Hello everyone I'm back once again to bring you another chapter of my story; this story is nearly done now, I just have this chapter and one more left. Even though this isn't my most popular story I'm grateful that those of you who stuck around enjoyed and appreciated this story. Now with nothing else to say lets begin.
Virtue and Venom: Chapter 56
In the stands: With Naruto, Ino, Sasuke, Mamushi and the others
Naruto was looking down into the arena floor as Tokara had transformed into her 'Chomei Mode' and was staring down Tsubaki, Asuma and Aoi; Naruto saw the situation going from bad to fucked in just a few minutes.
Tokara took out Minato, Hajime, Hichiriki and Hotchiku in just under ten minutes; all of them were personally trained by their parents, all of them skilled ninjas in their own right. But Tokara was simply playing with them like they were academy students.
"How could this happen?" Naruto said with a growl "why did this happen; does she really hate us that much?"
"Tokara does not hate any of you" Konan said making everyone look at her "she simply wants to avenge the honor of her mothers".
"Well her kicking the shit out of children seems to contradict that" Anko said "and fuck them both; they tried to kill us, several times to be exact"; Kakashi put his hand on her shoulder as Anko fumed.
"Why is she doing this?" Kakashi asked "if she wanted revenge why not take it out on us; why not kill those actually responsible?"
Konan looked at Kakashi and spoke "she has her reasons" she said simply before looking back down at the battle.
Ino looked down at the arena as both her daughter and her step son were preparing to fight Tokara again 'Tsubaki, baby… please win' she thought; Natsu began to stir inside her arms and Ino began to rock him to comfort him.
Down in that arena: With Tsubaki, Asuma and Aoi
Tsubaki was staring at Tokara while holding a rasengan in her hand, Asuma had his chakra chains out and Aoi had her sword crackling with lightning from her chidori.
Tokara was standing still as they surrounded her on three sides; she was completely relaxed despite being surrounded by three people trying to kill her.
"So are you just going to stand there staring at me?" Tokara asked with a smile "come on…make a move… I'm winning".
Tsubaki having enough of this shouted "fine then, here I come" Tsubaki shouted as she ran towards Tokara at full speed.
Tokara seeing this without weaving a single hand sign brought up stones and dirt from the ground to cover and form on her left hand; the stones and dirt compacted tight onto her hand as it made a fist.
'Earth Style: Rock Fist', Tokara's Chomei mode covered her fist making it glow with the same greenish hue; Tokara cocked back her fist just as Tsubaki closed the distance 'that's it little sis'.
Tsubaki thrusted her rasengan towards Tokara and Tokara threw her Chomei powered rock fist at the rasengan; both jutsu collided and both began to grind against each other. Tokara tried to push against Tsubaki's rasengan while Tsubaki's rasengan ground against Tokara's fist.
With a mighty roar Tsubaki pushed once more and her jutsu prevailed as it shattered Tokara's rock fist and slightly damaged her hand knocking her off balance; Tsubaki threw a punch with her other hand and slammed it into Tokara's stomach knocking the wind out of her.
Tsubaki followed up by throwing a second punch slightly lifting her off of the ground, then a third punch lifting her even higher off of the ground; Tsubaki threw a fourth punch lifting Tokara higher off of the ground before jumping up and sending a kick to under her chin.
The force from the blow sent Tokara spinning and flying into the air like she was doing rapid back flips; this only stopped when Tokara used her wings to stop her movement. Tokara was coughing and bleeding from her mouth as she flew about thirty feet in the air; when she recovered she opened her eyes and saw a chakra chain coming towards her.
Asuma used his sister's opening to attack Tokara and began to swing at her using his chakra chains; Tokara dodged the first chakra chain by doing a barrel roll and flying back towards the ground.
Asuma swing his chains at Tokara in hopes of hitting her but Tokara began to dodge them as she came back down; Tokara landed on the ground in a crouch and launched herself at Asuma using her wings to boost her speed.
Asuma seeing this jumped back and swung his chakra chains at Tokara as she closed the distance; the first chain missed and hit the ground but the second was about to hit Tokara.
Tokara put her arm to out to block the chain only for the chain to wrap around her forearm; Asuma seeing this pulled his chain to the side pulling Tokara and making her hit the ground.
Tokara hit the ground and rolled into a crouch as she gripped onto the chakra chain and pulled Asuma towards her; Asuma dug his heels into the ground in an attempt to stop himself. Asuma decided to cut his chain and canceled his other chain as he ran towards Tokara.
Tokara got into a defensive stance as Asuma ran towards her taking out a kunai; upon closing the distance Asuma slashed at Tokara with his kunai and Tokara dodged out of the way. Tokara countered with a punch which Asuma ducked under; Tokara followed up by sending a kick towards Asuma.
Asuma blocked the kick with his forearm and sent a stab into her thigh; Tokara felt the pain of the kunai as it pierced her flesh but grit her teeth. Tokara jumped up and sent a kick with her other let towards Asuma nailing him in the face, breaking his nose and making him stumble back; Tokara landed and reached down and took out the kunai from her leg, gripping it as her Chomei chakra covered it.
In the moment that happened Aoi ran over and came up behind Tokara; Aoi with her sword cracking with lightning slashed at Tokara's back, aiming at her waist to cut her in half. Tokara hearing her come up behind her jumped doing a backflip over Aoi and sending a kick to the back of her head.
Aoi was hit in the back of the head but did not go down as she spun around and began to slash and stab at Tokara; Tokara used the kunai she had from Asuma to block the sword making sparks fly off in every direction.
Aoi sent a slash that Tokara blocked with her kunai before following up with a kick to the ribs; Tokara had the wind knocked out of her and her defenses lowered for a second and Aoi raised her sword above her head and came down. Tokara raised her kunai to defend herself but the momentum was too much for her as the sword forced the kunai down.
The edge of Aoi's sword cut Tokara down from her collar to mid stomach leaving a superficial wound; Tokara grunted in pain before throwing a punch with her free hand hitting Aoi in the jaw.
Aoi was stunned by the punch and Tokara followed up by sending a slash with her kunai cutting her across the chest; there was a spray of blood but the wound was not fatal. Aoi gripped her sword and sent a stab towards Tokara; Tokara seeing the stab coming spun around the sword and appeared on Aoi's backside. Tokara sent a stab of her own and hit Aoi in the left shoulder; this made Aoi scream in pain, however she did not scream for long as Tokara performed a sweep kick knocking Aoi down.
Aoi hit the ground and was about to get back up only for Tokara to punch her in the temple and knock her out.
"Aoi" Tsubaki screamed as she ran over and clenched her fists "You bitch; I'm going to beat the brakes off you"; Tsubaki threw a punch at at Tokara and Tokara blocked the punch with her forearm. Tsubaki did not let up as she began to attack Tokara with a flurry of punches and kicks.
Tokara was having a hard time defending herself against Tsubaki as her sage mode made her a lot faster and stronger than she would be in her base form; Tsubaki threw a kick at Tokara who blocked it.
When this happened Tokara felt something wrap around her ankles and she looked down to see two chakra chains.
Asuma successfully caught Tokara with his chains and with great force pulled her up into the air and proceeded to slam her onto the ground away from Tsubaki. Asuma looked at Tsubaki and shouted.
"Sis, use the emergency plan" Asuma said and Tsubaki went wide eyed.
"But that's only for life and death emergencies" Tsubaki protested.
"This is one damn it; now- Gaaah" Asuma shouted as he got pulled by his chains over towards Tokara; Tokara balled up her fist and threw a punch. Tokara punched Asuma in the gut sending him skidding back across the ground until her got to his feet and coughed "I-I'll hold her off; just do it" he said.
Asuma took out a kunai and ran towards Tokara as Tsubaki took in a deep breath.
'Ok Asuma' Tsubaki thought as she made a hand sign and began to focus her chakra; Tsubaki began to growl as she felt her chakra build inside of her. From Tsubaki's stomach red chakra began to flow out from a seal hidden under her cloths.
In the stands
"You criticize me about putting the seven tails in Tokara but you do the same to your own daughter" Konan said before looking to Naruto "how hypocritical of you".
"Shut up; I didn't do anything like that" Naruto growled at her "I asked the fox to put one tail of his chakra in Tsubaki for emergencies and I did the same for Natsu". "It's not permanent and I'll need to give it to her again afterwards" Naruto said "they can handle it because they have their Uzumaki genes; I offered it to Asuma but he refused".
"And why did you trust your children with such power?" Konan asked.
"Because we were worried about another Habu or another Pein situation" Ino said speaking up "we wanted to make sure our children had a fighting chance against another monster".
"Well lets see how she does" Konan said "a second generation jinchuriki against a pseudo jinchuriki; this will be interesting".
Down in the arena
Asuma slashed at Tokara with his kunai and Tokara caught his arm and performed a disarm and kicked the kunai away; Asuma not deterred opened his palm and created a chakra chain. The chain wrapped around Tokara's neck and began to tighten.
Tokara choked and gagged before speaking "c-choking… how kinky" she said jokingly and smiling; Asuma ignored the jab and threw a punch at her hitting her across the face once, twice and then a third time.
When he tried to punch her again Tokara caught his fist and gripped it; Tokara used her superior strength to squeeze his hand tightly. Asuma felt his fingers and knuckles begin to pop as he began to get pushed down and gritting his teeth; Tokara reached out with her other hand and grabbed Asuma by the neck.
"How do you like being choked; quite erotic isn't it?" Tokara said choking Asuma who tried to break free.
"A-are you always so gross" Asuma said straining against her strength; Asuma hit her in the wrist breaking Tokara's hold on his neck. Asuma threw a kick towards Tokara's stomach hitting her full force knocking the wind out of her; Asuma grabbed his chakra chain with both of his hand and with it still being around Tokara's neck pulled at hard as he could.
Asuma proceeded swing Tokara like a ball and chain and slammed her onto the ground with the hope of breaking her neck; Tokara hit the ground hard and Asuma repeated this action once more swinging her with all his might.
Tokara hit the ground and felt her wind pipe be damaged slightly; Asuma was going to repeat his attack but before he could he felt the slack in his chain get tight and saw Tokara grabbing the chain.
"My turn" Tokara said hoarsely; Tokara pulled the chain and swung Asuma with all her might and slammed him into the ground. When Asuma hit the ground it cracked under the force; Asuma coughed up blood and his breath as felt the cracking of his ribs and a concussion.
Asuma's chain disappeared and Tokara rotated her neck with several pops; Tokara had red chain marks around her neck and she grunted a few times before speaking. "Looks like your at your limit, you lasted a lot longer than I expected and I had to say you were quite good" Tokara said at the groaned and bleeding Asuma "I played chains before so I was a little nervous; but I must say it was a lot more fun than I thought". "I've never been afraid of experimenting" Tokara said with a wink and Asuma coughed.
"W-why is everything you say to me a sexual innuendo" Asuma said barely conscious.
"I'm just a naturally flirty girl" Tokara said with a shrug; before she could continue Tokara felt a powerful surge of power behind her. Tokara spun around and saw Tsubaki with red chakra covering her and creating waves pushing dirt and debris away from her "wait you have another form?" she said surprise "awesome! I'll wait until you're done; take your time".
Tokara stood still looking at Tsubaki with her arms crossed and a smile across her face; Tsubaki however was looking at Tokara with a look of anger and annoyance as she formed her chakra.
'Big brother is down; I have to finish this, I'm the only one left' Tsubaki thought as she pushed harder and harder; with one final yell and a flash of red light a surge erupted from Tsubaki and Tokara had to cover her eyes from the dust and dirt flying.
Tokara moved her arm and went wide eyed; Tsubaki's hair and eyes turned into a orange/yelllowish color just like Naruto's Kurama mode with her hair flickering with the glowing chakra.
"Yes" Tokara said with a widening smile before shouting "YES! OH YOU BEAUTIFUL HALF SISTER OF MINE; YOU FINALLY SHOW YOUR STUFF, OH MY GOD THAT'S AMAZING". Tokara looked at the frowning Tsubaki and spoke "tell you what, I'll give you one free shot" she said as she turned her cheek "come ever here and punch me in my face; but I warn you, you better-".
Tsubaki in a flash of speed closed the distance and punched Tokara in the face with all her might sending her flying to the other side of the arena; Tokara hit the ground and created a 50 yard long ditch as she skid along the ground until she stopped.
Tokara got back up on shaky legs and reached inside her mouth and pulled out a back molar "huh…it's whiter than I thought" she said before tossing the tooth and cracking her neck "good hit lil' sis; now lets play tag". Tokara rushed forward just as fast as Tsubaki did with her leg extended "you're it" she said as she drove her foot into Tsubaki's stomach sending her flying back as well.
Tsubaki did a flip and landed whole coughing before recovering and charging at Tokara sending a punch towards her; Tokara blocked the punch and retaliated with a punch of her own. Tsubaki blocked the punch and grabbed her arm and jumped up and wrapped her legs around Tokara's arm and brought her to the ground; Tsubaki put Tokara into and arm bar and proceeded to push up on Tokara's elbow with her hips to break her arm.
Upon doing so Tokara's arm merely bent at a ninety degree angle without so much as a snap making Tsubaki go side eyed "I have my grandpa's DNA" Tokara said as she twisted around escaping the hold with amazing flexibility. Tokara put both of her legs around Tsubaki's neck and began to choke her "I can stretch and bend my body" she said.
Tsubaki used both of her hands to try and break away from Tokara's choke hold; when this failed she went through hand signs 'Water Style: Water bullets'. Tsubaki fired a volley of water bullets from her mouth at close range hitting Tokara and knocking her away; Tsubaki coughed as she grabbed her neck and got back up.
Tsubaki looked at Tokara as she got back up "that is it; I've had enough of this" she said as she held out her hand and formed a rasengan that began to turn purple from the nine tails chakra "I'm ending this now".
Tokara seeing this smiled and spoke "ok then" Tokara said as she got into a wide stance and began to focus her biju chakra; Chomei's chakra formed around Tokara into the shape of a rhinoceros beetle with it's horn facing towards Tsubaki "bring it".
Tsubaki rushed forward as fast as she could with her rasengan in her hand and Tokara rushed forward using ready to meet her head on; as the distance closed Tsubaki thrusted the rasengan forward and right into the horn of Tokara's chakra beetle's horn.
"Rasengan" Tsubaki shouted as the two jutsu ground against each other until a massive explosion happened.
The entire stadium held their breath as dust and smoke filled the air and obstructed the view of the audience.
In the stands
Naruto and the others were all looking down wide eyed as the dust obstructed their view; Ino looked over to Naruto and spoke.
"T-Tsubaki won right" Ino said nervously until she saw the smile on Konan's face and the look of despair on Naruto's.
"No… she didn't" Naruto said as she smoke cleared.
In the arena
Tsubaki was on the ground her artificial 'Kurama mode' was no longer active; she had cuts and bruised along her body, her cloths were torn and she was barely conscious.
"Hahaha" Tokara laughed jovially as she got up off the ground and began to walk towards Tsubaki; Tokara was as equally in bad of shape as Tsubaki but her advanced healing was keeping her up "that was great, you almost had me there". Tokara stood above Tsubaki and her smile disappeared into a death glare "now it's time to end this… once and for all" she said as she reached down and picked up Tsubaki by the remnants of her shirt. Tokara flexed her other hand and looked at Tsubaki "time to break the cycle" she said in a low growl.
Asuma was crawling towards Tsubaki with a kunai in his hand in order to help his sister 'I'm not going to make it' he thought.
Aoi who woke up but was still lying on the ground could only look on in terror as her best friend was about to be killed.
Tokara raised up her hand into the air and the arena began to buzz in shouts and protests.
In the stands
Naruto was looking on helpless, Ino was crying in terror, Mamushi was shaking in anger, Sasuke was gritting his teeth in rage, Orochimaru was looking down in shock and Konan had a victorious smile on her face.
"The end" Konan said.
In the arena
Tsubaki saw Tokara's hand come down fast and closed her eyes to not see her death blow; however after a few seconds it did not happen and she opened her eyes. Tokara's hand was about an inch away from her forehead with her thumb holding back her middle finger.
Tokara proceeded to flick Tsubaki in the forehead making Tsubaki yelp in minor pain as a red dot appeared on her forehead "I win" Tokara said in a sing song voice making Tsubaki go wide eyed.
"What" Tsubaki said flatly; Tokara dropped Tsubaki back onto the ground and looked at the stands.
"The honor of my mothers has been avenged" Tokara shouted to the now dead silent crowd "thank you all for staying for the battle; there will be autographs and pictures at a later time". Tokara looked to the six Akatsuki members holding up the barrier "you guys can let down the barrier; could you please grab one of the others and help me take them to the infirmary that would be great".
"You heard the lady; drop it" one of the Akatsuki members said as the barrier dropped and the six Akatsuki members went to go and help the injured.
Tokara bent down and picked up Tsubaki bridal style "ok sis, let's patch up those boo-boos" she said as she carried Tsubaki away.
Tsubaki went from pants pissing terror to wide eyed and confused 'd-did I miss something' she thought.
In the stands
"WHAT" Anko shouted getting up "WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT"; upon doing this the others all went wide eyed because they still had the explosive tags on them and Anko got up activating them making them glow. "Aw crap" she said.
Everyone expected a chain of high powered explosions but instead they were greeted by a pop no louder than a fire cracker except for Ino who's tag sizzled out into nothing and didn't harm Natsu in her arms.
Konan began to chuckle at this and everyone looked at her "how did you like my firecracker tags; neat little prank right?" Konan asked and Naruto along with everyone else began to turn red with anger and embarrassment.
"This isn't funny damn it" Naruto shouted "I thought our children were about to be killed, I thought we had another Habu situation on our hands; what is this some kind of sick joke?". "What the fuck is this, why the fuck did this happen; what the fuck is going on" Naruto shouted and Konan picked her ears.
"Can you not yell? I'm an old woman, my hearing isn't at good as it used to be" Konan said and Naruto began to fume "I suggest we parlay in private". "There is a lot we need to talk about" Konan said.
"Oh hell yes we do" Naruto said as he looked back down to the arena; Naruto saw Tokara still in her Chomei mode carry away Tsubaki with a smile on her face. Naruto upon seeing this felt his anger subside for a quick second before he shook his head and looked to the others "lets go… I have a daughter to meet" he said.
