Albus Dumbledore about Newt Scamander: If you'd ever had the pleasure to teach him, you'd know Newt is not a great follower of orders.

BESTING ALBUS
... ... ...
There were a lot of things Albus Dumbledore was able to say about Newt Scamander – but being a great follower of orders had never been one of them.
"Newt," Albus tried. "I know you won't listen, but at least let me say one thing—"
"I always listen, Dumbledore," Newt interrupted him, unbothered by manners. "I just usually think that some things are more important than your advice."
"Well," Albus reminded his former student, "in this case, I doubt there's anything more important than the fact that Gellert Grindelwald is about to start a war and expects people to take a side, Newt."
"Except the dragons he's using for his goals," Newt immediately agreed – which wasn't exactly what Albus meant, but Albus had to admit to himself that for Newt, those words had been unambiguous agreement.
"Except the dragons," Albus said with a sigh.
"Which is why I'm going and getting them out," Newt added, because of course he'd decide that. Sadly, his agreement immediately brought them back to the point they had come from. But then, this was Newt. Reasoning with Newt often ended at the starting point after the arguments had been exhausted.
Albus nodded. "Which is why you're getting them out."
"And while I'm at it, I can smuggle out some information as well, Dumbledore," Newt said softly, not even looking at Albus – taking away Albus' way of seeing his true thoughts in his eyes.
Albus opened his mouth to remind the other man of the danger he was getting into if he decided to be a spy, but in the next moment, he closed it again without uttering a word.
Newt – only armed with his wand – went up against dragons, griffins and Nundu; he wouldn't bat an eye at the danger that Gellert and his men posed.
Nevertheless…
It was the short, barely there touch on his arm that brought Albus out of his thoughts before he was able to straighten out his feelings.
"You're my friend, Dumbledore," Newt said, his hand gone long before Albus had the chance to comprehend the touch. "Let me do this for you."
It was an argument worthy of a Slytherin.
"Very well," Albus agreed before he actually registered what he had agreed to.
Newt's lips twitched – his version of a smile – and then, with a very short wave, he had already Apparated away before Albus could restart the arguments.
I hope you liked it.
Over and out.
