"Alright come on out Kilowattrel" Ash gently rolled Kilowattrel's Pokeball.
The Frigatebird Pokémon hadn't recovered from its forced evolution from Thundurus squawking irritably and shooting off the sparks of electricity.
"Why don't you try reading about Kilowattrel?" Goh suggested.
"Great idea Ash pulled out his rotom phone "The European storm petrel also known as the British storm petrel, or just storm petrel is a small sea bird in the northern storm petrel family- no wrong bird"
"Let's see doesn't have oil in its feathers, is a poor swimmer stores electricity in its throat pouch. That's it maybe she needs to let off some electricity"
"Alright Kilowattrel now we just got to let you let off some electricity," Ash said cheerfully grabbing a small lighting rod.
Kilowattrel immediately flew off further into the laboratory.
"Alright, we're gonna have to try a different method" Ash sent out Dragonite, Dracovish, and Gengar.
"Follow her!" Dragonite took off into the sky following after Kilowattrel.
"I know she trained with Unfezant when she was a Wattrel maybe I should go and get her from Oaks lab"
As Ash ran off to go swap Unfezant into rotation Goh was left with Iris.
"Alright you are the best in your field" Iris commanded to her Roaring Moon and Ash's Slither Wing and Primeape.
"At least for you're experience level" the three of them deflated at that comment.
"We don't know when Team Galactic will strike again so we must take the fight to them. So it's important that you as the newest members of the team were taking into battle with us it's important that you get training"
Goh and Cinderace watched as Slither Wing immediately launched at Roaring Moon with Superpower Roaring Moon roared back and attacked with Dragon Claw. The two went tussling in a cloud of dust. Getting smacked by their tails Primeape got enraged jumping into the fight with Rage Fist.
Well, Haxorus and Excadrill were breaking them apart Goh heard a loud crash and a crackle of electricity as Kilowattrel broke through the lab glass.
With Iris still busy Goh decided to take Cinderace and a lightning rod and Ash's three Pokémon to go find Kilowattrel.
"Come on you three follow me" Goh ordered to Dracovish, Dragonite, and Gengar.
He was the one who caught her for Ash so he felt like he should be the one to get her back.
Goh didn't notice that with everybody occupied Ash's Capsakid and Chloes Gimmighoul saw an opportunity to escape followed in secret by Finizen.
"Alright where is she"
"Gen-gen-gar!" Gengar gestured at the spot of yellow high up in the sky.
"Alright, Dragonite use Dragon Dance then take me to Kilowattrel" Dragonite set up a Dragon Dance.
"Alright now take me into the air!" grabbing Goh in a bear hug Dragonite took him into the sky.
"Alright now use Draco Meteor!" Dragonite launched a Draco Meteor into the sky bringing Kilowattrel down from the clouds.
Dragonite gave chase to Kilowattrel forcing her to get closer to the ground.
Cinderace was waiting striking her with Quick Attack.
Gengar and Dracovish struck with Shadow Ball and Psychic Fangs but to Goh's surprise, Kilowattrel dodged both of them.
Kilowattrel zoomed off into the woods leaving Goh to stand there star-struck.
"Goh there you are!" Ash appeared down the road with Unfezant.
"Kilowattrel kind of broke out of the lab and is on the loose"
"I figured that out from the hole in the wall" Ash responded but more importantly Capsakid, Finizen, and Gimmighoul have gone missing"
Goh started face-palming of course those two would see this as their chance to escape and Finizen would follow them wanting to be the hero.
"Alright you go find Finizen and I'll go find Kilowattrel"
"Alright take Dragonite, Dracovish, and Gengar" Ash handed their Pokeballs over.
Ash took off on Noivern followed by Unfezant leaving Goh to continue looking for Kilowattrel.
Flying over the forest it didn't take long for Kilowattrel to be spotted flying through the canopy.
"Alright, Dragonite use Dragon Dance again" Another Dragon Dance was able to get Dragonite up to pace with Kilowattrel.
"Now use Hurricane!" the gust of wind created wide gaps in the trees allowing Goh to spot Kilowattrel.
"Cinderace, Scizor go!" Goh ordered.
"Use Quick Attack! and Bullet Punch!" Scizor and Cinderace picked off Kilowattrel with their priority.
"Dracovish use Fishious Rend on the ground!" Dracovish slapped down on the ground with the Fishious Rend jetting Kilowattrel into the air with water.
"Gengar use Will-o-Wisp!" Gengar burnt Kilowattrel distracting her long enough for Scizor to grab her down although a shock of electricity rang through its body.
Grabbing the lightning rod Goh stamped it down lightly on Kilowattrels's throat pouch absorbing the excess electricity.
After calming down Kilowattrel immediately flew off although it was less wild and it seemed like she had a clear direction in mind.
"Un-Fezant!" the Proud Pokémon chirped pointing to the ground in the city of Mesagoza where something was going on down on the ground.
Finizen was repeatedly slamming down with Aqua Tail trying to get at something.
Capsakid and Gimmighoul were on the run with various stolen items in a bag.
"Unfezant, Noivern use Air Slash!" the blades of air sent the two thieves off their balance.
The two landed in their pile of stolen stuff.
Unfortunately, that included a Fire Stone that landed on Capsakid.
In a burst of glowing light, a second head appeared on her body and Capsakid evolved into Scovillain.
The new redhead imminently tried to bite the original greenhead giving Finizen the chance to strike with Double Hit.
Ash tried to get closer to the battle but was stopped by a blast of golden coins raining down on Noivern and Unfezant.
Behind Scovillan all the coins had disappeared revealing the newly evolved Gholdengo.
"Ghol!" Gholdengo seemed devastated at the fact that the coins had all disappeared.
"Scov!" The green pepper hissed to its twin signaling for an attack and launching a Flamethrower from the red-head well Gholdengo fired a Make It Rain.
Finizen went for an Aqua Tail and it looked like he was going to be overpowered by the two attacks.
But a surprise Volt Switch was able to even the tides and cancel the two moves out.
Kilowattrel and Finizen combined an Aqua Jet and Discharge dealing heavy damage to Scovillain and Gholdengo.
"Alright that's enough everybody break it up break it up" Ash stepped in with Noivern to break the fight up.
"Hey Ash! I got Kilowattrel back for you-" Goh stopped wide-eyed at the sight of the two extra evolutions.
"Scovillain, Gholdengo you are both under suspension now get back to the lab"
Knowing that they were outgunned the duo began the slow walk of shame back to the lab escorted by Gengar and Dracovish.
"And Kilowattrel congrats on the evolution" Kilowattrel gave a wing up and a high five to Finizen with her foot content with her new more powerful form.

This a very short chapter as we get close to the end of Ash's story yes I know I've done not the best job at writing him and his Padea mons I plan to change that when we get to the second season and the DLC's so until then keep watching and stay tuned.
