"... and this is why the Yokai are going to be given citizen status in the village."

The Gokage was actually a little... unnerved by the fact that Naruto was NOT given them the option to use their leadership to make the decision themselves. When the fact that the West Side Yokai Faction appeared at the village seeking help became known, of course they called Naruto to give a report since he was the one who healed her.

"Thank you, but that isn't necessary... I'm sure that..." Yasaka trailed off with a yawn.

The Gokage were all visiting her in her hospital room.

"No, us being here is what caused your Urakyoto to collapse. Now hundreds of Yokai are without a home. We have an abudance of homes and space that we can give to them... it's our fault that you are all homeless... and it is our duty to allow you to come stay here where it is safe for your kind." Naruto was staring with an unblinking stare right at all the Kage. Usually he would give them free reign to make whatever decision they decided was best.

They didn't agree with him.

"It's one thing for-"

" Shut up... this isn't up for debate. The Yokai lived in Urakyoto for hundreds of years, and because of us, they don't have their home anymore... the Hidden Villages we lost were all less than 100 years old in comparison... we came to this place as refuges, and in turn caused them to suffer the same fate as we suffered." Naruto wasn't allowing any debate. He could see that his words pissed off the Raikage, who was about to disagree with Naruto. As pissed as he was, he looked away in shame for a moment when he realized that Naruto was right.

This wasn't like dealing with the Three Factions.

Their actions caused the Yokai to lose their home.

"Once I'm able to properly connect, I'm sure I can recreate Urakyoto-"

"In the middle of the ocean?" Naruto knew where the Kyoto leyline currently was, and it had shifted to the ocean. Yasaka was currently connected to the leyline that was running through the Allied Shinobi Village, meaning she couldn't even safely leave the village. "Our village is only has about 20,000 people at most in it right now... a couple hundred or even a couple thousand Yokai aren't going to change anything. We have a ton of homes... which is why I'm inviting you to the village." Naruto offered a hand to Yasaka.

She was shocked.

"Naruto, you don't have the authority-"

"The hell I don't. It was my chakra that built this village. It was my chakra that allowed us to create the forests, the mountains, the lakes and rivers, and this village. It was the money Team 7 earned that allowed us to buy the supplies for the village to start up. I'm cool letting you 5 make whatever choices you want about how to run the village, but if I say somebody can live here, they can live here." Naruto put his foot down.

He transformed.

He entered his fully powered Six Paths Sage Mode and dared anybody to stand up to him. He looked at each Kage in turn, even Tsunade and Gaara, with a look that showed he would fight anyone who questioned him on this.

"Always fighting for what you think is right... fine, I support this decision... but only if the Yokai are able to contribute to the village itself." Tsunade sighed and relented. She had been on the fence about the entire thing. She didn't want literal monsters to live in the village. She was old enough to remember what the demons in their old world looked like before they were all sealed away by the Senju and Uzumaki clans working together.

"I promise, my people can help the village." Yasaka bowed her head.

"I support this too, but under the condition that each Yokai submit to having a seal placed on them that will allow limit their powers inside the village." Gaara stated.

Yasaka paused on that one.

"... No, if any Yokai acts up to the point they need to be handled, then I will handle them. They don't need to be sealed, because I'll take responsibility for them." Naruto stated against Gaara. Gaara nodded his head, and instantly accepted Naruto's words. It was all he needed for him to be assured that Naruto was going to take this seriously. Yasaka nodded her head and looked at Naruto with eyes filled with thankfullness.

She was still confused about who everyone was.

Ohnoki just nodded his head in approval, because he had no conditions for him to accept. He understood that if Naruto was being this serious about the matter, when he previously accepted the forced marriage, then this was a very important moral issue to him.

'You can ask a man to bend his morals, but you should never ask a man to break his morals. This boy helps those in need, and if he is at fault for their pain, he takes their pain on his shoulders. I oppose including yokai into the village... but if he plans to take responsibility for it, then so be it.' Ohnoki had nothing to add.

Mei stood up.

"I'm against this, but since I'm outvoted... I'll just add the condition that Yokai not be allowed near any training grounds that are in use by Shinobi. I want to ensure there is as little conflict as possible. No training accidents." Mei sat back down with her statement made. She saw Yasaka tilt her head in confusion.

Training Grounds?

"Uh, sure, that seems okay." Yasaka would warn her people to not wander near a training grounds being used by a ninja. She looked towards the Raikage, who was the last person to give his support. The man looked towards Naruto.

"... Do you really want to get your way by flexing your power over us."

"No, I don't like doing this either. I kept my mouth shut about you leaving the civilians behind... I didn't agree with that, but at least all of those people are... happy where they are... this is different. These people didn't do anything to deserve being hurt... it's my fault they can't return home... and I can't sit back while you reject them." Naruto responded to the Raikage. Naruto could put up with a lot of stuff.

Not this.

He could put up with being forced into an arranged marriage if it was for the good of the village, because that was on him. He could understand not wanting to overflow the village with a ton of confused civilians as well, because that would hurt the village and cause the civilians to rage. It would just turn into a clusterfuck for everyone involved.

Not. This. Though.

"So... you're decided that your morals are the ones that matter." A pushed Naruto harder.

"I'm not asking you to take in random people. These are people I know-" Naruto grabbed his head and twitched in annoyance. Tsunade went to his side for a moment, but he stopped her with a raised hand. He had hundreds of years of Yasaka's memories inside of his heart and head now. He knew so many Yokai faces that he had never seen in his life before. "... the shinobi aren't so weak that we can't coexist with yokai. We're stronger than them, they aren't a threat to us. Also... right now the village is weakened right."

"What do you mean?" A asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Ichiraku Ramen, the Shinobi Wares store... so many businesses are gone. We have half of our shinobi busy taking care of the economy and running the shops... well... Yasaka, how about your yokai run the shops for the village?" Naruto offered a compromise that would benefit everyone. The yokai would be able to work and prove their value to the shinobi in the village, and the shinobi wouldn't need to overwork themselves by doing their jobs AND taking on extra work running the shops in the village.

Yasaka didn't need to think much about that.

"Yes, I'm sure my yokai can all find businesses they want to run... but I... You guys are all human... many yokai are wary of humans."

"Well, it's a good thing we're not the same types of humans you guys know. We're actually aliens from another universe... alien refuges from a destroyed world." Naruto whispered the truth to Yasaka while glancing back at the Kage.

Yasaka smiled brightly.

"Oh! Then there won't be any problems at all! I'll send my daughter to Kyoto to get the other yokai, and transport them here!" Yasaka barely considered that human. If they were really alien humans from another universe, then she didn't think even the most racist of her yokai would find a flaw with living side by side with them.

"Okay... do you mind giving us some privacy... I need to make an apology to Yasaka... and I kind of want to do that in privacy." Naruto asked the Kage, and he powered down back to his usual self. Now that the problems were solved, he didn't need to be using all that power. Slowly, the kage left the room and Naruto pulled a chair up to Yasaka's bed. He sat down next to her, and put his elbows on the bed.

...

"You need to apologize... for what, you saved my life?" Yasaka didn't understand why her savior needed to apologize.

"... Because I molested you to do it."

"Okay?"

"To connect you to the leylines in this area, I needed to pull the energy from nature and put it in your body... without using my chakra for the process... so while you were naked, I pressed myself naked against you... and our bodies rubbed up against each other." Naruto explained in detail why he felt he needed to apologize to her. The fact was that the both of them had been naked when he laid his body against her.

"Ah... Bedroom Senjutsu arts?" Yasaka still didn't see a problem.

He used the "Act of Becoming One" from sex and through that close connection, he allowed the natural energy all around them to flow through her body and into his body. By allowing nature energy to flow through her and into him, using her body as a conduit, he connected her to the leyline naturally.

"Well... we didn't have sex or anything... but I started to get hard, and my thing was really pressing up against yours... and maybe a little bit went in... just a little though." Naruto had tried to stop himself from getting hard when he held her. The two of them had been naked, and it was hard not to get hard when pressed up against an attractive woman like that.

Not to mention he had to be intimately aware of her body.

Their bodies had to be so close and tight together that he could feel everything about her body with his own. Then, he had to place her on top of him so that the energy from around them would flow through her body and into his body as he drew the energy towards himself. He used her body as a passageway for Senjutsu, so he sensed all of the natural energy that went through her.

"Okay... even if you had sex with me, I wouldn't be mad at you if you did it to save my life. Senjutsu users, using the bedroom arts to fuse and become one is pretty normal." Yasaka still didn't see why he needed to apologize this badly.

Sure, he didn't get her consent, but it wasn't like he was disrespectful to her. He had done what he did to save her life, so even if he fucked her, it wasn't done out of malice of selfishness. The situation would have justified his actions, but he didn't do that. He had tried his best to be as respectful to her as he could be, which was admirable.

"No, not just that, but I also invaded your most sacred spot... I took your memories, your heart... I connected our souls together with my chakra. I know everything about you... I invaded hundreds of years of your privacy... and I only gave you less than 20 years of my life." Naruto felt even worse about how he had removed any semblence of privacy the woman could ever hold. He had seen her life from start to finish. It was how he learned about leylines. He tried his best to block out most of her memories mentally, but a lot of them were so loud to him that he couldn't block them out.

Now that seemed to hit Yasaka a bit differently.

She closed her eyes and looked through her own memories, and she found memories that weren't hers inside of herself. She remembered the memories that didn't belong to her.

She saw Naruto's life through his eyes as she peeked into the memories that were imprinted into her heart.

"... It's true, you molested me and looked at my memories... but I'm not angry at you, and you don't have to apologize. Are you doing all of this for my people out of guilt?" Yasaka asked him curiously.

Naruto waved that off.

"No, I'm doing that because it's the right thing to do. I owe you a different apology, because what I did to you is a lot more personal. I'm sorry... even if it was to save your life, and even if you aren't mad at me, the fact that I couldn't control my body and stop myself from getting hard is my fault. I did my best to control myself, and I failed." Naruto bowed his head.

Yasaka reached out and rubbed his head.

"You're being too hard on yourself, but apology accepted. If I had ever had a son, I would have wanted him to be as earnest and kind as you. I'm sure your parents are proud of the amazing son they have." Yasaka spoke comforting words towards him.

Naruto froze, before he smiled.

"Yeah, my parents are pretty awesome."

"Well, they had a pretty awesome son to set an example for. Now, enough of this silly notion that I'm angry at you. You've lived a harsh life... taking all this pain and suffering on your shoulders and smiling through it all. There, there... you've worked really hard." Yasaka started to comfort him more. After seeing his memories inside of herself, she couldn't help but want to make him feel better.

He was a true hero.

Which was unfortunate for him.

He was the kind of hero that supported all of those around him, but so very few people could see through his smile to the suffering child underneath it all. The support he got from other people tended to be just them allowing him to push himself more and more. So very few people in his life protected him from his pain, but instead gave him the strength to take his own pain on himself.

This was a man who had never gotten the chance to be a child.

Naruto stood up.

"I'll tell Kunou you're awake and ready for her." Naruto backed away from Yasaka, who just smiled at him, nodding her head.

"Of course. Don't forget to take care of yourself. If you ever need somebody to talk to, you know where to find me."

"... Uh... yeah... sure." Naruto waved to her as he left the room.

Okay, that was weird.

He had NOT expected that reaction from her.

Chapter End! Please Leave Me Lots of Nice Long Reviews, But No Flames Please!

Chapter 409 - Pa Toads explains you can walk through the Mountain of Wandering on foot for a month to get from Konoha to where the Toads live.
This nonsense that the Summons live in their own special dimension has been debunked so many times.
The Sage of Six Paths LITERALLY mentioned he got a prophecy from Gamamaru about a "boy with blue eyes".

The only evidence people can provide is the Hawk that Sasuke summoned against Kaguya, the hawk with RINNEGAN eyes, that showed that Sasuke was using his Rinnegan to mentally control the Hawk. So even that evidence has been debunked.

So if you want to try and tell me "Actually, the summon animals come from a different dimension" then just know you're wrong, and this is not up for debate.
