All might was sat there, in his big form suited up along with his colleagues. And with a sigh it began.
Before this:
The bustling streets of the city were a stark contrast to the unease that settled over Midoriya's friends and classmates. It had been 2 whole weeks since Midoriya's sudden disappearance, and worry had gradually escalated into full-blown panic. Phone calls went unanswered, messages were left on read, and Midoriya was nowhere to be found.
Aizawa as there homeroom teacher, was acutely aware of the tension that gripped his friends. He couldn't directly intervene with the investigation as All might seemed to be taking the lead, but his concern was no less real. He watched helplessly as the days passed, each one deepening the shadows cast by Midoriya's absence. He couldn't stand it but he had to, at least for now, they would find him no matter what.
Bakugou, having returned withdrawn himself from the class, was uncharacteristically quiet. The fiery determination that usually fuelled him had been replaced by a quiet resolve.
Throwing comments now and then about how ' the nerd is fine' and ' he can take care of himself' the redhead Kirishima noticing and agreeing with a smile " it's so manly of you believing in him, we should all do the same"
"Tch whatever"
Though within the walls of U.A. High School, the atmosphere was heavy. The once lively hallways seemed to echo with emptiness, and the usual chatter had been replaced by hushed whispers. Teachers struggled to maintain their usual enthusiasm, and students moved through their routines with an air of solemnity.
While most were just annoyed at class 1A again for being so troublesome and getting the press alo over the school, the hero course was ofcourse quieter than usual, still trying to carry on as normal as possible with light hope of any new news they could get from staff.
As All Might himself had joined the search, he was hastily utilising his resources and connections to aid in the investigation. His presence, which usually inspired hope and courage, now seemed tinged with a sense of helplessness. Midoriya had looked up to him as a symbol of strength, and now that strength was put to the test.
In the teachers dorm a deflated Toshinori and Aizawa sit, " how are the students?"
" as good as they can be, midoriya is one of the ones who holds the whole class up, I think they've come to rely on his positivity" Aizawa groaned sipping a fresh batch of coffee
"All might"
" yes aizawa kun" they looked at each other the seriousness evident
" The press are going to be like rabid dogs tonight, UA's reputation is on the line after the League of villains attacks and Bakugou's kidnapping, they'll be looking to you, symbol of peace. I'm sure I don't need to remind you how to deal with this."
" I know, I understand I won't let anything happen to this school, midoriya will be found, that I can promise you" the tension faded as both men come to terms.
While the teachers were confident and focused on dealing with press and political matters though, rumours and speculations circulated among the students. Some feared villain involvement, while others worried about an accident during training. The uncertainty gnawed at their determination, and the absence of answers only fuelled their anxiety.
During their training sessions, the reality of Midoriya's absence hit hard. The training grounds, once filled with the sounds of camaraderie, now felt incomplete. Uraraka's smile wavered, and Iida struggled to keep his usual composure. Todoroki's eyes, usually calm and focused, betrayed a hint of concern.
As their instructor's voice faded into the background, each of them stole a glance at the empty space where Midoriya should have been. His absence was a void that couldn't be ignored, a stark reminder of the friend they were searching for.
Then Aizawa's voice cut through the training grounds, his gaze sweeping over the class with his usual intensity. The students paused in their training, their attention shifting to their stern instructor.
"Listen up, everyone," Aizawa began, his tone as sharp as his capture weapon. "I understand that Midoriya's absence has created a sense of unease among you. But this is not the time to let your emotions run wild or indulge in speculation. We are heroes-in-training, and that means we face adversity head-on."
He paced in front of the class, his eyes narrowing as he met each student's gaze. "Midoriya knew the risks of this path when he chose it. And while his absence is concerning, it's our duty to continue moving forward, to stay focused on our training and responsibilities."
Aizawa's gaze softened slightly, though his sternness remained. "Midoriya wouldn't want any of you to lose sight of your goals. He's a fighter, and I have no doubt he's doing everything in his power to return to us."
He paused, letting his words sink in. "Now, I won't pretend that this isn't a difficult situation as it's still important as future hero's to be logical. But let me be clear: allowing fear and doubt to consume you won't bring Midoriya back. It won't honor his determination or the sacrifices he's made. What will honor him is your dedication to becoming the best heroes you can be."
Aizawa's presence was unwavering, his conviction palpable in the air. "So, wipe away those doubts, put aside your worries, and focus on the task at hand. Train with the same tenacity that Midoriya has shown time and time again. Make his absence a reason to push harder, to strive for excellence."
He turned his attention to where Midoriya would usually be, his gaze unyielding. "Until Midoriya returns, you are his legacy. Make it count."
With those words, Aizawa let the weight of his message settle over the class. His harshness was laced with a genuine concern for their well-being, a reminder that heroes faced challenges head-on and didn't succumb to uncertainty.
The students exchanged determined glances, a silent agreement passing between them. Aizawa's speech had reignited their resolve, replacing their anxiety with a renewed sense of purpose. As they resumed their training, they did so with a newfound determination to honor Midoriya's spirit by pushing themselves to the limit.
Aizawa watched them for a moment, satisfied with the shift in their mindset. He knew that his approach might be unorthodox, but sometimes a harsh truth was necessary to galvanise young heroes. And as he observed their unwavering focus, he couldn't help but feel a sense of pride in the class he had come to care for deeply.
The students smiled and finished up their training before heading to the showers, Kirishima was following Bakugou, Kaminari not far behind " shut it shitty hair" he scowled.
" hey man I didn't even say anything" Kirishima laughed
" cmon Kacchan admit it, you were being nice earlier, like sensei was" Kaminari joined in leaning on Kirishima
" tch whatever, just shower already your filthy!" Bakugou shouted letting sparks shoot off his hands the atmosphere reflecting the other twos laughter.
" aw Kacchan your so nice hah" was the last thing said by the pikachu reincarnate before being blasted off so hard he went dumb.

Aizawa and All Might sat in Aizawa's office at U.A., the room dimly lit by the soft glow of a single lamp. Papers were scattered across the desk, detailing their plan for the press conference and their strategy for addressing Midoriya's disappearance. The tension in the air was palpable as they went over the details once again.
Aizawa leaned forward, his gaze steady. "This press conference is crucial, All Might. The public's concern is escalating, and we need to handle this delicately." " if we don't do this right the commission will be on our backs even more and there won't be much the principle can do about that, we'll also go over this again before it starts with everyone" he groans, it was going to be a long night.
All Might nodded, his usual smile replaced by a grave expression. "I understand, Aizawa. We need to reassure the public while also maintaining a sense of urgency. And we can't forget about Midoriya's mother."
Aizawa's eyes softened. "Yes, Inko Midoriya deserves to know that we're doing everything in our power to find her son. It won't be an easy conversation, but it's necessary."
As they discussed their approach, All mights phone buzzed with a message from the detective, updating them on the latest findings from the search efforts. The information was grim—no new leads and no substantial progress. His grip on his phone tightened, his frustration evident.
Aizawa placed a hand on All mights shoulder. "We can't lose hope, not now. We have to believe that we'll find him."
His jaw clenched, his determination resolute. "I know, Aizawa. We'll find him. But first, we need to talk to his mother. She deserves to hear from us before the press gets hold of the situation, hearing anything from them first could be disaster out before we can explain anything."
With their plan in place, Aizawa and All Might made their way to Inko Midoriya's home. The night air was cool, a stark contrast to the warmth of the house that awaited them. Aizawa knocked on the door, his knuckles echoing in the silence.
The door opened, revealing a worried yet hopeful Inko. Her eyes widened in surprise as she saw the two heroes standing before her. "Aizawa-sensei, All Might, please come in."
They entered the cozy living room, where Inko had prepared tea. As they settled in, Aizawa began, his voice gentle yet determined. "Mrs. Midoriya, we wanted to speak with you before the press conference. We understand the gravity of the situation, and we're doing everything in our power to find Midoriya."
Inko nodded, her eyes glistening with unshed tears. "Thank you, both of you. Izuku has always admired and looked up to heroes like you. He's a strong boy, I want to believe you that he'll come home but, after everything that has happened I'm not sure i could bare it if izuku kept going to UA anymore"
All Might offered a reassuring smile. "You've raised an incredible young man, Mrs. Midoriya. His determination has touched all of us. We won't rest until he's safely back."
Inko's hands trembled slightly as she held her teacup. "I know you're both doing your best. Please, bring my son back. He's my world, and I can't bear the thought of him being in danger."
Aizawa's expression softened, his usual sternness replaced by empathy. "We share your sentiment, Mrs. Midoriya. We see Midoriya not only as a student but as a member of our hero community. We'll leave no stone unturned."
Before they left, Aizawa placed a hand on Inko's shoulder. "We'll do everything we can to bring him back. And we'll make sure that his story doesn't end here."
Inko wiped away a tear and offered a small smile. "Thank you, Aizawa-sensei. Thank you, All Might. Please bring my son home."
"Mrs. Midoriya if I may have a word with you" All might spoke.
" I suppose".
He got on the floor bowing " I know the last time I was here I promised you I would take care of him, but I have failed, you have no reason to trust me when I say I will find your son and I will return him to you, I…." He said with a clear voice before getting cut off.
" get up….please I don't need your apologies right now" Mrs. Midoriya stated calm, calmer than she had been all evening " right now I need my son, Find him All might" she relayed in a stern voice of confidence.
" ofcourse i promise I will" he got up slowly and With a nod, Aizawa and All Might left Inko's home, the weight of their promise heavy on their shoulders. As they drove back to U.A., the magnitude of their task hung over them, mingling with the determination to find Midoriya and bring him back to the world that needed him.

Entering the building, Aizawa stopped for a moment, his gaze distant as he contemplated the weight of Inko Midoriya's worries. "I wouldn't blame her for taking Midoriya out of the school," he said quietly. "Her mind seemed set on it, even if she only mentioned it for a moment."
All Might's expression mirrored Aizawa's concern. "No, I wouldn't either," he replied, his voice tinged with a mixture of empathy and determination. "We should get to the Principal's office now. Our priority is to find Midoriya and ensure his safety."
As they strode down the hall with purpose, the weight of uncertainty settled heavily on their shoulders. All Might's mind raced, considering the potential threats that could have led to Midoriya's disappearance. He clenched his fists, the frustration evident in his stance.
"We need to consider all possibilities, Aizawa," All Might said, his voice low but resolute. "Given what Midoriya carries—the power of One For All—we can't ignore any potential threats, including All For One."
Aizawa's eyes narrowed, his usually tired expression replaced by a hardened determination. "Agreed. If All For One is involved in any way, we need to be prepared. But we must also remember that Midoriya is strong. He's faced challenges before and come out victorious." "We'll have to convey that to the Principle before the meeting starts".
They reached the Principal's office, the door looming before them. Aizawa paused, turning to All Might. "Let's make it clear to the Principal that we won't rest until Midoriya is found. We need the school's full support in this."
All Might nodded, his resolve unwavering. "Absolutely. The safety of our students is our top priority, and we'll do whatever it takes to bring Midoriya back."
Together, they entered the office, where Principal Nezu sat behind his desk, his expression a mix of concern and determination. He looked up as Aizawa and All Might approached.
"Aizawa, All Might, I assume you're here to discuss the situation," Principal Nezu said, his tone serious.
"ofcourse we will go into more detail in the meeting"
Aizawa's gaze was unwavering as he spoke. "Yes, Principal. We've spoken with Midoriya's mother. She's understandably worried, and we need to ensure that the school is taking every possible measure to locate him."
All Might stepped forward, his presence commanding. "Midoriya possesses a powerful Quirk—one that could attract dangerous attention. We can't afford to underestimate the potential threats."
Principal Nezu nodded, his expression solemn. "Rest assured, I have already mobilized additional security personnel to aid in the search efforts. We are coordinating closely with local law enforcement and heroes from other agencies."
All mights shoulders relaxed slightly, his skepticism giving way to a cautious optimism. "Good. We need to keep the lines of communication open and maintain transparency. The press will be watching our every move."
Principal Nezu leaned forward, his gaze determined. "I will personally oversee the school's response to the press. We'll provide updates as necessary, but we won't divulge sensitive information that could jeopardize Midoriya's safety."
All Might's eyes sparkled with gratitude. "Thank you, Principal. We appreciate your swift action and commitment to our students' well-being."
As they left the office, Aizawa's mind buzzed with a renewed sense of purpose. The pieces of the puzzle were slowly coming together, and he was determined to find Midoriya before any more time passed.
All Might's jaw was set, his resolve unyielding. "We won't rest, Aizawa. Not until Midoriya is back where he belongs." He stated walking towards the meeting room being early would give them time to put their words in order.
————— The Meeting————————
In the conference room, the atmosphere was charged with a mix of anticipation and concern. Aizawa and All Might took their seats alongside the other staff members, their expressions serious as they prepared for the meeting ahead.
Principal Nezu stood at the front of the room, his gaze sweeping over the assembled educators. "Thank you all for joining us," he began, his voice carrying a weight of responsibility. "As you're aware, the situation involving Midoriya's disappearance is critical. Our priority is to locate him and ensure his safety."
The staff members nodded in unison, their commitment evident. Present Mic leaned back in his chair, his trademark grin replaced by a somber expression. Beside him, Midnights hands were clasped tightly, her concern etched on her features.
Principal Nezu continued, "We are convening this meeting to discuss our approach to addressing the press. We must strike a delicate balance between providing information to the public and safeguarding sensitive details."
"They will already be angry and mistrusting of us because of recent events, but we can't allow that to change how we do this"
Aizawa's eyes narrowed, his attention fully focused on the discussion. He knew that every word spoken in this room could have far-reaching consequences.
All Might leaned forward, his stature commanding the attention of the room. "The press will undoubtedly have questions, and we need to be prepared with clear, concise answers. However, we must avoid speculating on unverified details that could lead to misinformation."
Snipe, who had been quietly observing from the corner of the room, nodded in agreement. "Agreed. Our primary message should emphasize our commitment to Midoriya's safety and the ongoing efforts to locate him."
Midnights voice was steady as she spoke, "We should also assure the public that our top heroes and agencies are actively involved in the search. This will help quell unnecessary panic."
Principal Nezu clasped his paws together, a thoughtful expression on his face. "Indeed. Our reputation is on the line, especially after recent events. We must project strength and unity."
Aizawa's gaze shifted to Vlad King, who had been listening intently. "Vlad, I want you to address the training curriculum and any potential risks associated with it. We need to be transparent about our procedures while assuring the public that student safety remains a priority."
Vlad King nodded, his stern demeanor unwavering. "Understood. I'll make it clear that our training programs undergo rigorous evaluations and safety measures."
Present Mic leaned forward, his voice earnest. "And I'll handle the emotional aspect. I'll convey the students' determination and resilience in the face of adversity. It's important for the public to see that even in challenging times, our heroes-in-training are unwavering."
Aizawa's eyes met All Might's, and a silent understanding passed between them. They both knew the weight of this responsibility—the need to project strength and hope even in the darkest of moments.
Principal Nezu concluded the briefing, his gaze resting on each staff member in turn. "Thank you all for your dedication and commitment. Let us proceed with a unified message—one that reflects U.A.'s unwavering resolve and determination to bring Midoriya back."
As the staff members rose from their seats, a sense of purpose filled the room. Aizawa and All Might exchanged a nod, their shared determination stronger than ever.
Outside the conference room, the school continued to buzz with activity. Students moved from class to class, the echoes of their footsteps a reminder of the life that thrived within these walls.
Aizawa and All Might walked side by side, . The weight of the impending press conference was heavy, but they carried it with the same resolve that had guided them through countless challenges before. They were Pro Hero's, they would deal with this as cautiously as possible.
They headed to the board room, where the vultures that were the press were waiting to Pounce.
—————————————-
Originally when the press had caught wind of Midoriya's disappearance, and the story had spread like wildfire. News outlets buzzed with speculations, and reporters swarmed U.A.'s campus seeking any shred of information. However they had just managed to contain it and calm the storm as much as they could.
At the entrance to the press conference hall, tension hung heavy in the air. Reporters from various news outlets had gathered, their cameras and microphones poised to capture every word. Aizawa and All Might stood side by side, their expressions resolute as they prepared to face the onslaught of questions.
As the doors swung open, the noise from the press corps flooded the room. Flashbulbs lit up the space, creating an almost blinding effect. The moderators took their positions at the front, ready to introduce the speakers.
"All right, everyone, settle down," one of the moderators announced, her voice amplified through the microphones. Slowly, the chatter began to subside, replaced by an eager anticipation.
Aizawa and All Might stepped forward, they would talk first facing the sea of reporters with a steely resolve. The first question came from a reporter in the front row, her tone sharp and probing. "All Might, given the recent history of attacks on U.A. and the kidnapping of Bakugou, how can the public trust that the school is a safe environment for its students?"
Aizawa's jaw tightened, but he met the reporter's gaze head-on. "We understand the concerns raised by recent events. However, I want to emphasize that U.A. is committed to the safety and well-being of its students. Our top priority remains the same—providing a rigorous education while ensuring a secure environment."
Another reporter chimed in, their voice skeptical. "But with multiple high-profile incidents occurring in such a short span, can you truly guarantee that the students are out of harm's way?"
All Might's voice resonated through the hall, his presence commanding attention. "We acknowledge that these challenges have tested us, but they have also reinforced our determination. U.A. has taken extensive measures to enhance security protocols, and we continue to work closely with law enforcement agencies to prevent future threats."
The questions kept coming, each one probing deeper into U.A.'s vulnerabilities and past incidents. Reporters referenced the League of Villains' attacks, the USJ incident, and the recent Bakugou kidnapping. The words were sharp, and the reporters seemed relentless in their pursuit of answers.
Aizawa's patience wore thin, his voice cutting through the room with a hint of frustration. "It's important to recognize that U.A. is not defined by isolated incidents. Our students and staff have shown remarkable resilience and determination in the face of adversity. We are here today to address Midoriya's disappearance, and our focus remains on his safe return."
The moderators attempted to steer the conversation back to the current situation, but the reporters were unrelenting. They probed for weaknesses, dissected past failures, and questioned U.A.'s ability to protect its students.
All night's and Snipe's gaze hardened, their voices firm and unyielding. "We will not allow fear and doubt to cloud our resolve. U.A. High School has a legacy of producing exceptional heroes, and we are confident that our students will rise above any challenges they face."
Vlad Kings eyes scanned the room, his gaze unwavering. "Our students are being trained to confront adversity head-on. They understand the risks, and they are prepared to face them. We have faith in their abilities and their determination to become heroes who make a difference."
As the press conference continued, the reporters' questions gradually shifted from skepticism to a begrudging acknowledgment of U.A.'s commitment. The moderators with Present Mikes help finally guided the discussion back to Midoriya's disappearance, allowing Aizawa and All Might to share the details they could without compromising the ongoing investigation.
In the midst of the chaos, the heroes stood resolute, their message unwavering. U.A.'s legacy was one of strength, determination, and the unwavering pursuit of heroism. And as they faced the press, Aizawa and All Might embodied that legacy, determined to weather the storm and bring Midoriya home.
Saying all they could, it was nearly time for the closing speech to reaffirm everyone. They had to wrap this up quickly.
In front of a wall of microphones and flashing cameras, All Might stood alongside his fellow heroes. The weight of the situation was palpable, and their expressions were a mix of concern and determination.
"We understand the public's concern," All Might began, his voice steady, "but our priority is to locate Midoriya and ensure his safety. We urge everyone to refrain from spreading rumors or misinformation."
Present Mic fielded a question about the potential reasons behind Midoriya's disappearance. "At this time, we cannot confirm any specific details," he replied firmly. "Our focus is solely on bringing Midoriya back safely."
As the press conference continued, Aizawa's gaze hardened, and he stepped forward. "Speculating about unverified details is counterproductive. Our efforts are dedicated to the search itself."
Finally All Might stepped forward to the podium, his presence commanding the attention of the room. His voice carried a weight of authority, yet it also held a reassuring warmth that seemed to reach every corner of the hall.
"Ladies and gentlemen of the press, esteemed colleagues, and concerned citizens," he began, his deep voice resonating through the space. "Today, we stand before you not only as educators and heroes, but as a united front determined to address the uncertainty that has gripped our community."
He paused, his gaze sweeping over the assembled reporters. "The recent events have undoubtedly cast a shadow of doubt, but I assure you that U.A.'s fearless reputation remains unshaken. We have faced challenges before, and each time we have emerged stronger, more resolute."
All Might's expression grew more solemn, his blue eyes reflecting the gravity of the situation. "I want to address the concerns that have been raised. U.A. High School has always held itself to the highest standards of excellence, not only in shaping exceptional heroes but also in fostering a safe and nurturing environment for our students."
He continued, his words measured and deliberate. "We acknowledge that our path is not without obstacles. The past incidents have been trials that have tested our mettle. Yet, they have also revealed the unwavering spirit of heroism that burns brightly within our students and staff."
A faint smile touched his lips as he spoke of the students. "These young individuals, each possessing unique strengths and determination, are the heart of U.A. They have shown time and again that they are capable of confronting adversity head-on, of standing strong in the face of danger."
All Might's gaze shifted to the reporters, his voice carrying a note of determination. "I want to address the heart of the matter—the disappearance of Midoriya. It is a situation that weighs heavily on us all. But I want you to know that the search for Midoriya is in full swing. Every resource at our disposal is being utilized to bring him back safely."
He raised his fist, the symbol of peace emblazoned on his chest almost seeming to glow. " We will go beyond"
"Plus Ultra!"
All Might's resolute expression remained unchanged even as the lights flickered and the room was plunged into semi-darkness. The tension in the air was palpable, and the sudden intrusion had put everyone on edge.
As the chaos unfolded, the other teachers quickly ushered the reporters to safety, ensuring their protection. Aizawa, his capture weapon at the ready, stood alongside All Might, his eyes narrowed in suspicion. The rest of the staff formed a defensive perimeter, their stances firm and unwavering.
"be prepared for anything," Aizawa muttered, his voice low and alert.
All Might nodded, his muscles tensed and his senses heightened. His focus remained on the approaching figure, the sparks flying off them adding an eerie glow to the scene.
The maniacal smile on the intruder's face was chilling, and his erratic movements only heightened the tension in the room. As he walked forward, his steps seemed to falter and stagger, giving the impression of a distorted dance.
Aizawa's voice cut through the dimly lit space, his tone firm and commanding. "Reveal yourself and state your purpose. You are trespassing on U.A. grounds."
The invader's laughter echoed through the room, a sinister sound that sent shivers down the spines of those present. 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 sparks just continued to fly off the intruder, not saying a word.
Aizawas grip on his capture weapon tightened, his eyes trained on the enigmatic figure before them. The situation was tense, and the air seemed to crackle with uncertainty. All Might, his expression unyielding, was prepared to act at a moment's notice.
"Enough games," Aizawa's voice was steady, unwavering. "If you have something to say or do, do it now."
The intruder's smile widened, a chilling grin that seemed out of place on the unknown individual's face. The strangers body moved erratically, almost as if he was struggling to maintain control. His laughter, once again, filled the room.
All Might's voice carried a note of warning. "This is your last chance. If you pose a threat to the safety of this school or anyone within it, we will not hesitate to take action."
The intruder's laughter abruptly ceased, and for a moment, the room was filled with an unsettling silence. Then suddenly black tendrils shot out with sharp precision and danger.
Aizawa's eyes narrowed as he activated his Quirk, focusing on erasing the intruder's abilities. But before he could complete the action, a surge of power seemed to repel his Quirk, rendering it ineffective.
All Might's expression shifted from determination to concern, his instincts telling him that something far beyond their understanding was at play. "We're dealing with a formidable opponent. Be on guard."
The tendrils of darkness began to swirl and writhe, forming a grotesque silhouette that loomed ominously behind the intruders form.
Aizawa's capture weapon whizzed through the air, aiming to immobilize the intruder, but the tendrils easily evaded it until it stopped for a moment in the low light allowing the All might to take hold of it.
But then he faltered " Eraser" he called in urgency.
" what" was replied as Aizawa had began fighting another tendril.
" bring it into the light quickly" he called
" right" he muttered strained as he lead it over to all might, it's movement frantic to catch up to its target.
Once it was in range All might grabbed it, it struggled for a few moments.
" hey….that looks like….Midoriyas" Aizawa breathed
All might strained whispered " black whip" a new feeling appearing, it was familiar, One for All.
Suddenly, the tendrils retracted with an almost reluctant movement, and the figure emerged from the shadows, stepping into the light. Inches away from the two heroes, Midoriya's form became visible, his once-green hair now stark white and disheveled, falling over his face and partially obscuring his eyes. His lips curled into a deranged smile, and a haunting, manic laugh escaped his lips.
