Gosh, I really was planning on updating every week, but it's really hard with university and other stuff (other stuff being my very first university crush) moving on... here is an update enjoy!!!

Christian stared up at the building. He had expected a lot of things, but no, not this. He hadn't expected an old dingy falling-apart pub in America to be where Remus Lupin spent his days, but his PI had confirmed it.

Christian sighed and walked into the pub. The place was mostly empty save for the bar tender and a few customers scattered here and there, but he couldn't miss the unmistakably figure of Remus Lupin sitting at the bar sipping a beer. His shoulders were drawn up around his face but slumped like he was trying to hide from something.

Christian shook his head. This wasn't the Remus Lupin he remembered from Hogwarts, the Remus Lupin that paraded down the halls with his three friends by his side, this wasn't that Remus Lupin, and he was going to have to fix that.

He stood straighter and walked to the bar, taking the stool right beside the man.

"Remus Lupin," he waved away the approaching bartender. "We need to talk."

The man tensed visibly and didn't turn around, but he did drop his beer, which meant Christian had his attention.

"It's really important."

He still didn't turn around.

Christian guessed he's going to have to aim directly at the heart.

"It's about James and Lily Potter's son."

That did the trick; he immediately turned to look at him, with wide honey-brown eyes.

"What- what happened to Harry?"

Christian nodded and went ahead to explain everything that had happened within the past few months.

"I do- I don't understand," He breathed. "Professor Dumbledore said that he was somewhere safe and he was protected okay." He stared earnestly at his hands but the question was directed at Christian. "Is he okay?"

"He's getting there," he replied. "But he needs you."

Remus flinched. "You don't mean that. You don't know what you're saying. I can't be near a child."

Remus looked like he was in both physical and emotional pain, and it made Christian realize something. Remus needs Harry just as much as Harry needs him. He needs Harry to pull him out of this agony that he has been drowning in for so long, this self-hate that consumed him.

"Why, because you're a werewolf?"

Remus flinched harder this time.

His Pi really had investigated everything.

"I-"

"It doesn't matter, we'll find a way around it, just like you did when you were at Hogwarts."

"But, do you really want a monster around him? around your children?"

"You are not a monster, plus I'm pretty sure Royalty will like that." Royalty has always loved anything that has to do with magical creatures. "There is no excuse Remus, none at all, Harry needs you and you need him, plus I'm not leaving here without you."

Remus stared at him for a long while, then sighed. "I warned you, it's dangerous having me around any child, but I want to see Harry-"

That's all Christian needed to hear.

"Then let's go see him shall we?"

Well here it is guys, what do you think about it? please comment a
