When Harry's eyes opened, he realized it hadn't been a dream. He really had a sister who had saved him from the Dursleys. He couldn't help the smile that took over his face. He had actual family that loved him enough to come for him. Wanting to get his day started, Harry hurried to get in the shower.
He sighed, looking at his current selection of clothes. All he had were Dudleys old castoffs. Noticing something move, he watched for it again. Thinking he was seeing things, he wondered if Thalia would take him to get some clothes that actually fit. Remembering she had said something about shopping, he hoped it was for him. Leaning forward to grab a shirt, he lifted it and came face to face with a furry little creature. The creature took off out his door and he followed.
Entering the small dining room they had used for dinner, Harry smiled when he seen his sister. She was reading through something and had a few more letters next to her. When he slid into his chair, he noticed the visitor he had was picking food off her plate. Tilly popped in with a large breakfast and glass of juice for him. Harry stared at the creature, curiously.
Thalia sat her letters down and smiled at her brother, petting her niffler. "Did you sleep well?"
Harry swallowed his bite, "I think that's the best sleep I've ever had." He looked to her pet? "What is that? It was in my room earlier"
She laughed, "This is Tia, she's a niffler. They like to hunt for shiny things so if you find anything missing, let me know" Harry gave a laugh but reached out to pet the niffler.
Thalia smiled, her little brother was such a sweet boy who had been given a shit hand in life. She knew she would make sure his life was good from now on. Taking a sip of her coffee, she watched him eat. He ate like his food would be taken from him. The Dursleys would pay.
"We need to go to Gringotts. You haven't picked up your heir ring yet" Harry looked to her in confusion. "I have the Ladyship ring but you're my heir. You should have gotten the ring last year."
"Oh, I didn't know. Is it bad that I haven't?" He asked.
"Not bad but every heir to an Ancient or Noble family receives a ring. It offers minor protection against attacks but can also alert to a dangerous potion in your food or drink."
Harry gapes, "Why would someone potion me?"
Thalia could only stare. What had his school been teaching him? "Harry, does Hogwarts not offer a Wizarding Traditions Class?"
"We take Transfiguration, Charms, Herbology, Flying, DADA, Potions and get our electives this year."
Thank Merlin for Ilvermorny and tutors. "Can I ask what your grades are like?"
"I'm usually around an Exceeds Expectations in most, DADA I'm an Outstanding but the Potions professor hates me and sabotages my work. I have an Acceptable in his class" Harry explains quietly.
"What kind of professor picks on a child? That is unacceptable and unethical!" She seethes.
"It's because of dad. They didn't get along in school" Harry tells her.
"That is no excuse. I will be having words with him" Seeing Harrys small smile, Thalia stands. "If you're finished, we should head to Gringotts. We have a lot to do today" He smiled and followed her out.

Entering Gringotts, they were shown directly to Sharpclaws office. When the greetings were finished, the goblin stared at Thalia with a stern glare, "Have you decided how you wish to proceed?"
Thalia nodded, "First, I would like to get my brother scanned and his heir ring. I think his health hasn't been looked after and that needs rectified" She wanted to make sure he was healthy before they did anything else.
Sharpclaw nodded and led the siblings through the bank to the cleansing room. Harry looked confused but listened when Thalia spoke, "I want to get any and all compulsions off of you and I would like for anything to be healed that was ignored. The goblins are able to do both"
Harry looked from the goblins and back to his sister, "Okay, what do I need to do" They both listened as the goblin healers explained what was going to happen. Thalia had to stand back while Harry walked forward. He didn't notice anything at first but when the pain hit, he lost all sight and hearing, he could only feel pain.
Thalia wasn't sure what the hell was going on, she had thought her brother was going to be healed, why was he screaming? Sharpclaw held her back from entering, "Lady Potter, you cannot disrupt the procedure! They have found something behind your brothers scar and it needs removed" She couldn't handle his screaming, she could only grip onto Sharpclaw as she watched her brother thrash.

Harry smiled at the Potter Heir ring on his finger. He could feel the family magic surround him like a blanket. Noticing his sisters smile, he gave her a side hug. Neither one had thought what happened in the cleansing room was going to happen. Once the goblins had finished healing him, he noticed his scar was lighter and he was a little taller. He sure felt a lot better.
"Lady Potter, what actions would you like us to take regarding the audits?"
Thalia took Harry's hand before speaking, "Sharpclaw, I would like every bit of money that was removed and not used for Harry, back. If any books or heirlooms were taken, I want those back as well. I'll leave it with you on how to punish the guilty." The goblin nodded and left the office. Thalia knew she didn't have much time to explain but she needed to inform Harry. "Dumbledore has been removing money from your trust vault and items from our family vault. I've had both rekeyed and only we are able to enter."
Harrys eyes were wide, "Why?"
She shook her head, "I don't know. He also sealed our fathers will and your mothers. Luckily, as Lady Potter, I can override his orders. Sharpclaw is going to let us listen to their wills. I'm sorry Harry."
He was mad, he was furious, but not at his sister. Leaning into her, he stayed quiet but close. When Sharpclaw reentered, he sat the wills on his desk. They were recorded readings.
"These are the last wills of Lily and James Potter. Signed on October 29, 1981. I, Lord James Potter, being of sound mind leave everything I own to my children, Thalia and Harry. If you're reading this, Thalia, I'm sorry. I never received your mothers letters, not until the most recent one. I'm sorry I wasn't there and if you're reading this, please look out for your brother. I want to tell you and your mother, I'm sorry but maybe it's best. This madman after us wouldn't care if you're not the prophecy child. You're safer with your mom. Harry, my boy, I'm sorry to you as well. You were robbed of a sister and have lived your life in hiding. I really hope you're together now. Please look after each other. I love you both.
Custody of Harry James Potter should go to Sirius Black, his oath sworn godfather or Colleen Graves, his sisters mother. If you two could get along, maybe Sirius and Remus could be father figures for them both. Remus Lupin is to receive a pay out of 50000G. Don't complain Moony, its so you can keep an eye on my kids."
Thalia had to wipe the tears streaming down her face. He had known of her and wanted her. Her mother had been an amazing parent but she always held a spot for a father who would never come. She also had to hold her anger back, Harry should have been with her, always!
"I Lily Potter being of sound mind leave everything of mine to my son, Harry. If James and I are both gone, Harry is to go to Sirius Black, Harry's oath sworn godfather or Colleen Graves, his sisters mother. Thalia, Colleen, I wish we could have met. I wish the kids could have been siblings. Hopefully if you're reading this, they still can be.
I leave my sister, Petunia Dursley 100G. For no reason is my son, Harry, to live with her. Harry James Potter is not to live with Petunia Dursley."

Exiting Gringotts, the siblings were emotionally drained. Harry looked to Thalia, seeing his own emotions reflected back, "Can we just grab me a couple things, my clothes really don't fit now"
Thalia nodded, "Yeah" gathering her composure, she looked to Harry. "I need to take these copies to Madam Bones. Do you want to go or would you rather go home?"
Harry shook his head, he didn't want to leave his sister. "I'll come with you"
She nodded and began leading him to Madam Malkins. After he had two outfits and he was wearing one, they headed to the Ministry.

Madam Bones had been expecting Lady Potter, she was a little surprised to see Heir Potter. They had been busy it seems. When thalia laid the copies of the Wills down, Madam Bones paled.
"There's no way Black could have betrayed the Potters" she looked to Thalia, "Where have these been?"
"Your Chief Warlock sealed them. Luckily, I as Lady Potter, override him. Harry should have gone to Sirius or my mother. I want to know why and I want to press charges!" Thalias magic started to creep out. Harry was surprised at how dark but comforting it felt to him. He relaxed at the feeling.
"I will get the investigation started Lady Potter. I need to collect Sirius Black from Azkaban first. He needs to be questioned and given a trial."
Thalia nodded, "Contact me with any updates. We are going home" Harry said goodbye and followed his sister.
When they entered the lift, Harry stiffened but Thalia nodded, "Lord Malfoy"
"Lady Potter" he bowed. Looking to Harry, he greeted "Heir Potter. My, you've been busy"
Thalia nodded, "Bringing corruption to light and hopefully freeing an innocent man"
Lord Malfoy raised a brow, "Innocent man?"
"Sirius Black is my brothers oath sworn godfather and he was never given a trial. I'm hoping to have him out and with us soon." Harry wasn't sure why she was talking to Malfoy but he would trust her.
"I'm sure my wife would like to know that. They are cousins" the lift stopped, "Lady Potter, a pleasure as always" Lord Malfoy exited.
Thalia smirked, looking to Harry she said "And now we wait for the gossip to spread" Harrys eyes widened in surprise.

Sirius Black was awoken by guards, he tried to ask what was going on but no one would answer him. When he was pulled down the hall, he realized they were leaving. The sun was bright and warm on his cold skin. Sirius was led to the dock where they transported prisoners.
He kept quiet the whole ride, he didn't want to piss the guards off and be taken back. Finally approaching the dock on the mainland, Sirius seen Madam Bones waiting. He continued to stay silent, he just wanted to know what was happening. When his guards handed him over, Madam Bones finally spoke.
"Sirius Black, you never received a trial for crimes you were imprisoned for." When he still stayed quiet, she continued, "Information has come to light, Sirius, we need to talk before you are bombarded"
Sirius only stared, "I'll take veritiserum, just get it. I have nothing to hide"
Madam Bones nods, "Okay" looking to her aurors, "We will do this in my office. Get the Minister and meet us there" They nodded and left while she took hold of Sirius, "We won't have much time before the Minister arrives so you need to listen to me."
Sirius nods and prepares for Madam Bones to apparate them.
