Meanwhile, Lucky takes a short walk to the garage and starts climbing stairs. A gloved hand chloroforms him and drags him to the alley. The unseen person tosses Lucky into a white van.
A man's voice says, "Master Spencer, get comfortable. We will be spending a long time together. He tells another man, "Be sure you withdraw at least two pints of blood. It needs to be believable. He was fortunate to need dental work last year. You were able to extract pulp from his teeth. You found an appropriate donor for our subject?"
"Yes. Mein Herr. After the procedure, Lucky Spencer will be transported to your selected location. Upon your direction, the donor will befall an unfortunate accident."
"Excellent! After you withdraw the allotted blood, sedate him."

Bobbie is with Carly. Carly wants a way to leave the Quartermaines, but she hasn't convinced Jason to change the terms of the agreement. Bobbie asks if AJ is causing problems. Carly says, "I wish. He's overly nice. Edward is excessively obvious in his intentions, but AJ appears to be trying. I keep hoping he will fuck up and violate the terms."
When Jason comes in, Hannah waits on Sonny at another table. Jason sits with Sonny, and Hannah takes their drink orders.
Jason tells Sonny they are ready to start shipping coffee tomorrow. Sonny says he thinks being a pillar of the business community will have its perks. Hannah brings a glass, a bottle of scotch for Sonny, and a beer for Jason. As she hands Jason his beer, she trips. Jason helps her up. Carly seethes when she misreads Jason and Hannah's friendship as being something more.
Carly gets in Hannah's face outside, telling her to stay away from Jason. Hannah says she waited on Carly and her boyfriend the other night. Carly tells her not to make assumptions about the men she has dinner with. Hannah tells her it wasn't so much the dinner. It was how Carly threw her pelvis at him on the dance floor. She says if Jason is taken, he'll tell her himself. Carly slaps Hannah, and Hannah slaps her equally hard right back.
Sonny leads Hannah back into the club. Carly yells that if Hannah doesn't keep her stupid little hands off of her man, she is going to die. After Sonny and Hannah are gone, Jason looks at Carly in disbelief and says, "What the hell did you just call me?"
"You know what you mean to me. Someone has to look after you if you don't do it yourself. I warned you that little tramp Hannah was after you."
"Carly, you can't tell me that I can't follow around whatever waitress I want. We aren't a couple." Under her breath, Carly says, "Not yet."

Elizabeth waits for Lucky outside the school doors. He doesn't show. She finds Emily and asks if she's seen her friend. Emily replies she hasn't seen him since their brownie toast last night. Maybe he called Nikolas. Emily calls Nikolas and asks if he's heard from Lucky. Negative. Elizabeth says perhaps he'll stop by Kelly's during her shift before she becomes concerned.
Jason visits Michael at the Quartermaines. He asks AJ how Michael is adjusting to his new environment. AJ says, "He's doing well. I appreciate your help with getting him used to me. Grandfather wants me to marry Carly. He thinks if Carly is my wife, he'll have more leverage to keep her in line. I told him it was a bad idea. Mom says I should tape the terms of the agreement to his bathroom mirror. I don't think it will matter. I don't want his decisions to affect Michael or ruin my chances to raise my son. Jason, I promise I am not about to jeopardize anything regarding Michael. But I worry Carly will try to make it seem as if I am fucking things up."
"I appreciate your honesty. I'm aware Carly is playing by her own set of rules. She loves Michael but thinks I'll take her side if Edward or the family does something to violate that. She thinks I belong to her for some reason. If you marry, be careful."
"Thanks, Jason. I must go to the office. Letecia is on standby when you are ready to leave."
Emily and Nikolas stop at Kelly's to see Elizabeth, hoping Lucky is there. Nikolas wonders if Lucky would visit his mother at Wyndmere but dismisses the thought, knowing how his brother feels about Stefan.
Elizabeth drives to Luke's. She asks if Lucky is with him. She explains that Lucky was supposed to meet up with her for school, but he didn't show. When Lucky didn't stop by her shift at Kelly's, she drove to see Luke.
Luke says, "I haven't seen Lucky since last night with you." He sees Jason enter the club. "Hey, Morgan. Have you seen my kid lately? Was he working for you today?"
"No, Lucky asked for the day off. He said he had plans after classes and would be available tomorrow. Have you checked his apartment?" Elizabeth shakes her head. Jason offers to go with her to check on Lucky. He asks if she's been on a motorcycle before.
Elizabeth's eyes sparkle, but she declines since she drove there. Another time, maybe. Jason says, "Fine, I'll meet you there. Luke, are you coming?"
"Yeah, I'll let Claude know to watch the bar. I'll meet you there."
Jason arrives first but politely waits for Elizabeth. She parks her car beside Jason's bike. "Thanks for coming, Jason. I don't know how you can help, but I have a key to the apartment."
"Should we wait for Luke?"
"I think we can start without him. I got a letter from Robin. She told me to tell you hi!"
"How is she? I didn't know you kept in touch." They climb the stairs to the room above the garage.
"She's good. She starts classes next month. Here, I have the key."
Jason waits for Elizabeth to unlock the room. Luke parked his car behind Elizabeth's and climbed the stairs. Elizabeth swings the door open. The apartment is trashed. She covers her mouth in shock. Luke arrives to see the mess.
"Elizabeth, what happened here? Cowboy was never a neat freak, but it looks like a tornado flew in here."
"Luke, I don't know. It wasn't like this two days ago."
Jason says, "Is there anything missing?"
Elizabeth sifts through the debris. "His computer is gone. His guitar is still here. He hasn't brought his laundry by recently, so I can't be sure if any clothes are missing. He wouldn't leave without telling me. We had plans to meet today."
Luke places an arm around Elizabeth's shoulder. "I saw him with you last night; I know he wouldn't just leave. Jason, do you have any video cameras around your shop?"
"Yes, but Mike wasn't great about changing the tapes. They are on a 24-hour loop, and if they aren't switched out, they stop recording. Lucky was pushing for an upgrade. I'll ask around if anyone has seen him since last night. Elizabeth, if you need anything, let me know." Jason writes his number for Elizabeth.
"Thanks. I think I'll stay here and see if anything else is missing. Thank you, Luke, and thanks, Jason."
Luke kisses her head. Sweetheart, if Lucky doesn't appear by tomorrow, I should inform his mother and file a missing person's report. Are you sure you want to stay?"
"Yes, I'm sure. I'll call my dad and let him know where I'll be. I'll have Lucky call you if he returns." Jason and Luke leave. Elizabeth folds strewn clothes and finds his school backpack at the foot of the bed. She sits and unzips the pack. A tear falls on her cheek as she finds Lucky's song and the handwritten lyrics, "Elizabeth." Elizabeth sees a legal pad and makes notes of possible missing items. She hears her name and thinks, "Lucky?" She calls out and becomes disappointed to see Emily.
"Hi! Jason called me and thought you shouldn't be alone. We must believe Lucky is safe. He will surprise us by bringing us bagels in the morning."
Elizabeth wipes her face. "I hope you are right, Em. Thank you for coming."
The occupants of a white van parked outside the motorcycle shop wait until the apartment light turns off. The Dane says, "It's time to put the plan in motion. Dump the donor in the harbor. Pour the blood on the Pier; use the tissue we collected. Leave the pendant. If all goes as planned, someone will find the body in a few days. The authorities will identify him as young Master Spencer."
"Yes, Mein Herr."
Jason and Luke have returned to the club. Sonny asks if everything is alright. Luke takes a bottle of scotch from behind the bar and pours three glasses. He updates Sonny on what transpired at Lucky's apartment.
"Sonny says, "Man, Luke. I'm sorry about your kid. He's a survivor. He'll turn up in a few days."
Luke sighs, "You are probably right. I worry about the girl, Lucky's girlfriend. Jason, can you check in on her tomorrow? I hope I don't need to tell Laura our son is missing." Luke shares the story of Lucky's trek from Canada to Port Charles and hiding out while they were on the run from Frank Smith. He chuckles as he downs his second glass of scotch.
Jason finds an empty table and places a few calls to his contacts. Hannah pours him a beer. She asks about all his careers, including busboy and coffee merchant. She inquires about Sonny and his business.
Sonny overheard Hannah quizzing Jason about him and decided to eavesdrop. Jason didn't reveal much about Sonny, but what he did reveal intrigued her. Hannah asked Jason what was going on with Taggert and Sonny. Jason said Taggert had a vendetta against Sonny since he arrived in Port Charles. She asked him what, but Jason didn't divulge that information and told her she'd have to talk to Sonny.
Sonny walked out to the bar. He told Hannah that Taggert's vendetta was with him. It had nothing to do with her, and he didn't want her to interfere or get involved. He said antagonizing Taggert would only get her in trouble. Hannah said that he was right; he was dangerous. Sonny said that he had warned her. Hannah put her arms around Sonny's neck and pulled him in for a passionate kiss.
