You were better off not expecting anything good from someone like Nergal. Knowing that, Eliwood and Ninian rushed as fast as they could onto the scene, but even they could be surprised. Really, anyone who knew the Dark Druid would have been, but he was someone else before. He was a man who loved his family. The remnants of that family wondered if some trace of that man remained.
