Picking up Cody again after School, things were going to be a little different. Stolas gave Blitzo an Asmodean crystal and took the grimwoir back because Blitzo won't be needing that book anymore. So Blitzo was waiting in the woods near the school since most of the townspeople from the whole Belmont affair had their memories wiped from that terrible day. And Hell is supposed to be kept a secret from the general human population of the Earth anyway.

Of course, the erratic imp was careful in case any hikers or homeless people. At last, when Loona and Cody came to him, both of them were more than happy to step through the portal back to Hell, and Blitzo closed it by rubbing on the gem.

"You know, I think that thing Stolas gave you is working out nicely." Loona smirked. "Easier than that book. Not as heavy."

Blitzo made a frown. "Well i don't know what Stolas's issue is with me. I thought he was madly in love with me." he pulled out a small cup of beer for him to drink from the cupboard. "I've sent him many texts and tried calling him but he won't reply back to me."

"You did really hurt him." Cody pointed meekly. "You can't blame him for ignoring you like this. And besides, you weren't really in love with him anyway."

"Well.. yeah, but the way he... wrestles with me is so much fun." he took his first sips of beer. "You'll understand when you're older." He gave him a. Few pats on the head. "I'm telling you that he'll get over it sooner or later. I know it in my gut."

"Blitzo, why did you even say all those things to Stolas in the first place?" Asked Cody

"Well... it's because... I... I don't know, ok? I just blew up and lost my temper." He sighed. "And I actually thought it would be another good time with him lie he would normally do. It just wasn't like him to just say that he wasn't interested in all the usual shit I do with him."

Cody looked perplexed about what was going on, and said: "Maybe he needs a break from you. He probably needs some space for a while. You can't just bother him like that all the time, it's annoying."

"Well Blitzo is always annoying, buddy." Loona said

"What? Oh come on. I adopted you." Blitzo said

"How many times do I have to say it, Blitzo?" Loona sounded a little angry again. "You are not my real dad. And you never will be. I'm better off without you."

Blitzo had a rather surprised look on his face and looked down in pure hurt. "I... I know I'm not your real father, Loony." He closed his eyes, looking like he was about to cry from the hurtful words she just spat at him.

"Well he did save you from the pound. Not saying I'm taking sides." Cody pointed. "He did adopt you, Loona."

"Oh I know, Cody. But that doesn't make him my dad. Besides, he just needs to worry about how he's going to fix it up with Stolas."

"Well," Blitzo wiped a tear of sadness from his right eye. "I think I'll just take Cody's advice and leave him alone for a while."

"Cool." The human boy smiled.

"So do you need any stuff from the store?" Asked Loona. "Was gonna cook up some patties for dinner tonight."

"ooh! Ketchup, mustard, and pickles would be good." Cody sounded excited

"Got it."

"And can you pick up my Prozac, Loony? It's ready now." Blitzo asked

"Nope, tough tits for you, loser." Loona sang, making Blitzo frown again.

Leaving Blitzo alone with Cody, the imp laid on the couch. "What does it take for her to understand that I do my best for her, Cody? Why can't she understand or appreciate all I do for her

Looking a little awkward, the kid replied: "I'm sure she does. She doesn't show it. And besides, you've known him longer than me."

Blitzo couldn't help but chuckle. "Guilty."

"So were you really his childhood friend?" the human boy asked the imp.

The erratic demon made a frown and looked to and fro. Inside of him, he was feeling guilty about the past experience with Stolas. "It's... it's complicated." Blitzo admitted. "But i am technically... his first friend."

Cody was silent and finally said: "Well, i'm sure it's not really my business."

"Right. it isn't." said Loona. "You don't have to worry about it" she gave her adopted brother a pat on the head. "It has nothing to do with you."

Looking in the fridge, Cody got himself a root beer and poured it into a glass, and put some ice cubes in it. "Are you and Octavia still friends?" he asked his hellhound sister

"Oh yeah. Whatever shit happened with Blitzo, hasn't happened between me and Octavia. Thank Satan for that. Speaking of Octavia, i promised her that we can go to Stylish Occult together. Wanna come with?"

"Sure. That place is cool." Cody smiled.

"But first, what do you want for dinner?"

"Just the leftover pasta."

"OK then."

It was good to be back at Stylish Occult. Loona hugged Octavia as soon as she saw her again, and Cody smiled at the adorable sight. "Is your dad ok?" asked Loona

"He's fine."

showing a frown, Loona looked a little remorseful. "Look, Via, i'm sorry if Blitzo hurt your dad."

"No, it's perfectly fine. My dad is fine. He'll get back on his feet soon."

Deep down, Cody wondered if there was a way to help out between Blitzo and Stolas. Of course, he was thinking that he shouldn't get involved in this, but a part of him said he should try to put Stolas and Blitzo's relationship back on track. An idea came to his head, and snapped his fingers with a smile.
