Time Skip
Harry had been back at Hogwarts and the newlyweds had settled into married life. They spent time between the Potters home and Slytherin Manor. Dumbledore hadn't been seen and it was beginning to worry everyone. Every family member now carried a portkey and locator charm. They weren't taking any chances.
Thalia had been preparing for her brother to come home for summer. She couldn't believe it had almost been a year since she had come for Harry. That also meant that her mother had been gone for a whole year. Just thinking of it made her wish she had gotten more time. Her grandfather seemed to be depressed too. Speaking of her grandfather, that man had been up to something, but she couldn't figure out just what it was.
Her marriage had been going amazingly. Malachi was such a great husband, they seemed to fall more in love every day. Thalia had been surprised how much Tom enjoyed having her as part of the family. He kept hinting to her and his son that they should think of expanding the family. She hated to break his heart but until Dumbledore was gone, that would not be happening.

Tensions were high, Madam Bones had informed them that Snape had taken the deal and gave them everything he could on Dumbledore and his plans. It seemed like the old man had been trying to bring back the Tri Wizard Tournament next school year. Snape said that it was Dumbledore's perfect chance to get Harry entered and Voldemort to kidnap him.
Thank Merlin that old bastard had no control over Hogwarts. McGonagall said there was no way she would every let that tournament into her school or to allow her students to participate. She actually cared about her students safety.
They were still wondering if he was planning something. Madam Bones and her grandfather were upping the security for when the Hogwarts Express arrived. It would be the perfect time to attack.

They had decided it was best to take everyone with them to the platform, no chances were being taken. When Thalia seen Harry, she ran for him. She had missed her brother so much since Easter and needed to hug him.
Harry seen his family when the train pulled in, he hurried off to get to them. Seeing his sister running, he caught her in a hug when she reached him.
"I missed you little brother" Thalia squeezed him.
Harry laughed, "I miss you too."
"Geez, have you grown a foot?" Thalia now had to look up at him.
Harry smiled, the two siblings walked back towards where their family was. They and Draco had just arrived when screams began to ring out.

Every drew their wands, looking for the threat. Harry and Draco were shoved to the middle, they were the biggest targets since they couldn't use magic. Thalia knows her family could defend themselves, but they were wanting to keep all casualties down.
Once the children had cleared the center of the platform, all wands were aimed there, or at the wizard standing there. "Dumbledore" Is heard all throughout the platform.
Dumbledore glares at Thalia and her family. "You ruined everything! Couldn't you just take the hint you weren't needed when I blocked the letters and the requests you and your mother sent? Even your mother couldn't share her sickness right!"
Thalia and her grandfather paled. What did he mean by that? Perceval was the one to step forward. "What did you do?!"
Dumbledore laughed maniacally, "I sent the patient to her, I made sure she was the one who would take care of the uncurable wizard! Of course, she made sure not to get her bastard sick!"
Malachi barely caught Thalia before she lunged at the old man. Perceval shot a spell, but Dumbledore blocked it.
Tom moved to stand beside his son and daughter in law, he placed his hand on Thalia's shoulder. He couldn't imagine what she or her grandfather were feeling. Sharing a look with Lucius, he knew the man understood, Dumbledore would die.
Dumbledore sneered at Tom, "You!" Tom smirked. "No! You're not supposed to be here, not with them!" He looked to Harry, "My boy, you need to come with me. These people will lead you down a dark path, you're the savior!"
Harry shook his head, "You're the only monster here that would do that. You're the reason our parents are dead! You preach your light bullshit, but you killed innocent people!"
Those who hadn't made it safely off the platform could only watch the chaos unfolding before them. The aurors were keeping people back, Madam Bones warned them things could go bad, but they had never imagined this. Luckily, she had been on the platform to get Susan.
"It was all for the greater good." Dumbledore looked around, seeing everyone watching. "I kept the dark under control, me! You should be worshipping me!"
Thalia gripped her husbands hand, moving closer to her grandfather. "We don't need or want your help, we want you to pay for everything you've done in the name of your greater good!"
Dumbledore shot a spell at her but Malachi blocked it just as Tom, Perceval and Sirius sent spells back. It seemed the old man wasn't as good without the Elder Wand. Thalia and Malachi sent spells, one hit.

The aurors surrounding them had shields up to protect the bystanders. Madam Bones signaled to let the others continue. She knew the old man wouldn't make it out of here, especially when he admitted to killing Colleen. Lord Graves and Thalia would not let that go.
Dumbledore glared and shot a darker spell at Thalia, she blocked it and smiled. He would get rid of her.
"Let them see the true you, Dumbledore. Your lover made sure to show me all of your secrets."
"You! Grindelwald couldn't tell you anything! I made sure of that when I locked him away!" The people around them gasped.
"You may have made sure he couldn't speak them but you never blocked him from showing them" Thalia threw another spell, watching it hit.
Dumbledore threw a violent spell, aiming for the girl but it never hit. The man who looked familiar to a young Tom Riddle, pulled her out of the way. They watched as it melted the brick.
Madam Bones tried to intervene, she knew the wards were up and Dumbledore couldn't escape. "Albus Dumbledore, put your wand down. You are under arrest."
"You should be arresting them! They're all dark and evil!"
"If you don't lower your wand, you won't walk out of here Dumbledore." Madam Bones started to move closer, he hit her with a spell and she collapsed.
Someone grabs Susan when she rushes towards her aunt. Tom and Perceval slowly move towards Dumbledore who's smirking at the woman on the ground. Thalia watches as her grandfather hits Dumbledore square center with an Incarcerous while Tom hits him with a Stupefy. The rest walk forward, Thalia and Lucius check over Madam Bones, she needed a healer.

The aurors released everyone and took Dumbledore into custody. Her grandfather went with them. He wanted to make sure this monster could never escape. The rest of them went home. They were glad Dumbledore was in custody but what he had revealed, Thalia needed to be away from the public. She wanted him dead.
Arriving home, she heads to her room. She needed to be alone for a moment. Malachi and Harry watch her walk away, neither sure how to handle this. Dumbledore was more of a monster then they had previously known.
Harry sat with Sirius and Remus, he wanted to go to his sister. He only sat there five minutes before standing, "She doesn't need to be alone." He walked upstairs and opened her bedroom door. He could see Thalia laying on her bed, he could hear her sniffling. Walking over, he laid on the bed and pulled her to him. Thalia wrapped her arms around him.
"I'm sorry you had to find out that way." he whispered.
"I want him to suffer, just like he made us suffer for his plans." she whispered back.
Harry nodded, "You could always use the cloak, I'm sure your husband would help."
She was quiet as she thought it over. She must have fallen asleep because her brother had left and her husband was lying in the spot Harry had been. Looking up, she asked, "Will you help me kill Dumbledore?"

The aurors looked to the man who had the Ministers approval to get every bit of information from their prisoner, in any way needed. Lord Graves was a legend, everyone knew of him and his career. With Madam Bones in St. Mungos, they all referred to him for instruction.
Dumbledore sneered at him as he sat down across him. Perceval knew he would get his answers, every one of them. "You're a monster, no one has an ounce of sympathy for you and I have the Ministers permission to get answers" he smiled coldly, "However I want to get them."
Dumbledore shook his head, "You can't, there are laws you have to follow!"
"I have immunity as one of the most decorated aurors in history and as a veteran of Grindelwalds war. You should know that though, you had and used that immunity which has now been revoked by the ICW."
Dumbledore paled, he hadn't realized he had lost his immunity!
Waving two aurors in, "Administer the full vial" He watched as Dumbledore fought but eventually lost and swallowed the veritiserum. Seeing the glazed look in his eyes, Perceval asked, "What is your full name?"
"Albus Percival Wolfric Brian Dumbledore"
"Were you responsible for Thomas Riddle becoming Lord Voldemort?"
"Yes, I pushed him to the dark path"
"Why?"
"My fame was fading, and I needed a new dark lord to defeat"
"Did you Imperious Voldemort to kill the Potters?"
"Yes"
"Were you going to sacrifice Harry?"
"Harry needed to be sacrificed to further my plan"
"How did you kill Colleen?"
"The woman became a problem, she kept trying to get Harry and ruin my plans. I made sure the wizard who was sick asked for her help. I had hoped to take out that bastard daughter of hers as well"
"Is everything Peter Pettigrew told us about you true?"
"Yes"
Perceval continued to question Dumbledore, making sure he didn't miss anything. When he was finished, the aurors took the prisoner to his cell. He was sickened by everything he had found out. Hopefully they would put Dumbledore under Azkaban and let him rot.

Malachi had been unsure of Thalia's request. He had asked if she was sure, when she confirmed, he asked his father for help. Tom was concerned but ultimately agreed to help. He knew this could be dangerous but knew Thalia needed that closure.
When her grandfather had arrived home, he headed straight for the liquor cabinet. Pouring a glass, he downed it before pouring another. Turning, he realized everyone was looking at him.
Thalia walked over and wrapped her arms around him. Perceval sat his glass down and hugged her back. When the two finally released each other, her grandfather said, "I wish we would have taken him out. That man is more of a monster than we thought." He looked to Harry, Thalia and Tom, "He admitted to everything. He was responsible for it all."
Thalia gave Malachi a look and he knew they were going to finish it. They had all of their answers, and the old man was of no more use.

Tom watched as Thalia gathered all of the Deathly Hallows, he was curious but knew he would find out. Malachi made sure his wife was okay before they headed out.
"Be careful, you get in and get out. Leave no trace." Tom hugged them both before they left.
They had stayed at Slytherin Manor so it would be easier and less likely for anyone to notice they had left. Bracing himself for a long night, Tom walked towards his office. Hearing the floo, he walked over and noticed Lucius standing there.
"They left already?" Lucius asked. Tom nodded, "Well, I'll sit and wait with you. Better for two of us to collaborate an alibi."

Malachi was surprised when not one person noticed them as they walked through the Ministry and aurors department. Thalia had told him that the Hallows would aide them but he had been skeptical.
Entering where Dumbledore was being held, Thalia put up silencing wards. He was the only prisoner here. She slid out from under the cloak and moved forward. Thalia glared at the monster in the cell.
"Hello old man" she whispered.
Dumbledore shot up and stared at her, he knew he wasn't supposed to have anyone visit him. Standing from the cot, he waked towards her. "What, did your grandfather tell you to come see me before the trial? Did he tell you about your mother? I had really hoped I could have taken you out too."
Thalia smirked, "He told me but you're not going to make it to trial."
Dumbledore looked at her confused, "Of course I am, why wouldn't I?"
Malachi moved to her back, placing the cloak around her shoulders. Thalia put the ring that held the stone on her finger and brandished the wand.
Dumbledore paled, "How?" he gasped.
"Grindelwald told me to gather the Hallows, the wand is mine and I'm borrowing the cloak and stone. Your lover betrayed you, he told me to take you down. That is why I'm here. You have hurt my family so much and I'm going to make sure you suffer for what you've done."
Dumbledore screamed as the spell hit him. His body felt like it was on fire. Thalia pushed more power into it and smiled when Dumbledore's vocal cords tore. She watched as the old bastard twitched from the aftershocks. Malachi placed a hand on her shoulder and she sends another spell at him. She only released the spell when the man is limp on the floor.
Squatting down so he can see her face, she smiles, "This is for my mother, father, Lily, Harry, grandfather, Sirius, Remus, Tom, Malachi, and myself. Rot in hell." The green light ended the man who had caused so many problems, caused so many deaths and heartaches.
Malachi pulled his wife into his arms. "Are you okay?"
Nodding, she looked into reddish-brown eyes, "I am. Let's go home."
Malachi pulled the cloak over them, dropped the silencing ward and let her out.

Arriving back to Slytherin Manor, Tom and Lucius met the couple in the hall, "How did it go?"
Thalia smiles, "He's dead."
They nod, allowing her to pass them and head off to bed. Malachi paused, looking to his father, he handed the stone over. "She made him suffer, he screamed so bad he tore his vocal cords."
Both men looked to where the witch had just disappeared. Lucius nodded, "She needed it. He killed her parents and kept her brother in hell."
"She's a strong witch. We have an alibi if needed but later. Go to you wife." Tom hugged his on, sending him on his way.
Lucius caught Tom's eye, "Do you think she'll be okay?"
Tom thought for a moment but nodded. "I think she will. Thalia's a strong witch who protects those she loves."
