20. Chapter Eighteen: Grimmlin War Part 3

Before Story Notes.

I have a little announcement, I have started putting the characters of my Fanfiction stories on Character AI, So now if you wish you will be able to chat with the characters from this universe. So far I only have Anna Castle Aka Vibration and Neopolitan Vanille, Neo is under that name, and Anna is under the name Vibration, I plan to add all the characters eventually, I decided to start with the Remnant Level 5's first well the current one's since I have not yet revealed each Remnant Level 5 esper yet in the stories, then I will move on to the other characters.

When it comes to some characters they will not be added until certain points in the stories, and there will be probably multiple versions of some characters, like Vibration for example, and Weiss, Accelerator, Ruby, etc. so yeah if you want to talk with the characters or roleplay or whatever go ahead and either search for their names or you can search for my user Zegin22, Over the course of the story I will add new characters. It is pretty cool because I did add some things about the characters that may or may not be in the stories, you can also ask them how strong they are and stuff like that, their favorite food etc.

PS: I will do my best to make them as accurate as possible but sometimes the AI will make things up, but for the most part they should stick to the story lore. Also I will put a note about when I add a new character and how to find them.

Part 1.

On this peaceful afternoon, many were all going about their day, this large shopping district in Mistral typically had a number of people here each day,it was one of the most popular spots to shop in Mistral, it wasn't a mall or anything of that sort or any other major area, and it was nowhere as big as a shopping district in the city of Atlas.

So, why was a large explosion the next thing that everyone heard, The noise rang out and as soon as this sound was heard civilians could do nothing but run,but this wouldn't save them as several explosions began to tear through the area leaving nothing but dead bodies and destroyed ground.

Men, Women, and Children alike were caught up in the blasts, not many had been spared only a small few were able to get out of the danger zone, was there a reason?Was there a motive? Who could be responsible for such a tragedy?These were probably the questions that went through the minds of the officers who arrived on the scene.

When they arrived they didn't find a group of terrorists like they expected, No only a blonde girl in a mask,The mask she was wearing was a black cloth mask that only concealed the bottom area of her face and lips, but she was also wearing dark sunglasses to cover her eyes as to not reveal her eye color,She also had on an all-black outfit with black gloves as well.

"Put your hands in the air!Give up slowly!"

The head officer shouted this, only because he didn't see the girl with any sort of weapon and only took in her state of dress,and the fact that she didn't seem to be panicked in any way which was grounds for suspicion since all the other people who were able to get away were panicked,who wouldn't be in a situation like this, who wouldn't run from a terrorist attack?All his men had their guns aimed at the girl, and they were only waiting for his command to open fire.

If the men could see behind the mask on the girl's face they would have seen her grin as she made her way forward,she kept a seemingly slow pace as if she was trying to raise the fear by walking menacingly like some sort of horror slasher film villain.

"I said hands up! If you do not comply we will shoot!You have been warned!"

Despite this warning, the girl kept her slow pace towards them, step by step one foot in front of the other, she didn't comply with his command, and so he had no choice.Even if this had been some disobedient civilian, due to her non-compliance he had to give the order, this was one of the toughest parts about his job,the girl was unarmed but his only choice was to shoot for the safety of the citizens and his own men alike.

With a signaled command his men opened fire, the bullets traveled fast and one would see nothing but a body riddled with holes, though this was not the result rather when the bullets made contact.

Only shock drew the faces of the head officer and his men behind him, what he witnessed was not something he could ever describe, his eyes had just about fallen out of his head at the sight,his men were in the same state, they couldn't comprehend what had happened.

The bullets had not riddled the girl with holes, they had not hit her aura, they had not been blocked no, they were destroyed the moment they made any form of contact with the girl,they had only been shattered into nothing but dust, like as if the moment they touched her they just fell apart.

The girl then raised her foot one more time,this time when she brought that foot down an earthquake shook the area and several of the police vehicles were flipped over like they were completely weightless.

Then before anybody even had time to blink the several men were already dead from a movement that had been faster than the head officer could even see, it was two milliseconds.That was the proper time frame, it had only taken the girl two milliseconds to travel across 97 feet and kill twenty-seven officers.

(Is she even human or faunus at all?) The man hadn't seen any traits of being a faunus on the girl and so he assumed she was human.

The girl turned back to him and smiled behind her mask."I have some questions for you."

"I have nothing ro..."

Before the man could get out another word the girl's hand squeezed his throat after once again showing inhuman speed even for aura enhancement, as it was clear was not what thiswas.

The man felt pain shoot through his entire body as if 9-inch nails were digging through hisbones,he felt a painful vibrating force traveling through his system and he had never felt a worse physical pain in his entirelife.

"Now then, you can cooperate or you can learn what it feels like to have your bones shattered to pieces one byone."

For the first time in this officer's career, he feltfear.

Part 1.1

"Looks like Anna has already begun her part.Okay, then next is..."

A woman with blonde hair in twin tails with a gothic-style outfit was looking at the chaos below through a pair of high-powered binoculars, this was the leader of the group called Grimmlin,her name was Lorya Asher, she had built this Dark Side Organization with the help of a scientist named Amata Kihara.

He had given her the idea to create the Dark Side Organization Grimmlin and he had helped her in many ways, including making her into what was known as an esper,giving her a power she otherwise would have never even dreamed of.

Picking up her scroll Lorya made a secure call to a certain member of Grimmlin, one she still held at a distance due to her having a mind that was even more broken than her own, the scroll didn't have to ring very long at all before it was picked up.

The girl on the other end first gave a greeting Lorya Asher didn't understand, it had been the same greeting that Japanese people often spoke when answering the phone,though Lorya had only chalked this up to the girl messing with her and she was probably right.

Lorya Asher didn't know anything about the planet Earth or Japan, and especially not Academy City, the woman only scolded the girl named Enshu Kihara for messing with her,but she didn't completely care."Enshu Kihara, did you get into the mainframe?"

"Oh, please that was a piece of cake, They didn't even have good security in their system, it was honestly a little boring."

"Boring or not it doesn't matter, as long as we get what we need."

"Oh we got it, don't worry about that."

"Where is Thor? I couldn't get a hold of him earlier, I'm hoping he wasn't captured, did he speak to you?"

"Thor is well, he is on camera at the moment he has been evacuating the elementary school, I saw it earlier, seems in the coming battle of this city he wants to make sure those kiddos are safe."

"Why would he do that? rather they would be better as hostages."

"He does what he wishes and I guess I would say he can't handle the thought of young kids dying in the crossfire, he may be strong in power but he is weak at heart."

Lorya scoffed at that as she realized exactly what Enshu had meant even though she used the wrong terminology.

(Then will Thor become a problem in the future?Maybe I should look into it.)

Suddenly the city shook and several buildings fell, Lorya Asher watched the destruction with a smile adorning her face as she spoke into the scroll once more.

"Anna found it, Make sure you can analyze it... got that?"

"Yes Mom."

Enshu's tone came out in a form of mockery and Lorya frowned in annoyance."Don't fuck around. Just do your damn job."

With that said she hung up.

In the city of Vale, the nights were not typically loud or anything of that sort,and tonight was no exception on this peaceful night with not many cars or anything to disturb that piece walked a man and a woman.

These two had just come from a date with each other at a nearby restaurant, they were on their third date now but it was always that obliviousness that was always the downfall of people,especially those who were not cautious enough, the man had taken this same route before but the woman had never been this direction before.

It was a small lapse in judgment, because of this woman's choice to follow the man was why what happened next could only be called a lapse in judgment.

A woman with white hair was standing at the end of the road and before they could react the scantily dressed woman was before them.They didn't even have a chance to shout before they were knocked unconscious by a single movement.

The vampire who worked for Grimmlin known only as Alison carried both of them under each of her arms, her job was simple.Alison had been tasked by Lorya Asher to kidnap one thousand two hundred people in preparation for the terrorist attack on Vale.

Amata Kihara and Lorya Asher's uncle Dr. Merlot had some sort of mind control device they called Mental Out 0.3, she didn't know what exactly that meant but it didn't matter to her,All she had to do was deliver each of the bodies to the lab which Amata Kihara had hidden just outside of Vale.

Alison smiled and spoke aloud to herself."Okay, only three hundred and fifty-nine more to go... easy."

Alison took off into the sky holding the two under her with no issue thanks to her vampiric strength.

Back on the other side of the world in the city of Mistral, Remnant's #1 Vibration walked into the home she had gotten out of the head officer's head, she targeted him specifically,that officer's name was Grundy Dracionliness, he was more than just an officer, he was in contact with Headmaster Lion Heart and in extension Ozpin,This job had confused her at why Lorya Asher was so interested in nothing more than a book, A fairytale book at that.

The attack, all the dead people, the hostages, everything was nothing but a distraction so she could steal this specific fairytale book, why go through all of that just for a book?Why was it so important?

When Anna Castle walked into the house she found Lorya Asher already in the building, this was something Anna Castle had expected, she had told Lorya the location of this place,what she didn't expect was to find the man's family and a horrific homicide scene, His wife, his older son and young boys, a young girl,and to top off this horror Lorya had even killed the man's newborn baby,it was something that Anna had not agreed with in any way or form.

Anna Castle herself had not murdered the man after he gave her the information she required though now she wished she would have done so, to save his eyes from the sight of his family,at the most Grundy would take his own life after such a discovery.Anna had already decided long ago that Lorya Asher was even more evil than herself and Accelerator, the boy whose thought patterns she had.

"Don't you think a baby is overboard?"

Lorya Asher turned back to Anna and spoke with a vile grin."Haven't you heard of those stories about a child growing up and killing the person who murdered his family?"

( What a Bullshit excuse, at best she just killed them all because she was bored.)

"It doesn't matter anyways, you have the code right?"

Anna pulled out a small piece of paper and handed it to Lorya who walked to a closet nearby."The wife told me about where this was and apparently she had seen it before, all it took was the threat of her six-year-old son's life."

When she opened the door and stepped into the closet, she searched the wall and soon her hand passed a certain spot and the wall opened into a safe that was behind it,Lorya inputted the code and when the door opened there was a bunch of jewels, Money, and other valuables.

But Lorya only wanted one thing, it was an old book with the binding falling off, The book had been a very old copy of The Wizard and The Four Maidens.

It was a book Anna Castle had recognized as an old storybook that was in her library back at her childhood home, and she was almost upset at this revelation, she didn't quite understand at all.

"Are you kidding me? We did all of this for a book that you could pick up and the damn library!?"

Lorya Asher chuckled at Anna's confusion and turned back to her with the book in her hand."No, not this one, this one has something very special inside, you see this was the first version of this book, it was written by Ozpin himself,And of course, coward Lion Heart would not keep it himself so he gave it to his daughter, that woman over there."

Lorya had gestured to the woman who had a kitchen knife sticking out of herchest.

(That's Lion Heart'sdaughter?)

"How is that possible? The first version of that fairytale was written over two thousand years ago, how could Ozpin have writtenit?"

"Anna, I'm going to tell you a secret this world has tried to hide forcenturies."

Part 1.2

Vacuo was not a very kind place, it wasn't the people so much as it was the harsh weather conditions, specifically the intense heat that it experienced all year long, at least in the desert side of the kingdom, Vacuo was a strange kingdom, the Kingdom of Vacuo was made up of mainly desert as it was the largest desert in the world, but while the deserts were cruel in the day they could be quite cool in the evening, Though this temperature stayed year long, often the days of the desert were rough.

The temperatures could range anywhere from 83 degrees Fahrenheit to 129 degrees Fahrenheit, then in the evening they could drop down to temperatures ranging from 51 degrees Fahrenheit to 71 degrees Fahrenheit or so, as the desert could sometimes get hotter or colder depending on the time of year, but even the winter weather saw very hot days, Many of the locals in this area suffer winters of temperatures around 90 degrees or so.

Yet there was also another part of this scorching kingdom, Off the edge of Vacuo towards The Sea of Souls, Nomad Bay, and The Cauldron. These areas of water were off the jungle area of Vacuo, well technically Nomad Bay was accessible by both the jungles and deserts due to its location, Vacuo had a few big jungles similar to some of the jungles on Menagerie, only real difference was the jungles of Vacuo were far more dangerous when it came to both the wildlife and The Grimm that traversed it.

For somebody from Earth, the kingdom of Vacuo would feel like a mixture of Africa and South America, that is exactly what it felt like for the boy with extremely long hair that went down his back, The boy known as Thor who was currently under the guise of a young woman named Trifa from the White Fang as he walked alongside Lorya Asher and A woman he had just met named Cinder Fall.

The destination they were headed was a certain capital building, The goal was to do something that Thor would originally never agree with but the fact of the matter was he never went back on his word, The boy owed a lot to Lorya Asher, and so he had given his allegiance to Grimmlin and Lorya herself.

Cinder and Lorya had decided that they would make their move at night and as the hours past Thor was left to his own devices, He decided to explore the desert city and try several different foods throughout the day.

When Lorya Asher gave him his signal through nothing more than a text, he made his way to his destination, he was told to plant explosives in a certain building, there would be a gathering in this building tomorrow and many of the higher-ups in Vacuo would be in attendance.

Thor was not a hacker or anything of a sort but to his surprise, the door was unlocked and the alarm was already shut off, He didn't have to do an investigation to realize this was the work of Enshu Kihara.

Thor went to the location where he would place down the explosive devices he was given and it didn't take him long, he made sure he looked completely like a White Fang member just in case anybody saw him which somebody had.

"As far as I'm aware this place is off limits, Seems like you have no respect for the law. And from the looks of it you are another one of those white fang villains, I'm getting sick of dealing with you damn punks."

The voice was female and when Thor turned back he saw a creamy white-skinned girl probably no older than sixteen or seventeen, with a black sweater on, a pair of red hot pants with a black strap hanging off them from the backside, On her head she had what looked like a black baseball cap, he could also see through the top of the hat was a pair of blonde fox ears which matched her long wavy blonde hair, Her shirt cut off high above her belly, it was so small it only covered her breasts and a little bit of her lower chest area.

On her legs, she was wearing one long pink stocking that went all the way up her left leg this was accompanied by a tall black healed boot on her right foot that went halfway to her knee, then on her other leg she had on a red sock with black stripes that only went up a little passed her ankle showing her creamy white skin, and on her right foot, she had on a pink and purple ankle boot with a black bottom.

The look had been bizarre to Thor as he saw the girl before him, It was especially strange that she was wearing such cold weather clothes of sorts in a scorching desert, He didn't know why she was so interested in being a hero but at the moment he didn't have time.

Thor kicked off his left foot, the speed he traveled was something one would call incredible, it was far more than simple aura enhancement, though the girl had been gone by the time he made it to her location or the location she once stood, it had not been teleportation, it had been pure speed, but it was much faster than he could even understand, she had moved faster than somebody could teleport.

Thor was shocked, he had never met a person on Remnant that could move at speeds close to him let alone out-speed him.

"Pretty quick but not quick enough."

The girl had given a mocking bow as she said this. Thor had thought she had to be from Earth somehow maybe a saint? Or a powerful magician, maybe even an esper, But he put that thought away when he remembered this girl was a faunus, so she wasn't from Earth, the only other thought he had, was she was a Remnant Esper like Anna Castle aka Vibration.

"Who are you?" Thor Inquired.

The girl smiled a moment and then gave another bow before answering his question. "Alma Caelinus, A protector of the good citizens of Remnant bringer of justice. The White Fang are unjustified, So they have been on my radar for quite some time."

"I see."

Thor's fingers had electricity covering them and with a raise of his hand a bolt of lightning shot out at Alma, She had only stood still and pulled out a pink lollipop, She popped it in her mouth just as the lightning was about to reach her, a Strange phenomena had been seen by Thor as her body shifted from the location once again surpassing his speed.

Thor coughed up blood as he felt a fist bury itself into his gut, His body was sent along the floor like a stone skipping across a body of water, then he felt a strong kick to his chest, Sending him back in the opposite direction, Alma had moved fast enough to hit him twice before he could even blink.

Thor was quickly on his feet, And he decided this fight would require magic, he often didn't use magic in Remnant but in this situation, he didn't have a choice, Thor had cast away his aura and accessed Earth's magic, His Almighty he was ready to end this.

The world was under his control and he made his move.

Part 1.3

"Please stop!"

The man had begged and shouted out a cry, the twin tails-haired girl Lorya Asher used a simple item one would find around a common household, This tool was typically used for tightening bolts, the object in question was nothing more than a simple monkey wrench.

The tool could have several uses including torture, Much like fluffy blonde girl Frenda Seivelun, Lorya Asher also took pleasure in using common appliances for torture, The girl had a very sadistic and satisfied smile on her face as she twisted his fingers in directions they shouldn't have been bending, She felt herself getting wet in her nether regions from hearing the sounds of The man's screaming and crying.

"Hee hee hee ha ha ha!"

The man was sure his finger bones had been broken by this point but the girl didn't let up.

Cinder Fall was nearby as she searched the room they were in for a certain staff, Something that had belonged to Salem, her master, it was a long metal black staff that had been stolen from her by a silver eyed warrior at a time in the past, after tracking down the staff, she had Cinder Fall be its retriever.

"If you tell us where it is, you can go, or would you rather I bring your little girlfriend here and torture her?"

Lorya's words had filled the man with fear and he did the only thing he could. "Okay, okay, I will tell you."

The man could not even wipe his tears due to his restraints to the chair he was in.

After Lorya Asher and Cinder Fall had gotten the information they needed, they killed the man and left, After Cinder learned that it was Shade Academy where Salem's staff was, She decided that she would be the one to get it back and sent Lorya Asher to do something else, Lorya hated the fact that she ranked below Cinder in Salem's faction and she had to obey the girl.

She would have her chance soon, it had been the reason she created Grimmlin in the first place, Lorya reached into her pocket and pulled out her scroll, unfortunately, her several calls to Thor failed.

(What the fuck is he doing right now!?) Lorya thought in irritation that the boy was ignoring her calls and could only wonder what he could be up to.

Part 1.4

Blood leaked from his mouth, this was the fourth time he coughed up blood after his encounter with the girl named Alma Caelinus, it had not even been a fight, even with his Almighty he couldn't even comprehend the girl, His loss had only taken all of a couple seconds, he made a move and then she moved, her speed had easily outclassed him, her power was far above him, and her strange ability was impossible.

Thor had not gotten much time to analyze her before he found himself several hundred meters from the building and on the ground, it was over before it even began.

Thor was not prepared for something like that, It was not something he would have expected in Remnant, for a person in this world to be so powerful, to be able to speed blitz a high classed magician who could even have become a magic god with his magical knowledge, while he hadn't mastered magic yet, He was more than capable of doing so, yet this one girl, this Alma Caelinus had shown him power that could possibly even stand up to Magic God Othinus.

There was so much about Remnant he didn't know, most of Remnant also didn't know of these things either he was sure.

Thor looked down at his scroll and saw it was broken, Then he saw a shadow loom over him and when he looked up he saw Lorya Asher, She had first taken note of his state and she sighed.

"What happened?"

Thor looked up at her, He had no intention of telling her about Alma Caelinus, So he would probably just play it off as a mistake.

Part 1.5

The night was quiet and Lorya Asher was still pissed from what happened back at her castle and she wanted to make her move, She was done waiting, she would take down who she needed and then go for the Relic of Creation.

That is just what she did, She turned to the blue-haired girl, the android was built in the same way as Penny Pollendina, But she was different, she had something very special, something Amata Kihara and her Uncle Dr. Merlot perfected thanks to the help of The Vespers, the richest family in the world even more so than the Schnee family.

With Amata Kihara working with them, he was able to get the funding and equipment he needed for the chip he used in the terrorist attack on Vale that controlled the minds of the civilians Grimmlin had Alison kidnap, the number was actually over five thousand, But many of them had died in the process, of the prototypes, and other tests.

Even the version used back then was not a perfect version but this version was, it was a version of perfection, This android that was given the name S3NN3R had the perfect version of Mental Out, Mental Out 2.0, also known as Mental Imagination.

After she activated this android girl who was built the same as Penny Pollendina, S3NN3R stood up and looked at Lorya a moment, her programing had given her the thought patterns of Misaki Shokuhou and Technically Accelerator due to being connected to The Accelerator Network, just like Vector-X.

"Number 3273. Are you Lorya Asher? Number 7342. I have heard of you, Olivia spoke about you. Number 6238."

Lorya Asher smiled at this, It was working and she couldn't be more happy. "S3NN3R, Start process. 3.9.20.25.23.9.4.5.9.13.1.7.9.14.1.18.25.13.5.14.20.1.12.3.15.14.20.18.15.12."

The command code was sent and S3NN3R immediately responded, her blue eyes glowed only a moment and stars filled them. "Beginning Process. 3.9.20.25.23.9.4.5.9.13.1.7.9.14.1.18.25.13.5.14.20.1.12.3.15.14.20.18.15.12."

As soon as this command was made, S3NN3R began breaking through the defenses of the minds of every person in the city of Atlas and the city of Mantle, all the population were losing all control of their own thought process, every single man, woman, and child. They all had begun to be put under Mental Out. Or more specifically Mental Imagination. All without proper defense were put under this mind control as their eyes had turned blue with stars filling them, They had no way of doing anything at all to stop it.

"Process 72% Complete. Process hold. Difficulties discovered. There are complications with, Accelerator, Mikoto Misaka, Misaki Shokuhou, Last Order, Misaka Worst, Shizuri Mugino, Kuroko Shirai, Ruby Rose, Frenda Seivelun, Oscar Pine, Salem Vigil, Trivia Vanille, Teitoku Kakine, Cinderella Calagus, Carissa Wendosor, Yang Xiao Long, Fiona Thyme, Summer Rose, Arthur Watts, Kazari Uiharu, Kaibi Gokusai, Awaki Musujime, Qli..."

"Don't worry about the ones you can't control just focus on the ones you can."

"Deleting unwanted code from process. Ignoring several factors. Removing from mind control process. Number 1374. Number 2844. Number 9326. Number 5325. Continuing process. 83% Complete. 96% Complete."

There was a knock at the door and when Lorya Asher opened it she smiled when she saw, a girl who looked younger than she was, her long black hair swung a bit in front of her face and her scanty outfit was not one you would expect to see on a child like her.

"Umidori, was it a success?"

"It was, they completely believed me, and I got this."

The girl known as Umidori Kuroyoru raised her palm and ice and sleet twisted around her hand it looked almost like a tiny tornado of ice.

"I'm the Winter Maiden."

"Process 100% Complete. Number 8429."

Lorya could only grin at her luck as she saw that she had the Winter Maiden, perfect for the vault and she now had Atlas under her control and the city would soon shake.

Part 2.

This was the sixth book he read so far, next to him was an assortment of different books on anything to deal with Remnant's supernatural, he had gone through multiple books on dust, aura,and semblance, while this was helpful to the boy known as Teitoku Kakine, it was not what he was looking for.

Teitoku Kakine had been trying to understand magic, this was because he was now certain that he gained the ability to absorb energy into his Dark Matter,the fight against Vector-X that Level 5 clone of Accelerator was the perfect test that seemingly fell out of the sky, or more like busted through the wall.

When Teitoku Kakine fought against Accelerator back at Haven Academy, that #1 monster was able to manipulate magic,Teitoku Kakine refused to believe that he toocouldn't accomplish the same thing with his Dark Matter.

When it came to his new technique he found that he couldn't control any energy he didn't understand with his own personal reality, for example,Ruby Rose's silver power was not something he could control, it was something he absorbed and lost using it only once, and he could not properly shape it or manipulate it in any way,due to the fact that he couldn't understand it, it was beyond his personal reality.

He may have been able to switch the laws of the power to his own Dark Matter laws, but he first needed to understand the laws of the specific energy,that is why he has been trying his best to understand magic,Cinder Fall his girlfriend had helped him to an extent but even her knowledge on magic wasn't enough for him to actually understand it fully.

It was only thanks to Amata Kihara's information on magic in his own world that he could understand the golden dark matter,which he had found out was a form of telesma but he had a limited supply of such a power and could not use it to boost him often,so he decided why not control a power source that was regenerated In Remnant, magic would be perfect.

Teitoku Kakine had decided that magic on Remnant would be the perfect alternative to the heavenly telesma and he could save his remaining telesma for when he truly needed it,and not waste it on small fights.

With a groan Kakine tossed Remnant's Advanced Aura techniques book aside, Teitoku Kakine had been trying to discover what had the strongest connection to magic in Remnant, his first try was Dust,but it seemed that even while Dust was extremely close to magic it really didn't have much to do with actual magic.

Moving his eyes about the books on the table he picked up a fairytale book, The Girl Who Fell Through The World, Alyx's exciting adventure.It was a long title and when Kakine looked he saw it was a children's book, It was probably a long shot,but he was told that the other fairytale books had been real events in history on this world and more than just normal fairytales like on Earth.

When he picked it up another book had fallen off the table and hit the floor,a small sound was created from the book's contact with the floor, and Cinder Fall who was asleep in the bed nearby stirred a bit in her sleep, he was happy she didn't wake up,while they didn't need sleep thanks to their immortal bodies which were beyond such functions they still indulged in such things like eating and sleeping,and surprisingly they could both still have dreams and nightmares.

Kakine honestly didn't know anything about dreams, it was one of the greatest mysteries of science how dreams actually existed, similar to the mystery of God, or The Devil,the creation of existence or how it came to be, why life is possible,these were all questions that many were certain were going to never be given answers and they were probably right.

The scientific city of Academy City was built to solve those questions, to find God, but no matter how hard they tried they could never reach that answer,they could never reach beyond the confines of reality and reach the divine, they couldn't reach God, and many in Academy City don't believe in God or heaven in the first place,Though all the Higher-ups and the Kiharas' seem convinced that there is a heaven and a God that can actually be physically reached,that there is a way to break through this invisible void and reach the realm of the divine beings we call gods and angels.

Kakine was among them as he himself was considered an artificial angel, and so was that of The #1.If artificial angels can exist who is to say celestial angels can't either?And if angels exist, then so can God, the highest power,The only thing was Kakine wasn't sure if they couldn't find them because they were unreachable beings or if perhaps they were looking in the wrong place,Maybe these higher dimensional beings were not something unreachable just have been searched for in the wrong way,Perhaps the world just couldn't understand what they truly were and only made up their own perception of such beings.

Kakine opened the pages of the children's book in his hand after he picked up the other book that had fallen and began reading about the adventure of Alyx, a young girl who fell into a magical world,the entire story was almost exactly the same as an old fairytale story back on Earth called Alice in Wonderland,this was once again one of those moments where he discovered parallels to Earth in the world of Remnant.

The amount of similarities to Earth in Remnant was so interesting, it was like Remnant was Earth 2 or something, the planets were the same size and often had a lot of the same stuff,there was even a version of the popular franchises Marvel and DC, they just had different names and different characters, but some with similar abilities from the Earth version,Many TV and movies were also very similar to that found on Earth, the technology was far greater but so much else was the same safe for Aura, Semblances, Dust, The Continents, and Magic.

While magic was in both worlds, according to Amata Kihara it was vastly different between the two worlds,Magic on Earth had run under a different set of rules and principles than the magic on Remnant, which while he hadn't learned that much about,he had learned there was some sort of rule system to Magic in this world,Cinder Fall had told him magic was unlimited and while that was technically true their were different rules and many different forms of magic in this world.

From what he could gather so far, magic was based on connection with several different factors in the cosmic world and time, But it also had a completely different concept of reality,while at the same time being grounded by reality and physics, at first Kakine was extremely confused at this but he soon discovered that Remnant didn't have just one form of magic,rather it had several different forms, He knew only of the ones Cinder Fall had told him, Core Magic, Elemental Magic, Dark Magic, Light Magic, and Ancient Magic,something she didn't understand but knew of its existence.

However there was much more to the energy called magic than that, in his research he learned that while, Aura, Semblances, And Dust were not magic exactly, they all existed under magical concepts,and that was what he was trying to find.

If aura, semblances, and dust were powered by magic in some way or form, then where did that power source come from?Was it the same power source, Accelerator had accessed back at Haven Academy?Was there a magical influence on this world that could be manipulated?If so how? How would Teitoku Kakine access and control the magic of Remnant?It was clear to him that #1 monster had done it before, so why couldn't he?That was just it. He knew he definitely could, he knew he could access that power known as magic and learn these rules.

Once he could understand magic with his personal reality, he would gain a new power source, one he would have full access to at an unlimited amount.

After going through it for some time, Teitoku Kakine had read several books on Remnant, multiple fairytales, and books on Aura, Semblance, and Dust.

Teitoku Kakine had a good sum of money thanks to access to Cinder's account, he wasn't going to use much of it, but considering that dust was the closest to magic it was the best place to start,and so he decided that is exactly where he will start in his search for the truth.

Beingcarefulnot to wake his girlfriend, he made his way out of the building and headed towards Argus, He would have gone into the City of Atlas, but everything was closed at this hour,and there were a couple 24-hour dust shops and some other places that he needed to go in Argus, Plus the forest nearby Argus had been a pretty Grimm infested area in the recentdays,so it was good practice to test out his new dust he wouldpurchase.

When he was safely away from the building, six white wings manifested from his back and he was off, he was certain he would be back in the morning before Cinder even wokeup.

Part 3

A sound echoed throughout the large open area, That sound reverberated off the walls of metal around this building, sparks were created as two weapons clashed against each other,one of those weapons being a pair of gauntlets and the other being a blood-red sword, A Japanese style blade to anyone from Earth who would have seen it called a Katana.

These two powerful self-created weapons belonged to a mother and a daughter,the two were almost identical if one didn't have long wavy blonde hair and the other with the same hairstyle only it was black rather than blonde.

"Why can't you just listen and understand that this is the only way!?"

"There are better ways to go about bringing the world to peace than all this pain and destruction and bloodshed!"

Those words spoken by mother and daughter were a broken repeated phrase, One could not see the reason of the other, the fight between them was inevitable.

"You really are a damn fool! I have seen the truth about this world, a peaceful hand will not solve anything!People don't listen to that!"

"So, what? You're going to rule the world with an iron fist, control everyone!?"

Yang Xiao Long lifted both her arms, they formed an ex-like pattern before her, this was executed at the perfect moment as a red Katana had swung in a downward motion,Yang had successfully blocked the vector as her mother's blade came to a stop against her gauntlets.

The two looked at each other, the two of them both had glowing red eyes and anger coursing through them, neither of them could get their point across to the other.Yang Xiao Long was not holding back at all in this confrontation with her biological mother, She had already told Raven Branwen that she was prepared to deal the finishing blow if given the chance.

It was not something Yang was joking about, the girl who often liked to play around and make jokes specifically puns nobody liked, that was not something she was at all caring about,in fact, that girl had suffered more loss than she could have ever been prepared for, and though she wanted to kill herself at certain times because a of a certain tragedy in the past,a loss that took away her life, but also made her stronger.

The truth was something happened, something she didn't know how to even explain to her half-sister Ruby Rose, something she didn't know how to speak of at all,It was the day her life was torn from her, and she knew that this was also kept from Ruby by Frenda Seivelun as well for the time being.

At first, Yang believed that she was going to be alone, then she found her sister, and her mother, not the mother she was abandoned by but the mother she called a real mother,the mother that was there for her, that Grimm monster was no monster to Yang Xiao Long, she was the only mother who cared, and she still did.

Raven Branwen looked into her daughter's red eyes before speaking, her voice was a grunt as she pushed her sword down on her daughter's gauntlets, which were holding strong against her.

"You can't tell me, that the world is not lost Yang, I'm trying to fix it."

Once again Raven Branwen attempted to get her daughter to see her point of view on the world, it was almost narcissistic,she wanted to show Yang that the world was broken and needed to be fixed with strength and violence so that there would be no violence, It was the same as when one was bullied in a school,in most school systems bullying was often looked over, and nothing was ever done when it came to the people in power,in many cases the way a bully was dealt withwas only in a situation where the bullied fought back against their assailant, Only then would the bully truly stop.

It was the same way with war in humanity, war was a part of human and faunus nature in Remnant and when war was conducted it usually saw results these were the points Raven Branwen had pointed out.

"Look at the Faunus as an example, they would have still been nothing but humanity's slaves if they didn't fight and use their strength to get what they wanted,your friend Blake wouldn't be living the life she has if her ancestors didn't fight for their freedom."

The mention of her girlfriend sent a deep rage through her being, That anger and rage began to grow at a rapid pace, it was the same as a flame spreading through a wooden forest in a wildfire,Yang's entire being was filled with anger and hatred as she swung her left leg up in a surprise action,the attack had caught Raven off guard and in this extremely close vicinity even though she saw it coming at her it was too fast for her to block or avoid.

The tip of Yang's boot crashed into her mother's side, the woman felt the blow to her ribcage and could have sworn some internal organs were also affected by the powerful attack,She doubled over and coughed up blood, while her aura was fast to fix any damage done the pain had not gone unnoticed,It had been a sharp sting as if something like a hot clothing iron was pressed against that area for a few seconds.

Yang Xiao Long lowered her foot but kept her guard up at all times."Sure, I understand that much, but do you really think a damn psychopath like Lorya Asher is going to fix the world?You're a fucking moron if you think that Lorya gives a fuck about you, or the world."

Raven spat out a slimy bit of blood from her mouth and raised her blade."You think I don't know, I don't see somebody as Lorya Asher being able to fix the world, but her plan will take me to where I need, when we get there I will take Grimmlin from her,I can fix the world and beat Salem with Grimmlin."

"Wow, you are absolutely fucking delusional!Salem is not even the problem, if you can't see that then what does that say about you?Or your foolish ideals?"

Those words had actually stung a bit in the core of the woman's soul, her own daughter had simply insulted her intelligence with no heed at all, it was hard to look her daughter in the eyes,after all, she was her mother and despite their past, she loved Yang Xiao Long.

"Do you think this is easy for me Yang?"

That question had come out in a near whisper, in fact, Raven's voice was shaky as she delivered it.Yang looked down only a moment, she realized that her mother had most likely tried to convince her to join because she was given the task of murdering her own daughter,it would be hard for any mother to complete such a difficult task if they truly cared for their child.

"No. I don't. It's not easy for me either, but I care about protecting my sisters, my girlfriend, and my friends, I don't care what I have to do to make sure that they are safe from Grimmlin, You..."

Yang stopped mid-sentence as a tear fell from her right eye, it was in this small moment Yang had imagined what her life would have been like if she had stayed, If her mother hadn't abandoned her,if she was able to be by her mother's side, if fate had been different.Would Ruby be her cousin instead of her sister?Would she have even been born?Would Frenda Seivelun have ever come into their lives?Yang Xiao Long called herself a thrill seeker that she was looking for adventure.

On a certain day, on a certain mission, A certain teacher asked her a question, that question had been why she became a Huntress, her answer was simple,She said that she wanted to be a Huntress because she liked the thrill, she liked the adventure, But she could tell that day she saw right through her when she told her that,when those words had left that woman's mouth she knew that she could tell Yang hadn't told her the full truth.

The truth was not exactly complicated just had been hard to say, Yang was abandoned, she was tossed aside by her mother, she was, what she was really looking for was answers, she wanted to know why.She wanted to know the truth, why had her mother chosen to lead some bandit dark side organization instead of be with her daughter, instead of raising her?Yang had searched and she found the answer she had been searching for, she had the answer the entire time but it was still hard to bare,it was something she just couldn't understand especially when her mother was so strong.

"You... You left... I think I already knew why from the beginning.I just didn't want to believe that truth... You talk so much about strength and power, But deep down you're afraid... You're afraid of Salem, you're afraid of responsibility,but most importantly... You're afraid of yourself, that is why you left, that's why you abandoned me, because you were afraid you couldn't raise me, you were afraid that you couldn't be a mother,You act powerful and fearless, but in truth... You're a coward.It's why you're working with a psycho like Lorya Asher."

The word coward had triggered something, Raven felt a sting, a strong sting, but it was not from the kick she received from her daughter it was from her heart no deeper,it was a sting that affected her very soul, That sting was there because what Yang had said was true, Raven Branwen was afraid.

This was not something the woman could ever admit and rather than admitting she was afraid, she only continued to attack her daughter.

The two moved at amazing speed back and forth throughout the room exchanging blows, Yang was doing well in defense against her mother, and Raven had not been fighting with a clear head,her soul was feeling something, but instead of facing that something head on she decided she would snuff it out entirely, By killing the one who was the cause of it.

As Yang made a strong punch to Raven's left side an invisible force seemingly directed the kinetic energy of the attack away from Raven,in a move that had seemed almost similar to The #1's vector reflection, Yang felt her body leave the ground and before she could react, Raven made a move forward,that sharp red blade made a slash upward, Yang's attempt to block this attack did not produce the desired result ,no,rather the robotic arm which replaced the arm that had been severed from her body by that Bull Faunus Adam Taurus during the fall of Beaconwas torn off along with the weapon that was on it.

This would end up putting Yang at a disadvantage in the long run because now she had no way of defending herself on that side of her body, She was left exposed and defenseless in a certain area,at the same time this would also hinder her techniques in her combat style.

Raven's foot spun in a circle, her body spinning with it in the air, the force from the impact was incredible and Yang found herself against the metal wall to her right side in less than a second,Yang was not out however, using the wall as leverage she pushed off and Raven soon took a fist to the face that sent her flying,The woman's nose was bleeding but she stood up like that impact force had not even bothered her in the slightest.

(Why isn't she using spring? if she was serious about killing me, then why doesn't she just do it already?She could have easily killed me with the Maiden's power.Why is she holding back?)

Yang couldn't hold her thoughts long as she had to dodge Raven's blade, Then in her attempt to perform a leg sweep in the same manner a certain blonde sister of her's had done to her in a spar,Raven moved back before her leg came down in an axe kick which was not easy to defend against with only one arm,Yang grabbed her mother's foot with her one remaining hand but this would leave her other side open and as she predicted her mother took advantage of this weakness,her mother slammed her other foot into Yang's cheek, the impact had caused Yang's aura to flare up showing the heavy damage it was now taking.

however, Yang had a secret her mother may or may not know about, it was that the more damage she took the stronger her physical attacks became,and that was shown to Raven very quickly as Yang's fist made contact with her gut,this time the force had been extremely powerful and Raven couldn't even count a second before she was against the opposite wall,which was about 62 feet from the current location where Yang was standing.

(Damage Absorption? That's her semblance?That may make this difficult.)

Raven Branwen stood back up and when she did Yang closed the distance between them with a roar, unfortunately, her strike hit nothing but air as her mother's body vanished in a red portal,suddenly she felt the back of her leg being cut open and she was kicked to the ground as she winced in pain, her aura was fixing her as she looked up at her mother, who put her blade to her throat.

"Your semblance won't beat mine, give up, I may still be able to spare your life, If you won't join Grimmlin I'm sure Lorya won't mind keeping you as a prisoner to keep the enemy at bay,in that time maybe you will see things my way"

Yang slowly raised her hand in surrender, Raven smiled believing her daughter was making a smart choice,that was until Yang's gauntlet suddenly ignited in a large explosion which shook the building and was too surprising for Raven to be prepared for,Raven rolled several feet away due to the explosion impacting her aura, she looked up and saw Yang already on her.

That signature red portal covered her body and she was once again a distance away from Yang.

"Damn you! Fine... if this is how it has to be...?then I guess there is no convincing you of anything, I guess all I can do is erase you from this world."

"I will never join such an evil, No matter what you say."

That was Yang Xiao Long's only response as the air swirled around Raven and storm clouds spawned from seemingly nothing, These were the powers of those who conqueredmagic,this was the power of the springmaiden.

Part 4.

She didn't understand what was happening or why one of her best friends was trying to kill her stepsister and girlfriend,Ruby Rose had been with Frenda Seivelun her girlfriend/stepsister when Penny Pollendina somebody she held dear to her attacked them, Then some boy's voice had come through her voice for a moment.

It wasn't the voice that had Ruby shocked at that moment, It was the name, specifically the last name Nath, she had easily recognized that last name, back during Beacon,there was a certain Nath who had been arrested in the news, and after his arrest, something else had happened that caused chaos to envelop The City of Vale,It was during this event that Ruby had gone to Mountain Glenn, and she was not able to be there until the last moment.

When she came back from Glenn to fight against The Grimm invasion she had learned of what had transpired, though the information that was given to her was not the full story,Ruby Rose knew that Frenda Seivelun was working in Dark Side affairs with a group called Vacant at that time, but she didn't know what Frenda was doing.

Ruby remembered that during the event that was given the name The Dark Side War by those who were a part of or knew of it, The Dark Side War was a hectic time in Vale, There were murders, Rapings,Theft, it was pure chaos in the city for close to a full month, this was all because of The girl who went by the name Aihana Etsu.That girl had started the war on the Dark Side and she destroyed the Vale version of the statue of Weiss Schnee's grandfather, Nicholas Schnee.

And now it seemed that this Enzo Nath boy was now a member of Grimmlin and it had also seemed that her girlfriend Frenda Seivelun was responsible for his sister's death,So Ruby Rose could only assume that his sister was the girl who was known to the city as Aihana Etsu.

Frenda Seivelun never told her exactly what happened to Aihana Etsu, but knowing how Frenda dealt with problems it was more than obvious that Frenda killed her,but it was also more than obvious that Aihana Etsu had been a very bad person, she had even burned down 38% of the entire city of Vale during The Dark Side War, not a good person.

Ruby couldn't completely judge this boy though, it seemed somebody dear to him was taken, While he was working with a group like Grimmlin, she didn't for sure know why,or if he was anywhere near as bad as Lorya Asher, so she couldn't completely blame him for wanting revenge, and at the same time she couldn't completely blame Frenda for killing Aihana Etsu,the girl was becoming a global threat, What would have become of the world had she been spared?It was an obvious answer, she would have gone on to cause chaos and take many lives.

So while Frenda killed this boy's sister as far as Ruby currently knew, she also saved countless innocent lives in the process,Ruby learned long ago that the world is not black and white but rather many shades of grey, they're was no true evil, everyone had goals, everyone had their reasons for what they did,one side saw such reasons as evil while others may believe that this person was doing the right thing, the only exception she could think of to this rule was the serial killer, The Body Carver,a man who wanted to tear human and faunus kind apart piece by piece.

That psychotic liar had a goal as well, but that goal had been the eradication of life on the planet, he wanted to control the world as its God and remove the people he called obstacles,That disgusting man had even attempted to make Ruby his wife.

It was The Body Carver, It was because of something that had happened during that time, something that changed Ruby's outlook on the world,He was the main reason why she felt she couldn't blame anyone for murder in truth, especially when it's done to protect somebody else,she had been the one who had put a permanent stop to that man after all.Ruby could still remember the amount of blood there was, she could still remember seeing the light leave his eyes, she in no way felt good doing it, no it was painful to do it.But she would do anything for her friends and family, she would do anything to save them.

This thought made her remember something, The boy named Enzo Nath brought up killing her father Taiyang Xiao Long, There was no way she would ever let that happen,she was certain Frenda Seivelun was in agreement with her in that regard, Though it was strange when Tai was brought up she saw Frenda flinch in that moment and something was there,something Ruby could identify as pain.

(Had something happened between Frenda and Dad?I hope he didn't blame her for what happened to me that time.I hadn't talked to Dad since a little after I came back to life the first time I died when I was killed by that boy, Mark e to think of it, I hadn't seen Dad and Frenda really talk much after they came back from their fishing trip during the summer.Did they say something to each other they shouldn't have said, do they have a bad relationship now?Did he blame Frenda for what happened because Mark had been after her and I was just in the way?Dad always did a good job of hiding his true feelings but sometimes he would let those feelings be known.)

Above Ruby Rose and Frenda Seivelun the android girl known as Penny Pollendina flew above, Her eyes were glowing red, and she was deadset on killing Frenda,They silently and patiently waited for Penny to make a move, for the past few minutes she hadn't moved since her first few attacks.

This was not something one could call easy, It was obvious Enzo knew about Ruby and Frenda being strong huntresses and maybe he even knew of their hidden abilities,Ruby didn't know how she would deal with this, the android girl was one of her best friends and now she was forced to fight her.

This wasn't a spar it was a real fight that even had a chance at ending in death, this was one of the reasons she did not call on the wings, she still didn't know much about them,yes she could bring them forth at will now whenever she wished but when it came to the power held in those wings it was still very foreign, Ruby was definitely not planning to kill Penny Pollendina,She was one of her best friends.

On the other hand, Frenda Seivelun was her stepsister and girlfriend, she loved Frenda more than anything,that is why Ruby Rose hoped that this battle would not end in her having to make the toughest choice of her life and actually kill Penny,The truth was if it meant keeping Frenda alive it was a choice she would actually make, but it was in the deepest recesses of last resort,she would try everything else first before killing Penny Pollendina was even an option, Ruby would not even consider crossing that bridge if she didn't have to.

Penny Pollendina was not just a regular girl, she was a special android who had the latest Atlas technology, but she also had something else,something that would make this fight more difficult for Frenda Seivelun and Ruby Rose, The truth was,Penny Pollendina also had Academy City technology or more specifically her own re-engineered version of something they found at the bottom of The Schnee Manor.

It wasn't a surprise that since Penny Pollendina was currently on a path for blood, specifically the blood of a certain fluffy blonde girl that she could decide on activating this new function,Another one of Amata Kihara's inventions on Remnant, Inventions that were taken from Academy City.

It was no secret that Amata Kihara had established a connection to Academy City from Remnant, Specifically to Gensei Kihara,It was discovered recently by Ironwood and Robyn when they searched the underground lab he built in The Schnee Manor that he was in contact with Gensei Kihara,this had fallen flat on Ironwood and Robyn, as well as any who didn't know of the existence of Academy City.

Those who knew of the existence of this city, they knew that Amata was conversing between two worlds and it was through this that he created a special device,it had been similar to his own suit which he had used to fight against The #1 Monster Accelerator,but it was probably set as a backup though it had a different name than the original suit the man fought Accelerator with, just like with that suit it was made with adamantium,however, it had been a new form of adamantium something Amata Kihara created on his own by blending two metals together.

This metal had been called Obsidian Adamantium.

It seemed to be a metal over one thousand times stronger than the original adamantium, according to the man's files he was planning to attack Academy City with this suit.It was obvious Enzo knew of this suit and he must have also known that Penny Pollendina was in possession of this powerful suit.

Ruby was worried because of this, she knew that if Penny decided to activate this it would force her to use her silver wings,she didn't know exactly how powerful those wings were but she was capable of matching The #2 with their power and even in his own world, it hadn't made much difference.

It wasn't long before someone finally made a move, this had been Penny who had shot forward at hypersonic speeds towards Ruby,A sound of something opening and a beeping noise was made and then two of the swords that surround Penny spun in a circle, two more repeated this motion in the opposite hand,one had been targeting Frenda and the other Ruby.

Two large green beams of energy shot out at both girls, the two were more than fast enough to evade, The beams tore through the road,cars and debris of the road were not able to survive as those two energy beams burned at an intense heat, a heat that could easily melt through an Atlas airship.

The targeting systems in Penny's programming quickly discovered the proper locations of Frenda and Ruby, even underneath the darkness of night something or someone couldn't hide from her.

Ruby Rose had not had time to prepare for the sudden impact of a fist, her midsection was bruised by the impact and she found herself several yards away,her body taking a short bounce before coming to a stop, Frenda Seivelun had been fast behind Penny but the girl had simply kicked her away mid-strike.

As Frenda's body crashed into a car she heard a rather distorted and disturbing voice come from Penny.

"Your precognition is useful against most opponents, But unfortunately for you, I'm not one of those opponents,all I have to do is execute attacks at a precise moment using a battle movement you can't possibly calculate.Based on my previous analysis, you can only use that sixth sense at 0 seconds based on the factual numbers of physics,So I only have to attack you with physical attacks at close distance using an imaginary number below 0 seconds, In this case. a certain collision will make your precognition semblance useless."

Ruby saw the exchange between her stepsister and her best friend, she couldn't believe that in only a matter of seconds, Penny rendered Frenda's semblance ineffective.

Ruby pulled out Crescent Rose, She didn't switch it to Crescent Rose form though, no rather she left it in Night Stalker mode, Sometimes having more power than somebody wouldn't win a fight,and Ruby soon proved this to herself and Frenda when her blade sliced into Penny's aura from her right side.

How had Ruby Rose been able to get this attack on a girl like Penny Pollendina who had perfect battle analyzing when Frenda Seivelun couldn't accomplish this?It was a simple answer, surprise, Not surprise by Ruby's movement rather surprise from Ruby's weapon of choice.Penny Pollendina had already known everything about Frenda Seivelun's fighting style and her weapons, including Sarthal, But the robotic girl had no clue about the weapon known as Night Stalker.

Penny Pollendina didn't know in what way or pattern Ruby Rose fought with a sword and so she hadn't known how to predict the vector in which Ruby's attack would take place,that movement and style of attack was foreign to the girl as Ruby did not copy her Uncle Qrow, rather she created her own sword form, A form not seen on Remnant or Earth,an entirely new form of attack.

It was thanks that Ruby knew so much about her friend, this was why Ruby Rose was so essential in this fight,she knew that due to Penny Pollendina being an android she could only properly perform against forces she previously calculated and analyzed during combat,she could not so easily deal with something unknown to her processing systems.

(This won't last forever, it won't take her long to figure it out, we need to stop her before then.)

Penny stood only 4 meters from Ruby's location and she was already beginning to analyze the attack she had taken, that same attack would not work a second time.

Before Ruby could react, Penny had moved and her burst of movement had been almost similar to Ruby's own movement technique,as Ruby went to dodge the attack about to take place from Penny's fist coming at her she was surprised when the fist stopped midway and instead,Penny's left leg shot out and hooked to the back of one of Ruby's legs, In only a moment Ruby found herself looking up at the night sky, as her footing and movement had been timed perfectly.

Ruby suddenly felt an impact and weight on her stomach, When she looked down she saw herself trampled underfoot, then she looked up and saw Penny Pollendina above her,the weight of Penny's foot increased and then her hand created a green energy.

At this point-blank range that powerful beam would do major damage to Ruby Rose or even possibly kill her,fortunately, this would not come to pass as a ball of fire knocked Penny off of Ruby and she saw her girlfriend Frenda Seivelun with her hand raised.

Ruby had already known that Frenda Seivelun had access to magic, it was demonic magic and it was powerful, But she also knew there was a major risk to using such magic,The last time Frenda had done so her body had been hijacked by a demon named Tammuz, She could only imagine what other demons are waiting to use her as a physical vessel,To make their way into the physical world.

According to Frenda's demon cat Zooloo, demons could indeed come to the physical realm without a physical body, but their power was practically none when doing so,The soul of a demon was not the ideal vessel, rather possession of a physical vessel was a more effective method and allowed the demon to access more of theirpower,He had told Frenda that until she learned to resist these demons they will continue to try and use her as their physical vessel.

Zooloo explained that there were a few ways a demon could gain a physical body.

The first way was creating their own physical vessel from scratch, But this method was an extremely difficult one, it was the same as building an airship by yourself,the calculations and statistics that went into building your own body was almost impossible for even some of the stronger demons.Rather a high demon, or god-like demon, Like Great Demon Coronzon, or Ye-Zoul,are the type of demons that can accomplish such a complicated feat, A low-rank demon could never do such a thing.

Most of these demons tend to go with the second method, the method of creating deals with humans or faunus, or any other humanoid being that has not reached the status of Angel or God,there was a secret sphere in the Qliphoth that allowed demons to make deals and contracts with a humanoid figure, Of course, this host body could not process their full power,a demon's full power even a lesser demon was too great for any normal person to handle, That is why the demons who can create their own vessels are more powerfulbecause they can simply create a physical vessel that can handle all of their power.

The other way a demon can have a physical vessel is by an enchanted object, this form of possession is not a form that requires the demon to make a body or make a deal, but it can be a very long wait,This is the act of a demon binding their soul with a host object, normally a ring, necklace, Or even a weapon, or piece of armor or clothing,they simply lie in wait for somebody to wear or use the object they are bound to.

However, that demon cat Zooloo did something different than that but similar, he didn't want to give up his demon power to Frenda so rather than gift her his powers, he made them her own,by making her a half-demon, not a possessed being, Rather he performed a secret illegal demon ritual to make their souls into one,this also means that if Frenda Seivelun was to die then so would Zooloo, this was why the technique was forbidden, Because it was dangerous to both the original demon and the user.

Zooloo explained that he did not have enough power to do this successfully on his own so he opened the gates of hell and used the power of several other demons to accomplish this,This was why Frenda Seivelun was connected to several different demons and could use so many different powers that only grew, Many of her powers came from several demons.

When asked why he would make such a risky and dangerous move, Zooloo said because he saw what Frenda could be, He truly believes that Frenda Seivelun can control all of those demons,that she can become The True Demon Mistress.

Penny Pollendina had already recovered from that fireball sent by Frenda Seivelun, When she looked down she saw a small mark on her leg, then she saw Ruby standing up next to Frenda,in that moment her eyes changed from red back to their natural color, and when she spoke her voice had been normal.

"Ruby? What's happening? I..."

That was all she got out as her head began to hurt and there was a code that was overwriting her programming.

"No! Stop! I can't!"

With that, her eyes turned back to red, and then her weapons were once again raised but it had been at that moment even if only a small moment, the original Penny Pollendina came through.

"Frenda."

"I know Ruby."

"Penny is still in there, we have to figure out how to save her."

"In the end, way easier said than done."

(In the end, I could feel it with just that much, Using that hellfire had been enough for me to feel their presence, I can still use my magic, But all told I should save it for when I truly need it,I will stick to my esper ability for now, since it is something that Penny doesn't know about, being unknown territory She won't have immediate defense like with my semblance.)

Ruby's semblance came to life, her movement incredible, her body had twisted and she became a blur, a vortex swirled around her,the speed of her incredible movement was so great that the sound of it came well after she made it to her target.

The sword known as Night Stalker became covered in aura, and the downward swing was seen by Penny, but when she went to block it the force in output had pushed her back,the blade was once again swung, and three swords came out and blocked it, the next instance Ruby was behind Penny and her sword touched her aura just as she jumped forward.

Then.

It happened faster than she could properly process, the air right beneath her feet had seemingly condensed into a pressure bomb, that force of wind carried the strength of twenty-two tornadoes,The blast was enough to damage Penny's targeting parameters and she took major damage to her aura, this was followed by another air pressure bomb.

Penny was sent into the air and Ruby used this moment to strike, just as the girl was about to use her feet jets to fly, Ruby got a good kick to the back of her head.

Upon impact with the ground Penny's aura had fizzled, it was definitely in the red by this point and that meant attacking Penny had to be handled with caution,they were not trying to kill her at this moment, so they were not going their best against her.

(Okay, in the end, just a bit more and we can probably take her down without hurting her too much.)

This was a thought that had brought a logical bright side to the fight in Frenda's eyes, It was a simple matter of outsmarting Penny, this was the moment she needed, Frenda raised her hand,the power would be toned down for the next explosion as to not kill Penny.

With her calculations sent out thegroundwent up in a massive explosion like something caved out from underneath it, that force and power was just enough to destroy the aura barrier,as Penny Pollendina's aura was shattered, Frenda put enough in her calculations to only affect the desired target, unfortunately, this was not the full result, yes the aura was destroyed,Penny Pollendina no longer had aura protection at the moment but that was not theissue.

Thatwas.

Ruby Rose and Frenda Seivelun looked at what was before them and a hint of fear went through them both, like they had just seen something the two of them couldn'texplain,only this was something they could explain, in only moments In that time Frenda's attack had taken place, nanotechnology created something on herbody.

"That's her."

"In the end. She is using. The... ProcesserSuit."

The Processer Suit was a special suit that was found in the Schnee Manor, specifically in a lab built by Amata Kihara underneath that giant mansion, it was covered in silver andblack,and It was not something they could face in these normal terms, as much as they didn't want to they would have to go all out against PennyPollendina,There would be no other choice but to do so when they were facing a suit that had the power to take on the entirety of the scienceside.

Part 5.

The boy was in a small room in an unknown location in Atlas.

Enzo Nath smiled sadistically as he saw the cam feed through Penny Pollendina's eyes.

"Well, that bucket of bolts is doing her job well. So then next is."

He began a new hack, one sure to cause chaos.

Part 6.

All of the events taking place were all in a similar timeframe, most in Atlas hadn't even known what was going on.

A wave went over the city of Atlas but this wave was not visible or even physical in anyway, no rather, this wave was only a metaphorical meaning, it was affecting the minds of every man, woman, and child in the city that could be affected.

If one looked at all the citizens of Atlas no, not just the kingdom of Atlas but the entire continent of Solitas. A total population of Six hundred and sixty-eight million, four hundred and twenty-one thousand, nine hundred and sixty-nine point sixty-two people, all of these people had been put under the control of Mental Out 2.0.

This process had only taken the android girl known as S3NN3R five minutes to complete, as soon as this process was completed she sent a single command, this was a command that would make all under the control of Mental Out 2.0 attack and kill anyone or anything they saw.

Part 7.

The invisible sweeping mind control was literally everywhere and those with minds that android girl could infiltrate were not spared. She made a quick duck just as an arrow flew past the top of her head, She currently was running from four people, Those people being, James Ironwood, Robyn Hill, May Marigold, and Maria Calavera. She was currently staying ahead but for the girl known as Kazari Uiharu this was not a simple task.

Kazari had never been much of a physical fighter, she didn't even have a weapon, she was a Level 1 thermal hand, her level was far too low to have any form of combat, Her semblance in this world was the only thing keeping her alive, her Semblance allowed her to hack into anything by touching it, more specifically she could understand and communicate with digitalized code, Kazari could send certain commands to any code and create new processes in system networks.

She had been using this for fast hacking, much to her luck this school building was completely electronic, so she could hack everything inside this building, Which was precisely what she did, her right hand only had to touch the panel on the wall in front her. When this contact was made the automatic door closed on Robyn Hill and locked as she began to bang on it trying to bust into the room she was in.

(Okay that will hold for a little while, I recognized those stars right away, that power was definitely Mental Out, but the question is how? Mental Out is the esper ability of Misaki Shokuhou... Those stars had been different than Misaki's, this is Grimmlin but how are they doing it? How do they have Mental Out?)

Kazari looked back at the door and what could only be described as frightening was before her, she had seen a hole now in the door only big enough for Robyn Hill's head to get through, it looked like it was straight out of a certain horror movie, with a very famous movie quote.

With no other options, Kazari ran again, she didn't even have a gun and using her ability would do nothing, she finally made it to a window, when peering out of it she could see the city a good one hundred and twenty feet below, She was trapped in this spot, her only option was to jump, but she could not see a proper landing strategy, Unfortunately she didn't have time.

The door was final torn through and her pursuers made their way across the hall quickly, so she made a dangerous decision, With our much thought or planing she moved to the edge and soon her feet left the edge as she leaped out of the window that was far too high above the ground and it was not long before she caught terminal velocity, the fastest speed of a falling object based on the gravity of the planet.

Kazari reached out with her left hand, this allowed her to catch a clothes line at the perfect moment, that had not been enough to support her but it was enough to slow her fall by just a bit, only a bit though was the exact amount the genius hacker needed, Kazari hit the wall and used it as leverage to slide down holding on to the clothes line, it was like she was mountain climbing without any safety equipment.

Kazari reached the end of the line and she let go, into a bed of flowers that were able to break the rest of her fall from what was about thirty feet or so, Kazari Uiharu ran out of the school and a little passed the building, then when she thought the cost was clear she received a call on her scroll, checking it she saw it was from Frenda Seivelun, her good friend.

Part 8.

This had gone from a peaceful evening into chaos in only minutes, every person in the city began to attack and kill any person that had come within their sight, every man, woman, and child.The city of Atlas was in utter despair; this was not some natural disaster; this was controlled, and to Kuroko Shirai and Awaki Musujime, it was clear what this control had been.

Both of the girls had been a witness to the power known as Mental Out several times;that power which belonged to The #5, was responsible for this chaos, but there was something about it that was different, something about it unidentifiable.

This was not the Mental Out ability of Misaki Shokuhou; this was a different kind of Mental Out; they had only come to one conclusion.

"How did Grimmlin take control of Mental Out?It's not Misaki Shokuhou so what could this be?" Kuroko asked.

Out of the shadows of the alley to her right a random person emerged, a woman charged at her with a single blade, it had been nothing more than a knife one would find in their average kitchen,that sharp blade had posed no threat to the thin and sexy vampire girl and esper with white twin-tails named Kuroko Shirai as all she needed to do was touch the woman on the shoulder,as that contact was made the woman had simply vanished from thin air, this was the esper ability known as teleportation,this had been one of the less commonly seen powers in the scientific city called Academy City.

Several more people charged her from all directions, but just like with that woman they were teleported away from Kuroko,physical contact had not been needed as one of the recently discovered magical vampiric abilities had been telekinesis,it seemed telekinesis was part of what the vampire ghost Alison called Core Magic in the world of Remnant,just like with her semblance Kuroko could use this to extend the length of her Esper Ability.

Originally, she had gained a semblance that had also allowed her to use telekinesis; This was not possible with her newfound powers;however, this was because vampiric energy caused a corruption of the soul, as such, she can no longer utilize aura, so now Kuroko Shirai had what Alison called a Black Soul.

This wasn't an evil soul or anything of the sort, rather it was just a tainted soul, Alison explained that every single living being has a soul or at least some form of one,and the reason magic can work for espers in this world's rules was because in the world of Remnant magic was connected to the soul, Not to the body,when asked if this meant she now was doomed because of this Black Soul she now permanently governed, Alison responded with the simple answer of no.

Kuroko Shirai would choose her own path, her own fate, her own destiny.The vampire magic and the Black Soul would help that along, but it was ultimately up to her what she would do and who she would become, the black soul had many secrets,some even her vampire mentor was not aware of though one of those secrets was something she found to be extremely useful, it had been a completely different concept.

No that soul was not immune against those who can manipulate a soul, but the talent to manipulate a black soul would be extremely difficult for those who don't have knowledge on vampires,the Black Soul has a different set of rules than normal souls, so if one doesn't understand those rules they can't touch the Black Soul in anyway.

However, since Kuroko doesn't have an immortal body, she can still be killed, but killing a vampire is not something that can be so easily accomplished.

When Awaki Musujime came asking questions, she was already spot on about Kuroko's vampire status, It was strange but perhaps what Awaki said once about them being connected may have some truth to it,the white-haired twin-tailed girl had only told her boyfriend Shaei Miyama about her vampiric powers and her status as a vampire now, not even Mikoto Misaka, her Sissy, knew of this truth.

A sound was heard and a group of children came out from behind a nearby tarp, they had began pelting people with stones, luckily soon they were all teleported elsewhere away from people,this was thanks to Awaki Musujime, the girl with incredibly long pigtails and quite the revealing outfit had a flashlight in her right hand,the light was useful to her as it was used to extend the length of her power, The Level 5 Move Point still needed this flashlight,but her relocation had grown as she was now capable of relocating entire skyscrapers and small islands, City blocks, as well as many other things,her maximum output had risen to over five million kilograms.

Truthfully, Awaki had not yet tested what her true maximum output was, she had theorized that it was actually beyond five million but she didn't exactly know and wasn't ready to test it,this was probably due to the trauma that still plagues her psyche, the girl once accidentally hurt herself when teleporting and some of that still haunts her to this day.

The two girls had been enemies when they first met back in Academy City, then they had run into each other a few times after that,then during an event that became known as the Dark Side Siege they became friends, at least to an extent, Though these girls still see each other as rivals they have certainly become much closer,whether you call them friends or not,they don't see each other as enemies.

One could only wonder what was actually going on; they both knew it was Mental Out but definitely not Misaki Shokuhou;it also seemed to be stronger because Kuroko and Awaki were both very certain that Misaki could not control this many people at once.

There was suddenly an explosion, but this had not been a fiery explosion, it had been like the air or the area around it had condensed and exploded outward.When the two teleporting girls looked at the cause they saw a man and a woman standing before them at the opposite end of the road.

The man had been one neither of the girls had seen; he had short-cut blonde hair and blue eyes with stars in them.His outfit looked vaguely familiar to them, though, and it was Kuroko who recognized it first.(That's a royal uniform from the English Knights; they are the secret group that protects the royal family and Queen Elizard herself; does that mean this man is from Earth?And more specifically Great Britain?)

The man held a sword at his side; it looked like a knight's sword from the Middle Ages of Earth;the look of his eyes was more than enough to know this man was also under the effects of this strange Mental Out ability.

While Kuroko Shirai had no clue who the girl was next to him, Awaki Musujime, who was on Kuroko's right side, spoke her name out loud.

"Olivia Crystal Vesper!?"

This had been the name spoken by Awaki, and this had told Kuroko that she was somebody that Awaki had seen before.From the looks of whose side the girl was on, Kuroko made a quick assumption that Olivia was not a friend of Awaki's.

"Who is she?" Kuroko asked curiously.

Awaki's entire expression changed to a few different stances: fear, annoyance, Hatred, and Confusion.All of these conflicting feelings didn't help the question at all, but soon she spoke answering the twin tails girl's question.

"Her name is Olivia Crystal Vesper, she is a member of the richest family in Remnant;The Vespers, and she works for a secret Dark Side Organization called The Epsilon Assassins, They are really bad news,Frenda Seivelun and I had thought we killed her back in Vale during an event called The Dark Side War," Awaki explained.

Kuroko took in the information about Olivia Crystal Vesper, as her mind began to run calculations of the upcoming battle.

(Okay, so the man next to her is unknown, but Awaki knows about Olivia; that is good.That means she can be helpful in this fight; she can give me information on her and...)

That was all Kuroko Shirai was able to think as a sudden pain was felt in her side, she looked down and saw a gash, it opened up into her flesh deep,what had shocked the girl known as Olivia Crystal Vesper though was that the blood she saw was not red, no rather it was black, pitch black.

Olivia looked back at the white-haired pale girl perplexed and her facial features showed it."Are you even human or faunus!?That's not natural in any way."

Her flabbergasted expression grew when the wound she had created had seemingly already sealed itself back up, And she saw that Kuroko had barely even flinched at her surprise attack.

(Oh, she seems like fun, fu fu fu.)

A voice sounded out in Kuroko Shirai's mind, it was the vampiric passenger in her head, the girl who was responsible for her vampire status, Alison, Kuroko had a cool secret,Alison could help her process battle information, and she was even able to help her extend her calculations,though something about Olivia didn't sit right with her and she could feel Alison didn't like the feeling either.

Something about the girl wasn't right.

Soon the girl had turned her head in the direction of the man, and when she did, she vanished.Her body instantly moved back to its original position like she hadn't moved in the first place.

"That wasn't teleportation, it was something else entirely, it was pure speed."

Awaki Musujime turned her head to Kuroko when the girl said that and she could only give her as much as she remembered as an answer.

"Yeah, her semblance is called Imaginary Tunnel, she can create a conceptual pathway in the form of an invisible tunnel to any living being,it allows her to move in a instant movement to any location that she has within her current vision,so she can even use it on somebody in a different time space or reality if they are in her current point of view,She can only go in one direction though and she's only able to strike one time each use, plus there is a cool down after ever use so..."

"Wrong Awaki, you little cutie... I'm afraid my semblance has evolved since we last met, at quite the substantial rate if I do say so myself,I can now move in multiple sessions and I don't have to link it to a living person anymore, I can use it freely on any physical structure in my vision,I can also manipulate the current vicinity of the location around me in my movement, now yes that little cooldown is still present but it is much less than before,has your Semblance gotten any stronger?"

Kuroko had just realized, she hadn't seen Awaki's semblance before and could only wonder what it was or why she hadn't used it at all.

The man next to Olivia had probably grown board because, in the next instance, he made a move for Awaki,the girl had to react fast as her body vanished within only inches of the sharp blade that had been aimed for her head,when Awaki's shoes touched back on the ground,she had used this contact to do something.

A large tremor shook the area and a stone of ice shot out of the ground in a sharp point,the man leaped into the air at the proper moment to avoid being torn through by the massive stone of ice with razor sharp edges like a blade.

(That's her semblance? Or can she use magic?) Kuroko thought while witnessing her teleporting rival cause something to happen that science could never explain.

Awaki Musujime's semblance had no name, it was a mysterious power, she could manipulate the four core elements of Fire, Water, Earth, and Air, but when she did so,those elements didn't follow the laws of physics, that semblance could cause impossible imaginary effects to come out as a result of any of these elements, she could make fire ice cold,or Earth turn to bubbles, She could even turn things to gold with wind, there was a major drawback of this semblance though, she could only effect something of those four elements directly,so any elements that were not directly Fire, Water, Earth, or Air couldn't be affected with this power.

Metal and Lightning for example, those were elements she could transform but not directly affect.

"So your semblance has gotten stronger; you may have killed Knight Leader if he wasn't so skilled; I applaud you," Olivia mocked.

It had seemed they would know exactly what they would be doing, and that was what they did; Kuroko Shirai faced Olivia Crystal Vesper, and Awaki Musujime faced the man she now knew as Knight Leader.

With instant speed, Olivia struck Kuroko seven times.She went for an eighth, but her body was teleported into the sky, then Kuroko's foot came down on her face, and the girl was sent into the ground from one hundred feet in the air;her aura held, but it wasn't much.

Multiple knives were thrown, they were not large but they could still do damage, Luckily Kuroko was able to teleport out of the path of the flying daggers, when she landed back on the ground,she heard a warning go off in her head, this had been a voice, it said a single word.(Behind!)

That was said as a warning by Kuroko's vampire helper and mentor, Alison;completing some quick calculations, Kuroko vanished and reappeared on the edge of the roof of anearby building, just as a knife had nearly pierced through the back of her skull.

"You're fucking kidding me! Are you just like Frenda Seivelun!?That's damn annoying."

The cheerful Olivia was not so cheerful at the moment as she was avoided for the third time by Kuroko Shirai.

A red andblackenergy swirled around Kuroko, and she moved a hand to the left of her body; that energy was launched at speeds faster than a railgun, and Olivia was not able to defend against it;she had already exceeded her Semblance's cooldown limit, and she was not able to move very fast withoutit.

The girl felt her body take a strong hit, and this continued as the energy consumed her and rolled her down theroad;her aura flared up deeply as she took the damage, and her internal organs were affected as well; when it was over, she came out coughing blood onto thestreet.

The man called Knight Leader had not been normal in the eyes of the esper girl Awaki Musujime, the girl had seen him move at speeds faster than sound and his strength wasridiculous,she knew this had not been an esper power She could tell that much, it wasn't a semblance either, so that only left magic, she had seen magic on severaloccasions,Motoharu Tsuchimikado could control that unknown force on both worlds, she had been a witness tothis.

Arcane energy twisted around the body of Knight Leader and he raised his blade, without any delay he brought the blade down, the arcane magic shot out in aslash,this was one of those moments where Awaki's semblance was completely useless, she could not defend against this magical power and so her only option left wasteleportation.

After she relocated a well ways away, she pulled up severalnails.Those nails all appeared inside the body of Knight Leader on all sides, this power of teleportation didn't need to worry about the defense of mostopponents,the only exception was The #1 who could reflect vectors up to the eleventh dimension, so teleportation had been useless against him, a fact Awaki had gotten usedto.

The man called Knight Leader had not spoken; it seemed like he was commanded not to by Mental Out; however, Awaki had gotten a strange feeling that something was going to make this moredifficult.

Awaki kicked a stone on the ground with her shoe in the road, and it was shot into Knight Leader from above, and when it hit the man, somethinghappened.

Awaki Musujime's eyes nearly fell out of her head, What she witnessed was almost like that of The #1 monster Accelerator, though this had beendifferent.Rather than that stone being redirected, it vanished as if it was deleted from a set of code on a computer; it was as if it was rejected from the very physicalworld;it had been erased from reality and timeentirely.

The teleporting sexy girl with long pigtails that were at least the length of her back couldn't believe hereyes.

Awaki didn't have time to react before a move was made and his blade cut throughher.

Part 9.

She sat in a rather comfortable chair as she went through every electrical system, network, and all other devices in the city;the hacker girl known as Kazari Uiharu, Academy City's "Goal Keeper," was doing this for one specific reason.

A bit earlier she had received a call from Frenda Seivelun, the girl informed her that their friend Penny Pollendina was being controlled by Grimmlin and more specifically a boy named Enzo Nath;She didn't need the finer details she already had what she needed, her friends were in trouble and she was not about to let Enzo Nath hurt them in any way or form if she could help it.

The main issue was the code the boy used; It was a new form of code that she had never heard of before;when she attempted hacking into Penny Pollendina, it failed because she could not get into her systems.

It was using some strange digital code, but that was not all there was to it, There was something else; Something hidden, something she couldn't understand.The hacker girl could not figure out what that secret presence was in this seemingly digital code, The code had been carrying a virus; but this virus was not something she had seen before.

It wasn't some simple form of spyware or malware, no it was a completely new rule, one that even surpassed the brilliant Goal Keeper of Academy City.

This was not lost on her though, Kazari knew if she could find the source of the hack, where it initiated she could free Penny from its curse, all she needed was Enzo Nath's location;the boy's location was the key, if she could counter hack him directly she could shut down his code.

The only problem was he was basically a ghost; it was as if he didn't exist at all, he had seemed to be nowhere in the continent of Solitas at all.This was a lie though and that incredible hacker knew it, she knew he was somewhere in The City of Atlas.She just needed to find out how he was hiding himself.

Using the cameras of the city had ultimately failed, so it was obvious that Enzo was someplace that didn't have camera access;he was not using a webcam either, or any way she could see him physically; This meant the boy was either underground or in some sort of safe area.

Her fingers tapped away at a keyboard in one hand while the other had been focused on a separate system.It was nothing more than a single touchpad screen; Kazari Uiharu was utilizing both her hacking skills and her semblance at the same moment, this allowed her to search everywhere in minutes flat;the information reflected off of the girl's eyes as lines of code flew across the screen.

The technology of this world made hacking much easier than it was on Earth, and in this chair surrounded by multiple computers, Kazari Uiharu was an unstoppable force;that was how things would be the moment she discovered where Enzo was hiding.

The drama with Robyn Hill and General James Ironwood had been intense, she was able to escape, but sometimes the girl wished she had been able to defend herself, well she did have a gun,but she barely knew how to even use it; she wasn't a fighter or killer, she was a hacker, even when she got her semblance, it was something that helped with her hacking abilities.

Not being a fighter, this was the way she helped her friends; since this was all she could do, this was what she would do.

(Damn it, where is he? He can't have disappeared off the face of Remnant, is it just possible he is a better hacker?Maybe I can't find him because he is just a more skilled hacker, Maybe it's because he knows this world better than me, the technology, or maybe...)

An idea popped into Kazari Uiharu's head at that very moment.

(That's it.)

That was the only thought that passed through the girl's head as she began tapping away at the computer.

In a different part of Atlas or more specifically above it;three people were facing off against each other, one of those three were in something that could not be so easily affected,in fact it would be more accurate to say it was impossible to even dent the metal, one could call it indestructible.

The suit which had been known only as The Processor Suit, changed the battle significantly; it had become nearly impossible to even touch the girl known as Penny Pollendina;The Processor Suit had been made of a special customized form of adamantium.

That strange suit was indestructible by any normal methods, and what made the suit more of an issue was it increased the speed of the user;it had blades on the arms and a hidden gun on the right hand; that strange suit also held another even more insane secret.

A secret that changed the direction of this battle, the suit had the ability to manipulate vectors like that of The #1;even though it was not on the level of what that white-haired monster was capable of it had its own form of vector control,it could utilize a form of reflection for defense and change the direction of certain surface vectors on the physical plain.

Luckily for those two lovers who were facing it's wearer in this confrontation it couldn't utilize imaginary vectors.Otherwise, Ruby Rose and Frenda Seivelun would be, in one word, screwed.

(Authors Note: In New Testament 19 it was stated that The Processor Suit could indeed use vector control.)

Two girls were currently a few thousand feet in the air;one girl was manipulating the wavelengths of the air around her, and the other had a silver-colored energy coming from her back in the form of wings;across from them was an android girl in an indestructible suit.

Frenda Seivelun and Ruby Rose were facing off against Penny Pollendina, a very close friend of both girls, so this had not been easy; what made matters even worse was.

"You two are a real pain you know that?Why don't you just die already, seriously fuck off to the afterlife, do me that favor."

That voice had been a small boy by the name of Enzo Nath, he could communicate through Penny, He started talking right after.

"You really thought that stupid little bitch, could stop my hack?Pathetic, I will show you what happens to those who fuck with me."

In the eyes of Ruby Rose, based on the sound of the boy's voice, she could tell he was far too young to be using language like that.

"Let Penny go you son of a bitch!?"

Ruby almost wondered if it made her a hypocrite speaking that way, but her anger was at its peak, she had been forced to use this unknown power against one of her best friends,all because of the little brat Enzo Nath.

Enzo Nath had taken control of Penny Pollendina, and he could make her move when he wanted; the boy had somehow uploaded something into her that allowed this;they had no clue what that could be and could only trust that their friend, Kazari Uiharu would discover the truth of what was happening.

Penny Pollendina made a move forward and as normal her target was Frenda Seivelun;moving across the sky at speeds over nine hundred times faster than the speed of sound as The Processor Suit glowed a shiny bright color Penny sent her right hand forward clinched in a fist,her body was almost instantly before Frenda Seivelun as her fist flew out; the fluffy blonde girl with sexy smooth legs knew she couldn't avoid the fist flying at her;Penny Pollendina was able to strike her below 0 seconds, rendering her semblance useless as it didn't even warn her of contact or the rate of travel,This didn't mean she couldn't use her own instinct though, and thanks to Penny's early explanation she knew what was coming.

Frenda moved back hoping to create enough distance for Penny's punch to miss, this had been the case in only inches as her fist was in Frenda's vision,it missed by slight margin and she felt the small amount of wind brush her nose.

Another strike was executed when Penny's sent out three swords at the girl planning to catch her off guard since she was busy dodging her previous strike,but the girl was still not affected by the attack even though she didn't have time to dodge it, something entirely different happened, Penny was suddenly knocked off course,When she turned to look she noticed that Ruby was the one responsible, Ruby had moved faster than what could be explained by science or magic.

Penny was knocked several feet away; she was able to stop herself, then she flew back, this time toward Ruby.

Four swords flew at Ruby they cut through the air in their travel, but those swords were met with a single blade, Ruby's Weapon Night Stalker, With experienced strikes She knocked each blade away,her body was next to Penny and a leather boot was in the android girl's chest before she could react, the strike sent her into the clouds,a silver lightning bolt struck her and she was sent towards the ground.

Penny stopped herself and flew back up.

(Holy shit! In the end, those wings are, I don't even know what to say,they are incredibly powerful and incredibly helpful.) Frenda Seivelun thought impressed by the silver wings that Ruby had seemingly gained control of.

When Penny Pollendina shot back over, Frenda sent out a wave of energy;by manipulating the planet's leylines, the air shifted around, and that calculation had done nothing more than push the girl off to the right a bit.

"In the end, as long as she is in that suit we can't touch her at all."

"That's right, Frenda, so why don't you just give up?Give yourself to me, and nothing will happen to your sister; I won't attack her, so all you have to do is..."

"I'm afraid I have to interrupt; that will not be happening, Enzo Nath."

A new voice spoke from Penny's mouth, it had been the voice of Kazari Uiharu.The voice of the girl brought a smile to Frenda's face as she heard it; this was a good sign; Frenda Seivelun had called Kazari Uiharu because she had never seen a better hacker in her life.

"What!? How!? How did you!?"

The boy had seemed slightly panicked for a moment but then he calmed himself."No matter, so you found me, well done, congratulations.But it means nothing, you can't control Penny Pollendina like I can."

"Finding you was actually simple after I gave it some thought; all I had to do was backtrack the sword you took from Penny, And I can also connect to your code."

"Well then; I guess I will just have to up my game."

After he said that Penny's body glowed brightly no it was the suit, Ruby Rose couldn't even comprehend what she saw, one of Penny's swords was covered in a strange light, then it was instantaneous,Frenda Seivelun's left arm had been removed, Then her body was kicked to the ground below.

"Frenda!!!"

Ruby went to catch her, but she was quickly intercepted by Penny, and the two began fighting, as she wouldn't let Ruby pass her.

This had not been a long block though.

In a burst of speed that couldn't be explained, Ruby passed through Penny, directly through her body, It was as if her body phased through her, no phasing wouldn't explain this phenomenon;it would be more accurate to say that Ruby Rose was not connected to reality in that movement, like she was denying principles of reality and existence.

Frenda Seivelun was caught by Ruby, and she was brought to the ground in a timeframe that didn't make sense in the physical world, nor the concepts or principles could explain;it was not teleportation; it was a non-existent velocity, something imaginary entirely; it was beyond Infinity, Immeasurablilty, and Irrelevancy.

Setting Frenda Seivelun down on the sidewalk next to the destroyed road, Ruby checked her over.Frenda was bleeding out, and the wound was getting worse; the girl had lost so much blood she had fallen unconscious.

Ruby cried as she looked over her stepsister/girlfriend, she couldn't lose her, so Ruby tapped into that power, the power that came from her wings.

Part 10.

"Wake up girl."

Frenda Seivelun awoke in a strange place, moving her head in multiple different directions for any sign of anything she looked around this separate space,it was a dark area with black mist all around it and it looked like something out of a nightmare, She felt ice cold and when she looked at what she was laying on she saw black sand, it felt like ice,it was so cold it burned her skin, quickly standing up she looked out into the darkness,there was nothing for miles it was like a black desert.

Soon she heard a tapping noise, that noise had been footsteps coming toward her and eventually she could make out the silhouette of something, it got closer and closer,she stilled her breath as it approched and soon it was before her, what was in her vision was not a human.It had been a goat, but it was not an animal; no, this goat was standing on two legs, and it had glowing yellow eyes.

Frenda could see demonic wings coming from the goat and she knew exactly what was happening.

"In the end, not again," She muttered as she looked up at the goat, who was quite large, he looked very strange now that she got a good look at him, he had a goat and cow-like head,two curved horns came out of his head, one had been just a bit shorter than the other and he had been naked, as Frenda could see what was between his legs quite clearly.

"Who are you? Where am I?"

Those were natural questions anybody would ask in this situation; she didn't know what was actually going on, and anybody in her place would want answers.

The demon looked at her and spoke at last, his voice had been both light and deep.

"I am... Asmodeus. And you are in a certain location of the 5th layer of hell, It's not important entirely so don't worry about those details.You are Frenda Seivelun, correct?a friend of Shizuri Mugino."

That statement shocked Frenda to her core.(In the end, How does he know Mugino?)

"I can tell you're confused," The demon laughed."I was once an enemy of Shizuri Mugino; It was her words that changed something within me; you will die fighting that girl, So as a favor to Shizuri Mugino, I won't let that happen."

Frenda was even more confused."Hold on, in the end, I thought demons didn't have feelings?"

"Naturally not. We demons tend not to dabble in mortal affairs if it doesn't benefit us, but I am one of the highest-ranking demons, and I owe something to that woman, Shizuri Mugino.The details aren't that important."

"So as a favor to her, I will assist you to keep you alive; I will send you a portion of my power; it should be enough for you to destroy that suit."

Frenda could only wonder if there was more to that."What's the catch?"

"Ha ha ha ha! No catch, just say Hi to Shizuri for me."

Asmodeus touched Frenda's chest with a single finger over her solar plexus and then.

Ruby Rose was shocked when a strange energy that wasn't her silver power had washed over Frenda'sbody,A dark black power that had been in both the forms of sand and ice covered Frenda completely as Ruby backed away watching in amazement as the missing arm had beenreplaced.

Frenda's eyes opened, and she looked up at Ruby; something about her was different, and Ruby couldtell.

(What happened toher?)

Frenda Seivelun stood up and looked atRuby."In the end, let's savePenny."

Ruby didn't know what brought on this sudden change in attitude andconfidence.

Part 11.

Somewhere on the left side of Atlas, there was another battle going on; this was the battle between two teleporting girls and two other people;one was a British knight, and the other was a Psychopathic girl who was an assassin and who belonged to the richest family in Remnant.

With the white-haired vampire girl, she was dealing with one of the most annoying girls she had ever laid eyes on;that girl's name was Olivia Crystal Vesper, and she was a pain in the ass for the girl known as Kuroko Shirai.

Olivia Crystal Vesper had the power to move to any target in her current point of view instantaneously; this power was known as Imaginary Tunnel.Each of those bridge-like lines that formed a conceptual tunnel was something beyond the physical bounds of reality, and it had not been easy for Kuroko Shirai to deal with.

this moment was no exception as two knives had stuck out of Kuroko's chest;the girl called Olivia was able to get her with such a simple move, and Kuroko cursed herself for falling for it in the first place.It was thanks to that semblance that something like this was possible, as Kuroko had learned that her teleportation was not fast enough to avoid Olivia.The girl could instantly move to any location she teleported to and strike her mid-materialization.

"It is always annoying fighting teleporters; well, I have only met three teleporters, but still, however, thanks to that, I have gotten pretty skilled at dealing with you vanishing bastards."

After she said this, Olivia made a move; before Kuroko could react, a kick was made in her side, and she was sent flying back;she had used the road's grip on her shoes to stay standing as she only skidded back to a halt.

Olivia dragged her tongue across her lips as she spoke once more."You know, you're a strange one; you don't seem to have an aura, and yet you have a semblance;you remind me of a boy I fought a few times in the past... Motoharu Tsuchimikado, he was a fun little toy, will you replace him?"

What Olivia didn't know was that Kuroko Shirai was an esper, and throughout this fight, she had been analyzing Olivia's fighting style, semblance, and aura levels,and she was looking for the perfect opening; using this information, Kuroko was processing everything she had seen.

"You really like to hear yourself don't you?You have quite the narcissistic personality," Kuroko mocked.

"Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!I won't deny that! But you sexy little toy, you have no clue."

"What? How much of a sicko you are?"

After that, Kuroko reached both her hands down, and the tips of her fingers touched metal spikes.

These spikes disappeared, and before Olivia could even understand what happened, she felt pain in her body in several different locations.Her legs, arms, shoulders, and back had been pierced by multiple spikes; due to these being teleported directly into her body, it had gone right past her aura defense.

The girl let out a grunt, and then she looked to the left of Kuroko.With a lick of her lips, she made her move.

Suddenly, she was out of Kuroko's vision, and when Kuroko looked back, she saw a pillar falling toward her; the girl had cut a clean slice right through its base;the pillar had been from a nearby building, and Kuroko didn't have time to teleport due to how late she had seen it.

Olivia watched on expecting the girl to be crushed, but this was not the result; no, something the girl named Olivia Crystal Vesper couldn't explain happened.instead, the pillar had stopped in its travel, and the teleporter girl had not even been affected by the impact force, what had happened?Did it get caught on something, did the girl pull out some special power?

No, that was not what stopped the falling pillar; Kuroko Shirai held it up with a single hand; this was not a semblance, it was not aura, it was not an ability of any kind.Rather, it was her pure strength; she stopped it with her own strength.

To Olivia, this made no sense; Kuroko Shirai didn't at all look like she had the proper physique for something like that to be possible;she didn't look physically strong at all, and yet she could hold up the pillar that surely weighed several tons,like she was holding up an inflatable water raft that people would typically bring to swimming pools, lakes, or the beach.

Olivia was even more shocked when Kuroko tossed the pillar to the side with no effort, as if it didn't strain her at all.

(What the fuck!? How fucking strong is this bitch!?)

After this, a horde of bats had come from nowhere and they flew at Olivia who looked to her right, she suddenly vanished, she was then next to Kuroko,her knife attack to Kuroko's neck was met with a short sword, the two pushed against each other but Kuroko's vampire strength won in the end.

Olivia felt her body suddenly flying several feet through the air; she didn't have time to defend herself from the kick that was aimed at her right leg.

Landing on the road, she looked at a pole at the top of a building and vanished.

She leaped into the air just as a blade swung at her head, teleporting behind the man known as Knight Leader;the sole of Awaki Musujime's shoe knocked his head forward, the contact was strong enough to shake his brain a bit,she wondered if maybe she could break this man out of Mental Out with a strong enough hit to the noggin.

Truthfully, Awaki didn't know anything about that Level 5 Queen's power, she only knew she could read minds and erase memories, She had no clue what the true extent of that mental ability was,but there was maybe a chance that she could cause something to shift if she hit the right spot, but what spot would that be?

Unfortunately, she didn't have time to think about it as Knight Leader twisted around, her aura took an impact when the man's sword sliced into her left side,blood dripped from the wound which had been created by the sharp blade;the girl sent her aura in a focused method to that spot to fix the damage fast as she couldn't afford to have anything slowing her down.

Then she watched the man touch the street; when his hand made contact with the ground, an explosion was created, a force of invisible energy had burst out in all directions from seemingly nothing;Awaki took the brunt of this attack, and her aura had most definitely fallen into the critical point.

The girl spit a load of blood and saliva out of her mouth; that surprise attack had taken a toll on her body, and at this point, she would lose this encounter If she didn't do something.

Awaki Musujime had not used her full Level 5 capacity against this man because he was clearly under the control of Mental Out; she didn't want to assume he was bad or anything;being under mind control, this man had no control over his actions, she couldn't blame him for what he was doing.

However, she also couldn't die here, and that is why she decided to change tactics, reaching out her right hand she was able to make physical contact with the air around her,and then she teleported something.

The man had been destroying everything with his strange semblance, but not this, this was something completely different, the man was struck by a single force,this force was not something that could be seen, what happened could not be explained by the man before her, it looked as if she waved her hand and sent something at him,but that is not what happened.

It was not something that could be accomplished by many teleporters in the scientific city known as Academy City, what happened was something most would call impossible.

Awaki Musujime had relocated the molecules in the air and condensed them by keeping a perpetual movement teleporting them over and over,this created a chain reaction that had caused an implosion on the affected area, it was the same thing as using a vacuum cleaner to suck up trash,rather instead of trash it was sucking out the very air around the vicinity of a specifically targeted area, The mass and magnitude of this was upto Awaki herself,it all depended on how she wished to use it at the time.That technique was almost like The Remnant #2 Dimensional Shift,in a way teleportation and the power to shift interdimensional energy was almost the same power.

Awaki Musujime had used the power of teleportation to achieve Spacial Manipulation.

The man had taken damage from this attack, as it was too unknown for his semblance to deal with, Raising his blade he moved,that speed had created a sonic boom when he made it to Awaki his blade moved in a horizontal pattern, that strike was headed right for her head, it seemed he was attempting an execution, however,that sword came to a halt just before it reached her neck and the man was pushed back.

This was not vector reflection; it was air pressure forcing him back, and Awaki followed this with another fast attack.Her body vanished from the current location and making the proper calculations she appeared next to Knight Leader, this was the only move that needed to be made,when her body reappeared a shockwave of kinetic energy was focused on the man, his body took that energy directly to the chest and he found himself sliding along the road.

His body followed up in several bounces, then rolled to a stop, Awaki Musujime had changed the tides of the battle.

Kuroko Shirai traded blows with Olivia and the two's skill was surprisingly in an almost exact match and Kuroko had gained the upper hand thanks to her vampire strength and speed,she was able to keep up and overpower Olivia.

With a kick to the girl's chest, she knocked her back; Olivia had not been able to defend against this; the speed of the kick was far too fast and too strong for her to even react.

Several more spikes stuck into the girl, they had entered her legs and arms.The girl stood up and pulled out the spikes before she wondered something.

"I noticed that you don't attempt to teleport these spikes of yours into my neck or head; couldn't you teleport them directly into my brain?Yet you don't even try. What?are you afraid to kill?"

"Do you wish to die or something?" Kuroko asked.

The girl licked her lips before answering."Maybe I do."

With that, her body vanished.

Kuroko had looked around because this time the girl had not appeared like she usually would, she hadn't been anywhere around,shifting her vision around the battlefield she could only wonder what the psycho pervert was up to.

(Did she take off? Or is she just waiting for me to lower my guard?Most likely the latter.)

That thought was correct as in the next moment Kuroko took a hit to her back, a knife stabbed into her shoulder, though she barely felt any pain; when she turned back, Olivia was gone once again.

That psychopath had stood several feet away; Kuroko ripped the knife out of her back and threw it to the ground, then she faced the girl.

"You know that healing power of yours?It's not unlimited, is it, You may heal fast, but how much will that protect you from something that could kill you instantly?"

The girl dragged her tongue up one of her blades to the sharp point at the tip; before she spokeagain."For example, What if your head was cutoff?Would you heal fromthat?"

It was too late; before Kuroko could react, the girlmoved.It was in an instant, and that was the last thing that happened before the teleporter girl's head was removed from herbody.

Part 12.

She was running low on aura, her own breath was heavy; this had been one of if not the toughest thing she ever had to deal with.It wasn't necessarily the fact that the woman before her was extremely powerful, but it was more so the fact that this woman was her mother.

Yang Xiao Long was ready to kill her mother, but saying was easier than doing; that logic also seemed to apply to Raven Branwen;at any point in this fight, she could have easily taken her daughter's life, yet the girl was still standing.

It had seemed that Raven Branwen just couldn't bring herself to kill Yang Xiao Long, She had multiple chances throughout this encounter and she always pulled away at the last second,she would never take the finishing blow, This fight had been basically a stalemate between the two;one was not strong enough to defeat the other, while the other was holding back a substantial amount.

At this point talking had been pointless as neither could get their points and opinions across to the other, the daughter was foolish and naive to the mother;while the mother was ignorant and had a warped and twisted view of the world to the daughter, both sides could only conflict, there would be no balance, there would be no compromise,there would be no agreement, There could only be conflicting views which could only end in bloodshed.

This was the same reason as to why war existed in the first place, whether human or faunus, when one side couldn't see the other side's reasons,that is when weapons are brought about and blood is spilled, Every conflict in history was always because of disagreement from one party to another,sometimes those disagreements end in something light like a cruel word or a crude physical gesture, sometimes it ended in an argument, and sometimes it ended in combat and murder.

It was these events and views that shaped the history of the world, sometimes it was between a mass of armies, but sometimes it was between friends, sometimes it was between siblings,sometimes it was between parents or spouses, and sometimes it was between parent and child, the world was shaped one way, a way that would take a miracle to change.

The conflict of the world had controlled the human and faunus race, the animal Kingdom, and even the insects; in fact, there was even conflict in the stars, in the divine, and those beyond all things;it seemed war and conflict was a principle of all existence since the beginning of everything.

In that view it was impossible for two sides that had specific beliefs in one direction, to see or acknowledge the beliefs of the opposite side,those miracles that caused this rare occurring phenomenon could only be something that sat outside the bounds of such things,it was said that at a certain time a certain amount of magicians in multiple phases wished for such a thing, did that wish come true?Is It possible there was something that could end the conflict?Was it possible there was something that could change the views and beliefs of the conflicting sides?Is it possible there is something or someone that can fix the world?

Whether that was true or not, at this current moment, that mysterious element, that anomaly, was not something that Yang Xiao Long could take advantage of.The same was said for the spring maiden before her.

The woman who had given birth to her, the woman who had abandoned her, the woman who betrayed her, those were the feelings that coursed through the curvy blonde woman,she couldn't find anything about her mother that she could see as good.

The room where this conflict of views took place had been reduced to an unidentifiable destroyed area;the ceiling was part of the floor, and the walls had several cuts, burns, and many other marks that were clear evidence of the conflict which was its cause.

Raven's blade glowed as it was covered in purple fire;Yang had her gauntlets ready, both of them as her arm returned during the encounter thanks to a certain magnetic function for which she needed to thank her sisters Ruby Rose and Frenda Seivelun,but despite this, Yang knew she was not at the level of her mother; she knew she couldn't overpower her mother, so she didn't try to.

No, Yang Xiao Long remembered a certain spar she once had with her stepsister Frenda Seivelun, just before the second semester at Beacon Academy, the same day the Vital Tournament had begun,the girl had basically humiliated her in that spar, but it was that fight when the girl told her about her biggest flaw.

Yang Xiao Long always foolishly thought strength and power were everything, that she could simply overpower her opponents by hitting harder,using her semblance to hit them harder and harder until she one her fight, this method did work a few times for her against those who couldn't handle it,But when she had looked back at that day,the day those words were spoken to her, she remembered that her method of combat at that time did not work against everyone.

It had been useless against Neopolitan Vanille, Weiss Schnee, Pyrrha Nikos, Aihana Etsu, her stepsister Frenda Seivelun,and even her half-sister Ruby Rose could get around her after her training with Frenda Seivelun.Those failures made Yang Xiao Long look at herself, it made her change the way she executed her attacks in combat.

Instead of fighting with pure strength, she fought with both her own strength and intelligence;rather than fighting carelessly, she fought with balance, and that was exactly what she was doing at this moment.

Yang Xiao Long had not moved yet; she was waiting for her mother to make a move first.She knew she couldn't fight a maiden who was utilizing magic by any normal methods, so she had to be extremely careful when dealing with such a powerful force of nature.

Yang didn't have to wait long; Raven Branwen charged forward with the point of her blade in a straight position;her weapon had only been aimed at Yang's shoulder as it still seemed she did not want to cause any permanent damage or death.

Yang counted the seconds in her head, and when those seconds reached a certain number, she twisted her body in a circle,this was executed at one-tenth of a second before Raven's blade would have made contact,Yang's body moved out of the way of the powerful strike and that kinetic momentum had been the driving factor in this attack, Yang used this momentum to push her body around.

Raven was in a position where she was unable to defend against the back of Yang's boot, which had made contact with the back of her head in a spinning kick,the kinetic energy created from the movement of her body increased the power of the kick,and Raven Branwen found her body in a front flip as she was sent twenty-four feet forward rolling along the ground.

Yang's eyes then turned red and her aura became a fiery form, in the past whenever Yang would reach a state like this, it was because she was angry, because she was flying off the handle,but a certain event in the past changed this, something that gave her a certain balance, honestly before Yang didn't like using this, because it reminded her of that tragic event,but she had to thank that woman, not for what she did, but for helping her find the balance, helping her find the courage.

When Yang had recently discovered that her sister Frenda Seivelun had killed that woman who took so much from her, it had brought closure but not happiness,it hadn't changed the events that transpired, it hadn't fixed what was broken, she learned she had to accept what was done, she couldn't change it no matter how much she wanted to.

Raven's body vanished as a red portal covered her, then she was behind Yang, that speed was just a little out of the realm of what Yang was prepared for,so the sword that swung out in a vertical direction made contact, and Yang was sent away from Raven, Her aura was almost gone and Raven decided to finish it off.

A bolt of lightning scorched the ground at a speed too fast for Yang to react to; when that contact was made, the aura that shielded Yang's body was shattered;she felt pain all over, and her eyes had turned back to their natural color.

After this, Raven's sword regained that purple fire;with another swing she released it, that fire trail was a magical fire capable of burning through energy based attacks, so what it could do to physical forces was even greater.

Yang was just barely able to avoid being burned, She had used the momentum of Raven's previous attack to roll away from that attack.

"I have to congratulate you, I'm impressed you have come so far, but unfortunately, what you have reached is not at the level of a Maiden; it's time for you to surrender;if you refuse, I will have to take drastic measures."

Yang clicked a button on a small remote in secret, a small light shined underneath her shirt.This light seemed like nothing, but that had not been the reality of the situation; Yang Xiao Long knew how the outcome of this encounter would be, so she had something in preparation.

Raven Branwen looked down at her daughter as she sat up and looked up at her; she saw her hand holding a small remote and her thumb on a button;she raised her blade as the button was released, and when that happened, something about Yang had changed.

A suit of armor surrounded her top half; this was something that she worked on with her two sisters.Should she ever run out of aura, she had this.

Yang stood up facing her mother, this suit couldn't protect her forever, which was why it was a last resort should she need it, this suit had two main functions, a right-hand and left-hand function,the left hand controlled the special dust which was created by Weiss Schnee and Frenda Seivelun called Electron Dust,though it could only hold enough to be used three times and the other hand utilized Iron Sand Dust,the dust that was created by her stepsister Frenda Seivelun.

So, right now, in front of Raven, Yang was holding an iron sand sword in her right hand, and her left hand had a green glow around it, a glow that copied that of The #4 Meltdowner.

Yang rose her left hand, and a beam of energy shot out of the small compartment; thanks to her hand being protected, she could use this safely;the beam burned the ground apart slightly as it flew above it; that beam was so hot it could burn through steel like it was melting butter.

When the beam reached Raven, her own hand raised, a shield of magical energy was created directly in front of her,the beam had only smacked harmlessly against this shield and when it was gone Raven jumped through a portal,the portal she used had appeared to the right of Yang and when she turned her head she saw Raven's blade.

The red sword clashed against the sword of iron sand; those two blades were almost a match, but the iron sand blade had a different function;the iron sand dust had leaked off of the blade and formed two spikes.

Raven disconnected from Yang and she jumped back as the two spikes nearly pierced her left shoulder, Yang was quickly on top of her after that,an electron beam had only narrowly missed its mark as Raven twisted her body at the proper moment.

Suddenly, the ground shook, and a pillar of stone pushed under Yang's feet;the girl was sent into the ceiling, her body putting a crack in what remained of the ceiling above, and then Raven's blade cut into her stomach.

Raven denied the laws of gravity flying above Yang as she fell to the ground, magic had just been something too unknown for the girl to be able to understand and counter.

Yang looked around the room, her eyes scanning for any advantage she could use, as this was happening,Raven had disappeared through a single portal and when she left that portal at the opposite end of the room, a second portal followed, out of that portal was a second Raven;she twisted her hand in two directions, a sound was heard, it had been a strong wind, then a large tornado had twisted around her body, that wind had become covered in arcane energy,the magical power tore through the room.

This was the moment of opening Yang needed; with a deep breath, she aimed her left hand and let the electron dust fly; that beam shot directly through the tornado and traveled to Raven.Raven was not prepared for the attack, and that beam of burning energy slammed into her chest;her body was almost instantly against the metal wall behind her, her aura destroyed, and she was certain several bones were broken.

Her portal clone was also not able to hold against that powerful force, It was destroyed almost instantly.

This decision forYangwas one that had required sacrifice, when she saw her chance she knew it would not be without consequence;the tornado which Raven had created was that one part of the equation she had to accept, she had to choose between taking out her mother or dodging her mother's attack, she had chosen thelatter.

That tornado had torn her suit apart and her body suffered enough damage that she was definitely going to be in recovery for sometime,the force of that tornado was enough to rip apart an army of Goliaths, it was far too much for the girl tohandle;Yang was sent into the wall and her body was being torn through by that powerful force of nature andmagic.

After the tornado was gone, Raven stood up and limping forward she made her way to her daughter, whose body looked terrible, her body had several deep cuts, and bruises allover,her clothes were shredded mostly, somehow the jacket had survived, the girl looked dead, Raven checked to see if that was the case, and she felt a bit of relief when she discovered apulse.

(She isn't dead at least.) Raventhought.

The woman couldn't do something as awful as actually kill her daughter, she had believed she could, but when actually faced with the task, she just couldn't go through withit.

Raven pulled out some rope. She then began to bind Yang's arms, but then something made her stop; with a deep breath, she undid the bindings, and rather, she opened aportal.

In an instant, she was in a hospital room inAtlas.She knew it would be empty because of Lorya Asher's attack on the city, but she had treated her own wounds countless times in the past, so she at least had some idea of how to patch somebodyup.

Part 13.

Whatever happened to Frenda Seivelun changed everything;the girl was not having much trouble against Penny Pollendina regardless of The Processor Suit, that same suit had been able to tank a nuclear explosion, and the user would be completely fine,yet the suit had already suffered several dents from nothing more than Frenda's fists.

Ruby Rose didn't know exactly what happened, but from what her stepsister/girlfriend told her, she met a demon who was willing to help her, one of the higher demons named Asmodeus;the demon granted Frenda Seivelun temporary access to his physical stats and a portion of his magic.

Frenda's physical body was the catalyst for the power;typically, demons needed a physical host body, whether that was a possession or a created body, but in this scenario, since he was only granting Frenda a very small portion of his power, it was safe.

Something about demons they learned was a higher demon's full power could destroy a possessed host, in that case granting her his full power would have probably killed her,the amount of power he granted her was 6.3% but it was still enough, while such a small amount of power seemed like it wouldn't make a difference,that amount of power was more than enough for Frenda to completely level Solitas entirely.

While it was true that Asmodeus was not a demon on the level of Coronzon or Ye-Zoul, or Satan,he was still a very high-ranking demon who was one of the strongest and sat at the higher dimensional spheres of The Qliphoth,so it was enough to at least damage that suit the android girl was taking advantage of.

Frenda Seivelun stood a few yards from Penny Pollendina, the girl's red eyes had not vanished, as much as the two girls facing her wanted them to,It seemed that whatever was affecting her was not something that could be reversed by any traditional methods;the girl had some strange virus infection and it was one of the strangest viruses that the girl named Kazari Uiharu had ever dealt with.

She and Enzo Nath were going back and forth with Penny Pollendina, while Kazari Uiharu was unable to fix Penny, she could still affect her processes making it easier for Ruby and Frenda to face her,to keep her from killing one of the girls, she was able to throw off the android girl's calculations, this was a back and forth thing as Enzo continued to send more commands to her systems.

The robotic girl looked to her left and in only a moment she was right in front of Ruby Rose, the little scythe wielder who was currently using a sword was able to react to this just in time,as a blade glowing like a lightsaber from a space wars movie moved in a diagonal path towards her head.

Two blades clashed; one was using aura to keep it from being destroyed, the other was sending out sparks as it was similar to those laser blades seen wielded by space wizards from those movies,Ruby Rose was not using her silver energy to create weapons, in fact, she was only using her silver wings for physical enhancement at this moment.

Those unknown wings had harmed the being known as Niang-Niang, who Ruby was pretty certain was something called a magic god, So she didn't want to use them for combat,it worried the girl what those wings were capable of because she knew next to nothing about the mysterious power even her mother couldn't fully control, she wasn't sure if it would be safe,if she could help it she would much rather not kill one of her best friends.Penny Pollendina was a close and dear friend so she wanted to hold back as much as possible.

While It was probably true given the nature of that power, she could probably end this fight in a single move, she didn't want to test it out here.What if that move killed her friend, she didn't want to take that chance, she didn't want to have to kill Penny Pollendina,The truth was Even though Ruby believed that murder was necessary in certain situations, she hated killing, if she could help it she would much rather not take a life,especially the life of someone who was so close to her, somebody as close a friend as Penny Pollendina was.

Ruby's foot shot out at an incredible speed but to her surprise even in such a close vicinity the android girl was able to avoid the leg by simply taking a few steps to the right;Ruby's leg had touched nothing but air and before it could retract, that android girl grabbed her ankle,Ruby didn't even have time to react before a twist was made and a cracking sound was heard,Ruby Rose felt the bone fracture in her leg as it was bent into an unnatural direction, her ankle had already begun to swell within her boot,and she let out a scream of pain as she felt her leg being slowly broken in several places.

Penny's own foot shot into her stomach, this sent her skirting along the ground;her body's travel tore through the road changing the very foundation of it, in the new state the road was now in, no car would be driving down that area of the road anytime soon;the asphalt was sticking out of the ground and rubble was all over the destroyed road, and the side walk that accompanied it.

"Ruby!"

Frenda Seivelun was suddenly right by the girl catching her in her travel, when they stopped any form of movement, she looked at Ruby's leg which was bent in an unnatural direction,the bone was not properly placed, However, Ruby placed her hand on Frenda's chest to halt the girl who was panicking over her girlfriend's fractured limb.

"I'll be fine, Don't worry."

After those words were spoken by the hyperactive girl, a silver light passed over her leg, and within seconds, the bones were fixed, and her bruises were back to full health; then the girl stood up.

"Frenda, this is getting us nowhere, even with Asmodeus's power, we can't keep going like this."

"In the end, I'm well aware of that; at this rate, one of us is either going to die, or we will have to kill Penny, Especially since we can't seem to knock her unconscious."

"I don't think she can actually sleep," Ruby said half-jokingly; she had never seen Penny sleep or go into any form of sleep mode.

"In the end, I have something I can do, but it would be a last resort; I could destroy her aura originally, but, um, with Asmodeus's power, I can destroy her soul."

The very thought brought panic to Ruby's face."No! We can't kill her, Frenda, please; I..."

"I know it's hard Ruby, But we may have to make the tough choice here!We may not have a choice; I'm just saying that it may be the only option here."

Suddenly speaking through a nearby speaker in a shop was Kazari Uiharu's voice.

"Frenda, I have something to tell you, I hope you can hear me, I got into Enzo's code, and at first it was confusing, but after some study, I remembered why it was familiar to me,I had seen it before, It's not just a digital code, it's an organic virus."

"What!? In the end, how is that possible!?"

"It has a very similar pattern to the virus that was used on Last Order back in Academy City and during World War III."

Frenda had been killed a little before World War III had taken place so she knew nothing of what had transpired during that war.

"Okay, well, In the end, I don't have any knowledge on that war, All told, you think you can stop it?"

"That's the bad news; the last time something even similar was destroyed, it was done by Accelerator using magic to destroy it; it will take more than some simple hacking to destroy it."

"Demon magic only destroys. It doesn't heal, at least not others; demons are typically selfish, and evil magic probably won't have an effect, I'm assuming?"

"I don't think it will be much help in that case, but I may be able to stop it if I could get past the defenses of that suit;I may be able to hack into it and slow it down, but it won't be gone forever."

Ruby Rose didn't understand much of what was being said, she knew about Academy City from Frenda,but she didn't understand all the talk of digital codes or how somebody could create an organic virus that can be controlled with a digital format,the girl also didn't know anything about World War III, Frenda had not been able to tell her about those events that she never knew about.

"So, can we not save Penny?"

The question was the one thing that didn't have a definitive answer, Neither Frenda Seivelun nor Kazari Uiharu were sure if this would work or if they could do anything to help Penny Pollendina.

"I'm not sure, I don't think I can save her, but I may be able to slow down the process,the issue is that this version of this certain virus is actually an even more amped-up version than the one used on Last Order and The Misaka Network,I can't guarantee it will work but it's worth a shot right?"

This was the only hope that they had at this point; it was the only plan; all they could do was hope that it would work.

In an unknown location, a little boy smiled as he watched a camera feed that was going through those android's eyes; he typed away at a keyboard and began sending new commands to his new shiny toy.

"That's a good girl. I think it's time we end this; it's time to die Frenda, but first, I'm going to take your sister from you just like you took mine from me."

Part 14.

She ducked into an empty restaurant; the city was in chaos; everyone had gotten these strange eyes and had just begun killing everyone and everything in sight.

Fiona Thyme was in her own situation; a member of the Dark Side Organization Grimmlin, whom she knew was called Vento of The Front, was currently hunting her.That girl's strange Semblance had been something she couldn't understand right away, so she was giving herself time to analyze whatever this girl could do.

At the moment, she was in a restaurant against the wall next to a window, and she could hear Vento walking around the road in search of her;that woman had a keen hunting skill, but currently, the small cow faunus was hiding her presence from her.

She just needed a little more time.

Part 15.

Two girls were standing outside of a certain penthouse.

One girl turned to theother."I think it's time Cindy woke up from her nappy poo, HuhVibration?"

The girl called Vibration didn't respond with words; rather, she raised a foot, then brought it down to the ground in a quick stomp that shook the area aroundthem;the two girls watched as that penthouse came tumbling down until it was nothing butrubble.

Part 16.

It happened so fast. First, the girl called Olivia Crystal Vesper moved, then Kuroko Shirai's head was removed, that was the end of it.The teleporting girl was dead; her vampire abilities wouldn't save her from death, so if that was true.Then why was Kuroko Shirai currently standing and alive with her head perfectly normal?

What had transpired? And how did the girl who was in no way immortal survive her head being severed from her body?

Let's backtrack to the moment that her head was removed.

That psychopath had stood several feet away; Kuroko ripped the knife out of her back and threw it to the ground, then she faced the girl.

"You know that healing power of yours?It's not unlimited, is it, You may heal fast, but how much will that protect you from something that could kill you instantly?"

The girl dragged her tongue up one of her blades to the sharp point at the tip; before she spoke again."For example, What if your head was cut off?Would you heal from that?"

It was too late; before Kuroko could react, the girl moved.It was in an instant, and that was the last thing that happened before the teleporter girl's head was removed from her body.

However, what the psycho perverted girl didn't know was that this girl was not Kuroko Shirai; no, her body was certainly not the same; the white twin-tails girl instead had long white hair;this was because the two girls switched places at the very last second of the contact being made.

This girl was named Alison. The vampire girl who gave Kuroko Shirai this curse and in the process became her mentor, this was a technique called Enter Shell,it was a body-switching technique that could only be executed by Alison, she had to pull this technique off in a half-second timeframe of a fatal blow being executed to Kuroko Shirai's body.

If something could kill her instantly she could temporarily shift the position of their bodies for one second, This had to be done the moment that contact was made,if she miscalculated by even a millisecond Kuroko Shirai would be killed by said fatal attack.

It was a very risky technique but when executed at the proper moment by the professional vampire girl, it could save her protégé's life should that life be in fatal danger.

The Only issue with this technique is this can only be executed one time in a certain amount of hours or longer,this was the act of Alison bringing herself back to life for one second and then taking the damage of a fatal attack, since Alison did not have her own body exactly when completing this,and was still using Kuroko's body with her own powers instead of Kuroko's, she gave up two things to accomplish this for a temporary time.

She couldn't use BodyShift and switch places with Kuroko Shirai for some time afterward, and she could not bring herself into the world for a long while either, Nor appear before Kuroko,She could still be a voice in her head and see the battle through her eyes, but that was as far as she could go until her power regenerated fully.

Olivia Crystal Vesper could only look in shock; the girl's eyes just about popped out of her skull; never in her life had she seen somebody survive a fatal blow like that;she never had seen anything like what she had just witnessed with her own eyes.

(Just now she was a completely different person for at least a full second!And her hair and eyes changed?That's almost kinda like us.)

"Right Olivia?" The girl spoke out loud to herself in a cheerful manner."I would say it's similar but not exactly the same;she is different than us in some ways," Olivia answered herself, but when she spoke back to herself and answered her own question, her voice took on a monotone,almost edgy tone like she had shifted to a completely different person.

This did not go unnoticed by Kuroko Shirai, who could only come to one conclusion.(This girl is a nut job.) Kuroko thought.

"Hey, it's rude to eavesdrop, you know!?... If you must know; Olivia and I were saying you're not that different from us."

Kuroko only sweat dropped at the girl's words."I don't know what that means so I'm just going to ignore it and chalk it up to you being out of your mind.Is everyone in your family absolute nut jobs?"

"Why are you so interested in The Vesper Family?"

"Well, considering they helped Amata Kihara.And now you, who is a member of that family are helping an organization like Grimmlin, I would have to say you are not a good family."

"Cute... But you know, I don't know if I would call us all bad, though The Main Vesper, who I only recently learned calls himself, Mythos for some reason is probably actually pure evil,at the same time my foolish great grandfather is probably the most righteous of us, My second older brother only cares about his experiments,My father only cares about his money... and the lost Vesper, I don't know anything about him besides his name because it's on the family tapestry.Iilumynius Vesper, that was it;I don't really know anything about him, but there was a theory amongst the family that claimed that he has a semblance that lets him open gates into reality,or bends reality to open gates or some shit, sounds like bullshit to me."

The girl was talking as if she was chatting with a friend over weekend tea, Olivia didn't seem to have a problem with telling her family's secrets to a complete stranger.

Kuroko had never met someone so mentally broken in her life, even some of the Kiharas weren't this bad;she could only imagine what the other Vespers were like If the girl called Olivia Crystal Vesper was this bad.

She wouldn't have time to think about it;the girl shot over in an instant, her knife aimed for Kuroko's skull but the blade was halted by what seemed like an invisible force, then the girl vanished,but this time around it had not been her speed it had been Kuroko Shirai's esper power, Kuroko teleported Olivia several feet to her left,this was done just as Kuroko swung her own left hand with her fingers clinched around a sharp short sword.

The blade cut into the girl's shoulder and her aura dropped even further down, before Olivia had time to react Kuroko's left shoe slammed into her gut,saliva shot out of the girl's mouth along with a little blood, at the same time Olivia was able to shove her knife into the left side of Kuroko's chest.

The girl didn't flinch in pain, but that didn't stop the psychotic girl from kicking the handle of the knife, pushing it deeper into Kuroko's body, and forcing her back at the same time.

Kuroko pulled that blade out of her and a black and red power covered it, then she threw that blade covered in energy unknown to Olivia in the girl's direction;the blade stuck into the ground next to Olivia, the snowy road cracked and then that knife sent out an explosion, the force of the explosion was enough to turn a bank vault to dust.

Olivia took enough damage to shatter her aura and her body was sent through the window of a building over thirty feet away.

Kuroko had seen the girl's aura break, and she was about to teleport over to make sure the girl was down, but then Olivia came out of the window, the shattered glass falling around her,and some bits of glass were hitting her head and falling off.

The girl seemed completely different than before; her eyes were dark and devoid of emotion; she didn't even look human anymore, metaphorically speaking;the girl was clearly human but no longer filled with life.

Suddenly her eyes switched color right before Kuroko's eyes;they were now three different colors in a triangler shape, first was Pink, then another part of her eyes were black and almost wavy like a river stream,then finally the last section of her eyes were a bright red color like a certain fancy red European sports car.

The psycho girl tilted her head down and began speaking quietly while slowly getting louder.

"You. You. You. You. You. You, you,you, you,you,you,you,you,you,you,you,you, You!You! You!!! You hurt 1st Olivia, and pissed off 2nd Olivia so much she didn't even want to come out!So now I'm before you! The Hidden 3rd Olivia!Called The Hidden 3rd. I hide from the other two and I have only come out once before, against that bitch Frenda Seivelun!And you're her friend aren't you!?Good! She can lose somebody! She cares about!"

Kuroko Shirai was only confused at what that girl was talking about, it was clear this girl was even more broken than she thought originally.

With a psychotic laugh the girl charged over, the girl didn't have aura anymore so it made sense she couldn't use her Semblance, Kuroko teleported when she reached her location,appearing right behind her, but the girl twisted her head in an unnatural direction and her foot shot out behind her, kicking Kuroko in her stomach.

The force of the kick was inhuman, and it sent Kuroko flying;the teleporter girl felt her ribcage shatter, and the air leave her body as she was sent back, her body bounced on the ground more than a few feet away from her previous location,Her ribcage only shook more from this, eventually her body came to a halt, but the area around was cracked in a small crater, which held the vampire teleporter's body.

"I'm the secret experiment of Kornelius Vesper, Olivia's second older brother, I'm The Hidden 3rd.You will die by my blade!!!"

"ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha haha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!I can't wait to dig into your flesh and take a bite, maybe I'll fuck your corpse too!Maybe I'll eat your brain! ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!"

This was the secret experiment of the unknown Kornelius Vesper.He experimented on his third youngest sister and created 2nd Olivia, but 2nd Olivia was not the true experiment; the true experiment was The Hidden 3rd.

Kuroko coughed up blood as black as the night sky, but something was wrong.Her ribs were not healing; this was similar to what had transpired when she fought that legendary creature, The Grimm Reaper.When it came to vampires in the world of Remnant, they could heal from any wound, and some were even immortal;the only opponents capable of hurting them were other vampires and anyone who could hit them with something that disobeyed the laws of their power.

This was obviously what had happened here, but the question running through both the minds of Kuroko Shirai and her vampire mentor Alison was how?It would have to be a metaphysical law that exceeded the laws of vampires like Antimatter.Or magical laws that did the same.

(Was that magic? How!? How could this girl have magic!?) It was not Kuroko's thought, it was the voice of Alison who recognized the signature of that power.

(Kuroko, be extremely careful.Because. That girl... She can harm you permanently.)

Part 17.

This confrontation only got more complicated when the man known as Knight Leader began to use his magic to enhance his body,that strange semblance of his was still active even though his aura was destroyed, he was still zeroing out most of her attacks,she knew that she had lost the upper hand and she needed to do something fast.

Awaki Musujime was a level 5, but she still had her trauma from the past, so she didn't really take her power to its fullest extent, yet here she was.

The man called Knight Leader made her push herself to the limit, the girl had already vomited a few times, this was a side effect of when she used her power too much or used too much power,she had always had a fear in the back of her mind from teleporting herself, she still did it but she would always hesitate.

In the past, those hesitations got her into trouble and this was no different, the girl was low on aura due to the many times she was hit by Knight Leader from her own hesitation,she could extend her power so much further now, yet she mostly still acted like a Level 4, due to her own fear, and her own self-conscious feelings.

Why did the teleporting pigtails girl act so high and mighty being a Level 5 when she could barely handle Level 5 power?Sure she gained a few new tricks and extended her ability a little further, but what was the true extent of that power?Was she going to lose another fight due to her own fear?much like she had done when fighting Olivia Crystal Vesper during The Dark Side War?

Could she keep going on like this?How could she call herself The #8 if she kept going like this?If she refused to test her power to its fullest.She felt like a fraud, she would have been so much stronger, but that strength wouldn't come if she didn't allow herself to pass the wall, that self-constructed imaginary wall, she built for herself,that wall that was keeping her from her full potential.

Only several feet to her left was a choice of life and death, she couldn't wake the man up, if she continued to hold herself back she might never see tomorrow,it was something she was well aware of as an ex-member of the Dark Side, Awaki Musujime knew what could happen, and had been in countless battles were death was only a mistake away.

Yet, she still couldn't bring herself to actually go beyond her comfort zone; she refused to reach her full potential, and this would ultimately be her downfall.Would that change tonight? Would she change her ways and push her power to its full potential?She made it to the status of a Level 5 and was currently a self-proclaimed #8, but she still was lost.

Could that change?

The man known as Knight Leader raised that blade he had in his hand; that sword was one that she had been on the receiving end of countless times in this fight;she didn't use a huntress weapon besides her nails and spikes.

The sword became covered in fire; when he slammed his sword on the ground, fire was sent out in all directions, and the girl did the one thing she could in that situation: teleport away.

Awaki vanished to the side of a building, grabbing onto the window seal; the building was actually not entirely that large; an idea clicked in the teleporting girl's mind;focusing on her calculations, she relocated that building, and the building vanished and reappeared in the air above that British man.

As the building fell, the man moved at a speed that looked similar to teleportation.That man had the power of a saint; even something like a building wouldn't harm him in this instance.When Awaki teleported debris into the man, it had only hit that strange semblance he took advantage of; those debris vanished as if they were being erased from reality.

Knight Leader raised his left hand, and the wind around picked up, when Awaki attempted to teleport the water vapor, she soon learned that the law of this wind followed irregular physical laws;she could not teleport the force around her.

She may not have many uses of her aura due to how low it was, so the girl had to be careful how many more times she utilized that power, but in this situation, it was necessary,and that was the choice she made.

She focused that power, and the wind around gained ice, the ice mixing with the wind shifted the direction of that wind, and the man known as Knight Leader was swallowed by his own power,unfortunately that power was also zeroed out as the others had been.

It seemed throughout that fight, Knight Leader learned how to turn her semblance's power to zero, or it was possible that he was just using it on her aura signature as a whole,which would render any attack that utilized her aura harmless against him.

If that was the case, it would eliminate half of what her power was capable of; she wouldn't be able to affect him with aura-enhanced attacks or anything otherwise.

(You have to be kidding me! At this point I can only make the hypothesis that he has my aura installed into whatever that semblance is; on top of that, this man is a magician, so what am I supposed to do?At this rate, I won't be able to even harm him pretty soon.It would be the same as if I was fighting that vector-controlling monster.We all know how that turned out.)

The man was on top of her in a second, she only avoided his blade by centimeters, though when she relocated herself away from him she found that her cheek was bleeding,that blood was the result of a small cut from the tip of that sharp blade, he had been able to graze her cheek just before she relocated.

Awaki touched the road and the road was suddenly in the Air.It had been relocated right before the man could do anything or move, her only hope at this point was that there was some kind of limit to that strange power.The man was still standing on the road as it fell from one-hundred and fifteen feet in the air;Knight Leader used the momentum of the falling road to propel himself forward, with his sword aimed in a physical strike.

Awaki teleported the air around her in a perpetual movement, the goal was simple, to create a shield of air around her, the oxygen spun around her protecting her or so she thought,that power turned the air around her to zero and before she could react, that blade destroyed what was left of her aura and she fell to the ground.

The man walked over, his eyes still showing he was under the control of Mental Out.This monster of a man did not sustain much injury, but the same could not be said for Awaki, whose chest had been practically opened up from the man's sword.

Knight Leader wasted no time in performing an execution strike; his blade swung down; it had been aimed for her head, but the attempted decapitation would not come to pass through;no, something happened; Awaki Musujime's body began to flicker, almost as if reality was glitching.

The girl was teleporting in place so fast it created a massive amount of force, enough force to destroy a building was released and Knight Leader was sent flying back,he ended up at the opposite end of the road, a good ninety-three feet away, the man had hardly taken any damage,but when he stood up he saw the spot of which the teleporting girl had been was empty.

On a building a few blocks away, Awaki Musujime collapsed on the rooftop and closed her eyes in her exhaustion; it was unclear whether that had been a victory or a failure.

She just knew that if she stuck around much longer, that monster of a man would have killed her.That was not something on her bucket list; it was either stay and die or run and live; the idea she rather got behind was the latter.

(Damn, I guess I will always be like thishuh?I ran from Olivia too, backthen.)

Those were the final thoughts of the girl before she actually passed out on that highrisebuilding.

Part 18.

It was back and forth at this point between the three girls, that suit had still not been broken and the android girl had seemingly lost every single ounce of control she may have had,as it seemed she was pulling out even more deadly attacks than before,The virus was getting worse over time and it was getting more difficult for Penny Pollendina to hold back her body that was being controlled by Enzo Nath.

At the same time Frenda Seivelun whose only thought process was to protect Ruby Rose and to stay alive, had tapped fully into the power she was granted;that power which belonged to the higher demon Asmodeus, in her hand was not Sarthal, rather it was a longbow,the longbow had been made of a crystal-like substance and was covered in fire so hot it could burn a hole in the sun.

A normal person touching that longbow would mean death, but thanks to the fluffy blonde-haired girl being a half-demon borrowing the power of a greater demon, she had no problem holding that longbow,Asmodeus's longbow was a special demon weapon forged from the lake of fire, as one of the seven kings of hell he represents a certain sign,each of these signs under a certain demon whom are one of the seven kings is used to create their power and weapons.

Asmodeus actually had the sign of vengeance, which associated that demon with the deadly sin wrath, as a demon of vengeance and a war bringer he has many weapons,but all Frenda Seivelun currently had access to was a longbow, a mace, a rod, and an axe.Each of these weapons could use a different Sigillaxx, a Sigillaxx was a symbol which accompanied the demon's sign of hell, each of the seven kings of hell had twelve Sigillaxxs in their signs,each created a different magical ability and weapon, though Asmodeus's Sigillaxx had more than twelve weapons.

He wasn't just like every other one of the seven kings of hell who each only had twelve weapons, with every weapon being forged from the fire which held the souls of hell;that lake of fire, the realm that belonged to the demon known as Mephisto.Asmodeus was the demon of vengeance and the war bringer, his Sigillaxx was that of a goat which had a sword piercing the skull and the horns of a bull.

The realm of hell or the nine dimensions that it is made up of is not to be confused with the kingdom of Hades, Hell and the Underworld are two separate entities,that magic god would most likely be insulted by that comparison, as each kingdom was different and didn't go hand and hand with each other.

Taking a deep breath, Frenda Seivelun looked ahead;the android girl was in a dome, this was created by that indestructible suit, the energy which currently shielded Penny Pollendina was capable of tanking a nuclear explosion,but what would that shield be to an arrow that doesn't follow physical laws?An arrow that follows a set of rules and concepts unknown to the world of Remnant.

This was exactly the mindset of Frenda Seivelun as she slowly raised that longbow, her fingers pulled the string back, and when that string was released, an arrow flew;that arrow did not follow the laws of physical reality; the concept of that arrow was something beyond even the reflection of The #1.

That truth was proven when the arrow made contact with that shield, it only took a single touch and that dome which could swallow a nuke was destroyed, shattered into nothing,a symbol formed after the attack of that incredible arrow, This was Asmodeus's Sigillaxx, the girl behind that arrow which traveled at infinite acceleration had not harmed the android girl,this was a shock to everyone as all that arrow had done was simply dent the metal bypassing the vector reflection of the suit,but still was unable to damage the suit that had been a mixture of science and magic.

In this moment of distraction, Penny Pollendina moved, her speed exceeding the boundaries of light, a lightsaber-like blade had been swung and was aimed for Frenda Seivelun's head,but this was stopped by something, what that blade had touched had been nothing more than a simple hand, Frenda Seivelun grabbed the blade with her left hand,this was the only action which had to be executed as the fluffy blonde-haired girl had currently been above the concept of the physical world.

With some certain calculations, the wavelength of the planet's magnetic field had been directed in an attack.That physical force was not enough to damage that suit, but It was enough to send the android girl away from Frenda; this gave her a moment to think about what she would do next.

(In the end, Penny is losing more control by the second; I still can't damage that damn suit;even this arrow didn't damage that armor... And if that suit could handle the impact of that arrow then... All told, it is more than just science;there must be a magical element at work here, so I need to discover what that magic is and tear it apart from its root, hee hee hee;in the end, I probably just sounded like Accelerator right there.) Frenda thought.

Ruby Rose watched from only a few feet from Frenda; she had already recovered but was afraid to use that power she had; could she destroy that suit?If she used those wings?

Ruby Rose knew those wings worked against a being that she was told had the power to destroy the universe completely, if they could accomplish such a feat,maybe she could destroy The Processor Suit with them.

Several swords surrounded Penny Pollendina's body, In only a second she was before the two girls, with four swords aimed for each girl,Ruby Rose had utilized that impossible imaginary speed to avoid taking a hit and her blonde stepsister/girlfriend manipulated the waves of kinetic energy,Pulling the kinetic build away from the swords they suddenly came to a halt losing their momentum entirely.

Frenda Seivelun's right hand raised and her fingers clenched into a fist, the contact was made in an instant as her fist smashed against the visor of the suit;the android girl suddenly found herself forty feet away from Frenda and Ruby.

In an unknown location. Enzo Nath was looking over the specs of that suit and a smile adorned his lips as he found something interesting in The Processor Suit's design.

A mace formed in the hands of Frenda Seivelun.It looked like a Morningstar, but the spikes were scorpion tails; a blue flame-like energy covered it completely, including the handle, and it had a snake's head at the end of the handle.

Frenda moved forward and she quickly brought that mace down in a vertical direction, the only problem was the girl known as Penny Pollendina, had seen this coming and she stopped the mace,this was done with the girl's shoulder as a shockwave was sent out from that conceptual weapon,the buildings around shook and some of those buildings foundations couldn't hold and collapsed completely, then that same shoulder slammed into the chest of Frenda Seivelun,she had felt that impact which had more force than an Atlas airship arsenal.

Frenda coughed up blood, and her body traveled at supersonic speeds into a nearby building; the impact force had only done more damage, and that building had lost its windows in the process;this was not the end, unfortunately, as the android girl sent a sword covered in some strange energy directly into Frenda's left leg.

The girl let out a scream as a very important artery was severed, the blood that was pouring out of her leg pooled around her, Frenda reached down with her right hand, fire surrounding it;she touched that hand to the wound to stop the bleeding, the pain of the hellfire burning the wounded skin had been a more painful experience than the initial wound itself.

"Well, it looks like you're not invincible, Frenda Seivelun.I will enjoy watching you die, But I have to do something first."

The voice of Enzo Nath came through Penny's mouth and then she turned her head toward Ruby Rose's direction.

"You're playing with the big boys now... Frenda Seivelun!"

After that ironic phrase was spoken by the boy who was in no way a big boy, both of Penny Pollendina's hands rose.Frenda Seivelun barely even had time to react as she watched two proton beams being launched out of that suit headed directly for Ruby, those beams moved at hypersonic levels,Ruby Rose could have easily dodged this if she had been fully aware of them heading toward her, the hyperactive girl was too focused on her girlfriend's well being to even look in that direction.

Frenda watched everything in slow motion as if the world slowed to a crawl, and without another thought she moved despite her injury;just at that moment, Ruby Rose looked at the proton beams, and she was about to move, but something else filled her vision.

"No! Don't!" Ruby screamed out as she watched Frenda running in a certain direction.

The world stopped in the vision of Ruby Rose when she saw her girlfriend's body, the body that had suffered burns all over and looked like an unidentifiable lump of flesh,those beams had burned off the skin and burned through most of the flesh, It was a grotesque sight,Frenda's left arm had been only half-attached to her body and her beautiful legs she held so dear were gone.

Ruby felt tears falling down her face, something passed over her; it was a mix of emotions, before she even understood what she did, her wings shot out at Penny Pollendina;those wings were too fast for the android girl to avoid, a bright blinding light shined of a shiny silver, it was like an explosion of silver light, when Ruby looked at what she did she saw it.

Penny Pollendina was no longer in The Processor Suit;the destruction of that indestructible suit had been instantaneous, but what made Ruby want to vomit was the state of the android girl who no longer had arms or a proper torso.

Ruby Rose had done the one thing she didn't want to do.

She killed Penny Pollendina.

Ruby ran over to Frenda Seivelun, tears still in her eyes; that power which was granted to her by that demon who was one of the seven kings of hell Asmodeus, had already healed most of the damage.Ruby touched her and attempted to fix the rest with her silver wings, but this was not the result, as for the first time those wings could do nothing to help.

Ruby continued to try; she was not understanding why her wings couldn't heal Frenda Seivelun, when they were capable of bringing her Uncle Qrow back from the edge of death,she wished she understood the laws of this strange power, how did they work?What did she have to do to save her girlfriend's life?

Suddenly, an astral projection took place before her; Ruby saw a large goat; it was standing on two legs and had large wings on its back;based on the look of it, it had been in line with Frenda's description, this was the demon Asmodeus.

The demon walked over to the fluffy blonde girl's body which was still in a terrible state and touched her back, in only a moment Ruby watched as a light fire covered the body of Frenda Seivelun,her body was engulfed in these flames which looked a similar color to that mace Frenda Seivelun had used before.

Her body was burned to ash in seconds.The panic in Ruby's face was visibly evident."WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU DO!?"

That weapon-happy girl hardly ever used language like that; she was genuinely terrified and confused, she wanted answers, but the demon had not said anything and only continued his work.

The next moment, that same fire returned, and Frenda Seivelun was back to normal; the girl woke up and leaped out of her skin; she was certain she would die.

"In the end, how..."

"I sent you to hell."

The response Asmodeus gave only confused the girls further, he continued.

"It seems Zooloo never told you, as long as you're body is not completely destroyed, you can enter hell and speed up any healing process, you are at full power in hell as is any demon,even if you yourself are not a full demon, you still have the same power, however, if only your soul remains hell will not be able to save you."

The explanation was very confusing for Ruby Rose;as for Frenda Seivelun, she could only follow a little bit of it, but she was able to understand that she wasn't immortal but had a sort of reset button.

"It seems I underestimated the power of science once again; this is how I lost to that Meltdowner;it seems my power was only a temporary fix, but that power, those wings of Septimus Magnus, seemed to do the trick."

Ruby looked at the demon for a moment, a question ran through her mind, one she decided to voice out loud to the powerful entity before her."Mr um... Asmodeus sir? Could you maybe help Penny?"

"Sorry, Ruby, I cannot; science and magic conflict; I can't use a spell to help that girl, and I can't bring the dead back to life."

Those words were a set of words that stopped her brain from working at the moment."Dea-de-dead? She is actually dead?I... I killed Penny?"

A flash of a memory fired through Ruby's neurons, and she saw herself straddling a certain man in first person;the man's face and body were unidentifiable due to the amazing amount of times he had been stabbed by the blood-covered knife that was in Ruby's hands.

That day sometimes still haunted her.The day she committed her first murder.

Asmodeus turned to Frenda Seivelun."Unfortunately, Frenda Seivelun, I am unable to keep the connection of power to you any longer; sending you to hell from the physical world drained what little power I could use in this astral form;when I go back to hell, that power I let you borrow will disappear."

After he said this Asmodeus's body began to slowly fade out from the world."Say hi to Shizuri Mugino for me."

"In the end, I will. Thank you Asmodeus."

Before the demon could answer, he was gone, a long with the power he had granted to Frenda.She hadn't known that some of the demons of hell were good at least to an extent.

Ruby hugged Frenda and cried.Frenda returned the hug, but before words could be spoken, a voice came through Penny's mouth, even in her destroyed form; this was the voice of Enzo Nath.

"Fuck! You are a pain in the ass; fine, I will go with plan B. That demon said you can't survive your body being destroyed right?I didn't understand much of that, but it doesn't matter; I know you can die Frenda, and that's all that matters.So I will switch to plan B... Destroying Solitas entirely."

"What!? Are you insane!? In the end, I know you're in the city someplace!You will die too!"

"Who cares! My dad is dead! my mother!my sister who was the love of my life!What do I have to live for anymore anyway!?As long as I know you're dead that is all I care about!"

Frenda could feel a genuine hurt coming from the boy's voice, he wasn't lying, he truly felt like there was nothing left for him in the world of the living,Frenda Seivelun was not that boy who wields the power called Imagine Breaker, she didn't know what to say that would change his mind.

"Let's die together! All of us!"

With that said Enzo typed away on his keyboard, Penny Pollendina's voice was once again heard."Kihara Hydrogen Bomb Self-Destruct Sequence, activated, T-minus 30 seconds until detonation."

Those words that were spoken by the android girl filled Frenda Seivelun with dread."In the end, a hydrogen bomb really will level all of Solitas and even more, it may even reach Anima.All told, What the hell do we do?"

The girl looked down at Ruby, her only thought was hell, but Zooloo had told her that while she could go to hell she couldn't bring people with her,She could save herself if she simply entered hell and left Ruby, but she could never bring herself to leave Ruby, certain people would be fine,but all her other friends and family would be killed in the explosion.

In fact, she was sure that the only person who could survive a hydrogen bomb explosion among her friends was that #1 monster Accelerator.He could definitely reflect it, but everyone else would die; Frenda Seivelun didn't have the power to save everyone.

She wasn't going to save herself and leave Ruby to die, she didn't know if the girl could survive this bomb,sure the girl once stopped a nuke single-handedly but a nuke was not even close to the level of a hydrogen bomb, So the girl made her choice, to die with her girlfriend.

Frenda sat with Ruby waiting for the moment the countdown reached the number zero.

Part 19.

Kazari Uiharu was shocked when she heard that countdown begin, the girl wasted no time in attempting to hack into that program and send a kill code,She only had 25 seconds to do something to stop that detonation she was running out of time if she couldn't do anything to stop that Hydrogen Bomb,they would lose all of Solitas and probably a huge chunk of Remnant along with it.

The hacker girl was going double time, trying every single sequence she could, but that had been pointless; everything she tried failed, there seemed to be no stopping it;it had already dropped to 20 seconds, and every time she attempted it, she failed and only continued to fail.

Recently, this had been what Kazari Uiharu had been doing, failing; this was how the girl felt; she felt like she would only continue to fail;the hacker girl felt she had failed back at the Schnee Mansion before.

She felt she should have been able to get into the man known as Amata Kihara's files, she should have discovered about his portal and stopped it before he could have done anything.

She felt like she should have been able to stop Penny Pollendina before it got this far, she felt like Enzo Nath was just a better hacker than she was,maybe she just couldn't keep up with the genius little boy; now he set off something that could kill all her friends, She thought of them all.

Kuroko Shirai, Mikoto Misaka, Shaei Miyama, Frenda Seivelun, Choubi Hanano, Shinobu Nunotaba, Last Order, Fremea Seivelun.She also found herself thinking about Umidori Kuroyoru by a lot, something was there, a feeling she couldn't quite identify yet, then she found herself thinking about her new friends, Ruby Rose,Yang Xiao Long, Blake Belladonna, Jaune Arc, Qrow Branwen, Lie Ren, Nora Valkyrie, Saiai Kinuhata, Shizuri Mugino, Winter Schnee.

When the hacker girl thought of Winter Schnee, she remembered that they still hadn't gotten Weiss Schnee back yet, It actually made her think about Accelerator,probably the only person who would survive this, there was a lot they still hadn't accomplished, they hadn't saved Oscar Pine from Grimmlin either, they didn't even know if the boy was alive.

When all these thoughts ran through her mind, she began to feel lost, she didn't want anyone to die, She thought of Accelerator, maybe she could call him and inform the boy of the situation,she knew he could extend his reflection out to others now, maybe he could save everyone and reflect the explosion.

Could that work? Could she reach the boy in time?She heard the countdown as she reached for her scroll.She only had 12 seconds in counting.Could she really rely on her scroll to even connect to that albino monster in time?Could she hope for that?

As the timer only continued to go down, she didn't think she had any other options, then suddenly something happened; it wasn't that albino boy showing up out of the blue;it was an idea, one she couldn't believe she even had.

(I... Could I do that? I only did it once but with this semblance, maybe I could...)

Kazari Uiharu was out of options, she was out of time in only 7 seconds that bomb would destroy everything and kill everyone in a matter of seconds in the timeframe of that explosion,The city of Atlas, The City of Mantle, and all of Solitas in general, as well as a massive chunk of the planet, it would all be wiped out in a matter of seconds.

All of it would be wiped off the face of Remnant, and the world would surely suffer; things such as climate change, fallout, and other issues would change this planet forever.

Left with no other options, Kazari Uiharu rolled the dice; she took a chance, one that could succeed or fail; at this point, she couldn't afford to fail.

The hacker girl who held the title of Academy City's Goal Keeper focused on her personal reality and her semblance simultaneously;she was downloading the information and knowledge of her semblance and aura into her own personal reality; as this was focused, she saw something before her.

It looked like a replica of Academy City, This strange area had been known as The Imaginary Number School District, a secret district in Academy City, not much was known about this hidden district,Kazari herself knew nothing about that place, but she knew there was something there, something that had its own rules that wasn't science or magic.

The countdown had reached 4 seconds remaining, it seemed that there would not be enough time for Kazari to complete her calculations, as a Level 1 esper,what she was attempting should not even be possible for her, she did something similar one time back in Academy City, A time they had to stop a criminal named Kimi.

Kazari Uiharu felt something similar to that time with Kimi but it was stronger and more under her control, as a strange side effect of this power;the girl's flowers she always had on her head grew out long, a strange tattoo covered two sides of her face, this had been something she experienced once before, but this time it was different,it was as if her aura had amplified to infinite levels and her semblance and aura shaped her personal reality, taking her to a potential unreached by any esper.

Yet, this was not SYSTEM, it was something else, something only available to that hacker girl, Kazari Uiharu's eyes took on a new color, one not yet discovered by science,the color of her eyes was one that could not be seen by normal eyes, those eyes would take a celestial entity like an angel or god to see the true color those eyes have become.

Through those eyes

Kazari Uiharu looked at the world in a new way, she was perceiving the world in a digital format, she crossed digital space into the fabric of reality,the universe and multiverse was nothing more than digital code in the eyes of Academy City's Goal Keeper, from the stars to the vacuum of space, from the universe to the multiverse,it was all nothing more than code, code that Kazari Uiharu could manipulate.

Focusing all her ability on Penny Pollendina, Kazari Uiharu entered into the mind of that dead android girl, when she saw the girl everything was nothing but code she began to stop the countdown,then it only took a thought to destroy the bomb inside her, all she needed to do was delete the code,that Hydrogen bomb had been deleted from the world with nothing more than a simple thought manipulation of the code that currently made up reality.

Kazari grabbed onto the android girl's body as a new thought crossed that brilliant head of hers;she pulled something, a line of fate and destiny, she stripped that body bare, separating the soul of the android girl from the body that held it, that code had been something extremely complex,but in this digital reality, Kazari Uiharu could understand the concept of that soul.

Like something controlled her actions and thoughts, she began to make the proper calculations; she hacked into the complex concept known as the soul, her mind hard at work;she knew that Penny Pollendina would need a body.Could she really do this? It was a complex code, but she couldn't leave the android girl like this, so she began deleting the proper code and replacing that code with a new one; she shifted that code to something new.

Someone new, but someone the same, She changed the functions of that girl's aura and semblance, she added new code using The Processor Suit as a reference, The girl took the code that was that suit,using that suit as a reference body, she changed the functions of that suit into a new Semblance,Penny's old existence was taken into account as she added new lines of code to Penny Pollendina's reality.

Kazari Uiharu didn't realize the blood that was leaking out of her nose as she worked, her mind couldn't handle the amount of impossible pressure,that mind was still human and the girl was not a Level 5 esper, she was only Level 1, even with an amplified personal reality that was taking a toll on her body.

The last time she had done this she changed a dragon's form to something weak enough to be destroyed by a railgun, but this was something else entirely, she was creating a new code in the world,one that had never existed, adding her own set of code to reality, shaping something that never properly existed into a new existence entirely.

Kazari Uiharu was creating a new existence in the world, changing the fundamental laws of the world, she took the highest form of life and gave it a proper shell,manipulating the very soul giving it a new form, from something that had been killed and something that had been destroyed, the toll was unbearable, but that hacker girl didn't stop,she continued on with determination, she was going to fix everything.

When she finally finished with that major set of code she opened into a new code, this digital reality showed her something new, Solitas,it had a total population of Six hundred and sixty-eight million, four hundred and twenty-one thousand, nine hundred and sixty-nine point sixty-two people.All of those people were under the control of something she learned in this omnipotent code was called Mental Out 2.0, the ability of another android girl called S3NN3R.

The girl began with the first thing she cared about the most: all of her friends;she put up a digital firewall, in reality itself, for all of her friends and everyone close to her who was under the control of Mental Out 2.0.

When that was done she moved on and began installing that firewall into all who were underneath the control of that power, unfortunately, this had been far too much and she could only free Atlas,Mantle, and Argus, she couldn't reach the rest of Solitas, Not before passing out, blood had leaked all over, the girl pushed herself miles beyond her own limitations,she could only free a little under half of the population of Solitas from that mind control,the firewall she put in place would stop Mental Out 2.0 from working on any of those who were given that protection.

In a hotel in Atlas, a little blonde-haired girl was straddling a small chestnut girl, a large butcher knife had been in the little blonde girl's hands,she was pushing that knife against who was holding her back with all her might,then suddenly the blonde girl lost the stars in those almost mechanical looking eyes as they switched back to ocean blue.

She immediately jumped off of the other girl and threw the knife away from herself, it bounced on the floor of the room and the girl looked around at how destroyed it was,she was not entirely sure how it got in this state but assumed she may have been responsible.

Fremea Seivelun looked down at the other little girl who was now younger than her by about a year, She was breathing heavily as she stood back up off of the floor;that girl was the control tower for the Misaka Network, Last Order.

"In the first place, I don't know what happened but I'm sorry."

Last Order looked at the other girl with a smile."You're awake! You're not trying to kill Misaka anymore, Misaka Misaka says in joy as she hugs you tightly, happy that she now has confirmation that she no longer has to fight for her life."

Last Order hugged Fremea Seivelun so tightly the girl let out a pained gasp.

"In the first place, you're hugging too tight!Are you trying to kill me for revenge!?"

Fremea pounded her cute and soft little fists on top of Last Order's head as she struggled to get loose from the powerful bear hug which had enough force to pop a Goliath.

In Atlas Academy James Ironwood had his gun pointed at the head of Robyn Hill,in return Robyn had her crossbow pointed at James but luckily before either could continue trying to kill each other they both woke up from Mental Out 2.0.

"What? What was I doing?" Ironwood asked.

"No, What was I doing!?" Robyn asked the same question, they didn't remember anything.

Maria Calavera had her scythe out, and she was swinging wildly at Pietro; the man had some type of gun, and he was shooting lasers at her, yet she was still dodging all of his shots.

Soon they woke up and they looked at each other apologeticly.

In Argus, two women had been swinging knives at each other; these were common kitchen knives; each of the women had cuts and bruises from the fight.

Both Saphron and Tera awoke from their curse.

The wife and wife dropped the knives they were holding with no recollection of how they got them, or why they were trying to kill each other.

"We, did we just have our first fight?" Saphron asked half-jokingly.

"Not funny."

After saying this, Tera immediately remembered their son Adrian.

"Oh no Adrian didn't see this did he?He shouldn't be watching his mothers fight."

When the women looked around, they soon found Adrian, the small boy who was face down on the floor of the living room.

They both rushed over in fear, especially when they both saw the blood that had been near the boy."Adrian!"

Saphron ran over and kneeled next to the little boy; she immediately checked his pulse, happy to find there was one;when she flipped him over, she was shocked to see the amount of blood and the knife wound in his chest.

"Call an ambulance! Now!"

Tera quickly scrambled to her scroll with tears in her eyes.

Nora Valkyrie, Lie Ren, and Saiai Kinuhata were all in a confrontation, due to her Offense Armor, Saiai Kinuhata had not taken any damage from the other two.

Suddenly the three stopped fighting at the same time.

"What the hell!? Ren!?"

"Weren't we super playing Monopoly?What super happened?"

"I don't think we will ever be able to explain this one."

"Let's get back to the game! I'm winning!"

Blake Belladonna had a human man underneath her boot, her weapon at his throat, she was about to kill the man, she was surrounded by bodies,blood and bodies with some body parts not attached to a body were all over around them.Considering she was a Huntress and way stronger than any of the normal people, it was only right to assume that all these people had been killed by her.

Soon that mental command driving everyone to kill was lifted.

When she and everyone around her who weren't dead looked up, they saw.

"Somebody call the police! A man is being attacked by a faunus!" A woman shouted.

"She's a murderer!" A man screamed out.

"Somebody stop that faunus!" Another man yelled.

"She killed all these people!?" A Teenaged girl cried out.

"I knew faunus were bad news!" An elderly woman yelled.

"Mommy, will that evil faunus woman kill us?"

"Yes Charlie! Yes she will!"

A Mother hugged her child tightly in fear.

Blake looked around at several people all shouting at her and she was perplexed.

(Why are they?)

She looked around and saw several dead bodies, all killed with professional precision.She saw all the human men and women around her accusing her of being a murderer.

It had finally clicked in the cat faunas girl's head."No, I didn't I... I..."

Blake didn't know what to do besides run, so that is exactly what she did.

A group of men were attacking a small corgi somewhere in Atlas; the dog's current and new owner, who had been a chef for a four-star restaurant, was killed by his staff, and the corgi ran;he was soon chased by the other chefs and cooks.

They all held weapons like knives, frying pans, sauce pots, a rolling pin, and one even had a broom.

The corgi was at a dead end, it cowered in fear right when everyone woke up.

"Rufus?"

"We are attacking Sentinacs's dog?"

"Why?"

"I don't remember anything."

Suddenly, a cat flew in with a flying kick to a man's face; the man was knocked unconscious.

"Leave this dog alone ya fucking brute mother fuckers!"

That cat could speak human and his voice was one people on Remnant wouldn't understand the accent of.

"Talking cat!"

"Run! It's some kind of monster!"

All the men took off running away from the little cat.

"Hey! just because I'm a demon doesn't mean I'm a monster ya fuck!Okay fine maybe I am technically but it's still rude to say it out loud ain't ya gotta mother?You rude fuck!" The cat shouted after the men for insulting and offending him.

When the cat, who was actually a demon named Zooloo, turned and looked at the little corgi, his eyes went wide.

"Holy shit, you're..."

"Look buddy; come with me I'll get you back to your family, your real family.Stick with me bud, alright."

That little corgi was confused he had never seen any animal like him able to speak in the language of humans before.

(Is he some kind of special faunus?) The little corgi thought then he remembered the strange cat said he could take him to his real family.

The little corgi pictured three girls in his head, especially a certain little scythe wielder who would always let him nap on her head.

The little corgi took a chance and walked forward slowly then he began to follow the strange human speech cat.

Winter Schnee and Qrow Branwen were embroiled in a fight just a few rooms away from where her little brother Whitley Schnee was being kept;she was gaining the upper hand, her sword at the throat of Qrow Branwen, then she jumped back as his sword shot forward.

Before they charged each other once more, their eyes switched back to normal, and the power known as Mental Out 2.0 was gone.

"What did I do to piss you off this time Ice Queen?"

Winter looked at Qrow with a confused expression."Why? Wa-wa-wa- what the fuck just happened here!?"

"You were trying to kill me apparently."

"But I didn't, I don't remember anything."

"That makes two of us."

The two were in Winter Schnee's now destroyed bedroom, or at least the one she took for now to keep a close eye on her little brother.

"Great, first my little sister disappeared, my little brother is unfixable and will never remember me or any of his family, my mother is dead, and now I'm apparently going mental."

Qrow watched as Winter Schnee sat on her bed in the messy room and just hung her head; it seemed like she was holding back tears like she wanted to cry and let everything out but refused to.

The woman flinched when a hand was placed on her shoulder, She looked back to see Qrow Branwen.

"Look, I'm not going to tell you that everything is bad now but it will get better, because I don't know that for sure, but I do want to let you know, I'm here if you need me."

The woman was shocked because the two always fought and argued; it was as if they hated each other, but here he was, comforting her.

"Thanks."

The thanks she gave had been unsure; she didn't get what was happening or why it was happening in the first place.

Qrow Branwen could see that Winter Schnee was in a state of deep distress and depression, this was a time she needed somebody to care, which the man truly did care.

"You're strong Winter, not just as a Huntress, but as a person, I have always believed that, I can't tell you that things will get better,but I can tell you that you will get through this... And I will be here to help you if you need it."

For some reason, those words made Winter's heart skip a beat; she didn't even know why she made her next move as she looked into Qrow's eyes.

Almost by instinct she leaned towards him;the man almost pulled back but rather he stayed in his spot, as she came closer he also began to lean towards her and soon the two felt each other's lips on one another,the kiss was fast as she pulled away from the man almost immediately.

"What are we doing?" Winter asked.

"You wanna stop?" Qrow asked in response and concern, he was not the type of man to manipulate or force himself on someone.

Winter Schnee sat for only a moment thinking about it; at this moment, it felt good, she wanted more.

"No."

That was all the woman said before she reconnected her lips to Qrow's and the two began to kiss each other,her hands wrapped around the back of his head as she pressed her tongue to his lips as if asking for permission.

The man opened his mouth and allowed her tongue to explore this new area it had never been before, he brought a hand to her chest area but stopped and rested it on her shoulder instead,but she grabbed that hand with her own and brought it to her breasts.

As Qrow rubbed her breast, she went to work pulling his shirt off of him.The two were worked up from all the stress, and now they found an outlet for that stress: Each other.

Soon Winter got Qrow's shirt off and she continued to kiss him a bit longer before moving her head down to his chest and licking a strip up his chest,her tongue dragged along his chest up his collarbone, running over his neck with it finally coming to a stop at his chin, the man had let out a moan from this action.

Winter's saliva had created a line up his body, she admired her work a moment before she took off her top, stripped off her boots and socks,then took off her pants and was only in her underwear when she was done.

Qrow followed suit and when they looked at each other they both admired each other's bodies, the two had never seen each other naked before, soon Winter pushed Qrow onto the bed as she straddled him.

The man was sitting on the bed with the woman in his lap; as the two began kissing again, a wild makeout session took place as the two just wanted each other and nothing else;they didn't know if this was a fling or if something would come of this.

At the moment, they didn't care.They just knew this was now, and that was all they cared about.

Soon, the two were in bed, and from there, something one could only call magical was felt by both.

Frenda Seivelun and Ruby Rose were shocked to their cores; standing before them was Penny Pollendina, but she was different.

The girl looked at her hands and then felt her face; she began grabbing at her own body all over; the reason for this was because she wasn't feeling metal or plastic like normal;she felt skin and flesh.

Her body was real, she was not a machine, she was human, completely human.Penny Pollendina felt her arms, her breasts, her ass, her legs; she even leaned down and touched her bare feet; everything was real;she could feel herself breathing, she could feel her heart beating and her blood flowing.

The girl even decided to spit some saliva on the ground just to see if she could, as she expected she was fully capable of spitting a glob right on the road; she was human;she didn't know how this was possible; she looked around, and soon spotted Ruby Rose and Frenda Seivelun.

Penny Pollendina remembered, she remembered fighting them, she remembered hurting them, she hurt Ruby, she hurt Frenda, and she felt something she had never felt before;the feeling emotions caused the body, The girl had experienced emotional response in the past back when she was an android,but now she could feel it in her chest and stomach.

The emotion she was feeling was remorse; she had felt it in the past but never like this; her heart was aching, her chest and head were hurting; it wasn't a good feeling.

Penny Pollendina ran over as fast as she could to the two girls.

"I'm so sorry!" She said at the very same moment she felt something wet on her cheek.

The former android girl wiped her cheek, she realized it was tears; she was crying for the first time in her life; was it because of her regret?Was it because she thought that the two girls would hate her?Was it because she wished she could take it all back?

The words that came out of the mouth of Ruby Rose had lifted that feeling to an extent."Penny, it's okay; we don't blame you.It wasn't your fault."

"In the end, we are just glad you're okay and alive.All told, I would say Kazari Uiharu had something to do with that."

Ruby was confused and so was Penny.

"She made me human? How?"

"In the end, I don't know, but I do know that there is nothing that little hacker girl can't do."

The explanation was satisfying enough; Penny Pollendina decided it wasn't important to know; she was just happy she was here with her friends and that she wasn't trying to kill them against her will.

Suddenly a drone flew in out of nowhere.

"This... This is impossible, how did she?How can someone hack the fabric of reality?"

That was the voice of the villain who was responsible for all of this, the little boy Enzo Nath.His voice had been shaken for two reasons: the first was that he failed, the second was because of the impossible accomplishment of Kazari Uiharu, he saw everything happen.

The way she destroyed the virus, the way she destroyed his hydrogen bomb, how she hacked into reality and warped it to her favor, it was unfair.

The boy sounded defeated and he spoke once more.

"So, I failed, Frenda Seivelun Is still alive, my family is dead, my sister was not avenged, why?Why? Why? It's not fair; I will say this: congratulations, you have done something nobody could ever do.you broke me to pieces."

Frenda Seivelun stood up and faced the drone."In the end, it wasn't my intention to break you down, I was defending my family."

"That doesn't change anything; I don't care anymore.This is the end of our confrontation, Frenda Seivelun."

The sound of something clicking was heard; the boy had sounded genuinely hurt as she spoke.

Frenda let out a sigh and she spoke again."Look Enzo, in the end, I actually didn't ki..."

"I don't want to hear anything else from youanymore, but I do want to leave you a gift, you see I've decided I'm done, with this I will at least get to be with my sister again,I hope this haunts your dreams for the rest of your life FrendaSeivelun."

Suddenly all three girls heard the sound of a gun going off, followed by the sound of a body dropping to the floor, then nothing butsilence.

Ruby Rose and Penny Pollendina were shocked and appalled, the boy couldn't take it anymore and decided his only way out was to take his ownlife.

Frenda Seivelun turned back to Ruby and Penny; even if she didn't know that boy, she could feel his pain; she could understand his reason; it was as that boy hadsaid.Frenda Seivelun would be haunted by that boy's final moments probably for years tocome.

Afterward, the girls tracked Kazari Uiharu's scroll and found her unconscious in her secret apartment, blood had been everywhere, and she didn't seem to wake up, yet she was stillbreathing;it seemed that the girl was in a coma; no telling when she would wake upagain.

Part 20.

(She is completely different than before; it's like she got stronger just from switching from one personality to another; this isn't like Enshu Kihara; it's worse.When Enshu Kihara changes her personality, she just gains a different IQ, and she can copy the physical techniques of that personality... But with Olivia,she actually gets stronger and even gains new abilities, this is completely bizarre.) Kuroko thought as she teleported away from a knife flying at her on this dark road in the middle of Atlas.

Kuroko Shirai had analyzed the psycho girl named Olivia Crystal Vesper, and she saw something completely different, somebody completely different;it was as if this girl was a completely different person now entirely like she had switched her physical body with another.

The girl was faster, she could move in irregular forms, she had a new semblance even without any aura, and she could even manipulate magic, according to the girl before her called The Hidden 3rd.This was all the result of her second older brother's experimentation; somehow, she was given a new semblance and access to magic; what was that man known as Kornelius Vesper trying to achieve?

Did he want to create his own Maiden?Was he trying to create an Esper?Or was there something even darker at play in the strange experiment that had taken place, was that man responsible for his little sister's psychopathy?Was he trying to create a monster?

At the moment Kuroko Shirai only had the verbal help of Alison, but that vampire mentor was hard at work analyzing the strange new magic that girl was capable of using;the magical ability that girl had was something she nor Kuroko could identify, so they didn't know how to counter it, whatever it was destroyed Kuroko's healing factor on contact.

As a vampire, Kuroko Shirai didn't have an aura anymore as a black soul couldn't create such a thing, but that was replaced by the magic the black soul brings.

Alison had told the teleporting twin-tails girl that she was lucky that the magic Olivia Crystal Vesper, or The Hidden 3rd had, couldn't destroy her black soul;she would have been in major trouble if it could.

Until they could discover what that magic had been, they could not afford to take much damage.That is why Kuroko Shirai was teleporting out of the way of every attack, this in turn only pissed off that psychopathic 3rd personality;the girl had no access to the instant speed semblance called Imaginary Tunnel in this state, so that was the only plus for the teleporter.

When she had that power at her disposal, it was much more difficult, if not impossible to dodge her.

The hidden 3rd smiled an almost creepy wide smile as she ran her tongue over her lips."Ha ha ha ha ha! You run away a lot, ha ha Hee hee hee!How did Original Olivia even lose to you in the first place?You're so fucking pathetic!"

After she spoke that phrase, her body moved; despite not having Original Olivia's semblance, she was still able to move faster than sound could travel.This was not much to teleportation, but the girl's speed was not the real issue.

As Kuroko Shirai relocated herself to a safe location from the girl, she was suddenly kicked in the back.That location had not been as safe as she expected; behind her was Olivia, rather another version of the girl, she had been able to clone herself ever since The Hidden 3rd was released.

That cloning technique was not a semblance, no it was a form of magic.Magic that didn't seem to work in the laws of Remnant's magical laws, whatever that magic was, it seemed to be an entirely new set of rules, it also seemed that the girl could barely control it;she could only control it to an extent.

"Like it? False Image, its quite useful isn't it, it is one of the favorite techniques of Primordial;the Outer God of illusion, he once used the technique to create three hundred trillion illusionary universes to trick the Outer God Hasturmora,That being who can see into the future infinitely, was unable to see that trick before him, even a great outer god like him couldn't beat the power of Primordial's illusions.I have in no way mastered that magic, but Original Olivia's brother implanted some of the laws of that outer god's magic in me."

"How do you think you fair?"

That explanation did nothing to help Kuroko Shirai, she looked to her mentor for help in the subject.(Alison, what the hell is an Outer God?)

Unfortunately, that question stumped the vampire mentor; that girl had no proper answer on the subject.(I have no clue; I've never heard of Outer Gods.I only know of Magic Gods from Amata Kihara and you when you told me about Othinus; the term "Outer God" is a completely foreign concept to me.)

Kuroko Shirai was shocked, when it came to the magic on Remnant, Alison was very knowledgeable.At first, the girl thought that maybe outer gods were something parallel to her world, she had assumed that maybe outer gods were just Remnant's version of magic gods,but after that vampire girl's explanation, she wondered if that had been a miscalculation and these outer gods were something beyond that, perhaps even beyond both worlds logic and principles.

If that was the case, it could only worry the girl further; what was the extent of that power, If it was supposedly borrowed from an Outer God named Primordial?According to The Hidden 3rd, Primordial was capable of creating three hundred trillion illusionary universes; the thought of such power was inconceivable.

(Kuroko, I doubt we will be able to understand that magic, so our only option is to take advantage of the fact that she doesn't have aura at the moment.If you can calculate at the proper moments, you should be able to kill her.)

Killing the girl was something Kuroko Shirai was not on board with; she didn't want to take this girl's life; it was not within her principles to take life.

(I don't want to kill her, there must be a different way to...)

(No!... Look I understand that you don't normally kill, but this girl is trying to kill you, given the situation you don't have a choice in the matter,plus we don't know what she is like in that state... What if she starts killing random civilians because she gets angry or something?You can't take that chance right?Kuroko, in this situation, it is kill or be killed... So?Which do you choose?)

By that logic, Kuroko Shirai understood her vampire helper's point, yet, she still wanted murder to be a last resort if she could help it.She decided she would try to knock the girl unconscious first.

"I asked you a question! How do you think you fair agai..."

The girl was cut off by a sharp pain in her left shoulder; when she looked down, she saw a large piece of glass sticking out of her flesh;blood leaked down the glass and her arm at the same time, when that glass pierced her flesh the psycho girl had barely even flinched.It seemed she felt very little pain if any at all, that meant the girl could take extreme punishment no problemin this state.

"Sneaky... Hee hee hee. Now this is fun!You finally stopped running!"

Closing the distance between them, The Hidden 3rd brought her knife from her right side, the blade was swung in a horizontal motion, a clinging sound rang out as the metal of that blade met another.

Kuroko Shirai's short sword held that blade back, keeping it from causing injury to her body, but then something happened that neither Kuroko nor her vampire mentor Alison was expecting.

That blade had suddenly done something; it had passed directly through the other blade.Kuroko didn't have time to react as that sharp knife dug into her side in a decent stab.The vampire teleporter let out a scream as she moved back away from the other girl, black blood had poured out over her side and down her thighs.

Running her tongue along her blade, licking up the black blood on it, the hidden 3rd had a psychotic grin on her face.

"You're blood is actually delicious little vampire."

Kuroko became perplexed at that statement she didn't understand how this girl knew she was a vampire.

Seeing the teleporter girl's shock she continued."Oh, you look confused. I know a lot more about this world than Original Olivia does; I know about the existence of vampires; I spotted you almost immediately."

Kuroko put it aside as she began to shift her calculations.(Okay, she can create clones out of illusions, and phase objects.) Kuroko thought.

"I see you want answers. Remember what I said?The magic I create is borrowed off of the Outer God Primordial, I can use a portion of his power to an extent, despite it being so minuscule, he was the one who created the concept of illusion,his illusionary abilities intercept reality itself, so despite it being an illusion it is both physical and illogical at the same time,His power surpasses the power achievable by those at the top of Sephiroth,Even those who sit at the hidden 11th sphere.The concept and laws of Sephiroth do not apply to outer gods."

(So she can basically defy logical laws and principles through the concept of illusion?That is if I'm getting that right?)

"You don't stand a chance against a power that dwells from Outerexistence!"

Kuroko pulled back her fist, a red and black energy surrounded her fist, it looked to be in the shape of some form of visible pressure, when she let that fist fly she aimed it for the ground,slamming her fist into the ground an explosion took place.

The psycho girl known as The Hidden 3rd was unprepared for that blast, it slammed against her body sending her several feet away from the teleporting white twin-tails vampire girl,She quickly found herself laying in a pile of rubble and broken glass, the pieces of sharp glass had cut into her body.

The girl looked up and she saw that teleporter girl touching the road.

The ground shook like an earthquake and that energy was sent into the ground beneath them, only for it to come back out in several blades of that same energy.Those blades moved at the speed of a railgun as they traveled through the ground like a spreading fire;they sliced the ground apart and traveled right for the psycho girl, slicing buildings in half vertically.Those blades soon reached that girl.

When they sliced through her body, her body simply phased out of existence.

(That was a clone!?)

In the next instance, Kuroko's back was opened up by a blade slashing through the center of it, just as the teleporter girl turned back she was kicked forward, then another slash cut through her arm.

The teleporting twin-tails girl had been suffering major injury, she had no way of fixing the damage.The wounded flesh had also seemed to get worse and these impossible Illusions were becoming too much of a problem.

The girl had the upper hand and she couldn't do anything against her.

"Come on you sexy girl, give me a better taste of your blood!"

Kuroko Shirai stopped when that phrase was spoken, an idea popped into her brilliant mind.

(I don't need to find the real one... All I need to do is.)

It happened so quickly, that psychopathic girl licked her lips before moving over to the teleporter girl.When she did, she sent her knife out in a stabbing motion.To her shock, the twin-tails girl jumped forward directly into the knife, she allowed that razor-sharp blade to pierce her chest.

The knife dug in deep, as she continued to move forward; Kuroko's hands grabbed onto the arms of The Hidden 3rd.She held her arms tightly then she tackled her to the ground.

"Oh... You dirty sexy girl... I thought we were fighting, not fucking, although I don't mind the latter either, heh heh hee hee!"

The girl began laughing but that was halted by what she felt sink into her.

Sharp fangs sank down into her neck, the girl couldn't move and she felt her body tense up, her arms and legs locked as she began to feel the blood being drained from her body;the girl tried to struggle, but she had been drained of her physical strength completely, she could not resist.

Her power was being drained and everything else, she felt Kuroko's tongue touching her neck lightly as she continued sucking her blood from her,Kuroko had never drained somebody all the way to death before, it was not her first time taking a life but it was never easy to do so and this was the first time she did it as a vampire,especially with this method.

The vampire teleporter felt her wounds beginning to heal as she continued to drain the girl of every ounce of blood; Kuroko could even regenerate her soul with blood;she could rebuild missing limbs and just about fix anything, even memory loss.

The girl known as The Hidden 3rd vanished and Original Olivia woke up in that body, she quickly grasped onto the situation, then in a bizarre fashion,the girl smiled to herself as her blood was drained.

It was truly strange, it was as if that girl wanted to die, she had actually been happy that her life was being taken from her, was this because of the trauma from her psycho family?Or was there some other reason why Olivia Crystal Vesper wished for death.

Perhaps it had to due with somebody else, somebody that girl had fallen in love with, the boy known as Mark Fringe?Or perhaps the girl was just crazy and wanted to die for no other reason than to experience the feeling of death.

Whatever the answer, the girl didn't seemed to be in pain, rather, it seemed like she was dying happy.

After some time, the girl's skin grew extremely pale and ice cold as her body went limp on the freezing sidewalk,her right arm which had been slightly raised fell to the ground touching the concrete before it came to a slow rest, her breath left her body as her heart finally came to a stop,the girl's eyes didn't close as she finally paid for all of her sins.

Unlatching her mouth from the girl, Kuroko Shirai licked the blood off of her lips, the dead girl's blood was running over her tongue, lips, chin, and even down her neck,her blood-red eyes were glowing so bright in the darkness that they would be visible from the other end of the road.

Kuroko Shirai smiled and licked up any last bit of blood she could find; the feeling had been euphoric, even erotic; she felt so good;it had felt almost the same as having intercourse with her boyfriend; it was such an incredible feeling, drinking that much blood had been amazing.

A pair of soft, pale arms wrapped around her head from behind, she felt the cold breath of her vampire mentor, Alison.

"Well done."

The vampire girl only giggled at that little command; Alison had actually watched the two before, so to her, it washilarious.

Part 21.

After she was awoken by her new penthouse collapsing on her, Cinder Fall had walked out of that rubble unscathed only to find her stepsister Anna Castle, along with her hated rival Lorya Asher,she was definitely not happy to be woken up in such a crude fashion, When she saw Lorya Asher though that irritation turned into a deep anger,though the woman kept herself calm as she spoke to the two women before her.

"Well, that was rude; why are you people insistent on destroying my penthouses?You know there is only about a handful of these in Atlas."

After she spoke her thoughts and feelings aloud, Cinder Fall looked around herself and noticed something missing about the picture or, more specifically, someone.

(Where is Kakine? Did he take off in the middle of the night?) Cinder thought as she wondered where her boyfriend had gone off to.She wondered if he maybe left a note, but when she looked at the rubble around her, she realized it probably wouldn't matter if he did leave one; it's not like she would find it.

"Good morning, Cinder, or I guess it's still technically evening, but that doesn't matter; you know why we're here, right?"

The voice of Lorya Asher was ringing in Cinder's ears; she didn't want to deal with this right now, especially after the night she had with her boyfriend.She enjoyed a peaceful night of kinky fun, and now she had to deal with this.

"I assume you came here to die?" Cinder answered the girl in a mocking tone.

Lorya let out a chuckle. "No dear, that is where you're wrong, we won't be the ones dying tonight."

Cinder almost had burst out laughing at the girl's silly notion, the thought of her dying was laughable.

Cinder looked over to who was standing next to Lorya Asher, Anna Castle, her stepsister, That girl who rivaled The #1 Monster and was a monster in her own right."Didn't think we would be meeting each other this soon "Big sister."

"Very funny," Anna replied.

Her tone was very monotone, but Cinder could detect a hint of irritation in her words.

Lorya Asher once again took the mantle.

"Can I ask? How does it feel?How does it feel Cinder seeing me succeed where you have failed?I have the spring maiden, and I will be retrieving The Relic of Creation very soon; as for you, you couldn't even gain possession of The Relic of Knowledge; you have failed where I have succeeded."

Cinder clicked her tongue in annoyance, trying to keep her anger under control;being reminded of her failures was not something she took well, but she refused to let herself look weak, especially in the presence of these two.

"Who said I have failed?"

"Oh, you naive little girl, you and I both know you have only failed ever since Beacon Academy; you can try and hide it under that arrogant shield of yours all you wish... But ultimately.The truth is the truth."

"This shit is getting boring, are we going to do this or not?"

Cinder had, had enough of this small talk, she knew very well why Lorya Asher and Anna Castle came here, and she planned to show them their mistake.A sound that could not be identified was heard, suddenly, the ground caved upward; two large blade-like structures shot from under Remnant's crust;those structures were made of dark matter that was black as night and covered in sparkly black glass.

"So she is making the first move?very well."

The laws of that power was something that had no theoretical existence in this world or any other; the concept of that power was something beyond the bounds of physics and reality;those blades sharpened into something sharp enough to tear a hole in the atmosphere.

The girl standing next to Lorya Asher smiled when her stepsister finally made a move, all that monster had to do was raise her foot and stomp on the ground,not unlike the white-haired albino boy of whom she had the thought patterns of, the moment her foot touched the ground, something was sent out.

Those sharp blades vibrations increased into a visible state before they shattered into dust, however,this was not lost on Cinder Fall as she used that destroyed dark matter to form dozens of arrows instead and with nothing more than a wave of her hand the arrows were sent at her opponents,those arrows flew at speeds that greatly transcended the boundaries of light.

Lorya Asher suddenly vanished into a black void to avoid the arrows coming at her, rather than touching the woman, They destroyed the two buildings behind her, As for that other woman,stepsister to Cinder Fall and #1 Remnant Esper, She had made no attempt to move or dodge the onslaught of arrows, rather she allowed them to hit her.

When that contact was made, the arrows were vibrated to the shatter point instantaneously, nothing was left behind as they quite literally fizzled away into nothing.

"Your dark matter power is already within my calculations, that isn't going to work on me anymore.Little sad you're a one-trick pony."

"One trick pony? We'll see about that."

From Cinder's back six black wings manifested, entering the world despite not being bound by its laws.

(Now then, thanks to Kakine, I have something that I can do that should easily deal with her.)

A spear formed in Cinder's hand, her palm was open, her hand pointed at the blonde girl before her; with a smile, Cinder let the spear fly.

(You damn idiot, trying the same thing expecting a different result.No matter how many times you try, it's going to end the same way it always has.)

Vibration once again simply relied on her Vibration Shield to destroy the dark matter just as Cinder Fall had predicted, this caused the fall maiden to let a smile adorn her face.

The moment the spear made contact, it was destroyed just like before with the arrows.The girl known as Vibration was not affected by the dark matter.but.

"Whaaahgh!?" Vibration let out as she suddenly coughed up loads of blood; it felt like the insides of her body were being torn out, blood leaked out of her eyes and ears as well;if she didn't have vibrational healing, she might have been killed right there.

Something had bypassed that shield, something she didn't understand.

Cinder smiled as she saw that there was something she could use to damage her stepsister, the girl leaped away from the fall maiden just as she moved forward with a sword made of dark matter,the blade was swung in a diagonal slash but it had only cut through a street lamp as Vibration avoided the attack.

(How the hell did she manage to harm me?Is it some new form of dark matter?)

Lorya Asher who came out of a portal a few feet away watched on for a moment, then she popped a small pill in her mouth, her opponent was both a maiden and she could control dark matter,she wasn't going to waste any time with her pills, those pills which were called Level Crystals had the capability of rising her Level to 5.9.The girl had already swallowed four of these pills before coming to fight the fall Maiden, so with this pill her ability level was above even the level of vibration.One could say at this moment, Lorya Asher was a level 5.6.

The girl created a darkness, that darkness surrounded her right fist, then before Cinder could react, that fist was already smashing against her face;the contact destroyed thousands of dark matter atoms in an instant.

Cinder Fall was launched across this area of the city and her body was torn into pieces from the force against her body, but she regenerated from this damage.The woman was instantly in front of her with another swing, but Cinder was gone.

Utilizing those wings she was far above the city's buildings in less than a nanosecond, a dark matter longbow formed in her hands, she only had to pull back the string and fire,one arrow split into two million, they all flattened the area into nothing but rubble, there was no telling how many innocent lives were lost from such an attack, but the target was not affected,Lorya Asher had been unharmed.A shield of darkness surrounded her and thanks to this, the spot she was standing in was the only spot unharmed by the arrows.

"So you have an esper power? When did you get something so irritating?"

Lorya smiled at Cinder's question."I have been an esper for well over a year, I just never showed this power in so many instances.Amata Kihara made me an esper soon after we recruited our last two members of Grimmlin."

"So, you have been full of shit for a long time?Big surprise. But a question, what do you plan to do against me?Your little shadow power won't be able to harm me."

Lorya touched a small bracelet on her right wrist and she licked her lips in thought.(Oh, that is where you're wrong Cinder, As long as I make sure I don't miss my shots, I can permanently destroy that dark matter,you don't know that I have the Dark Matter Particle Atomic Destabilizer, or the DM-PAD something Amata Kihara created just in case he would have to kill Teitoku Kakine.I only need to hit her with both charges; the first will stop her from calculating properly and destroy her cell circulation;the second will destroy all of the dark matter and destroy its regeneration entirely; in other words, this will erase her.)

(The only problem is this thing is going to be very difficult to charge; it charges from dark matter itself, so I have to absorb the dark matter from Cinder herself; it won't be an easy task;I can't let myself die before I absorb enough power for both shots... One full charge will give me two shots.That's all I need.)

Suddenly the entire area shook like an earthquake, then that vibration manipulator seemingly teleported behind Cinder, she only had to shift her hand through the air,Vibration altered the pressure of the air around them,the road and everything around it was torn up;this had done nothing to the girl who could manipulate the esper ability known as Dark Matter as her wings covered her.

That pressure harmlessly bounced off that power which had its own laws not akin to the physical world; suddenly, those same wings shifted the world around them;everything twisted into some white light, and when it cleared, everything was covered in crystal.Lorya Asher and Vibration had taken evasive action immediately.

Both had gotten away from the strange foreign crystal-like material safely, but for vibration, she coughed up more blood from Cinder's earlier attack, it was still affecting her,she didn't know what she was hit with, it was as if something inside her was not compatible with something else, the two forces conflicted in her system, was it some type of virus?Was it some type of chemical she couldn't understand?No, it felt like something entirely different, it felt like it was something that was coursing through her veins.

That power had not felt naturally in the laws of science so she only came to one conclusion, it had to be magic, Vibration still didn't understand magic completely,there were unknown forces and concepts in magic she couldn't wrap her brain around, But when she looked into her own personal reality, she found something she could understand,all she needed to do was discover the vibrational frequencies of that spell.

When she tore through what was affecting her, she found something she didn't expect, a flaw in her design; it seemed something was incompatible with her, or was magic itself;magic was incompatible with her, but much like Accelerator, Vibration had an interchangeable personal reality.The concept of this magic was all she needed, Cinder Fall had just accidentally given her a skeleton key.

Part 22.

After she made her way into that restaurant, all the people around began to lose that strange lust for blood they had; she looked outside and saw the woman who was hunting her;that woman, Vento of The Front walked into the restaurant, her eyes scanned the interior.

"I know you're in here, Fiona Thyme, so come out, little mouse," Vento called out into the restaurant.

Fiona Thyme was not actually hiding from the girl; she had just waited for her perfect moment, which would come in seven more steps.

Vento walked forward and then suddenly stopped when she saw a trip wire; that wire had been connected to nothing; it was confusing to her why it was there in the first place.

Vento swung her mace into the wire, and with a snapping sound, it broke harmlessly, or so she thought.When she made that move, something happened; that wire electrified and the girl was quickly filled with over a hundred million volts.

Letting out a scream, she collapsed onto the floor; when Fiona saw this, she walked out into the open; she went to grab the girl, but her hand was grabbed by another.

Vento looked up at Fiona. "Finally, you show yourself; Vento pulled Fiona forward and slammed her mace into the girl's stomach.Fiona coughed up saliva, her aura flared from the contact.

Stumbling back Fiona grabbed her stomach in pain, Vento stood up and stuck out her tongue, a crucifix fell out of her mouth and hung from her tongue,she grabbed her mace and swung it in a vertical direction down, the mace made contact with the crucifix, as soon as the contact had been made an explosion erupted.

Under Fiona's feet, an explosion of fire dust engulfed her entire body;that fire had ignited in almost an instant and it didn't stop at just the target in question, it began to spread quickly amongst the restaurant burning tables, chairs, etc.

"Maybe a little overboard but no matter, the job is complete..."

Vento stopped dead in her tracks when she looked at the cow faunus girl smiling, she was standing in the fire yet she suffered no burns, then all she had to do was raise her hand;something pulled all of the fire to the girl, it was like that fire had been sucked into a vacuum cleaner, but this was no vacuum cleaner;the fire had been sucked right into Fiona's hand,at least from the visibility.

Then, with a burst of speed, Fiona touched Vento's chest; suddenly, it felt cold;this was because the two were no longer in the smoke-filled restaurant but instead in an old subway tunnel that had been several blocks away.

"Teleportation huh?"

"A form of it, sure."

After the cow faunus girl gave that answer, she raised her hand a second time, the fire from the restaurant was released;it was In a concentrated form, that twisted around in a circle before moving forward in the direction of Vento.

With a swing of her mace, she hit that crucifix, and a wall of water met that fire, putting that fire out with a sizzling sound.

"Oh, you are a lot smarter than I expected."

The walls suddenly jetted out but this was detected by Vento who leaped over the manipulated matter, she moved to the left and hit her crucifix as her tongue swung from the left then to the right,a ball of metal mixed with gravity was shot at Fiona, but just like last time, that power only was absorbed into her hand.

(So, she can absorb matter and then she can eject that matter in any form she wishes?) Vento thought as she analyzed the power before her.

She twirled her tongue and dragged her mace down the chain of her crucifix;the ground around Fiona shot up and surrounded her, and those walls of rock smashed the girl's body, At least, that is what it looked like to Vento.

But she was shocked when she saw Fiona walk through the rock, her body was defying the laws of physics and she was able to phase through the solid stone,When Fiona was fully out of the stone she only had to place her hand on that stone, even the stone had been sucked into her hand.

After that was done Fiona touched the floor of the subway tunnel, Ice shot out of the floor and Vento couldn't defend against something coming from under her,after that a metal ball was fired but Vento was able to hit this ball away with her mace.

(So she can shape what she absorbs whenever she releases it?)

"That shit is annoying!" Vento complained.

Vento had no clue what that power had been, from what she had seen she couldn't harm the girl before her, the power before her was too confusing,all she could see were things getting sucked into the girl's hand then ejected when that girl felt like releasing them, what was the limit to that power?

"Is this all you can do? I honestly hate fighting if I can help it, but you just wanted to push didn't you?"

Vento only laughed at the girl's words."What are even talking about!?You haven't fought just ran away and sent some of my own attacks back at me!"

Fiona Thyme let out a deep sigh.

"I brought you here so we would be away from anybody who could get hurt."

The truth was Fiona was a Level 4 esper who could manipulate negative mass, on top of her semblance, Interdimensional Absorption, she is a powerful opponent.However, she doesn't like to use her power, she doesn't like to fight much, or at least that is what she tells herself.

It's possible that she actually likes fighting but just tells herself she doesn't;if she didn't like fighting or didn't want more power, she would have never become an Esper in the first place, but at the same time, she doesn't like to broadcast her power to the world.

"All I have to do is avoid your hands; then your little absorbing power will be useless, right?"

With that thought process, Vento charged forward, she flung her tongue around in a circle before smacking her crucifix, From behind a bolt of fire and gravity shot at Fiona Thyme,but what she wasn't expecting was to be hit by her own power, the girl had phased her body through the attack and rather it hit Vento instead of that tongue happy woman's target.

Vento rolled a few feet back until she flipped in the air, landing on her feet; she learned a few things from this world;suddenly, that cow faunus moved, her speed was hypersonic, a single fist crashed into her face, breaking her aura and nose simultaneously.

This time, she wasflyingtoo fast to stop herself as her body rolled along the train tracks of the underground subway tunnel, then Fiona appeared next to her.Before Vento could react, Fiona's boot came down on top of her head, then everything went black forher.

"Well, that was easy, I guess I should have done that sooner," Fiona said toherself.

She performed some quick calculations to manipulate the weight of Vento's body before she picked her up carrying her over her shoulder, then she made her way out of the subwaytunnel.

Part 23.

The fight with Cinder Fall had become nearly unexacting for Anna Castle after she made a certain set of calculations and pre-set those calculations in her personal reality,she was able to fix that incompatibility, the concept of magic was much easier for her to understand and handle, the girl had not even known that magic itself was incompatible with an esper,in that since she wondered how Umidori Kuroyoru was able to be a maiden in the first place.

Was there something she just wasn't seeing?Maybe something about Umidori Kuroyoru, who was the winter maiden, or the girl Grimmlin learned of named Matsuri Hemegi, who was the summer maiden.Was there something different about their bodies?Something that allowed them to control magic?Or maybe it was because those two were granted that magical power by the previous maidens it belonged to.

The girl who held the titles of, Vibration, Shattered Reality, and The One Who Shatters The World Apart,could not wrap her head around how those two espers were capable of manipulating magic when her sister Cinder Fall had just injected magic into her and it caused her blood vessels to burst.

However, there was something much more pressing when it came to that matter entirely: her feelings and subconscious;it seemed like she could have died if she was unable to save herself, so why didn't she blame and hate Cinder for that little stunt?Why didn't she want to tear her to pieces?Why was she holding back? Why did she, deep down, feel like she deserved it?It was this feeling of guilt and remorse from the past.

Anna Castle had blamed her mother, Alcloria, for everything;she blamed her for bringing Cinder into their lives in the first place instead of just getting proper staff, but because Alcloria was greedy and didn't want to pay for any workers,she decided to go to an orphanage in Mistral.

That orphanage was run by a friend of hers; there, she found Cinder Fall and brought her back to The Glass Unicorn, a hotel she ran, and made Cinder the main worker, or more like a slave.Anna and her sister Alanna. They didn't treat Cinder as a sister, rather they teased and bullied her constantly every day, it got worse when she got older;at one point when Cinder was fourteen they forced her into prostitution, the two older stepsisters only ever did horrible things to the younger girl.

At one point in her life, Anna wondered if maybe that was not just because of themselves, sure they treated Cinder like dirt, but that had actually been how they were raised.Alcloria taught them to act high and mighty, to spit on the poor, she taught them to be racist against the faunus, to use people, and step on those who were beneath them.

Anna and Alanna barely remembered their father; he had died mysteriously when they were only five, but the man was not anything like his wife;he actually had morals and standards, and he was never racist against the faunus or treated anyone beneath him despite him being filthy rich.

She didn't remember her father well, but she did remember that her mother was an actor, her mother used to act much like their father, until his death came,one of the things Anna Castle's past five-year-old little mind would never forget was the smile on her mother's face when she received the news of their father's death.

The woman had looked overjoyed.

It was after that day that her mother changed, she taught them horrible lessons, Anna had wondered if her father had lived would she and her twin sister had been so horrible to Cinder?Would they have treated her terribly?Or would they had been a normal happy family, the girl had guessed the latter would be true, she was certain if her father was alive when Cinder Fall was adopted, they would have been a real family.

That possible utopia would have never come to be though, The night that Anna Castle burned down The glass unicorn, when she went to her mother's room that not even she and her sister were allowed in,she opened her mother's box, an oakwood box her mother never allowed them to touch, when she opened that box to search for any supplies they could have used she found none.

Rather, she found something else, she found a letter along with documents, it was a black and white record of the many horrible, and even illegal things her mother had done,among those documents she had found a payment to a hitman, it was that day that Cinder Fall put her sister in a wheelchair and nearly killed both of them,that Anna had found out that her mother had been responsible for her father's death,That the phone call her mother received that one terrible night when the girls were only five was not somebody informing her that her husband died,rather it was that hitman confirming the kill and probably requesting the final payment.

Anna Castle had kept this truth a secret from her sister;she hadn't wanted to ruin the image of their mother that Alanna saw, but when she discovered that truth,she couldn't help but feel more satisfied that she had killed her mother and would do it again if she could.

She had tracked down that hitman and killed him as well, The girl had only been filled with anger and rage, she didn't have any hope left but her sister,when she was working long hours and two jobs she had thought about Cinder Fall a lot, she was conflicted then, and it seemed she was still conflicted now.

As Anna Castle watched Lorya Asher and her stepsister Cinder Fall fight, she could only wonder what she was doing and why.Something was eating at her soul; whatever that feeling was, it refused to give her a break.

That vibration monster shook her head of those thoughts and looked at Cinder Fall, she couldn't do much damage to the girl, but she was informed by Lorya Asher that there was a way to kill Cinder,a way that Lorya was certain would work, she had been ready to get rid of Cinder, it was like an annoying tick that wouldn't go away, and she decided that she would burn it and destroy it.

That is what she continued to tell herself.

In the past few minutes, Lorya Asher had already been able to get quite a bit of charge into her DM-PAD.It would not be long before she could use her trump card against the fall maiden; the woman could only smile.She raised her hand and then lowered it, the sky shot a physical darkness towards the world, that darkness had been nearly invisible.

Cinder Fall had moved just before that black darkness could destroy her body, then her wings shot out at that near invisible darkness;the two forces collided and the area around them shook from the amount of centrifugal force being admitted from the contact,it seemed those dark matter wings were an element that physical darkness couldn't seem to break.

The moment the conflicting laws came in contact the shadows shifted, that power had suddenly changed direction as if the vectors were reflected,Lorya Asher was not prepared for that and she had to make a quick decision,a shadow would not be helpful, rather she pulled out something which shocked Cinder.

Suddenly, several random civilians, all children, had been teleported in the path of that traveling darkness.The children panicked and screamed as they were about to be crushed, but before that could happen, the darkness suddenly stopped; Cinder herself was the one who stopped it.

The children quickly ran away from the danger and got to safety, Lorya allowed this as she no longer needed them.

"Against killing innocent children?You have grown soft Cinder."

The girl mocked and laughed before she spoke again."Did you know Cinder that darkness is actually omnipresent?I can feel this entire city at once, and with this current level of power, I can bring anybody from anywhere in the city.Actually, I can bring anyone from anywhere in Solitas entirely."

"So, you plan to make up for your weaknesses by evolving the general public and using them as a human shield?You do realize by doing so, you are implying you can't beat me on you're own right?"

That little jab had caused some irritation In Lorya, she hated being considered weak, especially weaker than Cinder.That anger made her do something.

The girl pulled out two level crystals quickly gulping them down, those drugs were almost instantaneous as they raised her ability level, that level had been a high point of Level 5,she would be considered Level 5.9, But she made a certain mistake, Level Crystals needed a certain amount of time to dissolve and when they were used before that limit,they could cause physical harm to the user.

After absorbing the dark matter of Cinder's previous move, she raised her arm to her face checking that DM-PAD.

The girl smiled when she saw that she had 80% charge, it wouldn't be long now.

Another person had suddenly joined back into the fight as well next to the girl as she smiled.

"About time Anna."

The girl didn't answer her and rather, she just immediately engaged Cinder Fall.

Anna Castle moved over, her left hand twisted the air around her, she lifted her hand above her head and sent that power upward, that power was focused into a single point,if one could manipulate the planet's atmospheric pressure it also meant they could manipulate the planet's weather patterns, this was exactly what Vibration was doing,she was focusing all of that power into a single point in the atmosphere, the air twisted in that focused point to form plasma but this was not her end goal,rather that ball of plasma generated helium and nitrogen.

Cinder watched, impressed, when a star began to form in the sky above, the wind tore the walls off of the buildings around them, and that star began to expand;soon, those vibrations shifted that star into something else, a large cigar-shaped form; the matter was being manipulated.

Vibration directed all of that energy directly into Cinder Fall;as that star met the girl's wings, it had exceeded something she could control, within an instant,three-hundred and forty-three billion dark matter clones were createdjust as her body was destroyed,a massive crater stretched,over the length of two hundred feet.

Then an explosion rang out, that energy destroyed more than half of the three-hundred and forty-three billion dark matter clones, then several of those clones all became dragons,those dragons of dark matter all sent black fire at Vibration,the girl moved in an instant from one location to avoid it as her body moved at an Immeasurable velocity from one location to another,this was not teleportation,even though it looked extremely similar.

The remaining one-hundred and seventy-one billion five hundred million dark matter clones each created two dark matter meteors, Cinder sent a magical fire to those dark matter meteors,the night sky was filled with three-hundred and forty-three billion dark matter meteors, that much power and force was enough to eradicate the solar system in less than a second,all the fall maiden had to do was lower her hand.

Each and every meteor was sent into the world from high in the atmosphere, picking up speed untill they reached terminal velocity,when those meteors touched down upon Remnant's crust they were shattered into nothing.

Anna Castle had merely stomped the ground beneath her,this extended the vibrational shatter point to each of those three-hundred and forty-three billion dark matter meteors destroying them at an infinite rate.

After this.

Lorya Asher then raised both her hands out to her sides and the sky turned into darkness, the sky was rearranged and the dark sky became even darker as a blanket of darkness covered the entire planet.

From that darkness in the sky millions of Grimm were formed, the same Grimm Lorya created back in her pocket dimension, then something else came out of the pitch black darkness.

A creature which had rivaled something that could be created by the god of darkness himself Zoulexivar;it had one thousand eyes and two thousand wings, the creature took up the entire sky, and it had looked horrific.Cinder Fall only looked at that massive creature and let out a sigh.

Suddenly, Lorya Asher doubled over, coughing and hacking as blood began to leak out of her mouth and nose; she had already been aware of what was causing such a thing;the woman had used Level Crystals before, but she never pushed herself to a level so high before, or used so much power.

Level Crystals pushed a personal reality beyond its natural limitations and gave an esper theoretical levels of power, it wasn't necessarily safe to use, especially in rapid session,but the woman didn't care she had pushed herself to use them.

All of the dark matter clones were destroyed by that creature as the sky took on a darkness that blocked the moon and stars; it was impossible to even see your own hands without a flashlight;Lorya smiled when she looked down at her arm; the DM-PAD was fully charged.

In Cinder's hand she created a sword, one that was both dark matter and magic combined into one;Cinder raised that blade, moved her arm from left to right, and sent out a slash of magical energy,when that magic touched the physical shadow it destroyed that creature by bypassing it's dimensional structure and destroying it on a conceptual level,that attack had used laws beyond physics and beyond Lorya's understanding.

That attack hid a secret. A magical bomb;this bomb was ignited the moment that creature was destroyed, a shockwave of magical energy was sent out in a three-hundred and sixty degree directional path,all of the shadow creatures were completely destroyed,when this was done Cinder moved back over to her stepsister Anna Castle.

The two stepsisters both stared at each other.One of those sisters was having conflicted thoughts and desires, she had contained the power of that star at the last moment, she could have destroyed Cinder Fall completely, yet Anna Castle didn't.

Rather, she kept that star from killing her, was it because she was afraid of doing too much damage to the city?Or was it because she didn't want to kill Cinder Fall?Ever since her last fight with the fall maiden, she had thought a lot about everything, her life in general, especially her childhood.

She looked back on the past, and she couldn't blame Cinder for hating her, she remembered everything, all the horrible things she did to the woman before her, She tried to blame her mother,but it was her who did those things, sure she was brought up wrong, but she still understood wrong from right, it was wrong what she did.

"What has gotten into you?" Cinder asked.

The question had made Anna wonder what had gotten into her, why was she holding herself back, was it because she was afraid?Was she afraid of admitting her wrongdoings?Did she have some kind of appreciation for her stepsister?What was the answer?

Anna raised her arm, then clenched her fist and was about to slam that fist into the ground; she would deal with this here; she was not going to hold back;she would shatter Cinder Fall from the world with her Shatter Point.

Before she could make a move, she hesitated, then something hit Cinder; it was dark matter; Cinder's own dark matter had been the element in question;when she was hit by that dark matter, her body had suddenly been altered into something that could be easily destroyed.

Her body hit a stone of a part of a destroyed building; the fall maiden began to scream in pain, a pain she could actually feel;her body looked as if it was glitching in a video game that had poor optimization.

Anna Castle watched her stepsister crying and screaming in pain, a horrible pain as the dark matter atoms in her body began to destabilize; at this moment, she should have been happy;she should have reveled in this, right?So why did the scene before her tear at her soul?Why did she want to cover her eyes?

Cinder Fall soon stopped screaming and only shook violently as she breathed heavily, her body was still in an unbearable amount of pain, then Lorya Asher walked over with a smile,when Anna saw Lorya Asher smiling at the scene she felt something inside, it was anger,that emotion had been something she couldn't control;that anger boiled under the surface of her beingbut she tried to put it aside, if she let this play out, the tick would be gone.

"Well, well, well, look at you now Cinder, this is the second time we have been like this right?Only difference is last time I wasn't the one to kill you and this time your body will not be left behind, Teitoku Kakine isn't here to save you, it's over Cinder Fall.Any last words?"

Lorya raised her right hand, that right hand had a special device on it, the device called the Dark Matter Particle Atomic Destabilizer;this device could destroy the dark matter entirely and erase it from everything; there would be no way for Cinder Fall to return.

Cinder looked up at the two women before her."I'm not going to beg for my life, if you're gonna kill me, kill me."

Lorya Asher celebrated her victory with a sadistic grin, and Cinder Fall thought of Teitoku Kakine; she almost wondered if having him in her final thoughts would pass the maiden's power to him;was that possible? She figured it should be possible for a man to have the maiden's power, considering the power came from a man in the first place.

Lorya Asher pointed that device towards Cinder which could fire a beam of alternative dark matter in a concentrated energy, it had the negative properties of dark matter,it could be called negative dark matter, it was meant to permanently destroy dark matter, it was created to kill Teitoku Kakine, but that purpose was being fulfilled in a different way,rather than Teitoku Kakine,It would destroy Cinder Fall instead.

Cinder Fall was paralyzed. She couldn't move, her nerves firing in a million different directions; they were impossible to move; that power had been useless;she could only close her eyes as the weapon charged its final shot, the one that would kill her permanently.

If she sent the power of the maiden to Teitoku Kakine would she still be with him in spirit?Would she be his guide? That was wishful thinking, she doubted that was how the power worked.

Cinder Fall felt a single tear fall as that device was fired; there was a beam of negative dark matter, and then that was it.Nothing was felt this time, and it was gone; it would never be seen again, completely destroyed into nothing, and gone forever.

"Aaaaauuuggghhh!"

Cinder Fall couldn't stop herself from falling on to her back as she heard a struggling screaming, was it her?Was that scream all she could get out in her last moments?She saw something around her.It was dark, pitch black dark, but the sky was almost purple.Was this the afterlife? It was underwhelming; she expected a beautiful light, not a dark area that didn't seem to be filled with anything.

Cinder felt a wetness, something wet had hit her face, whatever that wetness was it was thick and had a metallic smell, she couldn't touch it but she could move her eyes,when she did she noticed three things.

The world was losing its irregular darkness.

That wet feeling was blood.

And finally, she was not dead, rather the piece of destroyed building she was leaning against had been blown to pieces, but something else was the most apparent,it was the most shocking thing she could have ever expected to happen, she looked at Lorya Asher, to say she was shocked would be an understatement, words could not explain her shock and perplexity.

Blood dripped down her hand, she didn't even know when she moved but it was almost like on instinct, the blood soaked her fingers and dripped down off her fingernails,this decision had been easy and she was surprised how easily she made this decision, she didn't need to question herself, she didn't need to think about it, she made her choice,a choice that she felt she should have made long before this moment.

Lorya Asher struggled to breathe properly.Her body had a hole in it, and when she looked down, she saw a feminine hand sticking through her chest; what shocked her was that the hand had come from behind her; this meant it was.

She moved her head almost menacingly close to the other woman's ear.When she was only inches away from that other woman to the point where her breath teased the lobe, Anna Castle spoke out a single threat.

"Don't you fucking touch my sister."

This had come out in an anger, it was clear that Anna Castle was seething with a certain rage.

"Wha..t th...e he-hell...ar...yu..doeing?"

Lorya Asher had struggled to get those words out just before she coughed more blood out of her mouth over Anna's hand, her mind moving at a million miles a second.She didn't understand this betrayal, but then Anna's next words told her everything, she needed to know.

"Something I should have done years ago, I'm taking care of my sister, I'm protecting her from monsters like you,the kind of monster who doesn't understand the value of family or has any attachments to anyone, you will never understand the bond between sisters,you were a girl who attempted to kill your uncle for no reason, someone who will never rid herself of her evil, only death will save you."

Lorya coughed up more blood, and she slowly opened her palm; suddenly, a portal opened up in the air as the location shifted; time and space had been breached.

The woman moved her elbow into the face of the girl behind her, when that girl's hand was removed from her chest, a large hole was left behind,but the girl only held her hand over her chest to keep her blood and internal organs from spilling out as she jumped through the portal and was gone.

After this, Anna Castle walked over to her stepsister, who was completely paralyzed; Remnant's #1 had learned how to manipulate dark matter, so it would not take much to fix the destabilization;that same blood-soaked hand reached out, and all there needed to be was one touch.

Cinder felt the pain disappear and her body regain its movement.

She sat up and was still confused at what happened, did her stepsister really just save her life?Why?

"Why did you do that? Don't you hate me?"

"I finally understand Alanna's reasoning; I can't bring myself to hate youanymore;I don't blame you because when I look back on our childhood, your life was filled with nothing but pain and torture... And I am one of the main causes of that pain, this won't meananything,but I'msorry."

It had been genuine, that apology made Cinder's heart skip a beat, she didn't know how torespond."I..."

"Don't worry about it; I don't want you to accept my apology; I have a lot to make up for, so rather than words, I will prove It to you with myactions."

Cinder Fall still couldn't wrap her head around this outcome, but she was grateful for it; she knew the first step was fixing things between Anna and Alanna; she would start there and go fromthere.

Part 24.

4:20 AM.

It had been easy for her to enter this apartment; all she had to do was play her part, convincing Lorya Asher that she was The Winter Maiden was probably what sold this infiltration;Umidori Kuroyoru only had to make that psycho girl believe she was still a member of Grimmlin.

When they arrived in Atlas the girl had called her ex-leader and convinced her that she was still on her side, but this was just so she would let her guard down, it had not been hard,the girl had never officially left Grimmlin, at least in the eyes of the Grimmlin members, she had never attacked any of its members, so it was easily believable.

Umidori was currently looking through files; her goal was to find anything on Oscar Pine and or Weiss Schnee.

They didn't know where Weiss was, it was possible Enshu Kihara had been holding her captive somewhere, but nobody could be sure;the girl looked through multiple files on screen for the last two hours, after that android S3NN3R had left which she had decided to warn her friends about, even after so long;the girl found nothing on either Weiss nor Oscar, but she found something else.

Umidori Kuroyoru was shocked at what was before her.

She was looking at specs for some type of machine; it seemed this machine could actually create unstable and catastrophic weather phenomena in the world; it was like some kind of doomsday device;it seemed Lorya Asher planned to use this on Remnant.Was she planning on tearing Remnant apart?

Umidori didn't understand why she would want to do something like that in the first place, why did the girl want to actually cause the apocalypse?What would be the goal?

She couldn't wrap her head around it, she decided that she would look into it deeper, but something happened.

"Tsk, tsk, tsk."

A voice had sounded out behind her.

Umidori slowly stood up from the desk, took a few steps back, and then turned in a one-hundred-and-eighty-degree direction, behind her was somebody she recognized;that girl before her had her hair done up in twin buns, a pink shirt covered only half of her top showing off 20% of her belly where her belly button was visible,a black skirt so small that enough of a breeze would show her panties to the world, her socks had matched the skirt, but the brown boots on her feet didn't compliment the outfit,as if this girl didn't really get fashion, unlike somebody who was well versed on the subject, such as that honey blonde Level 5 Misaki Shokuhou.

"Enshu Kihara, it's good to see you."

Umidori was not sure if she had been found out or if she was safe; at the moment, Enshu didn't seem to make a move towards her or seemed hostile yet;she was not sure if this was just the girl playing a prank or if it was genuine.

Umidori Kuroyoru felt a drop of sweat begin to slide down her forehead to her eyebrow on the left side of her face; she didn't know what to think; did Enshu know?Or was she being her usual troll-like self?

The girl's worry was soon answered, it seemed her fear was appropriate in this situation.

"Looks like somebody stuck her quisling nose where it doesn't belong."

That word "quisling" had been the word to tell Umidori all she had to know; Enshu Kihara definitely knew she was a double agent; the girl began to look at her options;she could try and knock Enshu out or just make a run for it, but could either work?

"You were looking for Weiss and Oscar weren't you?Well, Oscar escaped a while ago; as for Weiss, well, she is technically here right with us, but at the same time, she isn't here.Of course, I'm the only person in this room right now who understands what that means."

Umidori looked her dead in the eye, she actually knew what that had meant, if what that split-personality psycho was saying was true,then the new winter maiden knew that they would have no way of getting Weiss Schnee back without the girl before her, and if that girl died, they would never get Weiss back.

"So, now why don't we..."

Feeling something behind her, Enshu suddenly leaped to the right side of the room;just as this was executed, a boomerang-like blade flew into the room while shattering a window, then it stuck into the wall on the far left;after this, a certain cat faunus swung in on an attached cord.

When she landed in the room, she saw Enshu Kihara and Umidori Kuroyoru, her first choice of action was to make sure Umidori Kuroyoru was okay.Blake Belladonna asked that very question, the young girl informed her she was fine and thanked her for coming.

Enshu Kihara let out a smile."Okay then, a kitty faunus... And a fucking double agent... Sounds like fun."

Part 25.

The room was quiet, it was still a mess, but neither of these things mattered to the two completely butt-naked bodies under the covers.

Qrow Branwen looked over at Winter Schnee, still in disbelief that the two had made love to each other, but at the same time, during that lovemaking, he found that he actually loved her before;it was probably why he messed with her so much.

Winter Schnee had needed something; Qrow Branwen was there for her.She didn't plan for this to happen, but a big part of her was glad it did.

The two were lying next to each other; before turning towards each other, sharing a quick kiss, looking into each other's eyes, and taking each other's hands while interlocking the fingers.

Qrow was the first to break the silence."So, um, does this mean we're?"

"I think it does."

Winter let a smile adorn her face; it was half directed towards Qrow and half to herself; she was happy.

Part 26.

Two girls who still didn't really like each other found themselves in a shelter, this shelter had been a place for the faunus mainly,but the recent crisis attack on the city where everyone was controlled and a high count of one-thousand two-hundred and nine confirmed deaths was reported with double that being injured,many needed help.

The two girls had volunteered to help in any way they could; well, one did and forced the other to help her.Unfortunately, arguments in this situation didn't get anything done.

"Stop complaining Kaibi! And don't attack the people here" Misaki Shokuhou yelled.

"What the hell are we even doing here?And that old snooty lady deserved that hot soup all over her head!" Kaibi Gokusai replied.

Misaki Shokuhou had been playing babysitter for a grown girl and she didn't think she had the strength.

"Just take the trash out then, I'll handle the food."

"Fuck that, you do it. I'm going on break; that lady pissed me off; she is lucky I didn't change the emotional distance of the entire shelter against that bitch and make everyone bully her."

"I would have just stopped it with Mental Out; now seriously, just take this trash out, then you can go cool off."

"Or I can go on break now... And you can fuck right off, you know that Mental Out doesn't affect me, so yeah, fuck off."

Misaki had had it up to here with the girl before her, she was about to do something; it seemed like a physical conflict between the two mental espers was just beneath the surface.However.

"What happened!? Mommy! Mommy wake up!"

A little girl tried to shake her mother awake as she fainted before her from out of the blue,then several more people continued to faint all around the two girls until the shelter was in a deep slumber.

"Okay, that is not normal."

Kaibi Gokusai looked around and was shocked to see the entire place just fall unconscious simultaneously, she didn't know what could have caused such a thing to happen.

Misaki Shokuhou was in the same boat, she was unable to understand what could be happening.

(How could they all just collapse?)

A loud banging was suddenly heard on the door which had led to the back of the shelter; there were several knocks, each in a sequence of three at a time;the two girls slowly made their way to the door.

Kaibi Gokusai pulled out her weapons, and Misaki Shokuhou readied her remote.

She walked over to the door, placed her right gloved hand on the doorknob, and twisted her hand.

The door opened, and the two girls' perplexity only grew; when that door opened, they were greeted by a familiar city, one that the two mental espers had not seen in a long time.

"Academy City!?" Misaki and Kaibi shouted out in unison.

When they turned back around, they also found that the door was gone; they were standing in The Garden of Learning, which was one-half of Tokiwadai, a place Misaki Shokuhou was well versed with.

Then a girl with long hair in ring locks came running over to them."My queen! You're back!"

The girl's name was Junko Hokaze, she was an electromaster, a type of esper who could manipulate electricity,she was not alone she had several other girls with her who had also called Misaki their queen, they were all the girls of Misaki Shokuhou's Clique,and she tried to wrap her head around what was happening.

Did they go into a portal, did they just transfer back to Earth?Kaibi Gokusai had gotten to Remnant in a similar way, so it was not a far-fetched idea; perhaps they just walked through a portal and went back to Earth.

"I'm so happy you're here!"

Misaki looked at Junko Hokaze, she raised her hand, clenched her fingers into a fist, and struck the girl's cheek.

That act of violence reddened the ring locks girl's cheek and sent her to the ground.Junko Hokaze held her cheek in shock as she looked up at her queen.Did she do something wrong? But Misaki Shokuhou had never used physical punishment before, at least never something so harsh.

Kaibi Gokusai was both confused and entertained at what had just transpired."Wow, I thought she was your friend; what a fine way to treat your friend after being away for so long."

Misaki didn't reply she only looked ahead at the girls before her."So, which one are you? You think I didn't recognize this?I'll admit you had me at first, but it didn't take me long to realize; I don't know who you are, but if I had to guess, I would say you're from Grimmlin."

Suddenly the girl in back behind all the other girls began speaking."Interesting, I didn't think you would figure it out so quickly.Number 3853."

"Number 204. Number 7425. I'm the girl who will replace you, I'm already your better, Number 6429.Mental Out 2.0... That is what this power is, it seems I can even manipulate the original Mental Out with it, Number 9437.My model name is S3NN3R (Senner).Number 5388."

Misaki took a step back; she realized that it was true; this S3NN3R had been able to put her under Mental Out; her own power could not even do something like this;she didn't understand what was going on.

"You confused? Number 6366. Well I will say this, we are not in your mind, Number 9934.I projected your memory bank into the mind of Whitley Schnee, Number 4388.This mind was easy to use, so I took it.Number 9364. Number 3274."

Kaibi Gokusai was already losing track at this point, she understood this wasn't Academy City, at least not the real one, she got that this was a member of Grimmlin,and she knew this was Mental Out somehow, but she didn't know the extent of this, or why this girl decided to add her too.

"So, what is your plan?"

Misaki's question made the girl smile then all the other Clique members vanished, left behind was a girl with long blue hair in a ponytail, her body didn't look human,the metallic white painted metal showed that this girl was an android, her eyes were a crystal blue with stars in them, she was not wearing any clothes and her feet had been mechanical as well.

Lastly there had been some type of tubes in-between small gaps in the android girl's body, there seemed to be some strange blue glowing liquid flowing through them,it seemed that those tube acted like veins and arteries.

"Simple really, Number 4489. I want to take full control of Mental Out.Number 9754."

Part 27.

Several bodies were broken, they had not been killed;those random thugs who were previously attacking a married couple were lucky to be alive, especially considering the one they were facing was that white-haired monster.

Accelerator walked out of the alley back to the city roads with a sigh; he opened a can of black coffee, brought the can to his lips, and took a long sip.

After all the chaos, the night had seemed peaceful, but that peace was broken when he walked by several thugs all with weapons threatening a married couple,the thugs were nothing more than ants to that monster, he had searched the city for Enshu Kihara, that had ultimately been a dead end, nobody in Atlas or Mantle knew anything about the Kihara.

The boy was back to square one.

"Oh, I see it's you, I don't know why my queen wants me to deal with you, but I will not disobey her orders."

Accelerator stopped and turned back around; he looked down the road with a neutral expression; he had actually recognized the man he was looking at from World War III;though he never knew this man's name, he knew this man was an English Knight.

"So, you're from Earth? You working with Grimmlin?"

"I don't know a Grimmlin, I just do the bidding of my Queen."

"So, you're just a pawn for Lorya Asher then?Great."

"No, I am the royal Knight Leader for my queen, S3NN3R, that being said, her command was to eliminate you."

The man pulled out a sword, raised it, and brought it back down.A magical power was released, that power, traveling at supersonic speeds, tore through the road; the vehicles and other structures unlucky enough to be on the road at this moment were destroyed.

Accelerator had already understood the process of the power coming at him; the moment the power made contact with him, he reversed the vectors, the energy immediately reversed its direction.

Knight Leader had not been expecting to be hit by his own attack; that energy had been destroyed upon contact with a special semblance which turned everything, Knight Leader understood, to zero.

(Hmm, that is almost similar to my reflection.) Accelerator thought.

The White-haired monster clicked his tongue.

Accelerator moved his head to look at the ground, by his foot was a small stone, the stone had been no bigger than a pebble, but he didn't need much more than that;Accelerator raised his foot, brought it back behind himself, and sent it forward directly into that tiny stone, that monster manipulated the vectors in that small stone,when he kicked that small stone it had become covered in a white colored energy as it soared down the road like a missile.

The impact was not turned to zero, Knight Leader was knocked back by thirty-five feet, his body tore the asphalt in two, and his aura had taken a major hit.

The man stood up shakily. He was about to attack again, but.

"It was true? At first, I thought that Awaki Musujime was mistaken when she told me she fought against an English Knight.I had my suspicions, but it was true.It really is you, Knight Leader.

Accelerator turned back at the new voice to find Carissa; she had her weapon out;it was obvious she must have seen at least a bit of what just transpired between the albino boy and the royal family's Knight Leader.

"Boy, I will deal with this; I'm the 2nd princess, after all; this should be a royal family matter."

Accelerator only clicked his tongue before he turned to walk away.

Knight Leader charged over to stop him, but he was quickly interrupted by Carissa, the two clashed blades as she held him back."I don't know what is wrong with you, but I'm going to find a way to fix it."

Accelerator had already gotten quite a bit a ways away from the two, so he decided to pick up another black coffee.

The boy was walking down the sidewalk on his way to his favorite store when.

"Well, look at who I ran into, hello brother."

Accelerator stopped in his tracks when he heard a voice that sounded exactly the same as his own;he didn't see anybody at first, then within a picosecond, another white-haired monster who looked just like him stood twenty feet from him.

"The fucking knockoff? This morning is just getting better and better."

The expression of The #1 was bored.

"So, as you know, I work with Grimmlin.I would say we should catch up, but I think I will just skip to the part where I kill you."

The #1 clone known as Vector-X suddenly manifested wings; those wings were almost a carbon copy of Accelerator's;the difference was they were black as the night sky, his head now adorned horns that looked like a devil's.

Accelerator had no reaction to this, at this moment he didn't care much and he had not decided to pull out his own wings, That #1's mental power had grown to new heights,he could feel the power of those wings on his clone, even in the face of such power the boy didn't even flinch.

Vector-X let out a smile. "Are you ready to die?"

With that, the boy shot over to The #1.

Accelerator only clicked his tongue in response.

And that's the chapter.

Holy Fuck! This one was huge; It took me a good 3 weeks to write this chapter from when I started, and I have been writing every day since I began writing this chapter;it has been a journey, but enough about the massive chapter length.

Quick thought first. I am so happy RWBY found a new home at Viz Media, they said they would finish off the RWBY proper volumes, but who knows after that?Maybe a proper Ruby anime series like how Ice Queendom was?Maybe we may even see some video game crossovers; who knows, if they make a Jump Force 2, perhaps RWBY will be added; I would love to see the RWBY characters in the same game as Naruto;I'm excited about RWBY's future.Especially since I don't think I'm getting my A Certain Magical Index New Testament anime for a long while.

Okay, enough of that. On with what is most important.

So, last chapter, we got to see several more magical-based fights; this time, I wanted to go down the scientific road, sort of.I guess it was more magic vs science, and magic combined with science vs science and stuff.You get the point.

I wanted to branch out the powers this time, I hope you liked the fight between Cinder and Vibration, when Vibration created a star,and Cinder sent down enough power to destroy the entire solar system, or maybe even the galaxy if not contained, don't be confused she was focusing all that power at vibration,she wasn't going to destroy the solar system.I feel like we got to see much more of what those two are capable of.

So, since the start of The Grimmlin War Arc, it has been teased that, Lorya Asher's Level Crystal is extremely dangerous, we got to finally see that in action,she raised herself to Level 5.9 but her personal reality couldn't really handle that so she couldn't do that much with it, she was able to summon that angel and that was about it really,and yes even though Cinder Fall didn't know what that was, that was an angel.

So, I originally planned to have Accelerator fight Knight Leader, but I thought about how much stronger Accelerator is to him and then thought Carissa would be a better choice,and it would be an interesting dynamic, Accelerator will instead be fighting Vector-X for the 2nd time, that will be next chapter of course,I have a lot planned for the final chapter of Volume 8 and The end of The Grimmlin War Arc, and after that we kick Volume 9 off with a bang with something I think people are gonna love.

I was so happy to use a certain character, S3NN3R, Or Sinner, which would actually be Senner, but is pronounced Sinner, anyway, I was happy to finally be able to use her;I mentioned before that she was not going to go past this volume and she won't, but she is still fun to use,Basically she has an even more broken version of Mental Out,and she will be important to Misaki's character development, I realized I didn't have much development on Misaki, so I created S3NN3R.

Man, what is Lorya Asher up to with her doomsday device?

The fight between Awaki Musujime and Knight Leader was actually the most difficult part to right, mainly because I didn't know exactly how I would do a Level 5 Awaki Musujime, but I figured it out,it does seem like a draw between them, but honestly Awaki lost, it made sense though, Knight Leader has the power of a saint, I highly doubt a fresh Level 5 Awaki would beat him.

It was the same with Fiona Thyme and Vento, there was no way Vento was winning that fight, Fiona is way stronger and could have beaten her in the first 2 or 3 moves,but I wanted to have the fight last a little bit, and Fiona Thyme is not Accelerator she isn't just going to go for the maim or kill option right off the bat.

Kuroko's first vampire kill, I loved writing that fight, it was fun, remember with this kill she is getting stronger, now that you know what a black soul is,you now know she gets more powerful the more she feeds it, Alison being her mentor is another thing I like, it gives Alison more purpose in the story,I also love writing the interesting dynamic between Kuroko and Alison, and I love writing the sexy scenes between them as well.

Fun fact, Alison's original name was Alizon, but I decided Alison would be a cuter name especially for a vampire, It was actually between Alizon, Alyzon, and Alison,I thought Allison was the cutest among the 3.

So, Frenda and Ruby vs Penny Pollendina and the appearance of Asmodeus, sounds like a Harry Potter title lol.Anyway that was by far my favorite fight this chapter, especially after we got to see Kazari Uiharu hack the world during it and given what her reality warping power is capable of,I found it as a perfect way to turn Penny into a human without the need of The Staff of Creation,for those who don't know,Kazari actually did something similar to what she did this chapter in the Railgun manga;the part about the angel dragon was a cannon history, it also gave some insight into where this Kazari Uiharu is from in the To Aru timeline;the portals that bring people to Remnant is getting ready to be explained soon so everyone will understand how it works.

Now I won't spoil the characters upgrades but I will say that Frenda and Ruby both might have some surprises later.

That history about Asmodeus and Shizuri Mugino is something that we may get some insight on as well at some point.Keep in mind when they met, Shizuri didn't know he was a demon and she still doesn't.

I hope you liked that bit of lore on Anna's character, why she and Alanna were so terrible to Cinder and pretty much everyone else as well, the truth about their dad and other stuff;I wanted to give Anna a good conscience, and I wanted it to come from somewhere and it most certainly wouldn't be her mother, we all know just how horrible Alcloria is.

Kakine learning magic will be explored more later, but yes he is going to get a bit of an upgrade later.

Another part of the chapter that I loved myself when it came to writing this was Yang and Raven, I wanted their fight to be full of emotion and for it to be too hard for her to kill Yang,as Raven held herself back greatly, as a maiden she could have killed Yang at any point, her power is around large star level in terms of scaling,she could take down a lot of the characters in the story, I'm not really a big fan of power scaling but I will still scale the characters for everyone, I have mentioned writing a data book before,and I do plan to make one, but I want to wait until we reach a certain point in both stories before I began writing the data book,I'm sure that many people are confused about how strong these characters are, in terms of scaling so it will be more clear when I write the data book,and of course the characters will get stronger even during the time I'm writing it.

Currently when it comes to the strongest characters in the story not in a particular order it goes, Accelerator, High Hyperversal.Vibration, Hyperversal. Cinder Fall, High Complex Multiversal to Low Hyperversal.Teitoku Kakine, Low Hyperversal.Salem, Low Outerversal. She greatly held back against Cinder.Zaviar and Zoulexivar, Outerversal.Ozma, High Multiversal when he was Ozpin, Low Outerversal matching Salem when he was Ozma.But Oscar is around Universal.Magic God Hades, Outerversal.As for Magic God Kronos he is much stronger than Hades but I won't reveal how strong that is just yet.Magic God Othinus, High Hyperversal to Outerversal.Frenda Seivelun, Multiversal.Ruby Rose, Scale undetermined.What are those silver wings truly capable of?Weiss Schnee. Wait, why am I adding Weiss to the strongest characters list?Oops, ignore that.

Now, in the chapter Olivia Crystal Vesper mentioned two Outer Gods, we know of Azothoth being mentioned in Chapter 7 but we don't know much about them, well,we may get some teases about them as the stories continue, but it won't be until book 3 that we really get to see them in action, And when it comes to the strongest characters,currently the Outer Gods are at the top, I won't spoil their true scale or level, but I will just say this:remember when it was mentioned that Primordial created 300 trillion illusionary universes to trick Hasturmora?Well he is one of the weakest of the outer gods, also in the Frenda Story, in chapter 6 we got to see an outer god and Frenda even spoke to him, there will be more about them later but for now,not too much.
