Once that class was over, all the kids lined up at the open door. While they were waiting to exit out of the classroom, Regina, Gretchen,Janis and Karen stepped out of their classroom to head over their next class. They all just stood there all staring at each other. Then, they looked over at Amber and her friends. They were the last ones to get on line. This made Regina curious and she looked directly at Janis.
"So, tell me more about her.",said Regina.
That is when Janis smiled
"One time in elementary school, I came in with flakes in my hair and she said that I had lice which made everybody want to stay away from me.", explained Janis.
Regina gasped.
"Oh my, I'm sorry.", she said sadly
"That's alright. Hey, after class do you want to, like, join us for lunch at our table?" ,asked Janis.
Regina was silent for a couple of minutes before nodding her head in agreement.
"Yes." ,she said.
