"Jeez, can this rust bucket go any slower?" Blaze irritably said as she laid her hand beneath the passing water. She let it surf along the path before mumbling her frustrations at the slow boat.

"Well, it's an old boat Blaze and it looks like this girl is only meant for fishing trips." The captain of this vessel, nominated first by Projekt Red, Provence responded as she carefully steered the ship to their destination given by Doctor. Though the good news was that the boat is fully functional and seaworthy as she let it ride around for a few meters without it sinking. The bad news however is that the boat is remarkably slow, about a quarter that a speedboat is capable of making. With that being said the purple wolf had some considerable time on how to commandeer such a vehicle. There's a lot more to study in the helm of the boat than what Provence and the rest of the Operators learned from driving school. But that's neither here nor there.

Going back to Blaze who...

"Remind me that we should upgrade this baby with a better engine."

"If we can find one that can fit for a boat like this." Warfarin spoke amusingly. The vampire simply sat on the edge of the boat enjoying the sun. As the aforementioned species of Sarkaz, sunlight tends to be a bane for her type and thanks to the advances in medical technology of Rhodes Island she is able to walk through the clear sky terrain of Rook with the help of modified skin lotion.

"Yeah, but I'm sure that both Red and Ceobe can sniff one out for us. Am I right, girls?" Blaze grinned and called out to the Lupo and Perro. Projekt Red was sitting down with a fishing rod, and it's lure out into the sea. She's simply waiting for a fish to catch her bait as Ceobe eagerly waited for the food to come out, her tail wagging excitedly.

"Sure..."

"Yeah!"

Their response in line with their personality as the fishing rod suddenly tugged and the two pulled in unison to get the aquatic creature soon to be feast.

"And if they find it, me and Mudrock can haul it back to the cave."

"I may not have fully recovered..." The aforementioned Gargoyle raised her arm to flex her muscle in meek enthusiasm. "But I can definitely lend a hand when it comes to heavy equipment." Mudrock flinched when she felt Blaze's heavy hand suddenly smacking her in the back.

"Atta girl!"

"Hey, I see Doctor!" Ceobe after tossing a large Coral Reef Fish to Red, running to the front of the to point at the hooded man who was standing there pushing a mound of sand with a shovel into a hole.

Doctor had been on this side of the beach for more than an hour. After he had done some hunting, one that had him chasing around the rarest and some of the most dangerous animals on the island, only with a newfound bow that he found in several pieces within a prototype lab, originally a deep bunker made by Higashi explorers, linked to a folder he found unexpectedly during an expedition into lost territory, where the pirates had dwelled there and are hostile to anyone who encroached their hovel.

Long story short, he massacred his way through a testing unit filled with rabid, experimented on beasts, which he gained a few new scars from on his tattooed arms. The whole laboratory was rigged and he had to escape deeper into the bunkers as poisonous gas began to fill up the air. Unfortunately he breathed some in, causing him to vomit with some slight inner hemorrhaging after he left through an airtight metal door. Soon after his bloody emesis and first aid via the healing syringes from the Rook Island flora he went deeper and proceeded to slaughter through more pirates and more pirates while picking up folders and boxes that had the same chain like insignia and triangular symbol from the first. Doctor ventured deeper or higher from an open elevator where he was in a silo of some sort and just as before was rigged to blow. He didn't stay for the fireworks, dashing with haste, dispatching any pirate he saw blocking his way and reaching an old railway that led out to a cave. Though he was blown away to the door out, nevertheless he survived through the whole ordeal.

Once he went through all of that he sat down near a barrel campfire and went through the folders he collected alongside opening the parcels that were with them. In it were blueprints and instructions needed to compile a highly advanced yet powerful tactical compound bow. Equipped with an auto-loading, detachable box magazine that can be attached with a variety of his arrows. It can also collapse easily into a more compact form for storage unlike the bow he originally had. Finishing with piecing together the bow he proceeded to read the last of the folders which read:

"Masahiro, I question using these so-called "scientists." They speak of Pieces of Eden and this Edison's electrical experiments into "genetic memory." Was this the reason why we have the animals in cages? Regardless, I do not trust them, and I do not trust their weapon experimentations on our Kougon Yumi. Saying that they're for the coming danger arriving to this planet, even more so than what is happening in Iberia. What nonsense! Please exercise caution around these foreign, traitless devils..." -Hayato

"..."

The Rakyat warrior soon found himself at the beach hoping to boil some crabs when he found out that the meal box secretly given to him by Warfarin and made by Ceobe was empty. A few crustaceans later alongside finding a pail to boil them and a bonfire that was made ready to be lit, he had the water in to a bubbling point, put the crabs in for reddening, and all he had to do is wait. When he did, he discovered a disturbing scene at the beach. A turn of his head led to something poking out of the ground. It was round but not moving and looked out of place. Leaving the crabs there he curiously dusted off the sand from the round mound and there...

There in the sand was a buried head.

"Damn..." Beside him he also found a camera sat on a low wooden tripod on top of a rock aiming at them. Going to the tripod he grabbed the camera, opening it up to see what was recorded. He wasn't one to shirk away from the contents of the camera but his anxiety and instincts were screaming at him. Whatever's inside will heighten his negative emotional state and leave an empty feeling in his gut.

'The Far Cry Experience...'

A multi-episode film series starring an amateur survivalist by the name of Chris and his cameraman Barry, now he knows who this camera belongs to, and their ventures in this godforsaken island. However, there was one more "star" of this movie.

Vaas...

The whole recording simply showed the tragic fate of both Chris, Barry along with a few more people that have been brutally slaughtered by the pirates.

The first episode begins with a man being tied to a large rock while the camera records it all. The man begs for his life as Vaas steps in and pulls out an RPG, telling him to be quiet and let him focus before firing the launcher.

The video cuts when the rocket almost landed on the man, saving Doctor from the gruesome ending. The camera must've been jumbled with if it was this buggy.

After that, the recording flashes back to Chris filming a show on a how to survival guide on Rook Island. At first he tries to make an introduction but he continues to screw up his lines and show frustration at his superiors and the rest of the crew currently on a ship off the coast of the island partying (Somehow the recording spliced with the extra camera footage from the crew) while he and his cameraman, Barry (Revealed to be the man that will be blown to pieces by Vaas later), survive the next few hours adventuring through the jungle. Things began to deteriorate as both Chris and Barry bicker and mess with each other while trying to find fresh water. When they did Barry started to film Chris drinking.

Until...

"AHHH! OOOOHHHHH! OH MY GOD! FUCK!"

"Hahaha!"

"HOLY SHIT! AHHHH!"

"Yo-you- just saw that now?! Hahaha!"

*Blurgh!*

*Ptew!*

*Pfff-ptew!*

"You better not... put that shit on fucking Obsgram! Oh god..."

While in the middle of him acting thirsty for the drama of his future fans, Chris fails to notice a dead monkey bleeding into the stream he is drinking from. He ran off to vomit and warned Berry that he better not put it on the internet for the whole of Terra to see.

*TROOOOOOT!*

"Holy crap dude...!"

"What...?!"

"...BAMBIE!"

...!

...!

"What was that?!" Chris whisper-screamed. Just at that moment, they hear a hunting trumpet and someone yelling "Bambie" in the jungle. The duo soon go out to investigate. In a edited cut to cut time they came to a clearing and...

*TROOOOOT!*

"AAARRGGHHHH!"

"Oh shit, was that a deer?!"

"Nonono, I think that was a human..."

"No no that was for sure a deer! There's no way..."

"Look! Look!"

Emerging from the bushes was a man with his body in the middle of a deer. The man begs Chris and Barry not to kill him. Just as they say that they aren't going to kill him, gun shots are fired and the man runs in one direction while Chris and Barry run to hide behind some bushes behind them.

"BAMBIE!" Is heard again. Now, closer then ever.

The video cuts to black.

The second episode starts with Chris and Barry hiding in the bushes as they watch Vaas and two of his men enter the clearing. Vaas was riding on the back of another human like a horse until he gets off and grabs him by the hair.

"My poor little horsie..."

*Click*

He then pulls out his pistol. Doctor felt a chilling reminder from his shoulder when he saw that same gun.

"You were many things in this life. But you're a better horse than you ever were a man..."

*MmmfNo! NOOOO!"

*Bang*

He then executed the man, claiming he was a better horse than he ever was a man. Vaas then spots something and starts walking towards Chris and Barry's hiding spot, claiming he smells something. Before he can get any close, the cries of the man inside the deer are heard again, and Vaas and his men head off to find him.

"Chris! Call your agent, call your fucking producer! We have to get to the boat!"

"Shhh! We have to see if he's okay!" The survivor star said in panic as he and Barry went up to the murdered horse-man. The video glitched again as they went to see the body still not moving.

"Oh shit! Fuck!" Chris started to heave, grabbing his chest. This is probably the first time he ever witnessed a stone cold body killed so ruthlessly. Barry cursed in horror as Chris, in a panicking manner, yelled into his radio.

"I'm not... fucking high, okay!" *pant**pant* "Listen! You have to come pick us up right now or I will beat you to death with my dick, you hear me?! I will fucking murder you-"

As they try to make a call to their boat to get picked up from the island. The passengers, The recording instantly cuts to the crew. Laughing hysterically at the star's trepidation. Drinking, partying, having fun, they all believed that he was bluffing so didn't take his threats seriously.

Until...

"Hey, there's some guys over there at the beach!" One of the girls said as she pointed at a group yelling at them. A closer zoom and Doctor saw that they carried several rifles and machetes but to the oblivious ship. They cheered in response with the girl who first saw them flashing her breasts at them.

This prove to be their biggest mistake.

A bullet hit the girl straight through her head as the rest of the crew were peppered in shots. Chris and Barry could only hear as the screams and deaths of the boat rung through the radio.

"Hello...?"

*BOOM!*

"Hello?!"

"Chris! Look over there!"

Barry pointed the camera at the distance where a trail of smoke, presumably from the boat, emerged. They can only watch in horror but that's just a taste for what Vaas has for them...

Chris and Barry ran to the beach to investigate. Following the smoke through the jungle. When they reach the beach they found the burning remains of the destroyed boat and bloody corpses laying there on the beach that Berry thinks is the captain while Chris hyperventilates again. Before they get any closer, gun shots are heard from a few hundred yards away along the beach and Vaas screaming...

"IMPERIALIST! COLONIALIST! FUCKS!"

The video cuts to black.

The third episode starts with Chris and Barry ran behind a patch of rocks while witnessing the capture of a few survivors from the destroyed cruise ship. One of Vaas's man brings him one of the cameras that was on the boat and begins to record what is going on. Vaas then brings forward a girl and two other men.

"Witness this..." The pirates put the girl as the two men begged not to hurt her. Vaas caressed her as he says in a calming voice. "How are you Sophie?"

"M-my name is... Jennifer..." The girl named Jennifer corrected him. The camera glitched.

"You're gonna play a little game." The pirate leader says with two fingers circling in front of the weeping girl. "It's like Wheels of Fortune. Except without the wheels... I'm not gonna give you my fortune." He said with the camera turning to two other survivors. Vaas continues pointing at them. "I want you, to decide..."

Jennifer was confused at his question. "Decide what?" She alongside the two captives were horrified with what he said next.

"Who deserves to die more?"

They all pleaded and wept as Vaas stands the girl up, wrapping his arm around her. "Make your choice: either you choose him." He made a pop sound of a gun. "Or him?" The pirate soon pulls out his own to cock it. "Okay? Either way, these men... don't know your name. Your real, fucking name."

Vaas simply smirked when put his pistol on Jennifer's hand, aiming at the the two men with him directing the coming shot.

"Okay, music please!"

Doctor could only watch at the fate of these people. First they survived the pirate's onslaught only to be captured by them and were sentenced to play their leader's twisted Wheels of Fortune. They were begging, screaming, pleading, saying her name with utter terror. One of them even said they have kids he's waiting to which the other countered and started to push him out of anger. They continued their pushing and arguments until...

*Bang*

"YOU FUCKING WHOR-"

*Bang*

Vaas smiled at the performance. This one was worthy to be a Hollywood blockbuster! "Wow! I give you one you take two!" He said gleefully as Jennifer denied doing such a thing with the pirate lord still egging her on about her "greed." Chris and Barry stayed quiet but were distraught with the brutality just a few feet away from them.

"Hey Vaas!" One if the pirates came up to his boss stroking the captured girl. When the girl was taken away to one of their many slave auctions the grunt gave him a tablet which holds the trailer to Chris' survival action show.

"Wow, WOOOOOOOOO!" Vaas smiled at the cinema introduction before he screamed into the air, still as jovially violent even when he started to loot the corpses. In one of them he found a radio.

The same one Chris used to contact the destroyed ship.

"MCLOVIN! IS! HERE!" He announced on the radio. "HE! IS! HERE!" Both Chris and Barry's panic increased. He knows that they're here, and close. "Amigo, let me be first to graciously welcome you to my island. I am uhh... a big fan of your work. I've seen most of your movies. Despite it being shitty ones."

Cleverly Chris whispered-screamed back. "Fuck you!"

"Amigo! Welcome!" Vaas just smiled again looking at some rocks near the shore. He directed his men to point their guns there. All the while Chris and Barry were talking amuck about their situation. Peeping out for a split second in hopes that they can see the pirates concealed. "Look, McLovin, I know it's you over there. Behind the rocks."

The jigs up and the two wannabe survivalists ran for their lives. The pirates screamed, going after them with Vaas announcing:

"BRING ME MCLOVIN!" When he did the psychopath turned to his cameraman. He let him know on how he figured it out. "I saw him when you boys dragged Sophie away. He was busy ducking and peeping but I fucking spotted him in the corner of my eye. Like a sniper, c'mon! We're gonna have fun with a reality show, on my island, c'mon motherfucker, vamos! Runrunrunrun!"

The video cuts to black.

The fourth episode started with a second of recording a random bloody body washed-out into the sand. Then it became an edited string of the duo running towards, through and around the jungle. Making several sharp turns as gunshots ringed the air. The collective voices of the pirates were heard. As they passed a tree, the unfortunate happened.

"AAAAAHHHH! OH FUCK, MY ANKLE! FUCK!"

Barry fell holding his twisted foot. Chris went back to get him but the next minute wasn't what Doctor had expected.

"Good luck buddy." The main actor patted his cameraman's shoulder prior to running away.

"WHAT! WHAT?!"

"Hey, I got one!"

"NONO, PLEASE DON'T SHOOT ME!"

When the pirate cocked his rifle and Barry begged for his life to be spared.

"AAAAAHHHHH!"

A splurt of blood hit the camera that fell when Barry sprained his ankle. The pirate that tried to kill him fell, his head completely severed from his body. Behind him was Chris with his machete out. The cameraman was astonished to see him come back but shouted out a curse when he heard more pirates arrive. Grabbing his camera and Chris taking the rifle from the seaborne marauder's hands, three pirates appeared from the trees but were soon gunned down by Chris who simply screamed, sprayed and prayed.

"YEAH, SUCK ON THAT!" The actor roared out before he gestured his friend to keep moving. In another string of edited time lapse, the two kept running and running deeper into Rook Island. The jungle overwhelming them as they became more and more lost with each meter. Coming to a mountainside, Barry asked.

"Where are we going?!"

"I don't know man! Away from those fucking pirates!"

The video edited to a disturbing scene that hadn't been witnessed before.

"Oh my god!"

"Fuck man!"

In front of an outpost was a garden, for lack of a better description, of heads. They weren't decapitated heads but rather the bodies were buried up to the neck and just left there. Chris then saw a sentry and screamed at him to drop his gun to which he just ran away from the post he was in. The two foreigners were left to continue staring at the horror beneath with, disturbingly, one of the buried bodies woke up and started to bite Barry's shoe when he stepped on it. As he tried to kick the head off his foot a bullet hit his leg resulting in a similar situation that they were in recently. Barry fell with an injury, the camera following suit still recording only this time Chris tried to get Barry out, even if he had to carry him.

However that won't be the case.

The pirates were close. Dangerously so as evident with the various shots whizzing past them and hitting the outpost gate. It left with Barry screaming at his friend to leave without him with more shots and more pirates being heard. Without a choice, Chris ran leaving Barry there as the latter saw the pirates approach him, with one of them he begged his hardest for mercy.

Vaas knelt in front of the cameraman and began to beat him mercilessly. Headbutting the down wounded man several times until he stopped moving. The pirate lord stepped away from Barry, telling his men to continue hunting for Chris as he picked up the cameraman's... camera. Staring at it:

"No vacation here..." Was all he said, his forehead bearing a bloody gash. It then cut to the camp's buildings. One of the pirates saw Barry's camera laying there still recording and he had filmed all their day to day activities. Drinking, preparing food, hitting their living merchandise through the wooden cages.

"Chris are you there...? I mean are you really there...?" Vaas was speaking over while the camera jumped to a gagged girl. It was Jennifer. And there the Doctor remembered that infamous line ingrained into his psyche spoken over the jumpcuts.

"Have I ever told you the definition... of insanity?"

The pirates were with a tied Barry messing around with him. Another cut and he was then tied up, his arms to the ceiling wrapped chains with Jennifer.

"Can you hear me? I know you can hear me? If you don't come to my little party I'm going to cut your little fucking boyfriend to pieces..." The camera pointed to Vaas speaking over the radio and a blood drenched, ragged Barry. The latter begged for the former to stop which Vaas interpreted as him wanting to talk to Chris.

"CHRIS RUUUUUNNNNN! AAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGHHHHHHH!"

Vaas twisted his gun on Barry's leg where it had an open wound from the gunshot earlier.

"YOU FUCKER! YOU STUPID FUCKER! NONONO I'M SOR-AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!

Vaas cocked and twisted his gun on Barry's leg where it had an open wound from the gunshot earlier.

*Bang*

"AAAAAHHHHHHOOOOOOOWWWWWWW! OH SHIT!"

"SHUT THE FUCK UP! SHUT THE FUCK UP! SHUT THE FUCK UP!"

It became a screaming match with the cries of the only woman there being heard as background noise.

"I will kill you! And then I will drag you out of fucking hell! And kill you again! Shut the fuck up, stop crying!"

"Get! The fuck! Away from him!"

As Vaas landed a fist on Barry's red mouth the camera turned to a returned Chris who was aiming his rifle at the pirates from afar.

"Stand back!"

Vaas wasn't fazed as he went to the building deck.

"Put down your gun amigo!"

"No you put down your gun!"

Vaas then descended down and out.

"You first!"

"You!"

"Put your gun down!"

"No you put down your gun!"

It was another back and forth verbal war zone. When the maniac pirate approached so did his men who aimed their rifles at the sole man in front of the camp's entrance.

"I'm not your fucking hermano!"

"That's a subjective, philosophical point of fucking view!" Vaas then took a step forward. "Put your gun down and let's go."

"Hey! You take one more step. I will shoot all of you!"

"Oh yeah huh?" He taunted at Chris, his demeanor neutral at the display of bravado. "If I take one step you shoot me?" Vaas nodded. "...Okay. Like this?"

"AAAAAAAHHHHHHH!"

As the pirate leader took that one step forward Chris screamed and fired his weapon. A torrent of bullets heading towards him and his pirate group. When the actor stopped his barrage the camera turned to see the damage:

No pirate was injured or even grazed at the making of this film.

A wooden beam fell and few trees have a few new holes in them. The camera returned to Vaas who looked at them, then himself for any injuries, none, and then he returned to Chris. "I'm sorry, do you have any fucking idea how rude that was?"

"..."

Chris simply ran.

In response the pirates followed him, shouting in unison like a horde. The camera turned black, an elongated beep followed suit. It then cut to Vaas once again at the beach where he and Jennifer filmed their execution video. He was eating a banana before tossing it away and greeting the viewers that were watching.

"Hello internet peoples. Between you and me... You should be outside, playing in the sunshine instead of watching this bullshit." He stared directly at the camera. The Doctor can still feel the maddening gaze coming from him even after he smiled. "Since you are still here, welcome back to my show! Take a look at my island." His voice was then raised, looking around his perimeter. "CHRISTOPHER MINTZ-PLASSE! WHERE ARE YOU?!"

Vaas chuckled, walking seemingly nowhere until he spun around at pointed jokingly at the ground where the camera moved to show the survivalist star buried deep into the sand barring his head. It was then that Doctor now knew who that person was decaying in the beach. The position he was in, the same spot that he was buried. It all came together

It was Chris far beyond post mortem and Doctor was standing in the same location where this whole experience took place.

"Chris." Vaas laid beside him. "Say hello to the internet people."

"FUCK YOU! YOU PSYCHO!" He spat out sand like venom coming out of a spitting cobra. Vaas rolled away as he pulled his gun out, cocked it and questioned the actor holding the weapon near his cheek.

"Oh!"

"I'm sorry what did you say Chris? What the fuck did you say?"

He merely whimpered after which the pirate sprinkled sand on top of him. Returning to the camera. "Okay, I did not decide if I want to kill Chris or not."

"What?!"

"I want to know what you people think, what you really think?" As Chris continued to voice out wordless concern, Vaas holstered his gun and asked. "I want you to comment life if you want him to live. Death, if you want him to die..."

"Life!" The actor screamed out.

"Take a look at my tripod, I built it myself. Looks like a Hollywood thing, no Chris?"

"Yeahyeahyeah, you'r-you're great man..."

"Put the camera on the tripod. Thank you, thank you!" He went back to the buried man with gratitude while the pirate sets down the camera. "I appreciate it my friend."

"Plea-hehe-ease! Ahhhh!"

Vaas sat down his gun out once again. "Ladies and gentlemen... Don't forget to tune in our daily tortures."

"What?!"

"While I teach Chris how to be a man."

"Torture?! What are you talking about?!"

"Thank you and bye-bye..."

The video cuts to black with text reading:

"DON'T FORGET TO VOTE! CHRIS' LIFE IS IN YOUR HANDS"

"TUNE IN NEXT WEEK"

"WHEN WE DO A QUICK BUT ENLIGHTENING REVIEW OF CHRIS' ORAL HYGIENE"

The following edited clips became a series on the slow death of Chris. His teeth pulled out with pliers. The tide came to drown him, only for a snorkel to save him but barely until Vaas shoved a cigar down his only source for air. He had been electrocuted to unconsciousness prior to waking up from the same method. Vaas then placed a bowl filled with aggressive spiders to crawl over him with the potential to bite him. He had fireworks lit and exploded on him while he was covered by a metal bucket, that led to him to being stiff for the next torture round. This annoyed Vaas who had to rewrite the current "episode" by having more shade for him via a handmade leaf umbrella. Vaas, not wanting to wait any longer then proceeds to urinate on Chris which surprisingly woke him up. It became a disturbingly comedic insult competition as a result. The next was Vaas feeding Chris in a lavish style only for the latter to realize, from him spitting out some metal and Vaas telling him what meat he was eating, he was being fed the remains of Barry's leg that had a bullet inside it, cooked remains from the blast of a rocket launcher.

Then came the last episode with Vaas sitting down in his sentimental state.

"Just when I lost complete faith in society... Something beautiful like this comes along. The human spirit is... so full of mystery. You guys voted for the life of Chris. And I'm gonna keep my word. Chris!" He hopped to his feet revealing the star himself, not moving or even awake. "These fuckers, they want you to live. Which means you're gonna be here for another two/three weeks amigo!" Vaas smirked and pointed at him. "He did the same joke three times already." He looked at him, still not moving.

"I don't think it's funny anymore Chris. So wake the fuck up. Say something nice to the people around the world on the internet."

Some sand was sprinkled on him.

"Chris?"

Vaas shook his head slightly.

"Chris? Amigo?"

He then checked the actor's pulse.

"...Chris wake the fuck up!"

He shook him with more force.

"Hey! Chris!"

He proceeded to give the still Chris CPR.

"CHRIS WAKE THE FUCK UP!"

He shook his head again.

"Chris please wake up."

He proceeded to give the still Chris CPR again.

"..."

Vaas laid his head onto Chris. It was obvious at this point. The Doctor could see bright as day since it first recorded of Chris' fate...

He did not survive the island.

"Vaas! Vaas!" A pirate suddenly appeared, breaking the short silence.

"Shut the fuck UP!" He screamed out, annoyed at the interruption between he and his star.

"A plane is crashing near the island!"

'Plane!' When he heard that the Ghost immediately went to how he and the rest of his Rhodes Island team first landed here.

"...Really?" That had him smiling once again. "On this fucking island?"

"Yes really! It's coming soon!"

"You hear that Chris? Hehehe..." Vaas went to stare at the camera. "Why the fuck do you people keep coming here huh...? I mean you know I'm fucking here!" He ran off camera leaving Chris' open head there to bake. It wouldn't take long before the pirate boss returned with a shovel.

"I uhh... I forgot to clean up my mess. Little boys and girls, always clean your room and listen to your parents... Alright!" Vaas then started to bury the head. "Sorry Chris. This is not going to be long!" Halfway to being fully covered. "Almost done amigo." Mostly covered. "And last one..." With one more shovel load to fully envelope Chris in sand, Vaas addressed the camera for the last time.

"I don't think anybody is gonna find him now..." He blew a kiss and ran to catch his prize:

Ceobe. Blaze. Warfarin. Projekt Red. Provence. Gavial.

And him, Doctor.

The Far Cry Experience.

The End.

When it was all said and done did Doctor return to Chris with Vaas' shovel. He dug the sorry actor out and gave him a proper burial, digging out a larger hole for him to fully rest in a more appropriate and humane way. As he pulled him out of the sand he noticed the machete still on Chris' person. Doctor stared at it before removing it to be used in his arsenal before going back to digging.

It took some time and effort but he buried Chris with respect.

It's all he can do for him.

For now...

"Doctor!" Said Doctor turned around to hear someone calling him out as an orange bullet lunged at him, taking him down to the ground and strong arms wrapped around his torso. Normally his heightened instincts would kick in naturally for him to dodge easily but knowing who that person was that tackle-hugged him suppressed it.

"Hey Ceobe..." He patted her head as an answer.

"Doctor!" He heard more voices and saw the other girls coming towards him from the boat that was beneath Dr. Earnhardt's mansion. He patted the Perro to be let go as he rose to his feet and met with the team.

"It's good to see you all..." He said in tired jubilation.

"Likewise, Doctor. ...Seems though you have been busy recently." Warfarin responded, looking over him and his newfound equipment. The bandoliers and packs were now larger and sturdier then before, all coming from the Rakyat's Paths of the Hunter on legendary animals. From the unique leather to his new weapons it was though the island had completely changed the man in front of them. From the Reunion fatigues that he always wore to this is an astonishing transformation.

Doctor simply shrugged, dusting some sand away. "I... had some things to do..." His sight went to the camera on the ground, picking it up to inspect any more damage.

"What do you got in your hands Doctor?" Projekt Red asked, peering over his broad shoulders.

"...Just a camera." He answered, closing the video recorder.

"Well, yeah. It's a camera but what's in it-" Blaze asked before the Rakyat interrupted her.

"Nothing worth watching..." Doctor just looked at the thing. Gripping it like he wanted to strangle the accursed object till it deformed into bent plastic. "No one should watch what's inside..." He threw the camera far out into the sea. The Rhodes Island team saw it fly until it splashed, forever gone from sight to anyone. The only male there just sighed as he sat down on the rock that the tripod and camera were posted on. All the girls there looked at him with worry. He looked absolutely tired and distraught. Whatever happened to him before coming to the coordinates of his choosing sucked the life out of him.

"Alright..." He started after a deep breath. "I think I know where Gavial is being held..." That caught their interest as he pulled out a map. It showed the Northern Island as a whole and he circled his finger around it. "The island is liberated. There is no pirate activity here, there or anywhere except for one place..." His finger went to an island on the northeast edge of the map. "Rakyat scouts told me that this is the most heavily fortified outpost for the pirates. More so than anywhere else on the island."

"And you believe that Gavial is in there?" Mudrock spoke to which he said.

"Most likely. The pirates have nowhere else to go. Rakyat patrols have told me that there haven't been any slave ships going out to the ocean, so I would think that they haven't sold her just yet." He folded the map and faced the small group standing there. A familiar view from his experience as a Commander. "That's why I need your help. There's an outpost nearby here that has a cache of weapons for you girls to use." Doctor stood up and firmly told them. "Listen, I know this mission is different from your usual line of work. You'll be using weapons that you aren't too familiar with but we need to do this so we can go home... All of us."

"You don't need to tell us twice Doctor!" Blaze exclaimed with a raised fist. "If you need our help, no need to be shy – just say the word! You put your trust in me, and I return the favor. You command, I fight. It's symbiotic!" She said as the others voiced in with equal enthusiasm.

"I can take on a hundred of those pirates at once Doctor! Mhm!"

"The medical equipment is ready. We can start anytime you want Doctor."

"Mmm, Wolves have fangs, I have my blades and now my guns. Wolves do not rest, neither do I."

"Compared to natural Catastrophes, these enemies are really powerless now!"

"My friends on this island are whispering their celebration. They cheer our victory, Doctor!"

"..." He could only smile at them. Knowing that this fight will be over soon and he won't be doing this alone. "Thank you..." Doctor pulled out a sheet of paper, giving it to Provence. "The coordinates for the outpost and the pirate fortress are written there. Gear up, get some rest, we'll meet near the southwest coast before sunrise tomorrow." As he walked away the Doctor heard Warfarin's voice one more time.

"Where are you going Doctor?"

He responded while looking at his Tatau.

"To seek the strength I need."

The Doctor returned to the inner courtyard of Citra's Temple. Meeting her there alongside her two Temple Guards.

"Leave us..." He commanded. A low, stoic tone he was accustomed to using, ever since he was awoken to be a leader in a desolate warzone. When they departed the two heads of their respective factions bore eyes to each other.

"The warrior returns from the land of the dead." She commented, noting how the blood hadn't been washed off after he was buried alive in a mass grave. Doctor simply pulled out the bandage wrapped around a lighter from one of his pockets, both holding the bullets from the pirate lord's own gun, showing it to the Rakyat Matriarch.

"Courtesy of your brother..." He tossed it her way to which she grabbed then inspected it. Once she did Citra beckoned him to come closer to the inner Temple stairs. He stepped closer to her, looking at the architecture. Its aflame pyres and ancient makings surrounded in aging moss made him feel as if he once stood here and let time pass from many millennia ago to today. He stared more at it than Citra's sultry walking. Whether he noticed it or not wasn't on his mind at that moment.

Base trivial matters of the body were gone.

"It is time." Citra spoke, turning to face her warrior. Her perfect, blood-drenched warrior. She handed him a bottle, one that Doctor remembered as the same bottle that gave him the visions to Willis at Badtown.

However...

"Drink... This is a poison for the weak... Only the strongest will survive it."

All his medical experience told him not to.

All his persevering grit and purpose told him to do so.

All his sense of safety and reason told him not to.

All his natural instincts told him to do so.

And thus...

*gulp*

*gulp*

*gulp*

With a caustic taste on his tongue and throat causing him to cough harshly. The deadly brew hitting his stomach; merging with its acids. His vision flashed, going further and closer, hazing.

Citra stepped to the side. Her arm reveals his new steps on the Temple.

"Follow the Path"

Is all that Doctor heard...

He stepped forward.

"What kind of man are you...?"

Darkness eclipsed the noon bright skies.

"Your senses has been clouded by others."

A vortex from the abyss swirled around the Temple summit.

"You walk their paths instead of your own."

The Doctor felt the cool night wind breeze his slashed body, bare.

"But I can feel the fire in you."

Coming from the vortex.

"You are fearless."

In ink and shadows.

"You will defeat anyone that stands in your way."

Its face boiling red with eyes and jaws of spectral fire.

Doctor then remembers.

"A Warrior from the northern kingdom heard of the Giant and vowed to slay him. He painted the Tatau on his body and took power from the land of the dead."

He remembers.

The land of the dead. The dead in the water. The dead in the soil. And now...

The dead that turned to ash.

"And when he was ready, he walked the path of the Lotus pond. The Giant rose from still waters..."

The Giant of ink, water, fire and storms.

He saw it. Gripping his new bow when it unfolded. Letting loose arrow after arrow after arrow after arrow. Straight to its demonic visage as it recoiled against the explosive tipped bolts while he dodged and ran from its fires and storms.

"You are strong. Powerful."

It roared. He said nothing.

"Fight!"

When it fell, an arm lay in front of him leading to the monster's head.

"And the Warrior raised his dagger."

The Rakyat saw the opportunity.

"He cut the Giant's head clean off his body!"

Running on top of the molten ink.

"The skull of the Giant fell to earth and became our island."

The Giant rose, it's crimson face a mask broken, revealing its decayed skull.

"The descendants of the Warrior became the Rakyat."

Doctor folded his bow and went for his knife.

The knife of Yanese foreigners.

Now a weapon of the Rakyat.

He leaped and jammed the blade into the monster's golden, glowing eye. Stabbing, shanking, impaling, spiking, skewering. All the while holding on to the monster's skull, its jaws clamped down and close to ripping his leg off.

He ignored the lower pain and continued and repeated the exact same fucking thing.

Over and over and over and over and over again.

Until with one more powerful stab, using both of his hands...

"Our people."

All white.

"Do you now see Doctor?"

Citra removed herself from the chosen Warrior. Her body was removed from any clothing and only had ceremonial red paint across her nude torso. She circled him, still silent, recuperating from the poison's effects. The Matriarch continued, speaking on who this man is.

"You are a Warrior. You live for battle. Every man you fight dies and deserves to have his life taken from him." She explained and grabbed his tattooed arm. He saw with clearer eyes additional markings made to the Tatau. More of the Heron, Shark and Spider along with the Silver Dragon Knife and head of the Ink Monster. "You wear the Tatau. You feel the jungle around you. You are Rakyat!" Citra proclaimed with conviction. He gripped his fists though he noticed that the Silver Dragon Knife was tightly on his tattooed grip. It was an accreditation that he would be, he will be the one to land the final killing blow for those who fallen on the Island. Raising from the stone bed he was in, the Doctor saw more Rakyat, a river of warriors appear before his anointing as one of their own flanked by the fires of the Temple.

It was time as he showed them all his symbolized arm holding the knife.

"I have no speech, I have no words. I will only bring the last drop of pirate blood to ever be spilled on our island! And Vaas will die by knife!"

"""""""RRRRRRRAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGHHHHHHH!"""""""

Blaze wrapped a bandana around her neck and a pair of goggles on her headband before hefting her flamethrower on the boat. It was the first weapon she found that the Elite Op is going to use extensively and throughly, especially if she's going to use her Arts to the fullest extent. She double-checked her protective gear and equipment. Ever since her bullet injury, the sole Vampire of the team decided that everyone should have some measure of ballistic stopping armor. Fortunately for them the Doctor had that covered with various body and limb armor suited for their less than modest swimsuit apparel. It made Blaze recollect her first days as a R.I. Operator where she had a military uniform instead of her current attire.

The Feline saw the others and they were also going over their equipment. Ceobe favored a drum fed machine gun and two smaller sub machines guns of a different manufacturer. Warfarin kept to a high power revolver though she's utilizing a replacement staff made from scavenged hospital appliances for her medical Arts. Red had wrapped herself around with as many machetes as she could though she did keep a familiar belt fed machine gun on her as the only gun she's familiar with. Provence took a semiautomatic battle rifle and a sniper rifle, perfectly suitable for her Sniper class position. Mudrock stuck with a lever action shotgun, a sledgehammer that she softly yet avidly would like to use and a grenade launcher which she first saw use from a fellow Sarkaz mercenary though this one operates on a different reloading system that she had to figure out for herself.

When they were all set for the mission, Provence took to driving the boat in the dark several hours before the sun comes up. An easy matter with her Lupo traits and Warfarin's awareness of the night.

Now they have a fight in their hands.

Meanwhile Doctor was sitting on the edge of a thick foliage covered ledge overlooking the last outpost of the pirates. Peering through his sniper rifle and waited for any sign of the sun and the girl's boat. He had been here for hours. Time is of the essence yet he had enough to be patient for the mission to start without any hindrance. Setting his rifle down he heard the splitting waters coming from the southeast. A slow moving encroaching on the island hidden in the darkness of night. Then he saw a beam of light in the distance. It was small though it signaled the beginning of the end.

It's payback time.

"I'm coming for you Vaas..."
