It was an hour before the party. While Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie stayed behind in Canderlot to help set up everything. Twilight and Spike were sent to get one more special thing. That was the 24-pack of cupcakes that Pinkie Pie left on the counter at Sugarcube Corner.
The duo walked casually down the cobblestone roads. Night was coming fast. The streetlights were already lit. Hidden in the shadows around the corner, the group of Equestria's most dangerous tyrannts awaited. Discord wanted to be the first to strike, but Sombra insisted he'd be the first to take a shot since he was seen as more dangerous, vicious, and threatening.
The sound of Twilight's hoofs clip-clopping echoed down the road. It sounded as if she was getting close. Closer to her doom.
"Wait," Nightmare Moon whisperes. "We can't be seen like this. "What do you mean?" Queen Chrysalis says.
"Well nevertheless they'll spot us". Nightmare Moon says. " Yeah you're right. We have to get them when they least expect it ". Queen Chrysalias agrees.
Hiding away where the ponies can't find them. Nightmare Moon and Queen Chrysalias set a trap for the ponies.
" We'll need to catch them.". Queen Chrysalias told him. "But how? Got any ideas?". Asked Nightmare Moon.

With the help of chaotic magic, Discord snapped his fingers. A tripwire appeared right in front of Twilight. She didn't notice it until it was too late. "Oof!" She said, stumbling forward. Spike fell off her back landing on his back.
The other villains stayed back as Discord came out of the shadows dressed in a black tuxedo complete with a cane. "Top of the evenin' to ya Twilight. Spike." Said Discord ever so calmly, trying to sound innocent.
Twilight stood back up as so did Spike. "Oh, Discord," said Twilight. "I didn't know you were here."
"Can I ask what such a pony like you is doing out at this hour?" Said Discord. "Especially with a young innocent dragon." He gently patted Spike's head.
"Well.. Pinkie Pie was supposed to bring cupcakes but forgot. So." Twilight explained.
"Cupcakes. For what?" Discord asked curiously. He was waiting for the right moment to strike. He didn't know when it would be right to.
Twilight Sparkle and Pinkie Pie tell Discord, "Do you know where we can find some cupcakes".
"Sure, why not! I know exactly where" Discord implied.
"Really? Can you show us?". Asks Twilight Sparkle.
" Absolutely! There is a grocery store bot too far away from here! Follow me ". Discord orders.
" Yes! We'll get our cupcakes in no time!". Twilight Sparkle said. "We also need more supplies for the party too!". Pinkie Pie reminded.
Discord kindly led Twilight and Spike down a path that was dark. Branches hung low. The moonlight barely lighting their path.
"Are you sure the shop's this way?" Spike asks Discord.
"It's a shortcut," Discord replied.
Something smelt fishy. Spike and Twilight could both sense it. At the end of the path, Queen Chrysalis, Kind Sombra, and Nightmare Moon waited for the trio, horns glowing, dark magic waiting to be used.
