Trigger Warning: Kidnap, blood, other bad stuff etc

Brooke let out a soft groan as she started to stir, scrunching her face up at the feeling of something wiping her face, which made her snap awake.

'Good morning, Miss. Davis.' She heard Dan's voice, and as she opened her eyes, she saw him sitting on the edge of the bed.

She recoiled when Dan moved the rag closer to her face. 'I didn't mean to be so rough, Miss. Davis, or should I just call you Brooke?' Dan chuckled as Brooke shot him a fierce glare.

'What the hell happened?' Brooke demanded, pushing Dan away and sitting up in bed. 'I'll let that slide, kiddo,' Dan retorted, not appreciating being shoved and taking it as an excuse not to assist her out of bed.

Ignoring Dan, Brooke searched for an escape route. 'I knocked you out by punching you,' Dan informed her, observing her every move. 'And I apologize for that,' he added, roughly holding her chin to make her look at him.

Brooke winced when Dan glanced at her face and remarked, 'I did quite a number on that pretty face.' She quickly shook his hands off and demanded, 'What am I doing here?' as she watched Dan walk away towards the closet.

'Well, I had to resort to plan B to get you to dance for me. I knew you would cancel, so I had to kidnap you and bring you here,' Dan explained, pulling out a red dress with one strap.

Brooke narrowed her eyes and asked nervously, 'What about Lucas and Nathan?' She feared something had happened to her friends. Her frown deepened when Dan chuckled and reassured, 'Oh, don't worry, they're unharmed for now.'

Setting the dress down, Dan faced Brooke, who persisted, 'What did you do to them?' She glared at the dress and then at Dan as he replied, 'I just had them arrested last night so my plan wouldn't be interrupted.' He casually tapped her cheek as he spoke.

Brooke kept moving her face away while Dan kept talking, 'Now switch to the red dress and come down stairs, and then the fun starts,' he said with a grin.

'And if I refuse?' Brooke asked angrily as Dan walked towards the door, 'Then your friends stay in jail and things get even worse for you. Need help putting it on?' he teased.

Brooke glared at him and finally gave in, 'Fine, just get out so I can change! Promise you'll leave the others alone if I do this!' she demanded, meeting his eyes.

Dan smirked, 'Deal. And don't even try to escape or things will get really bad. You're already in trouble for lying.' He walked out, leaving Brooke alone.

She hurried to the door, locked it, then leaned against it. Dan's muffled voice came from the other side, 'You've got ten minutes to get downstairs.'

"Lucas, Nathan, and the others will be okay. Dan can't stop them from figuring out the truth," she whispered reassuringly before heading to the dress.

Brooke searched the room for a phone to call Felix or Mouth for help with Lucas, but Dan had removed all phones from the house. "Dan must've taken the phones out, knowing I might try to call for help," she realized.

"I'll need to come up with an escape plan, but for now, I'll go along with it," Brooke whispered as she changed into the dress, blushing in embarrassment when she saw herself in the mirror. "He just had to choose a revealing dress," she muttered as she styled her hair.

( Lucas, Nathan, Haley, Peyton and Jake)

"Damn, it's morning and we're still stuck in this place. I gotta reach out to Felix or Mouth to see if they can help." Lucas mumbled, approaching Nathan to wake him up and come up with a plan to make a phone call.

"Wake up, we need a strategy," Nathan groaned as he stirred, realizing their predicament and the urgency of the situation, with Haley still asleep in his arms.

"Is it morning already?" Haley whispered, rubbing her eyes and remembering their situation in jail as she glanced at Lucas and Nathan.

"Yeah, unfortunately," Lucas confirmed with a sigh, and they all pondered about Brooke's safety or Dan's involvement, prompting Peyton to voice her concerns upon waking up in Jake's embrace.

"That Brooke better be safe, but I got a bad feeling Dan got her," Lucas said, really hoping she was okay if Dan did catch her.

"This situation sucks, no phone means no way to ask for help," Jake grumbled, as Peyton leaned on his shoulder.

Lucas growled, pacing around before rushing to the bar and banging on it. "HEY!!!" he yelled, trying to get someone's attention.

"What do you need?" the officer asked, walking over and glaring at Lucas. "Are you ever gonna tell us why we're here? And when are we gonna get a phone call?" Lucas demanded, done with the games.

The police officer stared at him. "You're here for stealing from Dan's Scott Motors. No phone calls for you yet," he said, causing Lucas to growl and smack the cell once more.

"Hey, why not? What if it's an emergency?" Lucas demanded. "Damn it, my girlfriend might be in trouble. Just let me make a call, please, to make sure she's okay," he pleaded.

The police officer couldn't help but laugh at the blonde's words. "Tell someone who cares. Now sit down and shut up!" he said as he began to walk off.

"What's your name? So when we get out of here we can get you fired," Lucas demanded, glaring at the officer. "Along with your little pals for arresting us for no reason because we didn't steal stuff. Someone is paying you off," he taunted.

The officer walked back over and smacked the cell with his stick. "Shut up or I'll make you, and the name is Mason," he said and walked away. "I'll have some food brought in so you guys won't starve."

Lucas growled and kicked the bars before walking back over to the others. "What do we do now?" Peyton asked with a frown, worried about what was going to happen.

"Let's just hope Brooke's alright and she'll find a way out of this," Nathan said, arms crossed and his blue eyes intense. "What's Dan's deal anyway? Why is he pulling this stuff?" he asked.

Lucas chuckled as he glared at his little brother. "Because Dan's a perv who can't keep his hands to himself, and he's mad that no one's falling for his game," he explained.

"Brooke is tough, maybe not the sharpest tool in the shed, but I bet she's figuring things out and won't let Dan get away with anything," Jake said optimistically.

Peyton frowned. "But Brooke's so much smaller than Dan… I hope you're right," she said softly, closing her eyes. "Let's just pray someone figures things out soon," Lucas added.

Lucas was confident that someone would, especially since they were supposed to call his mom to tell her they had arrived at their weekend destination.

( Brooke and Dan)

Dan was sitting at the table, waiting for Brooke to come downstairs. He checked his watch and said, 'Hurry up, Miss. Davis, you got two more minutes left,' tapping the table impatiently as he kept an eye on the doorway.

'Hey, sorry it took me so long to come down,' Brooke said, not really apologetic as she walked into the dining room. 'I kinda got lost,' she lied, even though she had been to the Scott's beach house before.

Dan just scoffed at her excuse but brushed it off. 'You're here now, my dear. Come and sit,' he said, pointing to the seat in front of him. 'And you look absolutely gorgeous, Brooke,' he added with a smirk, his eyes clearly wandering over her body.

Brooke shifted uncomfortably as Dan's gaze lingered on her body, the dress only partially covering her chest. 'My eyes are up here, Mr. Scott!' she growled, her hazel eyes showing her distaste.

"Hey, why not just call me Dan? I mean you're gonna be here for a while," Dan said, not paying attention to Brooke's words as his eyes stayed glued to her chest. "I get why so many guys are into you, Brooke," he said, smirking as the brunette sat down.

Brooke looked down, her hands clenched in her lap. "And you're a total perv!" she muttered quietly, but Dan heard her and chuckled. "Careful with that mouth, babe, remember who you're talking to," he warned, glaring into her hazel eyes.

"Let's just get this done, Mr. Scott, so I can leave and get my friends out of jail, and also not have to see your face," Brooke shot back, glaring at Dan. "I told you, it's Dan, Miss Davis," Dan replied, standing up from the table and grabbing the brunette's hand to pull her up.

Dan led the brunette into the living room, still tightly holding her wrist so she couldn't escape. He had music playing on the radio already, and once they were in the middle of the room.

"Hey, cut it out with that attitude, Brooke!" Dan whispered in her ear, making Brooke shiver as he moved close to her. She felt sick to her stomach at the thought of how near he was.

Brooke tried to block out Dan's words by closing her eyes, wishing it was all just a bad dream. She held back tears, thinking, "Lucas, please hurry."

Brooke whimpered as Dan's hand slid down her back and grabbed her butt, but he hushed her, saying, "It's okay, baby girl, just follow my lead." He continued to whisper in her ear and lightly kissed her temple.

Brooke fought back tears as she buried her face in Dan's chest, feeling his kisses on her neck. She felt foolish for not being able to resist Dan's advances.
