Chapter 2: Epidaurus:

Theseus' POV:

My name is Theseus! "Mother, I have decided I am ready," I said.

"Are you sure, Theseus," asks Mother.

"Mother, I am ready to meet my Father," I said, "I can handle anything thrown at me!"

King Minos' POV:

"Send the next one," I said.

"Father, must we continue to treat Asterion like a monster," asks Ariadne.

"Can you not refer to that thing by name," I asked.

"He is my brother," says Ariadne.

"It's a monster caused by your mother doing the craziest thing I have ever... I can't even say it," I said, "do you realize how much she embarrassed this family? It's bad enough she had an affair! But... it's just so..." I really can't say it.

Theseus' POV:

"Theseus," says Phaedra.

"Phaedra, have you come to say goodbye," I asked.

"No, I'm coming with you," says Phaedra, "I'd like to meet your Father, the King of Athens!"

"I... don't think that would be a good idea," I said.

"Why not," asks Phaedra.

"Phaedra, trust me..."

"Theseus, I'm coming!"

I then sighed. "Alright," I said.

. . .

"We're doing what," asks Phaedra.

"We could go by sea," I said, "but you know how I don't like to do things the safe way..."

"So, you'd rather go the way that involves the six strings of the Underworld," asks Phaedra.

I then shrugged.

Circe's POV:

I was awakened when I saw a young man and a young lady traveling through Epidaurus. "Well, this should be interesting," I said.

Theseus' POV:

We were in Epidaurus. "Nice place," says Phaedra.

"Hey, where's the party at," asks this drunk man.

"I am Theseus, and this is Phaedra," I said, "what happened here?"

"Oh, this club wielding bandit named Periphetes was robbing everyone," says the drunk man, "go figure!"

"Is everyone okay," asks Phaedra.

The drunk man starts to think. "No!"

"Then I will stop him," I said.

"I liiiike you..." The drunk man fell to the ground.

. . .

We were then looking for Periphetes. "A bandit with a club," asks Phaedra.

"I don't see any reason why not," I said.

"Good point," says Phaedra.

Then Periphetes appeared in front of us. "Give me all your gold!" He then came at us, but I took his club and hit him with it, killing him!

"Show-off," says Phaedra.

"Let's go," I said.

Circe's POV:

"This just got interesting," I said.
