Faith's pov

I sigh looking at the shit motel my daughter and I are in while staying Sunnydale, I push a chair up to the door and move the bed across the room because damn vamps can just walk in no invite needed I drop in the chair after putting my daughter in the bed.

Closing my eyes I tilt my head back and try to sleep.

It feels like I just fell asleep when I open my eyes and see sunlight, I stretch getting up and move the chair then quickly finish getting ready for the day.

I walk to the bed and sit down rubbing my daughter's back "Rogue get up, we gotta see that watcher here".

I smile seeing her head come out from under the blanket as she growl pulling it off when it gets stuck, chuckling I kiss her head she rushes off to the bathroom, after helping her dress I fix her hair putting a bandanna on to cover her forehead and help her put her fingerless gloves on.

We walked to the car where I left her up dropping her onto the back seat, she giggles and climbs in the booster seat buckling up, leaning in I check the belt to make sure she's buckled securely then head around getting in and drive off to the high school.

Pulling up I glance at the school seeing people wondering around the yard, getting out I grab the bag and the duffle bag before I jump out letting Rogue out and take her hand, we head in as I frown looking around.

Seeing a redhead girl I pick up Rogue and walk over to her clearing my throat, she looks at me nervously and I smile "Sup Red where's the library? Looking for a guy named Giles".

She nods "Oh s-sure um I'll show you".

I smile and nod "Thanks Red".

Following her to the library as she leads us in I see two other girls and a guy, sitting Rogue on the counter I pull out a juice and snack smiling as I fix her bandana that slid down slightly.

Glancing around I see a guy come out and the redhead goes up to him telling him something while pointing at me.

He comes over, I pull out a letter from the bag and hold it out "My guardian passed away I was told to bring you this and these" I say while lifting the duffle bag and sit it on the counter, I put Rogue down and watch as she wonders over to the group looking them over frowning I lean my head back closing my eyes.

I look at Giles when he speaks to me "Terribly sorry about your watcher Rose, she was a wonderful woman it seems she's left you in my care as your watcher and guardian, she used to write me about you and Rogue".

I hum and nod pointing to a bag "She wanted you to have the books, left me and Rogue money and both an account we can't touch till we are 18".

He nods looking at Rogue as she walks over holding out her empty juice box to me, he comes out and bends over tilting her head up carefully lifting her bandana and smiles gently touching the small horns on her forehead, He then takes her glove off looking at her hands seeing pointed sharp black nails then looks up at me "succubus correct?"

I nod picking Rogue up coving her again "Ya I had just been called as a slayer before she found me, I was cornered by an alpha succubus when I started going into heat, got pregnant in the week I was held prisoner by her before my watcher found me and killed her then took me out of there".

I see him nod "Well this is Buffy the slayer I have been training the others are Willow, Cordelia, and Xander they help Buffy".

I nod adjusting Rogue "Nice to meet ya but I have shit to do".

"Faith, come back here at lunch so we can discuss everything," Giles says I nod and walk out with Rogue.

Sometime later

I smile looking at the key in my hand "So glad I thought ahead to ensure we have a place right away" I whisper to myself, looking up I see Rogue climbing on the stairs "Come on Rogue, the movers said they will have the beds brought here later today" she nods climbing down and running out the door.

"Faith, come back here at lunch so we can discuss everything," Giles says I nod and walk out with Rogue.

Stopping I grab some food and head back to the school as we head in, I frown when some short man stands in front of me and starts ranting about Rogue before demanding I find a sitter to come to school and trying to give me detention.

I start laughing "Yeah not gonna happen ain't a student so fuck off with your Napoleon complex" I snark then walk past him ignoring his ranting and following me, rolling my eyes I push the door into the library "Yo Gman what's with the rat faced Napoleon here?".

I smirk at how red the guy's face gets in anger as I sit down giving Rogue her food while Gman deals with the guy, I lay out the rest of the food grabbing mine as he comes and sits at the table pinching the bridge of his nose.

I slide him some food "Here Gman, got ya some grub for our chat, no tea" I say shrugging "Now about a watcher I think another is needed here preferably an omega one, your slayer is alpha I ain't comfortable around them, oh I got me and Rogue a house on Revello Drive but I think I seen something out in the cemetery".

Giles nods cleaning his glasses "If you prefer to have a different watcher I can call the council, I understand you have got your own place however I want you to check in from time to time and visit even if I'm not your watcher, now can you describe what you saw so we can find information".

I nod "Five by five Gman and no need I know what it was my old watcher took us on trips round the world to learn about the Supernatural, I think here it's called a ghoul but I know it's not common here it's more Romanian. Moroaică's is what they told us, oh y'know Baba Yaga? she's pretty cool and wicked funny she's the one who delivered Rogue".

Smirking at his shock over Yaga I laugh "Come on Gman not shocking I mean there are plenty of demons or vamps who chill and do not cause probs, hell I met a goddess, a mutant vamp who has three daughters, and a lady who causes hallucinations and talks with a doll who is mentally connected to her but also has it's own mind and personality in Romania that doll was wicked".

I see him look more shocked "How did you meet them and live?"

I laugh shrugging "Well the goddess, we ran into an old woman using a walking stick with bird skulls, I knew it was an illusion after some arguments about it. I explain I ain't looking to slay, that my watcher took me on the trip to learn that shit ain't good and evil, and that it was to get me away from the States after what happened, She finally agreed as long as I ain't slaying anything just for wondering around we was five by five, she took us to meet her daughters and granddaughters. They taught me more and even taught me the best way to kill certain demons and use more weapons".

I tilt my head showing the tattoo on my neck "That's the Beneviento crest" pulling my jacket back showing my chest over my heart "That's the Dimitrescu crest".

I stand up pulling my jacket off showing my shirt has a low back so the tattoo is visible as well "That's the goddess crest, hers is something from all four lords on a shield with wings they wanted me to get these as a mark to show I'm now a member of those houses and also under its protection".

Smiling at his shock I drop back in my seat "Rogue has stuff with the crests too, Yaga even gave us a necklace that shows we are protected by her as well. So on Watchers, I need an omega who will not be a judgmental fuck and understands sometimes you ain't gotta kill them because they ain't problems, I mean if they ain't like that they may treat Rogue like shit or think she should be gone and that won't work for me".

I watch him nod "Right of course I agree, I'll start working on this, now about school".

I hold my hand up shaking my head "Nah Gman, I graduated already I'm taking college classes I transferred to the college here, and I'm studying Watcher classes as well. I'm learning ancient languages, mythology, cryptozoology, demonology, I speak 17 languages not counting English, I know 150 forms of Kung fu and a few other fighting forms."

Looking down tapping the table I hear him coughing and look up "good god" I nod and shrug looking around "Ain't gonna be caught unprepared again I've even been training Rogue so she can protect herself if needed".
