Luigi woke up,though he didn't open his eyes just yet.He wanted to hear the rapid stream that ran by and the callings of the flizzards.But he didn't hear them.He instead heard a snore of a reptilian beast, which was rather close for his liking.He also felt a little steam on his face when the beast breathed out, and a warm scaly thing on his cheek.

It clicked.The beast was right in front of him.And the beast was none other than the King of the Koopas himself,Bowser.He didn't want it to be true.It was scary enough when he was on Bowser's territory alone!Heck,just the thought of being in the same room as the Koopa made his hairs stand on end.If he was right,then he'd really be in real trouble.Really,really BIG trouble.

He opened his eye just a tad to see if it was true only to see that he was correct.Bowser was right in front of him,sleeping on his arm and steam coming out of his nostrils.Luigi jumped back,frightened. This woke up the koopa and he almost fell of the bed.But Bowser caught him with the hand that he had had on Luigi's cheek.

He pulled Luigi closer.What on Enoki's green Manitari is he doing? "You okay,green 'stache?Or should I say "Peach"?,"he joked.Luigi tilted his head in confusion.Then he realized what he meant.All the memories of what happened yesterday came flooding back to him like a tsunami.While stillness and absolute silence filled the room.

"Greenie,you're ok,right?,"Bowser asked again,seeming...worried?Why was he worrying about Luigi? Actually,forget that!Why wasn't he tearing him to shreds?Maybe he was acting to get Luigi involved in some evil scheme!But he seemed so genuine

"Umm...Yeah, I'm okay,"he replied,breaking the uncalled for staring contest they only realized they had now.Bowser got up with uneasiness,taking his hand off Luigi's waist - which he didn't even noticed until now - and ambled towards the door."Just rest greenie, I'll bring you something to bring down that fever and something to eat,"he said,turning his head around to look back at Luigi.

He left the room.Luigi heard his giant footsteps go through the hall and down the stairs until they got softer...and softer.. then softer, until they were no quieter than a stalking handaconda.

He layed back down and stared at the ceiling,not seeming to realize what had happened .He closed his eyes and listened closely for what noises could be heard.He heard paratroopas and paragoombas fly through the air.The podoboos jumping out of the lava and falling back in with a small,faint splash.The clashing of koopa spears hitting their shield with a clank in the training grounds to indicate that some knights were, well,training.The goombas running in and out the castle.

It was kinda peaceful actually.His breathing calmed,then it quickened as he reflected on what had happened.He was in Bowser's base,feeling sicker than a yoshi on a winters day and no way of escaping.

He was DOOMED!How was he going to get out of this one?Would Bowser tear him to shreds later? He seemed like he wasn't,but you could never know what he will and won't do! That king's the definition of surprise!

Luigi's breath got even faster.He tried to remember all the fun times he had with his brother,those usually calmed him down.But that just made it worse,and panic even more.

He pulled his knees to his chest,maybe he thought that it would calm him down?He saw the phoenix plushie next to him and grabbed it.He squeezed it against his chest and smelt it.It smelt of a fruity citric odor and ashes.It somehow calmed him down and his breathing slowed as well.

That's when Bowser came back with something for Luigi."Hey greenie!I got you breakfast but I couldn't find the other thing I was looking for you,"he said, entering the room.

Luigi put the phoenix plush he was hugging beside him quickly so that Bowser didn't see he was hugging it.Bowser closed the door behind him before he strolled towards the human and gave him his breakfast.It was scrambled eggs,bacon, buttered toast and a cup of orange juice.Bowser pulled a knife and fork out of nowhere and gave them to Luigi.

The green thunder was in fact shocked that the literal King of the Koopas,the one who helped the guy that almost destroyed all dimensions,could be so kind.Then again he was tricked and did help them in the end.And saved him when he was...Mr L. Now that Luigi thought about it, almost all of Bowser's schemes were all because he loved Peach.Almost all,we can't forget the times when he was possessed by black goop or a glitched... person?

Luigi looked up at the "beast",who was staring down at him and smiling.He smiled back.Bowser averted his eyes to a different object in the room,blushing a little as he did but Luigi didn't see.The green plumber thought this would be a good time to ask a question he had."Hey Bowsy?,"he asked, realizing what he just called Bowser only after a second.He hoped really, REALLY hard that Bowser didn't hear that he called him Bowsy.

He blushed redder than his brother's cap when Bowser replied with,"Did you just call me..Bowsy?," as Luigi covered his mouth with his hands.He was too embarrassed to respond,but he couldn't just not respond!That would've been most certainly rude.

What do I do?What do I do!I can't just do nothing,I have to do something!But what should I do?Forget that!What do I say?Why did I say that?Now what is he gonna think of me?What is he gonna do?Why am i such an idio-!?

"Yo Lu-lu?You gonna say something?,"Bowser broke the silence and Luigi's train of thought.Then Luigi started apologizing,not even realizing what Bowser called him.

In the middle of Luigi's apology,Bowser layed his head next to Luigi's leg and closed his eyes.The plumber looked at him dumbfounded,like a deer in headlights.The turtle-dragon payed no mind to this and kept quite still.Luigi,for some reason, petted him.This caught the koopa's attention,you could tell because he opened his eyes and stared at Luigi."What are you doing?,"he asked in his usual deep and sexy voice.No! Luigi couldn't think like that!Bowser was his brother's enemy and he would never like him!He liked Peach!Well,maybe there was a chance that Bowser didn't like Peach.Luigi stopped petting Bowser and pulled his hand away.

"Sorry!I thought you wanted to be petted.I should've asked first...,"he apologized,blushing and scratching the back of his neck.The room filled with a strange silence,the two staring at eachother again.A few minutes past,feeling like an hour to Luigi,before Bowser lifted his head to be eye level with Luigi.The staring contest only got more intense.It felt like Bowser was trying to see what Luigi was thinking through his eyes.The man in green turned his head,only for Bowser to grab his chin and turned it back to him,like he wanted to look into Luigi's soft sapphire eyes a little longer.

He stared back into Bowser's dark,blazing red ones.What on Enoki's green Manitari is he doing? Luigi got frightened when he saw a surprised expression on Bowser's face."Is there...something wrong?,"Luigi squeaked.That was when he felt a weird yet familiar feeling he didn't feel since he was a teenager."Luigi,your eyes turned green,"Bowser replied slowly.Yep,he was right.His lightning powers had activated.Sure he activated his lightning powers after he was a teenager,but he never felt it since he met some prankster who instantly became his bestfriend.Sadly they never met again after that day.

He couldn't understand what this feeling was,nor why he got it,but he knew that his his powers were activated every time."Yeah,they do that sometimes,"Luigi reassured Bowser."Hm,strange,"he queried. A long pause followed.Finally,Bowser got up,slowly like last time."Call me if you need anything,"he imperiated as he left the room,closing the black walnut wood door behind him.

Luigi ate his breakfast and it was more delicios than he expected.He guzzled the orange juice down before making space on the bedside table for the empty plate.Opening the drawer,he grabbed the pens,pencils,and notebook and tossed them gently into it,careful not to break anything.

He then flopped onto the bed,the bottom of the dress followed like the end of a whip.Why did he have to always make things awkward like that.He could've not have done what he did and ask Bowser questions.Heck!Think of a plan at least!

Instead of thinking about how intimidating Bowser was.Or how any girl would find him attractive if he was nicer.Man,he wished he had Peach's life.Not having to fight Bowser biweekly,having a room all to herself, able to write in the diary Bowser gave her,delicious meals delivered to her on silver platters by the utmost handsome hunk with blazingly amazing hair and velvet eyes that Luigi could get lost in for hours.

He sat up quickly and shook his head vigorously,as well as get a little dizzy but he ignored it.Don't you dare think that again about Bowser!He is the enemy!Well...He isn't your enemy...No!You can't do that to Mario!

He was trying to win his inner battle with his heart and his brain.

Two figures that looked like Luigi were arguing in a black void while surprisingly able to stand.One had a green hoodie,the same hat with the "L" insignia as Luigi,no mustache,blue pants,brown shoes and green eyes.The other was taller than the former,had a mustache,dark green cloak,light blue overalls, electric green shirt under said overalls, tall dark brown boots and hazel eyes.

"He is our ENEMY!We can't have a crush on him just because he "took care of us" for one night!,"the latter argued,gesturing his hands into apostrophes for emphasis."Not everyone that did something evil is an enemy!Plus he is Mario's enemy!Not ours!,"the former retaliated. Another figure came out of nowhere floating now entered the scene.It was the green thunder himself, Mr.L

"Could you two just shut your traps already!?Your yapping's gonna cause me a migrane!,"he exclaimed. They both turned their heads to look at him."Well,it isn't my fault this guy isn't thinking logically!,"the taller blamed.The other gasped."Well!um..It ain't my fault you act like everyone else is a machine!,"the other insulted.

Then they started arguing again."That's it! I'm leaving!,"he declared,but the two didn't hear him over their bickering.

Luigi was still lying down,he had no idea on what else to do except that.Then he heard a poof from his left.It better not be him."Hey Green Bolt,"said Mr.L flatly,gesturing his hand to say hello,not even looking at the man.Annnnnnnd it's him.Of course.

"Hey L,"he greeted back,sitting up.Mr.L looked around the room,after he did so he floated to the window swiftly and view the grounds."Ohhhh! That's why they were arguing about Bowser!,"he exclaimed like he realized something.

Luigi tilted his head in confusion,"What do you mean by "they"?,"he queried.Mr.L changed his position to face Luigi.Only to start laughing hysterically."Why-why a-are you dr-dressed like P-Peach?!?Bwa hahahahahahahahahhahahahahahaha," he wheezed between laughs, clenching his stomache with his forearms.

This made Luigi more confused.Then he remembered he was in one of Peach's spare gowns."Oh hardy-har-har!,"he sarcastically retorted,an annoyed expression fell upon his face.Mr.L wiped a tear from his white glowing eye from laughing so hard."I'm s-sorry!I...I can't help my-myself!,"he apologized,his laughter dying down a bit.

They didn't speak for a while.By now,Mr.L stopped laughing and was just hanging about.Luigi adjusted his position so he sat crossed leg.

"So... What's it like out there?,"Luigi broke the silence with a mere whisper.Mr.L seemed annoyed." Oh great! You're stuck in Bowser's castle with everybody thinking that you're Peach except the guy whose kids kidnapped you,have no way of escaping - even if you did then you would fail due to being sick and it's a Saturday - and you have a crush on said guy!What are ya' gonna do now,Bolt?"

"Wel,I was trying to figure out a plan.Buuut I got..er..distracted by something,"Luigi replied,looking away from the other him."And I don't have a crush on Bowser!Could you not make such accusations?,"he added politely.

"Sure..." Mr.L rolled his eyes.Silence fell upon them again.The alter ego floated about while Luigi stared at one of the walls,a certain turtle consuming his thoughts.

The moon was full and shining brightly across the forest,even if clouds covered its pure white light. Giant mushrooms and trees stood tall as critters were in their peaceful slumber.Stars were shone in the sky, accompanying the Lunar object.

Daisy and Mario ventured through this very forest,torches in hand Many wouldn't do this if they were in this situation,but these two were just idiotic.

The floral princess to Mario's right looked as though realization hit her like a bullet-bill.She looked over to portly plumber."Hey Mario?What if someone,hypothetically speaking,did kill Luigi and we find them. What would we do?"

"Well,"Mario said,rather calm for such a question,"We'll just have to outrun them...I guess" Daisy expression was of fret as she realized something else."But,"she paused before continuing again, "Luigi can run faster than both of us combined..."

Now the Mushroom Kingdom's hero shared the same horrified expression and feeling as Daisy."O-Oh"

They stared at eachother in utter silence under the moonlight."Welp!,"the plumber exclaimed,forcing on a smile,"we're too far into this plan of ours to go back now,so we might as well keep on looking for Luigi! I mean, so what if we come across this so called "killer" that we don't really know exists or not!We have a bag full of power-!,"he explained,digging through the front pocket of his overalls for something, only to find nothing but a receipt and spare change.

He looked over to Daisy hesitantly,back to the frightful expression he had before. "Hey, Daisy?Did you happen...to bring the, uh, bag of power-ups?,"he asked as hesitantly as he did looking to the tomboy princess.

The princess stared at him,an ambivalent stare it was."What...what bag?,"was all she muttered . Mario shared the ambivalent look that Daisy had,staring at her.

They stared at eachother for a good,solid second or two in silence,before Mario spoke up.

"Uh-oh."

And I'mma end the chapter there. I have ideas for but I don't know what to do that'll fit like a glove and I want to end the chapter. Hopefully,you've enjoyed this chapter and you'll leave a review?
