Skipping the downtime ep cause it's mostly a Kaldur thing and most of this chapter is gonna be quick cause nothing really important happens. Oh and this will be somewhat short due to reasons I shall not explain lol
All alone and knocked out in the middle of the night in Bialya, a desert like part of the world, was M'gann for some reason. M'gann soon woke up and started to speak in Martian in her mind at first before speaking English." Hello Megan! I'm on earth!" M'gann said with a smile. Happy to be here, but then started to get confused on how she got here in the first place. It would appear that the Martian girl has lost her memories.
M'gann began to walk down a sand hill a bit, pandering what she's wearing and why she was wearing this costume. But due to feeling a bit weak, M'gann ended up tripping and sliding down till she reached a grounded level of the sand area."Is this a dream?" M'gann asked herself. But as she did, Something landed near her, Causing lots of dust and sand to go everywhere.
Once the sand and dust cleared, the figure was revealed to be Connor and he seems to be pissed off. Due to M'gann amnesia, she doesn't recognize Connor and it appears he doesn't recognize her. But M'gann does recognize the symbol on Connor's shirt." That symbol, I know it. Are you...Superman?" M'gann asked.
Saying the word Superman seemed to have set off Connor and caused him to go into an attack frenzy after tearing his shirt apart for some reason. He tried to get a hold of M'gann to try and destroy her. M'gann quickly flown away to get away from him. But Connor leaped at her, about to Grab her, but then a Red figure appeared between them and hit Connor with a hammered hand so hard it sent him flying.
After landing, Connor kept away instead of going back to try and fight the figure.
The figure was Aizen and he looked mad. But calmed down a smidge after looking over at M'gann." M'gann, are you alright? Why did Connor attack you?" He asking. Aizen has been trying to find the others for awhile now and so far has only managed to Find m'gann and Connor, though only M'gann now since Connor left.
"Thanks for the save but how do you know my name? And how do you know that savage boys name?" Asked M'gann, wanting answers for how does Aizen know her and that savage boy.
Aizen stared at her for awhile and then the scarab armor around his head shifted away, revealing his face to her." M'gann, read my mind. Connect to it and your memories will be restored...probably." Said Aizen, not really sure if this will work but the scarab deduced that it will work.
M'gann, trusting this strangely handsome boy she just met, does so and began to read his mind, Connecting with it. After awhile, M'gann gasped as all her memories come rushing back to her." Aizen! I remember!" M'gann said with a smile as she hugs him tightly. She's so glad she remembers her boyfriend.
Aizen hugs her back, but then lets go of her after awhile." I am glad. But, what happened while I caused the diversion? I searched for any of you but it was like you all vanished." Said Aizen, wanting to know just what happened that caused them all to become scattered and Lost of memory.
M'gann immediately started to explain how everything was going well, till a pale boy appeared." He's a telepath like me. But he was stronger me. It caused us all to forget 6 months of our lives." Explains M'gann. Seems like the situation is worse than Aizen thought.
"The others have either found each other by now, or have went into hiding, trusting no one." Theorized Aizen as the scarab reforms the head armor.
"We better hurry or Connor might end up hurting the team." Said M'gann, not wanting that to happen. So the two quickly flown off, searching for the team.
The two ended up flying around till morning, and that is when they eventually found some of the others, but they weren't the only ones." Look!" M'gann pointed.
Aizen looked over and saw Two drone jets were speeding towards both Wally and Artemis while they were running away." You go down there and explain things to them while I deal with the drones." Said Aizen as his arms turn into blasters as he flew right towards the drone's, firing at them.
While Aizen destroyed the Drones, M'gann landed down near Wally and Artemis." I'm so glad we were able to find you two." After that, M'gann started to explain the situation to them. Hoping that there memories will come back to them after some explain, but sadly no.
Soon Aizen landed near the group." Have there memories been restored?" Asked Aizen. Wanting to know if they remember anything or not.
"Sorry boss man but we both got nothing. But you two saved us so well trust you two for now." Said Artemis, confident enough to believe that none of this is a trick.
Aizen looked over at M'gann." Can you restore there memories?" Asked Aizen, wondering if it can be down.
M'gann nodded a bit, she can do that." Yep, but I think we should wait till we find some of the others, or one more. It's a bit tiring to fix someone's memories multiple times." Explained M'gann, telling him the reason behind this decision.
Aizen wouldn't want M'gann to tire herself out, so he accepted this decision immediately." Very well. Then we better get searching. The quicker we find the others and restore their minds, the quicker we can leave the desert." Said Aizen, not wanting to be here any longer.
The gang nodded a bit as they all then headed off in a direction, following Aizen for a long while till it eventually was dark out. Aizen managed to pick up some life signals." Perhaps we will find Robin or Kaldur in this direction. Or maybe Connor fighting them." Said Aizen as they were all getting closer to the life signal.
But as they got closer, they all heard the sound of gun fire going off." Sounds like a teammate has been found. Let's go and say hi." Said Wally as he pulled down his goggles and speeds off.
There was a few men in black uniforms( not those men in black), firing at the boy wonder himself, Robin. But Robin was able to dodge the bullets and was about to throw one of his Robinrangs, but then Wally showed up and punched one of the men." Sup Robin." Said Wally as he then speeds over to the next guy and punched him.
The last guy was about to book it, but then got hit by a taser arrow in the back and fell to ground while getting shocked. Artemis walked over with the others and then takes back her arrow. Robin smiled a bit as he walked over and shakes hands with Wally." Kid flash! Good to see a familiar face. But who are they?" Asked Robin.
Before Wally could explain, Aizen spoke up." We are a team, but you all have lost your memories. M'gann here should be able to restore them." Said Aizen, motioning towards M'gann as she floated down next to him.
"We're still missing Kaldur and Connor, but we probably won't be able to help them till all of your memories are restored." Said M'gann as she then stretches out her hands and enters the minds of her team, minus Aizen.
As M'gann was restoring there memories, Azien tried to pick up Kaldurd life signal by trying to locate the sea man's electric energy. Aizen soon found it and as he did, the others were done." Have your memories been restored?" Asked
The team nodded a bit." Yep, we all now remember half this team wants to kill people." Kinda joked Wally, and that earned him an elbow to the gut from Artemis.
Aizen ignored this and goes straight to the point." I have found Kaldur. But he is weakened and will need medical attention most likely." Said Aizen, explaining his theory.
"What are we waiting for? Let's go and help him." Said Robin, in no mood to let a teammate continue to suffer.
The team ends up rushing to Kaldurs location and eventually after a few minutes, the almost whole team ended up finding Kaldur on the ground passed out, mumbling in his native tongue." Guys, he's too weak for me to restore his memory's." Said M'gann as she stared down at Kaldur, feeling a bit sorry that she won't be able to restore his memories immediately.
Aizen goes into a deep thought for a moment before speaking." We still need to find Connor. Robin, Wally, I need you two to take Kaldur back to the bioship. The rest of us will find Connor." Orders Aizen as he takes flight immediately, before anyone could object.
M'gann uses her telekinesis to lift up Artemis." Good luck being nurses boys." Said Artemis with a wink as she and M'gann left and went after Aizen.
Wally groans a bit as he grabs Kaldur by the legs and Robin grabs under the arms." Oh man, why do we have to play the nurses?" Asked Wally as the two of them take Kaldur back to the ship.
"Just shut up and lift." Said Robin with a frown, a bit frustrated he got stuck with this. But it's probably for the best cause it will be a bloodbath for what happens next.
The trio ended up finding a camp crawling by goons with guns. Aizen stared at the tent for a while, the scarab giving him x-ray vision to see inside of the tent." Superboy is in there. They are running tests on him and something else." Aizen explained the situation.
Artemis pulled out one of her new deadly arrows and readies it." So what's the plan." Asked Artemis, ready for whatever.
Aizen first quickly has the scarab scan and run backward checks on every one at the camp and as it turns out. They all had horrible crimes. Murder, sex trafficking, and a few others. Even the scientists as well."Artemis, you and I will cause a distraction by while M'gann frees Connor and restore his memory's. Full lethal force will be used." Said Aizen, meaning that there's not a single criminal worth saving here.
The two girls nodded as then M'gann goes invisible and makes her way into the tent. While she did this, Aizen and Artemis begin their attack. Artemis fired an arrow right through one guys neck, it then started to beep before blowing up and taking a few other goons to the grave with him.
Gunfire, Explosions, and Screams were all that could be heard from outside of tent.
The scientists each started to freak out a bit and stopped the tests on Connor and then tried to flee. But then a couple of scalpel's very quickly speeds across each scientist's throat, killing them. M'gann turns visible once they all were dead. She then unlocked the restraints on Connor and then entered his mind to try and fix him.
M'gann was not the only one in there however. A pale man with a strange head with a see through head where his brain is shown." Simon says forget!" Simon must be his name.
Simon tried to make M'gann forget everything like he has before, but this time, M'gann was more prepared and would not allow this again." No!" She said, using her powers to stop his attempt to make her forget.
M'gann succeeded, but now the battle of the minds has truly begun. Outside of the mind battle, Connor woke up and saw the pale man and M'gann just standing there. Connor, instead of attacking, poked M'gann on the shoulder cause he was curious. Doing this caused him to join the mental battle between Simon and M'gann. As he did this, a sphere broke free and then just remained there.
M'gann noticed Connor and smiled a bit." Good, you're here. Let's get you healed quickly." M'gann said as she then placed her hand on Connor's head, Restoring his memories quickly. Simone for some reason watched this and didn't try to attack.
Once M'gann was done, Connor smiled a bit, his mind restored." Kick his ass, Sis." Connor said as he then vanished from the battlefield of the mind's.
Once out and free, Connor was met with Aizen, Artemis, and the sphere." Connor, are your memories restored?" Asked Aizen.
Connor nodded a bit." Yeah, I'm back. But there's still one thing to take care of." Said Connor, looking over at Simon and M'gann.
Before anyone could do anything, a hurricane started to form, surrounded the two telepaths. Sphere was almost taken away, But Connor saved it." Connor, Artemis! Get out of here, I will try and end this." Ordered Aizen as he jumps through the tornado while the others left.
Once Inside, Aizen grabs M'gann hand and instantly joined her in her mind. M'gann was happy to see her boyfriend here, especially now." Aizen, he's too strong for me."
Hearing this angered Aizen, he knew dame well that M'gann can do this." You are wrong. You are strong and I'm too stubborn to let you give up. Let's end this, Together?" Aizen squeezes her hand a bit.
Hearing this gives M'gann the confidence boost she needs. M'gann then nodded as she then looked at Simon with a glare." Leave my mind alone!!" M'gann yelled as she sends a powerful attack at Simon, causing him to be forced out of her mind and sent flying thanks to the tornado.
Once the battle of the minds was over and everyone was in the real world, M'gann almost passed out from that last attack and almost fell down, But Aizen caught before that happened." M'gann,Are you alright?" Asked Aizen as his armor around his head shifts away.
M'gann opens her eyes and then looks up at Aizen with a smile." I am now." M'gann said with a smile as she then placed a hand on his cheek and then leans in and Kisses him on the lips.
Aizen kisses her back as he held her close, glad to see that M'gann is not harmed in anyway, just tired. The kissing was interrupted by a few Coughs. M'gann and Aizen both looked over and saw that Connor, Artemis, and sphere were watching." Maybe save some of that passion for back at base?" Suggested Artemis with a slight grin.
M'gann blushes a bit as she gets up, Azien gets up as well now that the moment is ruined." We should head back to the ship, the others are waiting for us and Kaldur still needs his memories restored." Said Azien as he then creates a big box construct around everyone before flying and taking them all back to the bio ship.
Today has been a strange day, then again, that's the life of a hero...
It's been a couple of days since the whole amnesia mission and the team finally got some relaxation time, well mostly everyone. Today was the Day that Aizen, M'gann, and Connor go to school.
Before going to school though, Connor was making repairs to a motorcycle he found. However, as he was doing this, Sphere was bumping into Connor, a bit jealous of the bike perhaps. This caused Connor to chuckle a bit." Okay okay, you have my attention." He said as he pats sphere.
Suddenly flying over with a few other people walking behind her was M'gann, who had three bags that most likely held her, Aizens, and Connors lunch."Connor! Are you ready for school?!" M'gann asked with excitement. M'gann had yet to experience school and soon shall come to dislike school, probably.
The people who had followed her were Aizen, J'onn, Clark Kent and Lois Kent." Hey sport, you ready for your first day?" Asked Clark as he walked over along with Lois.
"Mom? Dad? What are you guys doing here? Don't you two have work?" Asked Connor, still not used to normal human things.
Lois hugs Connor before letting go and explaining." Well we came to see you before you left for your first day of school." Said Lois with a smile, feeling happy for her son. This may be how all mothers feel when sending their kid to school.
While the happy family talked, J'onn talked with M'gann and Aizen. Well Aizen was just standing near M'gann and wasn't really part of the conversation." Now remember M'gann, no powers." Said J'onn.
M'gann nodded as she shapeshifts her outfit and her green skin to match that of a normal humans." Understood Uncle J'onn." M'gann said with a smile.
Aizen stared at everyone, watching them all interact with each other and felt a bit jealous. Aizen doesn't have any blood relatives alive nor his Father Atrocitus here. But Aizen got over this quickly, not wanting to focus on that." We should get going before we are late." Said Aizen. He wore some black shorts, black tank top with his new logo on the front,Which was a scarab beetle with a red lantern symbol on it, and a red jacket.
M'gann nodded a bit. It was about time to leave." Oh before I forget, Connor, you should probably change your shirt. You might get recognized." Pointed out M'gann. That's a good point.
Connor sighs a bit and then takes off his shirt and then turns his shirt inside out and then puts it back on." Better?" Asked Connor as he grabs his jacket.
The two just give him a thumbs up as they follow him out of the Cave. These three are about to learn that school life may not be what they think it will be, or maybe they will enjoy school, Unlike a certain speedster who is currently at school himself, taking a test about stuff that won't help him in the future.
The three secret superheroes soon enough made it to the school and not even ten minutes there, they are already causing trouble, well to be more specific, Connor is the one causing trouble. Connor caught a kid on a skateboard and lifted him up in the air. Connor then spotted the M symbol on the kids shirt and started to get mad." Explain this, now." Connor demanded.
"Hey! What's your problem man?" Some random black kid asked. Connor turns around and sees that everyone is staring at him and that they all have hero symbols or a symbol of some kind of them. The big man spoke up again." Put my friend Marvin down."
Connor scowls at the guy, but then saw Aizen scowling at him and this makes him set Marvin down. Aizen turns to the crowd of people." Forgive my friend here. He's still recovering from an incident that has caused him to be aggressive most times ." Explained Aizen, creating a cover up immediately in hopes they all buy it.
Thankfully, everyone does." Sorry to hear that man. But still, he should try to handle it better." Said the big man, calming down a bit.
That situation could have gotten bad if not for Aizen. Soon enough a teacher came by." Alright students, you got ten minutes left. I suggest you all hurry." After that, all the students rushed off to their classes. Only the secret hero's remained behind.
Connor was about to walk away, but then Aizen and M'gann stood in front of him, both having somewhat angry looks, Aizen more." Connor, what was that about?" Asked M'gann wanting to know what that random angry burst was.
"I'm sorry okay but they don't deserve to wear those symbols. None of them have earned them." Explains Connor as he crossed his arms.
Aizen sighs a bit at this, of course this was the reason behind the burst of anger." Connor, the civilians who wear those symbols on their clothes are supporting us,Believing in us. So the next time you see someone wearing a shirt or something with your families or some other hero's logo on it, do not attack." Aizen explained and said that last part as an order.
Connor sighs a bit, understanding a bit more now, would have helped to know that before coming to school, but at least he now knows." Got it. It won't happen again." Said Connor, a bit embarrassed now honestly.
After that whole talk, the trio head to their home room class and ended up having to introduce themselves to the class." Alright you three, please introduce yourself to the class and say one thing you like to do in your free time." Said there homeroom teacher, a Woman with red curly hair and an interesting dress. And what's stranger is the lizard in the tank near the window in the class.
Connor went first, make sense since his first impression out in the front of the school was a bit rough. Connor introduced himself rather lazily." Uh Hi, I'm Connor Kent and I like to work on Motorcycles." Connor said, sounding much less angry than earlier.
Next up was M'gann and she introduced herself with much enthusiasm." Hi there. I'm so happy to be here! My names Megan morse and I enjoy cooking, and this is my Boyfriend, Aizen Myoo." Said M'gann as she hugs Aizens arm, already introducing Aizen basically and making sure everyone knows that he's her boo.
Aizen stared at the class with a neutral look." Like she said, I am Aizen Myoo, and I like...making music." Said Aizen, putting little to none emotion into his introduction.
The students muttered amongst themselves a bitc talking about the introductions they just got." That's wonderful to hear. Now wh-" Before Mrs Friz-uh whatever her name is, could finish her sentence, some blonde girl spoke up.
The blonder girl had a sort of...bitch energy to be." You? Mr to much red emo guy play music? Yeah that's a lie." Said Karen as she stared her nails a bit, admiring them.
The teacher frowns a bit at this." Karen, what have we talked about saying rude things to others?" Asked the teacher as she looked at Karen with a disappointed look.
Karen scoffs a bit and rolled her eyes, she was about to say something, but then Aizen spoke up." I never lie." Said Aizen firmly, not enjoying being called a liar.
Before more could be said, the teacher spoke up, having had an idea." Why don't we head down to the music room and see for ourselves? Turn this into a lesson about trusting in the words of your peers." Said the teacher, using this opportunity so she doesn't have to make up an actually lesson for the day.
Instead of objecting to this or calling it a waste of time, Aizen decided to just go along with this for two reasons. Firstly it would help people realize he is not a liar, and secondly...M'gann asked him to perform through there telepath link." Fine. Be ready to feel like a fool." Said Aizen as he followed after the teacher to the music room.
M'gann, Connor, and all the students followed after the two, heading to the music room where it was empty and filled with all sorts of music instruments." Now I want everyone who believes Aizen to stand on the right side of the room, but those who believe Karen to stand on the left side of the room. Oh and to make things interesting, whichever side is wrong shall have double homework tonight while the winners will have none." Said the teacher with a smile as she goes over to the right side of the room.
Obviously Connor and M'gann go to the right side. Sixty percent of the class ended up on Aizens side while the forty percent ended up on Karen's side." Hope they're ready for the extra homework." Said Connor, smiling slightly.
Aizen looked around for the right instrument to blow them all away, soon he spotted a piano and then decided to play that, so Aizen walked on over and started to play some of the keys to test them out. While Aizen did this, Karen scoffs a bit." Oh come on, quite stalling and get to playing." Said Karen, being impatient.
Aizen slowly looked away from the piano to stare at Karen with a small scowl while he finished warming up with the piano. Aizen then takes a deep breath as he started to play, already knowing what song to play." I bruise you...you bruise me...we both bruise so easily..."
(All I know- five for fighting))
Everyone, minus Connor and M'gann, was surprised by how well Aizen played the piano and sang, the one shocked the most was Karen who was pissed by this. Aizen decided to do the whole song, just to show off a bit. The song made everyone want to go onto a roof and stare up at the stars for some reason...
Once Aizen was done, the whole class cheered, even the losers cheered as well. Once Aizen was finished, he got up and then looked at the teacher." Was that good enough to prove that I make music?"
The teacher nodded a bit as she smiled." Absolutely. Now then class, back to the home room, I have some homework to give out." She said. Boy it is really gonna suck to be the losers this week.
Later...
Now it was lunch time and The trio decided to go outside on the bleachers, eating their lunches there. Connor had a ham and cheese sandwich with a fruit cup, a cookie, and some Carrots. M'gann had a PBJ sandwich with an apple, some celery, and some Oreos. And for Aizen, he had some chicken strips, a peach, cucumber slices, and some weird red looking orbs the size of marbles.
M'gann stared at the bag with strange marble sized orbs for a bit before deciding to ask about them." What are those?" M'gann asked as she pulled out a water bottle from her bag and drank some water.
Aizen looked down at the what she was looking at then takes one out and then offers it to her." Sweet and sour cherry balls. Try one." Aizen said, giving it to her as he then goes back to finishing his chicken.
M'gann stared at the small piece of candy in her hand before eating it, after chewing it she immediately tasted the sour and a bit of the sweet part." That's so good!" M'gann said, loving it.
As the three continued to eat their lunches, some cheerleaders came walking over. Connor looked up from his fruit cup and looked at the girls." Can we help you?" Connor asked, trying not to sound rude.
One of the cheerleaders spoke up."Actually, we were hoping to see if Megan here would be interested in joining the cheerleader squad. We could use some fresh blood." Said one of the girls.
Connor was about to react but then Megan spoke to him in his mind."Figure of speech Connor." Said M'gann, having a feeling Connor was about to react badly to that. How she knows that expression? Well let's just say there's a secret reason behind that. M'gann smiled as she gave the cheerleaders her answer." I'd love to try out!" M'gann said with much joy. She hopes she will make it on the cheer squad.
Connor and Aizen both look at each other before both shrugging and going back to eating.
Later after school, M'gann was doing some cheers, trying to impress the other cheerleaders. Watching from the bleachers was Aizen. He decided to stick around and wait for M'gann to finish up so they could head back to the base together. Connor went back home to tell his folks about the day he's had.
Once M'gann was done cheering, she looked at the other cheerleaders and saw that two out of the three were walking away." Wait, did I not do well?" Asked M'gann, hoping that's not the case.
Chelsey shakes her head." Oh no you did, it's just...I'm sorry about this." Chelsey said, her eyes looking back at something that was behind M'gann.
Behind M'gann were the other cheerleaders with a cooler filled with water. They then dumped the water onto M'gann, giggling a bit as they do this." Welcome to the cheer squad!" They both said.
Aizen was somewhat glad they said that immediately after doing that, if they hadn't he might've yelled at them or something.
Chelsey hands over a towel to M'gann and immediately gets to explain what just happened." Sorry about that. It's an old initiation tradition, one that I wish we'd stop doing." She said as she glares a bit at her fellow cheerleaders.
"It's alright, I'm just so happy I'm in!" Said M'gann, not minding what they did, just really happy to be a cheerleader now.
Seeing M'gann happy made Aizen slightly smile a bit, for a brief moment before stopping. Aizen then grabs his bag and M'ganns as he walked down the bleachers and onto the field where M'gann was." Ready to head home?" Aizen asked M'gann.
M'gann nodded a it as she takes her bag from him." Yep! Oh I can't wait to tell uncle John about today!" Said M'gann with a smile as she and Aizen walked away from the football field, today had been a great first day for the three secret young hero's, mostly good anyway.
