Paint

Blaise used the specialty key to pry open the gallon of paint. The can popped open with an almost inaudible sound. Careful not to drip, he removed the lid and set it aside with the paint-covered interior side facing upward. Then he poured a generous amount of the cream colored paint into the paint pan with the same degree of care.
He sneaked a look at Harini as he placed a prepared roller brush into the paint pan. She was rolling up the sleeves of the old button-up shirt she was wearing as a smock, each roll revealing more of her sienna skin. She had a tichel of muted red with crimson honeycombs on, more to contain her long hair than anything else. Harini had a complicated relationship with her Jewish heritage, not that Blaise blamed her even without knowing more than the summary of her life before Hogwarts. Apparently feeling his gaze on her, she turned in his direction.
Harini's emerald eyes crinkled around the edges as a hesitant smile turned the corners of her lips upwards. The smile grew into a full grin when he reached out and placed his hands on her hips, tugging her closer. His fingers slipped under the hem of the shirt to trace the skin beneath. She pressed subtly into the touch as she tilted her face upwards towards his. Never able to deny her anything, Blaise pressed a kiss to her lips just because he could and she was asking.
"Would it be too late to seduce you, Lady Zabini?" he asked, barely pulling back enough to do so. Harini bounced on her toes to start their kiss again. Playfully, he responded with a growl and pulled her even more close, slipping one of his legs between hers. He slid his hands from her hips until he had his hands on her panty-covered ass.
"You already poured the paint," Harini protested but otherwise doing nothing to discourage the way things were going. "It would be a shame to waste it."
"Sod it." Blaise used his grip on her ass to pick her up. Obligingly, she wrapped her legs around his waist. "We can always buy more if we need it."
