"So…How's she?" An older blonde woman wearing a long dress said to Harry Potter.
"Yes Harry…How's my sister?" Asked a brown-haired woman wearing a long black dress, she looked to be around Daphne's age, she looked as concerned as the older witch.
It seemed like they had brought something as she had given the hero of the world a few recipients, the two women looked at the wizard with worry, and it made sense for them to act like this, after all, Daphne joined Voldemort's side to create mayhem and to get on his good graces to get her family to the position she thought it belonged, but also, she did it for the safety of her family.
Despite everything that happened, the Greengrass matriarch and her younger daughter had nothing to do with the actions of Daphne and the Greengrass family head, or at least, that's what the investigators said, that's why Daphne's mother and sister come every day to see how well Daphne is doing.
They've tried anything to see more of Daphne, they've tried to bribe Harry, the matriarch even tried to seduce Harry and when that didn't work, Astoria tried to do the same thing and she failed epically and it makes sense she failed, after all, Harry killed her husband, so, it didn't make sense to him that she tried to get on his pants, however, he couldn't help but respect the younger witch, she loved her sister more than she hated the fact that he killed her husband Draco Malfoy.
"She's okay, she's been acting in the usual way, she has tried to get on my nerves just like she does every day, oh and she tried to escape this morning and when I found what she tried to do she tried to kill me, of course, I got her under control, she should be recovering right now," Harry explained in a boring tone.
He was tired of this, and he was hoping that the remaining time would pass as fast as possible, it was difficult for him to be motivated because she still had at least two years before finishing her sentence, if she kept this behavior she'd be free and with that, he'll be free too, however, she's getting more and more on his nerves even though he doesn't usually take himself so seriously, being with just one person every day can drive you insane.
"Who's there? Is that my mother? Is Astoria with her?" A voice asked from inside the house.
"Don't even think about it…Your privileges to step outside have been revoked until further notice, that's what you get for trying to escape," the dark-haired wizard said in a mocking tone.
"You don't have to be so cruel with her, you know?" Daphne's mother said with a hateful expression.
"No mom…Leave him…You don't want him to do the same thing he did with Draco to you, right?" Astoria said on the verge of tears.
"Death eaters…" Harry said in a low tone.
Both mother and daughter stared at him with confused expressions.
"One day I visited an apparently abandoned home that belonged to a man who had disappeared sometime after the war, after a long revision I found that the man never left the house even though there was no sign of him, so, how did I know he never left the house?" Asked Harry and the two women were confused by his question.
"I don't know, what does this have to do with—" The older woman was too confused right now just like her daughter.
"Do you know about blood protection? It's a very complex magic and it's a bond between a place and a person, that's why Voldemort's followers never dared to approach my relatives' house when I was living with them," Harry added with a calm expression.
"I still don't get what—" Astoria couldn't voice her thoughts because Harry decided to speak louder than her.
"The man was sacrificed and he was turned into pulp until he was nothing but blood, and would like to know another thing? The walls of his house were supposed to be white and the color they were when I visited that home...Yes, you're guessing right, they were red, not white…" Harry added with a weak smile on his face.
He looked at the two women who were a little uncomfortable by his attitude, he was sure they were going to put a complaint to the ministry officials about his attitude but he didn't care, he gave zero fucks about their feelings, an adult who has never seen the cruelty of the real world didn't deserve to get special treatment.
"That means that his whole home, the place where he lived for the rest of his life without bothering anyone…It was covered with his blood which created a very safe place for anyone who decided to do the blood protection ritual…" Harry sighed and the women couldn't help but gulp. "It took some time and the use of very complex and strong magic but I found out that ten 'Voldemort youth' members were hiding there, I know it's shocking but it's the least gruesome scene I've seen caused by that group of people and the only crime that man committed was being a muggle-born wizard…The eldest muggle-born wizard back then, just forty years old," Harry had an angered expression right now.
"Stop it, don't tell them those things just—" Daphne said on the other side of the door before she suddenly started to scream in pain as Harry used a wandless spell to subdue her.
"Now, if that story was boring let me tell you another more interesting, I'm sure you two are going to love the characters...There was a time when we raided one of the many remaining death eater headquarters, but this one was special because I found Draco Malfoy and his father there…During the trials, they were supposed to get death sentences, however, they managed to escape from their fates with the help of many corrupt Wizengamot members but they were fools, instead of staying in their homes enjoying the corrupted freedom they got, they were planning a revenge against me because I helped Narcissa and not them during the trials…" Harry chuckled after he realized the ridiculousness of the situation.
The women couldn't help but gulp after hearing that confession, according to their close friends and inner circle, they were wrongly killed for being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
"I killed Draco Malfoy, he was alone and scared but he was too proud and stupid to surrender, so, he tried to kill me using the unforgivable…A hole in his chest was enough to shut him down, it's so shocking how fragile the human body is regardless if you're a wizard or a muggle," Harry explained with a soft smile on his face.
Astoria was on the verge of tears hearing those words, despite everything he did, Astoria loved Draco Malfoy that's for sure, and her mother was trying to protect her but it was useless, Harry wasn't going to let them escape from reality.
"It was so funny how he cried as he fell and begged that he didn't want to die, maybe if I called the healers earlier he would've survived, probably with a disability for the rest of his life, but…I decided to not do it, he had enough opportunities to change his life…I actually enjoyed seeing him die, after everything I witnessed from what Voldemort and his followers did to many innocent people, he got a very merciful death from me, trust me I usually don't have mercy on death eaters…They don't deserve it, so, if you excuse me there's another death eater waiting for me inside this house…Thank you for the food ma'am, you're an amazing cook Mrs. Greengrass and I'm sure your daughter is going to love your cooking once again," Harry finished with a soft smile on his face as he got inside the home.
It didn't take too long for the women to run scared from there, the fact that Daphne was locked with him was something that was going to make them worry until the end of her sentence, Astoria couldn't hold back the tears as she knew about what her husband's fateful day.
"Y-You shouldn't have told them that," Daphne said weakly as she tried to get off the ground, she heard everything he said.
"The war is over…Voldemort and his followers are no longer in power, it doesn't matter how much they try to run away from it, you can't escape reality, the world needs to know what you and your friends did to many innocent people," Harry said with a smirk on his face.
"The Greengrass family is one of the most ancient and powerful ones, you know they're not going to forget this, right?" Asked Daphne with a smirk on her face.
"I know…To be honest I don't give a fuck," Harry confessed as he opened one of the many recipients Daphne's mother brought. "Nice, Japanese beef steak!" Harry said with a smile on his face, he always takes the good dishes and leaves Daphne the boring ones.
"You're going to get fired, you know that, right?" Daphne was happy, she was going to get her revenge in one way or another, and getting rid of him would be a nice revenge.
"I know, and I'm fine with that, I actually want to get fired, there are so many dangerous death eaters roaming out there, someone needs to hunt them so…In case that happens, you better pray you don't get Auror Smith as your new guard, he's old, strong, and a complete pervert," Harry finished with a calm expression.
Daphne couldn't help but feel worried right now, it seemed like there were worse fates than being guarded by Harry Potter.
