Chapter 4: Beowulf vs. Grendel:
Beowulf's POV:
Grendel and I were fighting, and it was a heck of a violent fight. Breca and the others tried to help, but their weapons couldn't hurt this thing!
"What's this thing made of," asks Breca.
Grendel killed many, but some of us, including me and Breca survived.
"Come on, Chatterbox," I said, "let's settle this like men!"
Grendel was about to attack me, but I tore his arm off. Grendel then runs away. Everyone cheers.
. . .
We then met with the King. "Behold," I said, "the whole of Grendel's shoulder and arm, his awesome grasp!" The King and his family were so happy.
Grendel's Mother's POV:
Grendel came back to me, and he died! Whoever did this, will pay if my name isn't Elvina!
