Charri walked into the Time Nest and saw the excitement of the gods. Toki Toki had laid the Time Egg, allowing for a new timeline to begin. Milele held the egg carefully, wrapped it in a cloth and held it close to her chest. This was her first duty as an apprentice Kaioshin, and she took it seriously.

The Kaioshin of Time excitedly called for a celebration, but both Charri and Trunks were hesitant; Trunks was worried about the food for some reason. He said he "really wasn't that hungry", and the Kaioshin of Time complained about having gotten a new apron and wanting to use it, but Trunks was adamant about her not cooking.

Charri, however, was more worried about the Time Breakers; Towa and Mira were still active, and Peparia had been missing for some time. And if Peparia was the strongest of them all, then her disappearance was concerning, to say the very least.

And almost on cue after bringing this up, one of the scrolls flared with demonic ki. They looked into the scroll, and found the alternate version of Broly, the one who was the Legendary Super Saiyan, was set into the timeline when Goku and Majin Vegeta were fighting. And this Broly's insanity was tied to both of them; Vegeta's family tried to have him killed, and Goku's cries as an infant happened at just the moment when he'd been stabbed by one of King Vegeta's underlings. Goku's presence triggered Broly's rage, of how his voice was tied to the worst moment of his life.

Charri immediately entered the timeline and transformed into Super Saiyan 2. She hoped that her current strength would be enough, because to her, Super Saiyan 3 was a blitz form, only to be used to overwhelm an opponent when they were even in power. It was not suited for prolonged fights.

Broly's rage burned brightly; he was not happy at being kept from Goku. He rushed at Charri with untold speed and power, keeping her on the back foot. Broly's power grew constantly, and Charri knew she'd eventually have to ramp up to Super Saiyan 3 in order to even keep up with Broly.

Thankfully, the fight between Goku and Vegeta reached the point when Vegeta tricked Goku and knocked him out in order to face Buu alone. And as Vegeta flew off, Charri knew it was time to blitz Broly. She used the Taiyoken to stun Broly, and as quickly as possible, ramped herself up to Super Saiyan 3.

Knowing her time in this form was limited, Charri rushed into Broly and hit him as hard as she could. Thankfully, she actually hurt him. But this wouldn't last long, since Broly's combined Legendary Form and Towa's villainous mode made him an extremely dangerous foe. So, she quickly ramped up a Super Kamehameha and thankfully knocked Broly out.

Charri powered down, and was just about to return to the Time Nest when she felt a surge of demonic ki. Majin Buu had entered villainous mode. He was now FAR stronger than Majin Vegeta, so Charri was forced to intervene.

She rushed into Buu in Super Saiyan 2, though both she and Vegeta were completely outmatched. This was how history was supposed to be, but Buu was stronger than he was supposed to be at this point, and that could create havoc if Vegeta's death couldn't slow Buu down the way it was supposed to. So, Charri once again ramped up to Super Saiyan 3 and yelled to Vegeta that she was going to launch her strongest attack. Vegeta angrily nodded, and rushed in to distract Buu.

Charri raised her hand into the sky and began charging up the Supernova she learned from Cooler. Hopefully, this Super Saiyan 3 Supernova would be enough to burn off the extra power that Buu had in this state. But she couldn't think about that now, instead, concentrating on the attack. She looked up, satisfied with the state of her attack, shouted "Vegeta!", and waited for him to retreat. She then threw the Supernova, and watched it connect with Buu.

Buu, however, was unphased, but thankfully, Buu was no longer in villainous mode. She landed, having exhausted herself with Super Saiyan 3. Once she touched the ground, she was met by both Vegeta and Piccolo, as well as Trunks and her grandfather.

Vegeta mournfully asked Trunks to watch over his mother, and looked at his son with sadness in his eyes. Charri knew what was happening; this was the first time Vegeta had ever shown any affection toward his son, and Charri was glad that her sunglasses hid her tears.

Vegeta pulled in his son for the first time since he was in infant, and held him there, warmly for several moments. He then whacked his son as hard as he could without harming him in the back of the neck, knocking him out. He then quickly and efficiently rushed in on Charri's grandfather and nailed him in the gut, knocking him out.

Vegeta then looked over at Charri and Piccolo, who picked up the children to get them away from what Vegeta was going to do. But Vegeta did something that Piccolo found unexpected; he asked if he'd meet Kakarot in heaven.

"No," Piccolo said. "You've done too much evil in this world to be allowed into heaven. More than likely, your soul will be recycled for reincarnation. The man you are will no longer exist."

Vegeta huffed. "It's just as well," he said. "Get the boys out of here."

He began charging up his Final Explosion as Charri and Piccolo took off, with Piccolo remarking on how Vegeta was doing something selfless for the first, and last, time in his life. And as they flew to the Lookout, Charri frowned, knowing that his sacrifice would be in vain.

"You're from the Time Patrol, aren't you?" Piccolo said when they landed at the Lookout, surprising Charri. "Don't look at me like that. I gained his knowledge when I merged with Kami, remember?"

"I am," Charri said hesitantly.

"Do we win?" Piccolo asked.

"I…can't tell you," Charri said. "Not without jeopardizing my own history."

Piccolo grunted. "I hope the timeline's on track, at least."

"Yes, it is," Charri said as she pulled the scroll from her belt. She closed her eyes and concentrated, returning to the Time Nest.

When Charri had reappeared in the Time Nest, she noted the absence of Milele, but happily acknowledged the Kaioshin of Time's congratulations. Trunks, however, solemnly muttered "father", and everyone looked at him to ensure he was okay.

Trunks was proud of his father at that moment. He'd come a long way from the man he first met during the Android and Cell battles. So, seeing him willingly sacrifice himself to protect everyone, instead of the man who attacked him for wanting to stop Cell from achieving his perfect form, it was a massive amount of growth.

However, history was still not back on track. The scroll of time flared again, with Super Buu being powered up by Towa. So, Charri took the scroll, concentrated on it, and once again entered the timestream. It was just after Piccolo and Gotenks had exited the Room of Spirit and Time, so Charri had plenty of allies.

She transformed into Super Saiyan 2 and rushed Buu, pushing him off the lookout and began to pummel him toward the ground. She needed to burn off the excess energy quickly, because who knew what Towa would bring in?

Thankfully, Super Saiyan 3 Gotenks had plenty of power, so she began tossing Buu to the younger warrior, allowing the child to play with Buu while she tried to keep him from ramping up too much.

They eventually got Buu down to the ground, only for the fusion to run out. This was still earlier than Uncle Gohan was supposed to enter the scene, so Charri did the only thing she could think of; ramp up to Super Saiyan 3. She had to blitz Buu to do enough damage to bring him back down to Gohan's level. She sledge hammered Buu into the ground, and began charging up Piccolo's Light Grenade attack. Piccolo, recognizing his own attack, rushed Buu to give Charri time to charge her attack.

And just as they all felt Gohan's presence, Charri released the attack, detonating it as it impacted Buu. She landed and dropped out of her transformation, knowing she had a little bit of time to rest as Gohan entered the scene.

Gohan was as strong as he was supposed to be, and he began to dominate Buu the second he entered the fray. Charri was amazed at just how far her great uncle had grown from where he had started, and he still had amazing heights to hit in the future. She didn't need to get involved in the fight, because history was still on track.

Unfortunately, Broly wasn't finished. He rushed into the battlefield, and was hell bent on killing the children of Son Goku, especially since Charri's grandfather looked so much like his father. So, Charri did the only thing she could think of and immediately went Super Saiyan 3 and rushed him. She rushed him so fast and so hard that they broke through the atmosphere and headed into space. And with Broly disorientated, she charged up a Supernova and threw it at him.

But Broly was stronger than Charri thought. He managed to hold onto the Supernova and began crushing it before her eyes. Charri thought frantically about what to do, and decided to charge up a Super Kamehameha, attempting to detonate the Supernova, hoping that she'd remove the insane warrior from the board once and for all.

She fired off the attack, watched it impact the Supernova, pleading with whatever controlled the laws of nature for this to work. And just as Charri started to despair, the Kamehameha punctured the Supernova, causing an explosion that blinded Charri. Closing her eyes, she frantically searched for Broly's ki signature, finding nothing. Broly was dead.

She powered down and floated back into the atmosphere, taking a deep breath as she did. Holding her breath in the upper atmosphere wasn't easy, and she was glad she could breathe again. She searched for Gohan's ki, and found it in a panicked state; Buu had absorbed Gotenks and Piccolo. But she also felt her great grandfather's ki, meaning history was on track. But Trunks was panicking from the Time Nest; Vegeta couldn't get from Hell back to Earth's check in station, so he wouldn't be able to form Vegito. Charri grabbed the scroll from her belt and returned to the Time Nest, got healed up again, and then returned to the timestream, and landed in Hell.

What she found was Trunks on the ground, bloody and beaten and Janemba in the powered up Supervillian mode. Charri rushed in and clocked Janemba in the jaw as she transformed into Super Saiyan 2. She'd re-entered the timeline early enough to allow her to pace herself, and it allowed her to utilize Janemba's strange weakness of being physically harmed by insults to her advantage.

"What's the matter, big boy? Falling to pieces?" Charri shouted as she punched Janemba, forcing his body to shatter like glass. Granted, he'd reform, but this was going to be fun until Vegeta got there.

This continued for a few moments as Charri exploited Janemba's weaknesses, calling him a disgusting freak, weakling, clown, ugly…basically anything she could think of no matter how stupid, shattering him each time. She laughed each time, wondering of Towa even knew about this weakness when she recruited Janemba.

Eventually, Vegeta flew in and landed next to Charri. And with Vegeta being one of the greatest trash talkers of all, the battle was heavily in their favor. They actually worked well as a team, tossing out insults as the other attacked and burning through all of his dark energy in short order. Janemba had been beaten so badly that Vegeta was able to defeat the monster with only a base form Final Flash.

Knowing her job was done, Charri removed the scroll once again, and returned to the Time Nest. The scroll finally stopped glowing purple, meaning she finally had a chance to rest. She headed out of the Time Nest, hoping she'd have time to relax before the next battles began.
