What am I going to do now?

Freddy sat in silence with Gregory at the apex of a lush, grassy hill, observing the happenings of the town below. More specifically, they were watching the Mega PizzaPlex burn to ashes.

Though relieved that the nightmares associated with Fazbear Entertainment may finally be over, Freddy couldn't help but feel a sense of loss knowing his friends had perished in the fire. But even that took a backseat to the concern he felt regarding Gregory's safety, to the though of what could happen to him when his body finally lost its charge.

What am I going to do now?

He turned to look at his companion, the low power alert clouding his vision. "Gregory..." He placed a hand on the boy's head. "My battery is dying, and I think we need to discuss what happens next."

The expression of contentment on the child's face quickly switched to one of dreadful realization, as if the thought of Freddy losing power had completely slipped his mind.

"That...that's not fair!" Gregory exclaimed angrily, slapping Freddy's hand away and standing to face him. "After all that you're just gonna go and die on me!? Did that upgrade I found do nothing?"

Seeing the boy's eyes well with tears was difficult for the animatronic to stomach. "I'm sorry, Gregory, but it is out of my control." He replied, his voice filled with remorse. "Even upgraded the charge my battery can hold is finite." A pause. "It's important that you find somewhere safe to stay before I'm completely drained."

Gregory shook his head, grimacing as he tried to hold back his anguish. "No way, there's no way I'm accepting that." He stated rebelliously, looking back down at the town nucleated with fire. "You stay right here and do not move, I'm gonna go find someone who can help you."

"Gregory..."

"Shut up, don't say anything else because you can't change my mind." Insisted the boy. "I'll be back as fast as I can, wait for me."
