The opening begins with a familiar silhouette walking towards the bright light of the end of a stone hallway, the camera slowly zooming away from them until everything goes white.

We then see an extreme close-up shot of Willy, whose eyes are closed. When he opens them, we zoom out, revealing him standing alone, ready for battle. As the wind blows, a wave of dust overtakes the screen changing to a shot of the painting depicting the Dragon King Festival as the Fairy Tail logo appears before a wave of water overtakes the screen.

Now, we see Willy walking toward the center of the arena and then see Orga, who is waiting for him and smiling confidently. Next, from a bird's eye point of view, we see Lucy sitting in her bed in the infirmary on the right side of the screen. Then, a transparent medium close-up of her fades in from the left, and she turns to the side while glancing up. We then switch to the mysterious cloaked figure from the back, walking through Crocus during the night as the camera rapidly pulls away and tilts up towards a moon and star-filled sky.

We see extreme close-ups of Lahar, Doranbolt, and Jellal in his Mystogan disguise. However, as we rapidly pan out, it's revealed they are images from Ultear's crystal ball as she lets it hover from her hand while she and Meldy stare into it. The crystal floats upward as we follow it before disappearing into the blue sky with a flash. Next, we see a panning medium close-up of the man in armor appearing menacing while a short old man looks at him with worry. After that, a close-up of Kagura from Mermaid Heel looks behind her, and as we rapidly pull out, we see that she's standing next to Millianna, both their bodies hidden in the shadows under the moon's light. Then, we return to the arena where Wendy and Sherria dash toward each other while leaping, as Sherria shoots past from the left and Wendy from the right.

Now, we see moving shots of the various Sabertooth members before they move to the left or right sides of the screen. First is Rufus, who tips his hat, Sting and Rogue standing back to back; Jiemma, and finally, Minerva, who holds up her hand while employing her magic, the light overtaking the screen. Next, we switch to a shot outside while we pan upward, Makarov and Mavis standing side by side while Ivan and the rest of Raven Stand on a rocky plateau. Next, we switch to a shot of Laxus, who stands with his back turned as his body explodes with his lightning magic while he turns around, and we zoom in rapidly to his right eye. After that, a blade is pointed straight into the air, and while we pan down, it's revealed to be held by Erza, who stands proudly after beating the Pandemonium event, her clothes in tatters. Finally, we see a wide panning upwards shot of all the Fairy Tail members who aren't participating in the games, cheering wildly.

Willy is seen charging toward Orga, who also dashes toward him. They exchange a few blows, Willy using his water magic while Orga uses his lightning magic. Orga unleashes a powerful lightning bolt, but Willy crosses his arms, erecting a sphere-like water barrier. Afterward, we switch back to the crowd, where all the Fairy Tail members hold their hands, performing the Fairy Tail sign and encouraging him.

Willy is seen getting up from the ground of the arena, battered but still able to fight, appearing exhausted. Lector and Frosche are seen cheering from Sabertooth's side, their eyes filled with tears. Back on the Fairy Tail's side, Mira, Lisanna, and Sieri, while carrying Lapis, are cheering wildly. Then, in an extreme close-up of Willy's closed left eye, who opens it while his body radiates in a blue aura, and in another one with Orga, who also opens his eye, his body crackling and sparking with black lightning. We then see Orga, empowered with his magic raising his fist, then Willy, his body radiating in blue, taking a stance. Next, we get a quick shot of the Fairy Tail flag set up on a statue. Then screenshots of the two charging, first from Orga's perspective and then Willy's, as their fists collide. Finally, we see a shot of Dormus Flau from a faraway shot as a pillar of brief briefly shines, and we pull back, showing the mysterious hooded figure standing in a rocky landscape gazing towards the arena as the opening ends.

Chapter 216

A Shocking Wet Final Part 1

NO POV

As the renovations to the arena were underway, the crowd was still excited after the match with the dragon slayers, and everyone was looking forward to seeing the day's final fight.

Just beside the stairs watching the crowd, the mysterious girl in the hood stood by, waiting for the match to begin.

Then, as she waited, another person approached her, wearing the same cloak as she did.

"What are you doing over here?" they spoke in a female voice. "You're taking a risk being here.

"I just wanted to see this match," the girl spoke without looking. "I just had to."

"Listen, I'm all for nostalgia, but this isn't the time for that," the other girl spoke curtly. "The more we stay around, the more likely we'll get caught."

"You're the one who wanted to investigate the arena for anything suspicious," the girl said. "Besides, I would have thought you wanted to see this match more than anyone."

The other girl clicked her tongue in annoyance, turning away. "Whatever. It's not like I care anyway," she huffed. "All it's going to do is remind me of everything that's happened, and I'm positive it's something I'd rather forget."

The girl then looked back towards her ally. "I know," she said quietly. "But nothing's been set in stone yet. We still have a chance to prevent that from happening."

"Look, I know that you're trying to be positive, but we shouldn't get our hopes up," the other girl said. "There's always a chance that even if we fix things here, things could only get worse from there. The future isn't something you can change so easily."

The girl frowned in disagreement. But before she could speak, the other girl turned on her heel and walked away.

"Hey, wait. You're still not intending to go through with your plan, right?" she asked worriedly.

The other girl stopped.

"If something goes awry, I won't hesitate to take action," she said firmly. "No matter what anyone says otherwise. Even you."

"But are you seriously going to go through with it?!" the girl suddenly burst out. "There's no way that you'd be able to!"

The other girl sharply whipped her head toward the girl, her hood shifting slightly from the action, revealing a glaring blue eye.

"You still don't get it!" she snapped. "I came here for one reason, to save our future! And I'm not afraid to do whatever it takes to ensure its survival!" She turned away while speaking lowly. "Even if it means I have to become a monster."

She then walked away.

The girl, now alone, bit her lip in frustration.

"I still can't believe she's set on going through this," she thought. "And to think she was one of the most upbeat of all of us. But considering what happened, I can't blame her."

WILLY'S POV

I was waiting in a separate room, sitting in a chair, trying to get myself in the zone for my match with Orga. But my heart was beating in a mixture of nervousness and excitement. I was pumped because I now had the chance to knock Orga off his hind horse, but I was also worried about what would happen if I lost. After all, I did go and make that bet, and there was no taking it back now.

"This is it - after everything I've experienced and gone through up till this point, I finally have my chance."

While sitting there, memories of the previous events leading up to this point began playing in my head, and I couldn't help but feel all the more agitated.

Then, I heard Chapati's voice come via a speaker in a corner on the ceiling.

"It's almost time for our last match of the day! Willy Falconer! Orga Nanagear! Please prepare to enter the arena!"

I took a deep breath. "Well. Here goes nothing."

I got up and approached the door, opening it only to find Tu Chi standing there.

"Oh, Tu Chi. What are you doing here?" I asked.

"Just to wish you good luck," replied Tu Chi with a smile. "A little birdie told me you might be a bit nervous."

"Well, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't," I sighed. "Nothing gets past you, that's for sure. Say, Tu Chi, do you know if there's any trick to stop nervousness? Like a spell of some kind? I can't help but start thinking about what would happen if I lost. I know I made that stupid bet, but I can't help but wonder if I got too heated, and now I just set myself up for failure."

Tu Chi hummed thoughtfully, tapping her chin. "Well, I do seem to recall someone saying that there's no reason to dwell on something that already happened," she said. "But I can understand how much pressure it can be to have so much riding on something."

She then took a few steps forward as she continued.

"You've come so far, Willy. You've experienced the greatest dangers, the steepest of perils, and even the toughest obstacles, and through it all, you survived, persevered, and have grown into a powerful mage and one of my greatest pupils. What else is there for you to be afraid of?"

She turned around and gently used her staff to poke the middle of my chest.

"The only trick you need is faith and belief in yourself. Just as I, your friends, family, and everyone else you've met believe in you. Those that have that one thing have the potential to become something truly extraordinary. And if you're so worried about the future that you don't want to come to pass, fight with every last breath to prevent it. That is the true key to overcoming your fear."

I stared at Tu Chi. Then, I smiled gratefully at her.

"Thank you, Tu Chi," I said to her. "That was just what I needed."

Tu Chi smiled gently back, giving a slow nod.

And with that, feeling confidence overtaking my nervousness, I headed for the arena.

I soon came to the tunnel entrance leading to it again.

I took a deep breath psyching myself up as I gave my cheeks a couple of pats.

"All right. Let's do this."

I then stepped into the sunlight as I strolled out to the center. The hole left from the last fight was gone and looked like new.

The crowd began to cheer loudly. From the other side of the arena, I saw Orga, his belt strapped to his waist and walking with a swagger filled with the assuredness of his victory. The two of us soon stood at the center, our eyes never leaving each other.

"And here they come! Our two combatants for our second main event!" Chapati spoke out. "This fight's sure to be another blockbuster and one of the most highly anticipated matches! Introducing our first combatant, the challenger! He passed the preliminaries as a surprise entrant, defeated Mattan Ginger from Twilight Orge, Fuzen from Raven Tail, and, in a shocking surprise, Bacchus Groh from Quatro Puppy. He's known by the moniker the traitor of the Baram Alliance, but that name no longer seems to suit him. He's the king of the water, Triton, representing Fairy Tail... WILLY FALCONER!"

As the crowd cheered even louder, I was surprised to have been given a new title but also a bit happy. It was certainly better than the last one.

"And our other fighter is one you all know very well!" Chapati continued. "He's the reigning champ, already a Crocus Fighter's Tournament veteran. He's also one of Sabertooth's top dogs and is considered one of the strongest. He also wields black lightning to turn his enemies into black chili while putting a shock to their systems! Representing Sabertooth and defending his title...ORGA NANAGEAR!"

Orga took off his belt and proudly held it up while the masses roared.

"This match is bound to be another highlight and one of the most anticipated!" Chapati spoke. "And the stakes have never been higher! Whoever wins this match will be crowned champion, while the other will be forced to quit their guild after the games are over! After the way Natsu defeated Sting and Rogue, will Willy follow suit and seize victory or will Orga take revenge and retain his title?"

Mato then approached us. "All right, boys! This match is one-on-one, and the rules are the same as the previous matches! There's no time limit, so fight to your heart's content! The match will continue until one of you is knocked out or admits defeat! Also, I can stop the match anytime, but that is my decision alone! In the meantime, I'll hold on to your belt if you don't mind, Orga."

Orga complied, handing over his belt to him, never keeping his eyes off me.

"You know, I honestly didn't think you'd show," he spoke while condescendingly smirking. "Is it possible that you honestly think you can win?"

"I wouldn't be standing here if I didn't," I replied.

"I'll give you this much; it's not every day that a little fairy like you gets to go up against someone like me," went on Orga. "If I were in your position, I'd feel honored."

"Well, I'll give you this much," I said. "I'm impressed that you can still be so confident after the way your buddies lost a while ago. Even I would start losing my nerve after that."

"Be that as it may, let me give you something to commend you," said Orga. "I have an offer for you."

I raised a brow. "I'm afraid to ask, but what kind of offer?"

"Sabertooth prides itself on being a powerful guild composed of the strongest mages," said Orga. "We'll accept anyone deemed powerful and will accept no weaklings. That said, I would like to offer you a chance to walk away and forfeit the match. If you do, I can put a good word to Master Jiemma and have you join Sabertooth. At least that way, you won't be out of the job."

I stared silently at him.

"Think about it. If you join us, you'd be a part of something great," Orga continued. "You'd be part of the most powerful guild in Fiore, and with your strength, we could stomp out the competition and become number one. You'd get fortune, fame, and the respect you rightly deserve. No one would ever scorn or treat you like a criminal again. You'd be treated like a hero. A celebrity. Someone to look up to. So what do you say? Will you accept?"

"Sorry, but I'm afraid you're already a bit too late for that because I already have those things, so I'll have to say no," I answered. "Considering how you treated us and your other members, I think I'd be much better off as a free agent, and there are other guilds I can join. And you shouldn't assume the future when it hasn't happened yet. I'd rather stay focused on the here and now, and right now, I want nothing more than to bash your face in."

Orga looked taken aback before smiling. "Well, suit yourself then," he scoffed as he cracked his knuckles while his body began crackling with black lightning. "I wanted to give you a chance to save yourself from the pain and humiliation, but have it your way. Your little underdog story ends here."

I responded by tilting my head side to side while hopping a few times and warming up. Then, while taking a fighting stance, I let my magic power show, my body radiating in bright blue.

"I believe the time for trash talk is over," said Chapati. "Both fighters are ready to rumble, and I can feel their magic powers from up here! So let's not keep them or the rest of you waiting, ladies and gentleman! Let the match begin!"

The gong from up above let out a resounding bong. And upon hearing it, I didn't waste any time planting my foot into the ground and launching myself straight toward Orga, executing a punch, aiming for his face, only for Orga to do the same. Our fists collided with tremendous force, causing the ground to tremble beneath us. I then attacked with a flurry of rapid punches and focusing on his midsection and face, but Orga defended using his large arms and fists, parrying them away while sometimes crossing them into an X.

He would then try to land a hit with a right hook, but seeing it coming, I ducked out of the way and then turned, countering with a kick. Orga jumped backward to avoid it, and as I turned back around, he raised his as it crackled and sparked with lightning. I felt the hairs on my neck stand up, and I jumped high into the air, just in time for a giant sphere of black-yellow lightning to explode beneath me.

While in the air, I sucked in some air while aiming at him.

"WATER DRAGON ROAR!"

With a mighty shout, I unleashed a breath attack, but Orga slid to the slide and, in a jump of his own, closed the distance and, before I could react, nailed me on the head with a sledgehammer move right on the head. While plummeting to the ground, I blasted water from my palms to slow my descent and successfully land on them, then flipped backward a few times until I landed in a crouch.

"WATER DRAGON IRON FIST!"

I sharply raised my arms, clenching my hands while making them erupt with water as I dashed forward to Orga as he landed on the ground. While seeing me coming, he balled up his hands into fists, making them radiate with his lightning magic, and charged. Once again, I used various punches to attack while Orga easily defended and blocked. He would also punch me here and there while I avoided it.

Water and lightning collided and sprayed about as we clashed until I slugged him with a punch square in the cheek. In retaliation, Orga growled and gave me a punch square in the stomach, knocking the wind out of my lungs, and while staggering backward while clutching my stomach, then slugged me again on the thunderbolt-charged punch sending me flying across the arena and toward the wall. But just as I was about to hit it, I righted myself in midair and positioned my feet towards the wall.

"WATER DRAGON AQUA JET!"

I shot water from my feet, which helped slow me down, stopping me from hitting the wall.

As I landed back on the ground, I wiped my brow in relief. "That was close. I almost ended up eating rock."

"What's the matter, fairy?" Orga mocked. "Is that all you got, or are you already giving up?"

"Hardly. Just checking you out is all," I scoffed. "Although I must admit, you're strong, no doubt about that. And thanks to that little scuffle, I've got a pretty good idea of what you are now." I paused before looking at him. "You're not an ordinary lightning magic user. You're a god slayer, right?"

Orga blinked in confusion. "Why would you ask me that?"

"If you recall, my Aqua Sense allows me to sense the water within my targets in a fixed range of the surrounding area and their magic," I told him. "Thanks to that, I've sensed countless magic powers and learned to tell them apart from others. When Wendy and Sherria fought in their match, I could sense that while Sherria used a similar element compared to Wendy, her magic aura had a distinct tint or uniqueness. And while you use a different element of magic, yours is giving off the same tint, leading me to assume that you're also a god slayer. Am I right?"

Orga smirked as his body began to spark and crackle even more. "I guess you're smarter than you look," he said. "Yeah. You called it right on the dot. I'm a lightning god slayer. But what does it matter that you know? You'll still lose because my magic is a league above yours, dragon boy! And lightning obliterates water!"

His body then exploded with black lightning, his magic aura growing. But I didn't back down.

"Just because you're a god slayer doesn't mean you're invincible!" I snapped as I stanced up. "If Wendy can hold her own against one of your kind, then there's no reason I can't! NOW, CLEANSE ME WITH YOUR WATERS, REJECT THE IMPURITIES, AND LEND ME YOUR STRENGTH! RISING PRESSURE AND DAMONA'S BLESSING!"

My body then exploded with blue light as I activated my support spells simultaneously.

"Holy macaroni! Both of their magic powers have grown exponentially!" Chapati screeched in alarm. "I've never seen either of these two produce such strength before!"

I coiled my legs while summoning forth my water wings and took to the skies in a huge jump, and Orga did the same, the two of us almost clearing the arena. The two of us charged, each of us letting out battle cries, and we engaged in an all-out fistfight while in the air. Finally, I gave him a wicked punch smack in his jaw, blowing him backward, and in a burst of speed using Aqua Jet, tried to follow up with another attack. But Orga suddenly vanished from my vision as I heard his voice.

"O, SOUTHERN THUNDER! SEND YOUR SHOCK RAGING ACROSS THE SKIES AS YOUR THUNDER CRACKS! LIGHTNING GOD, HEAVY BLOW!"

He reappeared and slammed me in the face with a powerful punch filled with black lightning while sending a powerful shock to my body.

I screamed in pain as I reeled back from the blow but counterattacked.

"WATER DRAGON WING ATTACK!"

I launched powerful shockwaves of water at Bacchus, only for him to dodge them by flashing and zipping around back and forth until he closed the distance again. I instinctively swung my leg with a kick, but Orga again disappeared in a flash of lightning.

"What's the matter, fairy? Can't find me? Here! Let me give you a hint!"

I then felt a powerful blow strike me from the back, shocking me again and sending me falling toward the arena and heading straight for the crowd. But just when I was about to crash land into them, I spun, regaining control and spread my wings, and used my Aqua Jet to direct myself to the arena floor and land safely.

As I looked up, scowling and wincing in pain, Orga landed on the ground, chuckling.

"I'm impressed that you're still kicking after all that," he chuckled. "But let's see if you can handle this!"

He then took a familiar stance, holding out his hands, generating a black sphere while his body crackled and sparked with black lightning. Recognizing the incoming attack, I did the first thing that came to mind. I clenched my fist while focusing my magic.

"ONE HUNDRED MILLIMETER BLACK LIGHTNING CANNON!"

"WATER DRAGON GEYSER RUSH!"

Orga unleashed a powerful blast of black lightning while I slammed my fist into the ground as several water pillars erupted. The lightning attack and the pillars of water collided, creating a powerful explosion of steam as a powerful gust of wind from the shockwave blew throughout the area, forcing me to shield my eyes. As it cleared away and I could see Orga again, I felt a painful prickling on my back, making me wince.

"Oh, man! What an incredible collision of attacks!" Chapati continued with his commentary. "Both Willy and Orga are putting on an incredible show of strength and speed! They appear to be evenly matched!"

"I'll say," said Yahima. "But from the looks of things, Willy seems to have taken more significant damage. He's got quite the wound on his back."

"That does look rather painful, but shedding blood can make the fight all the more thrilling!" Rabian cried. "Thank you very much!"

"Damn it. I should have expected as much," I thought. "He's not only powerful but fast too. I couldn't even see him move, and that last attack hit me like a whale. And I don't want to know what my back looks like right now. Although, I'd be in real trouble if I didn't have my support spells active."

I started casting my healing spell feeling the prickles slowly begin to fade.

"Something wrong?" Orga mocked. "We've just started this fight, and you looked like you need a break. Or have you considered giving up?"

"Yeah, right. You wish," I called back. "Compared with my past fights, this is nothing."

"Well, you can talk big all you want, but it seems you've picked the wrong opponent," Orga continued smugly. "I'm in a league of my own compared to everyone else in Sabertooh, and no amount of tricks or whatever training you've got can save you."

I soon finished healing and tested my limbs to ensure they could still move.

"That's much better, but I can't afford to waste my magic on healing any more than I have already," I kept thinking. "And I doubt I'll be able to overtake him with how I am right now. Which means... now might be the time to bust that out."

I resumed my stance.

"This'll be the first time I've ever had to use this in a real fight. But that's never stopped me before. The only thing I can do is go for it."

I slowly closed my eyes, taking a deep breath as I concentrated.

"Tu Chi... Finn... Sieri... Everyone in Fairy Tail... Especially you, Mira... I hope every one of you is watching me. Because this... is the result of my training!"

NO POV

As Willy stood there, Orga grew impatient.

"The hell does he think he's doing? Is he surrendering or something?" he thought. "Or does he have another trick up his sleeve? Either way, it won't matter. I'm going to take my time teasing this punk a-."

Then, Willy's eyes snapped open as his magic aura exploded in bright blue light, rising sharply at an alarming rate.

Believing he was going for another attack, Orga dashed forward with a raised fist.

"Take this, fairy!" he shouted.

But as Orga was about to swing, Willy let out a roar as a pillar of water suddenly erupted beneath him, enveloping his body, the force knocking him backward and catching him off guard.

"What the hell?!" exclaimed Orga as he landed on the ground.

"What in the world?! What's happening down there?!" Chapati cried. "Willy just exploded in a tower of water! I can't see anything! Mr. Yajima, any comments?!"

The geyser continued to gush and spew water until Orga saw a shadow inside the water with a pair of blue eyes glowing brightly as they stared at him. Then, the geyser suddenly burst, dissipating in seconds, and in its place stood Willy, a different-looking person.

He now had long tendrils of blue water shooting out from his ankles, wrists, and neck, right where his scars were. His hair had grown slightly longer, the tips looking water-like while spiking upward, and the tied bang was longer. And his eyes were slitted, now a bright shade of gradient blue and black.

Upon seeing this transformation, Orga's eyes widened with shock, recognizing what it was. "N-No way. Is that... what I think it is?"

Willy stared at Orga with his shimmering blue eyes while speaking in a slight growl. "That's right, Orga. Sting and Rogue used this power as their secret weapon, didn't they? So I think it's time to show off my version. This is my Dragon Force!"

NO POV

Sting and Rogue were sprinting back to Sabertooth's section in the crowd as fast as their feet could carry them, with Lector and Frosh toiling behind.

After their fight with Natsu, they were taken to the infirmary and had their wounds treated. And as soon as they were, they wanted to head back to the arena and watch the day's final match. At first, they took their time, their egos bruised along with their bodies, but then Sting and Rogue sensed a powerful surge of magic power that didn't belong to Orga. From there, they rushed back to the stands. They ran so fast that Lector and Frosh had to use their wings to keep up with them.

"Sting, why the heck are we running?!" cried Lector. "You and Rogue should be resting right now!"

"You too, Rogue!" said Frosh. "Your owies won't heal if you don't rest!"

Neither Sting nor Rogue didn't respond, which made the exceeds all the more puzzled by their behavior.

Soon, they came to their part of the stands and saw Rufus and Minerva.

The two didn't acknowledge their presence as they came in, their eyes fixed solely on the arena grounds below. But neither of the Twin Dragons didn't care as they came over to the railing and looked towards the arena floor. Sting couldn't help but be shocked, and even the stoic Rogue couldn't help but show his surprise.

Willy and Orga stood in the center, but Sting and Rogue saw that Willy looked very different, sporting physical changes that they recognized along with his magic power, which was where the surge of magic they sensed.

Lector and Frosh finally managed to catch up, and feeling curious, they flew over to the railing and saw Willy, too. When they did, they were also shocked.

"N-No way!" gasped Lector. "Y-You got to be kidding! It's... It's..."

"Dragon Force!" finished Rogue.

"No! It can't be!" Sting snarled, disbelief and frustration evident in his voice. "But that form! That magic power! It can't be anything but!"

"Then does that mean that he's copying you guys?" Frosh asked innocently.

Sting slammed a fist onto the stone railing. "It shouldn't be possible!" he ranted. "There's no way that punk can control dragon force like we can! He's only a first-generation dragon slayer!"

"And yet, he's standing before us with the power in question," said Rufus as he tipped his hat. "Even I didn't expect such a surprise. But it seems that these Fairy Tail wizards are full of them."

Minerva didn't say a word, keeping a neutral expression.

Over at Fairy Tail's section in the crowd, Makarov's eyes were wide as saucers, his jaw agape. "You got to be kidding me! Willy has that ability, too?!"

Mavis also stared, her eyes wide in amazement and shock. "The Dragon Force!" she murmured. "It was already a shock that Sting and Rogue had such a power, but I never would have guessed that Willy could do it also!"

"A-Amazing," Lisanna spoke in sheer amazement. "It's like Willy's become a different person now."

Tu Chi chuckled, smiling with pride. "It would appear that Willy's starting to take things a bit more seriously now," she said.

Makarov then looked across to her. "Tu Chi! You've got some explaining to do!" he barked. "Just what kind of training did you give him?!"

"Oh, nothing special. Just the basics," Tu Chi replied. "Weight lifting, agility training, and some old-fashioned sparring. And some water to keep him hydrated."

"Do you expect me to believe that?!" Makarov snapped. "You know I hate it when you're not straight with me!"

"But I am, Makarov," said Tu Chi. "Were you expecting something a bit more detailed?"

Makarov growled in annoyance.

Natsu and Gray's eyes were wide as saucers as they gawked at where Willy stood.

"No way!" the two of them exclaimed together.

"I don't believe it!" Laxus spoke just as stunned. "Willy can use Dragon Force, too?!"

Erza glanced over at Mira, who appeared to be just as shocked yet awestruck, which puzzled her. "Hold on. Why are you shocked, Mira?" she wondered. "I would have thought you knew about this. After all, you've been training with Willy and Master Tu Chi these past three months."

"That's just it. I didn't know about this," Mira spoke, shaking her head. "I know we've all received certain training, but we've always been separated with the exceptions of some sparring matches."

"Hold on, you mean you never saw what kind of training Willy did?" wondered Erza.

Mira shook her head. "Truth be told, I didn't think much of it then," she explained. "But there was one time where I was a bit concerned. Willy returned from training completely unconscious and was out for around four days."

"Four days?" repeated Erza. "Did you ever find out the cause, like exhaustion or training too much?"

"I did try and ask Tu Chi about what happened, and the others did, too," said Mira. "But all she told us was not to worry about it. When Willy woke up not long after that, we tried asking him what was happening, too, but he could only tell us that it was a secret weapon he was working on. But I never would have imagined that this was all that was for. Although..." She puffed up her cheeks in a pout. "I wish he would have told me about the whole thing sooner."

WILLY'S POV

As soon as my transformation finished, the water ribbons protruding from my ankles and wrists fluttered in the wind as it blew. My hair billowed upwards while the tied bang remained where it was on the side of my face. I could feel the power surging through my body as I glared at Orga while he stared gobsmacked.

"What's the matter, Orga?" I called out to him. "You seem a little surprised."

At first, Orga was silent, still stunned, as he stared at me. Then, he began to chuckle. "Well, well, I'll be the first to admit, you caught me by surprise," he said. "I didn't expect you to have the same ability as Sting and Rogue, both of which are third-generation dragon slayers. But I wonder if all that is all smoke and mirrors. How do I know you're just putting on a show and acting like you got a power-up?"

"Why don't you come at me and see for yourself?" I challenged. "But I should warn you that I'll have a hard time holding back when I'm in this state, especially when I'm mad. You might end up regretting it."

Orga then scowled. "You cocky bastard!" he snarled. "I'll show you not to mess with me!"

He then launched himself forward while disappearing in a flash of yellow. But as soon as he did, I sharply turned to my left and swung with a right hook kick hard, and as Orga reappeared, I connected my foot square into his jaw, sending him sailing across the ground from the impact. I followed him in a burst of speed while the ribbons of water trailed behind me.

Orga regained his footing, landing in a three-point crouch, and when he looked up at me, he promptly fired a blast of lightning in my direction. Almost immediately as he did, I slammed my foot into the ground, launching myself into the air, backflipping, and avoiding it, landing on my feet.

As I straightened up, Orga was on me again, rapidly slugging me with fists sparking with lightning. However, thanks to my heightened instincts, I avoided and dodged the blows without much effort and parried some. Then, as Orga came with a straight punch, I caught it with my right hand, squeezing hard to prevent him from escaping, and with my free hand, rapidly punched him in the gut around eight times and finished with an uppercut to his chin, making him stagger back from the recoil.

As he did, I clenched my right hand into a fist as the ribbon of water from the wrist wrapped around it. Then I shot forward and landed another powerful punch to his gut. But when I made contact, I released a mighty torrent of water that sent him flying again and slamming him into the wall in an explosion of water and dust while I spoke out the name of this move.

"WATER DRAGON: FLOWING FIST."

Orga soon emerged from the dust, letting out a scream, now visibly harried, as he held out his hands in front of him, his body crackling with his lightning. Knowing what he was going for, I clenched my hands into fists as the water ribbons wrapped around them again as he repeated his attack.

"ONE HUNDRED MILLIMETER BLACK LIGHTNING CANNON!"

As he released another mighty blast of black lightning, I punched my fists together, clapped them together with my palms, and threw them apart as I shouted out another spell.

"WATER DRAGON: SHEN SHELL WALL!"

Water surrounded me and took the shape of the shell as Orga's attack crashed into it. The lightning attack crackled and sparked, but my shield held as I got on the move again using my speed. I swiftly circled and shot towards Orga, whose eyes focused ahead, dumbfounded and most likely wondering where I went after I protected myself, only for me to deck him square in the face, sending him flying and skidding across the ground.

I jumped up, released a quick burst of water from my feet, and used the momentum to land on the ground in Orga's path and then raised my right leg as its ribbon wrapped around it.

"AND WATER DRAGON...!"

But as I was about to attack, Orga suddenly righted himself, planting his feet, and tried to counterattack with another punch.

"LIGHTNING GOD, HEAVY - !"

However, I closed the distance in a split second, and before he could finish, I slammed my knee into his right into his stomach. The impact made Orga's eyes bug out, and his cheeks puff up until he let out a gagging noise, saliva dribbling from his mouth while he staggered back in agony. Seizing the moment, I spun around and kicked him straight to his nose with a right foot.

"SWIFT TALON!"

Once again, Orga was sent rolling across the ground until he stopped just before he hit the wall, facedown on the dirt. At first, he lay there gasping and coughing while trying to regain his breathing. However, it wasn't long before he recovered, getting back on his feet, now wearing a scowl that showed he was more angry than shocked. He was also sporting a bloody nose, the crimson fluid dripping onto the ground.

The lightning god slayer then roared as he disappeared in a flash of lightning. But knowing where he would come from, I jumped into the air just in time for him to appear from behind on the right and swing his fist in a hook. While in the air, I clenched my fists again, the ribbons of water wrapping around them, and as I landed on the ground, I brought back my left hand, preparing to attack him again.

"WATER DRAGON: FLOWING FIST!"

Orga crossed his arms and made his back crackle and spark from his lightning magic. From the looks of it, he was expecting me to close the distance and attack close range. But instead of doing that..."

"SHOOT STYLE!"

I sharply straight-punched firing, launching a powerful burst of water, nailing him square in the face, knocking him backward, and stopping the lightning surrounding his body. While running towards him, I punched three more times, each nailing in a different arena of his body. And when I was close enough, I started hammering him in a flurry of punches and kicks. Then, to try and finish it, I placed a hand on Orga's stomach, concentrated all of my power into it, and let out a scream as I unleashed my attack.

"RIPPLE PALM THRUST!"

A powerful shockwave of water erupted from my hand, blasting Orga and launching him straight into the wall, slamming into it with a thunderous boom. A giant dust billowed out from the impact as rubble flew everywhere.

"Willy is now dominating in this fight and has delivered a massive beatdown!" Chapati cried out. "He's got the champion completely at his mercy, and Orga can't even lay a hand on him! And now it seems he may have just delivered the finishing blow on the champion!"

I was panting a bit from the amount of magic power it took to attack, but I was pleased with the results of my Dragon Force, and it also felt pretty good being able to nail him as much as I did. However, I didn't let my guard down as I kept my eyes on the cloud where I sent him, waiting for the dust to clear. After a few seconds, it soon did, revealing a large pile of rubble.

At first, there was silence. Then, the rubble began to tremble before abruptly exploding as Orga let out a bellow filled to the brim with rage, his body crackling and sparkling in response.

NO POV

As he exploded out from the pile of rubble he was buried, Orga panted heavily as he struggled to catch his breath. His entire body was bruised and bloodied and ached all over. However, he was more furious than he was in pain.

"This has to be a joke! How the hell is this punk beating me like this?! There's no way I should be losing to him! Especially after Sting and Rogue got their asses beat by that pink-haired punk, and they even used their Dragon Force! It doesn't make any sense!"

He then wiped his philtrum, or the cleft between his nose and upper lip, and when he brought his hand in front of him to look, he saw something that made him all the more angry.

His hand now had a stain of warm red blood, undoubtedly coming from his nose. Upon seeing it, he felt his blood boil, the adrenaline flowing, and his muscles clench enough for veins to start showing on his skin.

"No... No! NO! I'm not just going to stand here and take this! I'm the champion! I'm better than him! I'm not about to lose to a lousy fairy! This trash of a lizard hunter! That lousy criminal bastard! I'll make him pay for what he's done! I swear to it!"

He then remembered something before the match began. It was a conversation he had with Minerva.

A little bit before the match...

Orga was waiting in a room, smirking with confidence as he waited for the arena to finish its repairs. Before long, he heard Chapati's voice through a speaker in the corner of the ceiling.

"It's almost time for our last match of the day! Willy Falconer! Orga Nanagear! Please prepare to enter the arena!"

Orga then got up. "Time for me to bust a head," he said to himself.

He then strolled over to the door, but as he opened it and stepped out, he found Minerva standing beside the wall next to it.

"Lady Minerva," Orga murmured. "Did you need something?"

"I just wanted to see the champion off before he heads into battle," said Minerva.

"With all due respect, my lady, while it is a nice thought, I get the feeling you didn't come here just for that reason," said Orga. "Especially after what happened in the last match. If you have something to say, then cut to the chase."

Minerva paused briefly before responding.

"Very well then," she said. "To come right to the point, you and I both know that you can't afford to lose after the way Sting and Rogue were defeated. Knowing our master, he's most likely incensed with them."

"And your point is?" inquired Orga.

"I stand by what I said before," continued Minerva. "I want you to crush Willy Falconer. But considering the strength that boy displayed, it'll be in your best interest to use whatever means necessary to win. Therefore, I'm going to tell you something interesting. Willy Falconer's weakness."

"And why would you tell me that?" Orga snarled. "You don't think I can win? I already told that guy with the cloak that I'd beat him. I didn't think that you would think I would lose."

"Don't be so offended," said Minerva. "You know as well as I that my father refuses to tolerate failure. And considering that Sting and Rogue are already in the crosshairs of his wrath, I would have thought you would want to prevent disappointing him. Am I wrong?"

Orga said nothing as he tightened a fist.

"If it's one thing I've learned in battle, there's no such thing as fighting with honor. You must use whatever means at your disposal to survive and protect your livelihood," continued Minerva. "And given your position and standing, you should understand that more than anyone. If you are defeated here, you'll lose everything you've accomplished. Everything you've worked so hard to get. And everything you rightly deserve as a champion. But if you wish to go along this so-called prideful and honorable way, I have no reason to stop you. I just thought you would want a surefire way to seize victory."

Then, Minerva turned on her heels and started walking off as Orga mulled over her words. At first, he stayed silent, unsure how to respond, until finally, he called out to Minerva.

"Wait."

Minerva stopped as Orga turned in her direction and, after taking a deep breath, said three words to the woman.

"Please tell me."

Minerva then maliciously smirked. "That's more like it," she said. "Now, make sure you pay attention."

She then began telling Orga about Willy's supposed weakness.

"I never thought that Lady Minerva would be right," Orga continued in his thoughts. "But since it's come to this, I have no choice but to take advantage of what she told me!"

He then smirked with angry vengeance as he chuckled.

"I'll show that little bastard! I'll show him what happens when he gets too big for his britches! Once I take advantage, I crush him like the little bug that he is and make him pay for messing with me! I'll wipe that smug look on his face and make him beg for mercy!"

WILLY'S POV

"Well, he seems pretty incensed," I thought while taking a stance. "But I have to admit, he's pretty tough. I thought he was finished after I hit him with that last attack. But as usual, nothing's ever that simple. I used a lot of magic for those attacks, and while I've been able to hurt him, I can use only so much more. I got to wrap up this fight quickly before I run out of steam."

Orga then spoke out. "Hey, dragon boy. I'll admit you caught me by surprise with your Dragon Force," he said. "And those attacks hurt like hell, but you still don't have a chance of beating me."

"And how do you figure that?" I asked. "You're looking a bit worse for the wear right now, yet you're still confident."

"That's right! Even with your cheap knockoff of a power-up, you still won't win!" Orga went on. "Because I know something that'll knock you off that high horse and shatter that confidence!"

His body began to radiate with his magic power, and I took a stance, readying myself for another attack. At first, Orga remained silent as he leered, then he raised an open palm and aimed it to his side to the left. At first, I was puzzled, wondering what he was aiming at, but as I looked, I felt my eyes widen as I saw what he was aiming for.

The audience. Particularly towards the Fairy Tail section.

When I realized this, my heart began to pound as I looked back at Orga while he smirked maliciously.

"No! He wouldn't! I know he doesn't like me and wants to win, but there's no way he would try something like that! He'll get disqualified! He'll also have the entire Fairy Tail guild out for his blood! He's got to be bluffing!"

But as I thought this, I could see a sphere of black lightning being generated into his hand as his magic power jumped up in strength. And before I could stop him, he fired the blast.

"NO!"

Without hesitation, I coiled my legs and jumped using Aqua Jet as a booster, trying to get to the blast before it hit the stands. I quickly overtook it and, while spreading my wings, floated in front of its path and got ready to block. But just as I was about to, it exploded in a bright light, immediately blinding me.

I couldn't help but hold my eyes in agony, now disoriented with my vision impaired. But as I did, I was suddenly struck by a powerful blast of lightning that shocked me all over, making me scream shrilly in pain, followed by a powerful blow right into my gut, knocking the wind out of my lungs. I felt several blows strike me multiple times in my face, each sending shocks of electricity through my body, until I felt another powerful impact right on my back, sending me plummeting down until I hit the ground hard.

I could taste the iron in my mouth and smell the pungent aroma of burned clothing and skin. I struggled to try and get back up, only for something to slam onto my back and force me back down on the ground. I then heard Orga laughing.

"How's that, punk? I told you I'd knock you off your high horse. And it's all because you're gullible as you are weak!"

Man! I've been picturing this scene in my head for quite some time, and now I've finally written it!
