Hey 'all Idiot here, all jokes aside I am enjoying this prospect ive found myself in writing this, so Ill continue!
Ill skip the normal intro and exposition, lets get into this.

2 Years after Naruto was found
Yagura looked at the report in his hands, both cautious and optimistic at this new prospect, the six tails has been found, a seal was prepared, and the only thing they needed was a candidate, and while he had one, he was hesitant at the prospect.
Yagura, Standing at 5'0, a mesh shirt surrounded on the bottom by a gray cloth extended around him, and at the top a green cloth, Dull green hair, pink eyes with a scar on the left, and a staff with hooks on both ends, on the top end a green flower with a yellow center.
"The Uzumaki would be perfect for such a venture, they are known to be able to hold the Kyubi, the Rokubi being weaker admittedly, makes it even more of a match." A Brown-haired man said, across from the Mizukage.
Said man was one of the Seven Deadly Swordsman still loyal to Kirigakure, A taller man standing at 5'8 with a slim hat on his head with his forehead protector, standard Kiri Anbu garb, and an Axe with a Mallet changed to it, named Jinpachi.
"The Prospect of losing such a valuable shinobi prospect makes me worried, Utakata had years of experience and more seals than I can count on himself, and even than at times you could tell that he didn't have full control." Yagura stated recounting memories of his former friend.
"I have experience with the Biju, and while mine may have less tails, it doesn't make them easier to work with, you can trust me on that." Yagura continued, "What little time the boy will have with the rest of his, at this point predestined duties, I find it hard to believe that he can truly master the Rokubi and continue on his aforementioned plans."
"Utakata was not of Uzumaki birth, nor was he particularly good at sealing, by his own admission. At the same time, if he does do both, he will have the possibility of becoming one of the best shinobi we will ever have, possibly in our history, and as a plus we can secure the Rokubi for years to come." Jinpachi stated, referencing the longevity of the Uzumaki's.
"And if he doesn't, it will be the largest waste of resources since the Kaguya revolt." Yagura argued.
"And I suppose we have another candidate as fit as he is?" He argued back, curious himself if there actually was one.
Yagura sighed, knowing the man was right. "No, I don't, which makes me all the more worried." Yagura stated with concern.
"But I concede, the boy will be made a Jinchuriki. Dismissed Jinpachi." Yagura relented, and leaned back in his chair, contemplating weather he had made the right choice. On one hand he had to get the Biju under control, before some other power decided to take it. And on the other, he understands the danger of being a jinchuriki, possibly more than anyone else in the world, and how it can corrupt a person.
This internal monologue brought him thoughts of his former friend Utakata, the man who helped him more times than he can count, dead at the hands of an assassin team at the tail end of the revolt. 'I can only hope that the Rokubi will cooperate at the same level with Naruto as he did with Utakata.' The thought crossed his mind that maybe the boy was almost destined to be one, appearing to his doorstep, 2 months after the death of his friend and Jinchuriki, one of Uzumaki origin, and apparently with a kekkei genkai said to specifically counter Biju, if what the scroll said was true.
Not one to leave things to fate, with his final thoughts in order, he called for an Anbu squad to assemble with Naruto at his office, in preparation to leave to capture the Rokubi.

Yagura and 30 mist Anbu left Kirigakure a baby in hand, and headed towards the coast in the direction of Uzu, the entire area being evacuated in preparation for the capture of the Rokubi.
They all quickly noticed the increase in fog, contrary to the normal amount so common in the land. With each step it seemed to get heavier, more acidic as they blinked harder, until they saw the first slimy tail a distance out
Yagura looked at the young child, making note of his increased tension, while not even spotting the tailed beast. 'Perhaps a sensory ability? Or it could just be the fog.' Yagura would have to test the boy in the coming year, such abilities are recessive and will dull with time. If he watered that bud early, it could blossom into something great.
As they reared the beast it roared, sending half the Anbu back, the rest and the Mizukage remained in place and started to commence the sealing, only to be disrupted with a surge in chakra coming from the teal of the beast, slamming down.
Yagura reached for his staff and brought it down from atop his head, "Water Release: Water Mirror technique!" a tail from the mirror was flung out and countered the tail, recoiling the Rokubi.
The Rokubi recovered quickly, gaining its standing, and spewing acidic spit across the battlefield, killing 3 anbu.
Yagura jumped back, weaving hand signs, "Formation 6!" the Anbu reacted weaving hand signs of their own, with them dispersing into a semi-circle around the beast.
Yagura was first weaving hand signs, "Wind Release: Passing Typhoon!" Using the jutsu to direct water towards the Anbu, and creating a gust heading towards the Rokubi.
The Anbu all shot forward, finished weaving hand signs "Water Release: Gunshot!" Releasing a torrent of individual water bullets speeding towards the beast, amplified by the increase and water, and guided by the gust's after affect, seemed to genuinely injure the beast for a moment.
Yagura, not willing to waste this opportunity, speeded towards slug, and unleashing his own prowess with his Biju and launching a coral powered fist straight into its back, paralyzing the beast for a short time letting Anbu get in close.
The beast responded in kind, spitting acid, catching 2 Anbu, killing both in a scream of melting body parts.
Yagura cursed under his breath 'Picked off like flies, we need to pick this up and fast.'
Saiken reeled its middle tail back swatting its own spine in a frail attempt to rid himself Yagura, only for him to move to the head.
Yagura released his tailed form and called for the boy and the seal, which the Anbu obliged, backing away incase the Rokubi had a plan, for how dumb they may seem, they do have an intelligence locked behind a persona and forefront of savagery, respected by the Anbu at distance, revered up-close.
Yagura attached the seal to the Rokubi's head, and placed the red haired boy on top of the seal, screaming "FUIN!"
With that, a jinchuriki had been born, and a life forever altered.

Yagura, and the 25 remaining Anbu returned to Kiri, successful in their goal; capture the Rokubi.
He looked at the red-haired boy, pitying his poor fortune and circumstance, knowing firsthand the type of life that entailed before him. A life of pain, struggle, and hatred. 'At the very least, we now have a functional jinchuriki, and a reason to personally train the boy beyond nudging and prodding. He was a Jinchuriki, it was his responsibility as the boys Kage, and as a fellow Jinchuriki to support the boy. Though he could not be seen getting too close, while it was customary for the Jinchuriki of a village to have close ties to its Kage, with a target as big as Yagura's, it was unwise to treat him as family, but a sensei is an offer everyone could see, at some level.
As a perfect Jinchuriki himself, he could guide the boy like no other with one possible exception, and that was completely off the table; Kumo was not an open about its Jinchuriki training. Though he had his own way, he did not need such things.
He would have to be trained regardless of if he was ready, he himself now had a target on his back by existing in the state that he currently does. For him to master his biju, he would first have to master himself, learn to control himself and his emotions, and than learn how to control his body, if his theory is correct he has the Uzumaki Sealing Chains, which could prove invaluable in the process of taming the 6 tailed slug. He pondered over how best to bring it out of him for what felt like hours.
The boy awoke, having a seeming change in appearance to a paler skin tone than the tan he had before. 'It seems the process is complete.' He tried not to disturb the young child, he had already had a life changing day, no need to push the limit of stress on the boy already.

3 Days Later
Yagura walked the mist-ridden streets of his home, meeting at a small café in the center of the village to meet a certain woman.
"Ahh, Lord Mizukage," A woman standing at 5'7, brown hair and ideal proportions sat at the outdoor table. "Mei Terumi, a pleasure." She extended her hand
"The pleasure is mine, to finally meet the successor to the infamous Daichi Terumi." He shook her hand. "Im curious, what is the reason you've brought me to this, café for?" He excused himself for being blunt, he was not man to anger, nor a man to get angry easily, but his patience had been running thin with how much paperwork had been piling up after Naruto had been readmitted to the shinobi files after his recent recategorization as Mizu's jinchuriki, in all honesty he was waiting for the international scene to notice the change. A power such as the Rokubi was not easy to cover up.
"I came here to discuss, a recent… power transfer." Mei explained.
'Figures'
"I know what happened, and I question the boys capability to hold the beast." Mei continued "For a boy so young, its hard to believe that he can fill such a role."
"Weather the boy can hold it was never in question, he is of Uzumaki origin, it was a surprise when the boy would even change in appearance, however minor." Yagura stated.
"Uzumaki?" The woman questioned in surprise. "I'm surprised he ended up here at all in that case, I see we were fortunate to have such a candidate. It seems my worries were misplaced, what of the boy's loyalty?" Mei questioned further, "When he finds out what happened to his clan will he be biased against us?"
Yagura stared at her seeing her gaze shift after the boys name was revealed. "His loyalty is not in question," he assured her, "I will tell him the truth, not immediately, when he has accepted me as his sensei and overall provider, he will not want to leave regardless of the history of his grandparents, not to mention this village is all he knows, im not sure even without me he would leave." Yagura stated as-a-matter-a-factly.
His line of thinking made Mei comfortable in the knowledge that the villages Jinchuriki would not abandon them the second he heard the news, it was an infamous practice of Jinchuriki abandoning their villages, made even more extensive by the list of people who try to hurt them in the village. 'If only the common folk could see the larger picture at play about a villages Jinchuriki.' Mei thought, knowing how cruel even the civilians could be, even if they were less powerful. Psychological damage takes time to heal.
They both saw the conversation was over, and neither wanted to continue on such a pertinent subject as Jinchuriki in such a public space. Both decided to continue the conversation elsewhere. Agreeing to meet up soon and discuss such matters in a more private setting. Mei could only hope the boy could understand past from present.
'I wonder what will become of you Uzumaki Naruto.'

4 years later
Academy Building
Uzumaki Naruto, the red-haired blaze that he was, was currently sparring with another student, a blue haired man by the name of Chojuro.
Naruto stood at a solid 4'0 which was tall for his age, being a relatively lean kid, with a navy blue shirt, with on the sleave a red swirl, black cargo shorts, and standard black ninja sandals.
Chojuro a year older was 4'2, standard, being more muscular, with a light blue shirt, reminiscent of his hair, and black pants that sagged to the similar black ninja sandals.
The area they were in was a sparring ring, around 20 feet in diameter, with the it being surrounded by a square field about double its size, that itself being surrounded by a fence on 3 sides, and the last one being the entrance to a large building, all surrounded by a near constant fog that hid the village.
Naruto sideswiped a punch by the boy, using his superior footwork to unbalance his opponent, which his opponent reacted in full affect by using his superior leg strength to push him back, trying to do the same to him.
Naruto then blocked another punch from the boy. Grabbing a kunai, he flung at the boy's legs with precision, making the boy dodge for fear of getting cut, sending him back and relieving pressure off the Jinchuriki.
Naruto lounged forward and threw a punch, which was fast enough to catch the blue haired boy off guard after throwing himself back, knocking him off balance, which Naruto capitalized on when he tripped his leg causing the boy to fall to the ground.
'Why hasn't Daisuke-sensei called the match?' Naruto noticed as he thought it was over when the boy dropped to the ground.
Other students that were watching the fight were shocked at the lack of restraint by both the Uzumaki, and the instructors. Proving to Naruto in that moment, the bloody mist was beginning to seep into his own level, even if it is only to beat students down than to kill them, at least yet to his own knowledge.
He continued his barrage of punches when he went to the blue hair boys' level, which Chojuro could only put his arms in front of his face in an attempt to block the seemingly endless punches his way.
Nearly ten seconds later, the Academy teacher finally called the match, much to Chojuro's relief. He saw Naruto's extended hand, which he greeted with a smile.
"How did you get so good?" Chojuro said in amazement and the boys skill smiling ear to ear, "I'm a year older than you and I still have trouble with footwork, but you just get it down in a single year, id be pissed if I weren't so impressed."
Chojuro was a second year, while Naruto was just a first year, he graduated the class halfway into the year, moving him up to Chojuro's class. His skills were on par with some low-level genin, for all intense and purposes he was in the academy to learn about the village and subjects, less to become a shinobi like so many others wanted to be.
"Its about the details, and how to bend them correctly at the right positions." Naruto smirked referencing his leg kick that sent the blue haired academy student to the ground. Which Chojuro could only smirk back at the snark of the statement.
"C'mon, now that sparring is over the teacher'l let us leave, and besides, Haku can give us tips, he's better than all of us, he already moved up two grades." The boy's chuckled together reminiscing about how surprised their friends face was when he heard he was being moved up.
"Your right I guess, but I have to talk to Daisuke-sensei anyways, he wanted to talk to me." The boy said wondering why his sensei wanted to talk to him, noting that he was requested early on in the day.
"Alright, good luck, and if you get moved up be sure to put in a good word for me to the teachers next grade." Naruto looked at the ground after that, wondering if it was true and if Chojuro was somehow a prophet. 'That'd be the day' he smiled to himself.
The Instructors looked on with scrutiny, knowing the graduation test would come earlier for them than most, being skeptical weather or not they could handle it. There had been cases in which graduates could kill more than their fair share, but those were few and far between. From what Daisuke could guess, it would be hard on the boys when they had to kill their classmates for a shot at the shinobi world. 'Who knows, perhaps they will be ready, cant tell for certain just yet in their career.' The instructor pondered.
Naruto entered the building, the wood walls had a green moss to them that stretched to the stone floors, each door seemed to hold another room of desks or equipment for the instructors to use with his fellow students. He reared his head into the office of his teacher, with a hesitancy he entered.
Naruto stood at attention in the office of his sensei, finally about to get the answer to his question which he had been anxiously awaiting the entire day for.
"Sit." The instructor ordered lightly, watching as the boy did so.
Holding a paper in his hand the office itself was a square almost cubical, with a window and 2 chairs, one for the desk, one on the opposing side, enough for the conversation at hand, with only 1 window surrounded by the infamous fog of Mizu no Kuni.
They waited in uncomfortable silence as Naruto sweated bullets thinking he did something wrong, that was until the Mizukage stepped in the door, with his iconic hooked staff with a green colored flower.
Daisuke seemed to be expecting his Kage, but that didn't mean he wasn't sweating; Yagura had a reputation. Naruto on the other hand was shocked beyond belief, the current Mizukage, the man who's position he himself wanted, standing before him. Both stood up in an instant, arms to the side in attention.
"At ease, Daisuke-san, please leave the room." Yagura ordered, which caused the man to immediately leave the office in a hurried pace. Naruto on the other hand sat down, waiting for his Kage to give him his orders, despite age he knew an authority figure when he saw one.
"So, it seems you've grown up well." Yagura states with a hint of happiness, seeing the boy didn't suffer as a consequence of his status, much to his relief. 'it will be easier to show him how the village has changed if he hasn't seen the cruelty first hand.' He said now fully confident in his soon to be protégé.
"Ehh?!" Naruto stared in surprise at the most powerful person in the village, sputtering and asking how such a powerful figure in the village knew of him.
/ / / / / / / / / /
That's it for now, with Naruto meeting the Mizukage to begin his training to become skilled in all the ninja arts he can pick up before picking up the swords that were deemed to be his more the 6 years ago.
I feel its worthy to note that the next chapter will be more filled with time skips than this one, more focused around the general training and his academy days with his friends, Chojuro and Haku, and how Naruto reacts about his 'status' and his clan heritage, I feel its good to note, there is literally no one who knows Naruto's parentage, the only key is in the scrolls of the previous chapter.
Next chapter will be longer, closer to 6,000+ words is what im aiming for, though it will take longer.
