization formed by Muggles without a second look and some careful misdirection from the Founding Families. However, with the restoration of a certain tournament and reports of the Dark Lords forces once again beginning to stir, the Round Table of Avalon determined that it was time to grab the Magicals by the lapels and pull them back into the light.

"I'm sorry, you want to what?" asked a sneering Lucius Malfoy as he stared across the room at Lord Cyrus Greengrass.

The man in question was...unusual for a Pure Blood. He was well built for starters, with broad shoulders and muscles that were somehow clear, even through the expensive, crimson Muggle style suit he wore under his Wizengamot robes. He had short, black hair, ice blue eyes and a neat goatee that went together to create an air of a man with money, power and lots of both. Needless to say, that fact combined with his extensive bloodline and his families close business ties to the Muggle world meant that the Malfoy lord hated Lord Greengrass' guts.

"I would like to propose that we add a fourth school to the Tournament planned for this year at Hogwarts," said Cyrus, "My Daughters school to be precise. They may be relatively new compared with the others, but their academic record is exemplary."

"But I've never heard of this...Avalon Academy," said Ludo Bagman.

"The vast majority of graduates from Avalon are Muggleborn, so return to the Muggle world after their time there," said Cyrus, "Those that don't tend to operate as independents. I trust you have heard of the Rose Knights, yes?"

There was a round of murmurs from the gallery. The Rose Knights were an organization of Hit Wizards who acted as bounty hunters and often succeeded in defeating foes that would require huge numbers of regular Witches and Wizards to even attempt with much smaller groups. Their targets had ranged from Dark Witches and Wizards, to rampaging Dragons and Nundu and it was rare for them to take more than a few injuries from their missions.

"A number of recent additions to the Unspeakables were also educated at Avalon," continued Cyrus, "Not only that, but its my Alma Mater and my Daughters currently attend as well."

"I...see," said Ludo, "Well, that is certainly impressive, but I'm not sure we can do it. It is the Triwizard Tournament after all, not the Quadwizard Tournament…"

Cyrus smiled.

"True, but there is really no reason for it to be called that other than tradition," he said, "The Goblet of Fire can easily be modified to accept an additional school and, as Avalon accepts students from all over the world, it would be an excellent way to allow the students of Hogwarts, Durmstrang and Beauxbatons to truly meet people from all over the world."

"And what about the other schools?" asked someone in the stands, "Even if we agree, the other Headmasters and their governments will have to agree as well."

Cyrus nodded and waved a hand.

"Don't worry about that," he said, "Some of my colleagues have already spoken with the appropriate people and its all been sorted. They agree and seem interested in the idea."

He tapped a finger on the ruby that served as the head of the cane that leaned against his chair, making it catch the light strangely.

"What say you?" he asked.

There was silence for a moment, before conversation erupted.

An hour later, a rather smug looking Cyrus left the Wizengamot chambers with the confirmation that Avalon would indeed be part of the Triwizard, now Quadwizard, Tournament. All according to plan.

"That was rather unsporting of you Cyrus," said a deep voice as a cloaked figure emerged from the shadows of the corridor ahead of the Pure Blooded Lord.

"Oh please, its not like all of them haven't used Compulsions at some point to get their way," said Cyrus.

"Oh, I didn't mean that, Hypnotize away," said the figure, "I meant pitting regular Witches and Wizards against the Mages of Avalon. Not only that, but the entry requirements you had them add means that anyone who passed the Myriddin test can enter. You know what that means, right?"

Cyrus stopped and looked back at the shadow.

"I am aware Croaker," he said, "It means that the most powerful and skilled students we have can take part, regardless of age."

Croaker stared at the Mage for a moment, then snorted.

"Great, so those brats of the Worst Generation will be going to Hogwarts this year," he said, "Considering whos amongst them, I'm almost looking forwards to the fallout. You realize of course that not one of your 'of age' students has the ability to actually be chosen above those kids?"

"Naturally," said Cyrus, "This year's crop of Mages is one of the most powerful we've ever seen. There is a reason why we chose now to start our plans after all."

"Indeed," said Croaker, "Very well, I shall make preparations. I can't wait to see the look on Albus' face when its all said and done. Until next time Cyrus."

He stepped back and vanished as silently as he appeared. Cyrus stared at the shadow where his colleague had vanished for a moment longer, then turned and continued down the hall, his cane tapping with every step.

Hermione Granger sighed heavily as she pulled her robes a little tighter around her against the chill of the October evening. She really didn't want to be out here, not when there were so many other things she could be doing with her time. Unfortunately, Professor Mcgonigal had insisted and, for some stupid reason, hadn't let her students put on coats against the chill.

Hermione snorted at that thought. Three years ago, the idea of her thinking that a teachers orders were stupid would be anithmia to her. Unfortunately, three years of incompetence, clear favouritism and learning that this world of Magic that should have been an amazing place to live was so mired in corruption that proven murderers could walk free with no one even batting an eye had well and truly burnt her old self to ashes, leaving a cynical, sarcastic young woman in its place. The only up side of the entire thing was that she was smart enough to continue her Muggle education, meaning that the moment she turned seventeen, she'd be out of the Wizarding World for good. If she had her way, she'd already be gone, but having looked up the aftereffects of the memory charms and sealing of an individual's Magic could have, she decided not to risk it. She'd rather not end up in a psych ward drooling on herself thanks.

Hermione sighed again, ignoring the gasps of awe from her classmates as Durmstrang arrived in their submersible ship in favour of mentally composing her next letter to her long-time penpal and childhood friend, Harry. The two had met in Primary School and become good friends for two years before he'd moved away thanks to his Mothers work, although they had kept in touch vire letter. Honestly, his letters were the only thing she looked forwards to anymore and had helped her get through a lot of bad times.

"Hey, how do you think Avalon will get here?" asked the boy standing next to her.

Hermione glanced at him and shrugged. Neville Longbottom was one of the few people at the school she could consider a friend, with most of the other people she interacted with falling more into the realm of tolerating rather than friendship. OK, that was a little unfair. Most people weren't that bad, but the dismissal of Muggles that was so common among her classmates, even her fellow Muggleborns, never failed to annoy her.

"I have no idea," she said, "But I hope they hurry up. I have other things to…"

At that moment, she was cut off by a loud roar that she instantly recognized.

"WHAT THE BLOODY HELL WAS THAT?!" yelled Ronald Weasley from a few people down, looking around wildly, as did everyone else, "That sounded like a dragon!"

Hermione however wasn't listening, or looking around. Instead, she was looking up at the red and green lights that had just shot over the mountains that surrounded Hogwarts and were now moving in on the runway Hagrid had set up for the Beauxbatons carriage, which had been moved out of the way. A moment later, the shadow the two lights were attached to entered the light of the Magical lights that had been set up to illuminate the crowds of Hogwarts students, revealing a gleaming white jet with a crest on the tail that consisted of a hexagon split into three with a black lion on a red background, a white owl on a blue background and a golden lizard on a green background.

The jet touched down and slowly taxied to a stop a short distance from the Beauxbatons carriage, where the door opened and the steps unfolded. Then, the students began to emerge.

Unlike the other three schools, the students of Avalon wore a uniform that more closely resembled those of a high end Muggle private school rather than robes. It consisted of a white blazer with the crest of the school on the left breast and black piping, a black shirt, a red tie and white trousers for the boys and skirts for the girls. A few among the number also wore coloured armbands.

The students finished emerging, followed by an older man with graying brown hair pulled back into a ponytail, clad in a rather nice suit and with a set of nasty looking scars on his face that looked a lot like claw marks. They milled around for a moment, then formed up and began to advance towards the silent Hogwarts students.

The newcomers stopped a short distance away and the apparent teacher and one of the older girls, a gorgeous blonde with startling blue eyes and a figure that had most of the boys staring, approached a slightly stunned looking Dumbledore.

"Good evening Albus, its been a while," said the man with a slightly odd smile.

"Indeed it has Remus," said Dumbledore, returning the slightly strained smile, "How have you been?"

"Not to bad," said Remus, "But we can talk later. For now, allow me to introduce Charlotte Lecroux, the head of the Student Council at Avalon Academy. She will serve as the representative of the school."

Dumbledore looked a little taken aback by that.

"I beg your pardon?" he said, "I was under the impression that your Headmaster, Professor Crowley, was coming?"

Charlotte smiled.

"Unfortunately, Headmaster Crowley is otherwise engaged," she said in a voice coloured by a faint French accent, "He is a very busy man as he serves, not just as our Headmaster, but also as part of the Board of Directors who serve as the government of Yggdrasil. He unfortunately cannot take the time away to attend this tournament and sends his apologies. However, I am fully capable of serving as his replacement, with Mr Lupins assistance of course."

"I...see," said Dumbledore, "But you are aware that your name may come out of the Goblet, yes?"

"No, it won't," said Charlotte with a soft smile, "Neither I nor my colleagues on the Student Council will be competing. If we did, there is a very real chance that the other competitors would die."

She opened her eyes slightly and Hermione found herself stiffening as the fine hairs on her arms and the back of her neck stood on end. Suddenly, the smiling girl seemed much, MUCH more intimidating than even the Troll she'd encountered in her First Year.

"I...see," said Dumbledore, now looking extremely confused, "Well, I suppose theres no rule that says that the representative judge has to be a teacher, so long as they are of age and not competing…"

"Excellent," said Charlotte, "Now, how about we go inside? It is rather chilly out here."

Needless to say, the unexpected and utterly bizarre arrival of the Avalon Academy students by jet of all things and the strange announcement from Theresa was the talk of the school as the Hogwarts students headed into the Great Hall and took their seats. Well, mostly. Some people (cough, Ron Weasley, cough) were more interested in gushing over Viktor Krum's presence.

"So, what do you think of the Avalon students?" asked Neville as he and Hermione took their seats.

"I'm...not sure," said Hermione, "But theres something...odd about them. Did you feel it when Lacroix said that there was a risk of the competitors dying if she and her colleagues took part in the tournament?"

"Yeah, I did," said Neville, "It was...weird. It felt almost like she was...I don't know, about to kill us or something."

"Nah, Charlotte may seem intimidating, but shes a big softy really."

The two Hogwarts students jumped and turned around. Stood behind them with a slight smirk was an Avalon student with messy, black hair, bright green eyes and some impressive scars on his hands and forearms that anyone with even a passing knowledge could tell where from extensive training.

At the sight of him, Hermione narrowed her eyes. For some reason he looked oddly familiar…

"Hey Hermione, its been a while," he said, "Sorry I haven't written as much, but I've been kinda busy."

Hermiones eyes widened.

"Wait, HARRY?!" she spluttered, "Is that you?"

Harry grinned.

"Yep," he said, "Apparently we didn't actually need to hide what we've been up to. Who knew."

"Wait, do you two know each other?" asked Neville.

"Oh, sorry Nev," said Hermione with a slight blush, "This is an old friend, Harry Evens. We knew each other back in primary school before he moved away. Harry, this is Neville Longbottom."

"Nice to meet you," said Harry, "But its Lupin these days. Mum got married shortly after we moved."

"Well now, is this another girl I see chasing our Harry's tail?" asked a new voice tinted with a trace of a Russian accent as another student in an Avalon uniform approached, "What will Daphne and Cassie say?"

The newcomer was tall and slender, with exotic and delicate features that were remarkably feminine for his male uniform. He had shoulder length, curly black hair that Hermione found herself feeling rather jealous of, sparkling blue eyes and was wearing a white fedora with a rose patterned ribbon around the brim, a pair of white gloves and carried a black and silver shod cane, also patterned with roses.

Harry scowled and took a swipe at the newcomer, who easily sidestepped it without looking as he flashed a smile at Hermione and Neville, showing a lot of sparkling white dentition in the process, and bowed.

"Hello fine friends," he said, ignoring Harry's glare, "I am Yuri Sakura."

"Um, hi?" said Hermione, shooting a confused look at her old friend, who just sighed.

"Quit it Yuri, your freaking them out," he said.

"Oh but my dear Harry, thats half the fun!" said Yuri with another pure white grin.

Harry sighed again and rolled his eyes.

"Anyway, do you mind if we join you?" he asked, ignoring his now pouting friend.

Hermione glanced around and saw that the Avalon students had decided to take seats at the Gryffindor table, leaving Hufflepuff as the only one without a group of guests in attendance.

"Sure, why not," she said.

Harry grinned and turned to beckon to a pair of girls who were stood a short distance away. Hermione eyed them as they approached, feeling more than a little inadequate since both were extremely attractive. One of them was rather small and delicate, with sleek, pale blonde hair, hooded eyes and a facial structure that suggested aristocratic ancestry. She wore the standard Avalon uniform with the addition of a red band with a black rose patten around her right bicep and held a long bag in a manner that suggested it was something of a safety blanket for her.

The other girl was taller, with black hair tied into twintails with black ribbons and ice blue eyes. Like the rest of her classmates, she was wearing her school uniform, with the addition of a red jeweled pendant around her neck and a leather pouch attached to her hip.

"This is Cassie Lecroux and Daphne Greengrass," said Harry, indicating to the blonde and brunette respectively, "Guys, this is my old friend and penpal, Hermione Granger and her friend…"

"Oh, um, Neville Longbottom," said Neville.

"Um, i-its nice to meet you," said Cassie in a soft voice, ducking her head slightly with slightly pinked cheeks.

"So, your Hermione eh?" said Daphne, "I've heard a lot about you from Harry."

Hermione frowned. For some reason, she didn't like this girl.

"Oh?"

"Yeah, and I can't say I'm to impressed," said Daphne, "I was expecting something...more."

Hermione bristled and Harry facepalmed.

"Oh god, not another one!" he groaned.

Yuri chuckled and patted his friend on the back.

"Let it never be said that your life is boring my friend," he said, "Now, shall we sit? Its been a long trip and I'm hungry."

The Avalon students all seemed to agree and joined Hermione and Neville as their classmates also joined the Gryffindor table. Dinner was pleasant, with plenty of conversation as the Hogwarts and foreign students began to strike up tentative conversations, with only a few minor incidents regarding the new foreign dishes that had appeared on the table and Ronald Weasley making a fool of himself when a rather beautiful Beauxbatons student approached the Gryffindor table in search of some bouillabaisse.

Finally, once the plates were wiped clean, the chatter died down as Dumbledore stood.

"The moment has come," he said, "The Quadwizard Tournament is about to begin. I would like to say a few words of before we bring in the casket."

He cleared his throat as he scanned the room, eyes lingering on a few faces.

"Eternal glory awaits the student who wins the Quadwizard Tournament," he said, his voice echoing around the silent hall, "But to do that, the student must first survive three tasks. Three extremely dangerous tasks. For this reason, the Ministry has seen fit to introduce a new rule, along with a request from Avalon. To explain, we have the Head of the Department of International Cooperation, Mr Bartimus Crouch!"

The excessively well groomed man stepped forwards as Dumbledore stepped to the side and cleared his throat.

"After due consideration, the Ministry has decided that no student under the age of 17 should be allowed to put their name forwards for the Quadwizard tournament…"

His voice was quickly lost under shouts of protest from the underaged students as they made their protests known.

"SILENCE!" shouted Dumbledore, his voice cutting across the shouting and quickly getting everyone to shut up.

"Thank you Professor," said Crouch, "Now, as I was saying, although the age limit has been imposed for the students own safety, with the inclusion of Avalon Academy and much discussion, it has been decided that those who have passed the Myrridin test will be permitted to enter, regardless of their age. Now, I shall hand over to Mr Lupin to explain."

He stepped to the side and allowed the scarred teacher to take his place.

"Thank you Mr Crouch," said Lupin, "Now, I'm sure you are all curious as to how you can take this test and potentially earn fame and a big bag of money, and I am pleased to say that you will have the chance as tomorrow, we shall be granting anyone here the chance to take the Myrridin test. Now, the test in question is something that students at Avalon can take at any time and passing it grants them special privileges, including automatic entry into the Platinum bracket of the Pendragon tournament held at the end of each year and the authority to use their powers off the school grounds as by passing it, you are are assumed to be mature and responsible enough to deserve the privilege. Everyone Avalon student here has passed the test and, as such, is also qualified to administer it."

"But what is the test!" shouted someone from the room below.

Lupin smiled.

"Its not a written exam if thats what your thinking," he said, "However, I cannot tell you what it actually entails until you come to take it. Think of it as a...tradition of sorts."

He smiled again and spread his arms.

"For those interested, the test will be held all through tomorrow from 9am till 7pm on the lawns outside. I hope to see many of you there. Until then, thank you for listening."

He bowed and returned to his seat as Dumbledore stepped up again and Flitch tramped up to the front, lugging a massive, jewel encrusted chest.

"Thank you Mr Lupin, Mr Crouch," he said, "Now, allow me to introduce the impartial judge who will choose our Champions, the Goblet of Fire!"

He tapped the lid of the chest three times with his wand, heralding a click that was heard around the hall as the chest creaked open. Dumbledore reached inside and pulled out a large, roughly hewn wooden cup that was full to the brim with dancing, pale blue flames.

Dumbledore closed the casket and placed the cup on top where it was clearly visible to the entire hall.

"Anyone wishing to submit themselves as a Champion must write their name and school clearly upon a piece of parchment and drop it into the flame," said Dumbledore gravely, "However, do not do so lightly. Once chosen, there is no turning back. As of this moment, the Quadwizard Tournament has begun."

Done. Fucking FINALLY! You have NO idea how long this chapter has been in the works for. I've been going away and coming back over and over again for what has to be months now. Hell, I started this when I first posted the challenge and I only just finished it! Fuck me, I'll be glad to see the back of it.

I used a mix of the book and film for the last part of the chapter, simply because it was easier for me to do it like that. I really hope I didn't accidentally create any contradictions by doing that...

Think of Yggdrasil as similar to Academy City from A Certain Magical Index or Asterisk from Asterisk Wars since the latter was what originally inspired this idea, challenge and story both. Its basically its own city state located on an artificial island where Governments have no real authority.

Now for a quick look at the characters. Obviously, the Greengrasses are based on the Tohsaka's in terms of appearance and skillset (gem magic), although they aren't broke and are actually a fairly cohesive family, with no bizarre beliefs that handing a daughter over to a sociopath will somehow give her a better life.

Yuri is...mostly original. Hes partly based on Alice from Chivalry of a Failed Knight, only more gender ambiguous than outright trans, with a dash of Xai-Long Miao from Rosario Vampire for his style and abilities (I actually originally planned for him to be Chinese, but that fell through because I couldn't find a suitable name that matched what I wanted). His actual gender and sexuality are kept a deliberate secret because he enjoy's fucking with peoples heads and I'm only using male pronowns because its easier to remember. As for his name, I originally wanted a gender neutral name with some kind of floral meaning, but couldn't find one, so I went with Yuri and made him part Russian, where Yuri is a male name, and part Japanese, where its a girls name and means Lily. Ah, no, thats not indicative of anything, its just a coincidence. Why do I get the feeling I'm going to get some backlash for this character?

As for Cassie, shes obviously the soft spoken, shy girl with an unpleasant past the kind Protagonist helped and inevitably had fall for him. In her case, shes...well, shes a Squib from a Pureblood family before the Lecroux family adopted her, so you do the maths.

Charlotte is the kind, motherly Student Council President who always looks out of her Kohai and certainly doesn't have a hidden secret side that loves making people squirm. Nope, certainly not!

I am kinda sad I wasn't able to fit Luna in though. The ideas I have for her are...interesting. To say the least

Anyway, I think thats everything I need to say and I really want to get this posted, so I'm gonna sign out. Remember to leave some reviews!
