Chapter 1: Hawkman:
Carter's POV:
My name is Carter Hall, but you know me by a different name... I am Hawkman! You're not going to believe this, but I was an Egyptian Prince. Centuries ago, I was Prince Khufu. I had a secret romance with the Priestess, Chay-Ara, but then we were both killed by a jealous priest. We've been reborn over the years and now I patrol Midway City as Hawkman!
"What seems to be the problem," I asked.
"They're holding up the bank and they have hostages and guns!"
"Got it," I said. I then got in.

I was faced with the criminals. "Stand down," one of them says.
"You guys don't know who you're messing with," I said. They tried to shoot, but I moved, and I took them down. "I told you."

I was being congratulated, but... it doesn't feel right. Probably because I still haven't found... her!
. . .
I was then flying through the skies, feeling depressed. Feeling lonely. What's the point in being Hawkman... if there's no other hawk to share this with.
