ExoticFourEmThree: A bit overexaggerated, don't you think?

Viridian City, Kanto

Tai silently made sure to check all of his utensils to see if there was any damage. Thankfully, the Scyther didn't scratch it too deep, and based on the looks he gives Tai, he feels offended that he thinks he will badly damage the tools.

"No offense, Scyther, but you weren't exactly gentle when you ate my porridge using my plate," Tai says as Scyther huffs, annoyed at the accusation. "Don't huff at me. I can hear the scratch when you eat, and I have tight budgets."

Scyther merely huffs as Tai sighs while rubbing the bridge of his nose. It seems that having a proper conversation with the Scyther is much harder than he expected. He can't help but feel annoyed at the person responsible for abandoning the Scyther.

Tai places all the washed utensils back in his bag while checking all the supplies he has left. He checks how long it will take for him to finally run out of the supplies he has before letting out a sigh of relief. This caught Scyther's attention, who raised an eyebrow at him.

"...we don't have unlimited money, if you're wondering. These supplies are nothing more but low-budget editions used to make that porridge." Tai says as Scyther can't help but screech in shock.

Years of being a trainer's Pokemon helped him understand a few things about how human society works. He knows that any low-budget items are poor quality and huge-budget are high quality. If that delicious porridge were made from low quality, then how good can he make with high-quality ones?!

"Anyways, I should ask Yuuki to teach Gintama how to hunt for ingredients. Not only that will keep me spending more money, but it will act as a way to help Gintama if anything ever happens to me..." Tai mutters on his own which snaps Scyther out of his shock. He can't help but be curious about Tai's plan.

"So, what's your plan today, Tai?" Tai looks at Yuuki, who gently places Gintama on his mane.

"I might need your help with teaching Gintama how to hunt. If it's okay for you?" Tai asks as Yuuki merely nods.

"That I can do," Yuuki says.

"Cool." Tai nods before pausing. "But, before you go...[Appraisal]..." Tai points his appraisal target at Yuuki, who tilts his head in confusion.

[Name: Yuuki]

[Species: Suicune]

[Age: 167]

[Type: Water]

[Abilities: Pressure, Inner Focus]

[Moves: Water Pulse, Calm Mind, Crunch, Ice Fang, Tailwind, Extrasensory, Surf, Mirror Coat, Rain Dance, Hydro Pump, Blizzard, Ice Beam, Trailblaze, Chilling Water, Snarl, Snowscape, Air Slash, Rest, Sleep Talk, Iron Head, Liquidation, Shadow Ball, Roar, Scald, Agility, Protect, Extreme Speed, Hurricane* , Bulldoze, Toxic]

Tai can't help but be jaw-dropped at the appraisal results. First is Yuuki's age. Of all the ages he expects, 167 isn't one of them. Then again, Yuuki is a legendary Pokemon, and the age makes sense. He can't help but think about Yuuki if he's the original Suicune from the Burned Tower in Johto, or is he a duplicate, a reincarnation of a Northen Wind?

"Hey, Yuuki," Tai says, getting Yuuki's attention. "May I ask, does this world have multiple Suicune or just one?"

"It's just me. Why?" Yuuki can't help but wonder why Tai asked such a question.

"Oh...s-so, you're the one that Ho-Oh revives from the Burned Tower?" Tai asks as Yuuki stiffens. "Y-you don't have to answer it if you don't want to...Sorry, I ask..."

"...for an otherworlder, you seem to know our story a lot." Yuuki points out.

"W-well...in my homeworld, Pokemons are fictional creatures," Tai explains as Yuuki blinks in surprise. He wasn't expecting such answers.

"Oh..." Yuuki mutters before the awkward silence takes over. "...but yes, I was the one revived by lord Ho-Oh. Back then, I was nothing more than a Vaporeon."

"Oh..." Tai says in surprise. He once heard the theory that the Beast Trio were once the first three Eeveelution, so hearing Yuuki confirm it surprised Tai. "Do...you have a name before that? I'm sorry to give you a new one when you have-!"

"Don't be." Yuuki cuts him off. Tai could feel an edge in his voice, albeit it wasn't much. "I prefer if I forget my old name. You gave me a great new name, I can assure you that. So, don't worry about it, Tai."

"O-oh.." Tai merely nods as he silently berates himself for bringing up how Yuuki died and was reborn. It was a sensitive topic, but his curiosity got the better of him. "Sorry..."

"Don't be. You were merely curious." Yuuki says with a gentle smile. Tai is glad that Yuuki is a gentle Legendary Pokemon he manages to befriend because he doesn't want to know what happen if he meets one who isn't as gentle as Yuuki.

"A-anyways, let's check Gintama's..." Tai mutters as he uses Appraisal on Gintama.

[Name: Gintama]

[Species: Eevee (Shiny) ]

[Age: 5]

[Abilities: Adaptability, Anticipation]

[Moves: Sand Attack, Quick Attack, Swift, Shadow Ball, Iron Tail - , Copycat, Dig - , Trailblaze - , Detect, Wish - ]

Tai blinks at the number of moves Gintama has and wonders how much money that trainer spent to get a shiny Eevee with egg moves, TMs, and double abilities. He wasn't gonna complain now since he is now the owner of the Eevee due to that guy's idiocy.

"But, what's with the negative sign?" Tai frowns before pressing it.

[ '-' indicates the lack of mastery over the moves]

"So, that guy just shoved a bunch of TMs into Gintama and expects him to know without practices?" Tai growls at the man's idiocy. The game may work that way, but this is real life. Tai looks at sleeping Gintama before petting his head, earning a cute purr from the Eevee which tugs Tai's heartstring.

"That trainer is an idiot for mistreating you," Tai mutters as he keeps petting the Eevee. He then looks at Yuuki. "So, any suggestions on how to teach this little guy to hunt? I have a feeling he didn't know a single thing even when he was a wild Pokemon. His aura radiates 'House Pets'."

"You can sense his aura?" Yuuki asks, his eyes blinking Noctowlishly. Tai is confused at the question before he remembers that Aura is a thing in the Pokemon world and shakes his head.

"No, not the 'Aura'. I didn't mean it as the Aura sensed and used by the Aura guardians or Lucario. I mean it like a feeling that radiates in the air from a certain person, like how some kings radiate the aura of authority." Tai explains as Yuuki tilts his head.

"That's exactly what Aura is, Tai. The owner's feeling radiates from them into the air in a form of life force." Yuuki says as Tai sighs.

"That's not...you know what, forget it. What I'm trying to say is everything about Gintama screams 'house pets, with how he acts and how he carries himself." Tai says while gesturing his body. "I was hoping I could help, but I am not a pro Pokemon Trainer, so I have zero ideas..."

"Well, let me worry about it. I'm your partner and let me help you." Yuuki says as Tai sighs.

"I feel like I push my responsibility to you instead of asking for your help," Tai says with an apologetic smile.

"Trust me, you're not. You merely lack the knowledge to teach it properly. It's logical to ask someone who's an expert to do it for you," Yuuki says before he rushes off into the wild with Gintama. Tai was a bit worried about what could happen to them before remembering that Yuuki is the OP being in this world and the early route; no danger had appeared yet. Tai suddenly feels a shiver in his spine before he looks around.

"..." Scyther has been watching Tai silently, curious at what is he doing. But, so far, he has done nothing interesting to gain his attention. He feels like Tai has been wasting his time doing nothing.

Tai was silent before his eyes glowed blue, indicating his Appraisal had been activated. His eyes widen when his Appraisal displays a description that shouldn't be there.

[Item: Drone Camera]

Tai grabs his knife and tosses it right at where the drone is before he blinks as a gust of wind is created from the throw alone. The knife makes contact and causes a loud crackle before a small explosion occurs. Tai widens his eyes as a sphere-shaped drone materializes and falls to the ground, with a knife stuck at the circuit.

"...shit..." Tai mutters as his eyes widen in shock. He should've known he would attract too much attention, and he was too careless. He thought he could brush it off, but he forgot to consider another important fact.

This world didn't consist of just one or two scumbags; there were groups of them. Each of the group has their own goals for their selfish desires.

"...fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck!" Tai curses before grabbing the drone and smashing it. "Fuck! You just had to mess up, Tai! Now, I had to attract the attention of Team Rocket! Great job, Tai! You royally fucked up!!"

Scyther was unsure of how to react to the kid's reaction. He didn't expect him to lash out like that. But he then thinks about other stuff. First is the kid's insane strength. How did he do that? He suddenly thinks of the porridge and remembers how he feels a bit stronger, and then remembers how Tai also eats it. Does that mean it also works on humans? His food is insane!

Second, the boy's aware of Team Rocket. He thought the kid was just a rookie who didn't know what he was doing and got super lucky at gaining a Suicune's attention. So, he didn't expect the kid to be aware of the notorious group of criminals since the majority of the newbies are too naive to be aware of it. The kid has shown some of his unexpected sides, which continues to pique Scyther's curiosity.

"Shit! Yuuki-!" Tai immediately tries to rush off towards where Yuuki walks off to but is stopped when he sees Yuuki pop up with Gintama puffing his chest proudly and a group of men dressed in black with a large red 'R' on the center of their shirt tied by Yuuki's tails. Tai never let out such a loud sigh of relief in his entire life.

"I never would've thought so many scums would come after me," Yuuki says with a feral grin. "If I knew this, I would have hidden myself from the public's eyes in the very beginning."

Tai's eyes twitch violently as he hears his partner's words. He groans before pulling the loudest facepalm he ever did. He did it again when he heard Gintama yips in agreement with such confidence.

What did Yuuki do to his poor, innocent Gintama in such a short time, and how!?!?
