Hey there mother fucker! Y'all know what time it is. Now I know I'm supposed to be working on Switching Dragons. (which I am) but I have a massive itch for this in particular. maybe it's cause I just finished a gaming session and wanted to put in the ideas I had while I was playing, idk.
Also please tell me in the reviews if Im doing a good job or not, I honestly have no idea. I'm kinda looking at this like it's an ugly baby that's being looked at through the eyes of a loving mother (like all my stories.)
And me posting this is kinda my way of seeing what happens if I take said ugly baby into its little pram and begin walking down the street to see if people dive into the road to avoid me if I've made a piece of shit baby or not.

Anyway onto the show!

"Uh, ok where am I? It's so dark here." Issei said as he smacked his head against something hard on mistake making him fall to the ground and hold his forehead. "Ow! Ok lesson learned, guess I'm just sitting here till I get sent back." The boy said before a screen appeared in front of him, glowing the area around him as Issei's eyes widened in fear.
The penalty Quest will now begin.
Objective: Survive for 5 hours, or escape.

All around Issei, were giant, sleeping bat-like monsters that had large sharp fangs and no eyes. Some of them seem to stir for a moment while Issei is on the verge of panicking before clasping his mouth shut with his hand quickly.
Demonic Bat: LVL 15
'These things were level 15?! Not only that but their names are red too, which likely means that I have no chance of beating them as I am right now, either that or I'm going to have an extremely difficult time with it.' As Issei slowly backed up against the floor to the wall, the screen went away, causing Issei's vision to go pitch black once again, even the names of the bats that had been shown to him disappeared too, so he's not even sure where his potential deaths are.
Suddenly after about ten minutes passed another skill popped up within his field of view as he looked down to read it.
After extended exposure to the darkness the Skill (Night Vision) had been discovered.
Night Vision: LVL 1
The ability to see in extremely dark places with ease, most nocturnal beasts have this ability to hunt or avoid becoming prey.
Costs 1 AP to equip Costs 2 STA a min to keep active.
Due to the low level of this skill, you can only see about 5 meters in front of you, fog, smoke and weather effects will make this distance shorter.
'...Huh, well that's haaaaaalllly balls!" Issei began thinking to himself till he turned around and saw a Bat hanging upside down right at eye level with him, and promptly just screamed into his face in surprise.
This made the bat flinch as it let out a massive screech as Issei covered his ears the best he could, becoming disoriented from the action the bat took as he began to hear another noise.

"...Fuck me."
upon looking up Issei saw DOZENS of bats waking up and flapping their wings before looking around with their ears, searching for any sort of noise that would set them off before they heard the sound of teeth bashing against each other from bitting down on nothing from the bat that was right in front of Issei, as if trying to bite at the boy.
"Hey! hey fuck off, I'm trying to be sneaky here!" Issei whispered which may as well have been a dinner bell for the bats as they all Screeched at the top of their lungs and started to dive bomb at the boy.
...'Fuck!' Issei though before diving out of the way of a bat that slammed its face against the wall before Issei slashed at the wing of it with his bronze DaDao, the action barely even scratching the leathery flap of the bat's wing before it bite at the boy, scrapping its fangs against his forearm which drew blood as Issei lost a minor amount of HP from that minor hit.
"Gah! Ok fine I'm leaving!" Issei all but screamed as he bolted away from the bat that nearly bit him and started running down the cave, not realizing that he was basically going deeper than he was already in.
Few hours later.
'SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT! How do I get out of here?! This damned place is like a maze!' Issei thought in a panic as He was being chased by dozens of Bats while they were following him from the sound of his bare feet beating against the cave floor.
"That and these damned things won't leave me alone! if only I have some sort of ranged attack that I could take pot shots at them with! cause this short sword is worthless against these things!!!" Issei cried out as he kept running before looking up to see how much time he had left of this.

"I STILL HAVE OVER TWO HOURS?! UGH AT THIS RATE THE RUNNING ITSELF WILL BE WHAT KILLS ME ANYWAY!" Issei cried out with anime sized tears rolling down his face as he sweats like a hog.
As Issei is running he hides behind a pillar of stone as Issei tries to catch his breath, his stamina running low due to the amount of running he had bed. pushing his body through as his Night Vision flickers for a moment and dies out, showing just how exhausted the boy was.
'Huff, Huff, dammit this isn't working. At this rate I'll either die from over exerting myself or from the Bats. Can't see anything anymore either so I can't just keep mindlessly running. What do I...Huh?'
As Issei is leaning against the pillar, Issei felt a little crevass in the stone, it felt like a small cave. It gave him an idea.
'Ok... This will be a bit of a gamble, I have no idea what's inside of here but it's worth a shot!' Issei grit his teeth and dove into crevass in the pillar just as the bats flew past him, barely missing him as one of the bats bit at Issei's leg, missing barely as Issei rolled down the crevass of the pillar and slammed his back against the wall.
"Gah! Ow my head. Alright, diving into the hole in the wall wasn't my smartest move, but at least I'm somewhat safe frooooooAAAH!!" Issei began before shouting out as a bat dove for the hole where Issei was and started biting at the boy, missing by a few inches even at its deepest while Issei grabbed his DaDao and tried to hurt this damned thing again, this time stabbing at its eye.
"FUCK OFF ALREADY!!!" Issei screamed out as the tip of the short sword pierced the eye, allowing the rest of the blade to go even deeper into the beasts eye as it screamed out in pain and flailed around before Issei could pull the sword out of the monsters eye socket, removing its eye along with it as blood speed everywhere. As this happened, suddenly a screen appeared in front of him as the monster slowed its movements.

This put a smile on Issei's face, sure he knew that he could never fight these things one on one fairly as he was now, but the entrance to this hole in the wall provided the perfect bottle neck for Issei to attack from, granted it also meant that he would risk getting hurt himself along with potentially breaking his only weapon. Still, he could hurt these things.
"Yeah that's what I'm talking about, you want some more? You disgusting monster?!" Issei screamed out as he saw that the bat was trying to get out of the hole, but found itself stuck due to its flailing about and large frame. Then Issei remembered something that his father told him when he was young and saw a hurt bat on the ground.
'Right, bats have hollow bones which means cutting won't work.' Issei thought as he stored away his sword in his inventory before popping his knuckles, still nervous about going near this thing due to its high level.
"Then I can just break your bones by giving it all I got! HERE I COME YOU FREAK OF NATURE!!!" Issei roared out as he cocked his fist back as far as he could while activating Aura Body Reinforcement before rocketing it towards the Bat's gut, landing a direct impact that saw the bat coughing up blood as Issei had broken one or two of its ribs from that full powered hit.
KRIIIEEGH!!
Issei smiled from ear to ear as he realized his fists were doing damage as he decided to punch the bat again across the face.

"POUR EVERYTHING YOU GOT INTO IT!" Issei roared out as he threw one last punch at the beasts throat, shattering it's collar bone as it screamed out in pain before slowly scumming to its wounds. dying right there, stuck in a hole in the wall as Issei's own knuckles bled. However.

The glow of a level up engulfed Issei's body as his wounds began to heal and his stamina returned to him. he put his hands on his biceps and smiled. "Damn leveling up sucks but boy does it feel good afterwards! Feeling like a whole new Issei!" Issei cheered lightly as he felt himself grow stronger from the level up.
'Now then, what to do about this situation now that I got time to breathe, I can't fight those Bats in a fair fight, they have numbers and higher levels. and I can't just do what I did with this one again, I'd be trapped in here if I do and I suspect that the System wouldn't be too happy if I just hide away in here. What to do, what to do.' Issei wondered as he cupped his chin in his hand while in deep thought.
As Issei sat there in thought, he looked up at the timer, seeing that only 15 minutes had passed since he last checked. He growled in frustration as he got back up and popped his neck.
"I am so kicking Aurora's ass when I get out of here! In the meantime however, I might as well get into shape with this and survive!" Issei said as he jumped over the bat that was somewhat blocking he way and ran out of the hole in the wall, dodging a dive bombing bat as his had reactivated his Night Vision before leaving his safety. Now that he has more stamina to work with, he could see for longer.

"Huff, Huff, almost! There! I'm, fuck, gonna make it!" Issei said through battered breath, his body nearly giving out on him as he had run out of stamina completely as he was just staggering about as he ran.
As Issei ran for his life as the bats were gaining on the human who was still in his pajamas. One of the bats bit down at the cuff of his shirt, startling the boy as he began crying while running for his life.
"Come on! Come on! You're not dying in a shit hole like this! You're going to survive and get back home!" Issei roared as he bolted forward, using the last bit of his aura to give him a boost in speed with his Aura Body Reinforcement, getting away from the bats for a few seconds as they began to pick up their own speed to catch up. The boost lasted only three seconds before the reinforcement broke and Issei staggered a bit, tripping and landing on his face as three bats dove at him, barely missing as they do so because he tripped.

'Crap, I can't move anymore, I have to do something to keep myself alive! but what?' Issei groaned in pain within his mind as he rolled over onto his back and looked up at the growing swarm of bats that were swirling around in a circle above him, picking up speed ready to dive at the boy.
'Is this really how I lose? Right at the start when I just got this power?' Issei growled as he grit his teeth and slowly got to his feet, drawing his sword as he does so. The boy stumbled and nearly fell over but props himself up against the cold stone walls of the cave.
"No. I refuse! If I'm going down like this."

As Issei roared and prepped himself for a last stand, suddenly he was back in the forest, underneath the tree he first rested at when he beat the imps and officially met Aurora.
Speaking of whom.
"Oh your back, that's actually surprising, like four of my hosts died to the Penalty Quest cause it caught them off guard, and you were massively under leveled too, color me impressed kid!" Aurora said with a smile on her face as Issei gasped for air and collapsed to the ground, issei being clearly pissed but not having the energy to say anything as a screen appeared.

'Seriously? All that... For not working out?!' Issei thought in exasperation as he slipped out of consciousness.
The next day.

"Mnmmgh my head. Where... Oh... Right, I'm at this crazy place."
"Huh, out for thirteen hours, honestly surprised you weren't eaten while you were out."
"Fuck you Aurora, so far I'm hating this system for pulling a cheap truck like that on me... Wait, did you say thirteen hours?!" Issei said in alarm as he bolted up off the ground and began doing push ups as to not get caught lacking by the system again with another penalty.
"Hahahaha! Glad to see the punishment lit a fire in your stomach, although I'm surprised that you got to level 5 in there, what did you kill to jump up two levels?" Aurora asked in curiosity as Issei was working out.
"Huff, killed. Huff, A Demonic Bat. LVL 15." Issei said in between pushups, burning through more energy than he needed to by going fast with it. Aurora however put a stop to this.
"Oh slow down kid you'll burn yourself out like that! Take your reps slowly and you'll have the quest done in a few hours. Although I'm impressed that you were able to kill one of those considering your stats and weapon, how did you do it?"
As Issei was working out he began to explain what went down at the penalty zone, slowly yet surely Issei finished his Daily Quest before flopping onto the ground, exhausted and wanting to eat before the Quest screen popped up.

"Full restore please!" Issei nearly shouted out as the glow of recovery began to restore his reserves back to normal. "Phew, that's more like it. Now let's see that stat point."
Issei was about to open up his menu when Aurora spoke. "Say shouldn't you have received a reward for completing the Penalty Quest? it should have given you something." She said, making a good point as Issei opened his quest menu again to look at said quest.

Issei was curious as he clicked on the rewards box.

"Oh? I got more points for that quest, maybe I should get chased by monsters more often." Issei said jokingly as he opened the four loot boxes he had.
The first box gave him a ring. just a cheap bronze ring that gives no stats or benefits, looked nice though.
The second box gave the boy an empty canteen. "Well at least I have something to hold water in." Issei shrugged as he opened the third which gave him literal garbage
The fourth and final box gave him a bag that had 500G in it. which Issei happily accepted.
"Hm, I've noticed I have a shop, but can't exactly buy anything till I reach level 20 and after doing a quest for it, which is bullshit. I really could use some food right now." Issei said as he dumped all three points into strength, putting the boy at 16 strength. Immediately upon doing so he felt the difference and it felt GOOD! "Hot damn is that what it's like to do that?! I could get used to this system stuff!"
"Yeah unless your going for a STR build I wouldn't just dump all my points into one slot, so how about you just keep putting them into STR till you reach 20 then you move down the list?" Aurora said, making a good point as Issei flexed his hand before grabbing hold of his growling stomach.
"Eheheh, yeah that sounds good, but seriously where can I get some food? I'm starving." Issei complained before slowly standing up.
"Well that bat that you killed DID drop some loot, maybe you can use that?" The Dragoness said which caught Issei's attention. "You open it just by thinking about it. Don't want your enemies to find out about your abilities yet so you?"
"Hmm fair point, it would be annoying if I had to deal with all of that crap. Now let's see." Issei than opened his menu for the first time, his inventory looked like something from Minecraft, only he had more slots to work with than just thirty-six. "Oh, well that's handy, looks like I got 2 Demonic Bat fangs, as well as a pound of the meat from the damn thing... well at least I know how to cook... somewhat." Issei said, not being entirely thrilled about seeing the meat of the monster that he had slain.
"Seriously? Your complaining about eating what you killed? That how it works in the supernatural world for us kid! you kill to eat and eat to survive. It's just how the world works. Sides the inventory is at level 1 so it can't hold raw ingredients like that for long before it spoils so I suggest getting a fire going so you can cook that." Aurora said with a huff as Issei whined as he stood up to get a campfire prepared.
About 30 minutes later.

"This is actually kinda nice."
"Say you, I never understand why mortals need to cook their food in order to eat it."
"Well I... Wait you're stuck in the Cyber Star, how can you eat?"
"... Fine, this is kinda peaceful." Aurora pouts as Issei cooks the bat meat on a stick by a makeshift campfire.
As Issei rotates the makeshift skewer of meat he looks down at his chest. "Soooo... You said before that I'm the Ninth User. What were the others like?"
"Some cowards, some vengeance seeking nut jobs, one of them was really a king who died of old age, think he got to the max human level before he passed. I miss Lucas. He was a nice Host." Aurora said with some sadness in her voice before Issei caught on to something.
"Wait, there is a level cap for humans? I thought the Cyber Star was supposed to allow me to break my limits endlessly." Issei said with a confused look on his face as he pulled the skewer out of the fire, checking on it, seeing that it's somewhat pink in the middle before putting it back into the flame.
"Oh it does, it's just that you humans are such fragile creatures. Once you reach a certain level of power your body refuses to grow any further since it will more than likely break apart if it grows any stronger. Each and every Human has a different level cap, including you. But we have a way to get around that problem so there's no need to worry." Aurora said with pride in her voice while Issei raised an eyebrow.
"Hm, alright well do you have any idea as to why I was attacked by imps?" Issei asked with some anger in his voice at the thought of what happened.
Aurora was quick to answer. "In all honesty, it wasn't cause of me. My energy signature is similar that of a Sacred Gear's, but unless someone has finally made something that can track me down, which I highly doubt, then it would have to be the other guy that's sealed in here. Hopefully it's who I think it is." Aurora spoke as Issei finally finished cooking his bat meat and was about to eat when he paused.
"Wait, I have another being sealed within me?" Issei asked with a bit of trepidation, nervous about having yet another tenet to deal with on his journey.
"Yep, you got yourself a normal Sacred Gear. Well, I say normal but it's a really strong one. Because your stuck with me however, he will have to follow my Systems rules in order to function. Why don't you see if you can wake him up? I wanna see what is needed to awaken him. He should be in your left arm." Aurora said while being a bit giddy about it, seems like she's really hoping for someone to be here with her.
"I mean, I can try at the very least." Issei said as he bit down onto the skewer, flinching at the 'interesting' taste of it before holding his left arm out and focusing on it.

"Yeah that's what I thought would happen, but at least I know who it is now that the System backs up my theory." Aurora said with a smile on her lips while Issei held onto his head, having a minor headache.
"Mmmmmph! Nom." Issei pulls away the skewer from his mouth with some meat dangling from his lip, it's chewy... He swallows. "So, you figured it out then? Whose in my arm?"
"First off you got some stuck on your lip, secondly It SHOULD be one of the twin Heavenly Dragons, I'm hoping it's Ddraig, as much as I love Albion he's not exactly suited for what I need this go around." She said which Issei blushed at as he slurped up the rest of the food from his lip before chewing again.
"So... You picked me to be your host because of my Sacred Gear?" Issei said, honestly a bit hurt that he was picked for something he didn't know about.
"That and honestly your drive to become stronger led me to pick you for this cycle. You're not a bad kid Issei but I need Ddraig's ability for what's to come. Hopefully you'll be ready for it." Aurora said matter of fact while Issei frowned before continuing eating his meat skewer.
'So what is it that your wanting me to become strong for? I'm sure you had a purpose for making a bunch of humans become as strong as possible throughout the years.' Issei asked mentally, making a good point.
'Dont worry about that for now, I'll tell you when the time comes as to what your end goal will be. As for the others before you? Honestly it was to keep the gods and supernatural world in check. The previous hosts had to get the point across that the gods aren't the most powerful beings around by killing one or two of them. Although my last few hosts never got to that point sadly."
Issei immediately swallows the food in his mouth after that statement. "Gulp. Wait wait wait some of your hosts had killed gods before?! That's insane!" Issei said in exasperation.
"Heh, yep! I think our total now is about twelve? Either way that brings me to something I forgot to mention before. The Cyber Star is considered an oddity to everyone in the supernatural world, so they may try to get on your good side and suck up to you, so best keep me hidden until you feel ready to defend yourself. Although that will be hard considering the gem doesn't dematerialize."
"Dammit Aurora I don't need more people looking for me down cause of you!" Issei growled out in annoyance before thinking for a moment. "Well, I guess that just means I have an even bigger reason to become stronger before going home then." Issei said as he snapped the skewer stick in half after he finished eating and kicked some dirt into the flame to snuff it out before wiping his hands clean.
"Now then, where am I going to sleep? I'm not going to just sleep out in the open again, I need a proper place to hide myself away while I rest." Issei pondered before seeing a flying squirrel flying across the air and into a large hole in a tree, Issei thought of an idea, but then shook it off.
"Hm, no that wouldn't work, dammit this is going to be harder than I thought." Issei said before he tripped over a branch and stumbled down a hill, into a bramble of tree roots.
"Pfft hahahaha! You fucking idiot! How do you trip on a tree root like that?!" Aurora laughs at the human while he groans out in pain, annoyed by what happened before seeing that he was under a large tree, and figured that this would have to do for now.
"Well... This could work."
5 days later.
'You know this isn't one of your brighter ideas kid.'
'Shut up I'm trying to focus, I'm tired of eating tree roots and plants!'
Here we have Issei Hyoudou glaring at a white horned rabbit from atop a tree. The boy licks his lips as he tightly grasps his DaDao.

The damned thing was two levels higher than he was, which irritated the human that a fucking rabbit of all things was a higher level than him. Lucky for the boy, he had been busy with his training.

He had finally gotten his STR to twenty, which he was happy about since that meant he could focus on his AGI since he knows all the strength in the world didn't do anything if he couldn't hit the damn opponent.
'You know I could make a stew with this, oh this is gonna be so tasty!' Issei thought to himself as he drooled, over the past five days outside of training, he was spamming Scan on everything around him, trying to get it up to a higher level, which he succeeded in doing, since it was now at level five as well.

Upon the skill of Level 5, it has gained a new ability. Now it will give advanced details such as minor stats such as HP and Mana/Aura. It will also give a flavored summary on any object it is used on.
Issei was very happy about that particular upgrade, although he couldn't train his martial arts or Swordsmanship due to not having any targets to train with. which bummed him out a bit but he decided to roll with it.
The Hare flicked its large ears and looked around, confused as to what it heard and where it came from before Issei flinched from the sight...Before pushing all the air out of his lungs gently as he stopped breathing, began slowly leaning forward on the branch, and simply falling towards the rabbit and stabbing it in the neck with his Sword, chopping off its head and making its body instantly go limp.

Issei smiled at his victory in catching the rabbit when his stomach growled, and another screen popped up.
"Huh, I wasn't expecting that to work."

"Since none of your damn business, your too low level for that, you need to be level 10 to use the synthesis system. Trust me I checked to see if it changed." Aurora immediately answered which surprised and bummed out Issei as he scratched his head.
"Well that sucks. but I should gather as many craftable items as possible so I can make a lot of stuff, hell maybe I can finally make some clothes, my pajamas." Issei looks down at himself. "Have honestly seen better days."
Aurora chimed in to remind Issei of something. "Well you haven't opened your loot box today, why not see if it will give you some clothes?"
"It can do that? all it's given me so far is literal trash, gold, stuff to maintain my weapon with which doesn't really help since it's made of bronze, and the occasional item that I found interesting like that bronze ring it gave me." Issei said, making a good point, as he pulled out the new item he had gotten from the random loot box the day before.
1x Raw Fire Crystal.
A Crystal with the element of fire embedded within. If thrown and it shatters, it will cause a nasty explosion that has a radius of 1 meter. Can be used in crafting.
'Huh? That last bit wasn't there before, maybe because I discovered that I can craft items, it added the fact that I could do so with the crystal too.' Issei thought to himself as he pressed the Y button on the screen. Gaining about two pounds of rabbit meat and some fur which he sold immediately for 20G.
"You're actually right about that, although fair warning, you won't start off with any recipes for crafting when you first start off, you either have to successfully craft something, or find a recipe out in the world." Aurora said as Issei started to walk back to his little hide away, since he wanted to be relatively safe when he starts to cook the meat... Only to stop as he looked around in confusion, having sensed something watching him, but seeing nothing.

'Ok that's not good! I gotta go!' Issei thought to himself in a mild panic as he began sprinting off in the direction of his hideout.
'Dont go straight back you idiot! they will find your base if you do!' Aurora shouted within Issei's mind as he began zig zagging about, trying to lose whatever was now chasing him, and it was chasing him... And it sounded big!
As Issei ran, be began to hear a howl which made his skin run cold as he glanced behind him before narrowly dodging a large bite from a Blue Wolf with jagged stone spikes for teeth. Issei backed a few feet away from it before getting a good look at it.
Stone Fanged Wolf Cub. LVL 8

'Crap! Its name is orange! This is going to be a rough fight!' Issei thought to himself as he drew his bronze DaDao. Entirely facing the Wolf Cub now as he brandished his short sword.
'Alright, it's just a cub, nothing serious, you can always retreat if you need too.' Issei thought quietly as he focused on the cub in front of him, all while Aurora was trying to warn the boy.
"Hey uh Issei? Might not wanna go full throttle on this thing, it's just a kid sure but, where there are kids, there's adults and parents nearby as well." Aurora stated as Issei heard a growl coming from behind him as his face paled before whirling around to look behind him, only to see four more wolves.
4x Stone Fanged Wolf: LVL 12

MP: 75/75
"...FUCK!!! Fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck!" Issei said as he immediately began running away, not wanting to deal with 5 enemies at the same time.
"Well at least you have the common sense to run when your in a fight you know you can't win." Aurora comments as Issei runs for his life, the boy shouting in a panic.
"Fuck you and tell me what I'm supposed to do! I cant run forever you know!
Suddenly though, Issei remembers something that Japanese samurai did when they knew they were out classed or numbered in a fight from the documentary shows he had watched with his father from time to time. Particularly the part when the samurai would run away, causing the enemy to chase them when suddenly.
"WORTH A SHOT!" Issei shouted as he suddenly turned around after turning to the side of a tree. As soon as the first wolf came into view Issei slashed downward as the wolf slide to catch its balance, causing a DEEP gash to go along the stomach of the beast, killing it due to blood lose.
"YES IT WORKED!" Issei roared out in delight as Aurora scoffed.
"An underhanded move kid, but considering how much stronger these things are than you and how many they are. I think it's fair to say that stuff like honor doesn't matter in this case." Aurora said with some disappointment in her tone as Issei looked up at the wolves who now seem a bit weary of the human.
"Yeah that's right, come to me! I'm not scared of you now that I have a pla-"
Issei tried to pull the sword out of the wolf, but he has slashed so far down into its flesh that he had gotten the blade stuck on some of its rock-like bones.
"... Fuck come on don't do this to me! I still need this weapon!" Issei cried out in a minor panic as he desperately tried to pull the sword from the corpse.
The wolves however, noticed this panic and began charging at the boy once again, as soon as Issei had pulled the sword out of the corpse, one of the wolves jumped at him and bit down on Issei's raised arm, piercing his skin and causing blood to leak out in rapid amounts while the boy screamed in pain.
"FUUUUCK! GET OFF ME YOU FREAKING MUTT!" The human screamed out in pain as he thrust his sword into the chest of the wolf and twisted it, piercing it's lung and leaving a massive hole in its chest as Issei flung the wolf off of him.
"I still need all my limbs! I can't afford to let you guys bite them off so!"
Issei then began charging forward at the third wolf and stomped on its foot which caused a whine to leave the canine's jaws before Issei cleaved it's head clean off.
"CHEW ON SOMETHING ELSE!"
The boy sighed and gasp for air as his arm stung, all while the last wolf and the cub began to encircle him, planning on a Pinsir maneuver.
Issei looked down at his sword and frowned, it was severely warped and cracked in Alot of places. The weapon can't handle much more of this as Issei inspected it.
Bronze DaDao

On the verge of breaking.
Issei groaned out in frustration as the wolves began to attack, charging at Issei at full speed while Issei growled.
"I just got this power! And I'm still not strong enough to go home yet! Even if it means I have to kill every single monster in this forest I will if it means-"
Issei suddenly threw his DaDao at the Adult wolf while throwing an Aura Body Reinforced Power Punch at the wolf pup. Causing a minor shockwave to rock out as it was sent flying back from the impact to its face as it smacked into a tree trunk!
"THAT I WONT DIE!"
As Issei turned his attention to the adult wolf that he had thrown his weapon at, he noticed a deep cut on the face of the wolf, from its jaw up to its eye, it was blinded on one side of its face from that thrown sword. Issei scanned the wolf.

Issei grew a bit of a grin seeing that the wolf had been reduced in threat levels by this much. Aurora seems to be pleased as well.
"Dang kid you really just punched a dog, here I thought you humans loved dogs. either way your doing great, just keep an eye on your Aura and health meters you took a lot of damage from that bite earlier." Aurora said worriedly as Issei clenched his still good hand while his other arm dangled in the wind, it feels like it's still bleeding.
"Alright you mangy mutt! I'm tired, hurt and honestly starving for something other than tree bark and roots. So how about you come at me with all you got, so I can feel like I earned my meal here. Now... " Issei said as he got into a makeshift fighting stance similar to the one he used while in MMA class.He then charged at the wolf, while the wolf did the same to him.
"LETS SEE WHAT YOU GOT!
A few minutes later.

That was a lot of upgrades from this fight, and Issei healed up quite nicely thanks to leveling up too. He felt his own power rising as well as he felt his body up a bit. Then he looked over to his snapped in half DaDao.
"Man, oh well, it was made of bronze after all, couldn't expect it to last forever. Hm?" Issei then looked at a screen that appeared.

"Huh, that's convenient, I got new weapons. best to just equip one though, don't want them both breaking on me at the same time." Issei said as he equipped one of the daggers while pressing Y on the screen, showing him that he received 15 pounds of wolf meat and 7 pounds of fur that he then sold to the shop for 200G. Bringing his total up to 1420G
"Nice, you gained more gold as well as got a new weapon, although it's durability is still weak, it's better than nothing." Aurora commented as Issei stood up and made his way over to his hideout.
"Yeah but guess what?"
"What is that kiddo?"
Issei gained a goofy grin as he began slipping along towards his hide away.
"I'm gonna eat good tonight!!"
