Chapter 6: Elvina:
Hrothgar's POV:
As we were all sleeping, a monstrous woman shows up and starts attacking us. We tried to fight back, but we were failing. Beowulf was elsewhere. Earlier, after the award of treasure, The Geat had been given another lodging. "What are you," I asked.
"Call me Elvina, Mother of Grendel!"
"Grendel... has a mother," I asked.
Æschere tries to attack her, but she kills him.
. . .
After all that, Elvina has left.
"Sire, I know what I said earlier," says Unferð, "but I believe we are going to need Beowulf again!"
"Send a message," I said.
Beowulf's POV:
I received a message from Hrothgar. I'm needed again!
. . .
My men and I then traveled to Heorot to help them with their new threat!
To Be Continued
In the next chapter, Beowulf and his men prepare to face Elvina.
