Chapter 12:Lovey Dovy
It was still the middle of the night right now as all the teams slept happy to have their exams finally over. But right now for some of them isa was tossing and turning in her sleep groaning complete pain it seems.
As hearing it this time was viola thanks to her large rabbit ears as she looked over with a worried look right now. She noticed that isa was tossing and turning in her sleep
Getting up from her bed she walked over to her before nudging her to wake up
"Isa…hey isa are you okay?"viola asked startling her awake as the panther faunus stared at her for a moment
"Whats up its late?"isa whispered to not wake anyone else up
"I see your having trouble sleeping are you okay?"viola asked
"I'm fine just trying to get comfortable. I'm going back to sleep bye"isa said laying back down backed turned to her concerning her.
As viola wasn't convinced right now wondering if it was something deeper than this right now as she thought about figuring out a way to help out her cousin and friend. But she slowly went back to sleep as isa was wide awake because of all her nightmares but tried to get some sleep
The weekend had came around again with them all in complete joy having passed their exams. Along with that some trying to figure out names for their weapons with nyx humming heavily to herself
"No more exams lets go!"kenji cheered in joy eating his breakfast
"Though uhhh nervous for our results which might mean we fail….yeahhhh"yuki said with worry
"It'll be fine because our team got a huge boost in power. "Cleo said with a grin as delilah was eating her breakfast happily
"Har har very funny because all morning she been trying to come up with a name for her weapon"selene said as the wolf groaned laying her head down right now
"I have nothing"nyx whined as nubia eyed her for a bit
"Just call it phantom or something it makes sense since your other weapon name is spectre"nubia said as her big sister thought about it liking it
"Okay i like it butttt….you don't get naming right every again for one of my weapons"nyx said with her tongue out
"God your all childish what is everyone plans exactly for today?"lynn asked as they thought about it
"Probably practice for today and gear up a little before the tournament starts"simone admitted
"Mhmmm maybe go for a bite to eat later tonight"bora added
As they did isa got up leaving without a word which rosa noticed worried right now sighing for a moment
"Isa been getting weird lately do you think we should do that party stuff and prepare for it tonight?"rosa asked as they thought about with kris nodding
"We should shes been acting strange lately. Along with that its worrisome we could all split up to do our own things for the day."kris siad as viola looked down for a moment
"Well i am worried about isa last night she was struggling to sleep. Do you think what happened at that rave is bothering her?"viola asked as chet scratched his chin
"What happened at that rave anyway?"chet asked as they got quiet with kenji sighing
"Cousin destroyed some bot that looked like a human and…i'm thinking she might feel guilty since it possible made her think she murderered someone"kenji said making chet choke on his drink for a bit as nova and felix shared some looks
"That is kinda messed up but would that really happen?"felix asked as viola tapped her chin for a moment
"It could possible happen maybe i could ask my moms about it at some point tomorrow or aunt dimona."viola stated catching some interest on the name
"Whos this mysterious aunt of yours?"vicktor asked as close by someone spoke up
"You mean my teammate diamona ghastly the best therapist in all of remnant"nadia said startling them all right now as they screamed almost with zoey by her side including taika who frowned right now as his sister and mom dragged him here
"Hey guys….look who came for a visit"taika said pointing at the two as they wondered how much they heard
"How much did you hear?"nubia asked
"Most of it but mhmmm getting flashbacks to that party your parents set up for his mom back in the day to cheer her up"Zoey said pointing at eros who scoffed at the thought slamming his fist down
"Oh my mother who always is too busy to spend time with her kids. I'm leaving"Eros said walking off slamming the doors behind him startling them for a bit as they shared looks
"Now we have two problems eros and isa….whos tackling what?"kenji asked as they paused as yuki grinned
"I know how to help my cousin hey arc and moon come help me grab salacia"yuki said making them eye each other for a little bit right now

With the poor teen right now the tiger grandmother was busy dragging her out of the school into the front. But they also had tootsie who was rolling around being playful right now as miu rubbed her belly

As kirko noticed the two smiling"Well here we are my lovely mother in law brought out little girl"she said as fay was red in the face right now
"Why am i here?"fay asked in fear right now as razma chuckled
"Its obvious sweetie we wanna help you out before the festival happens"razma said confusing her daughter right now
"Huh?"fay replied as miu sighed right now
"Sis shes talking about your new crush that you have now"miu said making the red head face light up like a christmas tree bulb hearing those words.
"B-but i just broke up with donny and i um…umm….uhh…"Fay said getting cold feet as nadia laughed right now placing an arm around her daughter
"Come on now sweetie i know what happened with that boy is terrible. Especially with that little whore that got my son fired"nadia said in anger as tootsie hissed a little at that with kirko rubbing her head as sean sighed
"Come on now sis. Just do it you keep saying everytime your at home that hes so nice and sweet just ask him out"sean said with the girl thinking about it groaning
"But his mom is a famous music producer what if she hates me for being a perv"fay asked as she got her mother pervy genetics as razma sighed making her sit down on a nearby small wall with her mother smiling at her
"Hey you got being a perv from me. But let me in on a little secret…i just do this for fun i'm not that pervy"razma said making her daughter blink as she continued

Taking her mother words into her heart for a moment she had a determined look

Meanwhile with holmes right now he and morgan where busy doing something. That was talking to calliope right now who was frustrated as she was talking over the scroll with her husband. As they where in a simple apartment right now that she rented with her status as a music producer as she paced back and forth for a bit
"Dammit dear why did you have to tell them about our son? If they find out who he is their going to gut him the moment they see him"Calliope said as scar sighed on the other end
"I know…i know but i have a plan for that just incase besides it made me smile seeing the looks on their faces after i told them what i had over the years"scar said as morgan growled
"Better hurry up and tell me the good news if my mother got her arm yet jerk"morgan said as their was silence with scar huffing
"Shes getting a new arm brat be patient. Besides right now how is everything coming along with the plans their?"Scar asked eagerly as they paused with holmes scoffing
"Getting harder to get close to those dam brats. But with the recent expulsion of that freak you hate so much. It makes thing a little easy though those aoclytes and now even spec ops are everywhere. Still trying to win that…ughhh idiotic girl with my charm"holmes said with a disgusted look on his face
With his father sharing it as he was on a holo projector with him crossing his legs for a moment"well its terrible that you have to do that. Besides sooner or later i need you or that jane girl to sneak around and–"he was stopped
As the sound of knocking could be heard making them on edge as calliope quickly placed a hand on a hidden pistol in her pocket. With them waiting for a bit a buzzer rang on the doorbell
"Excuse miss calliope your son has a guest"someone said making them eye each other thinking it was jane as morgan walked over opening the door. But it wasn't jane instead it was a nervous looking fay right now tapping her fingers before flicnhing seeing her
"Ummm uh hi is ummm holmes here?"fay asked as they heard her voice with scar grinning right now nodding to his son as he walked over. As holmes put his facade on opening the door smiling at her
"Oh its you the girl i danced with and uhh oh hello"holme said seeing that right behind her was someone that had to follow her that being june who crossed her arms with two acolytes by her side.
"Heyya kid i'm her bodie guard sorry i'm here since i can't leave you alone. Uncle orders"june said pinching fay cheeks who blushed
"Grandma sent you after me i know it but uhh…who are you?"fay asked morgan who scoffed
"I'm his teammate jerk….i got dragged here to meet his dumb mom"morgan said as callopie walked over glaring at the girl for that right now
"Morgan dear please leave for the evening i need to have a talk with our guest and my son"calliope said as the girl scoffed but as she walked away june eyed her for a bit right now. But as she left the two entered the hall being in an awkward silence for a bit
"Sooooo that girl is creepy"fay blurted out covering her mouth but calliope scoffed
"You don't know the half of it. Right now that little twerp was someone from the orphanage my son was at when i adopted him"calliope said peeking some interest
"Hes adopted?"june asked as holmes rubbed his neck
"Indeed i am just….well…uhh morgan…is well….god i hate how our team got stuck with her in my opinion"holmes said putting on a lie it seems as fay looked surprised
"Why is she weird?"fay asked as he winced
"Well if you count the several dead stuffed animals on her side of the room along with uhh…being interested in dead bodies"holme said with a shiver as they paused with june gagging
"Ohhh that aint creepy but uhh…you wanna ask him infront of us sweetie or…"she paused on the words as fay nervously looked at calliope for a moment whining
"Can i ask him out on a date please"fay said embarrassed as their was a shock for a moment but internally calliope just smiled on that with her clasping her hands together before pinching holmes cheeks
"Awwww i think that would be fine with me"calliope said with a grin as holmes forced a blush as he stared at her for a moment sighing heavily.
"I umm sure…how does uh tomorrow around noon sound"holme said making fay blush even more as she swayed her hips
"Ummm sure see you then!"fay said leaving the place with june staring at her with the acolyte before grabbing a knife placing it near his throat making calliope eye her down
"If you skip out or hurt that girl brat i'm coming back here to teach you a lesson then drag you over to her parents and siblings. Got it…because she just had her heart broken by some asshole who got her dad fired"june threatened as holmes put his hands up
"I agree ma'am"holme said as june huffed leaving them as she did calliope smiled to herself right now
"Well seems thats a step ahead…get close to the little whore brat and well…"she paused as holmes smiled as they walked backed into the hotel room
"Teach them a lesson for what they did to our family"he added glad his plans are now in motion for that little red headed girl from his father long hated enemies.
Meanwhile with rosa, kris, zoey, cleo, kenji,lynn, bora and felix right now. They where busy walking around looking for anything that might attract their attention. But mainly cleo was admiring her new sword right now swinging it around a little laughing on what she just got.
"Oh man this is awesome i mean its so light and sharp…i'm a ninja now"cleo said making bora giggle a little at that
"Your not a ninja besides….isa would fit that bill more"bora replied making her girlfriend frown at that
"Besides that i think we should keep on moving besides what else are we going to be doing now?"felix asked with kenji humming snapping his fingers
"Getting a cake for my cousin where should we go?"kenji asked but his fox faunus of a bodyguard had a grand idea
"Heres one lets head back to the compound i know an expert baker"zoey said peeking their interest
"Are you sure we can just go buy one from a shop"kris replied but rosa thought of who she meant
"Ohhhh him…i think we should listen to auntie she might have a great idea right now"Rosa said as they agreed on that
Quickly they boarded the nearest shuttle to reach their next designation for the day. Once they reached the compound right now someone ran over to greet them. That being a familiar corgi barking and barking as drei barked around them
"Drei? What are you doing here?"rosa asked picking him up as he licked her in the face right now as someone laughed
"I brought him over sweetie since i found him wandering the halls"ruby said startling her daughter her pet almost escaped
"Nooo i'm a bad owner!"rosa whined as drei bite her nose gently making her squeak almost dropping him. But just in time felix caught the mutt who titled his head right now as he set him down with the corgi running around with his stumpy legs
"Okay the dog here is a biter"felix joked making some laugh for a moment as zoey sighed
"Heyya red guess what we need help with something that only one person i know can do"zoey said as ruby took it the wrong way
"Make an explosion that can possible decimate the entire eastern side of the city"ruby jokignly said as they eyed the women then rosa wondering if she could do that as zoey laughed for a moment
"No…make a cake you dingus"zoey said as the silver eyed women laughed a little
"Right it slipped my mind. Let guess you came for cardin help or one of my many sister in laws"ruby asked
"I guess we are maybe this time i won't have to hear some weird fact about my leader family"lynn said with cleo eyeing him down for that for a bit
"Where not weird"cleo said but as she said that right now two of her male siblings where screaming running away from five of their female teenage siblings
"Get back here you jerks! Were gonna shave you bald for this!"one shouted with paint all over her face as the boys screamed in fear
"We aint dying today! Someone help us please"! A boy begged as they screamed with the girls chasing them as she stared at lynn with i told you say face as he opened his mouth to say it
"Don't you dare do it or i web you to a wall"cleo warned as they headed inside
Once they where inside the lovely home right now busy cuddling her grandbaby was meg who was gushing over sakura who was sleeping soundly in her arms. Along with her was a familiar parent that being fylod alongside nezumi and someone else that being leon. Who grew old over the years along with him having some grey hairs now as he was wearing some blue jeans with a dark grey shirt on laughing.
"Dam kid you had another tot cute little bugger aint she"leon said to may who sighed
"Shes adorable but still maybella won't tell us what hers is"may said to maybella who was sitting down with a grin
"I can't me and our husband agreed to keep it a secret. "Maybella grinned as close by was xiu, wendy, mavis, saeko and rei. As their was also neo who was holding nou who was biting on her sleeves as she stopped her wagging her finger at her
But nou stared at her aunt bleeping at her continuing to bite her little sleeves to her aunt annoyance
"Awww is someone mad her little niece isn't listening to her"mavis cooed as the so called mute rolled her eyes at her
"Shut up mrs. i hate faunus and now love them"neo said but right now this stunned someone hearing her talk
"She can talk?!"lynn shouted in shock as they stared at them. But this made sakura become very fussy as she began to cry loudly right now making them all wince holding their ears in pain right now
"Gah! My ears they hurt…owwwwww"cleo whined
"What?"kris asked shouting right now as fylod walked over taking the baby right now rocking her in his arms as she gently calmed down still teary eyed. As meg took her back whipping her tears away shushing her
"Its okay sweetie….but…"She paused as they glared at lynn as saeko growled at him
"You woke our daughter up again brat"saeko growled right now but he was still caught offguard hearing that women talk
"How is she talking? I thought she was mute?"lynn asked as they stared at the women who was a so called mute as kenji snickered
"She likes to pretend she mute to people who don't know her it was funny while it lasted"kenji said making neo sigh her joke was ruined now
"Great its ruined why are you here? Let me guess to annoy us with your presence?"neo asked but it was for something else right now
"Nope its something else cousin that being making a cake for your daughter who upset"zoey said making them go quiet as neo looked down heartbroken hearing that right now as nou walked over hugging her brother legs
"Is cousin okay?"nou cutely asked as he rubbed her head
"Shes just upset baby sis besides…go play with the others right now okay"kenji said as she nodded running off to play somewhere else in the house. As they sat down suddenly lynn was forced to hold sakura in his arms
"I can't hold h–"he was stopped
"Bup you made her cry you hold her"wendy warned making him frown as they sat down with leon laughing walking over patting his son on the back right now
"Heyya buddy how you doing right now?"leon asked as felix sighed with a swaying tail
"Fine dad. Let me guess talking about sniper with your favorite apparent student"felix replied as may chuckled
"More like sniping buddies besides if your here about a cake. Mavis where your brother hes a master at baking close second to my husband"may replied making cleo think about that
"Hey dad could make it"Cleo said but saeko shook her head
"Hes busy with something else dear your uncle can help with it since he has free time. I can put in a request toward him. What flavor does she like?"saeko asked as neo thought for a moment snapping her fingers
"Ice cream cake make it three flavors. Chocolate, vanilla and strawberry"she said as the women nodded as mavis quickly sent a text to her brother getting a response back immediately as she smiled
"He can get started on it soon besides anything else new?"mavis asked as they thought for a moment with kenji opening his big mouth
"Oh i think fay going to ask out that holmes guy. Shes doing it before cousin ask out that guy over their"kenji said pointing at two people that being rosa and felix. As rosa became mortified right now going very red in the face as she went squeak before turning into her petal form flying away from them at that moment
Their was a moment silence with them staring at felix who blinked"oh great you made it awkward for when i wanna ask her out jerk"he said casually
"Well i…wait a minute do you like her?"bora asked as he nodded
"Uhhh kinda knew she had a crush on me for like i don't know two years"felix casually mentioned making them eye each other for a bit as leon shades slide off his face staring at his son giving him that look
"Son you gonna go fix that or…."he paused eyeing ruby who walked over before grabbing felix by his throat suddenly scaring him
"If you hurt my daughter i will hunt you down and pin your tail to the mural in vacou. Then i strip you bear and leave you in the desert naked if you hurt her. Got it"ruby threatened as he understood
"Got it! Jeez i'll go ask your daughter out lady"felix said as she let him go as he walked away to find her as some stared at ruby for a moment
"Dam your scary"flyod said as she scoffed
"I may be bubbly at times but mess with my daughter your going to regret it"ruby warned
As with felix he was looking around for any sign of that girl he knew had a crush on him. Along with that having the same feeling toward her. As he was looking around her had a helper bite his ankle. Looking down it was drei who barked as he smiled
"Heyya buddy mind helping me find your owner?"felix asked as the corgi sniffed around before prancing over to something. That being a closet that was left slightly opened but he pushed it opened to reveal a red face rosa
Who immediately flinched seeing him as the two stared at each other as he sat down on the groun. With the silence she whined
"i..i..um….umm…my cousin didn't mean me he umm uh…"rosa stammered her words as felix sighed leaning against the wall next to him
"Why do you have a crush on me even?"he asked making her flinch
"W-what?"rosa replied as he sighed saying it again
"I mean why have a crush on me? I'm bland and boring you…your interesting because of your eyes"felix said as rosa was stunned for a moment before looking down
"I um…i just…your interesting because…you are always so kind to everyone. When i first met you i saw you stand up to someone for being different. You didn't care about who they where and…helped them…and…you helped my cousins when they where being picked on"rosa said with a blush as he chuckled
"Hey that nick guy is a prick besides….your pretty interesting yourself"Felix said making rosa look down embarrassed
"No i'm not…i'm just a weapon geek whos too young to be a huntresses. Along with being a ummm nervous mess at times"rosa said but he shook his head at that
"Hey you may be nervous. But it takes alot of heart to admit you got faults i mean when you rescued me and my dads soldiers from those cultist that took alot of heart to do. You got in trouble i'm sure but…your a sweet girl who always puts other first. I mean your putting your partners happiness first after she lost family….family i'm sure you miss too"felix said as rosa thought for a moment as she did miss her uncle but kept her emotions under check
"I do miss him but…umm…i umm…."rosa paused with a red face groaning right now
"Do you wanna go on a date tomorrow?"rosa asked as he grinned at her
"Sure…lets get out of here before where teased"felix said offering a hand as she took it being taken away from here. But right now watching from a nearby corner was ruby smiling at that hoping her daughter has a normal love life compared to hers when she found her own love.
Seems that rosa finally asked out her long time crush for a date. But it seems holmes little scheme is coming together as all he needs to do is play with the heartstrings of fay to get his revenge. Thanks for reading!
