Chapter 7: Bearing Fruits Among Our Sorrows
Lucina woke up with a fright. Her skin was damp and hot, even with her being scantily dressed in a pair of panties and a bra, as she flung the covers off herself in hopes that it would help.
"Was… was that all a dream?" she wondered, unsure of how she was still alive. After all, it felt so real to her – the intense battle with the Risen that she knew she would probably lose and end up perishing in a horrible way. It was scary just how much detail there was to the scene – all of her senses were screaming 'danger!', prompting her to flee. But before she could even understand her next move, it was suddenly all over.
The light of the sun burst in through the window as if the sun itself was leaning right against it. Her eyes narrowed from its brightness, and, when even that was futile, she looked away, just in time to see the door leading to the bathroom burst wide open. Her sister, Cynthia, stepped out with a towel wrapped around her body. Her large breasts nearly burst out from the top and her eyes narrowed upon Lucina.
"Huh? What are you doing in my room, Lucy?"
"Your room? This is my place."
Cynthia sighed, "All right, be as delusional as you want. That's why I'm here in the first place."
"Huh?"
"Because you're delusional, sis," Cynthia shook her head. "You've been struggling way too long with your desires. I can just see it in you. You need relief, sis', but you're scared."
"What are you talking about, Cynthia?"
"Oh, there's no need to pretend anymore, sister," she moved forward, putting one knee onto the bed, the towel slowly starting to unravel as she put up the other. She crawled on all fours towards a confused Lucina. "You're not going to get over this block of yours by waiting for the right moment, and I know that you are not going to bring this moment on all by yourself. So…," she chuckled, caressing Lucina's shin with her fingers, "I decided to take matters into my own hands."
"T-to do what?" Lucina asked, pulling back, much too confused, all until she hit the headboard and had nowhere else to go but try to hide within the mound of pillows. "Cynthia, I don't understand."
"To show you the world you're keeping yourself away from, sis, what else?"
Just then, Cynthia stopped her advance. She got up on her knees. The loose towel slides down her body, clinging momentarily over her large breasts and her hard nipples before it completely falls off, revealing her beautiful figure. The curve of her hips draws Lucina's attention right away, her eyes falling on her sister's pristinely pink pussy.
She gulps, her eyes drawn upwards by a powerful moan. What she sees is Cynthia starting to rub her hands over her breasts, squeezing at their softness, bringing her fingers in around her soft nipples, and starting to pinch on them, pulling on them until they grew stiff. Each movement of her hands and fingers drew out more panted breaths out of her and made Lucina turn redder. An itch spread through Lucina's fingers, wanting to get her own hands on such splendor, to feel how truly soft those nipples were. As if her thoughts were heard, Cynthia giggled, getting on all fours and crawling towards her sister, her great breasts dangling, moving-ever-so-seductively.
"I see you can't look away." she smiled. "That's good. That means I can take proper good care of you."
"C-care of me? H-how?"
Cynthia simply shook her head, keeping her eyes locked on Lucina's. As she did, she lowered her head in between her legs, pulling slowly at her panties. Lucina pretended to resist her urges for a little while, but the attempt was futile, for the panties slid down with ease and her damp pussy got revealed.
"Look how eager you are," Cynthia said.
"Cynthia, I don't—mmhmmph!—"
Cynthia's lips pressed down onto Lucina's clit. Her whole body quivered with pleasure as Cynthia's incensed tongue lashed out of her mouth and started to work away, filling Lucina with pleasure. It spread through her like a current. Her hands stretched out over her head, clinging onto the headboard as she could barely contain herself, her eyes rolling into the back of her mind. Yet as Cynthia toyed with her, giving her relief, she was trying to put her plan into action. Yet there was a problem. As she continued slapping her tongue against her sister's clit, she realized that she could only reach under the pillows, pulling out the coiled-up bedsheets, and forming a rope. With her mouth pressed against Lucina's wet mound, it was impossible for Cynthia to make a go for the top of the headboard, so she had to move herself differently.
She took out the bed-sheet rope carefully, holding it out of view as her lips and tongue continued pressing down onto the clit, making Lucina's body shiver. For her next step, she had to be quick and careful. She suddenly took her lips off her sister's clit, lifting herself before Lucina had a chance to open her eyes. There was only a tight slit in them, one which allowed Lucina to see the large breasts hovering a millimeter away from her face. Lucina's eyes shot wide open, focused on the immaculate breasts. A gulp rolled down her throat and she tried to look up, impossibly so, as she tried to get a glimpse of her sister's coy smile.
"You startled by them?"
"N-no, it's just—mmuummphh—" she groaned as Cynthia lacked patience and leaned forward, engulfing Lucina's face in her breasts. A shiver of pleasure spread through both of them. Lucina's moans were muffled by the giant globe and pink nipple inside of her mouth, whilst Cynthia had to keep herself reserved so she could keep going with her plan. She couldn't let herself succumb to the pleasure. She had to try her hardest to tie that rope around her sister's wrists, binding them as Lucina was occupied with enjoying her large, soft breasts.
As soon as she was finished tying her wrists, the pleasure spreading through her body made Cynthia lean upwards, right towards her next destination, as she tried to pull the remainder of the rope through a hole in the headboard. She could feel Lucina's mouth, not willing to let go of her soft breast. She sucked on that nipple, stubborn to hold onto it until the very last moment. The suction pulled and stretched Cynthia's breast, making her legs quiver with pleasure as she tried pulling a little more, all until Lucina couldn't hold on anymore. And soon, Cynthia's nipple escaped with a loud pop, Lucina's lips smacking together.
"Mwaaahh!," Cynthia moaned, overwhelmed by the sensation.
Lucina herself, murmured in ecstasy, the taste of Cynthia's nipples still fresh in her mouth, so enticing that she could only keep her eyes closed and still imagine them in her mouth. As the pleasure coursed through her, Cynthia moved quickly, binding Lucina's wrists against the headboard. As she was finished, she heard her sister:
"Ahhh," Lucina panted, "ah, Cynthia… please…," she continued, her legs rubbing together as she tried to stimulate her pussy, so filled with ecstasy. "Please, Cynthia… I—"
"Hehehe… you really like my boobies so much?"
Lucina gulped. She knew there was no point in hiding anymore. Looking away fully flushed, she nodded, shyly.
"Hehe, how so?"
"They're just… soft and… a-and…" she whimpered, unable to finish.
A glint appeared in Cynthia's eyes as she began to giggle.
"I love how soft they are, too, sis. But clearly," her voice purred seductively as she leaned closer, hovering her breasts over Lucina's face, "you must like them a lot more than I do, and I totally feel you." she continued, her voice growing deeper, more erotic, to the point that it almost sounded like an inviting growl, "Not only are they soft to play with… and feel incredible to suck on, but," and she went ever-closer, to the point that her breath could brush against Lucina's ear, "they're also very… big."
Lucina's panting intensified the closer Cynthia got. As soon as that word spread over her body, a whimper left her throat.
"B-big?" Lucina asked, a quiver in her voice.
"Big," Cynthia leers, giving her breasts a little bounce, making them jiggle right in front of Lucina's eyes, teasing her, taunting her to come closer.
Lucina blushed, her heart thumping. "Big…" she repeated in a shy whisper as if confirming it.
Cynthia couldn't help herself but giggle. "Big~" she repeated once more, in just as low and cutting of a whisper; once more with a bounce that made Lucina whimper, her lips parting slightly, desperate to have those soft nipples inside of her mouth.
Yet the teasing was too much. Lucina wanted more, so, she lurched herself forward, opening her mouth and trying to clamp down onto the breasts. Yet just as she was about to reach, just as her lips were about to make contact, something pulled her back. The restraints took her joy away.
"Ughh—what, what's going on?" She looked up, not understanding. Yet then, as soon as she realized what had happened, she threw a betrayed glance at Cynthia. "What's the meaning of this!?"
"Don't look at me like that. It's for your own good. I'm going to help you realize how much you want all of this, Lucy. If I just let you let loose right away, you won't feel it for real. So, I have to be a little mean to you, but it will all be worth it, trust me."
Just as she finished talking, they heard a sudden knock on the door. Lucina jolted, her eyes widening with horror.
"Oh, don't you worry," Cynthia giggled, "You'll love who I invited over."
Cynthia hopped off the bed. Lucina watched her ass and breasts jiggle as she ran to the door, pulling it open. At first, Lucina could not see, for Cynthia was blocking her view, yet as soon as she moved out of the way, Lucina's eyes rested—for only a mere moment—on Robin's face. Then, she realized that he was already naked. Her eyes darted towards his cock. It was hard to look anywhere else, considering how thick and long it was. It throbbed magnificently, so much so that it looked like it sprung itself up a couple of times, Lucina's eyes bouncing with it.
"Hey there, Lucy," Robin smiled. "Like what you see?" He placed his fists on his hips as his cock stood up with a hard twitch.
Lucina was frozen.
"Is that even a question? Of course, she does," Cynthia replied for her, "Now, Robin, what do you want to do?"
"Let's finish what you've started together, shall we?"
Lucina watched in confusion as Cynthia pulled out yet another rope of sheets, handing half over to Robin, who quickly got to work, helping her tie Lucina's legs to the bed, making sure she was fully restrained. To her surprise, they somehow synced their movements without exchanging a single word, just some meaningful, cunning looks – she couldn't help but notice that the two were having fun, teaming up on a task like that.
She left my legs free, just so he could join in… A realization crossed Lucina's mind.
"Now, I want you to lie down on your bed," Robin ordered, and Cynthia grabbed him by his cock and pulled him towards the bed. She hopped onto it with a giggle, her breasts jiggling.
"Which way first? Back or stomach?"
"You know I prefer stomach."
"Stomach it is, then."
She spun onto her stomach, her breasts pressing down into the bed as she sank into the soft mattress. Lucina watched with keen eyes as Robin got on top of her sister, his cock still twitching and almost touching her ass cheeks. She was anticipating what was to happen, yet never expecting that a bottle of massaging oil was going to be brought forward, uncapped and the liquid squeezed over the small of Cynthia's back.
"Ahhh," she shivered and groaned, "That's cold."
Lucina followed the goosebumps forming over Cynthia's butt cheeks. Robin's hands swiped them away as he started to spread the sheen of the oil over them. He squeezed with his thumbs, really digging them in there to make sure no part of the cheeks was uncovered. Each time he squeezed and pulled apart those cheeks, a muffled murmur rose from within the pillow she rested her head on. Lucina could see Cynthia's toes stretching and curling as Robin got his fingers on the insides of her ass cheeks, teetering on the edge of her holes and teasing her.
Smack!
Lucina jolted as Robin's heavy hand clapped against Cynthia's ass cheek. With that jolt came a gush of wetness out of Lucina's pussy, leaking onto the bed as arousal was starting to get the best of her. She continued to watch as the ripples spread over Cynthia's ass, hypnotizing her, and the red mark that remained behind even more so. They came one after the other, Lucina barely had time to get accustomed to them. The claps echoed throughout the room and they drew Lucina's juices out of her, making her gush and grimace to herself as she watched on.
"You like it, Lucy?" Cynthia turned her head over, "Just as much as I? We are so alike." she giggled, "His spanks turn me on so much, especially with all of the oil on me, ah… the sting is so satisfying. Each and every time it gets me so wet."
Robin then gave them another smack, yet, instead of drawing his hand back, he kept it there, giving the butt a little shake and jiggling as if poking at jello. Then, he leaned down and pressed his lips against her plump cheek, sucking them and releasing them with loud smacks from his mouth, thus making Cynthia quiver a little more. Yet then she jolted as Robin dug his face in between her cheeks, smothering himself as he started to kiss her on the edges of her cheeks.
"Ooooohh, my," Cynthia gasped, her body convulsing. She bit down on her lower lip as she looked at her sister. She suffered from pleasure as well, poor Lucina's back was arching and her legs stretching out, trying to break free so she could touch herself. Her pussy gushed, wetting the bed. "Is this what you want, Lucy?" she smiled, "You want to smother between my cheeks, just like Robin?"
Robin went deeper. Lucina could not see what he was doing with his mouth in between those cheeks, but Cynthia craned her head back and her flesh started to cringe and twitch with pleasure. For a while, she was unreachable, and her moans were loud, yet then, she dropped it into the pillow, and it all became a muffled world, her breath thrumming against the soft surface.
As soon as her legs tightened around him, Robin pulled his head back and breathed heavily and happily from his excavation. He then took the bottle in hand once more and spreading the oil over the entirety of her back. He started from her neck, squeezing tightly around it, then he dug his fingers into her shoulders, caressing her toned muscles downwards towards the waist. He glided over her luscious ass cheeks and squeezed onto her thighs, letting them ripple and shine with their natural colour as he went lower, squeezing the calves and then running his hands even lower, around her ankles, spreading the sheen of the oil even there and onto the rest of her feet, squeezing at the sides of them, running his fingers over her soles and making her shiver.
"Turn over, Cynthia," he ordered.
The girl did not hesitate a single moment. She spun around, her breasts bouncing just as eagerly as she did. Her loose hair gingerly nested her head on the soft pillows, making her look cozy in her arousal. Lucina looked on with envy as Robin started from the bottom up, beginning with the front of her legs, running over her shins and then up towards her thighs, running past the V-line into her crotch and massaging her toned stomach, digging the oil in there until her skin was glazed and shining. The highlight, though, was as soon as he reached her large breasts. As soon as he started rubbing the oil into them, Cynthia's eyes closed, her lids shivering with pleasure as her lips tightened, cutting short the moans that leaped out of her throat.
Robin smirked the entire time as he squeezed the breasts, shaking them in his grip.
"How's this for you, Lucina?" he asked, "You like the sight of these melons, don't you?"
Eagerly, he bent down and dug his face into them, pressing his lips over the two mounds with great thirst. He sucked up all of the taste he could, his lips clamping around Cynthia's nipples, slurping on them as he started to take his tongue out to twist it around their stiffness.
At this point, Lucina was squirming, trying to get her restraints off as her pussy's juices could not be contained. They erupted out of her, splashing onto the bed, and all she wanted was to get her release. She wanted to be able to touch herself, to give that pleasure an outlet… or… or to have a taste of her sister's big, soft breasts. Yet none of that happened, for all she could do was watch as she leaked more onto the bed. Cynthia moved her hands to her mouth, biting into her finger as moans escaped her throat. Robin sucked on her nipples, pulling his head back up and dragging her breast along with him, until they could stretch no longer, releasing with a loud smack as they bounced back into place, making Cynthia's entire body shake with pleasure.
Aroused by his addiction to her body, Cynthia put her palms on her breasts, pressing them down to feel her soft flesh, squeezing and rotating them, quivering in such delight at the sensation. Her hands gingerly trailed down her sides, rubbing her hips with the seductive tips of her fingers. Goosebumps filled her as her toes curled, her pelvis rising from the bed as if searching through the air for more pleasure.
Seeing them curl, Robin couldn't stop himself from grabbing her feet. He placed his lips on the bridge of them, dragging them gently downwards towards her toes, making her shiver with the softness of his kisses. He took her toes in between his lips and began to suck on them, wrapping his tongue from one to another without stopping, slithering it between each and every single one, letting it slap against her bare skin, tickling her, and making her hoot with laughter.
"Stop, stop," she begged, yet the moans erupting out of her throat as an echo of her laughter said otherwise.
Yet he complied, letting her footrest back on the bed. He had other plans in mind, ones which consisted of him bringing his crotch forward. Lucina traced the throbbing cock with her eyes as it closed in on her sister's breasts. She gasped as the bulbous tip pressed into her oily, soft flesh, sliding in between them. Lucina felt as if she were there herself, getting her breasts parted by that magnificent rod. Her wetness gushed out of her, and her moans thrummed against the inside of her throat, rushing out of her and echoing over the room.
What made the feeling more intense was the way Robin groaned. It was like a deep, guttural growl that filled the room as his cock got squeezed in between those magnificent breasts. Cynthia smiled as she turned to her sister, realizing what was going on with her. She narrowed her eyes furtively, her smirk parting as she began to speak through her moans.
"You like what you see, Lucy?" Cynthia purred, "You want it, don't you? To feel it press against your skin, to feel it brush over your chest, so your heart pounds right against its thick shaft." She moaned, "Oh, how you want it so badly! How could you not? It feels amazing around a girl's body. It does all it needs to do to make us feel better, don't you think?" she then looked down at it with incredible thirst.
Robin thrust forward in between her breasts, bringing the tip out towards her lips. The faster he went, the more intense his moans. Cynthia lifted her head and brought her face towards it, starting to rub her nose and cheeks against it.
"What a hard and wonderful cock," she continued, "how amazing it is to have it this close to my face so I can… mwah!" she curled her lips into a kiss, pressing them softly around the throbbing tip. Robin gritted his teeth, groaning as soon as the lips made contact. "What a taste!" she gasped, opening her mouth, and letting a hungry tongue coil around the shaft, sucking up its taste. Yet as soon as she did that, she couldn't control herself. She put the whole thing in her mouth and brought her head forward until the cock hit the back of her throat, letting it gag her and draw out tears from her eyes. Her airways were clogged entirely, yet her hunger was not satiated. She wanted to feel that cock bang against her throat, so she shook her head left to right to have it do so, pumping pleasure into both Robin and her sister.
His moans and Cynthia's gags mixed, throwing Lucina down in a world of pleasurable agony. Her entire body itched, desperate to be touched, desperate to feel something inside or outside of her that would get her closer to climax. It didn't help that Cynthia turned her head towards Lucina so often, the thick cock still deep in her throat, her vision blurred by her tears. Lucina watched in awe as her sister masterfully took the cock as deep as possible, as her throat bulged with its shape. Only one thing surged within her more than her thirst for it. That was the desire to tease her sister.
She took the cock out of her throat and let it rest in her mouth, twisting her head suddenly to make the tip press tightly against her cheek. Robin caught onto what she wanted to do, so he started to twist his hips in order to add more pressure to the position until finally, the cock popped out of her mouth and swung left and right.
"Mwaahhh!" she gasped for breath, "Don't you just love how it does that? How it just swings like that? Mmmm… that's so hot. You should see the taste, Lucy, its texture. Give it here, Robin, I'm waiting."
She turned back to Robin and opened her mouth wide, letting her tongue roll out. Robin flexed his muscles and made it, so his cock smacked against her tongue and lips without the help of any hand. He grunted each and every time, drawing smiles and a deep look from Cynthia. Yet that was not enough, for he soon grabbed onto it and started slapping her all over the face as her enjoyment increased with each new smack. Cynthia laughed in bright delight over the antics, it was just too much fun.
Yet then Cynthia suddenly dropped back down onto the bed, grabbing onto the cock and dragging it between her breasts once more. Once it was carefully snuggled in there, she pressed against her breasts, squeezing them around the shaft.
"Ohhh… how hard," she smiled. "Wouldn't you like to do this too, sis? To feel the hard contrast with the soft as cock meets breast? You would, wouldn't you? I can see it in your eyes. You're drenching the sheets. You're whole body is shivering. You want this as bad as you desire air to breathe."
Cynthia put pressure on her breasts, rubbing them up and down against his shaft, making him moan and lean his head back with pleasure. Lucina didn't know what to focus on. Her attention was divided into many parts. For one, she loved the sight of the cock and how it twitched, but then the breasts were so soft and large she just wanted to dig into them again, much like before. Their moans also danced together through the air, and she wanted to be part of both, enjoying them all and not having to choose.
Eventually, Robin picked up the thrusts. Cynthia kissed and licked the tip each time it poked out from between her breasts and the image was becoming much too much to handle for Lucina. The pleasure reverberated throughout her body, like an echoing current rushing through her. Her wetness was something she had never felt before and she could feel her own clit throbbing, desperate for attention—desperate for release. As she witnessed Robin's thrusts getting slower, and longer, as if he was about to cum at any moment, her back arched, her toes curling, anticipating the climax, as if she was going to be there with him.
"I'm… I'm gonna cum!" Robin grunted.
"Oh, yeah?" Cynthia taunted, squeezing her tits around his shaft even harder, drawing a groan out of him, "Come on, hon! Cum all over me. Here, Lucina." she turned her head quickly to her sister, "Watch this big load glaze my entire face!"
Her head turned back. Her eyes remained open for a little while longer as her mouth opened. She hummed and moaned to get his cum to shoot out of him faster, yet it was the crossing of her eyes that did it, the rolling of them into the back of her head that pushed Robin over the edge. With a hard groan, he shot his seed all over her face in thick ropes, spreading them out evenly, splashing onto her rosy cheeks. Some dollops landed on her tongue, and she swallowed them up with great thirst until she was covered and full.
Lucina shook her body in desperation as her juices gushed out of her immensely. She wanted what her sister was having. She didn't want to be tortured—to be teased. She never thought her sister to be this cruel, to not leave her any outlet for relief. Yet no one minded her struggle. For the moment, Robin and Cynthia panted in unison, their bodies pressed together as they calmed down.
It was Cynthia's giggle that drew them all back into the moment, making both Robin and Lucina look towards her. Yet that giggle was quick to turn into moans as she started running her hands over her face, collecting all of the cum and bringing it into her mouth, funneling it carefully so she could swallow it all. As the cum trickled down her throat, her moans became muffled in between gulps. Lucina's throat started to itch. She needed some of that savory liquid to cascade down her throat as well, to provide her with her fix.
"Oh, Robin, that was so much," she groaned, "wasn't it, Lucy?"
Lucina wasn't in the mood to converse. She wanted release. She pulled with her hands and feet, but the binds didn't let her go. The bed frame rattled and shook, and Cynthia couldn't help but laugh.
"Poor little thing, so desperate for release. Up until moments ago you were so shy about it. But now, look at you," Cynthia shook her head, "you're bursting with desperation. But don't worry sis," Cynthia smirked, "we're only getting to the good part now. You'll have to endure a while longer."
Cynthia and Robin exchanged a glance. The two moved in tandem with a shared purpose. Cynthia spun and got on all fours, angling herself slightly towards her side so her sister got a perfect view of her cheeks but also a glimpse at her pink, wet pussy. Robin did not hesitate a single moment. He grabbed her ass cheeks in his hands and spread them apart, bringing his long, thick cock forward, pushing the bulbous head against her tight hole. Lucina grimaced as if it were here that was getting penetrated. The anticipation ate away at her, yet not for long, for Robin quickly plunged himself deep into Cynthia's gushing pussy.
"Arrrggh," he groaned, feeling that tight, wet and warm pussy engulf his entire cock, "so good."
"Ooooh, fuck," she moaned in response, "Oh yes, Robin… you're so deep."
He started thrusting without hesitation, smacking his crotch into her ass, and making both cheeks ripple powerfully. Each new thrust forward drew another moan out of Cynthia, one she could barely contain. His own grunts and moans came out through gritted teeth as he tried keeping himself from busting right away. The pussy was much too tight and splendid.
"Y-You like what you see, sis? It's just like when you watched mum take it from good ol' endowed pa, isn't it?" she chuckled, "But this is a little better… ahghh… isn't it? Because you're right here… agh… you can feel the shape of Robin's mighty cock in your pussy… aggh… pushing apart your insides like my own… brushing against your wetness, against the inner walls of your pussy… aggh… so good, ah fuck… aaaaa~!"
Cynthia yelped as Robin laid down a heavy hand on her cheek, turning it entirely red as he plunged deeper within her pussy. The entire length of his shaft was covered in her wetness, making it shine just as much as her oiled body. He grabbed onto her ass with both hands and pulled in separate directions, making Lucina see the tight grip of her sister's pussy, the way it clung and pulled back with his back thrust.
Lucina struggled to squeeze her knees together and try to rub her pussy lips with her thighs, but she could not. If only she had the power to break free, to join them and to feel herself get penetrated, to feel her clit kissed and fingered, her breasts touched. If only… if only she could… aaaaahhh~
But she could not.
Tiki's eyes wandered away from the fireplace to her guest on a cot nearby. Lucina continued to groan in her sleep, turning each way and that, calling out for Cynthia's name. It has been long enough of that for Tiki to worry. She went to the cot to check on her. There, she could hear her better and even see her struggle up close. It was as if she was bound. Her lips quivered as she whimpers. From observing her, she can tell that she is not having a good dream. Lucina's brow is furrowed and she is complaining in her unconscious state. She soon clues into what kind of dream it is, from the words that are being murmured, begging, mouthing a plea.
"Pl-please," Lucina continued her pleas, "I beg you, Cynthia… just let me… hahh… touch myself…"
Tiki blinks upon hearing that. Not being one to judge, considering she is getting stirred up just observing, it peaks her curiosity on what she's dreaming about. She then notices her face was beaded with sweat and Tiki's hand couldn't stop itself from brushing it off. In that brief touch, she noticed that her forehead was warm.
'She's going to catch a fever,' she realized.
Tiki then paced towards a bowl filled with cold, fresh water she got earlier from a nearby river. Now, she placed a cloth in it, letting the damp coldness sink into the soft texture. She paced back to her cot, kneeled by her side, placing the bowl down and then carefully bringing the cold wet cloth up, wringing it to remove excess amounts of water and places it to Lucina's forehead. It pressed gently against it and with it, the whimpers seemed to disappear.
Tiki stayed there a little longer, just to watch. She smiled as she inspects her complexion and feature. She brought her hand forward, running a gentle finger over the bridge of her nose, then across her cheek and brushing her damp bangs aside.
'How remarkable that she looks just like him,' She muses upon the woman's resemblance to Marth. The play of the morning sunlight through the forest canopy highlighted the similarities, bringing forth memories of the legendary hero. Lost in her thoughts, Tiki couldn't help but marvel at the twists of fate that brought Lucina to this moment.
She had been distracted by her whimpers, but now with them quelled, she could return to her original task. It was still early in the morning after all. Feeling she needs more rest, she stood up and went about to continue her chores around the camp.
An hour later, Lucina's eyelids tremble before opening them. Her lashes fluttered and everything before her was a blur, finding herself in a strange and unfamiliar place. The forest around her was dense, the trees were towering overhead and their leaves were rustling softly in the breeze. Panic gripped her heart as she tried to make sense of her surroundings. Memories of her past and the events leading up to her being here were hazy, and fragmented.
As she tries to sit up, she lies back and groans in pain.
"Ugh…!"
Reaching with her hand on her head, she tries rubbing the sore spot to try and soothe it. Just as despair began to wash over her, a calming presence appeared by her side.
"You're awake," a soft voice spread over Lucina's face from somewhere to the side.
"Huh?" she turned to the source of the voice. Not able to make of her appearances due her blurry eyes and the brightness glare of the sunlight outlining her figure, she at least recognizes who that voice belongs to, "Tiki?"
"Yes, it's me," she bends over, placing a hand on Lucina's shoulder, "Try not to get up, you're still a bit heated."
"Heated?"
"Yes. You were thrashing around in your sleep. How do you feel?"
"I…" Lucina tried to move her head just a little. She was stiff all over, and her muscles ached from the slightest of moves. "Ugh, everything hurts."
"I see."
"Did I say anything?"
"In your sleep?"
Lucina nodded, gently. "Yes…"
Hesitating a bit with a blink, she lied, "Not really."
"Are you sure?"
"I am sure, Lucina. Why?" Tiki's face looked concerned, "What happened?"
Lucina's lashes fluttered once more, uncertain where to even begin. Yet as she was about to open her mouth in order to speak, her vision was clearing. She looked upon Tiki towering over her while still bent over with her hands on her knees. However, caught in a moment of weakness and confusion, she found her eyes drifting to an unexpected sight; an ample large pair of cleavage hanging in clear sight, an unplanned yet compelling distraction framed and pressed together by Tiki's arms closed in.
Lucina gasped as a flash of her dream erupted within her mind; a long hard cock penetrating her sister's pussy, Cynthia's large and soft breasts just waiting to be touched, and seeing her mother's rack as well along with her father pounding her from behind to top things off, images now stained her heart with taboo. Flushed and red, A yelp left her throat and the fright instilled in her allowed Lucina to ignore the stiffness in her joints as she jolts in sitting up and fidgets around on the cot. Tiki recoiled back upon seeing the sudden reaction.
Covering her face with both her hands and mumbling to herself, "No-no-no-no-no-no-no," she continued shaking her head, "That's not right. It's not right… it's just…"
"Goodness!" Seeing her stammering her words in multiple directions, Tiki grabbed her shoulders trying to soothe her panicking, "Peace, Lucina! Calm down!"
"No, no, Tiki… please, I…" Lucina raised her hand as if to hush her, "Oh, dear. What has come over me? What have I done?"
"What have you done, Lucina?"
"I… I'm sorry. I'm sorry you had to witness… that you…"
"I did not witness anything."
"You didn't?"
"No," Tiki shook her head. "It was only a bad dream?"
Lucina narrowed her eyes. "So, you heard?"
"I…"
"I need the truth, Tiki."
"I…"
"Please," Lucina sighed.
"Yes, I've heard. They were whimpers, pleas, nothing serious."
It felt like much more than that, Lucina shook her head and sighs heavily, as if trying to shake the whole damn thing out of her mind. Still flushed red, realizing her overreaction and now embarrassed by her own actions, she stammers once more, her voice becoming barely above a whisper.
"I… I'm sorry. I didn't mean to… I just don't know what's come over me… I-I um…"
Tiki reached out, her hand gently brushing against Lucina's back. "Breathe, dear. It's alright. You've been through a lot and your reaction is completely understandable. Take a few deep breaths and let the tension ease away."
Lucina trembles of her touch and tries to ignore it as she breaths gently.
"Just like that; breathe…" Tiki instructed in a soothing voice.
After a couple of steady breaths, she calms down as Tiki kneels down beside her, releasing her hand on her back and placing it on her own knee.
"Better?"
Lucina still embarrassed with some slight red, stammers before looking around and asks, "W-Where am I? How did I get here?"
"This is my camp. I brought you here after you were attacked by Risen."
Gradually, her breathing steadied and she felt her racing heart begin to relax. But that was only helpful for a short period of time. As her senses sharpened, her memories flooded back piece by piece. She recalled the relentless onslaught of the Risen, their skeletal forms bearing down on her as she fought them. And then… darkness.
A look of concern appeared on Tiki's face again, "You suffered quite the blow in the midst of battle. I had to carry you all the way here. Do you remember?"
Lucina hesitated before nodding gently. She couldn't imagine herself being defeated by the walking dead. If only she had kept her head straight and controlled her urges, she'd have been in the palace.
Tiki studied Lucina's unkempt look, as recognition of the past materialized itself in the vortices of Lucina's eyes. Fear bubbled up within them, reflecting the skeletal forms that attacked her comrade. She caressed her shoulder, giving it a gentle squeeze.
"You look incredibly pale. Allow me to fetch you some water. Don't move." Tiki stood up and paced back to her nearby settlement where there was a large tent and went around it.
Lucina stays sitting up, watched her go and breathes as she recollects her thoughts, thinking how this situation came to be. Tiki's touch was enough to calm her. Still, the moment she let go, it was as if all of the warmth in the world disappeared, leaving space for the cold to rush back in. Her mind was blank as she waited for Tiki to return, as if her embarrassment and fear were anchored to the woman.
She turns to see Tiki emerging from the side of the tent. She's pouring water from her bucket into a small mug and walks up to her with it. Drawing Lucina's attention to her cleavage, noticing how they bounced about as she walks towards her, she turns her head away in a blush. Tiki took note of it but decided to pay no mind and not draw any conclusions as she hands her the mug.
"Here, drink up."
"Thank you."
Wanting to please Tiki and her soft demeanor, she takes the mug with both hands, takes a sip and lets the cool liquid refresh her body inside. The coldness was refreshing, much different from the cold of her fright.
Settling down beside her, she watches her consume half the mug in multiple gulps. Tiki observes how she drinks, contemplating on how she came to be here. Bringing her mug down to relax on her heavy gulps, she brings the question up, "Why are you out here, Tiki? Why are you settled here a few distance away from home?" as she refers to the castle she lives in. Tiki smiled. Yet there was scarcely a trace of true happiness behind that smile. It was shadowed in a deep sadness.
"The world is much different now, Lucina. It's not as it once was. Almost every Shephard we know has moved on. I as well. I travel across the continents and meet regularly with people on many towns and cities. I tend to many needs as possible, including the wounded. While not so many after the war, few Risen lurk about."
Lucina was surprised hearing about it despite encountering them last night. Tiki turned her head to her encampment with somber.
"This camp was vacant when I discovered it." Lucina wondered what she implied until it hit her and she gasped lightly wondering. Tiki nodded with her eyes closed. "I believe it was inhabited before I came here. I waited several days to see if anyone who has claimed this place would ever return. I went looking for them in any possible direction my nose could lead me; sadly, no luck."
Lucina asks in worry, "You don't believe they've...!"
Tiki lowers her head in somber still, "I can't confirm it entirely… but it is possibly the case..."
Lucina lowers her head and becomes saddened by the news. "I can't believe they're still around. Even after Grima's defeat, they still exist. I never want anyone to get hurt by these vile creatures. We should've exterminated them all before...!" She couldn't finish before exhaling in stress and sorrow.
Tiki responds, "We can't be everywhere in the world, Lucina. We have done all we can to bring eternal peace from Grima, at least on a grand scale. And life has improved significantly. The least we can do is appreciate what we've gained from all our struggles." Lucina remains silent realizing Tiki's point, yet it didn't make her feel all better until Tiki added, "I do what I can as I travel and snuff out as much as I find. But like we deal with bandits, Risen aren't always going to emerge. But even if they do, as I always engage with the townspeople, I alert and encourage them all to fend for themselves against them. But we have to realize not everyone is fortunate. Some people won't survive even."
Lucina grimaced at the thought of how she wouldn't have survived without Tiki's aid. Her eyes tremble in fear realizing her own unfortunate circumstances.
Tiki looked at her drinking cautiously from her mug and realized her strange behavior before asking the question, "So what brings you away from your home to be attacked by Risen? Late-night encounters with them can be quite dangerous." she mused, her words carrying a gentle melody
Bringing the down the mug on her lap, Lucina couldn't bring herself to confess the reasons other than the short answer. "I…" she started. A quiver appeared on her lips as flashes of her parents and their twisted minds spread over her. "I ran away from home."
Tiki becomes a little surprised to hear that. Then she downcast, "I see…"
"I couldn't stay there anymore. It was too suffocating. Dark hands gripped at my throat and each day I told myself I'd be able to dispel them."
"And did you?"
"No," Lucina shook her head, "I never could."
"So, you fled."
"Mhmm…"
"And landed yourself right into the arms of the Risen, into the sweet embrace of death."
"Almost," Lucina added, "You saved me."
"Luckily I was around."
"Thank you," Lucina bowed her head just a little, "Thank you so much."
"There's no need to thank me. I see it as my duty. We both shared how much we brushed against death. Although you brushed with it much closer, I couldn't let you go just then. Still, why here?"
"What?"
"Why the woods?" Tiki pushed, "Was there a purpose to this direction."
"No," admitted Lucina, "There wasn't. I just wanted to get away, as quickly as possible. I didn't care where to."
Tiki smiled. "Ah, I see."
"…What exactly do you see?"
"The unseen," Tiki added, "It makes little sense, but the heart and the mind, they know much more than we do."
"Aren't we those things?"
Tiki shook her head. "We are ourselves, but we are different entities from our minds and hearts. As you can see, we claim ownership of them; my mind, my heart. That shows the distance we put between who we are and what we own. Say," Tiki smiled, pinching the clothing on Lucina's shoulder, "you own this shirt, do you not?"
Lucina nodded. "Yes, yes I do."
"Does that make it you?"
"Uhm… no?"
"No exactly. It's the same with the mind. Think of them as carriages with horses or Pegasus themselves, to propel you forward, things to show you the world and things that allow you to exist."
Lucina hesitated in response as she tries to absorb Tiki's metaphor. "Perhaps I'm not fully recovered yet, but I don't quite understand what you are saying."
"A garden bears fruit when it's maintained. Tending to it allows them to grow tall and strong to bear fruit. Fleeing from it will only allow weeds to creep in."
Fully understanding now what Tiki was trying to say, she turned her head away avoiding eye contact as she broods over her situation.
Noticing how Lucina is reacting to her words, she presses on, "The woods have a way of offering solace to those who seek it," she said, her voice a soothing balm to Lucina's troubled spirit. "But it is important to confront the root of your troubles, rather than merely fleeing from them. Running away might offer a temporary escape, Lucina, but the challenges will persist until it is addressed. Otherwise, it will only hinder you the more you ignore them."
Lucina hesitated before responding, "It's complicated."
Tiki then asks "What could be so complicated to make you want to run away?"
Lucina wouldn't answer as her eyes are trembling so much. Tiki sees how troubled she is and asks her to confide in her what her troubles are.
With a gentle touch, Tiki placed her hand on Lucina's trembling hand as she still holds her mug close to her. "Lucina," she whispered softly, "I can see that something troubles you very deeply. Won't you share with me what greatly burdens you?"
A moment of silence proved a nice respite for the both of them. The wind rustled the canopy of trees above them, ushering the presence of the world and its beauty.
Lucina hesitated again at first, the weight of her emotions threatening to overwhelm her. Yet, she couldn't deny that Tiki's presence and gentle inquiries provided a rare opportunity for solace. She let out a long sigh. There were tears in her eyes, but Tiki did not judge her. She did not scold or mock. She did not react at all. Tiki simply waited for her to vent her worries.
"I don't know what to do, Tiki… I don't even know what I want," Lucina admitted, her voice barely above a whisper. She felt the tears threatening to spill once more, but she held them back. "These feelings… they consume me. I try to resist them… All I want is for these... urges to go away. *inhales like how a girl cries* But they're relentless. They haunt my every thought, my every action. *sob* I've tried everything I can think of, even praying… but it's like an insatiable hunger deep inside me. I… I just want to be free of it." She covers her face with her palms as she weeps about it.
Tiki feels sorry for her, sympathizes and consoles her as she rubs her back with her palm. She regarded Lucina with compassion, recognizing the torment she was facing. "Desires and urges can be powerful forces, Lucina. They are a part of who we are, and they can be difficult to control."
"It's all so overwhelming. I am lost," Lucina finally admitted in a quivering voice. "When I was born, the world placed a purpose in my lap and I've been growing alongside it," she continued. She spoke slowly, the words carrying a weight she could barely endure. But Tiki let her, for she was very patient with her. "My purpose outgrew me, Tiki. It outgrew me long ago and to this day it does not stop growing. I… I can't let go of it, I…" tears rushed out of her eyes, and down onto her cheeks.
They never met the ground, though, for Tiki lifted her palm and caught them all.
"What is that purpose?" Tiki asked.
"To save the future," she responded right away, "to preserve my parents' legacy. To… protect those I love."
"And the world gave you all that?"
Lucina nodded.
"And do you feel it is your duty to hold onto that purpose?"
"I… of course."
"Drop it," Tiki said.
"What?"
"Just drop it, that purpose. Let it fall from your lap. Let your fingers loose and let it slip and see what happens."
"I… I can't, Tiki, it's…"
"Even heroes need moments of respite, Lucina, and allies who can share their loads. The path to redemption and fulfillment is rarely straightforward, but it is yours to forge."
The tears erupted out of Lucina's eyes. She couldn't hold them back, no matter how hard she tried. And once they were out of her system, the matter got even worse. Showing herself so weak before Tiki only made her purpose gain more weight, as shame only amplified the burden of guilt and the lack of action.
"Here," Tiki sighed, pulling Lucina close into her embrace, letting her head rest on her soft and ample bosom. It was warm and inviting, much like a cushion that one could sink into and disappear. Lucina wanted to do just that, so she let herself rest there, watching her tears gliding down into Tiki's cleavage, disappearing forever. "It's all right, my dear. Just let it out."
Her whimpers and sobs aligned with the whispers of the trees outside. It was as if the whole world had joined in on her sorrow, bending, and weaving after the heaves of her chest.
"Purpose, my dear Lucina," Tiki started, her voice softer than a whisper, "cannot be given to you. It is not something you inherit, so throw aside your parents' legacy as well. Purpose is something you solely decide on. The universe, the world, time itself, life, death, neither of these concepts can tell you what to do. Do you hear me?" she asked, waiting for a moment for her words to spread over Lucina's mind, for them to seep in and materialize into understanding. "It's true though, that we can be misled into believing that the purpose of some other, thrown into our laps the day we are born, can be our own. You have learned to be by that burden's side for so long, you are convinced you brought it upon yourself, didn't you?"
Lucina nodded her head, ever-so-slightly, brushing her face against the cleavage and turning her face as red as the flames of the sun, even through listening to Tiki's heartbeat.
"You have the heart and mind of a hero, yet both of these things are encasing a lost and scared soul," Tiki sighed. "You have run away from yourself for so long you have forgotten that. It is okay to be scared. I am scared myself. It's alright to be confused, to be lost, to not know what to do. It's okay to feel like life is suffocating you, to feel like you're drowning in your own presence. All of that, Lucina, is okay, as long as you don't ignore it. As long as you face it and try to understand."
Lucina shook her head. Her voice was softer than before; soft as if it spoke from the bottom of the soul, carrying with it all of the turmoil. "You don't understand, Tiki…"
"Then tell me, dear," Tiki inquired. "Tell me so I can understand."
Lucina remained silent, struggling with herself on returning to the same topic, sharing the depths of her inner turmoil with Tiki. She couldn't help but draw parallels between her situation and the struggles that many people faced in real life. It was a complex, all-consuming yearning that seemed nearly impossible to shake, and it had made her miserable and desperate. As much as she wants Tiki to listen attentively, it was difficult to align where to start.
Tiki sighs and asks, "Would you like to sit by the fireplace?"
Lucina nodded and pulled away before putting her mug aside.
"Are you well enough to stand up?"
Lucina nodded again as she stands up from the cot. Suddenly as she lightly gasps, she feels disoriented, her face was pale and her feet wobbled about before blacking out and falling forward. Tiki noticed it all as she catches her before she could collapse on the ground.
"My! Easy, dear! I wonder if you used up so much of your energy in those fits. Or maybe you shouldn't have stood up so fast," Tiki chuckled in that last bit.
As she tries to regain her senses and vision, she realizes where her face just landed upon her near collapse. Her face is in close proximity of her ample cleavage. Gasping in deep red blush and agitation, she tries pushing herself off of her chest. "Aghh!" By the force of her jolting away, she stumbles backwards trying to distance herself from Tiki's personal space. Nearly falling backwards, Tiki was still holding onto her before she would pass out again.
"Goodness, what's wrong, dear? You seem more worried than just a bump on the head."
"I-I'm sorry, I… I just want to sit down."
Nodding and being as gentle as possible, she began dragging her as best she could towards the fireplace. Once there, she led her to where two cushions were placed on the log.
"Here; let us watch the flames dance," Tiki encouraged. Both gently sat down on the cushions next to each other as they took in the heat in front of them and stared at the fire.
Lucina gulped. It was difficult to move. It was difficult to have someone know so much about yourself. She didn't open up that much just yet, but even with all that she gave, she felt as if Tiki understood a lot more about herself as if her wisdom had read between the lines.
Lucina, having bared her soul to Tiki, felt a strange mix of vulnerability and relief. The mysterious woman's presence was comforting, and the way she gazed at Lucina with such understanding made her feel like she could share anything. So when Tiki gently probed further, asking Lucina about her desires and feelings, Lucina hesitated. Then as she looked up, her eyes glistening with unshed tears, her voice wavered as she spoke, the words escaping her lips like a fragile whisper.
"These urges, they tear me apart. They crawl all over my skin, and they stain my every breath and move. My existence is burdened by them."
"Why do you place so much importance on these things?"
"It's… it's because of the way I was raised," she said, watching a fire mote sink its fangs into the charred firewood, splintering it and making it crack. "Certain values were instilled within me. I was told to be strong and virtuous, I was told to stand firm against the darkness. I want to be all of that. I don't want to become weak, I don't want to go against my nature, and fall prey to the glare of lusting men."
Tiki chuckled. Lucina wanted to take her eyes off the flames to see what was so amusing, yet she could not. She was hypnotised by their dance.
"The weakest are the strong, the strongest are the weak," Tiki said as if those words alone were meant to alleviate Lucina's troubles.
"I… I'm afraid I don't understand."
"You say that a lot, and you say that I do not understand a lot, too. Life is not always about understanding. A soul can know things without understanding them. Tell me, have you ever felt emotion?"
"Of… of course I have," she said, almost offended.
"Do you understand emotion?" Tiki asked, "And by that, I mean, truly understand how it functions, what drives it forward? What makes love, love, what makes it so elusive? What makes rage burn with so much passion? What makes sorrow claw at your insides? How can the mind simulate such pain? Why does it do so? Do you understand all of these things?"
Lucina opened her mouth to speak, yet she had no words to say. She simply shook her head.
"Neither do I," Tiki smiled, "and neither does anyone. We just know these things. The best thing we can do is try to uncover their meaning. The only way you can do that, my dear," Tiki turned her face from the flames and towards Lucina, "is if you let yourself be weak. If you steel yourself in your self-proclaimed strength, you will never face your inner self and the turmoil it has to face. Your only way to be strong, and by that, I mean, truly strong, is for you to see your own weakness: emotion. Those emotions are deeply tied to urges of any kind. Be them yours, which I don't fully know, or mine, they are urges nonetheless."
"Even when those urges are wrong?"
"Even then," Tiki nodded. "An urge is just a yearning of the soul to accomplish something it deeply desires. The only way to quell those urges is to either give in, or, to expose yourself to it, to explore its true meaning, and to try and find what it is that draws you to it."
Lucina was reluctant to acknowledge Tiki's wisdom, much less understand it. Catching on to Lucina's silence, she decided to lighten the mood.
"Allow me to enlighten you with a very simple example, one that plagues us all, especially us women."
Lucina's skin crawled with goose bumps at Tiki's few words.
"Are you listening?"
"Mhmm…" Lucina nodded.
"Think of food," Tiki started. "Think of your favorite meal."
Exhaling with her nostrils, Lucina shuts her eyes as she envisions the dish right before her.
"Think of its taste, its texture and the way it makes you feel. Its good, isn't it? You can feel the desire to have it in your body. You are lurching forward. It's as if you can smell it right now as if you can feel it lingering on your tongue."
Lucina nods.
"Now think of it, but you are on a diet, and the urge to eat it does not go away, does it?"
"N-no, "Lucina responds as she shakes her head. "It doesn't. It's impossible to resist."
"Yet you still do."
Lucina pauses before answering, "Try to, at least."
"Of course. Trying is what matters, but succeeding is also important. Resisting that urge is discipline. And discipline is being aware of consequences. If you're on a diet and you eat, you're going to regret it. You will go against your own-set principles and also your body will crash from an increase of carbohydrates all of a sudden. If you're starving, that can be even worse. The urge snagging away at you will make you wolf down the very food before you. You will remember its taste and want more and more of it. Yet the sudden intake of nutrition will harm your body more than it will do it good. You would need to take it slow if you've been starved, especially for a long time, so you do not collapse."
"I see," Lucina sighed. The flames continued to dance and change color; from orange to red, to yellow and back, swirling and casting shadows around its two audience. "Could… could I do all of that? Do you think I could face these urges?"
"You want me to answer that for you?" Tiki asked, surprised.
"Yes."
"You don't want to answer it yourself?"
"I have an answer already," Lucina said, "I just need it to be reinforced by someone wise."
"Are you flattering me?" Tiki chuckled, "Really now?"
"No-no-no," Lucina blushed, "I'm not doing such a thing, I mean it!"
Tiki kept chuckling over Lucina's flustering. After awhile, she calmed down and responded to her earlier question.
"I'm not going to answer for you."
"What?" she finally detached her eyes from the flames, turning to Tiki. The two women were looking into each other's eyes, now. Oddly enough, they could see the flames dancing in each other's irises. "Why not?"
"You said it yourself. You have the answer. You don't need me to do it for you."
"But… Tiki… I… I can't get myself to blurt it out. I …ah," she sighed. "You, see? I am not strong enough. I can barely take this on… I can barely take on my own feelings, my own desires, let alone the burden of preserving a future worth living in."
"Do not tell yourself such things, Lucina dear. They are only self-sabotaging thoughts. You do not mean them."
"I do!" she blurted, "I do! I am not worthy of it all… I…"
"You give yourself your own worth," Tiki stretched out her hand, taking Lucina's cheek in her palm. Lucina's natural reaction was to lean her head into it, feeling the warmth of her skin seep into her body, giving her assurance, "The challenges you faced have left you vulnerable, yet still, you steeled yourself without dealing with the causes of your troubles. Let those layers off yourself, dear, so you can place them back over your body once you're healed. Your pain darkens the truth of the world; it blinds you from your true self."
"How… how can you know?"
"Because I can see it on you… in you. You tell yourself you are not worthy, blinded to the fact that your heroics and strength inspire the lives of many, that you are a driving force in the world's survival. You place too much value on the expectations of those you want to impress and too little on your expectations of yourself. You said you want to save those you love, those you hold dear. I ask you, Lucina, who are those people?"
At first, she was lost. Her eyes began to wander, but Tiki's own followed hers, not letting her escape. She latched onto her inner darkness and seemed to dispel it with a glance… with a simple question. As Lucina looked back, she felt a foreign warmth swell up within her.
"Yes," Tiki smiled. "You've found it," and nodded. "Now bring it out. Let it blossom, my dear. Let it blossom through your lips so I can hear the beauty of your hopefulness, acknowledging the truth of the world. Do not let the darkness take away your right to speak the truth. Tell me, who is it you hold dear?"
"The world," Lucina finally said. "I hold the whole world, Tiki. It pains me to see it the way it did."
"Good…"
"But," she added, "even with acknowledging that," and doubt started to push the light back down, "how… how do I make sure that I don't misstep? How can I be sure that a choice does not lead to those I love to suffer?"
"You don't," Tiki sighed.
"But…"
"That is part of the truth, I am afraid. You can't do anything about the truth. You can choose to turn a blind eye to it, of course, but that does not change it. Truth can be upsetting and worthy of sorrow, but truth can also be light and full of hope, all at the same time. You must take it all in. You cannot take it in parts."
"Right…" Lucina nodded.
"You will make mistakes. You will suffer from your mistakes, but it is that suffering that shows you your character. It is that suffering that will drive you forward. That will teach you how to take a sturdier step forward. It is that suffering that, once acknowledged, will let you discover others like you, so you don't have to endure it all on your own. You understand, my dear? The world is yours, as long as you are true to yourself."
"I… understand," Lucina nodded. "Then… what would you do, in my stead, now that… now that you know?"
Tiki smiled. "That is not the question I expected you to ask, neither one I wanted you to come to." Tiki teased. "What would I do…?"
"Yes," Lucina pushed, nodding her head. "Let us say, hypothetically that your sister tries to seduce you. What then? What would you do then? What would you do if she tried to persuade you through displays of sex with her own boyfriend? What do you do then, Tiki?" She grew more pained and desperate with each question, "What do you do when you can't escape the images… the thoughts of what you've just witnessed… ah… and the desires to—"
Tiki chuckled, yet not all the way. She caught herself and put her delicate fingers over her lips.
"Pardon me," she nodded placatingly. "I didn't intend to laugh. So that's what has been rolling around in that mind of yours. I see," she sighed. "That's quite something."
Lucina's response came in the form of a strong blush, spreading over her cheeks. Even though she blurted the most obvious and self-revealing hypothetical, putting it more directly was much too difficult. Yet there was something about the way Tiki was looking at her that made her spill everything.
"It's quite something indeed," she said quietly. "I can't ignore what I feel and think, Tiki," her eyes wandering aside in shame.
"Lucina, dear. Is it company that you lack, perhaps?"
"I…"
"Has solitude sunk its fangs into you?" she sounded a little worried. "A pity if so. Once solitude bites, the wound lingers for a long time, even when it has gone away."
Lucina rummaged through what had just been said to her and tried somehow to not agree with it. Yet as soon as she heard the words, she knew that they fit with exactly what she was feeling. She couldn't ignore it any longer.
"Solitude could be it, in a sense, but I do not believe that that is what bothers me most," she took in a deep breath, building up the courage to continue. "It's not the act of being alone that scares or haunts me, it's something else… it's… aghh… it's the act of passion alone."
"Oh, how strange," Tiki said, surprised. "I do not see how a couple performing a rite of passion could be perceived as fear-inducing."
"It's not the love or passion, Tiki. It's the images I see. It's the body of my sister and Robin. It's their moans that I hear in every whisper of the wind. When I hear a twig snap, I envision his crotch slapping against her bottom, making a resounding sound. I cannot escape. Everything brings me back to the times I've caught them… the times they've teased me."
"I see," Tiki nodded. "So it is the premise of the act itself, then, that haunts you. You have fixated upon this and molded it into a traumatic event which now lingers forever more within you."
"Y-yes."
"Do you blame them for teasing you?"
"I…" Unable to answer, not knowing how to answer, she hesitated once more.
"You have to realize that nobody is perfect, my dear. Not your sister, not Robin, not me, not even Mar Mar himself, you see? Perfection is not something one desires from those around them because perfection makes one less human. Being oneself is much better of an achievement than trying to imitate perfection."
"Hmh…" Lucina nodded gently.
"I understand it's a rough place to be in, my dear," Tiki continued, "to have all of these conflicting emotions. Yet what you have is a trauma brought on by sheer desire. The act itself, realistically, does not scare you, for you crave it. You, too, seem to want to be touched in all the ways Robin touched your sister. Am I wrong?"
Lucina turned red.
"It is understandable if you can't answer me verbally, I can tell from your reaction," Tiki chuckled. "You see, you transformed a pleasurable act into a trauma which fulfils its own self, like a prophecy. You did so, I believe, by yearning for it a little too much. You want it so badly, yet deep down you know you cannot have it, at least not right now, and that makes you believe that desiring such a thing is wrong, which in turn makes you want to run away from any such thoughts. Am I making myself clear?"
'A little too clear,' Lucina thought, realizing she was getting her emotional state completely dissected.
"Do you know the reason why your sister was doing this to you?"
"To help me loosen up, as my sister puts it," Lucina answered, the words sounding odd coming out of her mouth.
Tiki chuckled, covering her lips with the tips of her fingers once more. It all became a lot clearer now, the reasons why the poor girl had run away from home. Her sister was much too crass for someone as shy as her.
"Please, Tiki, tell me," Lucina gasped. "Tell me what you would do. I really do need your guidance."
Tiki nodded her head gently as the flames continued to dance before them. She opened her heart a little bit, to let the emotions emanating from Lucina spread over her soul. It was the only way for her to perform what was asked of her. It came with a sigh, yet not as a surprise when she realized what her answer was.
"I would've succumbed, my dear."
"Really?" Lucina turned her head to the side, eyeing Tiki intently. "Even you?"
"Even I," Tiki nodded. "No soul can endure forever. Some punishments are more ruthless than others, that is true. But don't fool yourself into believing that being a victim of your own desires is an easy thing to endure. A vice when resisted—if strong enough—torments the soul forever. Being in your shoes, you were, and are, constantly reminded of these things. Your mind and soul know no respite. It is in constant turmoil. In your shoes, as strange as it may sound, I would definitely consider indulging myself, just for the sake of relieving some of the pain. That way, perhaps, after a couple or so times, the matter could be dealt with accordingly, without fear and with a clear mind."
"Even when it's so unorthodox? When it goes against everything I stand for?"
"Do you really stand against it, or do you just not understand it, my dear? We covered this," Tiki sighed.
The soft breath of her sigh pushed through the air with so much force that it started Lucina. Yet then she realized that it was not the breath itself that she was feeling, but rather the mystical presence of the divine dragon, Naga, spreading itself over her. Its presence imposed a certain weight on every word forming itself inside of her mind, every feeling bubbling around in her heart.
"Listen to me, Lucina. If you wish to abscond this fear, you must begin to understand. The process which you must follow is one of self-discovery. It might sound counter-intuitive, but you must allow yourself to be taken over by your fear, to be brought into a state in which you are face to face with your desires. It requires a valiant effort, I will admit," Tiki added before thoughts could formulate inside Lucina's mind, "though you must be able to reign it all in. To endure for as long as you can until the boundary between your desires and your principles is clearly set. Now, at this very moment, you believe they are set, but they are not. They are muddled, hazy, confused. If everything was well-defined within your mind and soul, there wouldn't be turmoil, my dear. There would only be harmony."
The words latched onto Lucina like a warm and comforting embrace, ushering her slowly into a state of comfort.
"I do not mean to fool you," Tiki continued. "The path you walk is a difficult one. Many heroes have fallen to their vices, but it's a necessary one nonetheless. I have confidence that you can get through it safely, as long as you let yourself do so."
Lucina said nothing.
Tiki did not enjoy the silence, so she tried to wave it away with her soft voice. "You are quiet," she said. "I hope because you are deep in thought… Say, let me add another question to you. What is it you seek to accomplish by solving this issue with your sister? Would you want to quench your lust or to stand tall against your fear?"
"You have your answer already," Lucina said, clear of mind, "don't you, Tiki? You ask all these questions, yet you answer them in your mind before I do."
"I…"
"I do not fault you. Everyone does that, yet as wise as you are, my circumstances are rather… precarious and unique. I doubt that what you have convinced yourself is true about me is the case. Please, do not take offence, I do not mean to cause you harm."
"I did not," Tiki smiled, softly. "Don't you worry about such things. Just unravel your mind for me, Lucina, if you may."
"So be it," she nodded. "The matter is a little more intricate. I, Tiki, cannot possibly face this lust of mine without suffering dire consequences. You see, I have already succumbed to my own vices. You will ask how, and I will tell you. It is a simple matter, a disgusting matter. Something I am not proud of and something which stains my very soul. I peeped in on my parents, Tiki, amidst their rite of passion."
"That's—"
"I peeped and did not look away. I continued staring, looking through. My body reacted and I could barely stop myself. I had to run, Tiki. I had to before they could see that it was me. The shame… the implications… it's too much."
Tiki took a moment to respond. Even for someone like her, the reveal of what took place had quite startled her.
"I see," she responded. "That's indeed quite the precarious situation. I can see now," she nodded gently. "I can very well see, Lucina, where your issues stem from. It really is difficult for you to let these urges take over when you associate them with such images. It would be for me too—for anyone, really. Still, there are ways for you to give in."
"How?" she asked.
"Indulge yourself with something you have no association with."
"There's no such thing," Lucina said. "I view the world as a whole. There's no one place I can say I never thought of—"
She stopped briskly, catching Tiki's attention.
"Go on…"
"There is one…," she blushed, "but I do not think I can stoop so low."
"What are you talking about?"
"A brothel, Tiki," the words had to be shoved out of her mouth.
"Oh my, no," Tiki chuckled. "Of course not. We won't even talk about such a thing."
"Ah…" Lucina gasped, satisfied, looking up at Tiki, "I'm glad that—"
"Yet there is one saying in this world of ours, Lucina, one which states that one cannot know if one enjoys something unless one tries it. It may hold some truth to it, especially in your case."
"Tiki, please. I beg of you; you must understand that I cannot just let my urges take over."
"I said no such thing. Control is what is needed. I want you to take control of them, to try and rein them in, like I stated earlier. We can both think of those who have fallen into the depths of their own desires, never to be fished up from the abyss of their vices. I do not wish the same fate upon you, and I doubt you will fall in that direction. You are much too strong for that, even if you do not believe it."
Lucina's words were stuck inside of her throat, clogged by the overwhelming sensation of her thoughts and feelings spilling out of her and surging through where no such things should be. She found it all splitting apart as if they were going in different directions, pulling at her from multiple sides and trying to tear her asunder.
"I really can't go on like this, Tiki, I cannot," she admitted to herself. "I realize it now," she sighed. "As much as I want to run from it, I cannot close my eyes to it and hope the problem disappears the next time I open them."
A speck of light appeared inside Tiki's eyes as she looked down at Lucina's face. A wheel started to spin, and her mind started to work.
"What else do you hope for when you open them?" Tiki asked.
"What?"
"Is it," she smiled, "perhaps to see the bodies of your sister and Robin as they mate?"
Lucina's face grew even redder than it had been before. Tiki was meandering around the depths of her mind, reading her very thoughts. She felt herself opening like a box holding some forbidden treasure, Tiki digging her hand inside and pulling it right out.
Unable to bear the heat of her embarrassment, Lucina had to turn her head away, nodding gently, not capable of speaking a single word.
"I see," Tiki said. "Well, I have another question for you then. What about this display of passion stirs you so?"
Lucina gulped as Tiki looked down at her. She knew that the young woman would not be able to answer, so, instead, she continued speaking to herself.
"I ask because ever since you have woken up, I've been keeping good track of your eyes, Lucina. I've seen the way you looked at me, at my bosom and my lips. I've seen the way your lips quivered, and your fingers twitched, craving for a touch, a kiss, perhaps, or even something as slight as an accidental brush."
With every word coming out of Tiki's mouth, Lucina grew redder and redder, and her discomfort made her writhe as she slides onto the floor from the log she was sitting on. Tiki giggled at the action she displayed.
"The anatomy draws you in, its movement… the curves, perhaps, bending; the softness sinking into itself at a simple touch."
There seemed to be an erotic purr in her tone, one which drove Lucina to the brink of insanity.
"Would you like that, Lucina? Am I correct? Do you want to sink your fingers into soft, warm flesh?"
"Stop, stop!" Lucina shook her head, so embarrassed that she had to cover her face with her hands. "Please, Tiki, you're torturing me."
"There is no need to feel such shame, Lucina," Tiki chuckled. "You've been talking in your sleep so much about being unable to touch yourself that it's nigh impossible to not see through you in this very moment."
"Tiki, I beg you," Lucina's voice sounded like a wail, "Stop! You're eating me away from the inside."
Tiki's lips twirled upwards into a smile. She rested a soft, caring glance over the embarrassed Lucina. She knew that there had to be a decision to be made, deep within her, yet she had been holding herself onto the brink of it, nearing the edge more and more, yet never quite jumping. There were prospects holding her back. One would be that she was a divine being. Her responsibility as a voice of Naga was one which did not mesh well with her personal desire to help Lucina out. The two parts of her existence split for a brief moment, looking at one another and trying to decide which held more value to the person that was Tiki.
As if that conflict alone was not enough, a deeper layer appeared. It was the realization that if she did indulge Lucina, she could very well succumb to her desires. Tiki's good intentions could lead her dear friend down a dark path and then the blame would fall solely onto her for offering her such an outlet to unleash herself. It was a risk, one she could barely afford to take as her compassionate friend, let alone as a divine figure.
'Still,' she sighed, feeling a warm energy building up within her, 'I cannot ignore it. My desire to help her is too strong. I would be a hypocrite if I were to ignore it.'
"Lucina…, "She finally said, "How about me?"
"What?" Lucina parted her fingers so slightly, just so she could see Tiki's face.
"Would you like it for me to be your subject? You can use me to fulfill your desires."
Lucina froze completely. It felt as if even her heart had completely betrayed her. She sits up from where she was laying and tries to process her proposal.
"Wh-What are y… Are you even listening to yourself, Tiki? You're the Oracle! The Voice of—""
"I am a person, just like you. I am a human. We are equals. I am neither above nor below you. Please, do not categorize me like all the others. I am many things, that is true; a manakete, Naga's daughter and voice. But most importantly, I am a woman; a woman with her own emotions and human desires. And right now, my strong desire is to help you, no matter what."
"No matter?"
"No matter," Tiki confirmed as well as bowing her head to her slightly. "I will be at your service; my mind, my soul, my body."
Lucina could feel a fire starting within her loins. The urges called for her to act upon them at that very moment. The breasts were just in range, yet before she could give in, she stopped herself. Averting her eyes from her in deep red, she now can't bring herself to reason.
"I… But…!"
"Lucina," she finally said, "listen to me. I've walked this world for centuries and have seen countless people faced with difficult choices and painful experiences. I've endured far worse than what I'm willing to do for you. You have, too. Don't do yourself a disservice by falling into this. You are stronger than that. You have to realize that maturity often outweighs innocence, even in the face of a seemingly childlike nature."
"I understand, Tiki, but at the end of the day, suffering is suffering, is it not?"
"Of course it is," Tiki smiled. "But let's do a game of comparison, just so you can see the scale of it all. Think of your urges and how much they claw away at you."
Lucina grimaced at the thought, yet complied with Tiki's instructions. Closing her eyes, she once again allows her mind to wonder, but on the obstacle of her current issue. She nodded in success.
"Good. Now then…," Tiki waited for her a little while, "think of Grima," she said darkly.
Lucina's face darkened. Her eyes blanked out as her entire mind shifted and turned just to recollect the events… the time travel to escape a cruel fate. As long as she thought of Grima, everything else seemed to pale in comparison.
Tiki chuckled, seeing the realization on her face. "Not quite the same thing, is it?"
"No… no, of course not," Lucina gulped.
"If any," Tiki chuckled, "dealing with Grima had to be among the worst events we both had ever encountered… especially you considering how you lived through it before traveling back to avert the same fate that was almost brought upon us. And seeing how distraught you are over spying on your family's private affairs and trying so hard to resist such temptation from your sister and Robin's sexual passion…" Tiki chuckled once again before relaxing, "It completely pales in comparison, don't you think?"
Lucina begins feeling embarrassed over Tiki's words as they hit hard on her behavior. Despite it being ridiculously silly for her to be struggling over her urges versus staying alive against Grima's onslaught, it is still an issue she's facing today.
"You speak the truth, Tiki. Grima is gone now, thank Naga… and Robin as well, the world is much safer, yet there are still matters to be concerned about." She cups her face once more with her two hands. "I face my own desires, my urges. I don't want them to be perceived as silly, for they are not. They give me great turmoil."
"And that is why I am here for you. I am willing to give myself to you, Lucina, to present myself and surrender my body to you if it means alleviating your urges."
Silence falls a moment before Lucina shakes her head.
"Tiki, you don't understand. If my family finds out… if the world finds out about this—!"
"This is a private and personal matter, my dear. Nobody else has to know. I have my responsibilities, you have yours. I dedicate myself to my desires to help others, but also to indulge in private leisure, as do you. Right now," she smiled, "my responsibility is to you, I feel, to help you with your problem all in private. Just between the two of us."
Baffled and touched by her devotion to help her, Lucina's eyes were blank before facing upward. It was almost as if she was staring right through the canopy of tree branches high above her, seeing straight through it, hoping for any guidance from the great deities above that presented her Naga's messenger. Just how did it all come to this?
"You must still have doubts," Tiki nodded.
"I… I don't know what to say… I still fear… that I might become aggressive. If we do this… I… I may not be myself… I may not be able to hold myself back if I succumb to this…"
"Then don't," Tiki said.
Lucina's eyes widened as she turned her head towards Tiki.
"You've suppressed your urges for so long, it is more than reasonable to feel the urge to let go, to let loose."
"I…!"
"Listen to me," Tiki placed a comforting hand on Lucina's leg and looked straight in her eyes, prying deep in her soul. "When I heard you say how much you wanted to embrace your father… when I heard how impossible it was to reveal your guise and what gnawed at you, I realized how painful this all was for you—how many emotions you had to keep hidden. Any more, Lucina, and you can harm yourself mentally if you suppress them. You need to relieve yourself, especially if these memories hinder your day-to-day life."
"Tiki… this is so much…"
"I know, my dear, I know. But you need to remember; making such a decision is not a reflection of your character or your virtue. It's about finding a path that brings you relief and peace. You are not alone in this world, and there are those who care for you deeply. Trust in your judgement and the people you hold dear."
The arguments were running right out of Lucina as her eyes tremble with numerous conflicting emotions. A lot of what Tiki was saying resonated with her. Yet still, the fear lingered.
"I know that, Tiki, I do. It's just… I…" she trembled, unable to continue. She struggled with herself for a good while before going on. "What if I hurt you, Tiki? What then? What if I can't reign it all in and I lose control? What if I become aggressive with you? Did you even consider such things?"
"No, I did not," Tiki said, quite touched. "I did not because you will not hurt me."
"How can you say that with such confidence?"
"Because I know you," she smiled, brushing her hand gently over Lucina's face. "The fact alone that you care for me in this very moment is proof that you are in the right place. Can't you see, Lucina, the kind of person you are? You can never harm me. That's not who you are. You are caring, kind, honorable. Can't you see your selfless nature; your beautiful and gentle soul? You have the reins of your vices in your very grips. You're just a little numb to it, that's all."
Lucina's eyes tremble greatly, on the verge of tearing up.
"Tiki… I…"
"I am right in what I say," she pushed on. "I have known you during the war and after, and now, we have grown ever closer. Your mind is open to me and mine to yours. We can see into one another, and you are as clear as a still blue lake, my dear. You trust me, Lucina, and I would be a false friend if I were not to trust you either. "
Lucina blinked before her eyes meandered all over the fire place, even beyond the field of the forest, trying as hard as possible to understand what had come over Tiki all of a sudden. She appreciated her words, her sacrifice and her kindness, yet she was still uncertain about the safety of it all.
"I know what you fear now, my dear. Your fears are valid, but your strength is greater. If I sense you slipping, I can pull you back in. The environment we are in is a safe one. It touches me greatly that you trust me this much," she smiled brightly, "and I, in turn, trust you with my life. You have touched all of our hearts with your actions, dear. You have touched mine so much." She then shuts her eyes as she concludes her proclamation and proposal to her with a light blush on her cheeks, "And I am willing to let you touch where my heart resides on my bare skin, I'm willing to give my body to you for your release knowing fully and well that you'll never take advantage of me. I can hold you close and—"
Tiki stopped as she heard sobs as she opens her eyes and witnessed a swell of tears rising in Lucina's eyes. She was unable to hide them. Her only attempt was moving her face away, yet as soon as she did, Tiki pulled it right back so they could see into one another.
Her mind was running wild with the realization that who stood before her was indeed a true friend, truer than any other. She didn't know if she deserved such treatment or not. The selflessness within her was beating out against a selfish nature that barely even formed within. One always trumped the other for Lucina, and she hated that she couldn't control herself and her urges, she hated what she witnessed herself becoming bit by bit.
"You are too good to me, Tiki," she mumbled.
"My way of treating you is just a reflection of the way you treat me," Tiki smiled and her words drew more tears out of Lucina as she tilts her face downward.
As she tried to fight them back, she knew that the solution was a great one, yet she believed it to be too sudden of a thing to do, and besides, her mind and soul were quite tumultuous at that very moment. She had exposed herself before Tiki and needed some time to put things back into place, as everything had been shifted around a little more than what she was used to.
"Tiki… I…" Lucina whimpers.
Tiki looked on, worry in her gaze. Her hand moved naturally, her thumb grazing over her soft cheeks as she rubbed the tears away.
All of a sudden, with a heavy sigh, she stood up, looking around the fireplace as if something had been lost.
"Everything all right?" Tiki asked her ever-watchful presence, gently inquired. Lucina did not respond. Instead, she locked eyes onto an open pathway out of the camp and starts heading towards it.
"Lucina," Tiki called after her, "Where are you going?"
Lucina halts before turning her head and lowering it.
"I… I need to think about this more. I need to clear my head, Tiki. I can't decide at this moment… especially in my state."
Tiki nodded, understanding. There was slight concern etched on her features, still. "Will you be returning to the castle?"
Lucina's eyes peered into the distance. "No," she shook her head, "not right now. I can't. Not when I need so much time with myself still.
"No worries, my dear. I understand. You can stay here as long as you need. I'll be here when you are ready."
"Thank you, Tiki… for your hospitality and words," Lucina turned, her gratitude spreading softly in her tone. "But I'll need a lot of time to reflect on myself… before I make a decision."
"There is no rush, my dear," Tiki assured her. Lucina nodded in response. And then, without another word, she stepped out into the forest. Tiki exhales through her nostrils as she thinks on the entire conversation she had with her. There's so much to contemplate.
Lucina's steps took her deeper into the forest, away from the sanctuary they had shared. The ancient trees seemed to whisper their ancient wisdom, offering a sense of solace and understanding in the face of her inner turmoil. She needed to find clarity, wrestle with her emotions, and decide whether she would embark on the unconventional path that lay before her. It was a journey that would test her in ways she had never thought of before.
As she ventured deeper into the wilderness, Lucina couldn't help but reminisce about her days of solo travel. She had always found solace and peace in the great outdoors, away from the chaos and responsibilities of the castle. A lone breeze welcomed her soon enough, brushing over the blades of grass and making them appear like emerald waves ushering her into their embrace. She went along with the wind, letting the whispers of distant lands and exploration guide her deeper into the forest.
It wasn't long before the light of the setting sun started to break through the thick canopy, throwing thick orange rays over Lucina's face. The whole forest was suffused in the sun's passing light. The wind guided her closer and closer, towards more of the sun's light, all until she made it into a vast clearing.
The grass was thick and spread over the ground. A lone tree seemed to bask in all of the glory of the final slivers of daylight and Lucina made her way towards it. Once there, she pressed her hand against its bark, reminding all of the times she had ventured out into the great outdoors, to breathe in the free air so she could draw inspiration from it.
Now, she was outside once more. She sat herself down beneath the sturdy tree and leaned against its comforting trunk, letting the sun fall over her, hoping that its light would stir her mind enough so she could get a hold of it all and put it back into place. The silence enveloped her, and the scent of the forest filled her senses, a reminder of the simple joys she had once cherished.
Her arms rested at her side, her hands moving gently over the soft grass, brushing from side to side, until she brushed against something sturdier. She opened her eyes, looking to the side at a bush full of berries. She inspected them gently and denoted that they were safe to eat and plucked a handful. She popped one in her mouth. It burst with such sweet and sourness that she couldn't keep herself from smiling as she savors the earthy taste. Memories of her solo journey in the woods flooded back. She reminisced on the times when survival depended solely on her instincts and resourcefulness.
The sweetness made her feel more alert to everything around her. It was as if she was dragged out of the depths of her mind and anchored into the present. She looked around, letting her senses take over, feeling the thin veil of the wind over her, dancing together with the sunbeams, but also the clean scent of the forest, entering her lungs. She listened to the canopy rustling above her head as if nature is communicating with her.
As Lucina enjoyed her quiet moment in the tranquil clearing, savoring the taste of wild berries, her attention was drawn to a curious visitor, scampered into view from the bushes a few feet from her, in the form of a lively squirrel. Startled by the sudden immerse, she watches the small critter scurried about, its tiny paws digging into the ground in search of any edible treasure.
Lucina observed the squirrel's antics with a faint smile, finding solace in the simplicity of the forest and its inhabitants. The creature's presence offered a welcome distraction from the weighty decisions that weighed on her mind. For a brief moment, she felt a connection to the natural world, a reminder of the beauty and resilience of life.
"Hello, little thing."
Lucina couldn't help but be amused by the squirrel's antics and decided to share some of her berries. With a gentle rustle of leaves and a soft beckoning, she caught the creature's attention. The squirrel hopped onto her thigh, its bright eyes fixated on the offering of berries. With nimble hands, it reached out and took a berry, munching on it eagerly.
Lucina couldn't contain a soft chuckle. She watches it with keen interest, not even noticing the smile on her face broadening more. Its innocence and the simplicity of the moment were a welcome distraction from the turmoil within her.
In that comforting state, her mind meanders back to her troubles, yet this time around with more tact, as if not to disturb herself. She thought of Tiki and her offering. She tried spinning it in every way imaginable, trying to find a way out of it. It's not that she didn't want to indulge, or that she didn't appreciate the offer, it was just that the fear of what might happen to her, to them, was much too large.
Before that fear could fully materialize, the peaceful interlude was soon interrupted as another squirrel, a female, joined the scene. The two squirrels drew closer together as they wrestled about. Lucina watched in amusement, chuckling at their antics more. Their playful interaction then suddenly took an unexpected turn. Lucina watched in mild fascination as their behavior shifted, their bodies coming together in a way that left her wide-eyed with surprise.
In a matter of moments, it became evident that the squirrels were engaged in an act of intimate nature. Flustered, Lucina's cheeks flushed with a mix of embarrassment and frustration, her thoughts involuntarily drifting to memories of Robin and Cynthia's private sessions. Lucina's heart raced as the intimate display before her triggered a surge of emotions and memories. She had sought solace in the forest, hoping to find clarity and contemplate her complex decisions. Instead, she found herself confronted with a vivid reminder of her own desires and the inner turmoil that had been consuming her.
As the squirrels continued their passionate exchange, Lucina couldn't tear her eyes away. The scene before her mirrored the yearning and vulnerability that had taken hold of her own heart. The forest, once a sanctuary of peace, had become a place of reflection and confrontation.
A sigh of defeat escaped her lips, dropping the berries from her hand as she looked away. These events she keeps seeing, nearly anything she sees only serve as reminders of her own unspoken desires.
'Why do these events always find me? Am I cursed to see everything connect to Robin and Cynthia!?'
Her face was scarlet as she tried to think back to Tiki's words, yet no matter how much she tried to reflect on her character and choices, her eyes wandered back to the squirrels' mate session. Yet it was not the squirrels she was seeing, but rather, Cynthia and Robin, back in their beds, fucking and teasing her, calling for her, making her insides gush with wetness as she sees their skins flap and ripple per rough contact. Even then, at that moment, she felt her thighs starting to thrum with ecstasy, her pussy to heat up. Her eyes tremble as she begs in her head to anyone…
'Stop… stop … please stop…!'
'There will be no end to this.'
"Not you too," she squirmed as her eyes shut tight. "Get out of my head! Please, leave me alone!"
'You fight a battle that you will never win, you silly thing. Do you really think you can resist? Look at you! You crumble at the sight of two animals mating. You cannot think of anything else but sexual acts… about being touched… about wanting to be touched. '
"You're lying… you…"
The whole world grew dark around her as the voice continued to prattle on. The sun itself had betrayed her. It had forsaken her and no longer allowed her to bask in its light. She was on her own now. Not even the trees rustled like they used to, and the breeze was no longer there to caress her—to comfort her.
It was just her and the voice.
'I have not said a single lie to you, you fool. I am inside of you—I am you. I am the only truth you can believe. What I say is what you desire. You cannot run, you cannot be blind.'
"Why torment me then?"
'Because you yourself have decided to be tormented. I only present you with what is before you. I only show you what you want. It is plainly obvious you lust for debauchery!'
"No," Lucina gritted her teeth, realizing the voice was getting the best of her. "You cannot scare me. You cannot," she shook her head. "You're nothing but a silly voice, trying to dissuade me from my path! There is nothing… nothing wrong with the sexual intercourse," she told herself, slowly coming to terms with it.
'Fool, fool! Succumb to it, fall pray! You know nothing, nothing!'
"You know nothing. Procreation is part of life," she said.
"Pro… procreate…"
And she repeated as if trying to materialize the word to the point she believed it.
"Procreate… yes… procreate. It's the natural way of life. Animals, humans, it's all alike. Procreate… to add… to have… a family."
'TO FUCK! TO FUCK! TO FEEL PLEASURE!'
The voice raged on.
"No, no," she shook her head, not in fear, but to deny the shouts. "It may feel pleasurable on all counts… But procreation is to add another. Its sake is to make one more of me… to extend my existence through love for another. Yes, my own blood, my own kind; someone to care for, someone that cares for me right back. A bond, a kinship… all… all through procreation…"
'A fool, you're a fool! You know none of that is true!'
"You are the fool here, with your pitiful doubt," Lucina gained some confidence. "How can I deny the beauty of having my own children and watching them grow up? I will be there for them when they go through the same turmoil I've gone through. Not only me… but my husband, too. Ahhh…" a smile appeared on her lips, and with it, the darkness of her doubts started to fade.
The world was a bright one now that Grima was gone. The world was one in which she could envision herself with a family, living happily together and laughing, filled with joy. She can enjoy a private life. That was the issue. She hadn't had one for so long. She had forgotten how to live one. She had given herself to the world, and now she has to pull back, to give herself some time to exist, too.
"I am free," she said, smiling. "I am free to be myself, to learn about myself, to exist for myself for once, and not for another."
'SELFISH, SELFISH!'
"No," she shook her head, "it's not selfishness. Without bettering myself, I cannot continue to save the world. This is the most selfless act of all. Caring for myself," she smiled. "Yes… caring for myself is the best thing I can do."
'You are just lying to yourself, you perverted thing!'
"Perverted or not, it's the best course of action. Tiki's offer, as strange as it may sound, might really just ease my burdens. It might give me enough time to free myself fully from you." she spoke to the dark voice. "Yes…"
With this bright realization, the world itself returned. The sun was still setting but far from being dusk. It was still daylight and there's much to do.
She looked down at the squirrels. They had finished copulating and the image of them no longer scared her. She smiled deeply, and yet, it took her a couple of deep breaths to find the courage to sit up and reach for them, to try and pet them. Just as she did so, they hurried back, away from her.
"Oh… I'm sorry, I didn't mean—ah?"
She realized that they didn't back off out of fear, but because 3 or so baby squirrels had come by through the grass, jumping around towards their parents. Lucina's heart melted at the sight of them, smiling broadly at the sight and hummed pleasantly. One hopped on the backs of its parents, clinging onto them, whilst the other two bounced around the grass, in search of food.
'Beautiful.'
The encounter with the amorous squirrels had, in its own peculiar way, forced her to confront her inner turmoil more directly than ever before. The forest, with its timeless wisdom and the simple yet profound lessons it offered, had become a place of reflection and revelation for Lucina. She realized that there was no escaping the complexities of her desires, and that she needed to confront them head-on, just as she faced the challenges of her world.
She grew aware of the sweet berries inside of her palm, and, without even having to think of it, she picked them all up and handed the treats to them, laying them all down on the grass. She watches the little ones lurch forward to grab one to take home with them as their parents wait for them.
"There you go." She said softly before standing up, brushing the particles of moss clinging to her legs.
With determination in her heart, Lucina decided that she needed to have an open and honest conversation with Tiki. She would explore the possibility of accepting the offer, not as a succumbing to her desires, but as a way to find relief and solace while remaining true to her values.
Lucina knew that her journey of self-discovery was far from over, and the path ahead was fraught with uncertainty. Yet, with Tiki's unwavering support and her own resolve, she was ready to face the challenges and decisions that lay ahead. The ancient forest, with its timeless wisdom, bore witness to her inner struggle and her quest for self-acceptance and balance.
She takes one last look at the woodly critters before they scurry away with treats in their mouths… at least not before looking back at the gentle giant that was their company. She smiled deeply at them before turning away.
"Take care, little ones," she said, walking away back to camp.
This was the biggest struggle I had to get help with this chapter. First, I apologize for the long hiatus but I had bigger tasks I had to accomplish that I just had to put this story off. I'm still unsure where to take this story so it will take awhile longer before I can post another chapter after the next one. You can say this is part 1 of this chapter, though it's still chapter 7. lol
To start with, I put this story off until I decided to pick it up again, if only for a little bit. The hardest part was finding a writer to hire. Vic is no longer on Fiverr so I had to look for a new one… and it was such a pain. I hired 5 writers on Fiverr and they didn't write the story well. The last one was the worst because he took initiative without informing me. After his delivery, I was dumbfounded at such a cluttered mess, unorganized and nonsensical description of whatever he wrote that I couldn't figure out. So I was disappointed, I was getting desperate. Upwork was another freelancer place I can't find good writers, plus it's against their policy to seek adult content for your story. So it was quite the struggle on my part to find someone until I joined a discord server of a website called hentai foundary. That's where my comic art is being published by AppleCake.
I was finally able to find someone after I posted a job description. It's a bit costly but he knew the lore, the characters and just generally how to write what I'm looking for. My feedback to him is excellent, with some changes I had to make for chapter but it definitely worked out in the end. That was the other hard part; putting this chapter together. I had so many samples with different wordings that I had to pick and choose which I like, reword them and place them in a certain order because this was a long conversation. But with patience and focus, I was able to do it. It just took a long time.
So here you have it, chapter 7 at long last! At least for now…
I wanted this chapter to be as realistic as possible even if it doesn't sound like it because nobody really thinks like how I made Lucina here. But there really has to be someone that struggles with their desires as strong as this. What really happens when you can't keep ignoring your urges because they continue to disrupt your daily life? Would you keep resisting or succumb to your desires? It's a very difficult question and sometimes there's no solution other than keep disciplining yourself and don't fall prey to your worst nightmares, unless you really want to try it and regret it later. Who really knows, everyone's different. But I feel what's common is that everyone wants a family. Everyone wants a significant other. Every dude wants a girl and you know deep down a girl wants a man. Our society needs it. It fills the void. Life ain't always about sex but it's always fun to engage in it with your loving partner. Just be responsible with your choices.
With that said, Lucina has tackled her inner conflict for the most part and took a big step forward of her own self-discovery and struggle. Is it enough for her? Will she actually accept Tiki's proposal? If so, how will it turn out? Find out next time!
Thank you guys so much for reading and I apologize for the long wait. The next chapter will be coming sooner than later. But after that, it will probably be put on hold again if I'm not sure where to take it. I do not have a consistent time and date when to release new chapters because of my personal life. This story will remain open for more possible chapters. So stay tuned for more in the future.
