Chapter 2
A few days later, Luz had used Teach's money to rent an apartment in town. She also started to train herself to use Teach's powers. Then, the day came for her to put her new powers to the test. It started when she decided to look for people to join her cause.She thought the best place to search would be to search Hexside. She already had money to bribe her way into the school. "Zehahaha, hello Hexside, I, Marshall D. Luz will find people to join me even if I have to kill a few students to do so," said Luz menacingly. When Luz walked up to the school, she was stopped by security and pulled out the money she had, and then the guards moved to let her in.
This is when Luz opened the door and was prepared for anything that may happen. When she walked inside, she immediately spotted someone of interest. It was a girl with pale skin and green, dark hair that was being bullied by a group of girls her age.
Luz saw how this group of girls were treating her as they insulted her. As one was about to slap the girl, Luz had stepped in and grabbed one of the girls by her hair. "You bitch, who the hell do you think you are," said Luz as she started to throw this girl. That was when these girls saw that Luz was a human. This shocked them because humans weren't supposed to be that strong. When Luz was done, she got the attention of a girl with mint green hair, and that's when this girl saw what was happening to her friends she summoned some abominations.
"Abomination, Attack," said the girl as she pointed at Luz. Then Luz turned around to see that the girl had started to attack her. That was when Luz had curled her hand into a fist as a ball of white energy formed. "Seaquake," yelled Luz as she swung her fist at the girl as it appeared the air was cracking. Then, all of a sudden, a giant earthquake had torn through the abominations and sent the girl flying. "Top student, my ass," mocked Luz as she turned her attention back to the green haired girl. She then proceeded to give this girl a card that said she was invited to join Luz. As this girl was looking at the invitation, she noticed that Luz was gone.
This girl, who was named Willow, saw the writing on the invitation. 'Come to this address if you want to be strong' that was when Willow made a decision, she was going to this address and join Luz.
