It tells the story of a hero named Beowulf, who gains fame as a young man by vanquishing the monster Grendel and Grendel's mother; later, as an aging king, he kills a dragon but dies soon after, honored and lamented. It's a prequel to Jack Frost.

11. Chapter 11 - Wiglaf

Chapter 11: Wiglaf:

Wiglaf's POV:

My Father was still fighting the dragon. "Time for you to see Elvina and Grendel in Hell," says the dragon.

"Join them yourself," I said, stabbing him.

The dragon roars in pain.

"Where are the others," asks Father.

"They abandoned you," I said, "but not me! I will fight by your side, Father!"

"Touching," says Smaug, "I could kill you, but I think instead, a son for a son!" Smaug was about to kill me, but Father and I fought back!

"Let's end this, Wiglaf," says Father.

The dragon came at us, but we used our swords and killed him together. The dragon fell to the ground, dead.

"We did it, Father," I said, "Father?"

Father... was dead!
