Twilight ran to her cousin's house and quickly knocked on the door. Hector went to answer the door, and he was speechless. Right there in front of him was his cousin who he thought had blipped away. "Twilight?" asked Hector. "Is that really you?"
"Yes, it's really me," said Twilight. Without warning, Hector gave his cousin a hug. "You're so big."
"How did you get back, I thought you blipped away," said Hector.
"I didn't blip, I was stuck in the quantum realm," said Twilight. "Flash was supposed to pull me out, but he must've blipped before he could get me out. Where are the others?"
"They all blipped, with the exception of us in our freshman year. We gotta meet up with the… remaining members," said Hector.
At the stoop of the school…
Once Twilight and Hector met up with everyone else, they were stunned to see Twilight in the flesh. "Twilight, you're alive," said Apple Bloom. She, along with the other Avengers, were rebuilding the portal to Equestria. "Where have you been?"
"It's a long story. What happened to the portal?" asked Twilight.
"Bumblebee accidentally stepped on it," said Cartman. "Also, I'm wearing shirts now. I put my brains and brawn together."
"Or at least the brain that was left," said Stan, causing everyone to laugh.
"I can still beat you up, you know," said Cartman.
"Hey guys, I think I found the last piece," said Kenny, as he placed the final piece of the portal into place. Suddenly, Sunset Shimmer jumped out of the portal, looking exactly how she looked two years ago.
"Guys, what did I miss?" asked Sunset, as she looked around. "From the looks of it, I guess I missed a few birthdays."
"You missed a lot more than birthdays," said Hector, as he used what appeared to be a modified beeper. In less than five minutes, Sunset's human counterpart (who aged in the past two years) appeared. "Sunset, meet Sunset."
"Um… hi," said Sunset, who was surprised that she had a human counterpart. "Don't take this the wrong way, but I kinda thought you were dead."
"What made you think that?" asked Sunset.
"To be fair, you didn't leave any evidence that you ever existed, we just assumed you died… until we met you," said Hector. He turned back to Sunset. "Anyways, we've got a lot of catching up to do."
One recap later…
"… and that's how we got to where we are now," said Hector, who took the conversation to the diner. "So, what do you think about all that?"
"Well, so far everything makes sense except for why the turtles are out in public," said Sunset Shimmer, facing the ninja turtles.
"Well, after the world saw us stop the decepticons, everyone started to accept us," said Mikey. "Sure we have to go to school like normal teens, but at least we can live a normal life."
"Besides, people often come up to us for selfies, so at least we still get the recognition we deserve," said Leo.
"Okay I guess that clears everything up, but can we get back to the part about how we fix everything?" said Sunset Shimmer.
"That's what we were going to discuss," said Hector, as he pulled blueprints out of his pocket. "I was thinking that we could build a Time Machine and then time travel to when the geodes were released into this world and then bring them back here."
"That's great and all, but where are we going to get the technology to build the Time Machine," asked Twilight.
"One step ahead of you, Sly and his gang have actually time traveled before, but that ended with Sly getting stuck in ancient Egypt," said Hector. "It's a good thing I put tracking chips on the gang just in case."
"Okay that clears up the time travel issue, but where are we going to set up the Time Machine," asked Kenny.
"I asked Button Mash to design it in Wakanda," said Hector. "Besides he's got the technology for this kinda stuff. It was either this or have him build a bomb, and don't ask what the bomb was for."
"Okay then," said Sunset Shimmer. Suddenly, Hector got a notification from his phone. "Who's texting you?"
Hector checked his phone. "It's Button Mash, he's done with the Time Machine," said Hector. "Let's hop onto the next flight to Wakanda."
Later, in Wakanda…
Button Mash was putting the finishing touches on the Time Machine (which looked like it was straight out of Avengers Endgame), when the Canterlot Avengers finally arrived. "Hey guys, what do you think of the Time Machine?" asked Button Mash.
"It looks pretty cool, but why didn't you just use the DeLorean from the junkyard," said Hector.
"Because it wouldn't go to eighty eight miles per hour, it only goes to eighty five miles per hour," said Button Mash. "Plus, it was a piece of junk."
"Okay, but that was the whole point, it's supposed to be a piece of junk," said Hector. "So how does this Time Machine work?"
"It's actually quite simple. This Time Machine works like the portal to Equestria, except that it's science fiction instead of magic," explained Button Mash. "I already ran a test run on this machine, so I can confirm that it works."
"Great. Does it run on gas or is it solar powered?" asked Twilight.
"Solar powered," said Button Mash. He then gathered a bunch of suits that look like Flash's Ant-Man suit, but recolored. "Everyone put these suits on so that your DNA doesn't get damaged."
"Got it," said Hector, as everyone went to change.
I think that's enough for now, but that doesn't mean that this story is over. Far from it actually, it's not even half over. See ya in the next chapter, folks.
