Malachi held onto the witch as she sat quietly. He knew she didn't like her brother being gone but she would pull herself together shortly. Until then, he would be her strength. He kissed the top of her head and rubbed her arm.

"Thank you" Thalia said quietly. She knew she was being depressing but she really appreciated his support. Sitting up to face him, she leaned forward and kissed him.

Malachi gripped her as she deepened the kiss. His witch was amazing. When she made a noise of approval, he had to his smirk. He loved how she responded to his kisses. He couldn't wait to see how she reacted when he finally had her. Unfortunately, that would have to wait.

Finally breaking the kiss, Thalia smiled up to Malachi. "So, what do we do now? Should we talk about the wedding?"

"That sounds good to me." He smiled at her.

Sitting back, she asked, "When do you want to get married?"

"Tomorrow" he grinned at her laugh, "Honestly, the sooner the better to me. I know you will want your brother home first."

"What about a winter wedding? Do you think it's too soon?"

"I think it's perfect. We could do it on Yule."

Smiling, Thalia adds, "Maybe honeymoon somewhere tropical?"

"I would love to see you in a bathing suit, or without." He grinned while she blushed.

"Let's talk with your father and my grandfather, make sure it works for them."

"Sounds good. Shall we find your grandfather now?" They stood, Malachi grabbed her hand and pulled her out to find her grandfather.

Harry had gotten back into the routine of school. He knew everyone had read what had happened at Pettigrew's trial, so the whispers and looks weren't unexpected. Neville had been the first to ask him about his sister. Harry was happy to tell him everything. When he was called to the Headmistress's office, he wondered what McGonagall would say, she had always been firmly on Dumbledore's side.

When he approached the Griffen at the entrance, he was surprised to see it open. Slowly, Harry walked up the stairs. "Professor?" he called out.

"Mr. Potter, please come in, sit. Would you care for a biscuit."

Harry shook his head, "I'm okay professor. Can I ask why I'm here?"

McGonagall sighed, looking him over before saying, "I never knew you had a sister. Dumbledore had no right to keep you from her and I never should have gone along with leaving you with the Dursleys." Harry stayed silent but stared at her. "There are many things I've done that I regret, especially when it comes to you. Harry, I want to apologize and promise you, from now on, you will be safe in Hogwarts. I feel as if the staff have let you down for the past two years and I vow, that will not happen again."

Harry was shocked. He would have never thought this would happen. Gathering himself, he gave McGonagall a small smile, "Thank you professor. I really do appreciate that. I hope we won't have to worry about anything though, my sister and family will make sure of it."

McGonagall dismissed him, she watched as he carried himself with more confidence. Having a sister and family who truly loved and supported him seemed to be having a profound impact on the young man. Smiling to herself, she whispered, "James, Lily, you would be proud of your boy."

~~~~
It seemed not everyone cared about the hell Harry had lived and what had been planned. Snape was still a git and tried to make Potions class hell. Luckily, Remus has helped him catch up over the summer and Harry could actually brew now. That only seemed to make Snape more intolerable to deal with.
Draco's eyes narrowed as he watched Snape try and fail to humiliate Harry. The two boys had grown close over summer and now thought of each other as family. It seemed to Draco, he should write to his father about the situation. He knew Harry wouldn't bother Thalia with it, luckily Lucius would.
~~~~

Lucius had been surprised by Draco's letter and immediately set off to see Thalia and the others. Malachi had told him and Tom that she had warned Snape off. It seemed he hadn't gotten the hint or just didn't think she would act.

Entering the Potters home, Lucius smirked when he found Malachi already there. That boy was wrapped around Thalia's little finger. Walking up to them, he greeted Thalia and asked her to call for the others. While they were waiting, Lucius watched the younger couple. He knew they wouldn't wait long to marry.

Once everyone was present, Lucius read the letter he had received from Draco. Remus and Sirius scowled but Thalia's expression sent chills down his spine.

"I warned him that day in the apothecary, told him exactly what I would do if he didn't leave my brother alone. I guess I'll just have to have a meeting with the headmistress." Looking to her grandfather, she smiled, "Care to inform Madam Bones of some things?"

Perceval's grin matched his granddaughters, "Oh, I can't wait to see this."

The others looked confused, but Malachi knew what they were talking about. Deciding to help, he added, "You might contact my father, he could probably give you some information."

~~~~
Sirius and Remus followed Thalia towards the room that had been set up for their meeting. McGonagall had been shocked to hear what was happening and decided to start looking for a new Potion's Professor. She didn't think Snape would have a job after this. When everyone arrived, she was surprised by who all had shown.
Thalia sat next to Lucius and Narcissa, Sirius and Remus sat on her other side. They had figured more people would help their cause. Her grandfather was making plans with Madam Bones for Snapes arrest, so he wouldn't be able to make it. They all knew McGonagall had been thrown by the group.
"Headmistress McGonagall, I'm sorry we're meeting on terms like this. My brother and uncles have always had good things to say about you." Thalia started.
McGonagall finally found her voice. She smiled at two of her favorite students. "Lady Potter, I was unaware how bad things were but I'm hoping we can get this under control."
"Thank you, ma'am. I had previously been told of how Snape treated my brother and others. When I met the man, I warned him I wouldn't tolerate anymore abuse or hate towards Harry."
"Can you tell me of the incident? I will need to document it."
Lucius spoke then, "Draco was actually the one who notified me so I could inform Thalia. It seems that because Remus helped Harry study this summer, he was prepared when Snape started his badgering of questions. Draco said it go so bad that Snape said, 'You seemed to turn into another Granger, an insufferable know it all'. The boys have put their differences aside and become friends over summer. Draco said he didn't think Harry would worry his sister, but it needed to be dealt with."
McGonagall gaped at them. "I must say, I'm very pleased Mr. Malfoy was looking out for Mr. Potter and Miss. Granger." Noticing there was no denial, she continued, "I have already begun to look for a new potions master. I won't tolerate this blatant bullying from a professor like my predecessor did. Thank you for bringing it to me."
"Thank you headmistress, I knew my brother was right about you. Plus these two" Thalia motioned to Sirius and Remus.
"Lady Potter, can I just say how happy I am that Mr. Potter has all of you supporting him. I know this one" She motions to Sirius, "Can be a terror. You're a brave woman to put up with all of them."
That caused them all to laugh, "Especially when he tries to burn down the house." Remus muttered.
Sirius glared, "I was just trying to make popcorn!" Looking to McGonagall with puppy dog eyes, he says, "You don't believe those things, do you Minnie?"
She returned, with a stern glare, "Mr. Black, do not call me that."
Madam Bones thought Lord Graves seemed extra giddy. She knew why but it was an odd sight. The information they had found meant Severus Snape would serve time in Azkaban. They weren't stupid, they knew how brilliant he was at potions and were prepared to offer him a deal.
They had agreed to wait for McGonagall to find a replacement Potion's Master and luckily, she had. Hopefully this new professor would have more students pass. The decline in NEWTs in potions has hurt their society. Aurors and Healers required a NEWT in potions and since Snape has been teaching, there has been a large decline.
Making sure they had everything, Madam Bones and Lord Graves, along with six aurors headed out. They were going to arrest him at dinner, that way he couldn't sneak off.
~~~~

The Great Hall was packed, students and professors alike were enjoying dinner. When the doors opened, silence fell and McGonagall got up to meet the guests. Madam Bones stepped forward, handing over the paperwork while the others waited.

McGonagall had to do a double take when she seen Lord Graves, it had been years since she had seen him last. Knowing now who his granddaughter was, she glanced to Harry and Draco. Once looked confused while the other looked surprised. McGonagall stepped aside and let the aurors move forward.

Three aurors went up each side and they all came to a stop behind Snape. He seemed to realize they were coming for him because he drew his wand. Unfortunately, he was too slow. Lord Graves hit him with an Incarcerous and watched as the man fell, hitting his face on the table before hitting the ground. You could have heard a pin drop in the hall.

Once the aurors had him cuffed, they floated him out and port keyed him away.

The volume started to pick back up and Harry ran over to his grandfather. Ever since the man arrived, he had treated Harry just like he did Thalia. "Grandfather, what's going on?" He noticed Draco had also come over.

Smiling at the boys, he said, "We figured it was time Snape answered for some past actions. Thalia told me to give you both her love and she will see you on the first Hogsmead day." Both boys received a hug and went back to their seats.

Madam Bones finished speaking with McGonagall just as Lord Graves walked up. Madam Bones asked, "Are the boys good?" When he nodded, she said, "I'm going to talk with Susan before we leave."

Lord Graves smiles at McGonagall, "How have you been, Min? It's been awhile, hasn't it?"

"Lord Graves" She glared, "Not long enough."

"I know you've missed me. Send an owl, I'm sure I'll see you soon."

Malachi smiled at his witch. They were doing wedding planning and today was cake tasting. Tilly had ordered them to sit and taste every flavor the elf could think of. The two elves had told them they would handle the food and cake for the wedding because their Mistress deserved the best. Thalia and Malachi agreed with them.

So, here they were, tasting cakes with Narcissa. Thalia had asked the older witch to help her plan the wedding and she had gladly accepted. They had the flowers and decor picked, the menu had been decided as well. Luckily, they were going to celebrate Yule while also celebrating their wedding.

"When are you wanting to go robe shopping, dear?" Narcissa asked Thalia.

Finishing her bite of cake, she said "I'm meeting Harry on Saturday, maybe Monday would be good. We have the Wizengamot Tuesday."

Narcissa nodded, "Monday would be good. Plenty of time to make alterations and have your details added."

Malachi was listening but the cakes Tilly had made were keeping most of his attention. He wasn't sure he would be able to pick just one. "Can we just have multiple cakes? These are all delicious."

Both women laughed as he picked up another piece. Tilly popped in, "I's can make a few and then everyone can picks a flavor."

"See, that's why I love you Tilly." Malachi smiled as he grabbed another piece.

Thalia smiled to her blushing elf. "How about we pick four and do it that way."

Tilly and Malachi both nodded. That had just made it easier for him.

Harry handed over his permission form and followed his friends to the village. They were all amazed by the sight. Shops here were different to those in the alley. Telling his friends he had to meet his sister, he ran off to the Three Broomsticks.

Thalia spotted her brother as soon as he entered. They had sent letters back and fourth but she had missed seeing his face. "Harry!" she called out, getting his attention.

Harry ran over and pulled her into a hug. "I've missed you" he squeezed her tighter.

"You've grown" Thalia smiled, "I've missed you too. The house isn't the same with you gone." they sat down and ordered lunch.

Harry asked, "How did Snape end up getting arrested?"

"Draco wrote to Lucius after Snape belittled you and Hermione. We had a meeting with McGonagall. She had already been looking for a replacement, but grandfather waited for her to have one before arresting him. Tom gave him some information that helped."

Harry was surprised, "I'll have to thank Draco. I'm sorry I didn't write. I didn't want to add more to your plate."

"You need to remember that nothing is more important to me than you, little brother." Thalia grabbed his hand.

"How's wedding planning going?" His sister had told them they decided on Yule.

"Good. Malachi couldn't choose a cake, so Tilly offered to make him four." They both laughed at that. "Narcissa and I are going robe shopping tomorrow. She's been a lifesaver in all of this."

"That's because you're family" Draco said as he approached the siblings.

Thalia gave him a hug, "Would you like to join us?" He nodded and sat. The three spent another hour talking before heading out to explore.

~~~~
Narcissa watched as Thalia tried on different sets of robes. She hadn't found the right one yet but she felt she was getting closer. She was going to have them charmed silver while Malachi's would be black. They chose simple colors so they wouldn't clash with the flowers and decor.
Thalia changed into another set and knew this was the one. The beading that closed the robes looked seamless and she knew she would get married in these. Stepping out, she smiled at Narcissa who gasped.
"Dear, that one is beautiful!"
Thalia nodded, "This is the one!" The seamstress came over and changed the color before fitting it to her frame. Looking at herself in the mirror, she felt a tear escape and whispered, "I hope you can see me mom."
I do not own HP unfortunately. I do own my OC's and all mistakes. Thank you for showing my story love! I greatly appreciate every one of you!
