She spent countless years trying to piece the truth together but Ōishi gave her one clue before his own mysterious death and Rena has gone on a one-woman rampage of atonement with her nata, axe, and incendiaries against Miyo Takano and the Yamainu. The amplified version has Rena throw the nata at the opponent's eyes, blinding them for a moment if it connects, and giving her time to run up and punch them in the gut to knock them back before retrieving her nata from the ground for increased damage.
Axe Pound:A standard move that has Rena Ryuugu pull out her axe and slam it down in front of her, hitting the opponent's head and knocking them down if it connects, and can be held for a couple moments. The axe slam can also destroy projectiles. The amplified version gives Rena armor and adds a counter effect if the opponent tries to hit her with an attack to instantly swing her axe in response.
Hinamizawa Leap:A standard move that has Rena Ryuugu leap through the air to pin the opponent down if she connects and laugh maniacally as she slams her nata down in the middle of their head before yanking it out and jumping off them. This move has close, mid, and far versions and Rena can leap over projectiles. The amplified version has Ryuugu slam the nata down two more times on the opponent's face before jumping off for increased damage.
Atonement:A standard move that has Rena Ryuugu hold her nata up so the side will block an opponent's normal attack or grab before she punches them in the gut to wind them before darting behind them and slamming the blunt side of her nata into their back to send them flying away from her.
Firebomb:A Variation move that has Rena Ryuugu toss a ticking firebomb on the ground at close, mid, or far distances that will explode in a few moments, knocking the opponent away if it hits and causing constant flame damage if they stand in the area. The amplified version has Rena toss her zippo lighter at the firebomb to explode it immediately after throwing it. This move takes up 2 Variation slots.
Too Late:A Variation move that replaces Rena Ryuugu's standard Atonement with her kicking the opponent back before pulling out a gasoline can and throwing the liquid on them before tossing her zippo lighter at them, causing them to go up in flames and be stunned for a moment while causing constant flame damage for a couple moments.
Rina's Punishment:A Variation move that has Rena Ryuugu pull out a metal pipe and swing it at the opponent's head before following it up with two more blows to the head that make them spin away from her. The amplified version has Rena run at the opponent and only start swinging when she reaches them and gives her armor.
Hacked Trash:A Variation move that has Rena Ryuugu grab the opponent by the arm and pull out a hacksaw before slamming it into the opponent's side, dragging it in deeper with each move before pulling it out as it reaches halfway and pushes them away. The amplified version has Rena hack into the opponent's arm as they cry out in pain after pulling her hacksaw out and follows it up by slashing their throat to make them stumble away.
L5 Dash:A Variation move that replaces Rena Ryuugu's standard Hinamizawa Leap and has Rena laugh maniacally as she runs forwards, hacking her nata into the opponent's gut if she collides with them and slamming them on the ground behind her before yanking it out. The amplified version has Ryuugu jump on the nata to drive it in deeper before hopping off and pulling it out for increased damage after slamming the opponent on the ground.
Demon Stance:A Variation move that has Rena Ryuugu put her nata on her shoulder and stand still, waiting for an input to do a second move or the stance canceled. This move takes up 2 Variation slots.
-False Lead:Rena Ryuugu jabs the hook on her nata into the opponent's side and drags them towards her, staggering them and opening up a window to follow up on the initial hit.
-Prepared to Die:Rena Ryuugu hacks her nata down onto the opponent's left shoulder before yanking it out and backhanding their face with the blunt end of her blade to send them staggering away. The amplified version has Rena fake False Lead before slamming her nata onto the opponent's shoulder.
-Cleaver Girl:Rena Ryuugu performs a flourishing uppercut with her nata while leaping away from the opponent, cutting across their chest and face if she connects and knocking them down. The amplified version has Rena fake False Lead before performing the leaping uppercut.
End of Happiness:A Variation move that has Rena Ryuugu swing her nata into the air, catching the opponent's gut on the hook if it connects and slamming them into the ground behind her. The amplified version has Rena bounce the opponent off the ground and hit them with a swing of her nata along their torso to knock them farther back for increased damage.
Axe Throw:A Variation move that replaces Rena Ryuugu's standard Spinning Cleaver and has Rena pull out her axe and throw it for a larger projectile and increased damage at the cost of a longer start-up. The amplified version has Ryuugu punch the axe-head in deeper if it hits and kick the opponent away from her to retrieve the blade.
Burnt Up:A Variation move that has Rena Ryuugu spray gasoline from a can while airborne before using her zippo lighter to ignite the fluid, leaving a burning trail that lands on the ground and causes constant flame damage for a few moments if it hits the opponent. If the opponent was airborne, they crash to the ground and writhe for a moment before Rena lands. The amplified version has Ryuugu slam her nata down where the flames ars as she lands for a knockdown and increased damage, keeping the opponent in the flames for longer.
Buster Home Run:A Variation move that has Rena Ryuugu pull out Keiichi Maebara's baseball bat and smack the opponent's face with it, knocking them on their belly as their hands keep them from landing in the ground and then stomps on their head with her boot before winding up her next swing and smacking down hard on their back, a loud crack echoing as she walks away and puts the bat away. The amplified version has Rena smash the opponent's arms with Keiichi's bat first and if amplified again, then their legs, before delivering a devastating swing to their back.
Manic Tragedy:A Variation move that adds combo enders for Rena Ryuugu using some of her tools.
-The Open Up combo continuing after the kick to the gut and nata hack to the face with Kei-Chan's Proud as Rena smashes the opponent's face with her baseball bat twice before strolling behind them and putting it away.
-The Kawaii Barrage combo where Ryuugu punches the opponent in the gut before yanking their leg out from under them with her nata's hook and then punching them in the face once they're downed before stepping back changing into No Evidence where she swaps the face punch for dragging her hacksaw across their neck and only yanking it out when its halfway in their throat.
-The Desk-Shatter combo where Rena smashes the opponent's head down with the blunt end of her nata and slams it into their gut next becomes Crushed Face and has Rena hold the opponent by the shoulder as she slams her metal pipe into their face twice before they get sent flying away from her by the second swing.

Rena Ryuugu performs a spinning slash with her nata. If it connects, the opponent's belly is sliced open and they clutch it in pain before Rena slams her nata into their face and leaves it there for a second as she pulls out her zippo lighter and a gasoline can, tossing the two at them as she grabs her nata and leaps away as they get blown away by a massive explosion. Ryuugu approaches the opponent with Keiichi's baseball bat and grins while laughing as she rains blow after blow onto their head, slashing their throat open with her hacksaw, and then hacking into their chest with her axe, stomping down on the blade to drive it in deeper before yanking it out and sending the opponent sliding away with a smack of her nata's blunt end to their face.
Taunts-
Rena Ryuugu shakes the opponent's blood off her nata before laughing maniacally or saying "You really do want death!"
Rena Ryuugu leaps away from the opponent with her nata on her shoulder and looks back at them after landing, saying "I don't understand you..." or "Just stay out of the way of my atonement."

Let's See What's Inside...:Rena Ryuugu drops a firebomb at the opponent's feet with them looking down at it as she drops a lighter afterwards, causing a massive explosion that sends them flying backwards before they get up in a panic. They pat at the flames to try to save themselves as they eat away at their body, revealing muscles and bones like in Cetrion's Fatality and the Dead Pool Stage Fatality with the head being kept mostly intact.
Rena slams a woodcutting axe into their face next, splitting it halfway down the middle, and leaps behind them as they raise their hands up, grasping the handle right before she slams her nata down, cleaving their head completely in two with a smile and knocking the axe blade aside in slow-motion.
Cleaning Up for Oyashiro-Sama:Rena Ryuugu smacks the opponent's right arm with a metal pipe, breaking it and making it bend at an odd angle as they clutch it, before a whack to the side of their head knocks them to the ground. Rena continues to brutally pummel the opponent's head as they feebly try to resist, only stopping when their face is completely caved in and an eye is popping out before pulling out a hacksaw.
Ryuugu sighs and starts hacking away at their broken arm, slowly cutting through it before finally holding the appendage up as strands of blood and muscle hang from the wound in slow-motion, the opponent's ruined face the only other thing visible.
Friendship:Taking You Home!
Rena Ryuugu sighs as she puts her nata away before a flash of energy illuminates the area behind her, revealing Furude Hanyū to be behind her as she blinks in surprise for a few moments while Oyashiro-sama stammers. Rena gets an exaggerated chibi face and giggles while yelling "I WANNA TAKE YOU HOOOME!" before picking up Hanyu and running off-screen with her as a blur, leaving the opponent to comically topple over in her dust.
Brutalities-
The Klassic:Rena Ryuugu performs her uppercut, swinging her nata upwards and cuts the opponent's head in two down the middle, leaving only a small part still connected, as they collapse into a kneeling position.
Cracked Open:Rena Ryuugu performs her forward throw but keeps smashing the blunt side of her nata into the opponent's face as she laughs maniacally, burying it in their head after splattering herself in blood from the barrage of blows and leaving it there.
Cotton-Drifting:Rena Ryuugu performs her Axe Pound move but the axe-head buries into the opponent's chest instead of their head and knocks them on their back as she complains "How sloppy...", putting her boot on their chest and dragging the blade down before yanking it out of their stomach, ripping out their entrails with it as they finally perish.
Boom!:Rena Ryuugu performs her amplified Firebomb move but the explosion doesn't knock the opponent away, only engulfing them in flames as they panic and throw up their hands, being reduced to a charred corpse in a few moments and collapsing to their knees facing the camera.
Ōishi's Pain:Rena Ryuugu performs her L5 Dash move but after slamming the opponent into the ground, she presses down more on her nata and bisects the opponent before laughing maniacally as she cuts their legs, arms, and heads off, leaving the pile of body parts bleeding all over and covering her in blood.
End Up Like This:Rena Ryuugu performs her False Lead move but her nata hooks the opponent's entrails out before she slams her nata on their head, splitting it in two, and finishes by leaping away from them while swinging her blade through their groin and up to the neck, spilling their intestines as they slowly split apart.
Why So Familiar?:Rena Ryuugu performs her fully amplified Buster Home Run move but after the opponent's back is broken by Keiichi's baseball bat, she ruthlessly smacks their head with it as they put their hand up to stop her, only stopping when the back of their head bursts open and she dents his bat before putting it away.
Just Junk:Rena Ryuugu performs her back throw but after slamming her nata into the opponent's chest, she hangs onto the handle while delivering punch after punch to the opponent's back, slowly cleaving through their back and letting the two halves fall seperately with their upper half facing the sky.
I Wonder...:Rena Ryuugu performs the No Evidence combo but keeps hacking into the opponent's neck with her hacksaw until she decapitates them and holds the head up with her free hand, leaving her blade in the ground, before saying "I wonder..." and hacking the opponent's head in two with her nata, inspecting the half still in her hand.

I embarked on a quest to ensure my home, Hinamizawa, and Ōishi-sama were avenged by killing every last member of the Yamainu and Miyo Takano. I fully expected to die in the process but then fate intervened, a Titan calling herself Oyashiro-sama's creator, offered me a chance to bring everyone back.

And yet, Geras told me that I could indeed save my friends and family, thanking me for defeating his abusive master but also warning me I didn't know everything.
