Harry stood back and dusted off his hands as he looked upon the monolithic structure he just finished building. The building was a tower of stone on an island of bedrock surrounded on all sides by the water. The large gray building was uniform all across, no windows, no entry ways, and completely rounded like an old wizard's tower.

"Who would have thought that I would be the next person to build something on Azkaban Island." Harry said to himself as he just continued to survey his work as his thoughts were cast back to when he first envisioned this building.

It was several months ago, before Christmas of 2010 when he was approached by Fury after the Hulk and Thor issues. Fury had called him into his office and locked everything down, "Make sure we're secure."

Harry waved his hand and coated the room in privacy charms giving Fury a nod to go ahead, "I've been looking over the lists from your HYDRA tracker and we aren't ready to house this many traitors. Not only that, even if we had the space we couldn't trust the regular prisons to hold people like HYDRA agents."

Harry nodded agreeing with him. The amount of high level politicians and government officials already on the list was staggering. "What do you have in mind?"

"Do you think we could make expanded trunks to hold our prisoners?" Fury asked. Harry thought over that idea and while it could work it would also be extremely dangerous to hand something over that could hold an army.

"While that could work, do you really want me to hand out steamer trunks that could transport armies if they ever fell into the wrong hands? Not to mention if the trunk was damaged It could cause a catastrophic collapse of the space inside killing everyone." Harry could make the trunk fairly indestructible but the more he thought over that idea the more he hated it and didn't need to give Fury that information.

"Damn! I was hoping that we could just pack them away." Harry chuckled slightly at the pun whereas Fury just rolled his eyes not meaning to make it. "Any other ideas?"

Harry scratched his chin in thought "You remember me telling you about that island prison from my old world?" Fury nodded, "We could build something like that. It'll take some time but with wards and some special enchantments I could have something truly difficult to escape."

Fury nodded, "Do it and send me an expense report. We need this up before we can approach and apprehend the HYDRA agents."

After that Harry had spent months transporting stone and steel creating a completely self sufficient and isolated prison. He molded steel bars into a rounded cage and layered granite on top, making the impressive tower prison in front of him. After he finished the walls and roof he expanded it making it the largest prison in the world.

Harry came back to himself and decided to do a final walkthrough. He approached the prison from the largest piece of land on the island left. Getting close to it allowed a large metallic door to appear opening to a corridor that was blocked off on the right and left by steel bars. To the front was a large office with several windows allowing visitors to talk to the people manning the prison. Walking off to the side he opened a steel bar door and entered the first level of the prison. The cells were set to the inside of the prison and followed the curved pathway all the way around. Interspaced between each cell was a human sized stone knight. He followed the hallways to the back side of the prison that led to stairs. Each of the 8 floors were built in similar fashions. Deciding to check out the other areas Harry cut through a cell and used the back entrance to reach a large common area that was present on each floor. The level of comfort for each level decreased as you went higher, this first area had couches and TVs that only showed nature documentaries. Happy that everything looked ready Harry popped back outside.

Taking a final look he started mumbling and waving his hand shooting out large golden sparks that hit the ground and prison, sinking into the stone. First he warded the island from anyone who didn't have enchanted items allowing them access. Next the sparks changed to silvery white, the island slowly disappeared from common sight and even satellites. When he was done he sat down and took a break, resting up to do the final wards. Minutes later Harry stood back up and started shooting spells at the prison itself, slowly the knowledge of the island itself was removed from the mind of anyone who knew of it. When he was done Harry just collapsed back onto the ground breathing heavy. Taking out his phone he called Fury, "Hey Nick guess who."

Fury on the other side of the phone was slightly worried when the magic using pain in his ass called sounding winded, "Everything good Summoner? You sound like you just got into a fight."

"Nah I'm fine. The island getaway is finished for all those special agents you wanted to reward." Harry said as he slowly caught his breath.

On the other side Fury sent a casual look around himself and walked back to his office. "You finished the prison?"

Harry just smiled to himself, "Yup! I got everything ready, now it just needs staffing."

Fury smirked, "Excellent. Good job Harry. I will let you know when I can inspect it." Fury didn't say anything else and just ended the call. Harry just popped home, passing out as soon as he hit the bed.

Minutes after Harry finished cleaning himself up after his 12 hour nap he got a call from Coulson, "What can I do for you Phil? Lose your port-key again?"

On the phone Phil Coulson chuckled, "No Summoner this is official. We found the Captain."

Harry was startled, "You found the Captain? As in Steve Rogers?" Coulson just confirmed. "Well that's good, maybe now he can finally be put to rest."

"You don't understand. He's still alive." Coulson explained.

Harry was shocked at hearing he was alive, before he sighed and donned his armor, "Just give me a minute I'll come to you."

Coulson hung up and went about checking over vitals and watching the block of ice that contained Steve Rogers. It wasn't until he heard the pop behind him that he looked over and saw Harry in his hero outfit, "Good to see you Summoner." Harry just waved his greeting as he stared at the frozen but alive man.

Harry turned to Coulson, "I'm gonna go and check everything." Coulson decided to follow him in as he walked up to Rogers and started waving his hands back and forth doing the few diagnostic readings he knew. He was definitely alive, but in some kind of suspended animation. Similar to stasis, which was both surprising and baffling to Harry. He spent weeks with some of the smartest people in his old world working out how to do this and it happened almost serendipitously to Captain America. Shaking his head he threw some warming charms on Rogers speeding up the defrosting progress. "Well he's definitely alive. I'm not sure how, but he is. I threw some warming charms that should speed up the process quite a bit. Other than that he'll just require time to come to. Also, if I know Fury as well as I think I do, he's going to want to do some stage and pony show to ease the caption back into wakefulness. Don't, just tell it to him straight."

Coulson just nodded along already knowing Fury wanted to build a 40's style hospital room. "Good idea. I'll let him know." Harry just waved and popped away again,

Harry got back home and sat in his bedroom thinking over the readings he got, his mind wandering away to the reason he created a stasis field in the first place. Before long he shook himself out of his funk and called Tony. It took a few rings but Tony answered, "What?! Don't you know how late it is over here?"

Harry chuckled forgetting Tony was on vacation with Pepper in Fiji, "Stop being a grouch. I got news."

Tony just mumbled obscenities as he got out of bed leaving Pepper still asleep, "What could be so important?"

"Well I wanted to give you a heads up, SHIELD found the Captain alive." Harry said.

Tony was just pouring himself some water when he almost dropped his glass, "They found Steve Rogers? And he was alive?"

"Yup. It's crazy how he was basically put into suspended animation. He was frozen to the pilot's chair on that ship he crashed back in World War 2." Harry explained.

"Either that is a crazy set of coincidences or that formula did something much more than increasing his strength." Tony said as he walked out on the balcony of his bungalow.

Harry just shook his head, "I don't think we'll ever know. That formula died with the good doctor back then."

Tony just stood there for a few minutes reminiscing over the times his father would leave on expeditions to find the captain whenever he could. Slowly he was getting angry but decided it didn't matter anymore, "Thanks for letting me know Harry. I'm going back to bed though and I'll think about this when me and Pepper get stateside again."

Harry laughed, "Enjoy your vacation and tell Pep I said hello."

"Will do." Tony then hung up leaving Harry sitting in his room just staring off into space.

The next day Harry traveled to the X-Mansion to see the twins, like he did every weekend. Walking in through the front door he first found Pietro who was causing mischief with Kurt, or Nightcrawler as he started to go by. Walking up behind him he laughed quietly when he saw that they had set up a classic prank. It was only moments before Scott Summers, or Cyclops, walked out of the room only to get a chalkboard eraser to the head. Scott just huffed and looked around before seeing Harry standing around a corner looking at the two pranksters who were failing to hide properly.

When Kurt and Pietro saw Scott looking at them they ducked back behind the corner only to come face to face with Harry. Kurt was the first to reply, "Oh uh hey Mr. Potter." He saids scratching the back of his head. Then he saw Scott walking over, "Well I got to go!" and he popped away quickly.

Pietro was about to run away using his abilities, but before he could Harry's hand found it's way onto his head giving his hair a ruffle. "Not so fast, little bunny. You should apologize."

Pietro whined and looked around to see if anybody saw Harry muss his hair, "Harry! Why do you always mess up my hair?"" He said pouting and trying to straighten his hair back.

Scott came around the corner giving Pietro an unimpressed look with chat still littered over his hair and shoulders. "Pietro." Pietro, realizing he was still at the scene of the crime, shouted out a quick apology and ran, disappearing into a blur. Scott just sighed.

Harry laughed and waved his hand cleaning up the dour X-Man. "Don't worry too much about it. Just increase his training." Scott heard this and gained a small grin. "Where's Wanda?"

"Oh she's with Ororo out back training her abilities." Scott explained.

"That's good. I'll leave her to it., I wanted to talk with Xavier anyways." Harry said as he and Scott started walking through the mansion heading to Xavier's office.

"Anything happen?" Scott asked as they dodged through throngs of teenagers.

"Nothing too serious. I just finished up a project and wanted to get some input and give him a heads up." Harry explained. They continued to chat about the students and classes as they reached the office. Scott just waved and walked off to continue his business. Harry knocked on the door and let himself in when Xavier acknowledged him. "Morning Xavier."

"Oh Harry, good to see you. How can I help you today?" Xavier asked, looking up from his paperwork.

Harry sat in the chair facing the desk and waved his hand, setting up basic privacy charms. Seeing this Xavier's brows rose in question, "It's not too serious but it's still delicate." Harry paused for a moment to go over what he wanted to say in his head. "I've recently finished a project for Fury that will help handle a cleanup operation. The project is a new prison, the thing is this prison is so secure and hard to escape that we could hold super powered people as well."

At that Xavier sat back with a pensive expression, "Harry I am going to be frank with you. This idea is a good one in theory, but giving a government, any government, the ability to lock away enhanced could be dangerous."

Harry nodded in understanding, "Oh I know. My hometown was corrupt as can be, I get it. My prison will be completely under my control. It's mostly powered by my abilities and if anyone were to try and take it away I could just hide it. No, the reason I brought it up was to let you know in case you ever run into someone you aren't sure could be held in a normal prison."

At that Xavier relaxed a bit, "So what kind of safety measures are in place? Especially to keep it from the hands of people with less than ideal intentions."

Harry sat up a bit and went into an in depth explanation on the charms he used to hide the island from others. Making it unchartable and even doubling down with a fidelius charm. "That way I'm the only one who could take anyone there."

Xavier was confused at this point, "How will you transport prisoners?"

"Oh, well right now we would use port-keys to transport prisoners. Tony and I are working on something special though. We should have that figured out fairly soon." Harry explained.

Before Xavier could continue there was a knock at the door. Calling the person in, the door was opened to reveal Ororo who was surprised to see Harry here. "Well hello Harry I didn't realize you were here."

Harry gave her a smile, "It's good to see you Ororo. How was Wanda's training?"

Ororo beamed at the question, "Oh she is doing excellent. Her powers are very similar to magic and that makes it easier to train her using what I learned from my village."

Xavier cut in at this point, knowing that Harry and Storm could talk about magic for hours, "Hello Ororo, what can I assist you with?"

Ororo was pulled back to the reason she came here, "Oh right. Professor I wanted to talk with you about doing another training camp for the kids. They are starting to get restless with school about to be out and I thought a training camp, or summer camp if you will, would be a good announcement."

At that Xavier seemed upset, "I would love to. Unfortunately the place we had previously gone to was unwelcome to my advances about doing it again after seeing the kids."

Harry and Ororo both gained a look of distaste, with Harry speaking up, "Ah bigots. Can't believe they would hate kids for something they can't control."

Ororo just sighed sadly and Xavier responded, "It is unfortunate that an anti-mutant sentiment is becoming more prevalent throughout our world."

Harry just huffed, "It doesn't help that Magneto goes around shouting about mutant superiority. Bloody wanker makes you all look bad to everyone who doesn't know you."

At that Xavier winced. Harry had brought up his old friend many times and enthusiastically described what he would do to him if he got his hands on him. Turns out Harry doesn't much care for the superiority talk. "Yes, that does indeed cause problems."

Ororo smiled at Xavier's unease. She too has seen the dislike Harry has for the Brotherhood's leader. She had asked him why he held him in such poor light without meeting him and was surprised when he told her of the Death Eaters and their claims of superiority over mundane people and the atrocities they did thinking they were their betters. She could see the slippery slope that mentality would bring about.

Harry continued from there, "Are there any other places you could go?"

Xavier went over his list of aquatics and winced when he realized that there weren't really any places that wouldn't be inundated with other people during this season. Sighing he spoke up, "Not that we could get the space to goto. Most places are busy at this time of year."

Ororo and Xavier both looked upset at not being able to take the kids somewhere for them to release their pent up energy, especially the kids who stayed full mite. Harry was scratching his chin considering something he hadn't thought of before. "Let me make some calls real quick."

Xavier and Ororo both watched him pop away before looking at each other, "What do you think he's going to do, Professor?"

Xavier shook his head, "I'm not sure, but I hope he can do something."

It was several minutes later when Ororo and Xavier were discussing the new additions to the mansion that Harry popped back in startling the Professor while Ororo just rolled her eyes. When she spotted his smirk she asked, "What are you planning? You look entirely too pleased with yourself."

Harry just laughed while shooting her a mischievous wink, "My dear I've only just become the owner of some very nice land in Northern Scotland."

Xavier seemed confused while Ororo was slightly shocked, "You bought your old school grounds didn't you?"

"Oh yes. Turns out the land was in some sort of flux because of some failing wards left by another traveler years ago. I bought the area around the wards for a pittance and now own the entirety of the grounds where Hogwarts and Hogsmeade were located." Harry said as he preened, feeling proud of himself.

"Another traveler?" Xavier asked, knowing Harry wasn't a native to their universe.

"Some time back I went exploring at the spot of my old school and found a tomb, for the lack of a better word. In it was a letter to anyone who found it and how he ended up here. Turns out the ritual I used was based on the ritual he created. He ended up here several centuries ago." Harry explained.

"So what does this mean and why are you so happy about it?" Ororo asked.

Harry got excited again, "Well now I own a very large piece of land that is completely undeveloped and has plenty of space for say, a group of super teenagers to camp and train?"

Ororo smiled happily and gave Harry a hug causing him to stiffen slightly before he wrapped his arms around her. "This is wonderful Harry!"

Harry just hugged her tighter, "Yeah…"

Xavier watched the moment with a smile and coughed causing Harry and Ororo to let go and back off blushing, "Well since we have a destination, let's plan everything." At that they started going over what they wanted to do, what they could do, and where they were going to go.
